Access Medical Center Urgent Care Owasso

Due to short staff and system down took a bit but as a Veteran I was happy to get seen at all and get the meds and steroid shot needed after a week of battling a cold. Desk was very nice and helped me on my phone check in and nurse was thorough and Doctor was great and thanked me for my Service in Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom as well as a Police Officer after that. Personable. I feel better now so thank you!

Daughter said she waited for almost an hour to be seen, then the doctor comes in and makes her feel less than for even being there, brushed off the fact that shes stopped up and having trouble breathing. Literally assessed her for 2 minutes, asked her if she drank, smoked or did drugs, laughed that shes been sick since Thursday and just now getting treatment, then sent her in an inhaler and steroids. Didnt take any blood, or do any swabs to check for covid or flu- even though its that season. Angry he made her feel like a drug seeking teenager. Health care professionals should care more about their patients and their concerns. Disappointed.

Received a call from my primary care asking me to come in for a urine analysis due to ongoing problems with a UTI because I developed lower back pain I explained I was out of town do they asked me to visit a near by Urgent Care.I went in and was treated with the utmost professionalism the attending physician prescribed an antibiotic and I am already starting to feel better.Quick reliable service.I definitely recommend their services.

I appreciated the excellent care I received! It was a holiday, late in the day, yet the caregivers, including lady at front desk, were cheerful and caring. My wait time was short. My prescription was called in quickly. Will always use this urgent care!

I have been having ear pain for weeks and went to another urgent care twice. Started getting vertigo and was recommended to go to this Urgent Care. I’m so glad I did! I was seen so quick and the doctor knew his stuff. Got me the meds I needed and was feeling better within an hour. Never going anywhere else!!!

It was great, everyone was so helpful and nice. I saw Dr.Means nurse practitioner Dr. Delaney. She is as fantastic. She listened and helped me with alot.I would recommend her to anyone.

Very friendly people who seemed to care. I was admitted rapidly and the personnel in the back were very patient. I especially liked my doctor - his beside manners and concern for me took me back to my younger years. I will definitely return here should I have urgent medical needs.

We took our 9 year old for a leg issue and he says everyone was very kind and I could not agree more. The NP and the tech talked to him and asked him questions and allowed him to answer. They were so respectful of our time. Our 9 year old also says that if he could leave 100 stars he would! Great job to those who cared for us on Sunday, 12/15/2024 at 3:20pm!!

I went in for an injury, and was able to get seen right away. The medical staff was thorough, and attended to me quickly. My injury required stitches, and my total time from entry to exit was approximately 50 minutes. I am very happy with the medical attention I received.

Doctor opened the door without knocking and hit my 1 year old with the door knocking her onto her back! Yelled over my crying baby instead of apologizing and giving me a chance to soothe her. He seemed very rushed and frustrated. Held her down to check her ears and normally she does fine with doctors so it was unnecessary and uncomfortable to watch. He then finished up our visit by mocking me for smoking and told us we couldn’t wait in our room because my crying baby was too distracting. They forgot about us in the lobby and it took 20 more minutes to get a discharge paper. Appointment in total took 2 hours

Got me right in with my online appointment. I felt like crap and I could rest at home instead of the waiting room. My dr couldnt see me for 2 weeks. Thankful for Access Medical and Dr Jones.

Unfortunately, I decided to give it another opportunity to this place. I spent 2h30 minutes in an “urgent” visit. I had to come out from the room to check why after an hour of waiting nobody has come to check me. This is not only a lack of respect to the patients but also the lack of empathy to the reason that brought the patients in. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this was not only disappointing but frustrating. Picture shows the timeframe between checking in and out.

I’ve gone here for years and the new nurse practitioner is incredibly rude and not very helpful. I won’t be going back. I’ve heard Medwise is good and they gained my business based on my visit yesterday.

Staff was pleasant, patient and prompt. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Very professional and competent staff. I recommend this for any urgent care matters

Got it pretty quick. Got xray taken immediately when I went back and Dr was speedy and to the point with a matter of fact attitude! Loves that.

Had to fill out a bunch of information on my phone. Although I was in the system.Nurse talked over me and rushed through everything. Doctor was good. Took 2 hours for my medicine to get called in. Which left me without anything over night.

Quick detailed and efficient.Money and insurance and payments are usually a major headache with urgent care centers, and they handled this part of the care very well.

The nurse practitioner was so kind and empathetic. I was in so much pain I dont remember what her name was but she gave me a referral to the er since she couldnt give me what she felt I needed. This is why if I have to go to urgent care this is the only one I will go to.

My daughter had to get stitches, Staff was very friendly and a fast visit. I loved that they joked around to keep her mind occupied on something else while she was getting stitched up. Thank you for a great experience even though it was over an injury, the positivity was great to be surrounded by.

I took my dad to the clinic Friday for a UTI treatment. They sent his urine for a culture and called me back today. He has something in culture that requires a shot of antibiotic, no oral antibiotic works. I went back to the same clinic less than 72 hours later for what I thought was a Nurse visit to simply get an injection. But no, greed has to get theirs. It is a waste to do a and charge a whole other visit. You were treating him for the same condition that we paid for visit on Friday. We didnt need vitals again or to see a provider. Just a Nurse injection. Greed, greed, greedUPDATE..received the bill. The full appointment to diagnose UTI costs 379.00 The charge to simply go in for an injection of medicine costs 520.00. Had a chest infection doctor told me to take Dayquil. Same doctor Jones almost killed my wife last year. Was rude to her because she daid she smoked and told her she just had asthma. She ended up in the hospital with congestive heart failure. Ill never go back

My husband visited this clinic last may 27, they overcharged him. He paid total of $155. But insurance only allowed them to charge us $31. I contacted them on the phone they said they havent received explanation fo benefits from the insurance yet and said they will credit us back once they get it. However its been 4 months and we havent received any credit from them yet. It only took 30 days for the insurance to approved the claim. Other facilities knows what to charge and they usually talk to insurance first before charging you. Save yourself from headache dont go to this clinic.

The medical staff were very knowledgeable and knew the medication and next steps that I need to take. Living with an open wound for a year or more takes a lot out of you and some expert opinions help.

Dr Jones was great. Had to remind staff to give me the injection he ordered, but still visit was not bad.

Went in for biannual testing for employment. There were 2 other people in front of me and I was in and out within 30 minutes. The technician was nice and professional.

I have called, messaged, and emailed, and cannot seem to get a response from anyone. I was seen at the Owasso Access Urgent Care on Friday 7/12/24 by Zachary Robertson for a severe UTI. I was told that my urine would be cultured to be sure I was on the proper antibiotic and that I would receive a call in 3 days. When I checked out even the receptionist said I would receive culture results in 3 days. Three days came and went and I started feeling worse the following Tuesday night, so I call Wednesday morning to see where my culture results were. I was told that there is no evidence of a culture being sent off and that my sample had been thrown away. If there is no evidence of my culture, why was I told by 2 different people that it would be done? The conversation ended with the girl telling me “well I don’t know what to tell you…” A place I went to and trusted for care dropped the ball. I need to understand why and how? And why someone would feel okay with giving me THAT response? My animals receive better care and treatment at their veterinary office.I ended up in the ER Wednesday. Due to being on the wrong antibiotic, the infection had traveled into my kidneys. I had to receive a CT scan, IV fluids, and IV antibiotics. This could have been easily prevented had my culture been sent off like I was told it would. This could have also been much worse as I have a history of kidney issues which I mentioned at my visit as a concern. I hope this reaches someone who will be able to help me understand what happened here and where it went wrong. I look forward to hearing from you.Thank you,Jessica Thompson

I sat there for over 90 minutes and still wasn’t able to be seen even though there were only two other patients in the clinic. Zero urgency to see that you are seen quickly.

Care was good but I made an appointment and still was not seen until 2 hours later. Why have appointments if you dont honor them.

The front desk lady was so so sweet and went above and beyond for me. i felt comfortable in their office*my first review was around april i believe and was a 5 star.i’ve been back a 2 times for an illness no one can find a solution to. their office said they take my insurance but they gave me a doctor outside of my network and then billed under him instead of the office charging me. most urgent cares/walk-ins i’ve been to will tell you if they have doctors on staff who takes your insurance.the 2 times i came back i feel like they’re just trying to push me out and onto someone else with no help. no lists of doctors to call, nothing. they wanted me to just call my insurance which is either automated or someone who doesn’t live in the country and is only capable of reading my coverage to me (that i can read myself). i think id honestly choose a new urgent care if i need one in the future. ive left in tears both times.

I went to Access for a minor injury. We got an appointment and as soon as i checked in they got me in and patched me up. It was very quick.

Extra sick and hard time breathing. Nurse and Dr very helpful and quick to help me. Truly listened to me.

I went to access medical after 2 appointments at Warren clinic. They told me my chest xray looked good. Dr. Jones took chest X-rays and sent to a radiologist. I have pneumonia. I been suffering for 2 1/2 weeks. Thank you Dr. Jones.

I have never incurred any problems at this facility. Staff and Doctors n Nurses have always treated me very well . I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Could not say enough good things about this urgent care! I had gone here when I was a child, but moving back with my own children and choosing this place again was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. My 4 year old had a bad cough but no fever that we couldn’t figure out, and I had trouble getting the right insurance information and he had a coughing fit to the point that it scared me so much, I was just going to take him to the ER. I started second guessing myself on if he was sick or not. From just hearing him they knew what was happening and, like they said, knew how to approach the situation. Not only am I blessed to have chosen them, but my spur of the moment incompetence was only met with professionalism and patience.

Had a painful swollen lymph node in neck that needed immediate attention before traveling. Was able to schedule appointment within 2 hours. Dr Jones diagnosed quickly and ordered antibiotics within an hour. Had gone to another urgent care night before and they couldn’t determine cause or treatment. Everyone was kind, attentive and prompt. Will make this urgent care my go to in the future.

Dr Jones is the best and kindest physician. He will take the time and care to actually exam you and the other staff is friendly and knowledable. There was also almost no wait time.

Its pointless to make an appointment for a certain time. It took 37min for dr to see us and they were not busy. I arrived 15min early. My kid had been congested for over 3 weeks and then 1 ear started to really hurt plus she had eye congestion. Dr saw us for 1min to tell me my kid just had ear wax build up in both ears causing pain. And dr refused to try and diagnose ear infection. I find it funny dr said issue was both ears but my kid only had one that was hurting. Dr. Did not shine light in my kids eyes or run any type of flu or covid test. Dr had attitude and did not have good patient manners. Also the facility is in shambles. Chairs are all ripped and everything looks disgusting. They could use a remodel. Dr offices should feel clean, this place has the opposite appeal.

I had an appointment scheduled for 8am, I was not called back until 8:20. Then I was seen by the nurse practitioner finally at 9am, she of course ordered a Covid test and said that the results would take 15 minutes. It’s officially been an hour and 15 minutes since I’ve seen or heard from anyone.Don’t come here if you don’t mind waiting 2+ hours to receive any answers or care. I had to poke my head out and ask how much longer after I heard someone else have to do the same thing.I absolutely will not be back to this location. The workers were nice but the wait is ridiculous

I had a fabulous experience here! They were quick to see me, and they guided me on the process for getting coverage due to my work-related injury. Although my employer required a different facility, they even called me back and refunded my copay due to me not being able to go through their facility. They absolutely went above and beyond.

We were walk ins, so naturally we had to wait, but the staff at this clinic made the wait worth it. From the receptionist that greets you with the most welcoming smile to the sweet nurse that patiently triaged to our very knowledgeable nurse practioner, we had the best care and left feeling better about our peticular situation. I would totally recommend this Urgent Care!

The staff is incredibly disorganized and SLOW. They called my meds to the wrong pharmacy after I told them twice where to send. The nurse was talking to a someone in the office for 40 minutes while I waited. Additionally, the clinic is extremely dirty.

My in office experience was fine, no problems getting in or being seen. However, I had a pretty bad case of tonsillitis and was really uncomfortable. 4 hours after my visit my script had not been called in, the directions on my script did not match the quantity it was written for (so Im down a full day of antibiotics), and the doctor gave me completely different directions than what he wrote on the script. You cannot get through to them on the phone. My husband went back to the office twice to try to get this fixed and they said they would call my pharmacy right now to line everything out both times, they never did.If you actually need help, go somewhere else.

We came because it is an Urgent Care and my young son needed help breathing. We didn’t want to go to an ER with the chances of having more severe illnesses there. Well we were told we needed and appointment and they could not see us. While they were not near closing we were sent away, even when the sign states there is no appointment needed. Now we get to test our luck at the ER and we don’t bring something home to the rest of the kids.

So very thankful for the staff, nurse and Dr who treated me this evening for a severe migraine and vomiting. I appreciate that they were all so gracious and compassionate about my intense level of pain. They were all so kind. My treatment was quick and effective. I would highly recommend this facility for compassionate care and efficient treatment. I made an appointment online but decided to go in early in case there was a chance I could get in. They got me right in quickly, made a diagnosis, and got me on my way. The Doctor was concise, courteous, and thorough. The receptionist and Nurses were very polite and helpful It was a good visit, overall.

Well, they forgot about me for an hour and it was so obvious because when I asked how much longer she immediately was like oh I can take you back and then I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Also, the doctor had gloves on when he was typing on his computer before he came to see me didn’t change his gloves when he was touching me and then walked out with the same gloves and then started typing on his computer again and I have strep very unsanitary and gross

Dr Jones is so kind. I’ve been treated by him several times over the past few years - never the same issue - and he was spot on in the diagnosis and very helpful in every way.

Dr. Jones is great! Always tells me what I need to know not what I want to hear. The young lady that took my vitals and ex ray was extremely friendly. But you really need to do something about the landscaping.

Had a great experience at this Urgent Care. All the staff members were in such a great mood & really did their best to help. We came in on a Sunday & was blow away by the service. Shout out to Amber & her super fun personality.

I get a sinus infection every year at this time. I went in the get Covid and flu tested just in case and get an antibiotic. I could hear the PA talking just outside my room to the nurse-Nurse said both tests are negative and PA asked the nurse if I looked sick! Then after examining me and asking me about my symptoms the PA said I “convinced her”. Believe me- I would not go and wait over an hour if I was not sick. I hate going to the dr. Hanging out at urgent care is not my idea of a good time on Sunday night.

Urgent care took care of my husband very quickly. We were in and out in less than a half hour. Dr Jones was very nice, very professional, and explained everything very well.

100% my favorite minor emergency to go to. With my 3-4 years living in owasso I have visited every minor emergency in town and hands down this is the best. Superb front desk service, and they have the best care ! Even if they’re busy I’d rather wait 2 hours to get treatment than get instant service somewhere else.

Service was excellent. I received a very thorough physical. Wait time was excessive for a scheduled appointment, however I was out in 1hr 30min.

If youre gonna be sick, this is a good place to get treated. After hours or your PCP cant fit you in? The nice people at this place will fix you up.

We brought my daughter in right before close. My husband and I were on our way back from out of town but we knew we wouldn’t make it before close so had gma take her in. We did not have a waiver on file for some other adult to bring her in. They allowed me to email saying that they could see Finnley we showed up right after they took her back at 8pm. The service was great. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful as was the doctor. Strep test was positive and RX called in and we were on our way.! I would recommend.

I would highly recommend access. It’s flu season, however, you’d never know it. Everything went very efficiently. One person who really stood out was the lady who checked us in and made sure everything did go smoothly. Tracey Russell was the nicest, helpful, efficient and just an overall great person. Being Christmas Eve, I asked how many angry people come in, her response was, people come in because they don’t feel good, we’re here to help and being upset does not help. I’d hire her on the spot! Thank you Tracey!

Such a great experience. Upon first walking into the clinic, the front desk staff was prompt, polite and so friendly. The waiting area was clean and the wait time was very reasonable. The nurse that checked us in was phenomenal. For not being a pediatric clinic, they really had such patience and skill with my children.The PAC was so kind, professional and overall just wonderful. They turned what could have been a really stressful day for me and my kiddos into a pleasant experience. Smiles and friendly faces in this clinic are amazing! I will most certainly be returning and recommending this clinic.

This facility always takes care of our family’s needs. Dr. Jones at the Owasso location is fantastic! Would highly recommend him as he is very thorough, professional and really cares about his patients. The other doctors, PA’s, and MA’s at this tacitly are also very good!

Overall not a bad experience. The wait time was long, about two hours, but I also came in as a walk in so I understand that can happen under the circumstances. Once they did call me back, the nurse I had was very friendly and personable which I appreciated because I always like places where the staff is easy to talk to or relate to. The doctor was a bit more straightforward but still compassionate. I was in and out in no time after that. Thanks again.

I decided Memorial Day was a good day to smash one of my toes and spent the morning with Mrs Debbie and Mrs Amanda. They were so kind to me and were gracious and tender while they worked. I couldn’t have hand picked better caregivers. Because of them a very unpleasant situation turned into a pleasant morning. I don’t know if you can request by name the ones to take care of you, but I sure would ask for them again!

Everything about this urgent care is great. The providers are kind, professional and understanding. And the medical assistants are nice and easy to talk to! I am local so its only about a 5 minute drive for me. Lobby is clean and the chairs are spread out so all the patients have enough distance between one another. My son and I have been patients as of today and yesterday and will continue to go here for our urgent care needs in the future!

The staff is very professional & competent with a warm & caring manner. I appreciate how they strive to allow their patients to wait at home or out in their car until the appointment time. This allows their waiting room to not fill up, which is important & necessary to slow down the spread of germs. Thank you very much for helping me to get treatment & answering all questions fully!!

I was referred here by a 24 hour Nurse line. While an older & larger facility, the parking, lobby, restroom layout was well spaced & you can schedule ahead or walk-in. All staff were professional & friendly. I was diagnosed, treated effectively in a kind timely manner. I like Dr. Jones. I observed kindness ages 3 to 75. Vending machine for beverages available. I would definitely return & try their Tele-medicine doc visits in future.

My son who is 2 years old needed stitches today. Mary the MA and the Dr were Fantastic with him. Made the process quick and easy. Explained everything well. Such a great experience

Set the appt time, arrived a bit early, completed needed paperwork and was called back actually before my appt time, the staff to this point was happy smiling and made us feel welcome. When I was seen by the PA, she to was very upbeat and wasn’t but just a few minutes had examined my ear, diagnosed the problem, gave me instructions on the care, called in the prescriptions and sent us down the road. The visit was positive and done quickly without feeling like they were pushing us out. Very well done.

Very helpful even though it was close to closing time. Did not have to wait very long and that is always nice. Friendly staff. Doctor was very nice and did not just run out of the room and looked me in the face and took time to explain things to me. Nurse who did my flu test was very nice even though I freaked out a bit. Very patient with me.

We were seen within 15 minutes, and everyone was very polite and professional.

Went in for a LEG injury on my 3 year old from the trampoline park. We got Xrays and turn out there noted down KNEE injury, so they were only focused on her knee, which of course was not injured so she could bend and kick just fine. PAC Teresa Green said I didnt see anything, if shes able to bend her knee like that its not broken ((I was never concerned about her knee because that is not where I told them she had the injury)) she quickly grabbed my daughter and stood her up and said shes bearing weight shes fine, give her ibuprofen for pain, its a knee sprain, shes just scared to walk on it The total interaction with that woman was 30 seconds to a minute. I took my daughter to St francis where it was confirmed that she had a tibial fracture. I work in healthcare and would never rush treatment of my last patient of the day just so i can hurry and go home.

Amber Gunther was absolutely amazing this evening, I went in for sinus & ears and ended up talking to her about personal things I went through and she told me some of hers, i have never felt more cared about by a doctor then I did tonight, she was so kind and the tears in her eyes let me know she really truly is more then just a doctor, she is an amazing human and I couldn’t of asked for anything better to happen to me tonight. I needed someone I didn’t know to just listen and she did. She asked if she could hug me and told me that I am an amazing person and told me she was proud of me for getting out of what I’ve been through and recently dealt with. She is in the right profession and i 100% guarantee she treats all her patients like that… now sent home with some meds and going to sleep feeling very grateful and happy.

Only reason one star is Gordon Jones, my 3 year old grandson has a swollen hand with blisters. Dr says nothing out of the ordinary, really?? How is that normal, we wouldnt have been there if it was normal especially when mom is allergic and so is grandma. Seriously you there to do a job but you apparently only want money!

Every employee was extremely kind. I was impressed with them for an urgent care. With that said there were a couple of things that kept me from giving the facility 5 stars. Wait time wasn’t great. I’d say it’s an issue at most urgent cares I’ve been to though. We arrived at the time they opened. There were 5 people in front of us. It took an hour to get brought back to a room and it was another 20 min waiting in the room. They did apologize. Floors needed a bit of cleaning but facility was decent otherwise. The room we were put in was decorated for kids and my toddler appreciated that. Overall a good experience.

Everyone was nice and professional. I do recommend, especially with covid testing, setting up an appointment either online or on their app. You can choose from the date and times that are available. You can fill out your paperwork and take pictures of your insurance cards online and when you get there, you can use the app to check in. It will show you how many patients are ahead of you. No need to mess with pen and paper. So many try to just walk in but chances are they wont be seen same day. If there is time available, the wait time is usually over three hours and seating is very limited.

Green County Urgent care really cares. They take time to listen to you and make you feel comfortable. Their bed side manner is great and they help you to feel better fast. Dont bother making an appointment here. We called to make an appointment which they told us that they couldnt even see my sick daughter for another 5 hours. We filled out the online paperwork. We arrived 2 minutes early for our scheduled appointment, only to be told Its going to be a long wait time, at least one hour wait due to all the walk-ins. So it would have been 5 hours faster if we wouldnt have made an appointment. Pathetic. Update- Its been an hour and ten minutes passed our appointment and we were told to Just sit down, we are trying to get everyone in.

Very prompt and the wait was not very long at all. I feel like I received good care and they more than met my expectations.

I had an ear infection. Primary care was not taking appointments. THEN I FELL! Friendly, efficient staff attended to all my needs. Took X-rays. Not crowded. Pleasant experience. Id feel safe going back if I needed them.

This is the 3rd time I have gone there for myself or my child for a possible broken bone. The two times before with my daughter each time they said her xrays were neg Nothing broken yet they were wrong and she required surgery on both. Well last night I went again and had an xray of my foot and waited over an hour to be told they wont be able to get the results today after all. Was told they would give me medicine till I got the results in the morning and then was told that they will just hold off and wait. Ive called 3 times since I never got the call this morning to ve told if my foot was broken. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes each time and never an answer. But yet they had no problem charging me for my service of almost 200 before I left last night. What a joke. No mater what number I call I can not get anyone on the phone and my foot is worse today.

My husband and I went to the clinic to get a Covid test. We were able to take the paperwork to our car to fill them out. The wait was a little long but that’s because they were very busy. The receptionist was so very kind and professional. Once we got back into a medical room, the nurse and doctor was very caring and professional. My husband and I will not hesitate to go back there for any future needs. We will be more than happy to refer other people to them for medical needs.

The medical staff were very good and made me feel cared for.However, the office staff sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy even after I had correctly filled out the intake forms, and told both the doctor and office staff to correct the error. Didnt happen. I had to call the clinic again the next morning to have it corrected. It has noe been 24 hours and it is still not corrected yet -- I am elderly and have Covid!

All staff were friendly, efficient and effective. Reception greeted me with a warm smile my nurse was very nice and great at her job. The doctor was very thorough and efficient. Really an impressive setup I recommend to anyone.

I have been into their urgent care a handful of times and they have provided timely and effective care. Their staff is polite and professional and they always take good care of patients.. I would have given 5 stars but my copay changes everytime I go from $0 to as much as $75 and my I insurance hasnt changed in over 8 years.

We were treated with top of the line service with the staff when going for sports physical.

The staff, the doctor, the convenience making the appointment online, doing all the paperwork online before I came made the experience so much easier in my distressed state. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who is needing to go. There is not a better urgent care or staff or doctor to be found. They are 10 stars!!!!

I made my appointment online . It was fast and easy. I was able to feel out all paper work on my phone. When I got there for my appointment I was able to check in and had a short wait for the doctor. Fast friendly service highly recommended!!!

I cant say enough about this Access Urgent Care location. I went in for an abscess on Wednesday, that the doctor lanced and sent a sample off to the lab, and was given a prescription for an antibiotic. On Saturday I had to come back for a follow up for another doctor to check the incision. She thoughtfully considered my time, only taking less than five minutes with me, but allowed me to stay in the room for another fifteen minutes in the plush metal chair to hear her conversation in the hallway about wedding photographers. Were I getting married in the near future, I would consider the $185 (after insurance) charge for this on my bill a bargain, since it doubles as a wedding photographer consultation. After two weeks, Old Mr. Staph was still hanging around, so I stopped in and asked if they could refill my antibiotic. I was told it would require another exam. Since I didnt need any information on wedding venues or caterers, I declined. Six weeks, $450, AND I get to keep my infection? What a bargain!

Was able to make an appointment within a few hours settling appointment. Was seen by Dr within minutes of checking in and was diagnosed immediately and had script the all in the same hour. Very satisfied.

I only had to wait 5 minutes to be seen and as soon as I was taken to a room, the nurse practitioner came in. She seemed to really listen to what I had to say and was sincerely concerned with my condition. Everyone I came into contact with was super nice and eager to help. It was a great experience despite the reason I was there.

The facility was clean, and smelt good. Staff at the front desk greeted me with a smile, and was eager to help me. The confidence I felt from every team player made me feel comfortable and they really cared about helping me feel better. The Doctor was extremely informational and gave me different options of choices of how I could care for my issues. I enjoyed the fact she wanted to do what was best for me but was willing to listen to me about natural ways of caring for my symptoms. Overall I would give the office a 5+ only because from start to finish they were on the ball. Thank you for helping me each and everyone of you from the front to back staff.

Clean and friendly staff. Social distance is awesome you can wait in your car. Great experience! The PA today was awesome very knowledgeable. She took care of my infected finger quickly and new exactly what was wrong.

The Access Medical Center in Owasso is the best urgent care center that I’ve ever been to. It’s so convenient and easy to be seen by a doctor without all the wait time like most places. You, can make an appointment that works best for you. They text you a link for your paperwork, that can be filled out and submitted before you arrive to your appointment, just show up as scheduled and you’re called back usually less than 5 minutes later. You’re in and out really quick with great medical care.

I went for a scheduled random drug screen and it took 2 hours to be called back and about 3 minutes to do the screening! The crew was pleasant but, the wait was ridiculous.

I went to Access because i was having a medical procedure and needed a needed a COVID test so i could have my procedure done. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I filled out my paperwork and waited a short time and was called back. My vital signs were taken, then I was placed in a room. I waited a short period of time to see the doctor. The doctor listened to my heart and lungs to make sure everything was clear for my procedure. He prescribed some cough syrup for the cough that I have. Every person that I came in contact with was kind and helpful. I was in and out as quickly as possible. What I like about this facility is the fact that you make an appointment and show up when it’s close to time for your appointment. There is no needless waiting in a lobby full of sick people. Wait at home and rest until it is your time to see the doctor.

I had a really good experience at Access. Just a short wait and I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner. There were other urgent care facilities that were closed but Access was open and had plenty of good help.

I always have a great experience at Access medical for my health needs. The doctors are always so thorough and pleasant. The front desk is always so pleasant and helpful. The nurses always do a good job taking the information and are very helpful. I always try to figure out if I should go to access or wait it out. But every time I decide to go they provide some helpful information and diagnoses that allow me to get better more quickly. Thank you

Speedy service in & out in timely manner. Everyone was professional and performed with speed without sacrificing competency. Dr. Jones showed that he had reviewed my record before entering exam room - showing that he cared for his profession & his patients -thus continuity of care. Very impressed & will return as needed. Great facility! Awesome staff. They got us back as quickly as they could! Being a medical facility people are so impatient waiting to be seen that they don’t give enough credit for what is being done in the back. The nurse was super sweet and was so kind with my 3 year old. They got my daughter back and taken care of quickly and efficiently! Thank you!

Made an appointment and didn’t have to wait More than 20 minutes! Compare that to the first urgent care we went to, which had a 6+ hour wait. Very friendly staff. We don’t trust our son’s care to just anyone, but this office was great. Will definitely go back when any of our kids need quick medical attention.

The door says that they open at 7:45 was there at 8:00 and they were still not open!

The doctor who saw me was efficient, professional and well educated on what allergy treatment I needed. He is an older gentleman and I hope this message gets back to him and those who discount services of our senior citizens. I’m glad he provided my medical care. I have been very pleased with services at this Urgent Care for many years.

Came in with the worst pain of my life and loss of sleep just to pay 200 dollars to find out i have covid and get nothing for the pain, i also have a sinus infection and need antibiotics but the doctor completely ignored me and didnt believe i was in as much pain as i said i was in.

I want to express our total gratitude to Dr. Gordon Jones. We were amazed at his quick diagnosis of my husband‘s problem. We went into the facility on Monday because he had a large swelling under his chin and his tongue hurt amazingly bad. Dr. Jones came in examined him and said that he hadn’t seen one of these in a long time. He said that my husband had an infection of the salivary gland under his tongue. He said it was rare and then gave him amoxicillin to combat the infection. As of 30 minutes ago a large stone popped out of the infection providing immediate relief. Thank you so much Dr. Jones. This facility and its staff are remarkable. They work together like a well oiled team and I am so glad they were there.

I had to go twice in one week for different problems. They were so kind both times. I felt each time that I got just as good care as I receive from my Primary Care Physician. My physician is in south Tulsa and I didn’t feel like traveling that far to my doctor. So glad I did Urgent Care. I highly recommend to everyone!

Unfortunately my family has had to drop in twice lately. Everyone is so nice there. We have found our new place.

I came in as a walk-in and everyone was wonderful! I was worried I had something contagious, and the antibiotics my primary doctor prescribed werent cutting it. Dr. Jones was super quick but very thorough, and got me sorted out with a proper diagnosis and better meds. I would definitely recommend this center, especially if youre needing medical care on weekends!EDIT 9/3/2021as always these folks are wonderful. I had a wrist issue and saw Dr. Oetken who got me all sorted out! Ive never had a bad experience here and wont go to any other urgent care clinic

Booked on line!! From leaving my house to the appointment and pick up a prescription was only one hour!! Clean facility! Friendly staff! Very nice Doctor!! I was so dreading having to go to an Urgent Care, but this visit was fast, easy and pleasant! And they are five minutes from my home! Perfect!!!

Dr. Scott was informative and took the time to ensure i understood how to use the medicine he prescribed.I have been going to Access for years and have always received great care.

Quick and easy! I dont have insurance and the staff offered different options for discounted services. I Chose one of their options so that I may be able to get care when I need it. There have been many times I have just suffered because I havent felt like I could afford medical care. That is the case no more!

The staff was courteous and friendly. The nurse and Doctor were very nice, quick and understanding. I was in from out of town and walked in. Fast, other than filling the forms out on line... definitely recommend for acute care. Thank you.

The overall experience was great. Friendly staff, fast service. Only complaint is that the nurse that checked me in in the triage room was on the phone with someone in her earbud? I work in healthcare as a nurse as well and not only is that unprofessional, it makes the patient feel uneasy about who’s on the other end. You don’t know what your patients past is, please respect their COMPLETE privacy. Ya know, HIPPA?

Setting up an appointment online is super easy. When you get there, they are taking spacing precautions for covid and the waiting room is very clean. Staff is exceptionally friendly and the nurses and doctors are as well.Went in for a covid test. In and out 30 minutes with results for the test. Highly recommend if you need a test here.

I went to Access Medical Center for the second time in 3 weeks. This place knows what they are doing. They are prepared for just about anything. I didn’t have to wait at all. The ladies at the desk were courteous, kind, patient, and efficient. If you are sick or hurt. They can fix you!

Very appreciative of the kind staff in Owasso! We drove through a bad storm to arrive late for the appointment but they saw me. Diagnosis: pneumonia. Without their understanding, patience & professionalism, my recovery would be longer. Have been here before & will return when needed.

Very polite. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes even being a new patient and not being first in line. So they are also fast. Its been 24 hours. The meds they prescribed dont even touch the pain I have :( the antibiotics better help soon...

Went in late in day for Covid test. Was greated promptly and paperwork was quick and simple. I was new, having just moved here a couple of weeks ago. Was tested within 30 minutes. My wife had similar experience a few days ago after being given run around treatment for 3 days at another brand clinic. This is the place to go! Quick and professional. They have two new satisfied customers who will be back.

Had an appointment, prefilled out all paperwork, and was over an hour to just get in room while walk-in patients were taken first. Just needed a physical exam for son for activities, should of been 15 minutes. Then when done still waited another 30 minutes for paperwork. Office is understaffed, unorganized, and poorly managed.

It was a very refreshing and pleasant experience, especially for a doctors visit. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is tired of being treated like a number.

I went to another minor emergency place just because it was closer to my house. They were not in network with my insurance, which was fine because I felt uncomfortable right when I walked in the door. The atmosphere was off, waiting area was messy, loud, crowded and the check in desk was right in the middle of it all. No sense of privacy and distracting. THIS, Access Medical Urgent care was completely different! Clean, relaxed, check in desk has a sense of privacy and the girl was nice with a smile. Im sure the wait varies, some times are better than others, but today I waited about 10mins, then after nurse took my vitals and got my medical concerns, 5-10mins Dr was there. Total time about 25mins and I feel completely taken care of. Ill definitely come here again, or the next time my primary cant help me for two weeks! A Gash/cut with infection cant wait two weeks!! THANK YOU Access Medical for taking, fast and great care of me!!

Our appt. Was at 5:50pm and did not get called back till 6:55pm. The staff was very polite and apologetic for the long wait. It was a full moon and can understand the wait time. Once called back the doctor came right in and got the visit over with. I was very pleased with the doctor. I will be using them again.

The nurse and the PA we saw for my son tonight were so sweet. They were quick but thorough and really paid attention to what I was trying to say. They didn’t try to rush us out either. I wish all our visits were this great.

Wonderful service! I used the online check in, was seen quickly, and the WONDERFUL nurse practitioner continued tests until we had answers. Her intuition told her to check one more thing, and that instinct was exactly what we needed! Thank you so much!

I went online this morning and booked a same-day appt a few hours later. It was easy getting into their system, a quick check-in once I arrived, and I was seen on time. The staff are all very friendly and the meds they put me on seem to be doing the trick so far. I will be using them again, I’m sure. Thanks for a great appointment.

Best urgent care exsperice I have ever had!!! The fact that you can check-in at home or even at the door and wait in your car or on your couch was great! There were only 3 people in front of us (which they told us and they had a digital count down to show your place in line, which was great) so we waited inside.Everyone went the extra mile! Sabrina, Zach, and Jimmy were so amazing I still remember their names. Even the front desk associates were great. We were not treated like a number and they met all our needs while we were there quickly.My son ened up having an ear infection and phenomena and they got xrays done so quickly on a two year old it was crazy. They treated us like family!This will be the only urgent care I will be using in Owasso in the future. Thank you for being everyday heroes!

The office personnel was kind and efficient even though I couldnt get through the phone registration. The doctor was soft spoken and reassuring. These people are wonderful.

Dr. Jones has saved my husband and my life about 4 times now. If I wouldn’t have come to urgent care 2 years ago I wouldn’t be here today. My doctor wouldn’t listen to me but Dr. Jones did. Thank goodness he did. Plus my husband was having a stroke and he caught it. Love, love, love this clinic in Owasso. Never change the staff. They are wonderful! Just sayin!❤️
