AHF Wellness Center - Oakland

Got tested 2nd day of the new year. Community was very kind and supportive. Even the lady who took my tests was a nice conversationalist and made the process easier for me despite the tests being super new to me. 10/10 I’m going back again 👍🏾

My visit was so pleasant! I immediately text my friend to tell him about the place. Everyone was very kind and I literally waited all of 10 minutes to be seen. Also, D’eore was amazing! So kind and easy to talk to and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Overall my experience was 10/10. This is a great place for the community.

It was my first time here and i felt so welcome. Big thanks to the staff for being extremely friendly! They took time making sure i was comfortable the whole time. I’m very glad that i came here!

This place is hella cute!! Staff is amazing and very friendly. Being a part of the queer community, it’s really great to have such a safe space for sexual health-related inquiries. Wait time was also pleasantly short.

Got my vaccine here and it was SO fast. Made an appointment and I was in/ out in 20 minutes. Even took some time to shop!Also super cute and the staff is lovely!

The wait can be dreadful sometimes! But it’s a nice place. They’ve remolded the waiting area a couple times. The music is good. The staff is nice. The operating days and hours are extended now which is great.

Everyone there is super friendly and helpful, and helped me with a few more things than I originally intended on my visit. They’re awesome and I highly recommend you take the time to make a visit!

Respectful and efficient care in a surprisingly cute space. Even played music in the waiting room! So glad there are services like this available in the community

ONLY GO HERE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SYMPTOMS cause they do not have a doctor who can give you medicine immediately. You do not need to wait for test results in 7 days when you can clearly see you have been infected with something. They also don’t seem to know where to send you if you do have symptoms and need treatment immediately.
