Change your name from Christiana care to Christiana doesn’t care. Even after leaving voicemail..100 phone calls no response. You telling please allow 24 hours to respond it been 144 hours since I left a voicemail. No call back..no scheduling an appointment. Nothing just listen to voicemail and delete it. Why don’t you guys just shut your phone line..one of the worst experience ever!! Better stand by to your name rather than showing fake advertisements.

Dr.Jean is amazing 🤩 the care and attention she gives to her patients is top notch. My mom was so nervous about starting therapy and after speaking with Dr.Jean my mom was at ease knowing she had the support from her medical team and was not just a number. Dr.Jean and her staff followed up to make sure everything went well and even months afterwards to help with the next steps in my moms recovery.I am so grateful and thankful for this team for how calm and patient they were with my mom as she went through a difficult time.Our family would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Jean’s team. The delicate care and attention to detail is incredible. Thank you 🙏🏽

It takes forever!! I got there around 7:30pm and just got a doctor to see me around 10pm and tere were no patients there, nobody!! Its such a disrespect and contraction that this ob/gyn unit is called emergency. How can an emergency room sees you only 2 hours after your check in? This is insane!

For a cancer center, the receptionist was surprisingly rude. I had called to get some input on the next steps I needed to make, since I’m new to this, and she rudely said “if you weren’t referred here then I can’t help you”. Needless to say I won’t call there again, even though I was referred to one later that day. Empathy makes a huge impact when you are talking to people who just received some of the worst news of their lives.
