RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics of Oakland

I used real options for my prenatal care till I was 24 weeks - which is as long as they can see you. I didn’t have a bad experience but I would have moved to a real labor/ delivery department for care sooner if I had realized this was just an anti - abortion clinic. Dr. Tammy is very kind and spoiled me with lots of ultra sounds but when time came for my medical files to be transferred to the next provider they kind of slacked on that. Please note the Dr is a doctor of nursing not an OBGYN. Real options is not a bad place for care just understand this is not the experience you could get as if you went to a hospital or private ob for prenatal care.

Great experience at RealOptions. All staff and medical professionals were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Felt very supported throughout our first ultrasound. Definitely recommend

Everyone there is amazing, especially Andrea!They make you feel so welcome even if you’re there for just a little bit. All questions and concerns are answered and they give awesome tips, especially as a first time parent.Would recommend to anyone who might be thinking twice about scheduling an appointment.

Real Options is high standards and has different thing can offer not only i did some clinical visits i got to see my baby ultrasounds. They have a counselling with also emotional needs and resources to help you get on medical insurance if you qualify. After you have the baby they checking in every 2 months to see if I need anything and provide. Thank God I came to them.

When I found out I was pregnant, I was overwhelmed with emotions. Immediately I started to call places for the first ultrasound. Obria was able to offer me my first ultrasound for fetal viability, at a convenient time, which was so helpful due to my work schedule. The visit itself was very helpful and the staff was very informative and caring. Fast forward, 7 months later, Obria has continued to be there for me and my pregnancy. They check in via text messages and phone calls long after my first visit, just to make sure things are going well. This has been so helpful to me as a first time mom-to-be, who has no friends and family nearby, Obria has become a part of my support system. Recently, they helped me out with free maternity clothes, which brought me to tears because at the moment I am not financially stable, and the free maternity clothes from Obria, has been the only maternity clothes I have. The free maternity clothes they provided truly made a difference in my life, now I can comfortably move around. They as well reassured me that if I need baby clothes, formula, or other necessities they can help. I want to personally thank Tabitha and Perky for being so caring and thoughtful! I wish I could give them a higher rating but google only hands out 5 stars. They deserve all the stars in the sky! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Everyone in the clinic was very nice and helpful. They take the time to listen and give advices. The low costs are also very helpful for someone without any insurance. Thank you very much for your help and kindness.

I came in for a free ultrasound since I’m still waiting for my medical to be active. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave , you’re surrounded by staff who cares about your needs and understand where you’re coming from. I was welcomed with open arms in a judgement free environment! After my ultrasound they gave me so much support, paperwork I needed, and also a self care gift bag! I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone as they give out free services for numerous of things. I believe this the best service from a clinic I ever received!-Angela

Everyone here are very pleasant, kind, warm and good. They gets to know you, you feel at home and comfortable with these medical team of professionals. Cost is very low, though today I was charged zero to my amazement, I’m using this medium to thank everyone at RealOptions Medical Clinic Oakland for their help and attentiveness to my needs. Everyone at this office are great people!! I wish there was more people like them just lovely people over all. I met Shonda, Stephanie, and nurse Czellane!! Felt so welcomed here even though the clinic is a little farther than other clinics around me I do not mind going to them. Just amazing people thank you all so much for your dedication

Staff was very nice and accommodating however I wasted my time. I was there for an ultrasound and was told the whole time they would do it and after a lengthy medical history interview out of no where they said they are limited on doing ultrasounds that they dont have the capacity. If that was the case why not say this from the beginning rather than waste time and bill insurance? I could have gone elsewhere than taken train just to make this appointment. I gave 3 stars because at least staff was friendly and nice** i appreciate the manager calling and discussing what happened the following day. There was just miscommunication as to what I needed and what they could provide for me

All the staff was super friendly! I was provided with a lot of information that I really needed as a new mother. I am so thankful that I was able to find a place like this clinic in order to get prenatal care in the meantime while my insurance stuff gets worked out.

Thank you very much for the reception, all the staff were very friendly and professional. The only nuance that upset us. They called us and offered to come in 1.5 hours. They could not receive us at the appointed time. Our plans changed and we missed an important meeting, we had to choose the option that was offered to us. In any case, we are glad that we chose this consultation

This facility came up in a search for abortion clinic but from what I can tell, it is not. They offer the dubiously effective abortion pill reversal process and limited ultrasounds (not comprehensive or an anatomy scan). I asked a LiveChat rep about how abortion fits in to their services, and while they never said no they also never said that they do provide abortions or referrals to abortion providers. For anyone considering the extremely personal choice of abortion, I recommend going to somewhere where all safe medical procedures are, in fact, real options to you..

Me, and mine to be soon fiancé were looking for a place to get tested and confirm that we were pregnant. About 2 moths ago my fiancé took two pregnancy tests and both were positive. After some research we found that the best time to get checked for your first visit is around the 8 week of pregnancy.We struggled a lot to find a good and reputable place to perform the exam and most of them were extremely expensive and out of reach, plus her insurance plan was not covering any pregnancy checks or test ( very, very basic) and so we were unsure of what to do.With an increase pressure from my fiancé in the last week for her to get checked I did one last search on google and by chance I found Support Circle. As everyone else would do I checked the google reviews and all of them were very positive. I decided to make an appointment on Sunday night. Since it was the weekend I filled out a form on their website so they can call us and that was all.On Monday I received a phone call and scheduled for the first available time and that was on Wednesday. The person on the phone was so nice and kind and worked with us to accommodate our working schedules.Today, Wednesday we came to the facility and what a pleasant surprise. Everyone was just as I read: kind, carrying , gentle and helped my fiancé with the most care possible. The person at the front desk was Hannah. What an amazing and helpful person. Keep up the good work. I dont know how they do it especially for a FREE service, but the place was clean, neat and very welcoming. The nurse ( my apologies but can not recall her name) was helpful and answered all of our questions. I can not express enough my appreciation for the staff at room 401. After confirming we were pregnant, my fiancé was far enough in the pregnancy that we were offered a free ultrasound as well. I was blown away by the support and accommodations of the staff. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for everything. Honestly we were talking with my fiancé after our appointment that even for a paid visit this was impressive, for a free consultation and all the services and resource at our disposal... it was AMAZING!!! Keep up the great work and bless you all.

These people are very judgemental I came along and they assume I didnt have a partner also asking questions that dont have anything to do with me getting a pregnancy test. Ok so if I put down I dont smoke why would ask me again if I already document it. They want to know the name of my partner Im just like why does it matter your not going to ever see him or me again. I came here as a last resort and they cancelled my appointment and that was the reason I came alone because you cancelled the appointment he was off work that day. Any who if your not Hispanic or white dont come here

I absolutely loved my visit here at Support Circle. From the moment you walk in you can feel the Welcome in the atmosphere. The recpetionist is a doll. Made me smile the enitre time i was there, and the staff (nurses and whatnot) showed such compassion and knowledge in their job that I never felt uncomfortable or nervous. They offered so much information and help in regards to my situation and never once passed judgment on anything I felt or said. True professionals. Women need help like this these days and this group certainly lives up to that and then some.

The staff was extremely warm, caring, and comforting from the first call to setup my appointment all the way up to the actually visit. Everyone was very caring and full of information. Highly recommend this clinic.

This is a non-profit (often funded by Christian organizations) that poses as a medical clinic. These centers use religious dogma, scare tactics and medical misinformation to persuade vulnerable people to keep the fetus. They do not provide abortion services.

Support circle helped me find prenatal care when I first found out I was pregnant. I am now 4 months along , the nurse there also followed up with me to make sure I scheduled my appointment, I had medical coverage and I started my prenatal vitamins. Thank you support circle for being there for me on my journey to my first pregnancy.

At just over 7 weeks pregnant, unemployed and without health insurance, I didnt know where to turn to make sure everything was okay with my baby. Thank God I found RealOptions. I am very grateful for the care and help they gave me, all the staff. He was extremely kind, I highly recommend him.
