Great and super efficient staff! This clinic is clean and organized. Everyone that assisted us through our visit were friendly and professional. Sam was fantastic and made sure VA insurance and prescriptions were all completed and verified quickly. Left the place feeling satisfied and getting the care we needed.

Entire process here was A+ . Spotless, pleasant staff, timely and thorough. Scheduling online was easy. I arrived on time and was seen 5 minutes later. This might not always be possible when they are super busy but I felt very well taken care of. Nurse practitioner prescribed me exactly what I needed and I was out the door and under 20 minutes.

I want to express how amazing the staff is at this location! Especially Samantha R! She greeted and assisted me the second I walked into the clinic and was very kind and patient with me. Not only was she great, but the clinic was super clean and organized. The 45 minute drive was worth it 100%, left the clinic satisfied and helped!

The staff was super helpful! They were beyond patient and kind with my daughter who was having a hard time. The clinic was nice and clean and I would recommend coming here. We will continue to come back when it’s needed!

Love the fact there is a location close to our house now. Unlike the other clinics the staff here are always nice and helpful.You can fill out most paperwork online and then youre ready when you walk in the door. Been here a couple times with the boys for strep test and ear infection. Each time was a good experience so again its a great place to come when in need.

I had an amazing experience here! Quick, inexpensive, and great care! However, Ali I believe his name was? Was quite rude. I forgot to mention my birth control implant that I got three whole years ago when asked about medication because well I got it three years ago sometimes I forget it’s there. He said very condescendingly, “Okay so when I asked you about any medications you should have told me about it but you didn’t.” I’m a vet tech and have never berated someone about forgetting to mention medication because that is just rude and unprofessional. He should have just noted it and moved on.

Always very attentive to my kid. Its a long drive for me to get there, but I better drive there and they know how to deal with kids, thn go to the one next to my house.. weve been here 3-4 times and all the time the service is amazing

The Dr was good and knowledgeable but the nurse was not as good. She left my test swaps on the counter that could get contaminated. Also when I visited before getting the service I asked and they told me they are on my insurance and they were not and it processed as out-of-network. So even though I met my in network deductible I ended up paying over 150 for a 20 min visit.

I was very impressed on quick I was able to schedule an appointment, did not have to wait for a long time when I get there, the staff was extremely attentive and friendly and my experience, despite the reason on why I went there, was great! Will recommend this clinic to all family friends for their medical needs! Thank you!

Great experience in the Northbrook location. I was seen quickly, handled with care and the PA was wonderful. Had a completely terrible experience in Skokie with wait times. But everyone in that location was also pleasant and helpful.

I had a cold and I visited urgent care Midwest Express Clinic. It was a good decision. The staff was friendly , clinic was clean , and I got a professional care. The waiting time also wasn’t too long.

I went there for an issue the other day and I was extremely surprised how professional and well-run that establishment was. Check-In was smooth. I was able to get examined very quickly and thanks to the Nurse Practitioner, Domenica Reda, I was taken care of very quickly and was able to get back to work. Big kudos to Domenica and the wonderful clinic staff.Im very thankful that we have such a great urgent care center in our area. Five stars!

So easy to make an appointment. Friendly front desk. Everyone was so pleasant. From start to finish was about an hour. So glad to have somewhere like this to go when it’s so hard to get to see your primary care doctors these days.

This experience was actually one of the best ones I’ve had in this setting. First time at this clinic which was kind of a drive but would gladly make it again for any of my future needs after the pleasant experience. Sam and Ari did an amazing job at making me feel both comfortable and welcome my entire visit. They were very kind and informative, listening and showing they cared about my needs and concerns. The NP Linda was also very nice, answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of a clinic. Promise they’ll take care of you and it’ll be a 5 star visit!

This is probably one of the most organized and professional urgent care centers Ive been to. Im happy that we are fortunate to have this center in our area. Big kudos to Nurse practitioner Domenica and the wonderful clinic staff.

This place can be quick and convenient for small and minor issues. However, the last two times I have been here made me frustrated and more concerned than when I arrived. After doing a urine sample, there was high glucose in my urine and they insisted I had diabetes and if not that then another concerning issue. I returned again shortly after for a follow up unrelated to the diabetes comment and we retested and turns out the machine wasnt calibrated. I understand this may not be the nurses fault, however, to have someone go days concerned about an issue they dont have due to a programming issue in their machines is inappropriate and ridiculous. I most recently came back with flu like symptoms to which I tested positive for mono. Then I received a negative blood test a day later. Not once did any nurse call me to discuss what this meant or clarify this confusing test result to discuss whether I had mono or not which is definitely a big deal. When I called and asked for clarification they told me I needed an appointment. I called again the next day insisting answers as I was supposed to attend a wedding that night and the answer was crucial to my health and well being. It wasnt until my mom talked on the phone and demanded answers that the front desk lady said a nurse would call me in a few minutes. 2 hours goes by and still no call. I decided to call again and a man answered the phone and was apologetic and personable. He gave the phone back to the lady that said it would only take a few mins for the phone call and blamed it on their busyness and did not apologize while having a rude tone at the same time and said that this is why they dont do phone calls to patients. I wouldve understood more had she not told me to expect a few mins and it takes hours. When it comes to patients results and things becoming misconstrued it is essential that a doctor or nurse contacts the patient whether that be phone call or email to clarify. This was not professional and created more of a hassle and stress than need be. I will absolutely not be coming back and have already discussed this with friends and families who will not be coming.

Very polite and friendly environment. All the staff are very friendly and seem to definitely know what theyre doing. Would forsure recommend this place over other walk-in clinics.

This past weekend my kids and I were not feeling to well so I found this clinic that offers walk-ins. I was so happy how friendly the staff was and how welcoming they were, not ones did they make us feel like it was a big inconvenience to them. Thank you for being there when my kids and I! :)

Fantastic urgent care! Very friendly health care professionals. My son had a rash and we were in and out with prescribed medication in about 30 minutes. The waiting room and exam rooms were very clean.

Went in to get an infection tested. First time, nurse and doctor acted like I was bothering them and they rushed through the process of collecting the sample. I asked them to take their time but the doctor was extremely impatient and rude. Turns out she took the swab for the infection incorrectly. This process took about an hour. They billed me anyway. The lab was not able to test the result since the doctor took it incorrectly, so I had to go back. They said sorry and please expect a result in 3-5 days. It’s been a week, no lab result, no accountability, if I failed to perform my job, I would be fired. Two visits, two bills, 0 results lol. Why are there no penalties for this staff? If I fail to provide a service to a client that I billed them for, I would again be forced to return their funds or just fired. Have some accountability for your actions. Stop treating people like cattle.

Had a terrible experience with this place, wish I’d gone somewhere else. The lady at the front desk gave bad service, just left me standing there while she talked to other people even after I told her I had ankle injury. Then the lady in the back rushes through everything and expects you to hear her while she’s walking away with her back to you??? The doctor wasn’t much better, a lot of medical knowledge but not very friendly about your situation. Back to that front desk lady again… literally lied to me and said my prescription was ready to go pick up and then told me it wasn’t and I’d have to put it in myself. Spent 2 hours in this place and had to beg for discharge papers that the doctor said I would get, but turns out that was a lie as well because that same front desk lady didn’t understand and it took me asking more than 3 times to finally get them. After all this… the prescription was just “over the counter mucinex”!!! You’ve got to be kidding me. Don’t waste your time here, find a better place for urgent care.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. They took great care of me and answered all my questions. I felt safe and secure with them. That’s the kind of service I prefer to work with.

We have had luck with this facility before, and just had a very slow experience at NW immediate care so we tried MEC again. They were understaffed and busy (Sunday afternoon), but we eventually got to see a doctor for an ankle injury. After that x-rays quickly followed and we were told to go home and wait on X-ray results by end of day. They never came. Called twice the following morning and was emailed results. No fracture - great - but my daughter is still in pain and it’s Monday morning so she has to go to school. No diagnosis, no boot, no meds, no guidance. Called them all day Monday and was promised a call back. It never came. So now it’s Tuesday and we’re in the same position. If I wanted to guess at the medical treatment or wanted to wait, I would google it and avoid “Immediate Care”. Back to Northwestern from now on it seems because we might have to wait a bit longer but at least we will get medical treatment and advice.

Very welcoming, clean and the service is excellent. Highly recommend if you need urgent care.

I book an appointment couple times. First time i went at my apartment time but they told me you have to wait more than one hour because there is only one provider inside the whole office.. Today i booked the second time and i called the office and told that i dont want to wait again. My kid cant seat that much long. They said the same thing. Ive disappointed .

Great fast in and out. I went for DOT med exam. They work on Sundays that saved my life!! It was smooth and caring. I got my medical card with ease. Thank you all 🙏

Labor Day accompanied my daughter and two grandkids for a quick check up at MEC Northbrook location. There was a slight wait but that’s understandable. Front desk was great! The MA who took vitals was just as good! L Reedy the Nurse Practitioner took amazing care of the kids! She listened carefully and and dealt with two young children really well. The office was spotless. Overall a outstanding experience.

I come here every week for a lipo B12 shot and am always so happy to see Sam. She’s very friendly, professional, and gets me in and out of the clinic in a timely manner.

I received care last January. I came in feeling unwell and the staff sent me home saying I was fine. The next day I went to Northwestern Immediate care and they diagnosed me with Influenza A. I reached out to this company to discuss my care and instead have been passed to collections without any communication. This is beyond frustrating as no one from the company has cared to call me back.

Fast, prompt and effective. When you’re sick you want your issue handled without delay and that is exactly what MEC delivered. Highly recommended.

I took my mother-in-law to this clinic. It’s right by her house in Northbrook. There was a young lady by the name of Sam was very Kindful and helpful. I was glad that I took my mother-in-law there I give this place a five star.

Happened to need an urgent care when we were at the Sheraton. Couldn’t have asked for a closer option! Sam at the front desk was so helpful. I’ll spare you the long story, but trust, she went above and beyond making us feel taken care of.Dom the nurse practitioner helped us with a smile. A few hours later and my husband is feeling better and able to move again. We missed the graduation we came for, but at least we will make the celebration dinner!

I was out of town and needed some steroids to manage asthma flareup. The nurse practitioner was very thorough finding out exactly what I needed to get prescription in the office was very professional and very good.

MIdwest Express Clinic is a great place to go for professional help for a medical issue. We walked in on Saturday late afternoon and we were promptly greeted. The staff was very efficient and caring. After a very short wait we were treated and sent to the 24 hour pharmacy to get medication. Job well done. We are thankful for the compassion and expertise!

Found this clinic because we needed to get a physical for school in short notice. Our child saw Domenica and she was so understanding and kind. We wish more healthcare practitioners could be more like her. Now we hope that they could open a clinic in Lake County! We were confused about the online registration but we found out that it didn’t matter what time you pick, you can come anytime since it’s a walk-in clinic.

This place is great! Always so fast and the team/staff is wonderful. Always super helpful and great hours so I always get what I need. Highly recommend!

The staff at Midwest Express Clinic is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The wait time is short and the B12 shots are great.

They won’t provide test results to me over phone and refuse to call number on file to even confirm identity. They said only way I can get clarification on test results is if I drive to clinic to get the results.Never had a dr or clinic not provide test results or clarification. Test results emailed are not clear as it does not state positive or negative like every other place we have had tests done.

Sam at the front desk was kind and helpful. The clinic was clean and had a chill and healing vibe. Aileen Bernardo treated me for an eye obstruction and I got exactly what I needed.

I was there this tuesday. Service was ok. But problem happened yesterday when my wife visited midwest clinic. We checked online and made sure that this place accepts my wifes insurance(Aetna). But when she was there on aug 8th (fri). she was informed that they dont accept her insurance. They told her check up costs $125 without insurance. She was having serious allergic reaction and her co-pay was $100 with insurance so she thought it was just $25 difference so she decided to stay. After she got in, she saw doctor and then wait for over an hour to doctor to come back. When the doctor came back, she asked for additional cost. She said $125 was just seeing the doctor. And it will cost additional $200 for allergy test and another $300 for food allergy test. My wife asked her what was $125 for then? She said it was for seeing a doctor. Doctor said just one thing while checking, take the claritin. The hell , seriously??anyone knows that claritin is a allergy pill. She charged my wife $125 just to say to take claritin. In this case, i dont need to see doctor if i wanted to get claritin . Why even try to charge all that money when we clearly saw that they accept my wife’s insurance?? Ill never come back to this clinic again. They try to rob people

I have had a good experience at this clinic when I took my daughter there and when I visited it myself. The staff and doctor were friendly and caring, and there wasnt a long wait. My wife couldnt use her Blue Cross/Blue Shield HMO coverage so we had to go to NorthShore, but that has been the only drawback.

This place is fantastic. Every person there was friendly, patient, and even helped me with figuring out my insurance issues. They had good music playing in the waiting room and all the nurses wore pink gloves which I loved and everything was spotless and tidy. I was impressed. Short wait times and kid-friendly too. It was the most pleasant and pain-free healthcare visit I’ve had in a very long time. 10/10 recommend this place.

Best urgent care I’ve ever been to. I was seen so quickly and the dr even came in in between prior patients to assess me quickly since I was in so much pain to ensure everyone was getting attention in a timely manner on a very busy UC day. Sam was so attentive and so helpful through our entire visit. What a gem. Thanks so much. I am already feeling do much better.

Still waiting to see a Dr. 60 minutes after walking in with an appointment and filling out registration in advance. If you’re looking to be seen quickly look elsewhere.

The nurse was helpful and her consultation was good but there were a few problems first it took one full week to get back results that showed I had an infection and second on both occasions I needed prescriptions filled there was a failure in communicating between Midwest and Walgreens that meant I was delayed by a day and getting my meds so until they saw that problem I would not go to Midwest

I drove 40 minutes to be able to assist an urgent care that could feed my kid’s needs. The walk in was pretty fast, kind attention, and we were able to be seeing when we needed before gettin her pediatrician doctor appointment. We need more places like this where you don’t have to attend an emergency room to be seeing for something that is not emergency but is urgent that can’t wait for an appointment . Thank you! 🙏

The clinic was clean and efficient. I made an ‘appointment’ but as it was later in the day, arrived over an hour early and was seen as soon as I finished the intake paperwork. The Medical Assistant was kind and thorough and Linda, the PA was wonderful.I work in healthcare myself and can honestly say that the experience was top notch. Thorough, thoughtful and skilled.I’d highly recommend.

Linda is extremely thoughtful, thorough and it is very clear to me that Linda truly cares about getting to a positive outcome for her patients. I highly recommend Linda Reedy and the entire staff at the Northbrook location.

Stopped by yesterday because my general couldnt get me in until next week. Pleasant front of house staff, as well as nurse and PA. I will return if needed but I hope not to see them again.

We have been here several times (unfortunately) and it has always been a good experience. The staff is kind, the offices feel new and clean and you can get in quickly. I really appreciate having this place as an option when my kid has strep throat or the flu!

This is how urgent care should be. They have wait times reduced and they keep u informed throughout the process. The staff is pleasant and competent. The PA I saw was compassionate and actually took some time with me. This is the second time I have been there. And correct diagnosis!

We recently visited the clinic and had a wonderful and helpful experience. Mostafa in particular was thorough, efficient, and friendly with us. And the facility was clean and staff kind.

I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, she had me fill out the appropriate forms, while apologetically handling computer problems; the reception area was clean and inviting; the nurse-practitioner - the only clinical person there at the time- was likewise kind and accommodating, and did a quick upper respiratory and ENT exam, though I was just there or a covid PCR swab.This was an A+ experience, far exceeding my expectations.UPDATE, 6/18/24: Had to return, several months later, for the same reason, and the experience was equally positive: the receptionist, nurse, and physician were kind, professional, and accommodating. The facility is clean and spacious, and has a very low-key, calming, dare I say fun vibe. Recommended without hesitation!...Again!

I got some tests done and when I got my results in my email I didn’t understand what they meant. So I tried calling to see if they can explain it and they say I needed to go I person and that I will be charged for the visit. I had two tests done so that meant I had to pay twice on top of the initial visit. I’ve never heard of any clinic that charges you to know your test results. Absolutely ridiculous.

Was visiting Chicago for the weekend from Ohio. Needed to see a Dr but didn’t want to wait all day at an emergency room. Looked up urgent care and Midwest Express Clinic came up close to my hotel. Was able to check-in on-line and make an appointment. When I arrived I was seen right away. Was able to leave in about 20 min and prescription was called into a nearby pharmacy for me.Very pleased with my experience!!!

Went there with upper respiratory issues. I had to wait a bit but got to see a nurse practitioner who was quite competent.The only area to be improved is a written follow up of what meds to take and further instructions based on worsening condition .

Came here as a first time asthmatic patient with ongoing symptoms for almost 2 months and I was surprised at how fast acting the staff was and provided me with a proper treatment course. I was in and out in about an hour, I was given more long term treatment options opposed to my pcp which I have been seeing for 14 years.

We were called into a room quickly but the time spent in the room waiting for the nurse practitioner took longer than we had expected, however, the service provided was good!

Clean,fast, knowledgeable ,helpful,took care of my problem instantly! Much better than any Hospitals emergency rooms!!

I had a very positive experience at Midwest. The staff was friendly and more importantly competent. The doctor exuded confidence and I felt comfortable with the good care provided.

First of all, the front desk receptionist was very unwelcoming and rude. She had a lack of communication skills and was very unprofessional to me and my daughter. I will definitely NOT recommend this place to any of my friends or family. It would be a good idea to review their policy before they charge you a $25 fee to just to enter their clinic. Especially when the services are not mentioned clearly.

Great efficient place. Even though I had to wait a few hours the staff could not of been nicer.

We’ve visited MEC on a few occasions and have always had a good experience. We visited last week as my daughter’s congestion was lingering too long. Everyone was great but they never took my daughter’s temperature and I thought that was a little strange. Obviously, it was an oversight.I wouldn’t hesitate to go to MEC again.

They were.Very helpful and I was so happy they were able to take care of my knees.I was very happy with how they handled the situation.Thank you so much awesome place

Easy to register for appointment online. Got the spot in 15 minutes. Very prompt diagnostic. My child had a scalett fever. The whole experience was under 30 minutes. Very good doctor and nurse. Extremely convenient to have office close to my house.

I wasn’t even aware that Clinic was here. Walgreens informed me about it. I didn’t want to go to Northshore one because the last time I was there it was really gross on Lake cook and waukegan. First impressions when I walked in, it was very clean and welcoming. Also a calming affect. The girl at the counter was very pleasant and friendly. I was tended to in a timely manner. I would recommend Refresher on triaging patients. But in all fairness, the girl that is normally at the front counter was not there the girl that was there that day was filling in. The person that was caring for me was absolutely fabulous. She was attentive. She listened and really cared. I felt very heard. I was new to this clinic and they really took a detailed history. All in all Ariel and Linda provided excellent service and diligent care. I felt confident, leaving the clinic that I was fully cared for. I give this Clinic ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Midwest clinic on willow is the place to go for efficient and expert care. The receptionist Natalia greeted me kindly; aide Claire was efficient. The nurse practitioner Madhur Dass was concerned, professional and patient. She calmly cleaned my wound and showed great concern for my pain as she stitched me up talking to me and making sure I was comfortable. She is a true professional and a credit to our community and your business. If you need urgent care, go to Midwest on Willow in Northbrook.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful not only with the reason for going into the clinic along with any questions I had. They were quick and efficient with the visit and I got in to see a physician within 15 minutes of arriving.

Amazing patient doctor - high quality not like dirty or unprofessional. Very impressed. Very helpful. I got there first bc I hate waiting but they took me right in and the dr was in my room in 10 min flat.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and caring. I put my name on the waitlist before going and when I got there, I was the only person in the waiting room. I waited maybe 10 minutes before being called back. The wait to see the Nurse Practitioner was maybe another 5 minutes and she was very kind and listened to everything I had to say. She even had me schedule a follow up in case I wasn’t feeling better. I was recommended to go here by a co-worker and I would recommend to my friends and other co-workers.

The first place I would go if sick or injured . That was not life threatening. The MD’s and PA’s are very knowledgeable and empathetic. My adult son and daughter in law have been there as well as my, 2 year old granddaughter. Never felt rushed, all the test that were performed was always followed up with a call if needed and the proper medication was called into the pharmacy of choice. One of the best urgent care clinics I have been to. Extremely clean, staff was caring and attentive and they work in a team, you can tell! The best part we were in and out within 45 min of our appointment. ( You do all your checking in and uploading docs bef your arrival helps a lot)!!

Had a wonderful experience at Midwest Express Clinic in Northbrook. Front desk staff was friendly, thorough and fast. The Dr. we saw was also so sweet to my 5 y.o. son, and saw us within 5 minutes of sitting in the exam room.They also saw us as a walk-in with no wait time at all on a Sunday afternoon. This place is great.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the attention and professional care given to me at Midwest Express Clinic. My experience with them was of the quickest and best I have ever encountered. I was very well taken care of.

There is never a long wait and everyone there has a great bedside manner with children. One thing to add, Linda saved my wifes life. She had a skin infection which morphed into sepsis and Linda urged us to go to the ER. It was great advice and her advice saved my wifes life and she is fine now because of it! The staff here is top notch.

This urgent care clinic is very clean, very welcoming, and even plays great music. I had a follow up visit to get my stitches removed and I was running late and Lindsey on the phone was very accommodating. Never been to such a pleasant clinic like this before. Thank you!

I really enjoyed going the Northbrook location and working with the physician, Linda Reedy. We were on the same page as far as try the natural approach first, like honey or colloidal silver, coconut oil etc. Its the best of both worlds to have a physician that likes the natural approach, but can otder antibiotics if it comes down to it.

Couldnt get an Appointment Sooner for my Sons School Physical with his Pediatrician, so ended up finding this place. I am Glad I found Midwest Express Clinic. The Staff here is Wonderful, they made the Entire Experience Flawless. Everyone was so accommodating and they got us in quick and got everything done in a timely manner. The Doctor and Nursing Staff were really nice and answered all of our questions. The best part for my son was the Goodie Bag he got after the Visit, it was something New for him, as this is something that happens only in Dental Visits, he only expected a Sticker this time, but got a whole lot more. If I ever need a Quick check up, I will definitely be back to this Particular Location. 5 Stars for sure !!

Never in my life have I had a medical appointment go so quickly and smoothly! My 5 yr old granddaughter in town. Sore throat and fever at 6:30pm on a Friday (Shabbos for her). My daughter signed in online while I drove granddaughter and her daddy to Midwest Express. We arrived in office and within 3 minutes, she was taken back and swabbed for influenza, covid and strep. All staff was attentive, efficient, super sweet and worked to attend to her needs and have her out in time for sundown! AND she got a princess crown, Frozen stickers and kosher lollipop! Thank you!!

I live out of State, I had a emergent situation . I arrived at the clinic and was immediately met by the the NP and Nurse, each were attentive, professional and knowledgeable. The NP was very friendly and attended to my medical needs with care and support.

Though we had to wait for a little while they were quick and efficient once I got in to be seen. Alina (sorry if that isn’t the correct spelling) went out of her way to make me comfortable. Very sweet.

Office was clean, staff friendly and efficient. I was in and out of there by 20 min. The advanced practice nurse examined me and prescribed medications. Im feeling much better just 12 hours later. Way more efficient than going to be internist or allergist.

Ive had one great experience before being tested here. When someone comes in for an STD panel, they should be tested on all 3 sites. I specifically asked to be retested and only received blood work and a urinalysis this time around when oral/AR swabs should Also be performed. I felt rushed in and out by the physicians assistant. I brought up starting PREP as I discussed with the physicians assistant last time who would prescribe it post blood results and this physicians assistant addressed the follow up labs but made no effort to prescribe valuable PREP treatment.

Nurse and PA were wonderful, great care and concern. Front staff took me in even though it was close to closing. They also helped me locate a pharmacy that was still open. Definitely recommend this clinic for all after hour or non emergency health needs. Good experience.

Best walk-in clinic I’ve ever experienced. Such knowledgeable, and friendly staff, I felt very comfortable. The clinic is bright, clean and inviting. Looks very child friendly too, so if ever needed I would definitely bring my young kids in. No wait time either!

Fast, friendly and accurate! I lived in Northfield 3 years and I cant believe I did not realize how close I had this amazing clinic. I just discovered this place 6 weeks ago, when my son was sick. Thank you Midwest Express for being there when our family doctor could not be.

Easy to register & upload info ahead of time to minimize wait time. Nurses & NP were all very friendly, listened to my symptoms & asked questions. They didnt just prescribe antibiotics & send me home. The office & waiting room were all clean & well kept. Since Im new to the area & dont have a GP yet, they offered to have my file up appt there in a week.

I went to this immediate care clinic, for the first time, last night and they were very punctual and had everything prepared for what I needed help with. I was in and out under 45 minutes. They had my results within 15 minute. They just opened recently and I will be going here from now on for any immediate care needs!

Normally we love minute clinics, they made us wait 35 minutes with a sick child. We were on time for our appointment and checked in before a gentleman and they took him first, and made us wait. Not to mention, when I said something, the lady had such a rude attitude and response. So upsetting.

Excellent staff and health care provider. Despite being short staff on a thanksgiving weekend, the staff were working very hard, efficiently and in a very courteous manner to expedite patient care. These staff deserve special recognition and a PAY RAISE. They need to be given copious monetary bonus which is the REAL recognition better than any certificate or congratulatory email.

Made an online appointment then confirmed next day on phone. Helped me right away. Extremely pleasant and quickly answered my questions and got me to someone who could help. Would definitely go there again .

We stopped by on Sunday, 3/5/23 and had no wait. Nurse took my friends vitals which were good, and nurse practitioner diagnosed dehydration. After drinking water, my friend quickly felt better and more clear-headed. Thanks so much for your help!!! So glad we came to your clinic!!!

I love this place. They dont gas light you like northshore. They are willing to listen depending on the doctor that day. Def more reliable than resurrection immediate care to. They dont turn you down even without insurance

I love the staff and their service. This was my first time with any doctor and it was so good more than i expected especially with Dr Peny.M. she is very sweet! Really appreciate her work!

Very pleased with the service here. Went in for a strep test and was able to be seen right away. I was in and out in 30 minutes and had a good consult with the NP. Much less bureaucratic and better run than some of the other clinics in the area.

Visiting family from out of the state I needed urgent care immediately. My sister recommended Midwest Express Clinic and I will say that I had an amazing experience with the staff and physician. The checking in process was super fast and easy. The physician was very through in explaining everything. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

I came to Midwest Express because my usual provider was closed. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of care I received. Brand new facility with very kind and helpful staff. I was seen very quickly and the check in process was swift and streamlined. My concerns were heard and thoroughly addressed and I received great recommendations for follow up care as well.

I rely on this clinic, they have helped me out several times. Getting into my internist takes time and it never fails that it’s after hours when we’re sick. Midwest express and their staff is so thorough and offers the best care.

It was a clean facility, the staff was friendly. I was a little late for my time slot but it wasn’t too busy so I was still seen. I will definitely return and recommend to visit for your urgent care needs. I had a double ear infection-feeling better after taking the medication prescribed.

I went to this Midwest Express Clinic for help with my 5 year old’s cold that he wasn’t getting over. I spent 2 weeks doing everything I could to help him! So we went in and they were extremely nice to my son. Very warm and friendly and understood he was nervous. They gave us some medicine and within 24 hours he is finally getting over his cough/cold! Thank you for helping us out and taking my concerns seriously! My son was ready to start kindergarten with no cough and I really appreciate the help! I will be back in the future!Edit: Came to this location again for a bad cough and had another great experience. There is no dropdown option on the website to select Northbrook, but I want this business to know they have some really excellent people working at this location. This urgent care wants to help you get better. They take you seriously and do what it takes to give you relief asap. Highly recommend!

Be cautious! Was charged a silly amount ($500+) to meet w a nurse assistant for a few minutes since Im on a high deductible insurance plan. The code they specified was surgery although all she did was prick my finger with a pin (I had a nail infection) - took maybe a minute and in no way qualifies as surgery. Billing was not transparent at all. Never again!

This was my best medical visit in recent memory. In fact, i was so calm i scored my lowest blood pressure reading as an adult. Both the nurse and doctor that treated me were wonderful.

I was fortunate enough to found ME clinic on google for my mom and get the prescription she desperately needed and couldnt get from her practitioner because she was out of state so thank you south Midwest Express Clinic and all the staff who from the moment we got in showed us their professionalism and courtesy. Luckily there was a Mexican nurse who helped my mother with all her needs. She was very sweet and patient. I feel so bad I dont remember her name, but I think shes the only Spanish speaker at the clinic.

This Midwest Clinic on Willow Road in Northbrook sure has been there for me as they say. My initial visit was on a Sunday morning which began with a friendly greeting from Jay. It was a great start from the get go with very little paperwork to fill out while waiting with a bleeding and lacerated toe. My wait was very short-lived as Jordann proceeded to take my vitals etc. Much thorough care was supplied here and I began to realize this place means business. I was then moved to a third room where I had the honor of meeting Joanna Giza APN, and my anxiety over my foot began to lift. Here is a person with truly great skill and goodness. Boy, I was so lucky to be in her hands. And my follow up visit with Shaikh Nadeem was equally as impressive. He covered every base where Ms. Giza had left off with a seamless continuation of care. How very thankful I feel to have had messers Giza and Nadeem treating me. This Midwest Clinic deserves only good things and I am beyond appreciative for the stellar service they have provided me. What a blessing.Just went in this Saturday for a quick blood draw with no wait and the staff was just as friendly, accomplished and accommodating as before. I spoke with the doctor afterwards who was very caring and kind. This place is the best!

I went there yesterday to get treatment for anaphylaxis and saw a very nice nurse and Dr. Oksana (her first name) and she was very professional and sweet. I’m starting to feel better and they saved me a trip to the ER!The front desk employee was also gracious and smiling. I got seen very quickly and would highly recommend this urgent care. I go to their location in Chicago on Broadway Avenue just north of Walmart, so they had my records and past history up and ready.I hope you don’t get sick, but go here if you need help!

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Midwest Express Clinic. I told them that my young daughter was very scared of getting a COVID-19 test and they literally made the experience magical for her. Each staff member was so kind, thoughtful, and caring towards her. The examination was thorough and test was quick and painless. At the end, they cheered for her for being so brave and gave her a goodie bag filled with prizes. My daughter said that she only wants to go back here for her future COVID tests and doctor visits (which is high praise from a 4 year old!) Thank you so much!

I was so pleased to find a walk in clinic that was managed by a nice, friendly staff. You can register ahead of time when able. Besides going there for a certain ailment, they are able to do labs there. I’ve already been back for regular blood tests since the hospital made things too confusing.

I had what I thought was an ear infection. When I saw the physician’s assistant she said it was simply wax buildup. I asked her to clean my ear she refused and told to me get over the counter wax softener. I told her it doesn’t work and asked her again to clean my ear, she refused. She wouldn’t even clean my other ear. This woman is incompetent and lazy and should be fired.

Ive had good experience before but the doctor mistreated my son and I cant believe or accept that is ok. My 18month old had 0 sleep and was struggling to breathe with bronchiolitis. The doctor gave him a nebulizer treatment ONCE and said to follow up with pediatrician( who had an appointment in 5 days). I saw him breathing rapidly after the treatment and asked is that normal, she said yes (it isnt turnsout). His wheezing was gone. He improved enough for a 1 hour nap then woke up and. He could not get a breath in from coughing like the night before, nonstop after and since that doctor said he is ok I though it was just me being worried and didnt want to take him to a 2nd place. Good thing grandma insisted. Well turns out you give the nebulizer treatment every 4 hours and for 4 days and not ONCE and I dont know why doctor failed to tell me that and said he was ok. The doctors at the pediatric immediate care clinic , visibly freaked out by his low oxygen and prescribed him a nebulizer every 4 hours and steroids. I choose to trust doctors and to wait it out but this was a child who didnt have the refractions but was struggling to breathe. Like you trust doctors to let you know how your child is and turns out no
