Hope Health in Orangeburg is a very good place for your medical needs. I am very pleased with the friendly atmosphere of the office. The staff members are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional from the time I arrive and check in until I check out. I can’t say anything but great things about Dalina Rainey! She has a calming spirit that makes me feel welcome from the beginning of my appointment to the end!! She’s one of a kind!!

Very friendly and nice. Charity always make sure I’m comfortable and aware of everything that’s happening in the visit. Brittany Hanes is also very calm and polite . I feel very secure when I’m in their hands

Sadly horrible customer service. They want you to do some of their work for them. Always long waits, barley answer calls and they definitely dont listen to you. Seems like just working for the money no care unfortunately

I have been going to dr wise for few months and have not been impressed with him at all . But have had psoriatic arthritis for 25 years . Both my hips replaced, operation on both my feet with pins an one toe amputation. Also femur fracture an hip revision my right hip an over this past winter si joint fusion both left and right side . I had a huge flare because he waited a week to call in my prednisone I have been on for years . So this past visit I wrote a journal of my history so maybe he would understand my condition an concerns. He tells me no need in finishing reading it to him that it want change anything. I’m give him couple more months an if this continues I’m continue my search for a reumotolgist that will listen to my concerns and willing to listen to me . He started off trying to reduce my humira then mentioned that he can’t reduce my prednisone because I was only on 5 mg. I don’t appreciate him trying to start reducing all my medication an causing me flares.. I think I made a mistake wasting my time at hope health . If you looking for a doctor to help with your condition your best to continue looking because this is not the place from my experience so far .

I absolutely love Dr.Brittany Hanes and Nurse Charity Taylor. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming.

18 years of going here. Still cant speak to my doctor or administrator when I call. Sadly the complaints are many and Im thinking of changing locations. The staff unfortunately does nothing in a timely manner, and hangs up on you when they cant answer your questions. I find this particular office is becoming more of a problem with patient care & more concerned with appearances. Sadly they dont fix problems, and each visit is becoming more bothersome. What is teal sad Id there are no attempts to fix the ongoing problems.Sad to say The administration took my call and completely dropped the ball twice. This last phone call today 2/8/24 was my limit. The administrator was rude and had done nothing in regards to my initial complaint, nothing had been addressed at all. 🙄Todays excuse was she was sick. Im hope she went elsewhere, because this place should be closed until it has proper management. I have have gone up the ladder well see where that goes. I actively seeking a new facility.

The staff is always so friendly and sweet. Always seeing new faces when I come here. Brittany Haynes is always the best. Great conversations and such an amazing doctor. The facility is always clean and doesn’t seem to take long to get seen.

Ms. Drebra is a sweetheart. She did not try to rush me and she took her time with explaining everything so i could understand. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable.
