Any Lab Test

I was skeptical because when I called I could never get through and when I did the person on the other end was very short with me and rude, but I gave them benefit of the doubt because you never know what someone is going through in their life. I went to my appointment today The lady at the Front Desk was very pleasant and funny and the phlebotomist was really great and funny as well!

Ive been to this location for blood testing twice in the last year and I have had an amazing experience each time! I highly recommend Any Test Now/Modern Medicine at this Ralston location. Its a clean environment, the sample collection is quick, and the staff is SO kind.I warned the young woman that drew my blood recently that I tend to get very light headed about a third of the way through the third vial of a blood draw. Im a small person and my blood pressure always tanks at about that mark. She was SO understanding and the woman working the front desk came back to hold a fan on me while my blood was drawn. The staff at this location are amazing and welcoming and really understand that blood testing can be physically and emotionally tiring for some people. I whole-heartedly recommend you coming here! They accept HSAs and, if you need multiple tests done, will often try to find a bundle of tests that makes it as cost-effective as possible for you.

I have been coming to modern medicine for over 3 years. They have helped me lose weight and keep it off. I cant imagine my life without B12 shots. But what keeps me going is the staff. They are like family to me. And walking in and seeing Margo at the desk makes my day.

I came here for a titer, and got in the same day! The staff member was extremely nice and was really good at drawing blood. I was in and out in about 5 minutes and they are affordable! I recommend this place for any of your lab needs! I will come back whenever I need labs done!

The staff were relatively unhelpful and discourteous. I called ahead of time with for a walk-in doctor-ordered lab, but when I came in, the receptionist was unfriendly (I get that it was a Friday at 4:00). The most ridiculous part was that when there was confusion between my lab order and what lab options they offered, she told *me*, the patient, to call the doctors office and verify between some technical medical jargon and some other technical medical jargon. I guess Im confused on when the responsibility of clearing up technical confusing went from the trained RNA who went to school and is paid to handle the work to the patient who is just delivering a piece of paper signed by a doctor to get his blood drawn. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.Then to boot, after we called the office on *my* cell phone, which she took to clear up the issue rather than using, oh, I dont know, the landline at her desk, she noticed some other discrepancy and essentially blamed me for the confusion, saying, I wish you had mentioned this item on the phone call, as if I have some kind of medical training to know which labs might be common or not. Look, I went in on doctors orders and asked about the ones the doctor told me to ask about. I should not have been treated or guilted this way by this facility. Ill advise my doctor of my experience as they were planning to use my first-time visit to gauge if they should send future patients there; short answer: Never again.

--EDIT--They are the worse. I spent 20 dollars on EKG, my doctor saw it and he thought it was very poorly done so I had to do it again in his clinc.NEVER use their services unless you went out of your mind, honestly.The place is sketchy and the people are not nice, but they get the job done; however, they dont accept any insurance cards so I recommend finding somewhere else.

Staff was rude, called my name to go back, only saw her back side, no privacy, asked medical questions in front of others. No smile, no personality from dark haired, Latino medical assistant. I will not be going back, terrible experience! They lack professionalism and HIPPA laws!!

I have been with Modern Medicine over the past three year. The staff are very professional and friendly. They provide a great client experience! Would highly recommend them.

The ladies there did a great job when my 12 year old needed some bloodwork done. They were friendly, and the cost was a quarter of the price than it would have been going to childrens hospital.

The gals working were wonderful! I normally pass out during blood work and they took the time to talk to me the whole time. Great experience!!

They sent me someone else’s std results. And then when I called to notify them, I was told “accidents happen...” first and last time going here.

Really nice and friendly staff. Would recommend them to anyone needing any of the many services they provide.

Long term staff ( you know who you are) is awesome!!!
