I’ve been a patient of Dr.Nader since 2012. He has been the same since my first visit. He’s very personable, he listens, and he addresses your concerns with grace. He does his best to make you feel comfortable and I appreciate that. Joy and Dr.Nader helped me through my miscarriage. I was Worried I would Never be able to have a child again.. they were very professional and helped me through that time in my life Stacey also helped I can’t Forget her.I could go on for hours but I’ll keep it short and say please choose this practice if you are looking for a great provider.

Unfortunately the reviews are accurate, I was seen by Dr Alemi. I wouldn’t recommend her at all, rushed not enough time to ask her questions, she’s not rude but she will not stay and listen to my fears.staff in the front are nice I don’t have any complaints of nurse’s either I was treated fairly. The ones that answer the phone are a bit incompetent. Overall I wouldn’t recommend nor go back .

I have a Mirena contraceptive that I have been trying to get removed as it is 3 years past due! Ive waited over 6 months to get my surgery scheduled. I missed 1 call from them and have been trying to reach for an entire week without any responses. Everytime I call the receptionist tells me there is nothing they can do, what else do you want me to do? All I want you to do is your job maam! She offered to transfer me to a manager and she transfered me to a voicemail!!! I feel sick all the time I havent gotten my period in over 3 months I experience mood swings and have a lot of facial hair growth. I understand that this clinic gives priority to pregnant women however my health is as important as them, it should take over a week for you to be able to give a call back. If you arent pregnant do not go here because you will be their last priority.

Believe the comments and don’t come here , Dr Golnaz Alemi was horrible . The nasty attitude and rushing my appointment after this being my first time meeting her I’ve never seen anything like it ! If you don’t like your job get another one ! My god . I’m 34 weeks pregnant and was already waiting an hour in the waiting room the least you could do is have a decent attitude! Save your time and go elsewhere . Didn’t even feel comfortable with this woman near me .

Thankful that they were there throughout my pregnancy, Dr.Nader always has your best interest, and I’m beyond grateful Dr.Wang was there with me during delivery! I couldn’t have had a better doctor, her and the nurses I had at Mountain View hospital were everything I could ask for. She was an amazing guide and I’m grateful for her and nurse Lanisha’s patience and helpful tips to help me push when it came time to do so. Baby was out in less than 30 mins!I wish I would have gone to Nader/ Mountain View hospital during my first pregnancy which the delivery wasn’t so easy.. i had the best experience thanks to these doctors and nurses I wouldn’t have had it any other way🙌🏼

I was a patient at this office for 3 of my pregnancies & I had no complaints. Except for my last pregnancy with them, I did bloodwork at the very beginning and it showed that my hemaglobin was at a 9 which indicates that a pregnant person is anemic and needs to get iron transfusions. I also have a history of blood cancer, so this should have been an immediate red flag to the doctors here that it could be a possible sign of my cancer reoccurring. However, I was NEVER informed of this information. I had to move to Henderson so I switched OBGYN’s to be with someone closer to my new residence. Only then, when they reviewed the paperwork from Dr. Nader’s office, did I find out about my hemaglobin being so low. They were completely shocked at the irresponsibility of the previous office for not getting me on iron IV immediately. I had been feeling horrible and assumed it was just because of being pregnant. By the time I had gone to that new doctor, my hemaglobin had dropped even more. I ended up in the emergency room with a hemaglobin count of 5.2, which is life threatening. They also found that my red blood cells & platelets were also low. The blood cancer had, in fact, come back. Had the doctors at Dr. Nader’s office payed more attention to the blood work of their pregnant patient who had a history of blood cancer, maybe I could have caught it earlier. I had to come to California in order to get treatment at UCLA to save myself & my baby’s lives. And while we were there, the doctors REPEATEDLY requested paperwork & ultrasounds from Dr. Nader’s office so that they could determine the gestational age of the baby, she was much smaller than she should have been so they needed to determine if the dates were wrong for my due date or if she was experiencing IUGR. This was very important & vital information, and not just me, but my doctors too, were given the run around for weeks until I finally had to get stern and angry on the phone explaining to the records lady that this was a life or death situation for my child & I, that we needed this information from them in order to decide what the treatment plan would be moving forward. I’m giving 2 stars because I am grateful for the services I received for my previous 2 pregnancies. But this was so disappointing and disheartening to go through after years of being a patient here.

I looovveee dr naders they have the best customer service and staff they are always so sweet and helped me deliver both my kids highly recommend if you want caring nurses and obs, and gynecologists go here wont be disappointed.

I have been going to this place for the past couple of years and have had an OK experience! However I’m 38 weeks pregnant and had a scheduled appt for today at 11AM as I’m pulling into the building 5 minutes before my appt I receive a call saying the doctor is running late and they need to reschedule me for today at 12:45 ( no apologies for the inconvenience or nothing ) At first I said that’s fine even though I’m already here and she replies okay well we will see you then . After I hung up I realized I have an important work meeting at 1:30 that I can’t miss ( I took time off work to make it to my original appt at 11) so I call back and speak to another rep and tell her I have a work meeting at 1:30 so I can’t make it to the appt they rescheduled me for . She tells they are doubled booked for tomorrow and they have availability for next week . So my next appt isn’t until next Tuesday . Again no Empathy for the inconvenience . She said is there anything else I can help you with and very polity I expressed my feelings towards how this all played out and how each person I spoke with never simple apologized and expressed concern for the inconvenience. She said okay is that all . I understand things happen that it out of our control but when you work in customer service you should have basic manners and show compassion when needed . The front desk needs more training . I’m 38 weeks pregnant and my time is just as valuable as anyone else’s

She is an amazing doctor. Her bedside manner was unbelievable, I was so scared and she made me feel safe.

Dr Nader was very crass and insensitive yes he was informative and we went over options to remedy my health issue I have been a patient for many years and overall this medical group is amazing I appreciate them but a little bit of understanding on his part would have been better I prefer Dr Golin or one of the ladies on cite as they are a bit more kind.

First time mom had great doctors during my pregnancy of 2022They were very helpful an caring about my pregnancy and referred me to the best hospital Las Vegas I know I wanted to give birth at sunrise but mountain View was amazing all my needs was taken care of by Dr Nader and associates gonna go back when I have my second child 😇😇😇

If your a black woman thats pregnant please DO NOT go to this doctors office, they treat you like garbage!!! They are unorganized! Im almost due to deliver my baby and I was in the hospital due to having contractions, I missed one appointment and they told me I couldnt return even tho Im 38 weeks and high risk. I never met or seen Dr. Nadar I was always with other doctors that were rude and had bad communication skills. Like I said its not for Black woman so dont go

I was kind of scared at first bc I didn’t think men listened to your problems but Dr. Nader was super nice and actually listened and helped me I really like it there the staff are awesome

This is long overdue, based off the website they no longer have the lady listed so I assume she doesn’t work there anymore. Point being, I was a first time mom pregnant from 2022-23 and I went here for my first maybe 1.5 months after finding out. The commute was 30 minutes which I dealt with having no idea where to go as I was new to Vegas and motherhood, my friend recommended them. The “doctor” I saw was a white female probably in her 50s and my last straw was when I asked her if my information could be sent to a different doctor expressing how the commute was taking a toll on me having to drive by myself after 12 hour shifts. Keep in mind, she always made me feel bad as if women don’t get pregnant on top of not answering any of my questions and giving me absolute attitude. She proceeded to comment “your insurance is paying for that?” Is that even appropriate to say??? A simple, “sure, no problem” or “I’m sorry to hear that” would’ve sufficed. Just needed to share my story as I received an automated email saying “we miss you” from this office. I hope they do a better job at hiring people these days.

Very impressed with everybody at the office the doctor was phenomenal explained everything first time meeting him grateful that I found a good OBGYN looking forward to seeing him again

Always the best obgyn I love this office they have a special place in my heart yall wouldnt understand they watch me go through two pregnancy and help me get through my journey .Jennifer has been there the longest and we have grew a bond like no other. Thank you for always helping and making sure I was okay.Dr.Nader has a wonderful staff I recently seen Dr Celina and she is wonderful she cares for her patients and allows you to tell her whatever it is bothering you I love her positive energy when she walks through the door she makes me feel safe and comfortable ❤️Sincerely trouble love you guys

I’ve been going to Dr.Nader for 10 years now and he always is thorough in all his explanations & always knows how to make sure you’re satisfied & answers all your questions. I recently saw him regarding concerns over infertility and he did a great job at making me feel at ease & reassured me it was something he was going to help me through. It’s something I’ve been stressing over lately, but I know I’m in great hands. Everyone in the front is always super nice and attentive as well. :)

Very friendly. Everyone is always nice and welcoming . The office is always clean. They always have cartoons on for kids as well.

My appointments don’t take long. All the staff is nice and helpful and the Drs. Are great

I love Dr. Nader. He has been instrumental in getting me well. He takes the time to really listen to you to see what is going on and not shuffle you around like other doctors. If you call with a problem, his office gets you in pretty quick for an appointment. The staff is really nice, friendly and professional. As a woman, we want a team of staff and a doctor that cares about us and our body and Dr. Naders office is that team. I would strongly recommend Dr. Nader to everyone.

I’ve seen a few different doctors at this location and everyone I’ve met here has been mostly polite and professional but the doctor I met today, Dr. Alemi, was exceptional in those regards. Maybe I caught her on a good day or maybe that’s just who she is as a person but I look forward to seeing her for mine and my daughter’s annual visits or when needed if possible. Thank you Dr.Alemi!

I’ve been going here sense 2019 and the service has been verry bad sense . I gave birth 6minths ago and it was horrible when she looked disgusted while a gave birth 🙃 . I’ll never come here again .

I’ve been going to this doctor for 13 years,they are going down the drain and no longer care about there patients.I was sent to a specialist and it’s been 3 months no one can tell me anything and my doctor hasn’t even called to follow up with the specialist to make sure everything with me is ok .seems my health doesn’t mean anything to them.

I went there as a new patient. i did not like how slow it was to attend me. i waited there for half an hour to an hour WITH AN APPOINTMENT. when i got in the room they took what felt like forever to finally come in and help me just for her to be in the room for 5 mins and then leave. when it was finally time for my blood work the women who was doing it “couldnt” find my veins after poking me 2 times. after my appointment was over, i had scheduled an appointment for an ultrasound but to wait a whole month to see my baby ?? hell no. i released my information because i did NOT want to go back ever again. it’s been almost a month now and they still can’t transfer my records to my new doctors. i call and they always make up an excuse or never answer. 😡

Went to this dr office today as a new patient. They told me 3 weeks ago they wouldn’t put me on an OB contract like my last dr did. That turned out to be a lie. Then they wanted me to pay $500 before even seeing this doctor that I’ve never met. I just walked out. Every single thing this place told me over the phone was a lie and total misinformation. They just told me this morning that I don’t owe anything at time of service. What a complete waste of time. This place gave off a bad vibe anyway and nothing but red flags 🚩

Usually for the most part its pretty quick and easy in the mornings...however once in a while like today especially in the afternoon it was extremely crowded and with very little airflow, packed tight in that little area it gets pretty warm as it is always but even more so with the numbers are beyond their seating capacity. Over an hour wait to get in when you already have an appointment is way under efficiency and definitely insulting to busy families. Time is money for a doctor or whatever right!? Well, it is for us to!!! An appointment is just that and should be kept...if Im an hour and a half late nearly to my appointment what would be the outcome...I really do not appreciate having to wait almost an hour and a half past our appointment time, especially with a 2 year old and a 1 year old with us going crazy because they have been in one spot entirely too long and all the while having to reschedule other appointments in due process afterward to this one. This will definitely be our last visit here if I can help it and find another place soon. Fix or turn up your dang ac for goodness sake 🙄 these pregnant women have to be boiling in there if Im always sweating every time we come here!!!!Tighten up on the scheduling...if you watched 20+ people go ahead of you when you had an appointment there is definitely something wrong!!And yes I am an expert 😉 logistics and ergonomics is my occupation fr

5 years ago, I became a patient of Dr. Nader. I chose him as my doctor from Google reviews after my insurance changed and SWM no longer took my new insurance. The insurance changed just a month before my scheduled hysterectomy. Dr. Nader was a blessing. He sat me in his office even before my exam and listened to my 20 year history. He looked over my records and scheduled my hysterectomy immediately.His staff has always been patient with me even when my attitude wasnt the best. When Dr. Nader couldnt come see me post op, he sent Dr. Alemi and she was so sweet and kind to meet at Centennial Hills Hospital. I later told my daughter about her and my daughter is now a patient of hers. When Dr. Nader expanded his staff I started seeing Dr. Kasar. She was great but she has moved on and I am now seeing Dr. Nader again. I have nothing but good things to say about this office. They are very accommodating and the girls in the front are super patient and professional. Dr. Nader has now added a radiology office which performs mammograms on site. This is innovative as not many OBGYN offices do this. It just goes to show that he always has his patients in mind and continues to create an office that services multiple needs.No doctor or doctors office staff is perfect as humans are not perfect people. We will always be able to find something wrong everywhere we go. This is my experience and I know anyone who chooses Dr. Nader can be and will be just a happy because he will assure it. If you ever have an issue, asked to speak with him. He is approachable and solution focused! God bless Dr. Nader and Associates! 5 years later I am healthy because of Dr. Nader and still a loyal patient (even though SWM takes my insurance again. I never went back lol).

Trash office---money grubbing and never get back to you. I am 100% certain a few lawsuits can put them under.

My entire experience here was horrible from them not knowing how much I had to pay and when I asked pretty much they said to do my own math I was told blah amount now they said I still have to pay more !!!!! , my visits here made me feel like a number to them they were in and out the room with in 5 mins , I asked my question as they were already leaving the room , they told me the gender of my baby when I had clearly said I don’t want to know , And after getting induced ended up with C-section ( I understand this was a risk or can happen , yet it happens two time with the same Dr ) this might just be the easy way out $$$$ if you know what I mean !I do want to thank Dr Wong ( I believe that’s her name I saw her only two times ) she was the only one who took Her time explaining things ! Other than that I don’t recommend this place to a friend ! I left this office crying two times, today was my last appt not coming back !

I had a very complicated pregnancy. But with Dr. Nader on my case it went just like he said it would. He advocated for my health and what I needed. The day of my C section Dr. Nader and Dr. Alemi were there to tell me step by step what to expect and took great care of my newborn daughter and myself.Thank you Dr. Nader and Dr. Alemi.

The team was professional and very kind. I naturally feel nervous but they were able to calmly explain my options making me feel confident in there approach to my care. I really am thankful that I come here for my care.

Let me explain my experience. If you are Spanish speaking this is the doctor for you. Since me and my fiancé are not Spanish speaking people I feel we were treated poorly. Receptionist didnt smile after we paid 95 to talk to the doctor. He did nothing for us besides talk. The medical assistance didnt smile. The two ladies that were the doctors assistant smiled and made us both feel like our problems were important. That was our 1st visit. The second visit never happened because while we were on our to the second doctors appointment the Receptionist called to cancel the visit. Have you ever heard of a doctors office canceling a visit? Yes but it is VERY rare. They didnt explain why the visit was canceled. Anyhoo we decided to take our OBGYN problems to somebody else that actually cares. Some who will listen instead of telling YOU what to do with your body. I do not recommend this doctor, but like I said, maybe if we spoke his language he would of been more concerned for our health.

Takes to long to slow for me takes them an hour after my appointment to see me every time with BOTH MY PREGNANCIES im done!!!

Golnaz R. Alemi M.D. is so rude and she doesn’t have no compassion for patients. She is trying to a biopsy on a patient without putting the person to sleep and causing her so much pain. While she is on pain she is talking about everyone pain tolerance is different and giving me instructions when I’m on pain. First time she didn’t even check me or give me medicine for pain. She is the worse that Doctor Nader does have in his clinic. She is the worse and terrible person and Doctor. Retire if you tired of dealing with patients!!!

Very friendly service from a hardworking and professional staff. Dr. Nader was honest, knowledgeable, humble, kind and non-judgemental. He also took the time to make sure that I understood my health exam plan. 10 stars 🌟

Nurses/assistance were rude and didn’t take the actually time to listen to patients. Rushing for nothing. My appointment was at 3:15 PM and I didn’t get to see Doctor Nader until 4:30 PM. I get there’s always waiting time but for more than 30 minutos is dumb. I was mainly going to get an ultrasound done and check my baby’s health however I did not get one done due to “being almost closing time” and was schedule for an appointment next day. Don’t make appointments time so late if you are going to be rushing to get out of there at 5 PM sharp.

I have had two girl doctors in this clinic and they both are really bad. They are so mean and want to rush out. They do not allow you at ask questions and they make you feel dumb when all you want is clarity because obviously you go there for help. Celen was that last doctor I saw and I would never go with her. She is sooooo rude. And you could tell she did not want to help she just wanted to get out. I don’t have insurance I have to pay everything out of my pocket. They could at least treat people right. I am not trying to save up money to come here and then be treated rudely and then disregard my question.

First visit was good. I had a male doctor and he made me feel very comfortable and listened to me. The downside was the wait time. My 2nd visit was not with the same doctor but with a female this time. She was rude and was very short with me. I tried to talk and express my concerns but it seemed as though she wasn’t listening to me and brushed it off instead of really trying to find a solution. She rushed the whole process and definitely made me feel like I wasn’t taken care of so I will be finding a different office to go to.

I just find out I was taking off their record because I missed an appointment ! And I’m currently 8 months pregnant with twins 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Dr Abdelsayed was Great! He was thorough and knowledgeable. The wait times were a little long but definitely worth the wait! He answered all of my questions, he was kind and patient and really took the time to hear out our concerns and he gave clear answers. He made me feel confident that everything was going to be okay but also kind with the reality of risks I had with my pregnancy. I appreciated his honesty and thoroughness. Also, the staff seemed overwhelmed but they were super compassionate and understanding of my situation and went out of their way to make sure I got the appointments I needed when I needed them. Thank you to the staff members in his office as well!!

I have been coming here a few years now and Dr. Alemi and Dr Nader are amazing. They take the time to listen to me and give me options for treatment. She makes sure I am comfortable during any procedures. 5 stars 🌟

Waiting room times way past your appointment time… a simple appointment for me to try to get my birth control pill prescription renewed ending up being extra expensive because I was told I needed a Pap smear.,,even though I had one just 2 years prior and was completely healthy. Insurance didn’t cover those extra bills..Regret going,

I only came here twice and was billed multiple times for my $25 co pay. Tried calling to handle the payment on why I need to pay another $25 when Ive already paid $75 in total for 2 visits but no one answers. The ultrasound tech had no bedside manner and when i complained, Dr Alemi just made excuses for the tech. Every claim they submitted to my insurance was wrongly coded so it was getting denied and had to have my insurance reach out to the office to get them to recode it correctly and one of them I had to file an appeal since no one answers at their office. Go to a different OBGYN if you can.

The front desk workers are disgruntled because they hate the job. Women that are pregnant & waiting for their appointment and they are rude to everyone . If wages and benefits aren’t enough they should look for another job.There’s no apparent training in or requirement of customer service to none of the women working at the front desk . Very UNPROFESSIONAL

This is my second time going to this office. Dr Nader and the stuff made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Nader explained everything I need to know. Thanks too Dr.Nader and stuff.

The doctor walked in and addressed with me with eye contact and a calm demeanor. He was so knowledgeable and gentle with me… it meant a lot to me because I went in with a lot of anxiety. The entire staff were super helpful and kind. Any kind of doctors office gives me anxiety and their kindness and calming energy really helped me. Completely recommend them, they’re very compassionate and offer you coupons for prescriptions also the fee is reasonable. Very pleased, thank you so much.

I never had problems w/this place til now. I only miss 2 appointments and had them both rescheduled, and then they tell me I’m not a patient there anymore. Not going to get medical records. Not going near the place again.Tried calling to get my appointment rescheduled, and just pushed away. That’s a shame. :/

It wasnt awful, but definitely wasnt the best. Wait times were quite long and the lab never seemed to draw the right orders so I would have to go back and have it done again. Staff and Dr were very nice, however appointments felt rushed once you got back into the apt. room. It just made things feel not personable and dry which is the last thing you want to feel when having prenatal care.

The medical department never answers phone calls, even after leaving several voicemails for a refill on a prescription. Had to come into the office in order for someone to help me. Had me waiting over an hour. Asked for the HR departments number & they did not provide it. The receptionist simply said to call and ask for Joana. Horrible customer service. I will never recommend this place.

The office is very clean.The staff is super friendly and, helpful and; my doctor was awesome!!She was very thorough in explaining what the procedure was and, what would happen if I decided on several different methods of treatment that, she suggested. She printed out information for me and, I feel went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and, valued.I would recommend this office to everyone. They are fantastic!! 👍👍👍👍👍

I’m a current patient here at this facility the staff is amazing but one particular girl at the front I get the impression that she does not want to help at all. I’ve been helped by other staff and they go above and beyond to make a pregnant hormonal woman like my self feel valued but when I see that one lady I prepare to argue and I get the upmost anxiety because that is not an experience I run into but she’s very short. She does not want to help at all. I called today and she chose to argue with me prior to looking up my patient paperwork once she pulled up my file she still chose to accuse me of running from a $25 balance. I went to my appointment payment ready and they were so slammed that day another lady said next time $25 isn’t a big deal this one lady was pretty much denying a service over a past due balance I was more then willing to pay. No woman should endure the anxiety I go through especially pregnant. Everyone is AMAZING but her and I don’t even know her name.UPDATE:Called again and the same girl answered no name as usual and I had to reschedule my appointment and she was so bare minimum didn’t offer me any advice on what they can do I have no idea when I’m supposed to see my OB again just completely unprofessional in a professional way. This is just a job for her she knows absolutely nothing about working in a facility of this nature this manager said she was going to fix it but still no improvement what so ever with this girlUpdate 3/22/2022After relocating I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks for my medical records to be transferred over to my new practice however I am at risk for PHI exposure due to them telling me that they submitted it to Southern Hills Hospital‘s when I physically have a picture of the document stating my new practices information that I submitted and it does not state that I gave Southern Hills Hospital authorization to obtain my medical forms it was for a woman’s essentials due to me not trusting their accuracy I totally recommend taking pictures of the documents that you fill out before submitting it into the office as I did so. As far along as I am with some already preexisting health issues dragging a process out this late is unacceptable. Will be contacting my insurance to submit complaint. I refuse to let this practice deliver my child with this many clerical errors and no accountability on their end.

The office is nice n clean they also practice social distancing in lobby!! The front office staff are very professional n pleasant to talk to. My doctor Nader A. is always a pleasure to see and talk to when I come. She takes the time to talk with you and explain what needs to be and that matter to someone like me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars

Im disappointed the way how I was treated by the Dr. himself! The wait to be seen was extremely long & when the Dr. finally arrived for my exam was rushed. He kept interrupting me when I gave him MY answers to his questions he ASKED. When I did have additional questions, his answers was with a snappy attitude/ matter of fact demeanor. Then he proceed to tell me elective surgeries dates are 2-3 months out! And your more than welcome to find another Dr . This is the Dr. I wanted to potentially perform my surgery. 😒😒 Maybe he had a bad day but my visit didnt make me feel comfortable with someone who could potentially cut on me during surgery! But dont mind me, Ive ONLY been in pain for OVER ten years before ONE Dr listened & diagnosed me.

Dr. Nader has been my go to obgyn for over 10 years & will continue to be. He is very knowledgeable & understanding. He has preformed 2 surgeries on me and walked me through my infertility challenge 5 years ago. He takes his time with consults and ensures all your concerns or questions have answers.I highly recommend him & his team!

Amazing doctor.. felt like he worked a miracle... But those front desk girls are RUDE 😭😞 I almost didnt come back . I did with my husband 🤣. Thank you NADER.. I STILL AEND WOMEN TO YOU. HOPE THEY ARW TEEATED ALOT BETTER 😔😁

I saw Dr. Mahoney who was super nice and friendly. The office staff was really nice. They were busy and running a bit behind schedule but I could tell they were doing their best to move people through as quickly as possible. However I still felt when I met with the doctor she was present and took the time to answer my questions about what to expect for my upcoming appointment. Thanks!

This place is always professional. The doctors care and listen to your concerns. I really don’t enjoy going to any doctors office, but this place I don’t mind at all!

Update: I will not be going back to this office after today. Today I went in for my 20 week ultrasound which I booked 10/20. I go in and Im told I need to pay $145 to be seen for my appointment today which completely baffled me due to me having insurance with prenatal coverage. I asked her to check again and she got rude ( as always) and told me again I needed to pay. Long story short she realizes there was a mistake and tells me I need to pay $68 today ( still overcharged). I end up paying cause I want to find out the gender of my baby! Whoever the lady is at the front desk has no medical billing training whatsoever or even basic front desk training since she is so rude and unprofessional. I have talked to her 3 times about my insurance and she has failed. I refuse to be treated less than fair on top of being overcharged. I wouldnt recommend this place to someone I dislike!Would give 5 stars if not for the front desk staff. I have been seen by Dr. Nader twice and I have nothing but good experiences. The two times I have been into the office the front desk staff have been rude. I find it really disrespectful when Im paying for my services or asking a question the front desk staff have a huge attitude like I have made their life/job harder. Also, the first time I went in I wanted to tell the front staff that they need to call a different number on my insurance card since I go thru a plan within a plan. While I was trying to tell her that since I forgot and sat down, she looked at me and said I know what Im doing Im working on it now and disregarded what I had to say off the bat. Two weeks later I get a bill saying my insurance wasnt verified correctly. People go to see a doctor because they need it, are in pain, or uncomfortable and as an Admin Assistant myself you know you are the face of the company (the first person that people see when they walk-in & leave), so having an attitude or being rude makes the company look bad as a whole. I have two additional appointments scheduled so Im really hoping things change.

I love this Drs office! Very respectful and well worth the wait times! Dr. Nader himself is understanding, patient, and takes the time to make sure your comfortable and healthy! Highly highly recommended!

Horrible horrible service . I’ll never return here again . So RUDE and unprofessional . The white lady who is is nurse practitioner i believe needs to be replaced . You only get to see your baby 1once or twice out of the whole 9 months of being pregnant . I’ll pass WHASN is waaay more professional and caring to their patients . Also you get to see your baby at ALMOST every ultra sound . I DO NOT Recommend this place . Ghetto .

Had an issue and they were able to get me in same day which I’m so thankful for. Definitely understanding, honest and super sweet doctors and nurses. They listened to my fears and worries and we’re so sweet and nice. I honestly recommend them!

Dr Golin is wonderful. He is very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. The girls at the front desk were awesome as well.

Great doctors, awful front desk. we came to pick up documents and they kept us waiting over 2 hours just to then tell us they can’t find those documents anywhere, even though we handed the docs over 2 weeks ago. now we have to call back our insurance and have them send us the paperwork all over again and THEN take it to the office again for the doc to sign them. and then when we asked to confirm the results of a scan they told us to sit and wait and kept us waiting for 20 minutes until we finally left. please hire people that actually like AND do their jobs because this is ridiculous.

I am usually very uncomfortable with male doctors, but Dr. Nader has never once made me feel uncomfortable. Dr. Nader, Joy & the other midwives that Ive seen have been amazing. They answer every question I have, without making me feel dumb for asking. This is my first pregnancy, so everything is new to me. They help me with the concerns Ive had, the first time I mention them. His staff has also been amazing.The wait times are the only complaint I have. Sometimes I am waiting an hour before seeing a doctor. Its frustrating, because I would like to get in & out as soon as possible, but its completely understandable. The only times that Ive had to wait for a long period of time are when the waiting room is completely full & theyre backed up, or Dr. Nader had to help another mother give birth.Everything else about this clinic has been amazing. I love the nurses and the midwives Ive seen have been amazing.I definitely would recommend this to clinic to family & friends. :) I will definitely keep going to this clinic in the future.Thank you Dr. Nader, Joy & the rest of the staff! :)

Seeing Dr.kiki for the first time and i really liked her. She didn’t make me feel like she was just trying to get me in and out. For the first time she actually went over things I didn’t know I needed to do. I felt like she really cared

This office made me come in multiple times, so that they could charge me the $60 copay, just to hand me peices of paper, that should have been an email, Telling me where to go for my biopsy... Its been an entire month and NO ONE has called to give me the results. Ive called multiple times, wait 30min to get ZERO information. I ended up getting my results through Quest. Cancer spreads so quickly. To make someone wait that long to find out if they have cancer or not is deplorable.

This office has done wonders for me. My doctor Mclamore is god sent. He has great bedside manner and he listens. He has attended to my every need and question and I feel valued. The nurses and other staff are also the best. They are helpful, honest and informative. I will say all of them but the names I remember who really took the time and helped me where Jennifer at the front desk and the MA, Leslie. I’ve been to another office in Vegas for another pregnancy and I would never go back. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Dr Nader is the best very nice and a people person. She provided all the info I needed to know regarding my exam and took time to listen and answer any questions I had. Also I was in and out the exam was quick. The staff was very nice as well. Also they send you a email to basically pre check in instead of getting to office having to fill out paperwork which was a plus since I hate to touch pens, broads, etc that other patients touch due to Covid. This location is the best and I will continue to come here.

I find Dr. Alemi to be good she always has an answer. The issue I have is being scheduled, this is now the second time where I am scheduled on the phone and when I come in, I am told there is no appointment for the day or at all. It bothers me considering I plan my entire day and schedule around the time of the appointment. For example, today I was told if I could come back in the afternoon, when I find that unnecessary. They should simply take responsibility and fix their scheduling. The team looked at me as if I was insane and kept saying that I must of not scheduled then. Instead of acknowledging the error was within them.

Love Dr. Nader Abdelsayed. He answers all your questions and makes you feel comfortable. Have been with his office since my first baby 9 years ago to now with my tubal removal.

The bedside manner wasnt horrible, but it wasnt the best either. I had three issues that were brought up and not one was addressed. I went in for my annual visit, I mentioned issues i was experiencing and once my annual was completed all I was told was to get dressed and ask the front desk associate about my Co pay amount for a two minute procedure that I found out was going to be $116 with my insurance. I sat there confused when the doctor and NP were leaving the room since nothing was addressed for my concerns then had to dress and wander to the desk to be told about the co pay to remove my iud that didnt happen any way. Overall Im dissatisfied with the service I received and will look for a new doctor. I wouldnt recommend this office unless you cant find something better.

I know Vegas has healthcare shortages but avoid this greedy places. They billed 375 to force me to come back to get simple lab results . What if I could not and the disease spreads ? I’m seeking to file a complaint but the filthy man who owns the practice will most likely not get justice served .

I would give this place zero stars. Every visit and contact with this office has been a problem. No one here works with a sense or urgency or has any regard for your well-being. Staff and providers are rude and will rush you. Recently seen a provider Golin who I had follow up tele-visit with at 11:30a. He didn’t get around to calling me for the tele-visit until 2pm. When I asked what happened and why I’m contacted this late. He laughs and ignores my question then disconnects the call. I’ve even notified the sorry manager Joanna about the ongoing issues and she talks as if she couldn’t careless. This place will not follow up with on test results or act as if they are caring human beings. I will be filing a formal complaint and also with the better business bureau as I have not received the care they were suppose to provide.

Doctor Alemi and medical assistants are awesome, front office staff seems overwhelmed and a little grouchy, wait time on the phones is really long. I waited 47 minutes on hold. The mask policy is ridiculous. This is the only drs office Ive been to that is still forcing masks, and Ive been to 4 different doctors offices in the last 2 months. Give it up already. 😅 overall a pretty good experience so far.

Bad experience they refused to listen when I told them I had endometriosis. They just want to make me repeat the same tests that I just did. Insurance wont cover that. No help whatsoever. Office staff is rude and you cannot get through on the phone. They told me my results were fine then 2 days later called me to come in to discuss my results which were never discussed when I went.

I just wanted to share that I got pregnant in April 2020 (during the pandemic) and when I thought it was going to be a quick and easy visit, I end up waiting 1 hour in the waiting room and another 1 hour in the patient room waiting for the doctor. At the time I had Dr. Mclemore, it was an inconvenience bc he was out of the office when I had my days off so I didn’t really get to see him, now he is no longer in the office, I only seen him twice my whole doctor experience. He was good, he made me feel calm and answered any concerns I had. Apparently he left the office, and I thought this was a red flag because nobody informed me that my doctor left, so then I chose Dr. Joy, she was really good and answered all my questions/concerns but she left the office as well because she was retiring. I saw Dr. Mahoney, when Dr. Mclemore was out of the office, she was fast and very understanding and I liked how she would make conversations. She actually delivered my baby. I initially chose Dr.Sterns as my primary he was fast and easygoing but a fast talker haha, he was good as well.I was seen by all the doctors in the office, except for Dr.Alemi because of her reviews on here (I refused to see her) I also seen Dr. Nader I didn’t really like his vibe, I felt rushed and an attitude. Overall good experience, just that the wait time is long. This one time I came on time to my appointment, I almost i waited 2 hours for a doctor to see me. My advice if you choose to go here is be nice to the administration always have a genuine smile and be early, 10-15 minutes early, on time is late!

If I could give anything lower then a 1 star rating I would. I been going here for a year and no doctor could do anything. They just kept running tests for months and months, kept giving me referrals to clinics where I would get help but they weren’t even the correct ones. I got frustrated and I was fed up and decided to ask if they were gonna find a surgeon or not so I can find a doctor who was going to actually help me find a solution. The staff then said I could find another dr if I wanted and I processed to make an appointment with the doctor then and they hung up on me while I was trying to make an appointment. The staff gave attitude. A week later I got a call telling me they finally want to look for a surgeon when they could have done that long time ago. In my opinion it’s like they play dumb so they can take more money out of the insurance for themselves.

Very informational and easy going. nurses were also very nice even though they were under lots of pressure due to short staff.

I’ve never had a problem w this place up until recently.. and i just feel like I’m not being listen to as much as I call and ask I went to see my ob for a uti and I saw that my results came back I have one but not once have they called me and the 11 I went in and it’s the 15 and I’m not being treated and I called been calling asking bout my treatment they said that they didn’t have it at my pharmacy they sent it somewhere I don’t know and never go to and then I call them and they said it’s back orders and I called to see if the dr can give me something else and the girl on the phone said she was gonna call me back and never did now it’s the weekend and it’s close and I still haven’t gotten nothing to help my uti and I told them im started to get pains I think it’s getting worse and I’ve been calling since my appointment .. I’ve never had problems this is my first time I wish they took the time to listen to thier patients so upset because I had to pay out my pocket for something I should be able to get correctly through prescription..

I’ve had an appointment with Dr. Kaserfor my annual GYN for over a year. When I arrived was told that Dr. Kaser was no longer with this practice!?! No one had bothered to call me about her leaving!! When I asked when she left; was told she left Sept. 30th. So they had plenty of time to let me know. I just think this is completely unprofessional & rude.Note: If you have an appointment you should call first to be sure your doctor is still available.

I’ve been going to this facility since 2018. I have no issues with the doctors but rather the receptionist staff and billing department. Back in February I had gone in for a follow up with dr. Kasar for an emergency I had. I informed staff that my Medicaid was still pending but I had no current information. They informed me that usually when a patients Medicaid is still pending they don’t required anything oop, but since they couldn’t find my insurance I would still pay oop. I paid the exam fees for the visit cash. I then called back around February 18 and spoke to a receptionist again and ask if they’d be able to resubmit my claim with my insurance info because I was actually eligible day of visit and she said they would take care of it. I called back the 1-2 weeks later and spoke to billing this time to confirm that my claim has been resubmitted and I would like the credit paid back to me. She said patients normally like to leave it as credit for future visits. That’s not what I wanted to do. They told me that it would take an additional 4 weeks but call back AFTER first week of April “just to be sure”. I called billing third week of April just to give extra time and explained the whole situation to her for her to tell me that nothing has been submitted. I frustratedly asked her why nothing has been submitted yet and I called twice confirming that it has already been processing. She then tells me “well you didn’t tell me that you paid out of pocket” when I literally told her beginning of the call that I paid out of pocket and wanted to get reimbursed. Then she proceeds to tell me that “well idk what receptionist you spoke to there’s no notes here.” I then told her well I called a second time and spoke to billing so how is nothing there. So she’s telling me that they’re basically not doing their job. I called today and spoke to the receptionist I’ve been trying to get through to the billing department for past two months but no one ever answers! It just tells you to leave a voicemail and they never get back to you. I called today and since I couldn’t get through to billing I called front office staff. When I was trying to explain and ask if she could like into my chart she cuts me off and says “date of birth” gave her my date of birth. Then she says “last name” I tell her my last name she says “what is your last name??” I repeat myself louder. She then says “hm.” and puts me on hold without saying anything. If you guys hate your job, find a new one.

The staff is amazing. Friendly, patient, and working hard to keep everyone safe during the pandemic.I was able to see the doctor in reasonable time and she listened and discussed my history and goals for a family in the future.I knocked off one star because the building seemed old and in need of updating. I truly look forward to the returning and seeing Dr. Kendra and her team again soon.

Staff is absolutely wonderful! I was worried since I did my prenatal care for my first three kids in a different state with a different doctor but all my worries were for nothing. Very happy I’m being treated here. :)

Dr. McLemore and Dr. Joy have handled my care over the last 8yrs and 3 single births and a twin birth (All Healthy) later. I am so happy to say I am still a happy patient. I highly recommend this office to care for your woman needs. Personable and professional!!

My appointment was scheduled for 9:45am and I was not taken back to be seen until after 11am and I left around 12pm. I saw the doctor for less than 10 minutes. I understand being short staffed but what was the point of making an appointment if it was going to take that long? If I was late I would probably be charged a fee and told to reschedule. I did like the doctor though.

Dr Nader was excellent! I would love to go back just for him. As a previous reviewer stated, hes amazing and makes you feel good. He answers all questions and never makes things awkward.The reason the review received Poor - Fair is for the staff alone. This is the sole reason I will not be returning.1. The staff told me before I could be seen that I had to sign a waiver stating that medicaid was my sole insurance provider. I do not have medicaid and stated that very clearly on the paper next to my signature.2. We waited for 50 minutes past my appointment time, an hour and 5 minutes past the time I arrived (arrived 15 minutes early for first appointment) to be taken back.3. At the time of check-out, the billing receptionist told me that I owe $50 co-pay, which I know is absurd because as per my Insurance, I receive 1 free annual a year.4. She argued with me and told me I received family planning advice and this was what my appointment was for. I pulled the doctor aside and he confirmed to the billing receptionist that I was there for an annual pap and a PG test which (aside from the labs) would be free.5. They told me I would have an outstanding balance until they billed my insurance company even after the doctor update the records to reflect annual pap.6. When I was getting ready to leave, I asked them for a receipt showing what I had done; she rolled her eyes and told me to wait in the waiting room.7. I waited for an additional 15 minutes and finally received my receipt which still stated family planning advice. I asked the front receptionist to have this removed as this was never a topic of discussion between me and the doctor.8. She rolled her eyes and I continued to wait for an additional 10 minutes for this to be removed.Over 2 hours at this office, I know now to never return, and never recommend. Too bad, the doctor was AMANZING!!

This place is very very slow. They are always behind. I always arrive 30 mins early to my appointments and usually end up waiting an hr after my appointment time to be seen. Front desk always has an attitude. I was giving the MAA my follow up paper but she was on the phone so I went up to the other MAA who wasn’t attending to anyone and could of checked me out but refused to. which they have done before and I thought working in a clinic it’s was all about team work. The only Doctor who actually has any compassion is Dr. Mahoney. She talks to you like a human and actually sympathizes with you.

The office staff doesn’t bill you properly. They set me up a payment plan to pay for my insurance deductible and I come to find out I had already paid that. So I was paying over $100 every appointment and they weren’t even billing my insurance company for those visits. The Dr talks to you for maybe 5 minutes and rushes through the appointment. I have since found a new doctor and the billing department will not answer or call me back. I just wanted them to refund me the amount they overcharged me to begin with. I found a better doctor without all these unnecessary problems and stress.

Please please give this office a chance! This was my first time going to an OBGYN and was hesitating on which doctor’s office to choose. I’m so happy that I made the right choice and let me tell you why. To start, the staff at the front desk are friendly and welcoming and the office is super clean. The nurses are so nice and most important the OBGYN are professional and most willing to answer any questions you may have!. You really feel like they care for you. I personally had Dr. Kasar, she was very kind, friendly and answered all the questions I had. I would 100% recommend her. I’ll definitely be here every year for my annual exam without any doubt. Thank you Dr. Kasar, you are the best!

The Dr is absolutely incredible!!! With the worst most rude staff I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to call or interact with. I’ve seen this doctor for years and I trust him 100% he’s wonderful and making you feel comfortable even in the most scariest of situations. And I’m sure he probably has a close bond with anyone who works for him. But unfortunately the people who work for him have no respect for the reputation of his establishment. Once you call to make your appointment you WILL be disrespected they WILL be rude to you 100% guarantee they always are. And the WILL rush tf out of your call. And when you go in for your appointment you will be treated like a number not even a person. Unfortunately all of that IS worth it to get to him. Just...be ready.

Ive been seeing Dr. Nader since 2012, he delivered my 2 babies and Ive always had nothing but the best treatment by him, as well as the other Doctors. Their staff are the sweetest, they always ask to see pictures of the babies growing up and I sure appreciate that most of them are bilingual.

I love this place, the staff is nice (especially Joanna the appointment receptionist) and my doctor Dr.McLemore is great, he always answers any concerns I have and makes sure I dont leave the office worried. I didnt give it 5 stars because I have had to reschedule and leave because the wait was ridiculously long but the last month of my pregnancy wasnt bad at all, I didnt wait more than 20 min to be seen. Overall, a good experience.

This doctors office is AMAZING! I love Dr. Nader hes so nice and funny, the midwife Joy was great as well and i also adore Dr.Mclemore he is absolutely wonderful,so kind and patient, I really hate that he wasnt able to deliver my twins for me because one of my twins turned breech at the last minute so I had to have an emergency c-section with Dr. Berger ending up delivering my babies,I like Dr.Berger he did a great job with my c-section I barely even have a scar! I would recommend this place to EVERYBODY. ❤

Never knew that Doctor office can turn people away First she tried to my daughter didn’t any medical history with them and I corrected told her she’s been see multiple times…well that’s our policy! First Your policy should be the care of a patient …That’s really sad & Very disappointing !

I loved Dr Nader . He delivered my daughter in 2004 and went back to see him in 2012 to get my tubes tied. Made an appointment for yesterday, the midwife I seen was so rude and condescending I will never return. Made an appointment with him he ended up being on vacation no one said anything when I made the appointment. Got my money back and left, would not recommend them after my experience yesterday. Can’t speak for Dr. Abdelsayed, but this is the only way to rate this office.Initially made an appointment to see a doctor in particular. I was told when the next appointment for new patients was and booked it. I was also told that I’d be seeing the doctor I made an appointment for.The day of the appointment, I waited over an hour in the waiting room. This was only to find out a doctor wouldn’t be seeing me and instead it was a nurse practitioner or physicians assistant. I forget their title. I mentioned symptoms related to my annual check up that they did not address. I assume this was to get more appointments out of me so they could charge the insurance.They made a second appointment. I had no idea what it was for and staff did not mention why. They just said they needed to check up on a few things in two weeks time.Second appointment rolls around and they retroactively charge me a copay because I mentioned a symptom that was not a part of my annual check up. The symptom, in fact, was related to my reason for visiting. I informed the receptionist that I mentioned it, but they did not even adresss it and nothing was done for it. Don’t mention symptoms, otherwise they’ll try to charge you for it despite making you wait an absurd amount of time! Anyway, again I waited for over an hour past my appointment time for them to take my weight and tell me I was fine.The lack of decorum and professionalism is astounding at this place. They make empty appointments to charge insurance companies and patients. They don’t address medical issues you raise. They have no respect for their patients’ time.

I really wish they were more understanding torwards a mother calling worried for her unborn babys health instead of being so insensitive. Please demonstrate empathy towards any women worried for their health especially an expecting mother with a past high risk pregnancy. ♡

Dr.Mahoney is patient kind and very knowledgeable. She makes sure all your Questions and concerns are answered. The office is clean and Covid Covered. I would recommend her to everyone. It has been a great experience each time. She us very busy but worth the wait. She is definitely the best Dr. I have seen at this location.

They will never honor your appointment time. Prepare to wait about an hour every single time you go. Doctors and staff are good and nice but the wait just kills you. Think twice before coming here for a pregnancy because with that kind of wait and the amount of appointments needed.. youre in for a lot of wasted hours!!

Front desk is HORRIBLE and need new staff . Second time calling today was told there was one person ahead of me and ive been waiting on the phone for 56 minutes . HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HELP ONE PERSON? Phone hung up and now i dont where im at in the que. this is so UNPROFESSIONAL & i wish i wouldve read your reviews before i picked this place to be the observant of my first child.

I absolutely have no clue why this office is rated so high. The front desk staff and doctors assistant do not care about their patients. From price gauging to prescription misprints to the lack of follow up for results, this place needs to be investigated. My pharmacist called me to ask about the dosage of a prescription because it was too high to take during pregnancy. It took almost three weeks for the doctor to respond to my calls and voicemails about the matter. This establishment makes healthcare in LV look horrible. Ive lost time off work running back and forth to the office to resolve avoidable issues. Do not bring your body or budding baby to this office..Update: 8/10/21 Was substantially discounted for my experience. That alone waives all the struggle. Thank you guys for the adjustments.

I love Dr. Mclemore! I’m so glad to have him as my OB and to help me through this process of becoming a first time mom. He doesn’t make me feel rushed and he listens and always offer thorough explanations. The practice itself is very efficient and I plan to come back here when I have more children in the future.

I went there on July 20th to get a referral to a fertility clinic, gave me a paper copy upon my request but then they never sent the referral via online to the fertility clinic which was needed since paper referrals are not accepted in anyway according to the fertility clinic. Its been almost a month now, I tried to follow up and call your clinic 3x, spoke with receptionist every time and transferred to medical assistant department but always no answer, I left a couple of voice messages, never addressed, nobody calls me back. Its just frustrating and not a good customer service at all on your part guys.

I definitely appreciate the professionalism and efficient communication demonstrated by Mercedes. She genuinely listened to my concerns with understanding and compassion and helped me to resolve my issue where others wouldn’t, all while in an expeditious manner. It is comforting when coming across individuals like her who are so passionate about their professional position and eager to help, especially in the times we live in today. Was able to book an appointment super fast within 3 days & those days were the weekendSo I was very happy about that. All the staff was friendly & didn’t make you feel helpless at all. The office staff is rude. The wait times are too long and they change doctors on you with no notice. The doc I saw was good but the ma he had working with him was not knowledgeable enough to make me confident in the office.

This is my first google review in my life. I DO NOT recommend this place what so ever. I was pregant, my first pregnancy. I had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago, i i took medication and have been bleeding for two weeks. I went in last week and I was basically told that they didnt know if i was ok or not. I waited for 45 minutes in the lobby and she saw me for 3 minutes. She told me “we dont know whats going on come back next week for an ultrasound or go to ER if you want”, today, one week later was supposed to be my follow up appointment, I called to confirm and she said its “sorry it got moved until next week” Now i have been waiting 4 WEEKS without no answers. Love this office! I’ve seen two doctors, Dr. Abdelsayed and Dr. McLemore and they’ve both are so very nice and are all ears to put in the best care they can provide. The nurses and front office ladies are nice as well and make a comfortable environment enforcing masks and social distancing.

This office is amazing!!! This is my second baby but my first time delivery/ visiting an OBGYN here in Vegas and was skeptical just because I was so new to Vegas. Before discovering Dr. Nader’s office, the Veteran Affairs (VA) referred me to an OBGYN office that I didn’t get the warmest invite or the best vibe. I quickly called the VA to find another OBGYN office and that’s when I discovered Dr. Alemi. She is so amazing. She treats me like family and is so caring. She is such a blessing. The staff is super nice as well but Dr. Alemi is absolutely the best.

Dr. Nader, is my doctor at this moment my baby is due anytime now but my review is about the one nurse or doctor there by the name of Joy that basically violated me I cried and screamed at my previous visit because of how she handled me and the way that entire visit went. I screamed please get away from me and when I looked at her she had a smirk on her face really creepy like she enjoyed hurting me. I complained to the office manager but was only told that this particular doctor had never been complained about before. I have only been able to see Dr. Nader once which was the first time. The second comment is about my latest visit the Male doctor, Dr. Gold something he came in the room and told me that If I did not have my child this weekend that we would need to induce, He said just tell the hospital that Dr. Nader is my doctor and they would know what to do. I asked for phone numbers and instructions he left me in the lobby waiting for over 30 minutes then when I asked the staff they told me d he went to lunch, finally another nurse gave me directions and information to the hospital. As of right now I really only have confidence in Dr. Nader and some of the nurses at this place. The other two doctors don t make me feel safe. After the trama experienced from the 2nd appointment with Joy I refused the exam for the other doctor. I would really like to speak to Dr. Nader prior to going into labor and also report the incident that happened

This is the first gynecologist I’ve been to in more than fifteen years that was everything it should be. They are kind, professional, on time with appointments and the office was definitely COVID-19 safe. Mercedes was the medical assistant who took care of me and her demeanor was sweet without being fake and she made me feel as though we were friends rather then just “going through the motions” of her job. Dr. Todd Stearns answered all of my questions and put me at ease when the actual exam occurred. I have a lot of medical issues and he impressed me with his knowledge of two issues in particular. Now my 23 year old daughter will be seeing him as well. If you are in need of a highly competent, kind and professional OB/GYN then look no farther.

If I could give no stars, I would! The waiting time is ridiculous! I waited over an hour to be seen for 5 minutes! I had a scheduled procedure with the nurse practitioner. Waited 4 weeks and when I came in, I had a new doctor and he seemed like he was in a rush. He disregarded all the information I had received about my pregnacy before. Before I could even ask a question, he was out of the room! 4 week wait for nothing! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Dont come unless u have insurance. They were rough with my pap smear causing me to bleed for 3 weeks followed by a miscarriage. Thank you Dr. Casor. Dont recommend this place if u want to be cared for instead of rushed. The fact i didnt have insurance, they couldnt run tests on me to see why Im bleeding. Times are hard now especially with covid. This was my first pregnancy definitely wont be back for my second.

This has been the best ob gyn I have ever gone too. Doctor helps you maintain a very positive pregnancy listens to everything you tell him about what’s going on with your pregnancy he’s just an amazing doctor thank you Dr.STEARNS.Front desk girls are very nice idk why people write bad reviews about them they helped me so much in person an over the phone.

Horrible obgyn office. They don’t care about their patients, back office is phenomenal and so are the doctors. The front office, along with management Joana are unprofessional and don’t care about their patients. All they do is gossip in Spanish, and could care less about others. If you’re looking for a professional experience and care please save yourself time, energy, and peace and find somewhere else to go. Please be mindful of all the horrible reviews, these people are the worst.

If I could I would give a negative 100 because that was the worst service I have ever received not only as a patient but in anything I have ever done! Dr. Kendra Mahoney came into my room with the worst make you feel horrible type of attitude and told me she felt threatened because I refused 2 unneeded procedures and tried to intimidate me into doing them! I will be making a formal complaint with the medical board and I am considering suing for harassment! And yes there are some patients that can afford to sue so I think this private practice needs to step up the way they treat people! I literally had to FaceTime my mom to have a witness that I was not being rude!

I was a patient here for over a year and have always had an issies scheduling appointments not to mention the waiting room,is always so packed theres never anywhere to sit. when I lost my insurance I missed 1 prenatal appointment and when I got my insurance reinstaed a month later they terminated me from their office. They are extremely unprofessional and obviously do not care about the well being of the mother and baby. I would highly suggest NOT using this office!!!!

Horrible! I was treated by a female care provider (had short hair and was older) there and a male student; which I didn’t authorize to be present in the room during the examination. The staff itself was very friendly and the assistants were nice. However the female doctor was so insensitive when telling me and my boyfriend that we were no longer pregnant. Immediately tried to put me on birth control and took a tone with me because I refused to go on any. After being a patient here for years I am tired of the way she treats patients. I went to her multiple times to find a method to help with my abnormal menstruation cycle when I was younger and she told me she couldn’t do anything because I was not sexually active. I truly believe that if you find treating and answering patient questions such a hassle that you should not work in the field. Im not writing this review on a one appointment basis or on the office itself. I am writing this to warn all women who come here of what is to be expected of said female ‘doctor’.

I love coming here to see Dr Almi. She delivered my 2 year old and my twins. I will not choose anyone else to be my Dr. Going to her was the best choice ever and I thank the lord for her. Thank you Dr Almi for everything you did and do your the best.

Dr. McLemore is absolutely amazing however the office staff is horrific. They have no medical billing training or knowledge what so ever. They are unfamiliar with important medical terms. And have severely poor communication skills. They are not qualified to work in an office of this setting and I would not be surprised if they have had no prior educational training/ certifications.They scheduled two appointments for me via phone and when I arrived guess what NO APPOINTMENTThey send medical referrals to the wrong number and even have my information regarding my pregnancy completely wrong in their system (how far along I am, my race, etc) which is a form of MALPRACTICE !!!!Another thing you should know, Nader delivers all babies which they will not disclose to you! So you literally will have all of your prenatal work done by one doctor who you have build a report with and are comfortable with .. and when it comes time for your baby to be deliveredSurprised here’s some random stranger that you have had no relationship with and are clueless on who they are ... who is here to deliver your babyLmao what a jokeDon’t gamble your pregnancy with this office

My doctor is always wonderful but my last appointment was good with my doctor but the nurse that was there that day was rude. The first thing I seen was she was talking about my kids to other people and after my checkup she thought I left and was still talking about me and I don’t even know what I did to her for her to be that way and plus when I was leaving she was looking at me weird...she was very unprofessional to me and I don’t want her as my nurse when my doctor see’s me next month please I don’t want to change doctors cause I like my doctor

I’m so upset with this place lately. The Dr’s are great but I don’t know what’s going on with the rest of the staff. I had a procedure done December 7 and had been calling asking about my results. Nearly 3 months later and I have yet to hear anything about my results!

These doctors and Nurses took amaze care of me while I was with child. They delivered me some healthy , strong , smart babies. They just know what they are doing .

I met Dr. Nader 16 yes ago when he seen me on behalf of my provider when I was pregnant with my one and only child. Immediately I was taken by his bedside manor. Long story short things didnt go well with that provider. So when I started to look for some1 for my gyn needs of course I wanted some1 familiar. So I searched for him found her now had his own practice. Yay me!!! Office is clean staff is friendly and professional. Love these guys. First impression are everything!! Thank you Dr. Nader and his fabulous team for handling all of my gyn needs.

Dr Nader has deliver my 3 children. He has made every experience Emazing although I have always been high risk due to health issues he has made me feel safe n in good hands. He has help my husband n I deliver each one of our children. Has also taken care of each one of our pregnancies and thanks to his amazing medical staff n him we had always had great outcome with our pregnancies. He is an excellent doctor if not the best in Las Vegas. I will forever be thankful and greatful for dr Nader n his amazing staff including his front desk, medical assistant, nurses and medical providers! Thank you for the great and excellent medical care !!

I like it because you dont have to go far. Its right there in the same building. And thats a good thing. You guys ought to try Dr Naders office and the mammogram office that he open it is great.

I have been going here for 7 years now. And I would definitely recommend to a friend. Joy is friendly and doesnt make you feel judged. Dr. Nader Ive only seen him twice but he is very nice and professional. The staff is good and professional

This was my first appointment ever at Dr. Nader’s office, I came in 20 mins early and the girls at the front desk took care of me right away and had all the necessary paperwork ready. My physician was out so I saw Dr. Joy and she did a fantastic job and I was in and out in record time. I look forward to this being my regular office.

This place is horrible, I had an appointment had me waiting 2 hours just to tell me they canceled it and wanted to reschedule I don’t have time to waste. This place is a joke horrible staff. I got my insurance taken away got it back the next and they don’t want to take me in cuz their system isn’t updated on their end.

Dr McLemore is the freaking BEST. I cant reccomend him enough. He can be fast and efficient or take as long as you need and answer every question. Hes so calm and down to earth. Never makes you feel rushed and hes so genuine!!! I love him! On delivery day he had my back 100% knowing I was traumatized before he did amazing!!! Im so happy he was my obgyn. If I ever have another kid in Vegas Im praying hell be my OB again.

Dr. Mclemore is amazing. He takes his time and listens to you and your concerns. He explained what i should expect in my situation and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend him to anyone

Dr. Nader, is a great doctor. Hes very understanding and very caring. His team is very caring and very customer service oriented. Dr. Nader treats you with RESPECT and will keep things 100. Glad I found him to be my doctor when I relocated to Nevada.

The worst place Ive ever been too! I have been there twice the first took over3hours and they never sent the referrals over for my physical therapy which i called over10 times but always was put through to voicemail even when i tried to talk with the manager! My next appointment i told the Dr everything that has not happened still havent got my ultrasound or physical therapy referrals. He said that they would get them sent that day! Well my mom and i waited in the waiting room for another hour for the referrals for them to give us one and tell us they will call us about the next for my ultrasound.. Well i called for the physical therapy referral for them to tell me they dont accept my insurance and they told the Dr office this!! So i call again to speak with manager with only voicemail which till this day never was returned! Well now i was diagnosed Im high risk by er drs..so needless to say his office is by far worst ob office in all of Las vegas PERIOD!

The wait time is ridiculous to start off. you shouldnt try to overbook because thats why they have people waiting for one hour or two hours then after they pass you to the back it takes the doctor about 20 minutes or so to check and is out in five minutes. ive been trying to get a surgery for over two months and till this day I have not received a call to confirm a day for surgery. The girl that schedules the appointments which is Maria Ive been leaving her messages for surgery which was she was supposed to give a call back since two weeks ago

STAY AWAY FROM DR KENDRA MAHONEY!! If you need a procedure done, go somewhere else. I needed to have a Colposcopy done. She flat out told me that she didnt like doing those. I thought she was kidding... I have had this done twice before elsewhere years ago. She did not know what the hell she was doing. at one point she snipped, and I literally almost jumped off the table. I asked her what the hell was that? She said that her depth perception was off... whatever. I lay there, tears rolling down, She did not apologize, or try to comfort me. Nor did her assistant. She was a robot just standing there away from me. It was horrid. I had pain for two weeks after. She told me that I did not need to come in for a repeat Pap for two years, which I thought was odd. I thought it should be one year... DIdnt I get a letter from them a couple of days ago, saying my most recent tests were abnormal, to call the office. Well, I had no recent tests, but they said that was there way to get me back in for another Pap, which they said I should have had after one year, even though Mahoney told me two. I really am traumatized by the whole ordeal.

Todays appointment was very quick. My appointment was at 830 I was out by 915 Im back to work. I love that.

The wait was ridiculous; two and a half hours in the waiting room, AFTER my set appointment time, then my second time in (when I actually got to see a doctor), the doctor was nice and she prescribed me an antibiotic, which I was told at the front desk, would be sent to my pharmacy. They sent a completely wrong prescription, something for stomach pain. Its beeen two days since I went in and they will not resend the prescription, saying that I need to talk to one of the doctors, and then transferring me to an answering machine.I work two jobs and cant just rush down there; I expect a doctors office to be competent but here, they have no idea what theyre doing and they dont care about the patients at all.

From the time I scheduled my appointment to the time of me checking inn the ladies at the front desk where fantastic very polite and courteous . Dr Nader was very intensive he answered all my questions and address all my concerns I can truly say this office is by far one of the best Ive been to in Las Vegas in the last 10 yes of living here I highly recommend any women that needs a good doctor and friendly staff

My Doctor, Alemi, is amazing! Its the office staff I have a problem with. When you call they place you on hold for 20 minutes at a time without checking on you. Called back numerous times getting placed on hold and sometimes no answer. Its to the point where I have to go into the office to get a response. Horrible customer service!

Office staff were very professional at check in. Once taken back to examination room it was a comfortable feeling pertaining to personal care from physicians assistant and Physician. Dr. Nader was very respectful, courteous and very informative at my visit.Thank you all!EFJACKSON😘

GOLNAZ ALEMI, will blow off any of your questions or concerns... so hopefully nothing is wrong with you. 😊UPDATE: I wouldn’t step back in that clinic for care if it was the last place on earth. DR. GOLNAZ ALEMI Is dismissive and rude. A “personality conflict” should never stop a patient from receiving the care they pay for !

Best OB/Gyn in Vegas thus far, great bed side manner, really into providing a safe, comfortable experience,and he works with Mountain view hospital which is also great. This doctor is the best at what he does, Im truly thankful that he delivered 2 of my children safely into the world.

I’ve seen Dr Nader and Dr Mclemore and they are both awesome. DR McLemore took care of me my whole pregnancy. And took care of all my concerns. Is it weird that I’m sad I won’t get to see him every week anymore? Lol He’s such an awesome person and a great doctor. He delivered my baby via c section and I just feel he actually cares about us. We aren’t just patients to him. He truly puts his heart into what he does and that’s what makes him so great!!!

Very nice and friendly staff and doctor! The doctor explained in detail when I had questions and was really nice! Dafne in the front was awesome she was super friendly and also answered questions that I had about my insurance!

This place is soo bad. They are too busy. The wait can be anywhere from 1-2 hrs possibly longer to walk in and find out they dont know anything about you or previous visits you pretty much have to tell them how to do their job, oh and the girls in the front are in my opinion a little rude. Hopefully you dont have to experience it yourself but they hate their job. The doctors are very good doctors that place is just too busy for their own good their service has become quantity over quality. For me it was my first baby and I was already at my 3rd doctors visit and the nurse had no idea she was concerned why I hadnt gotten my period for 4 months haha. That place is just a waste of time and money. If I could give no stars I would. This place is a Joke.

Careful with copayments, I was not informed over the phone even after giving her my insurance information that I would have a copayment. My previous obgyn I had no payment as my insurance covers prenatal other than a 20$ copayment for ultrasounds. Was told on arrival its a one time fee of 30$ then charged me $38 THEN after I paid she tells me next visit I have to pay $100 and can pay in two payments I told her you literally just told me I only had a one time fee. I understand there is copayments but I didnt like the surprise and they seemed annoyed when I asked for a paper stating any future copayments I would have to make so I would be prepared. And I waited an hour to be seen and it seemed rushed and almost forgot to do the urine sample I had to remind them.

Dr Nader, Dr Alemi and Dr Macklemore are amazing drs! Dr. Nader has always made sure that Im taken care of . DR Alemi delivered my son and Dr. Macklemore delivered my daughter. Being the fact I have GREAT RAPPORT with them I dont want to see anyone else in the office. (Other good providers as well) . IM 30 1/2 weeks pregnant now and they have made sure that Im taken care of, answer all my questions and Im able to reach them after hrs if need be. They are AMAZING; thank you for the great service!

Dr.Nader never fails to make mommy... me, feel special! Before I get pregnant with my desired baby #3, Dr. asked that he take care of mommy first. He had me fully examined and checked, all from drawing blood to ultrasound on uterious to see if mommy is ok. I am now on prenatal and omega 3 pills, per Dr. order before I completely remove IUD in 2 weeks.Couldn’t be move satisfied with my well taken of and plan he rolled out for me before I get pregnant. Thank you Dr.Nader!

Today was my first visit and my doctor was so nice. He took the time to listen to my concerns. The only thing that knocked off a star- I waited a little over an hour in the waiting room. Once I got to the back, I waited about 10 minutes.

Great office, doctors and staff except the midwife Joy. She is extremely rude and condescending. Also, made me very uncomfortable during my visit. I would recommend asking to see one of the real doctors or reschedule if not available. Very unpleasant untrustworthy woman; which is extremely ironic considering her name is JOY! She was most certainly NOT a joy to be around!

I felt that this office was a waste of money. I was in and out when I was with the doctor. The wait to see the doctor was an hour long. When I felt like I was having contractions the midwife told me that I have to go to the hospital because she doesnt know how to check and see the babies position. When I finally delivered my baby the nurses delivered my baby after calling the doctor for 4 HOURS to come to the hospital. When the doctor finally got there (after the baby was born) they stitched me up and said sorry I thought I still had time to shop and eat. Rudest thing ever. Will never go back or recommend.

Thank you Dr. Alemi for making me feel comfortable I don’t do well with Pap smears but my anxiety was low today lol , and the staff is so nice and I just felt so welcomed. ♥️

The front desk is pleasant and rather fast getting you into a room. Dr. Mohney has a wonderful bedside manner and shes very easy to talk to.

I never really leave reviews but Im incredibly irritated! My appt was set for 930 today. They called me an hour before my appt to tell me their dr called out and that i have to reschedule for next week. And apparently there is no one else that can see me? Yeah no thanks

Their paperwork as a new patient was exceedingly long and pointless. They had documents that they wanted you to sign just in case this happens that I refused to sign because it had statements that were not true. For example, I only have Medicaid insurance, when I dont. Why would I sign that documenr? Also, paid $160 to see the doctor for 2 seconds. Made it seem like they were just trying to see as many patients as possible...

Everyone was very nice. I was seen in a timely manner on my visit. I needed referrals and they helped me with the issue I was having.

Very friendly and professional from the beginning to end . Loved my doctor , he took the time to listen and answer my questions. So happy i have found a doctor that actually loves his job .

Dr. Kendra Mahoney, the team of MDs, and the front desk staff all hold the highest levels of professionalism. If they dont know the answer to your question right away, they know who to ask to answer it accurately. Also, all concerns voiced are addressed promptly. So grateful to have found this office

I wish I would have read these reviews before going. Unfortunately I was told I had something that I clearly didnt. They never called me in to get results and lucky for me I was feeling so bad I wound up going to er who told me I only had a UTI. Now me being pregnant and sick I was uncomfortable with the amount of medicine given so I went into the Dr to see if I could get meds adjusted. Thats when they told me I had something completely different something I had never been treated for something they must had tested weeks ago for (why are they JUST now saying something), devastated I had them retest me. Days later I call them for my results where they tell me that there was a discrepancy with my results and to come in. They then tell me everything was negative and that my body just magically corrected itself. Now I left out the details to keep story short but if I had what they said I had it would have come out in the er . And I could have accepted a mistake was made but instead they gave me bs answer that was impossible like I was some idiot. I do believe at the very least I have an uti. This has been the worse most depressing 1st trimester ihave ever had

I met Dr. Nader and I feel a good vibe with him. I been looking for a obgyn I think I found one.

The doctors and the nurse practitioners in this office are fantastic. But like any other office getting through on a phone call or getting test results is nearly impossible

Dr. MCLEMORE is great! Everyone is helpful and very nice here. I dont know Dr. Nader, not have I been seen or even spoke to any other doctors, BUT Dr. MCLEMORE is friendly, has great memory, I didnt have to repeat my questions or anything! So glad I came here initially. They accept Anthem, Blue Cross & Blue Shield PPO, as well as Medicaid.

Horrible some nurses are cool but all other staff doesnt care about the patients I made an appointment for 930 I showed up early and waited until 10 oclock then they called me to a room where I waited for an hour to see the doctor while I could hear him just outside the door talking to the staff about bs I walked out at 11 oclock without seeing the doctor ... there are plenty of other places that will see you at the time of your appointment ... anyone considering this place just make an appointment and show up 10 minutes early and u will see how appointments dont matter to them . I could go on and on about what is wrong with this place

I’ve been going to this location for the past 4 plus years , I love the doctors , they’re all very friendly and I always feel very comfortable specially with Nader, the only reason I won’t give 5 starts is the receptionists, 🤦🏻‍♀️ they’re all so rude and unprofessional, this last visit they were all gossiping about another coworker and how they disliked her , while I’m asking questions 😑, like really? They answered my question and very rudely went back to their gossiping completely ignoring me standing there, every single time is something, they answer your questions with attitude like if they hate their job🤷🏻‍♀️, besides that, doctors are amazing, every single one of them.

Horrible experience,I went in for a pregnancy test they told me it was positive my husband and I were very excited until the next day that I thought I was having a miscarriage,I went to the ER crying thinking the worst, they examined me and ran a lot of test,ultarsounds and what not,well the Doctor comes in and tells me who told you ,you were pregnant? And Im like well I went to a gynecologist office, he tells me well they must have mixed your results because you were never pregnant, mean while I was scared to death thanks to this office,I recommend you never go here for a pregnancy test ever!!! And now I have a thousands of dollars hospital bill to pay thanks to them!

Dr alemi is rude and condescending, Joy is also. Dr Mahoney is a 5-star doctor and a beautiful and kind human being! Such a sweet person!!! She is the only reason Im give 3-stars and not 1-star. She would be the ONLY reason Id return! DO NOT GO TO DR. ALEMI!

I would not recommend this facility. The ladies at the front are very nice. This is now the 2nd time I have gone to this facility for my yearly testing. And this is now my second time being blown off when I ask questions. The doctor rush in and rush out without giving any info. I was also shamed by one of the doctors. Not a place I would recommend.

Dr. Nader and his staff are very comforting, and Dr. Nader takes his time in explaining everything to you. I appreciate the time he took to make me understand what my health concerns were.

Horrible care. Absolutely horrible.They dont care and Joy is the worst N.P. Ive ever come across. Shes rude and lies.The medical assistants play phone tag with you. I had to speak to four different ones just to be told some absolute b.s.I wouldnt recommend this office to my worst enemy.

I always feel comfortable coming here!! Yes it gets busy but worth it! No judgement, just caring doctors!!! As long as I live in vegas I will make the trip !!

Dr. Abdelsayed has been my Dr. For over 14 yrs. He helped me 13 years ago carry full term (after 2 miscarriages due to other gynos not diagnosing me with HG). Before I got pregnant the 3rd time we sat down and discussed my issues, I got pregnant and the Hyperemesis started almost immediately. He hospitalized me then I continued to have 24 on call home health care. I was able to keep my baby hydrated and delivered a healthy baby boy . He has also helped me with several other issues that I have experienced throughout the years. I would not and do not go to anyone else concerning gyno issues. Thank you Dr. For always providing a professional and compassionate experience.

I have been a patient from Dr. Nader before my pregnancy and during my pregnancy and he was amazing. Also, the staff were really good as well and the rest of doctor’s that work at he office.

Double dip, charge you full rate. Then they file a claim with the insurance saying you only paid the deductible. How can you trust someone who cheats you.

Each time I have an appointment I’ll sit in the waiting room for almost an hour to be seen. The doctor is great but the front desk ladies are rude, dismissive and not helpful. First visit they made fun of me for smelling like smoke. Today they won’t give me a print out of test results
