Lincoln Community Health Center

I was a potential new patient and Katie at the front desk was so rude. There is a number on the website that you are meant to call to book an appointment. There is no information on the wesbite about who the providers are or who is accepting new patients. So, I called to get that information. She blatantly told me that she didnt have time to answer my long winded questions, saying she had other patients in front of her. She put me on hold twice in 7 minutes. NOT a good first impression on someone who was considering their services...makes sense given all of the poor reviews.

Dr Hickethier and all of the staff there have been treating me for over six years. I would not go to another Doctor

They misdiagnosed me. If I didnt decide to go to a different hospital, the VA in Portland, I would be dead right now.
