Great experience this morning with ILLUME Fertility. Everyone was warm, inviting and made our visit comfortable! It felt like a place they all love to work. Thank you all!

I was referred to Illume Fertility after a tragic loss of twins at 18 weeks. Illumes entire staff are remarkable! From the receptionists, the phlebotomy techs, and finance, to the nurses and medical staff, all have been kind, caring, encouraging and efficient. Having a navigator and my own nurse assigned to my case has eased communication and made me feel secure in my care. Dr. Hurwitz has been both sensitive and realistic as we have navigated my fertility at each step. I am currently in the middle of my process, after just having a retrieval. Anesthesia, nursing and embryologists have all been bright and approachable. I am extremely impressed by Illume and regardless of my outcome, I know I have received quality care by people who are genuine. Thank you Illume!!!

Illume has been great. Kayla, my donor coordinator, has been so patient and kind. I actually missed an appointment by mistake and she assured me it was all okay. It genuinely feels like she cares and doesn’t just treat me like an egg machine the way other donor networks do. They are organized and efficient and will work with your schedule to provide the best possible donor experience.

Ilume fertility has been a god send. As someone who’s been going through infertility for years, I wish I would’ve chose them a long time ago.The doctors, nurses and the staff are just so amazing and compassionate. My doctor is Laura Meyer who I afire, and I’ve been working with Dr Kucherov as well and when I tell you I am so blessed to have them. Dr k just did a surgery on me and has never made me feel more comfortable and his compassion is unmatched. If you’re going through infertility, I recommend Ilume all the way to help you in your journey!

Illume has been the perfect place for me. I appreciate their diligence and the attention they pay to details. They have been compassionate and kind throughout this entire process. My providers know be very well and are supportive of any changes and plans I make. They always guide me and educate me when I have questions or concerns. I feel safe in their care and always feel respected. I look forward to every visit with them. I continue to be grateful for the services they provide.

Dr. Williams Is amazing. All the staff including the Scheduling coordinators, Nurses, receptionists, and all doctors are very compassionate and caring. I was actually able to go to all three offices, and each one exceeded my expectations . Highly recommended to anyone that’s trying to grow a family. I couldn’t ask for a better fertility clinic that truly cares.

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Ive never had a team of doctors/nurses care so much about my comfort especially in such a vulnerable state! I would recommend illume to anyone!

I really appreciate my experience so far (though a little early in the process) with Illume. I am working with 2 locations but my former facility (not Illume or affiliated) was horrendous and unavailable and not transparent. Everyone so far at Illume has been incredibly pleasant, professional and takes time to explain in detail. I even have dedicated team members to reach instead of being sent to a call center like my last facility. I feel so much more comfortable with this practice than my last and I’m looking forward to continue to not having stressful encounters. Very pleasantly surprised and pleased. Thank you for treating me like a human, Illume.

Illume is absolutely phenomenal, and I am immensely thankful to Dr. Leondires, our nurse Rachel, and every team member who has assisted our family along the way. After enduring difficult experiences at two other fertility clinics during our surrogacy journey, I had nearly lost hope that we would be able to have more children. Since transitioning to Illume, the process has been seamless, and I am consistently amazed by the level of communication weve received, their expertise in surrogacy, and their unwavering support. I wholeheartedly recommend Illume to anyone undergoing surrogacy or dealing with infertility. Our results have been excellent, and my faith in the medical system is restored.

I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at the Illume Fertility . From the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctor. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could.♥️

I conceived through their care, so my problem is not with the Doctors or the medical staff. My issues are with the unethical business practices of not returning emails, taking no initiative despite my emails and having me chase down options that would stop my card from being charged monthly for a service I no longer need. The focus on money in the door has always been downfall here and their business office teeters on the edge of practicing unethically.

Illume is wonderful! I always feel very taken care of. Everyone is extremely friendly and answers all my questions. They continue to make the difficult process of IVF less stressful. I was at a previous clinic before joining Illume and it has made a world of difference being here. I didnt realize patient care like Illume could exist. I am so happy they are taking care of me throughout this journey.

I have not met a single staff member who hasn’t made us feel supported and comforted throughout what we thought would be an uncomfortable process. Dr. Leondires has helped my husband and I navigate the unknown with knowledge and respect. He has gone out of his way to make time to speak with us when we felt completely lost. I am so happy we have put our trust and faith in them to create our family. They’re amazing!

Lack of communication and poorly informative.Appointment Setter- Tiffany did not explain basic information I needed to know prior to BOTH of my missed appointments. Unprofessional and a waste of time. Do business elsewhere.

Illume has been absolutely amazing! Actually they are a life saver - they tested EVERYTHING, more than my previous endro’s and discovered a serious condition that they immediately treated. They’ve been thorough in all appointments and planning. My husbands schedule is often difficult and they have been kind and patient through all scheduling. They follow up regularly to ensure all appointments are met - really they make it so I don’t have to worry or think about the “next step”. Anyone looking for fertility help must reach out to this team and establishment, they will not fail you!

My wife and I have had such a great experience with Illume Fertility Norwalk CT so far. The doctor and team we were assigned are fantastic and very engaging. The Norwalk office is very nice, clean and the staff is very friendly. We have had nothing but great experiences so far and hoping for a great outcome. I would recommend Illume Fertility to anyone and giving them five out five stars.

I had my transfer with Dr.L on 9/25. It was a fabulous experience. I’m a gestational surrogate and traveled from FL to CT. Everyone at Illume Norwalk is so nice and welcoming. The transfer was smooth and my intended parents go to be there when the magic happened. 100% would recommend Illume to others.

Illume Fertility doctors, nurses and staff have all been incredible. They are supportive and thorough and go out of their way to help you feel safe and comfortable and cared for. I feel so lucky to have them!

The experience was beyond very good. The whole team made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process.My first meeting with Dr. Leondires he was honest and direct which was very much appreciated. No one wants to freeze their eggs, or I did not. But Dr. Leondires empowered my choice, made me feel confident and safe.Jaimie (my assigned nurse) is truly the best. She met me energetically where I was. She answered all my emails nearly immediately. Jamie was always detailed and never put me in a place where steps or days or whatever wasnt super clear. RXs , needles and everything else is really stressful and I did not want to make a mistake. Jamie got me over my fear, she assured me and couched me through everything. Aside from being incredibly great at her job, Jamie is a lovely human and I miss our emails.The phlebotomy team is the best, they took a lot of blood every other day, everyone was always caring and friendly. There was music playing, we were always talking and laughing about our need for coffee, and everyone made me feel Important and cared for.Thelma Osei (NP) - Is the best. She is incredibly smart and confident. She gave me positive and specific feedback/status updates. She made me feel confident at a very pivotal point. I appreciate her so much.Dr. Hurwitz - Is the coolest. I only saw him once but he was so chill and positive. His nature , like Dr. Leondires , was direct , confident and positive. I wish all my doctors all the specialties were Dr. Hurwitz.Dr. Murdock - who performed the retrieval, was so calm and caring. I felt a very maternal energy from her. Her energy day of the retrieval was very important to me.While this decision was hard and covered in a bad experience with an ex, the whole team kept me smiling throughout the months. Illume and the team gave me confidence for the future and no one / nothing can take away.

We had a great time visiting Illume Fertility. All of the workers were amazing to work with. Very resourceful, and compassionate. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone trying to conceive.

I have had quite the journey. I basically started with Illume since 2018 when I had breast cancer in 2017. I was able to do my retrieval with Illume in January 2018 I can’t tell you how supportive my doctor, nurses and the entire staff have been. It has been very overwhelming for me with everything that was going on but the entire team was with me all the way and they took time to help me to understand what was going on with the entire process. Financially I was also able to get some assistance for my egg freezing because I was struggling with the little that I was making from my jobs. The Cancer Society also played a big part in assisting me with the medications I needed so I owe them a big thank you. After retrieval and freezing, I had to pause a couple years to go through chemo radiation and to get better. Life happens and I got divorced but I did not give up. I was fnIally ready late last year 2022 and there began my process. I honestly would need to write a book because it’s a whole lot to say. As of July 2023 I was able to successfully complete my transfer using a donor sperm and thankfully I’m now 12 weeks pregnant. I can’t wait to share the rest of the journey with everyone. Thanks to Dr. Richlin who has been there with me from the start, Chelsea, Carmen Stephanie Astou and all the other doctors and nurses, financial team and everyone who assisted me with my journey from both Norwalk & Trumbull locations, I’m so sorry I can’t remember all the names that . God bless you all and I just want encourage the ladies out there to be strong and never give up because we’re in this fight together. Thank you!

Illume Fertility wasnt just successful with their mission to help my wife and me have a family. Along the way they were courteous, on-time, professional and over-the-top reliable. We never waited in the waiting room longer than ten minutes. The nurses, doctors and everyone else were funny, happy, bright and focused people. This is the place to commit to.

Similar poor experience as other reviewers below with the financial advisor. She lacked empathy, was unprofessional, and didnt take my concerns seriously, which caused me to miss out on having my planned, imminent services covered by insurance (failed to file an authorization with my insurance before my coverage was set to expire despite saying she would and knowing the urgency behind it). Poor communication overall and felt I had to chase her. In general, anything outside of making appointments was hard work (dealing with financial advisor, obtaining test results, next steps). Im now seeking services elsewhere and wouldnt recommend this clinic sadly. Shame as Dr. Murdock and the Reception team were pleasant.

I had a bad experience with the financial advisor who didn’t show any empathy, and complained about it to my nurse who was nice and kind. Despite having a bad experience, when I finally got my insurance I was willing to continue my journey with the clinic. However I felt like the financial advisor wasn’t helpful, I as a patient didn’t feel like I was being help and had to constantly call and try to reach out to her and felt that she didn’t want to communicate with me or isn’t interested on helping. I decided to go somewhere else.

Very neat & clean environment and all the doctors along the nurse and lab staff are so co-operative. My nurse Linda and lab staff Audrey at Trumbull office really won my heart!

I’ve been calling for results as due to this I have to make follow ups. First they tell me 5 business days for results. Then 7 once it’s been 10 lol. Just not happy so far.This is a pretty big deal. I think they should just be better.

If I could rate lower I absolutely would! I would not recommend. The lady helping with the finance aspect of things was horrendous. Couldn’t give any direct answers, very rude and misleading. She even told my partner and I what she felt would be best due to cost. It’s already and overwhelming and life changing decision. So to have someone who is supposed to be considered apart of a “supportive” team try and discourage the route you want to take to begin a family is not okay. Not only that when I called to speak to someone else this same individual called back. And was even more nasty this time. So my partner and I told them we are no longer interested and will consider other facilities and her response was “ Okay and”. Where is the professionalism. She had no regard whatsoever and I refuse to spend money or time with anyone who could care less.

The nurses, midwives, doctors, facility, everything was truly special. Always available, always answering questions, super organized, got us in and through the process lightning-fast. The facilities are so modern, clean, and comfortable. It was tough in the beginning, I was very grumpy with the whole process because it is not fun but now I see it was all worth it. Im glad they spared me the details and just guided me one step at a time. I wish I could stay with them through my whole pregnancy, they are absolute professionals and always kind. My experience here was not the best. It started off fine. The nurses and people that took my blood were very sweet, but I had a problem with the doctor and social worker. I felt extremely judged by both. The doctor wasn’t as bad, still judgmental with certain things, but the social worker was another story. I felt that it was a very unwelcoming environment. I felt like I was being interrogated by a police officer and right after the interview I was going to be arrested. She gave me a weird vibe even before the interview started and while talking to her she just gave me weird looks as well as twisting my words around. There was no human emotion behind her. If you’re coming here and need to speak to the social worker for whatever reason try not to get Lisa. I don’t normally like to complain and I understand that these people were just trying to do their job, but it was not a welcoming, warm environment.

Had an incredibly great experience here. I am a surrogate and the intended parents was already doing fertility treatment here, Dr. Mark Leondires is fantastic, friendly and very knowledgeable. The nurses are just as great, they really advise and inform you well and go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and accommodated. I also did laser acupuncture here and that was very helpful to our embryo transfer.

Do not let Dr Hurwitz near your family. You will have the worst experience. You can tell he only cares about his time and has no regard for the patient in any way.

I was a patient at RMA Norwalk for about 8 months. I am 42 years old and currently 15 weeks pregnant with my first child! I enjoyed my experience with RMA. Robin (my patient navigator) , Kaelyn (my nurse), and Dr. Murdock (my doctor) were all very thorough and helped me in achieving my pregnancy goals. Whenever I had a question, they always responded to me right away. RMA is clean, beautifully furnished and even the receptionist is warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable there and was always treated well. Also, Tina (who is a nurse that usually draws blood in the mornings) is wonderful! She is always happy and kind. I just adored seeing her and she always made my day when I went in first thing in the morning. She was there during my transfer too and made me feel so comfortable. She is an asset to RMA! The staff at RMA always made it seem like my age was nothing to be worried about and they made me feel optimistic that I eventually would become pregnant. Which I did! I would highly recommend RMA in Norwalk. Thank you to all of the staff for helping my husband and I start our family.-Danielle Calo

RMACT provided me with the best medical care I have ever received. The doctors were knowledgeable, caring, professional, personally invested in my care, and were always up-to-date with my file. I had the pleasure of meeting Drs. Murdock, Hurwitz, Leondires, and Williams. Every single one of them is a top notch doctor. The PA was also very helpful and knowledgeable. The nursing staff were thorough, always available, and friendly. The patient coordinator was organized and professional. The techs that did the blood draws were friendly, cheery, and very skilled. The reception staff knew my name from day 1. The acupuncture on day of transfer was a game changer and I highly recommend it. The fact that they offer this in-house, and that it can increase your chances of success, makes the option not only convenient but too good to pass up. Operationally, I’ve never seen a medical office run as smoothly. Appointment setting was a breeze, particularly with monitoring appointments between 7 am - 8 am. I was able to get to the office, then commute to work without using any sick time. That’s worth its weight in gold. Wait times were non-existent. (I’m talking about 5 minutes in the waiting room tops, and then none of this “sit in the exam room for a half hour waiting for the doctor”. That simply didn’t happen.). The care was unparralled. You are not a number at RMACT. It is personalized, coordinated, 1:1 care and it doesn’t exist anyplace else. I am now pregnant, and it wouldn’t have happened without RMACT. I will additionally say that this review is not based solely upon my happiness that we were successful; I would have said these things even after my third failed IUI when I felt that the odds were ever against us. RMACT was always there for us and I hate to leave them for my OB. I expect to be working with them in the future to help build our family. I owe a debt of gratitude which I will never be able to repay.

Brilliant. Our donor got refused by our clinic for silly reasons, we were only in USA for 3 days so had to find another clinic that would accept our donor and could do a full 1 day work up in 24 hrs time. Not only did RMA manage to schedule this, they also scheduled mammogram at another clinic, they have a geneticist on site which was brilliant, and a counseler on site. on top of all of this - even with the stress and $1200 of flights, we were over the moon that we the mishap with the other clinic happened - RMA was super friendly, helpful and made us feel super comfortable. I would say that Dr L is awesome - but I feel bad singling him out as everyone there was amazing.

Hmmm. Where do I begin? Well, Dr. Shaun Williams is such a kind soft spoken Dr. Today was my 1st time meeting him due to an upcoming procedure that has to be done. My 1st visit was back in Nov at their Danbury location with a different Dr, which was okay! Dr. Williams made me feel welcomed with open arms and no worries. He made it a point to explain things in depth with its pros and cons as well as options that could be taken. I honestly feel like Im in great hands working with Dr. Shaun Williams, not to mention the cleanliness of their office as well as all the nurses and staff aboard. I would highly recommend this place!!!! I will keep you all posted on my journey :)

How do you thank someone who has helped you create life? We had the most wonderful experience at RMACT. I honestly felt like Dr Hurwitz cared as much about our success as we did. To all of the Doctors, Nurses, and Staff at RMA,We cannot thank you enough for helping us start our family. After years of trying on our own, and other doctors not knowing how to treat our infertility due to PCOS, we had given up hope. From the moment I walked into RMA, I knew this would be different. Although there were emotional ups and downs for us, with missed cycles and wondering why, I never lost my faith in ANY of the incredible doctors, nurses, or staff at RMA. Dr. Murdock went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for when we did a frozen embryo transfer last month. Her team is caring and professional. Vanessa is a fantastic nurse and always answered my questions same day. I’m pregnant now! Dr Murdock called to congratulate me and make sure I had a smooth transfer to my Denver OBGYN since that is where we live now. It’s the personalized care that kept me at ease through all of the traveling for the transfer and afterwards. Thank you RMACT!!! I recommend them to all of my friends now, it’s a great practice.

I transferred my embryos to Illume Fertility and I couldn’t be more happier! Great place and doctors!!

My husband and I tried for 2 years to get pregnant so I wont get into all the detail we went through to get where we are today, but heres some. After a year of trying we went to RMA at the suggestion of my OB. We went through all the tests and eventually we were diagnosed with the frustrating unexplained infertility. We had 1 failed IUI and 1 failed just medicated cycle. Took a break to weigh out our options and eventually decided on IVF. IVF is very intimidating and the doctors, nurses and staff were all very supportive. I cant believe how lucky we are that we got pregnant on our 1st fresh cycle when we only had 2 fertilized eggs to work with. I am currently 24 weeks one and our other is frozen.I think one of the downsides someone might have with RMA is you do not see the same doctor or nurse all the time since they rotate locations. At first, this may seem frustrating but ultimately its done because they want to be there for all their patients and you will not get lack of care just because you are seeing a different doctor. Dr Richlin was my doctor and Kaylyn was my nurse and even if I did not see them directly they were in constant contact with me about all concerns I had (I had many) and never made me feel silly for asking questions or being worried. This is especially important for someone who is going through infertility or newly pregnant after infertility.Thank you RMA for helping us grow our family. We cant wait to meet our baby girl.

I didnt have the greatest experience here. Sure, the staff were super welcoming and offered lots of resources to me, but Dr. Richlin himself seemed a bit unprofessional (putting his feet up during the visit, mainly), and a bit of a wise ass. I ended up going with another fertility doc to treat my FSH, and I got pregnant pretty quickly. Now Im a mom of two.

Really love the doctors and nurses at RMACT- smart, caring people who are happy to take time to explain things but also understand the business of day to day life / job, so they work to get you in and out of the office quickly. Its a team based practice so you will get to see multiple doctors- all of whom are great. Highly recommend.

I ha d a hysteroscopy and polyp removal done here for fertility. It was my very first surgery in my life. And although it’s not one of the major ones the staff was so caring and kind. It is a much older and mature environment. The nurses are a bit more older and so are the doctors but i feel like that’s probably why it’s so relaxing. Like i know I’m safe because these people have dealt with patients for years and know they’re way around. I was constantly checked on alway provides support when i needed it and My husband who was in the waiting room was also checked on constantly as well. I had an absolutely lovely experience as far as surgical experiences can go lol and i would do it again at this hospital. The atmosphere is calming and quiet and they emphasize on patient comfort and care. I haven’t seen that in many hospitals in a while. I live in Brooklyn and drive al the way to Connecticut to come here. That should say a lot lol

Edit- Update!I went back to RMA for my 2nd child via frozen IVF transfer, and I am due at the end of April this year. Another success story with RMA, and their caring staff and they treat you like family. I appreciate them helping us through a journey nobody should ever have to go through. They are my saving grace!!!!! Dr. Williams, Dr. Hurwitz and Nurse Brigitte are the best around. They always have a place in our hearts and going back for the 2nd time was just as nerve wrecking as the first time, but I am happy to say baby #2 (girl) is on board and doing well. THANK YOU RMA FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO FOR YOUR PATIENTS

We had a wonderful experience with all of the staff, nurses, and doctors at RMA at both their Stamford and Norwalk locations. As a LGBT couple, we felt completely comfortable from the start with the entire team. We highly recommend Dr. Richlin and the entire RMA practice to help achieve your fertility needs.

I dont recommend the Illume Fertility. They got sued, you can find the case in Google. They are not interested in your pregnancy. They keep you on unsuccessful treatments for years because they need to milk your insurance or your money. Please avoid this practice and doctors.

I highly recommended Dr. Shaun Williams at RMACT. He took all aspects of our infertility situation (not only physical, but emotional and financial as well) into account when developing our treatment plan. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, he is also kind and humble. Having Dr. Williams as my RE made a very difficult journey that much easier. RMACT was the third facility my husband and I were treated at, and it far exceeded the other two.

We began fertility treatment at RMACT in October 2015, and immediately felt welcomed and taken care of by Dr. Richlin and our primary nurse, Brigitte. They walked us through all treatment options, as well as advocated on our behalf with our insurance company. After an early loss, Dr. Richlin and Brigitte called us several times to see how we were doing and patiently held our hands as we grieved and then opened ourselves up to embarking on this journey again. We are now 10 weeks pregnant and looking forward to this next adventure, but will miss seeing everyone at RMACT. Everyone, from Drs. Williams and Murdock, who stepped in as needed and had incredibly nurturing bedside manners, to Roberta in Stamford who spent many a phone call with us trying to schedule appointments that worked around our work schedules, and every single nurse in the Stamford and Norwalk office that patiently searched for a vein during those early monitoring hours... their support was what made this process filled with ups and downs more sustainable. RMACT will always hold a special place in our hearts.

I have been a patient at RMACT for several years now. Came from a clinic in NYC, and despite loving my physician in the city, the overall experience I had coming to RMACT was like a breath of fresh air. What sets this clinic apart is a combination of top notch scientific and medical equipment and knowledge (important to me, as I am a physician myself), facilities (I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to wait for and wake up from your surgery in a modern, personable, serene environment), great success rates (you can look them up online), the amount and diversity of patient support offered (like fertile yoga, the peer support group Ladies Night In, webcasts on different topics, the nutritionist, phychologists and acupuncture), but most of all THE PEOPLE. From the receptionist to the nurses, the embryologist to the physicians; this place, although a business, has a Big Heart. You feel it everywhere. Some days, I needed reassurance, and emailed with or spoke to my nurse or physician on a daily basis. They are really there for you. RMACT has grown significantly since I first walked in; I personally believe that the diversity of physicians can provide a better match between patient and physician. No one fits all; same counts for a doctor and patients. Plus I know that they have regular group reviews to discuss all their patients; I have felt that I had multiple physicians looking after me/ us. We have our miracle baby thanks to Dr Richlin and his colleagues at RMACT, and are trying for a second. Our lives are richer for having a family and having RMACT in our lives.

A mess of an experience from front of house duties like patient coordination and finance, to a scary experience from a medical perspective with inconsistent information or wrong information delivered multiple times including wrong information delivered about our embryos. That said, nurses were generally great! RMACT is expensive, very slow (multiple agencies we worked with also cited this) and lacking compassion. We have transferred to another clinic for our second pregnancy.

A truly wonderful and pleasant staff here. Everyone was very knowledgeable and provided clear guidance and support. You are surrounded by an entire team of people who care very much for you and are very accessible in a way that is most convenient to you. Absolutely recommend RMA to anyone who should need their services and expertise!

Before I moved for embryo transfer he find out fibroid in my uterus to remove that fibroid he suggests hystoscopy.He is such an amazing doctor.he always comfortable even with some bad news. He always positive and hopeful for me.My case is very complicated I had bad endometriosis stage4 , one blood tube, fibroid and cyst.But with his smart work iam now all set I under went through 3surgeries and now I get right of all these problems, we are now all set and move forward to transfer embryos before Christmas,Iam so excited and highly recommended Rma.Kelly Linder my financial advicor she so helpful person sometimes we deal with insurance issues but with her help I get out tough situations,all nurses in operation room so good they feel you happy and I forget stress of surgery which I think I had in my mind ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️God blessed all those people who helped me out this tough journey I am Sana Rana hopefully no more infertility person in year2019.My heart came out for the persons who helped me in journey, it’s not so easy while iam working and had multiple surgeries 👌👌👌🙏🙏🙏🙏thanks to all of you.

I couldn’t be more grateful for RMACT! From the reproductive endocrinologists (specifically Dr. Richlin) to the amazing nurses, nutritionists and financial support staff, each and every person at their offices has been knowledgeable, kind and so supportive. I couldn’t have gotten through the past year and the very difficult process that is IVF without their care and wisdom. Their state of the art facility also allowed for every procedure to be performed in office, which certainly put me at ease. I would highly recommend (and have done so for friends!) RMACT to anyone needing support or care for fertility concerns. I wish you the very best in your journey!

If you are looking for a state of the art fertility clinic with incredible doctors and staff, RMA of CT is the BEST of the BEST. Dr. Murdock was my assigned reproductive endocrinologist who was extremely patient and understanding of my situation. We had several discussions of my next steps and each time showed she so much compassion and encouragement which you always need during this roller coaster ride. Throughout my journey I did see all of the endocrinologists at RMACT which were all understanding, compassionate, and trustworthy. I always thought seeing one Dr. was the best practice but after my experience with seeing every Dr. at RMACT my thoughts have changed since technology keeps everyone on the same page! Not to mention, the entire staff at RMACT, from the nurses (especially Christina Dias) to the billing department (Jasmine Hall), all showed the utmost care for me which I found very comforting.All and all, I highly recommend RMA of CT!

Absolutely terrible communication from day one. When we brought up the lack of communication to the doctor, he blamed it on us that we “probably didn’t hear the nurse correctly.” We’ve had to coordinate their schedules, call repeatedly to find out the next steps and follow up constantly for any results. There is clearly no compassion nor pride at this practice.

Anti-fat and fat-phobic practice with discriminatory BMI limitations that infantilizes women in larger bodies who are more than capable of assessing the risks and choosing to assume those risks to do ART. It is absurd to use something as unscientific as BMI to practice eugenics and deny fat people the medical care they need to become parents. Fertility treatment is not a novelty and there should be no discriminatory barriers in place. I mean, let’s be real here.

The nurses are fabulous there. Although some doctors are easier to deal with than others but I have been seen by all and in general , they are good and honest.

Thanks to Illume Fertility I have my prince in my hands, I am infinitely grateful to nurse Mayra for her unconditional support that helped me until Saturday nights if I had an emergency, but I did have a bad experience since those who were from My team including the doctor are very empathetic and lack more charisma with the parents who are eagerly waiting for a baby to arrive, but my worst experience was with the receptionists who are rude and have little patience.

It was an excellent clinic, they told me that my tubes had been operated on and they made me dream of becoming a mother again. Dr. Mayer had excellent treatment, very kind, she was the one who started my first appointment and the one who started my in vitro fertilization, now our baby is 7 months old. life🥰🥰
