Access Medical Center Urgent Care Newcastle

The physician assistant was excellent and very knowledgeable in treating an eye issue. We were the only ones at the clinic. I am glad they were opened until 8 PM on a Friday. Thank you! I would highly recommend her.

Everyone in this office is always so nice and understanding. Today it was Kelly. I’ve seen her several times in the past and she’s always friendly, informative, knowledgeable and has great bedside treatment.I always go to this medical center along with my children. I highly recommend and will continue to use.

The NP, Kelly, is wonderful. I’ve seen her the last couple of times I’ve gone in and she is always pleasant, professional, and compassionate. She listens and allows the patient to be a part of the process. Extremely knowledgeable with a demeanor that puts me at ease when I’m not feeling well.The check-in staff member is always fantastic, as well. I failed to get her name but she is incredibly kind and does a great job of setting the tone for the visit. She is efficient and gets you checked in and out quickly, which I appreciate especially when I don’t feel well.The nursing staff who triage is great. I have yet to meet anyone who isn’t professional and personable and competent.I have been a patient here for years and recommend them frequently.Thank you for consistent excellency in care.

I’ve been going to Access Medical in Newcastle for several years since I don’t have a primary doctor. The folks are friendly, the waiting room and patient rooms are clean. I feel like the doctors are very helpful, answer questions and knowledgeable for the minor issues I’ve had. I would recommend

The service was really great! She was very helpful and knowledgeable about what to do and not to do. She answered all of our questions proportionately and made us feel secure about the healing process once bitten by a spider.

Went in to get a steroid shot for poison ivy. Or that’s what I was hoping for. I went in everyone was polite and professional and overall I had a great experience. The doctor that spoke to me particularly was very polite and nice. I didn’t get the feeling she was rushing me out.

I was a walk-in about 6 pm and only waited about 10 minutes. I tested positive for Covid-19. The only thing I have any complaint was the prescription for Paxlovid was unavailable and this antiviral medicine needed to be started soon after contracting the disease. I suggest the doctor should know if new or highly demanded drugs are available before prescribing or prescribe an altrnative.

In and out in 20 min or less. Wish all medical experiences were this quick!! Everyone was friendly and kind! We would come back for all of our urgent care needs!

All the women there are so sweet and nice. The one guy i talked to was also a very cool guy. Everybody had ear to ear smile on their faces and made it felt like that place was full of light. I will come to them for all my physicals

The staff was very friendly and my visit was really fast. I got taken back within 5 minutes and was seen quickly. However, the staff took time to really listen and answered all my questions.

I went in yesterday as I have had a round of shingles that I’ve been dealing with for three weeks. Needed to get a prescription for itching and pain. I told the doctor, my issue and about the medication I have already used that did not work to which he prescribed the same stuff that didn’t work the first time. I did not realize until I had already got to Walgreens. not a happy camper!

Every time I visit I am greeted with very friendly people. The staff is thorough in treating my family and is efficient in getting us seen and on our way. Checking in online is a plus. I will continue to use them for my family’s needs.

I always go to our Access urgent care when necessary. They see me quickly, get taken care of. Then Oh on my way. Listen to everything and are very personable. Highly recommend

This is my favorite urgent care. The staff are always very helpful. I trust that when I take my kids there that I will get the best care. The doctors and nurse practitioners are always willing to listen and very helpful.

In and out as a new patient in less than 30 minutes. With great service from start to finish. Everyone was helpful, extremely kind, and knowledgeable.

I have poison ivy sumac or oak (which I get yearly in the spring) and I was told it dont look like it. Lol its on my arms legs back. She gave me a steroid pack anyways after telling me I didnt have it! I know my body tyvm like come on. And now my itching is subsided less than 12 hrs after starting the pack. Im grateful just wish she wouldve listened and gave me a shot also to help the crazy itching.

I ended up having to go to the ER the following day because I had a purferated appendix. They thought it could have been a bad reaction to my medicine or food poisoning. Wasted my time and caused an entire day and a half of unbelievably pain.

Been using the Newcastle access urgent care since 2019. Since Jan 24, the wait times have tripled. Have been the only car parking lot on two separate visits and still waited 45-60 mins to be seen. Also, forget about getting a Dr’s excuse for your kids except for the day of the visit.

The best urgent care ever!!! Seriously the nicest staff! The doctor she was a total gem!! Could not recommend this place more!!

The ladies were so sweet and kind, even though it was a madhouse. However, we have no insurance and paid $460 for my visit and flu test. Thats all I had done. Weve never paid that much for a minor ER visit, and the coupon they gave me for the flu pill didnt work 😔 I would pass on this clinic if you have no insurance.

I will say we had a nurse that seemed bothered we waited to come at the late minute but due to how our day played out that is how it happened, any other time our experience has been WONDERFUL.

Our family has been using Access Medical Center in Newcastle for many years. We always get good care, and usually fairly quickly.

I am at home with the flu so I sent my daughter in with my son who is 18. I wrote a note explaining she possibly had the flu. Sending her to the dr is very expensive for me as a single mother with little income and terrible insurance. They did not test her for anything and just prescribed her some eye drops for a red eye that we already had, and she showed him the exact bottle but he prescribed her the same thing anyway. I called them when she got home, I had also called before the appointment, she said they would have to charge another visit to test her. She was very short and not helpful at all. I am so frustrated/disappointed with their level of care.

Well my prescription was not called in So the place pretty much sucks sorry then I tried to call well you can’t talk to anybody because it’s called nextcare so NExtcare

The nurse was very knowledgeable & the Nurse Practitioner was also very good & Professional I was bleeding really bad but they stopped it real fast also they were very concerned about my comfort level

Arrived at 7:40pm, mind you they close at 8pm. They couldnt see my Son who was having severe headaches. Dont go here, they dont care for your health.

I was a first time patient at this location that is less than 5 minutes from my home. I didnt get the Receptionist or the male Nurses name they were very nice and welcoming! Sandra Cooper, FNP was a complete Joy and very thorough. I will definitely return!

My family and I have never had a bad experience at this location. My son was seen for his wrist. I wish I would have gotten her name but the receptionist was a sweet heart. We were greeted and checked in promptly. Seeing the triage and doctor shortly after. Id say we werent there a full hour. Staff was great and a young man training in triage was nervous but he did an excellent job. Id say 10/10 for this location. Id recommend it to others and will be continuing to take my family there when needed

This was an amazing experience. Super friendly; from the receptionist, to the nurse, and including the P.A. that I saw.They were knowledgeable, caring and thorough, yet I was not there more than an hour! This is EXACTLY what great medical care should be. Thank you for taking such good care of my needs and listening to my concerns. The fact that the P.A. took my concerns into consideration meant the world to me!

Every staff member was excellent. Very personable. Took time to visit along with taking care of our medical issues.

I waited almost 2 hours to be seen and 2.5 hours before I left. All I needed was a test done. I was told I would receive part of it back same day and the rest back in a couple of days. It has been 4 days now and I haven’t received anything. This is the worst “urgent care” I’ve ever been too.

Went in with my 4 year old… both of us having pink eye. Every single person in the office was very polite and helpful. We were in and out quickly. Definitely would recommend and we will be returning to this urgent care from here on out!

Showed up at 1850 (earliest I could arrive, Im an RN, I worked all day, sick) they close at 2000. Empty parking lot, empty waiting room. I was told we cant take any more walk-ins.You are an Urgent Care, if you dont exist for walk-ins, why do you exist at all? Im anxiously waiting for managements response.

2nd visit to Access this year and they did not disappoint again. I had a different provider this time who was awesome as well. Checked in online, got back and seen on time, staff was very pleasant. I went in with a migraine and the staff asked to dim the lights in the room while I waited, no one has ever done that for me (except at this facility). The provider listened, patiently, and expressed empathy she was great. From one medical professional to another -top notch care.

I apologize for doing this twice, but forgot to type in feedback. Love this chain, especially this location. I fell on ice and was treated with kindness and compassion from beginning to end. The level of knowledgeable professionals is ONLY outdone by their genuine concern for their patients. Was there today for a follow up and again they were willing to go above and beyond to help me get back on my feet even though the care meant sending me to a specialist. Just have always been a loyal patient to them and will continue to be in the future! Kudos!

Christmas Eve Day I woke up with excruciating sore throat. My husband booked me an appointment online. I was in and out very quickly with antibiotic. I appreciate their efficiency, friendliness and professional demeanor. They helped me to get on my way to prepare a dinner for 12!

This place sucks. Don’t count on them to care about you being sick. I walked in 30 minutes before closing and they informed me they can’t see me until next day.

Dr. Lillian was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable. Very attentive to what we were experiencing and knew exactly how to treat it. It was easy in and out, we went and got our medication and came home.If you do not typically like going to the doctor, this is a place that makes that experience great.

The staff was friendly, the wait time was low even though we had to wait for tests to come back. We were in and out in about an hour. Doctor knew why my daughter didnt feel well as soon as she saw her. Nurse was great and managed to get flu, strep and covid swabs from my 5 year old! Will definitely be going back if the need presents itself.

I went to Access in Newcastle. It was a Saturday morning. I had been exposed to covid and needed a rapid test. They were incredibly busy and I was told it would be a 45 minute wait. Everyone was very friendly, from front desk to the back. I actually got in a little quicker. Dr. on staff that day was very friendly and thorough. A very good experience overall, especially for a Saturday morning with no appointment!

Luckily for me I don’t get sick often but this place is my go to place when I do. The staff is always really nice and patient. They have always got me right in with very little wait time. It’s clean and they are very knowledgeable on what they do.

By far the smoothest, quickest experience I have had for a covid test to date. And that was on top of a scheduling snafu that had me running behind schedule. They could’ve cancelled my appointment, but they worked with me and were above all, kind and understanding. With the overwhelming amount of hours these individuals are working, their kindness and understanding was noticed and appreciated.You call in when you arrive, they triage you over the phone and advise you to come in right after. Went straight into a room, never sat in a waiting area or anything. Was rapid tested, given results, and on my way out the door in about 15 minutes.

Dr. Sparks was wonderful. We had a disappointing diagnosis but she took a lot of time to explain things, answer questions, and give us a starting point for next steps in healing. She was empathetic, knowledgeable, and took great care of us.

The lobby area was very clean and most inviting. Paperwork was handed out quickly, completed and returned and seen quite quickly!!the team that helped my elderly father did a great job with him. This is our second visit and I’m glad to know where we can go if we need after hours help. Thanks again

Im from Illinois and work in the oilfields so good and timely proper care is hard to come by. This place is awesome, clean, friendly and short waiting times. Only downside is they dont offer primary care ... I would definitely choose so if I could!!

I cannot say enough about the great care these people provide! Have been using their center for years and trust them to get me well again as they always have. Dr Jeffcoat is a fantastic person and is very professional she knows her stuff..for sure. Her pleasant demeanor just makes me feel better immediately! Will certainly be visiting them again if needed. Caring staff receptionist is polite and nurse just so pleasant.

I love being able to make an appointment and check in online. The PA on duty and staff made sure I was comfortable. The PA took her time to get to know me, review my history and hear my concerns to select the best option for treatment. Service is a rare thing today.

We had the best experience here! My wife and I needed covid tests before leaving on a cruise. Walked in, had a short wait and got us both straight back. The nurse was very nice and personable as was the doctor. We have used this urgent care before but will definitely keep recommending it to our friends and family! Thank you Access Tri City!

The NP listened to me and knew I wanted to get treated and in and out. She was professional, friendly and efficient with my time. Highly recommend this location.

Appointment was made online. I was able to complete paperwork, provide a copy of my insurance and drivers license, and check-in all online. I went inside at my appt time and was then told to wait in my car until theyre ready for me. They called about 45 min later, but my phone didnt ring for some reason. Somebody came out into the parking lot looking for me. After going back (masks still required) to a room, I was asked general questions about medications, symptoms, surgeries, weight/height, etc. I was then put into another room until the PA came to see me. She was informative, gave suggestions, asked questions, and sent an Rx to help me feel better. Everybody was nice, respectful, and happy to give explanations. The rooms were clean and they appear to take extra precautions against germs. I will go here again if needed.

I need to change my review of this place. I took my daughter back to this same location after she was injured in a basketball game last week because we had such a wonderful experience back in March. I was immediately met with resistance to service by the lady at the counter. She said their xray machine was on the fritz and they probably couldnt do any xrays. I told her I lived an hour away and that would have been good information to know before driving that far. And asked if they could have someone at least look at it since we were already there. They told us that they would and if it did need an xray they would send us to another location. The PA was great and very kind, but we were told she didnt need an xray and to followup in a week if she was still experiencing pain and they would do an xray then. We paid $125 for the visit. Now, here we are a week later and my daughter is still in pain. I called to make a follow-up appointment and was told that i would be recharged $125 for a new visit even though I purchased the Value Care program back in March and I was told it covered follow-up appointments. The receptionist stated that it isnt considered a follow-up. I explained to her that I was denied an xray the previous visit and it is the same injury, so i do not understand why it isnt considered a follow-up. She did not care and was firm that they would charge the fee again. She was very unsympathetic and didnt want to hear any of my explainatuon nor did she care to try to resolve the situation. I feel taken advantage of and like I paid for a program that they changed the rules. I will not be a returning customer. TO ANYONE READING THIS, Do yourself a favor and find a different urgent care facility. We will not be returning.Previous Review for Contrast:My daughter hurt her arm in a softball tournament and needed to be seen for the injury. I was able to make an immediate appointment online, which was convenient. We were seen within 5 minutes of arriving for the appointment. ALL of the staff were so nice!! When I asked questions they were answered and the doctor wasnt trying to just rush us out. She took her time with my daughter and eased my worries. I had never met any of the staff before our visit, but left feeling like they were friends. I highly recommend.

This Access Medical was great. I was checked in quickly. The personnel were helpful and friendly. I can definitely recommend them!

My son he went in for a physical and the place was empty so he was seen very quickly. However, the nurse that took us back was very rude and hateful and so was the front desk lady. The doctor was absolutely amazing and had a sense of humor. My son really liked him. I wouldve loved to give this place 5 stars, but the nurse that we dealt with was seriously hateful. If you hate your job that much, find a new one, please. Dont take it out on the patients that come in.

Came in for sore throat, strep negative, but took flu and COVID test. Said they would call and never did. Didnt check his ears, he may have ear infection and have to take him to different place to be checked properly. Said she wouldnt prescribe and antibiotics or steroids for possible sinus infection unless he still felt bad in 10 days. Who wants to wait 10 days for results.

Love the online checkin so much more organized and less contaminating environment ..to be able to check in online wait and be seen without a ton of others waiting as well! Girls working here are friendly knowledgeable and are just plain awesome! I drove 35 mins to go to location in Newcastle and plan to return to this location for future needs just because it was worth it every second!

Literally no point in making an appointment and waiting until that time. Anyone that is a walk in still goes before you regardless of when your “scheduled” appointment is. I should have just gone whenever I wanted instead of waiting for my “scheduled” appointment time.

I had to take my son there last Sunday and will NEVER go there again. The nurse who took my sons vitals and the PA that evaluated him were fine, but the girl at the front desk was so rude!I seen the signs requiring masks so as I was trying to offer to buy us one she couldnt even hear me over herself demanding we wear one. Once she finally listened to the words coming out of my mouth she handed us one. Then she told me to check in using the QR code, I explained that I dont use a smartphone and would need paper and she almost screamed at me You dont even have an iPhone!?! I said no and showed her my flip phone, she rolled her eyes and was obviously very annoyed she had to hand me a clipboard. They have signs everywhere demanding the patients be respectful to staff, but I suppose that particular employee isnt held to the same standard.

I had a good experience with the doctor and care yet the front desk person was aggressive. I do not owe a copay. The person in front of me has the same insurance I have- there is NO COPAY. She proceeded to attempt to collect a $35.00 copay and insinuated if we didn’t pay, our insurance would potentially reject the claims. When I challenged her- she even acted like there was an issue with my insurance and stated I may be out of coverage. It is just a risk you are taking. She repeated several times. I even told her I felt harassed. She totally disregarded my comment and proceeded to attempt to intimidate me into paying a copay I do not owe. It was very unprofessional, stressful and somewhat bullying.

I cant believe this place. Didnt do all the tests Didnt talk to me about the medication they prescribed. Had a young man hand me scripts and rush me out. The doctor nurse lady never came back in to explain anything wont be back ever. Would go there too many mistakes can happen.

Got some really bad treatment/advice from a DIFFERENT urgent care and Access Medical went above and beyond to care and educate! We will be switching ALL urgent care trips to Access!

The lady up front Jenna is a complete jerk. I showed up bleeding from my ear. My ear drum ruptured and the pain is barely manageable. I did not have a mask, and have absolutely no problem wearing one. I am fully vaxxed and with no mask mandates in place I don’t carry one with me at all times. I asked if she had one I could wear. She said the only ones they have are for staff only. She refused to give me one and refused medical treatment for an emergency. I have been going here along with my wife and kids for years. I will never go back or step foot in there again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went in for a sore throat. They tested me for strep throat came in paper saying this is your discharge paperwork and your test was negative. Have a good day check out upfront. And what to charge $80 With no instructions on how to start feeling better the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will not be returning

They do not accept walk-ins…. Let me say that again…. This urgent care does not and will not accept any walk-ins. My grandson, running a high fever was turned away from this urgent care because he didn’t have an appointment. What is the point of an urgent care facility not taking walk-ins. That was the whole point of these urgent care’s…. Please go somewhere that cares about your children, these people do not.

Called in to get a test done. Was told to come up there as soon as possible. Everything done over phone and test was done from my car. The staff on the phone were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The staff member doing the test was very professional and courteous. I will definitely come back there for any future medical needs.

Have trouble even getting the office in Tri-City to answer the phone. It’s very frustrating. Call the new place across the highway in Newcastle and they answered the phone in less than 10 seconds. Also, the new place will see someone who is under 18 without a legal adult there as long as the patient has a photo.Of their parents ID. Very convenient

Mollie (my triage nurse) was a total doll. Super sweet and comforting. The receptionist was super nice and very helpful. I always love coming to this access.

I called ahead before I made the 30 min drive ! Was on hold for 11 mins for them to tell me they take walk ins up till 8 and that yes I could go up there for my sick son to be seen, to only get there and them say they are only taking patients every 15 mins and my son can’t be seen ! They need better communication between the company’s ! Now my son can’t be seen ! Which is crazy ! Definitely wouldn’t recommend!

Very very nice staff awesomely well-mannered very thorough and knowledgeable as well as super quick love the fact that you can do all your paperwork online and be ready to go when you get there the doctor was very understanding I appreciate the whole staff here at Access Medical Center

Been here a few times and will continue to utilize them when Im not well. It is a clean facility with polite employees. They get you in quick and listen to what why you are visiting.

Staff is very friendly and informative. Young lady at the front desk has great patients and also very thorough with instructions. Overall the experience was just pleasant.

Well, sometimes we make mistakes! As an owner of College HUNKS Hauling Junk and Moving, we all go to jobs that are not the greatest. I went on a job for the Oklahoma City neighborhood cleanup in shorts, thinking it was an easy job. I did not realize there was poison ivy in the back yard. I battled the itching and scratching for 2 weeks until it got to unmanageable level. I went to AMC. It was easy. I told them the problem…they assessed the condition…I received a shot in the butt…received a prescription and moved on with my life. Thank you AMC…no itching or scratching, and now I can move on running my business and sleep easier at night!!!

Very happy with todays visit. In the past I have made an appointment ahead of time and felt I was really there quit long. Today was totally different. Everyone is always very nice and feeling miserable I am more than happy with the time spent today!

Fast and caring service from front desk to out the door

Wish I could give negative stars. My wife, a nurse who had to work an extra shift showed up 40 minutes before they were closed. (Their website stated they were still taking walk-ins.) After calling and leaving a message as instructed and waiting in her car for over 20 minutes (the only one in the parking lot) a lady came to lock the doors 15 minutes before closing time. My wife flashed her lights to get her attention. The lady looked at her, did not lock the door and then went back to her desk. A few minutes later, she turned off the lights. My wife called and asked her if she saw her flash her lights (no response) and asked if they were not going to see her now. She rudely asked well what do you need? She told her it was a sinus injection causing horrible pain that she had been working through all day. The lady told her they have to get a COVID test so wouldnt have time. She told the lady that she has a current negative COVID test and gets them weekly (as a nurse) and also that shes been vaccinated. The lady just told her she was basically out of luck.Operating with laziness, rudeness and lack of compassion is their prerogative but dont be surprised by this negative review or the others like it that are sure to follow if this continues.

Drove 30 mins to get something for this cold I have. Was their 2 weeks ago same problem, but today they said, no walk ins no appointments. They are only doing Covid testing only. So if they are going to be after the Covid money, maybe they shopped change their website. I asked what are the people supposed to do for a cold or strep, the lady told me she did not have a answer. No wonder their is a sign on the door about patients getting mad, will not be tolerated.I thought this was a medical facility to help the sick. So much for caring about sick people.

Came here today to the urgent care in Newcastle Oklahoma and had amazing service from the workers up there. I enjoyed how well I was taken care of and I had almost zero wait time and got in and out quick. I appreciate you guys so much love love this place.

I wish I could give a zero.I had a cold and was quoted to pay $80 out of pocket (with insurance applied) for a basic visit with no tests (No xray, no flu swab, etc). I arrived at 11am and was seen an HOUR later. They did not need to wait that long to see me. They were not busy when I was there.I was then seen by the doctor and quoted $130 at the checkout (again...no tests. Just a basic blood pressure check, temp, pulse check).Without insurance it would have been $330 for a basic visit to be told that you are sick.This place is way too expensive and their wait times are horrible. Do not go. Go to an emergency room or ANY other doctor on the planet.

Made an appointment for my wife who has an upper respiratory infection only to be told that the provider was refusing to see patients with covid like symptoms because they were pregnant. Access medical staff stated they refuse to post the dates this provider works so you are taking a gamble booking an appointment online. Dont waste your time. Book elsewhere unless you want to be turned away after arriving

Best experience ever would go back

Very disappointed! I live in Florida and went in on a emergency visit. I was quoted $190 dollars and was charged $320. I was told I had to buy their discount program to receive any discounts but I don’t live there to utilize it. I thought $190 was excessive but $320 is over the top. Beware of their unfair practices. I’m only giving them a one star because I have to in order to post. I have also filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney General.

That was the fastest Ive EVER SEEN A DOCTOR! We went for an x-ray n and out in less than an hour. Unbelievable! Highly recommend this staff I would compare them to any staff in Oklahoma .

About a 45 min. wait. They were helpful enough, and the Doctor took his time to give us plenty of information. However, the nurse present did the worst job swabbing my daughters throat for a strep test that I have ever seen or heard of. It was absolutely horrible. We have had several throat swabs done. and even at other emergent care clinics but this was just awful. She didnt instruct me or my daughter at all before she began as to what method she was going to use, then just jabbed my daughter with the Q-tip and kept ramming it down her throat. My daughter was sobbing in pain and shock. I was shocked. And my daughter has never cried from a throat swab. She hardly ever cries about any injury and she is constantly falling, getting hurt, falling off her bike etc.. I will never take her there for a strep test again.

Amazing professional staff. I was in and out. The nurse even let me swab my own throat for strep as it scares the hell out of me! The really seem to care about their patients and I will choose themOver and over again

We needed a sports physical for our child and decided to try this Access Medical. I appreciated being told it would cost a certain amount and insurance would not be necessary and they didn’t use my insurance card.We previously used Healthcare One Urgent Care in Tuttle for the previous sports physical and the staff tells you the same thing but then they run your insurance card anyway for some double dipping sketchy reason.The Access Medical provider that helped us was awesome! She was very thorough and professional!!I would highly recommend Access Medical in Newcastle!

I want to give you the best possible report I can, of which you are very well deserving.1st thing I can say is I felt like the only patient there. In fact, Im quite sure I was.There wasNoinconvince what so ever.I called 1st and was instructed to come in right away, but call before coming in.I barely waited at all for triage.What really impressed me was I was treated like a real person with a real name. I liked that the Tran PAC, My Hanh referred to me as Thom instead of the traditional Mr. Weeks. Again it made me feel like I was being treated as a person and not just a diagnosis and billing number.I was treated with compassion and urgency.My Hanh made checking in at St. Anthonys ER, a quick and easy process. I was wheeled into my exam room immediately.Within minutes I was being wheeled in for a CT Scan.From there, I received intravenous medication and released very shortly thereafter.Pick up my scripts a pharmacy. Also a pleasant expierence, which included lemon drops to stimulate my salvia gland.When I got home and settled in, my phone rang. It was Tran PAC, My Hanh following up to see how I was doing.Everyone showed so much compassion. Access Medical was recommended to me. I am grateful.Before today, I was not a fan of going to doctors.Everyone, especially My Hanh really made me feel better even before I was prescribed actual medication.I will not forget my expierence and be sure to tell everyone I know.Thank You for everything.Thom WeeksP.S. I am recovering very well, the swelling and pain has gone down significantly.

I got lucky and was the only person there so there wasn’t but a 3 minute wait for paperwork. But the staff was very professional, nice, and willing to help and answer all questions.

Very easy to set an appointment. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The only down side was that I waited over an hour to be seen even after setting an appointment. I hope they can get that fixed.

The “doctors” have no idea what they are doing, charged $165 for an office visit when my 73 year old mother has the flu and the didn’t do any examinations, and wouldn’t prescribe any medications that she needed that her insurance would cover. There’s a reason no one is ever in the parking lot and that Asian doctor has no idea what she is doing. Avoid this joke of a place, better off going to the emergency room.

I couldn’t see my primary Doc for several weeks, and I needed to be seen. Everyone at the Newcastle Clinic was professional, friendly, and I have to say I was treated better, and more thoroughly examined, than my regular physicians office! Thank you all so much!

I was a mess from a simple but painful ear infection and they were great got me in at the last minute (because of the pain I wasn’t able to sleep) on a Sunday night and took care of the infection. FYI I was able to get 7 hours of sleep that night.

I hadn’t been to this Access in a while, and I was pleasantly surprised! The nurses, staff, and doctor were very kind! Didn’t want to rush us out or make us feel unwanted. A breath of fresh air during this hard season!
