SilverStar Ozone Park Urgent Care - Queens Urgent Care

I made an appointment, and when I got there there was a sign that said the urgent care will be closed until further notice. Yet the appointment confirmation email had said well be waiting for you. I have no idea if this place is permanently closed, or if they were randomly taking a break at 10am, if they were late to open, or if their hours changed. Either way, I couldnt wait there indefinitely with no proper explanation, and they have to fix their website and not allow people to make appointments for when they will be randomly closed! So ridiculous, and a waste of peoples time.

This place is the absolutely the worst urgent care!!! They dont see kids- only13 years and older. Ive notice that theyve been closed!!! I hope they never reopen back up and open up a City MD instead!!!

I was very sick and was so please to meet such a wonderful caring group of medical professionals who work like a seasoned ER team. I am extremely greatful for their thorough assessment and swift care.

We are so lucky to have this facility in our neighborhood. The staff is professional, courteous and respectful. I was attended by Junie who was so amazing. She treated us with empathy, respectfulness and efficiency. The provider was also very knowledgeable and I left feeling very happy.

I went there at 3:15 pm and was told the doctor took a break and will be back in one or two hours and I can wait or go. At this point I fail to understand what is urgent care whereas a doctor supposed to be available.

Firstly, I want to say thank you to the amazing staff and their service and bed side manner i experienced at this urgent care. I went there and they helped me right away, the wait time was not long. They were very efficient and informative, at no point did feel rushed or pressured and I also felt very open in speaking with the doctor about my condition who was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and patient. Dr. Rupinderjit Multani - she explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions, to everyone who is seeking help and advice, i recommend speaking with her. Lastly, special thanks as well to both medical assistant Angeli and Jason, once I got there not only did Jason and Angeli start processing my information quickly I felt like everyone there were more concerned with my health and well being than anything else. Note: This is coming from someone who do not feel comfortable going to doctors yet I went there and felt absolutely grateful that I found an urgent care that I feel is dependable for whenever needed.

Just went by today bc I had unexpected medical issues and they took me right away. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a medical office ever. The young doctor listened to everything I said, and she gave me great advice. Keep up the great work!!

I had a pleasant experience. I was in town for my grand daughters graduation, and was welcomed by the staff. They were professional and the visit was around half hour. I feel confident now when I visit, and also knowing my daughter has a good med team nearby ....Theresa, Texas

Excellent Service! Staff was courteous and very friendly. The front desk girls were very soft spoken and took care of me right away. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and took care of my issue. Happy I made the decision to walk in when I did. Definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone who need prompt and profession service.

The staff at this urgent care facility were pleasant, patient and courteous. The receptionist was friendly and attentive to my questions and concerns. I had come in as a walk-in for Covid -19 testing for myself and children. The process was smooth, and the medical professional was gentle and kind. She was diligent on cleaning up when we finished and I felt confident they were adhering to all recommended precautions. I would definitely come back for my repeated tests without hesitation. It is also convenient for parking and if you have a wait, there is a DD, Rite Aid and Subway also located in this shopping center.

I went as a walk-in for the PCR covid test. The staff was very courteous and professional. The facility looked clean and the chairs in the waiting room were spaced out to maintain social distancing. Once I check in at the front desk, I was seen right away so there really was no wait time. This was my third visit to this location and I like it because theyre professional and efficient.

I needed to get a covid test for travel and have been driving around liberty ave for almost 3 hours with no luck. Finally someone suggested Silver Star Urgent Care in Ozone Park. The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming. My wait time was less than 30 min, which was so amazing. The office and rooms were immaculately clean. The nurse was so gentle doing the test. I highly recommend this place!

Quick and organized. Staff was professional and proficient and even had a sense of humor. Got my fast test results in 10minutes or less. Was told I would receive a text message telling me the PCR (long) results are ready. At 48 hrs I had not received a text. Called number given (after second call) to have them emailed, I did receive them within 48hrs.

Amazing place ! The service is beyond phenomenal. Was greeted instantly when I walked up to the window for information. After looking everywhere for a place still open for covid testing during a nor’easter this place made it quick and easy . They made the feeling of having your nose probed not so bad . Felt more acknowledged and safe in this place than I ever felt in any medical establishment! Would definitely keep this place in mind for future medical needs .

The doctor and staff are very good. The wait time was good. They ran the necessary tests and delivered fast results and I picked up my meds at the Rite Aid next door. They have hours that are very convenient for me and my daughter. I will continue to go there for our needs. We dont get sick often, but its nice to have this office in our neighborhood when we do.

To start off, clean and spacious facility. Waiting room is comfortable especially following social distancing guidelines. The ladies here are amazing! The young lady who checked in, got me registered really quickly. Answered all my questions about their testing and services very kindly and quickly. I was surprised to find not much of a waiting like despite other clinics with their slow moving lines, it comes to show how efficient this facility works and conveniently too, in a pandemic. The medical professionals here were wonderful too! My antibody blood test was done before I finished asking all my questions! Then I had the nasal swab test done right after, no intermediate waiting. Just an easy, fast and comfortable experience. I left really assured. I will be coming here from now on (Goodbye, CityMD.) This place is a diamond in the rough. I’m really glad they are here to serve our community. As a Native Richmond Hill dweller, I appreciate Urgent Care Ozone Park and I commend their hard work, bravery and persistence during this time of crisis. I hope they continue to strive in serving our neighborhoods medical needs. Two thumbs up! KUDOS!

Silver Star Urgent Care has been overall very good during the entire Pandemic with their procedures and health measures. Multiple times of coming here for testing and every one of them leaving satisfied, except for the invasive nose procedure but thats to be expected. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The one name I did get at the front desk is Shanefa and shes amazing. She is very professional and does her job very well. Not that I would like to, but if I need an urgent care again, Ill definitely be visiting this location once more.

These guys are the best! I’ve been coming here since the pandemic started and I don’t have a complaint. Sometimes you have to wait long time but it’s because they have many patients. The girls here are all very nice and gentle. Great job and great care for the patients! I love it.

I️ went here to see a doctor at 2:30pm and I️ was told the provider is on lunch until 4pm. The front desk were rude and couldn’t even let me know I️ had to keep asking. A 2 hour lunch? This is unacceptable

Staff is friendly and professional. Clean and well kept facility. Wait time can be long sometimes, so give yourself a buffer if you’re going in for a PCR or rapid test. Also, I wish their PCR results system was more streamlined. Sometimes you have to call the lab directly. Other times they are on your profile. Other times you’re better off picking it up. I never get the link with results 😔.

Recently got tested here. The waiting room was not that full and it still took me over an hour of wait time. Was told that I would I have to pay out of pocket for a rapid test. Which I have done before in other places and was never charged. The woman was who took the test was very nice and answered my questions. Its been four days and I have called to get my results but my only option is to leave a message. I should be able to get my test results in an easier manner. I will never be going back there, and would recommend anyone else to find another clinic.

I always receive EXCELLENT care when I come here. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive and I’ve never waited more than 45 mins (if it’s busy) would HIGHLY recommend coming here

Medical assistant was super nice and attentive. They both wore double masks the entire time which I appreciated considering the circumstances. The wait time is always pretty short whenever I go and the drs are always sweet. It’s best because the radiology is right next door and if you need images taken they can do it right there if your insurance covers it.

The providers is very unprofessional. I had to go in on three occasions, each time it was an unpleasant experience. I kept thinking maybe she was having an off day and gave additional chances. However, she makes you wait long periods of time even when there are no other patients and then she doesn’t check you properly. Tone time I had a serious infection (which I had to get diagnosed and treated at a different urgent care) but she told me to go home with 400mg of ibuprofen. The same happened each time.

Came here for the first time today to remove some stitches on my finger. Front staff and nurse assistant was polite and very friendly and made me feel at ease. The attending doctor was amazing. She took her time with me, and paused when necessary so I could breathe since it was very painful for me. She was patient, kind, caring, and gentle. Ill definitely be back in the future.

In and out quick for my covid test. Took both the rapid test and the PCR test and still didn’t spend more than 15 mins in there. The woman who administered my test, Yesenia, was very nice and gentle (as she could be I suppose). The lady at the front desk wasn’t rude, but wasn’t exactly warm, but I guess everyone isn’t like that. Overall a good experience

Had me on the phone for 50 mins and didn’t even care to hear what I had to say. I was trying to get checked out after my insurance appointed me to this facility which was told to me as an “urgent care”. They are not professional and didn’t even apologize for having me on hold for a long time. It seems like they need to hire employees that know what they are doing. If I were you I would avoid this visit and don’t waste your time and go to a better urgent care.

The receptionist needs to be retrained because she is completely unprofessional and has no customer service skills.We needed a Covid test for international traveling and was told it would be ready by 5PM. We called at 12pm to confirm that we would receive a printout by 5pm and she rudely said “ the time is up until 5pm, check back at 5pmWhen we went back at 5PM and asked for the results she, again, rudely said it was pending. When we went to get the test we informed them it was for international travel and the urgent care stated it would be expedited. We are fully aware that the urgent care does not have control over the labs but when you need the results within 72 hours and you are told it would be expedited you set your expectations to that level.Do not go to this location if you need the results for international traveling because the receptions is unprofessional and they’re unreliable. Currently 10:51PM and still waiting for the results. Ridiculous!

Very courteous and efficient staff. Wait time was less than ten minutes. Also, very helpful and taking the time to listen and make one feel not like just another patient as you would feel at most doctors offices. Would recommend this place.

Highly DONT suggest. Went there 2 days in a row after work and I was turned away both times because at 5:30PM they are no longer seeing patients. 1st day I went there and signed in online, sat for 20 minutes and then went to the window and asked if I was next only to find out they aren’t seeing anyone else. Never mind how minor the situation is. They need to advertise the correct time they close. They are so hungry to do covid tests and forget the people who have other issues.

Took me last minute for my rapid test for an upcoming flight rushed my results. Great and friendly staff. Was in and out in no time at all. Just hoping I get my results in time but they offered to give the office a call to make sure I get them.

They were very helpful, friendly and professional. I got the COVID-19 test by Shanefa. Very professional and nice. I’m not good with hospitals or test so she asked me to hold her arm. Test was better than other clinics.100% recommended

It was the best experience at a doctors office my husband and I had in a very long time. The staff was friendly and courteous and Dr. Michele Jackson was incredible. We will be using this Urgent Care without hesitation.

I went on a Sunday evening and the service was quick and efficient. The staff were comprehensive and were helpful and empathetic. This location is one of my favorite urgent care. Also, not to many people.

This place was HORRIBLE. Went in for sores on my face which turned out to be shingles. The NP ended up drawing blood for a test (she never told me what she was going to test for) and prescribed me some corticosteroids, which ended up not being covered by insurance. I tried to call the next day three times to try and get an alternative that might be covered and NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE. I finally went into the office, and was told that there would be no NP or doctor in the office all day. How do you run a medical office with NO MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL IN THE OFFICE?! Never got another script, as I went to see another doctor.Even more unsettling is the fact that the only thing which was tested from my blood sample was herpes, which I knew I didnt have (been a long, lonely quarantine). When the man on the phone called about the results of the test, he told me I tested positive for HSV-1 and HSV-2. Nearly had a heart attack before he told me 30 seconds later that he was reading the results incorrectly, and that I actually tested negative. How do you screw that up??On top of all this, while waiting for the NP in the office during my visit, I decided to get a COVID test, because the staff insisted on it. Its been a week and a half and I still have yet to get my results. I called today to ask about my results and was told that they would be e-mailed to me in a few hours. It has been many hours, and I still havent received an e-mail from them.I recommend avoiding this place like the plague.

Probably the worst urgent care experience Ive had. The nurses did not check any of my vitals, and left me with a $200 bill for a COVID test, incorrectly marking it as a doctors visit so that they could claim more insurance money.Also wrong diagnosis of the flu without doing any testing on my mom. Do yourself a favor and do not come here.

This Urgent Care lacks professionalism. A patient called over the phone to ask about a Covid test result he received via email. After contacting the office via phone to verify the accuracy of the result, the receptionist was very rude and dismissive. Upon further review of the test results received via email, the patient realized that the result he got was for ANOTHER PATIENT WHO tested positive. The patient tried to call a number of times to inform the provider of their FAILURE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE RESULTS and also the DISTRIBUTION OF ANOTHER PERSON’S medical information. Very disappointed with the service or lack there of.

I love everyone in this facility. I can truly see why this urgent care was rated 5/5 stars. The staff was great, especially the woman who helped me at the registration desk! Great service overall.

I have to hunt them down for test results that we’re supposed to be sent to me the next day. Also, the DR seemed like she was in a rush I was asking questions and it felt like she was just saying stuff to get rid of me. I get that you have other patients but each patient should have your undivided attention at the time you’re with them.

I had a servere allergic reaction to face, I am new to the area and took a big chance coming to this urgent care for the first time because it was close for me to get there. I made the right choice the staff took me in right away so a doctor to see my face, once the doctor saw me she got me in a right room away to start my treatments. Honestly i didnt kno I much time I had before the swelling could probably spread to my airways. This urgent care save my life by moving so promptly to my medical needs. From the very start the Staff and doctors showed me professional ,attentiveness and concern I really appreciated a is very Thankful for the care I receive there. I would recommend this urgent care .Hand down they deserve 5 🌟

Went here yesterday (December 19th) at 3pm after trying to call the facility for over an hr but no one would answer the phone. When I arrived the door was locked and no one would answer the door. Your facility did not close until 5 yet no one would help. My son needed to get an xray for he got injured. Yet covid testing seemed to take over the urgent care. One person maybe 2 should be designated to do the testing and the rest should be kept for urgent care.

This was my first visit, stopped in for a Covid test. Nice staff, quick in & out. Great location, waiting room seating was spaced out. Exam room very clean and organized. I would visit them again and recommend them to others.

Thr staff are so nice BUT the doctors are not good doctors at all. On 2 occasions the black female doctor did not notice that my childs throat was swollen and was infected. It was plain as day and she doubted me 2 times until someone else had to come in and check my child. Maybe she needs a spotlight and some magnifying glass so she can see. Also she always have an attitude!! If you dont like your job...Quit!!! Im not here for that! The older Indian lady while a little nicer, gave me child a the same medicine 2 times with different doses. How in the world are you a doctor. Do you not check the weight of a chils to determine how much mls they should intake. Why am I your doctor?? My child was sick forever until I realized. This job is just a paycheck for them and its saf because those girls that work there are so nice and helpful and they will be the ones who will oay for the HORRIBLE DOCTORS That is located here!!

Please is super sus. They ask for your insurance card, which I provided. Went to get 4 covid tests over the course of 2021 and they sent me a bill for $100 for 1 of the tests. Clear insurance scamming going on. My spouse, who is also insured, went here for a covid test and they charged her insurance $300 for a doc visit and she didnt see a doc.

Fast care with friendly compassionate staff. The physician was great ,competent and helped me with my urgent medical needs. Definitely would visit again.

I was there for a follow up covid test and not a full patient hx workup. I wanted to nose in and out! Instead I had to fill out the full patient paperwork and wait 3 days for the negative result. They had an MD and PA and its not efficient to have paperwork for an in and out service. I wouldnt be going here for full medical care in any event.

I went there because I had the flu,let me tell you this will definitely will be my go to urgent care facility from now on.My gosh the young ladies that work there are super duper amazing I was seen within like 10 minutes.The doctors are very knowledgeable I got a few test done on me besides my vitals of course, I got a strep test and a flu test done and was given some great medications that really works. I been to a few urgent care in my lifetime but I always gets medications that doesnt work see I am a pharmacy technician so I kinda know what I am supposed to get so when I was given the good stuff I knew the doctors know what they are doing.Will definitely recommend this facility keep up the great job guys until next time .

I was tested for Covid-19.The rapid test was fine, they gave the results in about 30min. The PCR was never sent to me, they do not take phone calls neither call you back when you request it.If need the PCR do not go to this place, you won’t be able to have it.

Ive gotten 3 covid tests here. Wait time is between 30-90mins. Results are easily available on the patient portal on the website. If you need to call for results, then you have to devote another hour towards that.

Staff very polite, courteous and helpful with few questions I had. Facility was clean and very relaxed. Had me in and out of there in mins. Would come here again if I need to.

I brought my son to Silver Star . The staff from the time we entered Shanefa and the provider was polite, profient , and well mannered. One thing that really impressed me is how they interacted with some patients, like its a real community medical facility. I would reccomend this site to my friends.dk

I called before going and they said they do the covid testing and hang up. Went this morning , waited in line and then the rude lady at front desk staff told me not rapid test available, only if I pay for it $175, the “other test” was available but the results will take 3-5 days, I asked how long will take, she said “ long, I don’t know how long. “ then told me to scan a code and have a seat. No hand sanitizer on sight, I asked for it and the lady at the front desk told me: “everyone have to bring their own” . Clearly she was not having a good morning.The center did not have what I needed so I left.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s better to call ahead before coming for a covid test. Sometimes they are busy but other than that I had a good experience with them. Thanks Silver star. Will recommend

Customer service is very poor. I took a Covid test and called them for my results two hours straight and no one picked up the phone even though they were open. You guys have to do better. This happened twice to me already. I had to go in person to get a respond

The staff was nice and attentive. Did not take much time to see the doctor. At the moment they don’t accept my insurance but after seeing how much I was coughing, the doctor still met me and ran tests.

3-22-2021. Went in complaining of a bad ear ache fever chills and skin pain and the nurse assistant or Intern are whoever she was thay treated me tells me that those are covid symptoms and so they gave me a rapid test that was negative amd the other covid test that takes 2 to 3 days to get the results. She did not once checkn in my throat or listen to my lungs or looked in my ear proceeded to subscribe Bromafed even though I told her I am not coughing and I had a history of ear infections as soon as I told her my symptoms she says its covid stood 6 feet away. Extremely unprofessional. I called my doctor ND he couldnt believe his ears subscribed me antibiotics right away .NO DOCTORS IN THIS URGENT CARE THE only good thing or the medical assistants that work there are very nice and professional no complaints with the medical assistants.

So I came in today to get tested for Covid pre op.. I was feeling anxious and super nervous about the procedure , can I say there’s an Angel at this urgent care ! Her name is Shanefa! She was súper informative and explained everything thoroughly! But more than that with her soft spoken kind voice and her smile ( present even behind her mask ) she made my day ! Thank you for not only being a healthcare worker! But for loving your job , because it shows 💪🏻❤️

You people have some audacity to send me a bill for bloodwork a month later after you told me it would not be an added cost, you didnt contact me once to give me the results, and your negligence resulted in me having a preventable medical emergency that could have been avoided if I had been notified of my bloodwork results prior. It was not until I was having a medical emergency and in a daze stumbled into your urgent care and reminded you that you had done bloodwork, that you then produced the results and informed me that the results had found a problem and you advised me to go to the hospital. Your negligence put my life at risk.

This was my first visit here, the place was very clean plus they exercised social distance.I must say the staff was nice and courteous and everything moved quick and smoothly. I will be returning when necessary.

There is a girl name Aracelis she is so good!! She has gentle hands and so far it has been the best experience doing my COVID test I recommend this place 100%.

My experience was amazing I have been here multiple times and the wait period is not long. The amount of time that you spend in their is so quick. It is not like other urgent cares where you wait an hour.

Waited there for about 30 minutes on a Saturday because online and at the office it says open on sat at ten well when u go closer you see that it says closed fyi you should update your hours and stop wasting people’s time

No one took my contact information upon arrival. After being told my results would be in 3-5 days. I called several times through out the day on 3 and 4. Never received a call back. On day 5. I got called from what sounded to be a manager she apologized and told me my results are in.

Horrible service management is terrible lady at front who claims to be the manager is not professional not only was I waiting in line for 20 mins and someone jumped in front of me and was ready to help without asking if I needed help when she saw me standing there for 20 minutes and she was also on FaceTime the whole time I was there please don’t come to this urgent care!!! Complete nightmare!

This place has the utmost unprofessional staff. They have ZERO hand sanitizer available for patients. They have All patients touching same sign in board without disinfecting or obviously having patient sanitize their hands. If you walk in to this location without COVID-19. YOU ARE ALMOST FOR SURE WALKING OUT WITH IT. THEY ARE NOT PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING AND THEY HAVE A WAITING ROOM FULL OF PATIENTS.PHOTOS HAVE BEEN TAKEN AS THIS IS A DISGRACE

I recently injured my finger while at work, and went to this office. I didn’t need an appointment. They took x-rays and gave me a splint right away. The medical assistant called me several times to see how I was doing and give me my result. A+ service!

The service here was great! There was no wait, and the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. This is a great place to come for any last minute concerns.

Horrible place. The receptionist are rude. They had a full blown argument with another lady in front of like 10 customers. It took me 2 weeks to get my covid test results....I tried calling and then my husband went in person to get the results and we still had to wait 2 WEEKS!

This place looks only good for COVID-19 related matters, other than that don’t go. They don’t even provide a summary of your visit like other Urgent care. Doctors seems clueless.

Went there last for school follow-up paper 20min to close, and employee said sorry we are closed. Here Im thinking ok not closed yet but ok Ill consider it my fault Went back again and doctor had emergency and couldnt be seen.Went again this week and 2hr for urgent care. People leaving and employee showing frustration to patients.

The staff was very friendly and polite, the wait was a very short time which was a plus. Will definitely be coming in the future if I ever need an urgent care again !

Second time visiting.Great staff, extreamly helpful.They helped me expedite my results.The doctor provided me great information to continue maintaining my health on top shape.

White spots in the back of my throat and yet they insisted that I didnt have an infection. They told me to take Motrin as if that is the cure. The medical professional didnt even examines my throat with a light so that she could probably see. She also states that I wait a few days until test results come back.. in the meantime I guess I should just pray that my condition doesnt worsen. What I took away from this experience is ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!!!!!

Was a walk-in for a COVID test. Very friendly and attentive staff. Answered my questions. A quick in-and-out visit.

Throughout the state of New York City Covid 19 test are free. I had to pay $125 to get myself tested at this location. This is highway robbery. The upsetting part to this was I had no signs nor symptoms it was just mandatory clearance to return to work. What if I had signs and symptoms and did not have that money to pay for a test? Would they have refused to get me tested so I can expose everyone else out there.

The doctor I saw was vey caring and attentive will definitely come again nurses was courteous

The assistants were very nice very efficient the doctor on the other hand not sure if he was a doctor maybe a physician assistant I think but I was really sick and he didn’t even listen to my lungs or ears told him my ears was hurting the assistants did the Covid test and it was negative all he looked at was my throat and said you have an infection and gave me antibiotics will go there for Covid testing but definitely not to be seen by the doctor

I called there to ask if they accept my insurance and the girl on the phone told me.. Yes we do. I took a taxi right away and went there because I had a really bad stomach pain, nausea and fever and couldnt handle it anymore. When I arrived I gave them my ID and insurance card and one of the girls said... We dont accept this insurance 🙂. Just wasted my time and money in a taxi because of that girl now with the cold outside I have earache too.

The nurses were very nice and fast. They took care of me without it feeling like they didnt want to be there. They were all very friendly.

I am a Physician Associate with pulmonary specialty background. I was exhausted trying self treating myself for respiratory distress. I decided to try Silver Star Urgent Care and seen by Michelle, NP. I knew exactly my S.O.A.P assessment was before being seen by her. I wrote down 4 things in my hand exactly what I felt I needed. 1-listen to my chest and history, 2- nebulizer treatment, 3- steroid injection, 4- X-ray. I got 3 out of 4, but X-ray was not warranted just hopeful 🤗. She assessed 3 out of 3. 100% with plan and treatment, it was cute for me to receive educational information lol 😂. She’s an asset to this new business opening. Highly recommended AAA+++Ray, RRT-NPS, OPA

The reviews must be bought. No ever picks up the phone, if you leave a message no one gets back to you. The opening and closing hours are not even accurate. Horrible.

Please don’t go here for Covid test especially if its urgent. I have been getting tested thruout the pandemic from other places & it nvr took more than 24-48 hrs. It has been four days now here & all they say is THEIR LABS ARE ALL BACKED UP. IS THAT MY PROB?Edit: 5 days to go but they have no idea when I will get my results. I repeat DON’T GET TESTED FOR COVID HERE PLZ.

If I could give this place 0 star I would. The receptionist at the front desk had a nasty attitude. Management need to step in and get these receptionists train or hire people who will appreciate doing their job. Very Unprofessional !!!! VERY DISRESPECTUL!!!

DOCTOR should be present always there in URGENT CARE..NURSE PRACTITIONER / PA is definitely UNABLE to provide all urgencies..!!Specially today here in this UC where attending NURSE was SCARED OF ADVISING A CHEST X RAY for my 5 yrs & 2 yrs old child suffering from cough and fever for last 21 days..!!I asked treatment along with covid test & she just did covid test..!!SURPRISINGLY she said 21 days cough and fever is not an indication of CXR..!!SHE is SCARED OF HER LICENSE..!!Here’s is the difference of A DOCTOR & NURSE/PA & that’s why Urgent care need to ensure doctor always to provide QUALITY HEALTH SERVICE..But if you depend on NURSE / PA - u ll simply do business with pt health..!!HOPE PROPER AUTHORITIES LL INVESTIGATE THIS MISMATCH..!!

Rose was great, she took very good care of me ,very professional and very nice god bless all the staff there they are real heroes, especially Rose she was very professiona,went there a second time and shanefa and here staff are the greatest god bless them all love you all continue to to do Gods work.

Really sweet and kind doctors and nurses, they’re really comforting to talk to and when I was nervous about what was going on with me they really helped me relax. Definitely worth the trip, making this place my #1 place to go to for emergencies.

Very expensive (copay was $70 compared to $25 at similar urgent cares), found out they misdiagnosed/didnt help my problem after going to a different doctor when the medicine I was prescribed didnt work.

I would come again!! They are profesional doctors and they know exactly what medicine you need. I am really happy that I found them🙏
