Niagara Falls Urgent Care and Primary Care

Ive been searching for new Primary and my Son referred me here. WONDERFUL REFERRAL. Everyone in the Office definitely met all my expectations. Thank so much. Honestly I cant wait to go back. TSVM

The staff is wonderful! They are detailed and efficient, much like Dr. Coleman. All of my visits have been full of detailed information to better understand my bloodworm results and new ways to keep a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I cant say enough great things about Dr. Coleman and her staff!

The staff there is great! Johnna was wonderful. She took time and listened to my concerns. She educated me and explained how to maintain good health. Linda and Sarah were amazing. They worked together as a team and always give great care to each and every patient. Very personable and welcoming. This office is definitely person-centered. Thank you!

I came in today for urgent care. The front desk woman was amazing! She was courteous and helpful, and really was doing everything! It was a bit slow there, but I was seen less than 2 hours of coming in, which beats other urgent care experiences. The women here are doing a great job. Thank you!

I had a great first time visit with Dr. Coleman and all the staff. They are very professional and treat there patients with good quality time. I would recommend to other people.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Donner. She is amazing and I would highly recommend her. Shes easy to talk with, knowledgeable and a kind and compassionate woman.

From the min I walk in to the min I walk out everyone is so helpful and caring. I had a very hard passed year and Corrina Donner the psychologist help me so much and I’m finally happy and living my life again. The NP Johanna and medical staff are all caring and very helpful. If looking for a primary or even psychology I recommend Niagara Falls Primary Care. They even have Urgent care hours

I’ve been going to this facility over a year now absolutely love them. Staff is amazing very respectful will not have no other primary care then them. Absolutely amazing people

Loved Jenna Carroll. I put 4 stars for the wait and was told they did not see my information I did online. But other than that it was very good.

I came here for urgent care. No customer service etiquette whatsoever. No one acknowledged me when I walked in. The receptionist blurts out across the waiting room everyones personal information, such as addresses and phone numbers (privacy went out the door). The receptionist didnt read the forms I filled out and therefore asked me for information that she had on her desk (then why ask me to fill out forms?). People who arrived after I did were seen before I was. I waited for a total of two hours until a doctor saw me. No one introduced themselves to me, so I had no idea who the doctor was. This place really isnt an urgent care center; it is more of a typical doctor office. People who have appointments are the priority, and urgent care walk-ins are not. If you need urgent care, I dont recommend this place. Oddly, Google reviews are 4.4 stars, but Apple reviews are 2.8 stars. This discrepancy in reviews is strange. Lastly, they locked the doors while there were still patients inside. I am very frustrated and disappointed with this place and do not recommend it for urgent care whatsoever.

Edit: The phone system isnt the best. You get routed to a voicemail. Fortunately I was told that would be changing. Theres a bit of disorganization within the company because a year after my initial review (now 2024) I was given a phone appointment, and even a card confirming it and when the date came no one called me. I called, left a message, wrote an email through the portal and nada. Thankfully an employee saw a review I left and immediately contacted me and fit me in. I am satisfied with Johna, my provider, but not so much with the rest of the staff. Kristen no longer works there.(2023) Initially there was a situation where there was an employee who was rude, misinformed me and even canceled my appointment after confirming it so I wasnt satisfied enough to leave a good review.After my appointment with Johna Coleman, I was glad I gave them a chance. She was professional, sweet, courteous and informative. I am confident that Ill be able to manage my health under her care. I appreciated her caring attitude and how she pointed the positives on my lab work instead of harping me on the negatives.Last but NOT least, Kirsten at the reception is awesome. She emits peace, and has such a willingness to help that during my initial issue, she did her best to assist. You can sense her genuine attitude and any employer is blessed to have her working for them.

Corinna was knowledgeable and took the time to address all questions and concerns. I can’t speak highly enough of the professional care I am receiving. I always feel my concerns are heard and she takes her time with my appointments.

Great staff, and the doctors are always professional and very knowledgeable. I always have a great experience with Niagara Falls Urgent Care and Primary, Never have to wait longer then a few minutes, always in and out in a timely manner.

Corrina was wonderful! She listened intently, asked the right questions and seemed to understand everything I was saying. I highly recommend this practice, especially her!!!

My experience was fantastic.They dont just talk to you they also listen to you about all your aches and pains. You can tell they care.Everyone is so nice and friendly it is most definitely one of the best places I have ever been.It is also the cleanest place that I have been to

I have been attempting to contact Niagara Urgent Care for the past three months regarding my mothers incontinence script, leaving multiple messages and even speaking to a staff member who assured me it was sent, which turned out to be untrue. Despite leaving a message on March 1st, 2024 requesting a return call, I have yet to receive any response. The office often goes unanswered when called, and I have learned that the nurse practitioner I had a positive experience with, Maggie, is no longer with the office. If the office is unable to fulfill the prescription, it would be appreciated if they could communicate this clearly. My overall experience with their service has been extremely disappointing, to the point where I would rate it as negative one if such a rating existed.

Everybody at the office was so nice.i felt comfortable .I went there because my last doctors office which was community healthcenterof buffalo in Lockport has a terrible unprofessional secretary that is miserable so glad I found a great new place.

Dr. Coleman was a very nice doctor. I’ve always had anxiety about going to see a new doctor but I love how she explained everything to me and her staff was very nice as well! If you have anxiety about going to see a new doctor then Dr.Coleman is the one for you!

Had extraordinary bad experience with this place. While in Niagra Falls, had a pink eye and made an appointment, online, for this place to take a look at what is happening and make a prescription. when I show up for my appointment, the front desk least informs me that they are closing. I am in pain and argue with the lady that they should not have scheduled the appointment in that case. she is very grumpy and openly complains to the other lady in the office that actually was signing me in.Then they took me to see the doctor the doctor did not actually look at me, and never actually got within 6 feet of me. They told me that they sent prescription to the pharmacy, so I was in and out in 5. Mins and they charged me $150( no clue what they charged insurance)except the pharmacy did not receive the prescription, and I tried calling the urgent care place multiple times and left mesages/ texted, with no success to reach anybody. All just seems so unprofessional.P.s. At the pharmacy they told me that frequently customers wait for hrs for them to send prescriptions.

Went this morning to take my middle son for a check up due to a possible ear infection. Called myself showing up at around 9am and seen I was 3rd in line. Well lets just say after about 6 people, we still werent called. In the midst of that, this irate patient walks in and literally spazzes out on the receptionist behind the counter. I then decided to go online and schedule an appt. It seems like it took for them to get an alert of an appt with us to actually get their attention. So once I filled out the sheet and handed everything back, another wait continued and more patients were called ahead of us. At this point after dealing with that and being there for an hour, I decided to go to well now which is 6 minutes away and was able to be seen right away. So thanks to them, I had to use un called for PTO

Im impressed with the care there. I see Jody and she listens to you,explains everything to you, I didnt feel rushed. A Drs office thats definitely for the patient is a rare thing now a days.

Waited 3 hours because the receptionist forgot I was there. Finally saw an RN who told me I should go to my primary doctor.I explained that I couldnt get in today and have an ear ache. She looked at my ear and said it was red. That I should watch and wait...try Motrin and get a new primary doctor. (My primary doc is AMAZING, our schedules are just not aligned this week)What a frustrating experience.As I sat there all day I got to take in a lot. Almost all patients were leaving frustrated. Some waiting hours only to be called up to the window and told that their insurance wouldnt cover the appointment. Maybe let people know that before they spend all morning waiting there?Other folks made appointments online only to be told that they dont honor online appointments. Why does the website allow patients to make them then?This place is a mess.

I have been Dr som for 8 years now .I was so sick yesterday I called at 9 they got me in to see JOHNNA who I usually see when I go to my appointments ..shes the best very professional very accurate. I had my medication by noon ..I am very happy with all the staff .JOHNNA SUSAN LINDA GINA..AND OF COURSE DR.SOM ..

As a new patient here and it being my second visit the staff was amazing as always very professional helpful and DR Som listens to you and all your needs not once did i feel rushed he gave his full attention makes everything that more comfortable i highly recommend Niagara Primary Care thank you for the great experience

Took my aunt to her appointment @ 1:15 yesterday 2/21/24 first off she was in the back & didnt get seen by a doctor for atleast an hour, the doctor was just trying to give my aunt opioids instead of actually getting down to the problem & taking x-rays. Prescribed her medicine as they say when we left , didn’t even send it in had to call today & remind them to send the script in. very unprofessional & unorganized! wouldn’t recommend!

Excellent care...very thourho...wait time a little long. Dr. Som was excellent and took his time regarding my health concerns. ALL staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming and extremely supportive and helpful!

Trying to get someone to answer the phone or call you back is very hard so when you are trying to figure things out you cant I have been going her since March and in that time I have had to fight with my doctor for a month to get meds filled that keep me alive they never answer the portal and they never answer a phone or call you back I have a lot of serious medical issues and when I went her for the first time the doctor told me she doesnt look at patients medical records so she has no idea who she is dealing with or my medical issues I had blood work done and she then told me it wasnt a concern to her so she wasnt going to go over it with me until I said my health is a big deal to me and then she cute off many times didnt want to hear anything I had to say about my medical care at all I was sick for months and couldnt get an appointment to be seen there cause no one would answer the phone so I had to go to ER to be treated and thank God I was cause it was something that needed to be addressed that my doctor should have and completely blew me off this office is so very unprofessional I would not recommend this doctor office at all I am currently looking for a new doctor and filing a complaint with the medical board about this office and the way it operates cause no one should have to fight with a doctor to get the meds that keep them moving and no one should have to be made to feel like there health is not important I strongly suggest if you care about your health dont go here find another doctor

DR.Maggie is great and caring and listens to your needs. How ever when your appointment is at 10:30 and you dont get back in to see her til 12:15 there is a problem. Do not over schedule my time is also important.

In my opinion, of urgent care orniagara falls urgent care. I see doctor Doctor Coleman, shes a great doctor Ive never had a doctor that sits down and spends their time with you. So no matter what your needs are, she listens and you can just feel the sincerity of heard a voice of her opinions on that. She gives you and shes. I think shes a great doctor. Im glad I was introduced to Doctor Coleman, shes a good doctor and Im glad that shes gonna be my doctor for the rest of my life. Because I dont want to have somebody who lessence. Everyone was super nice and welcoming! The place was very clean, would recommend.

I first went here for an emergency, and when I left….. I left with far more than I came with! Got a primary got sweet amazing people who over the years have became more like family! I have been through so many I mean way more than I should have with in and out different doctors different offices, and by far I love this place! The doctors go over and beyond for the patients listen to you and that to me is a huge huge thing! They don’t talk at you they don’t treat you like your crazy or making things up idk the best way I can put it is they actually see me as me and hear me, you know how rare that is to find? Maggie is my doctor but I absolutely adore everything there is about that woman she truly is an angel on earth, I wish there were more people who’s soul would even be half as beautiful as hers this world would be so much better! They have all helped me get through some tough times especially when I didn’t even tell my closest family and friends about what I was facing so for the people at Niagara Falls urgent care and primary to be who they are and run things like the way they do made me feel so comfortable I really can’t express it… just be a patient there and you’ll see for yourself

I just met with Corinna and feel like she really listened to my issues and I am finally being put on meds that I should have been given when I was diagnosed with a disorder at 18. I dont dread making appointments because I found medical professionals that listen and actually hear what I am saying to them.

Best experience Ive had from a PCP in a long time! Very personable and knowledgeable.

One star for each hour we waited to be seen, even with an online appointment. Primary care appointments are prioritized over urgent care, so factor that in if using this location for urgent care. On the bright side, Maggie who saw us was thorough and awesome.

I had my initial evaluation appointment with Johnna Coleman yesterday. I havent been to the doctor in well over a decade, and I figured it was finally time to go. The girl at the front desk was really nice, I think her name was Kiersten. She took my ID and Insurance card and gave me a card to inform my insurance of my new PCP. Doctors offices make me nervous for some reason, and it helps ease tension when the first person youre greeted by is friendly and patient (didnt hurt that she was cute, either.. lol). A lady came and took my SpO2 levels, HR, and BP. She was nice as well, and patient. She also gave me my paperwork after I met with the doc. Dr. Coleman was awesome and made me feel comfortable, which was great because of how nervous I was. I would definitely recommend Niagara Primary Care. I really liked that I was able to make the appt online, as I have bad anxiety and telephobia. Overall Im glad I chose NPC and Dr. Coleman as my PCP.

So I am 30 years old. The struggle to find a good doctor has been a nightmare. I met Johnna Coleman for the first time yesterday. She was so serious about my health and getting me on the right track. She met my needs of why I made the appointment and also gave me all my orders to go to the proper specialists to get looked at. She has the best bedside manner I’ve ever seen in a doctor. I’ve never been this happy leaving a doctors office. I often felt in the past I wasn’t being listened to or literally gaslit by doctors. She is nothing like that. She’s caring sweet attentive. Just the way she talks makes you feel really cared for. I’m def excited she is my new primary and I’ll be here for as long as she lets me. Phenomenal doctor phenomenal staff. Everyone was friendly and on point.

Johnna Coleman is just wonderful. She leaves you with the impression that she genuinely cares about your health. Anything and everything that you have a concern with, she is very attentive to & makes sure you feel comfortable when you leave. She is very good about following up on any issues that you were treated for in your past appointments. The staff are always very nice and patient. I have never had to wait any long for my appointment. Overall, I have found my long-term medical care provider.

Today was my first time here and will probably never 👎 go here. I had the worst experience. I am 37 weeks pregnant and went here for sore throat and stuff nose. I was seen/examined by the nurse. The doctor wasn’t present. She called him to on the phone ask what to prescribe to me. Without any diagnosis he told her to prescribe me Zpack, Zyrtec and nasal spray. I asked her why he was prescribing Zpack which is an antibiotic. Surprisingly she didn’t know. Asked him immediately if it was . I asked them if I had throat infection . She said no, I asked why was I putting on antibiotics, they both didn’t have an answer. You just can’t prescribe anything without a proper examination and diagnosis. Anyone who wants to get properly treatment, please don’t go here . They are unknowledgeable and unprofessional. 👎👎👎

The facility was clean and the staff were knowledgeable. New patients have lots of paperwork, so come early. The wait time was average but the time with the practitioner was more than the usual. She took a thorough history and I got to ask all of my questions. I am looking forward to my follow up.

As usual I had a great visit! The staff is always very nice and Johnna is beyond amazing! I truly believe that she saved my life! And she pushes me to do even better ( But in a really nice way lol) Five stars again from me!

Well, I called 3 times and all 3 times they hung up the phone. Not a good first time impression.

Got phone call as scheduled at 10:30 Went over blood work, discussed, answered all questions. Scripts called in promptly, ready for pickup from pharmacy.

My primary there is Dr Som. He really is a fit for me and is very brilliant. His care and cures are spot on when I get ill. I am grateful for him and his time. I dont have anxiety anymore about going to the dr because of him. The staff are all professional and not attitudey. Dr. Som is adding staff to help phone responce time. I love this place. Maggie has brought so much love and compassion with amazing bed side matters to the team, She has saved my life if it wasnt for her I WOULD be dead,.I been on a terrible hell ride between my liver, kidneys,and learning to adjust/ live my life with a bile drian bad in my right side now, With her fast action and being on top on her work I am home from both of the crazy as hospitals all on the road to recovery I am not in it yet but definitely heading in the right direction... I’d recommend Niagara Primary Care, for a number of reasons. They’re very knowledgeable & helpful as it pertains to my medical needs & provide the best referrals for specialists (if necessary.) From the moment you walk in, you instantly feel comfortable in expressing your medical needs with both Physician & staff. They’re incredibly fast, the service is excellent. All the employees are professional & eager to help you. The office is very clean especially the bathroom & most importantly, they’re always able to “squeeze“ me in & get me an appointment at the blink of an eye. They’re very personable as if you’re family & I love that. I love Niagara Primary & I’d definitely recommend this office to anyone who’s looking for a fast, knowledgeable, friendly, personable & professional experience. Thank you!

After waiting for over an hour with a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT to see Dr. MARGARET (this has happened twice now), Dr. SANTANU SOM comes into the room and my SO says wheres Dr Margaret and his reply is shes sick, you can leave ... um what!? After waiting for his primary for an hour and then say you wont see him !!??? You got some nerve.THEN WHEN I GO IN TO TALK TO A HIGHER UP, not only was I stared at AND ignored by reception until having to tap on the window--btw yall are so rude, if I ignored a client at my job when they were waiting in front of me, my boss wouldve chewed me a new one right in front of everyone!!! VERY POORcustomer service. IM THEN TOLD THE MANAGER WENT TO THE POST OFFICE THEN Dr. SANTANU SOM comes out from the back to start a confrontation with me waving his digusting fingers in my face and says Dr. Margaret DOESNT WORK THERE ANYMORE. Well which is it???? Does she work there still or does she not??? Simple question...I think patients have the right to know their doctor no longer works there. So unprofessional and to Dr. Cracker jack .. or SANTANU SOM , he should have his licensed pulled you are a racist!!!!!! When a patient has numerous health concerns and you walk in the door and tell him he can leave after waiting an hour in the exam room ... dont you think he has the right to be upset? Cuz I sure do. And ya deserved to be cursed out because you clearly dont care about anyone elses time.DONT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!!!!!!!

The front desk girls are always so pleasent and welcoming. I am always in and out which is nice bc I know I can schedule my appointment at such n such time and be back to work on time. I’m very happy I made the decision to make y’all my primary.

The most unprofessional Doctor I have ever seen. The receptionist doesn’t have a clue. The foreign Doctor was very unprofessional. He would only treat me for cash. He did except my medical coverage but said he didn’t make enough through that insurance company. He went on to say he would do it for cash. 😡

The Dr was very unpleasant and mumbling under his breath that I had aarp uhc insurance. I literally sat there a couple of minutes got up asked for my id and insurance card told him I didn’t like him or his demeanor and left. I am here for a medical emergency and became ill myself

Primary Care is a way better atmosphere and staff is excellent than my last doctors office.. Im very glad I made the switch. Oh they actually care and are compassionate about your situation. Again couldnt say the same for my last primary doctor. And for that I thank them. Thank you🙂

Had an issue initially but was resolved. I really like having the option to use an app to make appointments, get reminders, and records. The staff are very friendly and the doctor made me feel comfortable and felt like she wasnt trying to rush through the appointment like my previous doctor.

Office was clean, Dr.Corrina was wonderful.i did get see a bit later than usual but I’m assuming that is due to high demand.

The NP Coleman is so pleasant and just down to earth, makes visits to her above average! The medical staff is always happy, which makes for a dreaded doctor visit, a calm and totally competent complete examination and the diagnosis given the same day. Thank you for your service.

The urgent care center has undergone significant changes during the pandemic, including much of the staff, and much better! The new nurse practitioners are very personable, kind and caring, and front office staff pleasant and diligent. If you are looking for a primary care provider in Niagara Falls, I highly encourage giving this office a try.

This place is ridiculous. We just stopped there at 5:30pm and the doors are locked. Their google listing says they are open until 7:30pm. No one EVER answers the phone or returns calls. Last time my father stopped in for a cortisone injection, there was no doctor there to administer it.The words urgent and care are non-existent. I do not recommend!!

This place helped me when no other doctor would ....in off hours on a holiday no less! Really convenient to have my primary doctor and urgent care in same place. Low waiting times, quick in and out. Attentive and compassionate, would highly recommend to anyone.

Everyone there is kind and very helpful. I finally feel like Im in good hands with Niagra Primary Care as my PCP. My last PCP want medical was impossible to make an appointment or for them to even know what your talking about. I needed a letter from my way medical so I could get prescribed the meds that ended up saving my life but they kept telling me theres no reason they need it and they actually do that at there office for 1k a month and I could start 2day, while refusing a note to a Dr that did it for free.I ended up getting help from Dr Herman for pretty cheap. Well he passed away and Dr Som took over his practice and Ive been clean off iv heroin since Oct 17th thanks to them both. Now having them as my PCP they sent me for well over due blood work and sat down and went over it with me. Besides iron deficiency Im fine and can sleep better knowing that and if I needed them for anything they will help me. Highly recommend. Ppl can ask questions

Dr. Maggie Desmarai (excuse me if it’s miss spelled) was very kind and helpful. I’m trying to join the military, so she was very understanding and even gave me a few pointers on the process and how to go about doing things, she was very informative and overall it was an amazing experience. Everyone there was also so sweet to my three year old daughter! 10/10 would recommend coming here!!

Was seen today.by Debbie B, she was amazing. The office was absolutely packed it was a long wait BUT it was worth every second. Staff was all incredibly friendly and Debbie took the time to listen. Prior to this I was at another place for the same issue and they put me on a different medication which I showed her and thats exactly why it is back again I was never put on the correct script. After just one dose of the antibiotic she gave me I feel a million times better!!!!! its amazing when you find someone who knows what they are doing. If I am ever in need of an urgent care place again I will definitely be back to see Debbie.

This is the second and LAST time we will go to this establishment for any type of services. They claim to be an urgent care center, its in their name for goodness sake, but when they charge your insurance, they charge it as an outpatient/hospital visit NOT as an urgent care visit. What is the point of going to an urgent care center then? Might as well go to the ACTUAL hospital if Im paying the hospital price. Another Google review mentions this problem 4 years ago, and they said that theyve corrected it. Clearly that is false.Secondly, our first time at this location, they didnt have anyone on staff that could put stitches into a wound on a finger. Really?This time they didnt have anyone on staff that could drain a wound on an elbow. Why does this place exist if it cannot provide BASIC medical care?

Had a check up done today and it was probably the best primary care appointment I have ever experienced! Provider and staff very knowledgeable and caring! The office is also very modern and clean! I highly recommend this office for any urgent care and primary care needs!

Would be 5 stars but to get an initial appointment was not smooth as there was a delay in them getting my information I filled out before appointment so appointment was made but couldn’t be seen because they didn’t get it and redoing the information in the office was not an option other then that they did reach out apologize and rescheduled me I seen J. I scheduled and appointment online with one of their providers for my child. Put in all of my information and got the confirmation of the appointment with one of their providers. We arrived for the visit and the receptionist said they had no providers in for the day even though we had done all the paperwork online and had picked a time slot for a certain NP. There are other immediate care facilities in the area. Try them first.

I had to go to the Niagara Falls office for a sick visit which I didn’t mind. They got me an appointment within a couple of hours of calling. I met Maggie for the first time, she is awesome!

100% the WORSE EXPERIENCE in life. Drove 2 miles on EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS conditions on a e skateboard to be refused my appointment n had to walk 2 mikes home for absolutely NOTHING....... I NEED LOTS OF MONEY from the PHYSICALLY chemically emotionally mentally IMBALANCED beings ONLY....... GET BACK IN THE KITCHEN

The healthcare workers were great! They saw me within 15 minutes of my arrival. The staff was friendly and pleasant (even though the waiting room was packed solid.) Would highly recommend.

Maggie easily create a place of emotional safety and its very authentic in her practice And it doesnt take long before the sense of the practice feeling like home sets in. Extremely knowledgeable, doesnt overlook any minor details, and very comprehensive with testing to get to the bottom line

Fortunately, I do not visit here often, but when I do, the service is friendly, fast, and helpful. I am reluctant to encourage others to go here because I love how short the waiting times are and how quickly I get seen. It is close to my home and my work, so I am definitely glad my co-workers recommended this gem to me. I am certain others will feel the same.

I went to Niagara Falls Urgent Care within minutes of being sent home sick from work. Anxious to figure out what was going on with my body. Soon as I entered the Medical Assist was so friendly and welcoming . They got me to the back almost right away. Quickly checking my vitals and letting me know the doctor would right in, and by the way the doctor was great , her name was Debra . Determined I had the flu and a ear infection. Sent the prescriptions in and gave me documentation for my job who stated I could not return without documentation. I spent a maximum of 25 minutes in there. Overall wonderful experience, I consider that to be great service. I would go back 10 more times !

Saw Maggie yesterday I love her she listens to me and we work on results I wont see anyone else there.

This is an incredible urgent care. I took my 3 year old here on Saturday after not feeling confident in her pediatricians diagnosis since they have been dismissing my concern for the 7 weeks she has been sick. The staff is incredible here. Dr. Debbie was so good with her and made her feel comfortable. It took all of 20 minutes for her to diagnose. She was diagnosed with double ear infections and a respiratory infection that her pediatrician missed. She explained very thourogly and what each thing she was prescribing was going to do. She is feeling much better today but I did call to verify dosage and when I called I got to speak to the male doctor who was so so personable and made sure I understood everything he was saying without making me feel like I was inferior to him which I find with her ped. I will always recommend this urgent Care and I wish they took children at the primary care!

I was attending a conference and got sick. I looked for an urgent care and saw many with poor reviews. I was greeted as soon as I arrived. Paper work was minimal. The nurse was sweet and professional. The doctor saw me quickly and proscribed antibiotics. I picked them up down the road and I was back in my hotel room in under two hours. Thank you

Dr. Som and his staff are very friendly, punctual, efficient, and thorough. Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes both on the urgent care side and primary care. As a medical professional, I am probably a little judgy about treatment. I am 100% confident in the care I receive from Dr. Som and his entire staff.

I went online in search of a primary doctor just this morning. There was a slot open the same day. I went in and was seen at the time of my appointment to my surprise because it was busy. DR. Maggie is awesome

Do NOT go here. The women in this office are rude and ask you why you’re there in front of the whole waiting room. They refused to see me because they didn’t think my reason was “urgent enough” which is entirely subjective and not their decision to make. Extremely unprofessional and nasty, especially the blonde woman who sits in the back. Go to WELLNOW urgent care instead, not even a mile down the road. They are SUPER nice.

The people there were nice, but they need to be upfront and tell you that your covid test results will take 24-48 BUSINESS hours. I got my test on Friday afternoon and my results still aren’t even in yet this Monday morning. I called and they “couldn’t find” them. Probably because it ended up taking 48 hours but this place is closed on Sundays so that’s another 24 hours added. I need to know if I can go to work or not! It’s not even like this test was free. It was a $200 test and that wasnt even the rapid test! I just wish there was better communication.I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this feels wrong to me. ):

If I could give this center 6 stars, I most definitely would !At the end of February 2022 I traveled back to Canada from Florida with my 82 year old mother. We needed a PCR test in order to cross the border back in to Canada where we reside.I contacted Niagara Falls urgent care before we left in order to ascertain details of the procedure, and costs involved with getting the PCR test. My contact was Gina Lauricella, and I can’t say enough good things about her. I e-mailed her countless questions over the period of a few weeks, she always replied promptly, and clearly answered every question and concern I threw at her, and there were A LOT !When we did actually arrive to get our PCR tests, the entire process was seamless. A quick general medical questionnaire was required, only taking a couple of minutes to complete. Payment was made, the test was done, and 1/2 an hour later we went back to get our test results and head for the border. Easy Peasy !Quite honestly it couldn’t have gone any smoother. I have no idea how much Gina and her team at the Urgent Care Center make, but it should be more. I highly recommend this center, and it will definitely be my go-to place should I require their services in the future.

I went to Niagara Falls Urgent Care at 8:30 pm on Saturday night. I knew I had an ear infection and just needed ear drops. I was in and out quickly by the time I got to Walgreens on Sheridan my script was ready and was able to get out of pain quickly. They were professional with me even though they were about to close. I was very happy there. Their staff is very friendly.

330 appointment no one in waiting room here I sit 45 min and counting horrible service.

We went to Niagara Falls Urgent Care this week. We were very sick with respiratory symptoms and werent able to access treatment through our primary doctor. We went in without an appointment (although you can make appointments by phone and online) and were seen quickly, assessed and treated very well. Dr. Som and his team are providing quality care in Niagara Falls. He also runs a private practice next door. We were very pleased with the service we received. We will be back.

Went here for an emergency. Thought I’d lose most of my skin on the back of my arm. Dr. Som saved it and did a great job! Great surgeon and doctor! I highly recommend this facility and doctor for not only emergencies, but also for your family health needs.

I never have a problem when I go to urgent care my doctors there is very polite takes as much time as she needs to answer all my questions. I trust her completely!!

My primary care physician was not available and I had developed an upper respiratory condition. I had visited a larger urgent care facility a week earlier, and had not received adequate care. I was in need of care today, so I visited Niagara Falls Urgent Care. There was a Medical Doctor on duty as well as an excellent Physicians Assistant, Debra. I was very impressed and received the care needed, which I did not receive from the large urgent care with multiple offices. Niagara Falls Urgent Care is locally owned and operated, and should be supported.

I waited almost an hour for a rapid test, self pay I might add just to find out they crossed my name off without calling me in. I spoke up and got excuses and attitude. Also saw a guy there who self paid with cash. They had no change for him so he had to wait in the waiting room AFTER his test for someone to go get change. If that wasnt bad enough, when the woman returned from the bank, she also had a bag of food and tray of coffee from Tim Hortons. So that guy stood there and waited for his change while that chic got food. The whole office is bloated with incompetence. Wasted 2 hours of my time. I wont go there again.

Don’t waste your time or money! I’ve been two times with similar issues and both times was told it would just have to run its course and try an OTC product. Both times I was seen by someone named Dave. I have no idea what his degree is in, but my pharmacist did a better job helping me.When my symptoms did not improve and I was able to see my primary, I was told I had double ear infections and a sinus infection and given prescription medication. I felt better in 24 hours.

Wow. This place is interesting. So this place is a primary care office moonlighting as a urgent care. There were three people in the office and three employees. And took almost 1.5 hours to be seen. The Dr performed procedure without gloves or cleaning the site. Not a good impression.

We went in at 8:50 for COVID test for traveling we wore told half hour wait 11:45 we was still there waiting we keep telling them thats our flight is at 1:10 pm but they didnt care so we end up leaves almost missed our flight . they keep taking people thats comes offer us. Ridiculous.

Took my son there at the referral of his Dr. with a severe bloody nose that had been going on for 15 mins. Upon arriving we waited over 5 mins for the woman to acknowledge we were there and hand us paperwork. After giving her paperwork she asked for ID after seeing him struggle to put his wallet away (he was holding paper towel on his nose) He then waited an additional 30 mins (or longer) all while his nose was still severely bleeding. Finally the nose bleed stopped we told them we were leaving and asked to make sure we weren’t billed, she very sarcastically and rudely said “No, I didn’t even put in the system yet”.

I went here on a Saturday night June 1 as it was late and all others were closed or closing at 8pm. They were open till 9pm and got me in right away for a tetanus shot due to a rusty nail. The Dr explained and the receptionist did too all that was going to happen. My insurance company sucks so I paid out of pocket but better then dying. In and out and nice and clean too..

Office staff very friendly, made me feel very comfortable.Doctor took the time to explain diagnosis and what she recommended and why.I was in and out within 30 minutes plus the office was very clean .

Took my elderly neighbor here at 8pm on a Saturday night. She was seen immediately by the kind office staff and given the utmost care by the doctor. The doctor was extremely tentative and treated her with exactly what she needed. Would highly recommend this office!!!

Great place to go. Got there at 9:30 at night and everyone was very professional. You new they wanted to go home but the took care of me and my family. Prescriptions were ready the next day at the pharmacy. New, clean, and excellent staff. Thanks for saving our vacation

6 months after the visit, we got a bill of USD 400 (with and adjust of 250?) from this clinic, but the Doctor had charged us USD 150 which we paid in cash the day of the appointment. Fortunately we kept the receipt, as I am not sure if these people have good faith. Youd better avoid this clinic.

Brought my 5 year old in with an Allergic reaction. They pin pointed the problem right away and were very very nice. I wish the girl doctor that was taking care of my daughter was a pediatrician because she would be her primary doctor. Very very happy with this visit.

Dr.Som is an excellent knowledgeable doctor. He will treat you with respect and explaineverything to you so you understand your diagnosis. My husband has been treated by Dr.Som and we both highly recommend him. My husband is a primary care patient of his and soon I will be too!!. I have never had a primary doctor be so thorough and take their time.

No greeting and long waiting!I didnt even get greeted when I walked in I signed in the window was closed nobody bothered to say hello to me and I was waiting for a hour in the waiting room until they finally call me up and this was the first time they acknowledge me sense I walked in Im trying to be seen from being aatcked by a pitbull my legs all mangled they told me I have to pay 75$ to get checked out even though I have insurance because they wont take my insurance or something?? Couldve greeted me when I walked in and told me that so I didnt waste a hour of my time. 😐

I want to Urgent Care on October 13th do to a cut on my head when I got there at 3117 Military Road in Niagara Falls I walked in nobody was in there as a patient the place was actually empty the nurse took me in the back took my information medical information as to few questions that she needed to put me in the system took me in a room the doctor came in clean my head put three Staples in and told me to come back in about a week to take them out I was only in there for about 30 minutes the place is very very clean the people are very very professional this is the best place I would ever go when I went back on October 18th to get my Staples out and only took them 15 minutes to get me in and out they did not rush me or anything like that its just so convenient I give this place a 10 * why wait in an emergency room at st. Marys or Memorial Medical Center for hours and hours when you could be same within 30 minutes in and out at Urgent Care at 3117 Military Road in Niagara Falls New York the people are very professional and polite the best Ive ever seen the best!!!

5 stars for this urgent care!! They keep the place so nice and clean, and get you in and out quicker than anywhere else. There is a cute little therapy dog named Sammy who is so sweet and calm. There is also a Keurig in the waiting area ❤️❤️❤️ Yum

I went in for a simple cat bite at 8pm, an hour before they closed. I had a rough reaction to an antibiotic shot (completely normal for me) and JoAnne and the other staff were SO incredibly caring and helpful through it all. JoAnne called me this morning to even check on me. Id come here before any other urgent care in the future...hopefully I just wont need any urgent care in the near future haha.

We visited in March for an urgent care visit and have been battling since to get them to post the bill as an urgent care visit to our insurance so they will pay it. We called in advance of our visit to know where to go when traveling and all. They repeatedly have resubmitted it as an outpatient visit even after multiple calls explaining it needs to be urgent care visit. Insurance keeps denying because of it. Doctor was fine. Billing NOT.

Staff is polite. However, this is not a free testing site for Covid-19. The charge for me was $75.00. Since Rite-Aid initially denied me a vax, I will def be sticking with Walgreens for health needs! All I need is my covid test thats supposed to be FREE according to the federal government.

I wouldnt recommend to go I was the 4 the person there and they took patient that came in after me. I would understand if it was an emergency but they were there to get a covic test. I came for a medical reason. The receptionist werent very helpful, wouldnt answer questions, and they were rude and because they didnt give me the paperwork to fill out they put me on the bottom of the list. Not a pleasant visit. If up to me I wouldnt even give them a star.

Dr.Som is a great and honest doctor. After going to the emergency room spending over 4 hours there they sent me home with no diagnosis and told me to take motrin. When I arrived at The hospital I could not walk and was in extreme pain. Decided the next day to go to NF urgent care. Dr Som spent quality time with me sent me for an MRI did xrays and I am well on my way to the road of recovery. He is thorough, professional and a friendly doctor. I an now enrolled in his practice for primary care and I know I am in good hands. Highly recommend Dr.Som and staff!!

Dont get covid test here! They dont call you with results, and contacting them is almost impossible. Went to facility and found employees socializing in front of a pile of envelopes with the names of various people who had taken the test. Wonderful.

I was at my primary waiting to see a doctor to simply get a script for some steroids as I had poison ivy where it shouldn’t be. I have a rule, if I have an appointment and wait longer than 30min I ask to be seen and if I am not I leave.So I left and I stopped at this Urgent care. I had to get my children from day care and only had 20min left to leave to get them on time.They had me in, our with a script in 15. Thank you! No need for primary anymore!

The doctors, nurses and staff: they care, are compassionate and are really “there” for the patient. From the moment you walk into their doors, unsure, you will leave with the sense that they heard your health concerns and with every conviction they are going to get you on the path to wellness!
