My experience at RAD has been nothing short of amazing. The support system there is unmatched. They are so quick to respond and that always put me at ease, knowing they will get back to me right away on any questions I have. While I didn’t use RAD’s help to conceive, the support I received from the team was incredible. My only wish is that I could stay with them throughout my whole pregnancy journey because they are SO GOOD!Thank you so much for making baby dreams come true!

I received great care while at RADfertility! The whole staff is wonderful. They’re pleasant when you walk in. They make you feel welcomed at every appointment. RAD was the second fertility clinic my husband and I came to. Upon meeting Dr Feinberg I felt confident they were the clinic for us. The process moved along so smoothly and we were communicated with each step of the way. Everyone at the practice was patient and helpful. There were miscommunications along the way (to be expected) but RAD worked with me to make plan B happen and followed up to make sure I got the information or script I needed. They were very responsive on the patient portal. Every in person appointment I had was pleasant and positive.

My husband and I started our journey with RAD Fertility in October 2023 and just “graduated” at 11 weeks pregnant today! We had no idea what our fertility journey would entail or how long the process would take. Each step along the way, we always felt well-informed and unbelievably supported by our doctor, the nurses, and all staff at RAD. I cannot describe the staff as anything but absolute angels. Through the highs and lows of fertility treatments, I always knew I was receiving the best care. My questions were always answered promptly, my nerves were regularly calmed by understanding and data to support their decisions. The RAD staff became an extension of our family as we start our own family.There is nothing that could have prepared me for how difficult IVF is. I just feel incredibly blessed that we chose RAD Fertility for our treatment. I wouldn’t change a single thing. If God decided that we will need IVF to expand our family, and we will return to RAD excitedly!

RAD is such an amazing group of kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable professionals who are dedicated to walking through your fertility journey with you. They do an incredible job of listening to you and also explaining things in a way that’s easy to understand (fertility is complicated!). We felt so cared for there by everyone we interacted with and couldn’t recommend RAD enough!

We had a wonderful experience at RAD. They made our baby dreams come true after 3 years of infertility and heartache. They always responded promptly to my questions or concerns via the patient portal, and they keep appointments efficient and on task. I especially loved their offering of first trimester monitoring during which we had an ultrasound every week. These special memories of seeing our baby grow week to week are irreplaceable.

We had a great experience with RAD. All the staff we encountered during our IVF journey were so kind, caring, and compassionate. Due to me having severe stage IV endometriosis, we had to do IVF to create our family, and I’m so glad we chose RAD! We just had our second little miracle, so we now have a 2 year old boy, and a 3 week old baby girl. We are so thankful for the beautiful gifts that RAD has helped give us. I came to RADfertility after a less than ideal experience at a different fertility clinic that felt like a factory. From my first contact with the intake staff member, I knew I made the right choice. Every person who works at RAD is responsive, kind, and patient. I felt as though my concerns were taken seriously and my questions were always answered. Dr. Lee and the team of wonderful nurses helped me through a devastating miscarriage with a transferred embryo from my old clinic and gave me the courage to try an egg retrieval. I did not end up having that egg retrieval at RAD as I miraculously conceived unassisted shortly thereafter. Nevertheless, the team at RAD monitored me through my first trimester and provided tremendous emotional support for me during a very anxious time. My healthy son was born 12 days ago and I can’t imagine my journey without the support of RADfertility.

We had a great experience with RAD. The entire group was fantastic and I felt like they listened and were receptive when I had concerns. We came in early in our fertility journey due to initial concerns that my OB had and ended up going through IVF. RAD explained the process and set expectations clearly. We ended up having a successful retrieval and I got pregnant on my second transfer and just recently gave birth to my daughter.

RAD helped us grow our family! Even with odds against us we have a healthy baby boy. After having cancer they didnt think it would be possible to conceive, RAD made it possible! They were kind and helpful, explained everything and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process.

10/10 will do it again! They helped my husband and I have a happy healthy rainbow baby ❤️🥰 after 3 years trying, medicines procedures miscarriages we went with RAD and within 6 months we got our positive. Love RAD love the team love everything even after delivering they stay in contact and even sent gifts. If anyone is on the fence, don’t be!

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Radfertility! Not only did their expertise help me have my son, but they are all the nicest and most supportive people. They were with me every step of the way and continue to celebrate the birth of Nolan along with me!

RADFertility was with us through infertility issues caused by a genetic disease. After diagnosing this, we started with IVF. The RAD team was there every step of the way with us and became like family. Never did we feel like we didn’t have a huge support system behind us. And now, with all that RAD did, we have our sweet baby boy. We couldn’t be more thankful to RAD for making our miracle happen.

Dr. McGuirk is AMAZING. She’s very knowledgeable and down to earth. She takes the time to explain everything and never leaves any question unanswered. Easy to talk to and express my concerns. She’s extremely caring and sympathetic toward my endometriosis journey.

Rad Fertility is awesome!!! The staff is amazing and they make you feel that you’re not alone going through your fertility journey. They keep you informed on what’s going on etc. I totally recommend them if and when you are looking to grow your family. 🐝🐝🐝

Rad was the 4th fertility clinic we had sought out (only because we moved several times for my husbands job) While I did have success with my first round of IVF in another state (my 6 yr old is amazing ) all 3 clinics diagnosed me as unexplained infertility....for 5 yrs following the birth of our son there was no rhyme or reason, just repeated fail or miscarriage....until Rad. Dr McGuirk has changed our life! She knew there was something going on, and turns out there was, asymptomatic endo (which btw is fixable) and 3months after my lap surgery which detected it, I became pregnant via IVF transfer with our 2nd son who is 2 weeks old. I am so greatful to Rad, I am thankful we never gave up and while the wait was hard, it seems like nothing now that our son is here. A big shout out to Dr Schillings who did my successful transfer & to Gina in the office who helped me more than she knows every step of this journey.

The best office and care that one could hope for on this journey! I can’t speak to fertility treatments but as a member of the RAD family for several years and a few pregnancies I couldn’t ask for more the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Great communication, I always felt heard and was always sad when we “graduated” and no longer could see the office and caregivers further. They are there for the good times and bad. I will always have nothing but great things to say about RAD!

I am forever grateful to the staff at RAD Fertility. Since my first appointment, every staff member I have come across has been kind, understanding, supportive and genuinely invested in patient care. My husband and I went to RAD for 3 years to get answers to our infertility. When I was diagnosed with PCOS and Endometriosis the staff was supportive in ensuring I understood my diagnoses and treatment plans. When it came time to try IUIs and IVF they were available every step of the way to answer questions. When our IUIs failed and our first 2 transfers failed, the staff was able to express their condolences and empathize with our experience. When it became time to go to our second cycle of IVF the staff were supportive and knowledgeable to try a different medication protocol to hopefully yield different results. Sure enough after our second cycle and 1 st transfer we became pregnant. The staff at RAD were excited to see us for ultrasounds and excited to see us graduate. Hands down RAD Fertility staff made me feel like part of a family for these 3 years and when we are ready to try again we will be back. ❤️

From the moment I had my first consultation to the moment I “graduated” from their care, RAD has been nothing short of amazing.My fertility journey started back in 2019 when I married my darling husband. We were older in age (38) and knew we needed to get started right away.We tried for 2 years, and fell pregnant the old fashioned way in 2021. We were elated! Sadly we lost that baby to trisomy 15 at 8.2 weeks. We were devastated. That is when RAD came in.Like all the other clinics we met with, they were informative, and gave me odds. I already knew them bc I was now 40. Unlike the other clinics, they were able to schedule me for my first appointments in a timely manner.My coordinator, Amy, has been an angel. She put up with all my crazy questions and walked me through the process with ease.All the nurses have been warm and reassuring. And the doctors have been gracious and kind.My cycle yielded two euploid embryos, but sadly we lost them both. However…I fell pregnant naturally in Feb. 2024! RAD, without hesitation, took me on again and has held my hand through the first trimester! There were no questions or concerns, just a “we need to see you ASAP!”We graduated from their care in May 2024, and are 12 weeks pregnant. This is what made their care stand out!Their communication is always available - the portal was my best friend.The nurses, PAs, nurse assistants were ALL amazing and kind. Each appointment (from baseline to stims to retrieval to transfer to loss care to…finally prenatal care) was very personal and informative.IVF didn’t work for us - and we don’t blame the doctors, our protocols or the care - bc we knew it was going to be hard…but if we didn’t have this journey, we don’t know if we would be where we are today.

The RADfertility team and Dr. McGuirk are the dream team when it comes to fertility care. From the front desk, assistants, schedulers, patient care coordinators, surgery coordinator, and doctor... everything was perfect. Everyone on their team is there to help and be your advocate. Ive felt welcome and cared for every step of the way. Their online portal is extremely user friendly, and keeps everything organized. Dr. McGuirk was a amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and capable, and equally calming and caring. Her bedside manner is what youd wish for. Id give 100 stars if it was possible.

We sought out the help of Rad in May of 2023 and they were nothing short of amazing. Every step of the way we felt heard and supported. After experiencing a loss they helped ease all our fears. We have now welcomed our rainbow baby and couldnt be more grateful for Rad and the help they offered in our journey.

My husband and I are eternally grateful for the assistance and support we received from the RAD team. Out fertility journey has been such an amazing experience and we owe it to the RAD team. We welcomed our new baby boy on 12/19/23 and could not have done it without the assistance from RAD. After a year of not conceiving on our own, we made an appointment with RADfertility and within 5 months I was finally pregnant! I had an absolutely amazing experience here. This was the second fertility clinic I went to and I am so glad I made the switch. RAD is fantastic! They work with you to develop a plan that is best for you. Unlike with other fertility clinics they care about you and it shows in every visit. They look at your overall health to increase your chances. They found problems with my uterus that another clinic overlooked. We are forever grateful for our miracle baby after 7 years of infertility. We have 1 embryo left and feel positive that we could have a chance at another positive pregnancy with such a great team behind us.

RAD is family and I will never stop recommending these amazing people. The second I talked to Dr. Neithardt I felt understood she heard me, and gave me the choose of what to do. I wasnt pushed and I wasnt just a number. Every appointment I felt like meeting friends the whole team is just absolutely amazing. They are always there for you no matter what. The hard and the good times. Infertility is hard, IVF is hard but they made it a little less scary and hard. I remember the appointments after my failed FET and how everyone was there, listend and took the time to see what I needed to feel better. I also remember the day I got the call where I was told that I was pregnant after such a long time and the Nurse on the phone screamed with me out of happiness and gave me the time to cry before she continued to talk. I remember the day I got in for my very first Ultrasound with our miracle how scared I was, everyone in the room was hyping me up, holding me hand as we took the first look. I remember every moment with RAD and I would never recommend anyone else but them. RAD became family, and this family gave us our miracle baby girl that we prayed so hard for. If youre looking for a Team that cares about you, about your family then RAD is your Team because they will be by your side through absolutely everything!And if you are not sure if they respect your wishes let me tell you they do, because as crazy as it sounds I refused anesthesia because I was absolutely terrified and they did exact as I wished. No anesthesia for me during egg retrieval haha call me crazy!

We started with Rad back in 2017 on our Journey to become parents. I had my first embryo transfer November 2023 and found out I was pregnant on December 5,2023. My husband and I are over the moon knowing after everything we’ve been through on our journey we’re pregnant . I am so thankful for my experience at RAD fertility. From day one the staff was kind and caring and became like family through my whole journey. Words cannot adequately express the gratitude I have for my RAD family. They were the ones who helped us successfully have a healthy baby. From the initial consult and my first in office visit, I knew I chose the right place. Going through IVF was quite the process and journey, but I always felt supported by the staff at RAD. The entire team (IVF coordinators, front office, RNs, MAs, ultrasonographers, phlebotomists, etc) was always warm and welcoming. Even after leaving their care, they still checked in on me during and post pregnancy. They are truly the best staff and facility in the area and highly recommend them.

Rad Fertility will always have a special place in my heart ! From day one they took great care of me and my husband on our fertility journey! From the staff to the doctors , everyone is amazing and everything is super clean ! Always made us feel welcomed , super informative and the communication through the portal and phone calls were amazing ! Anytime I had a worry, they were right there to help! I cried leaving for the last time after graduating , was really a bitter sweet moment ! They made building our family easy and fun. I cannot recommend them enough and we will be back for baby number 2!

After struggling with secondary infertility- my husband and I were referred to RAD.Immediately we were welcomed with open arms by each and every staff member. We were listened to, heard & treated so kindly.We now have a 5 month old all thanks to the RAD staff members, who we now consider to be our second family!There are not enough positive words to describe just how amazing this practice is!

I highly recommend RAD for anyone in need of assistance with fertility. The staff is absolutely amazing! Every time I called, messaged, or spoke to a staff member, I felt like I was their number 1 priority. I never felt like a number or “just another patient” to them. The love and compassion they have for what they do truly shines through in their superb patient care. They comforted me in times of heartache and trouble. RAD is amazing! If it wasn’t for them I would have never been able to have my second child. The get found out what was wrong right away and quickly tended to it. The doctors and team are amazing, and they will forever be apart of my family!

RAD changed my life. From the very beginning, from the organization, empathy, professionalism, encouragement, honesty, everything was spot on. The entire staff is incredible!! From the receptionists, check in ladies, nurses, medical assistants, nurse practitioners,physician assistants, ultrasound techs, lab staff, embryo staff, patient coordinators and the fertility Doctors, everyone was a joy and pleasure to work with!! This was by far not an easy journey, however after 2 years, we got our miracle baby boy and I would do it all over again. RAD gave my husband and I our dream come true, a family. RAD will continually be in our hearts. We are eternally grateful. They are truly the best!! I recommend them to everyone struggling with fertility difficulties. I am so grateful for all of the staff at RAD who helped me through my journey to have my first baby. They were extremely compassionate through all communication and timely answering messages through the patient portal. The only hurdle I encountered with RAD was that it was hard to get ahold of staff on the phone. I am forever grateful for the team at RAD helping me through my journey as I’m writing this and holding my 2 month old!

I can’t express enough gratitude and love that I have for RAD! Not only have they helped my husband and I have a beautiful rainbow baby, but they have also helped my brother and sister on their individual journeys as well! From the day I reached out to well after graduating from RAD I have felt the compassion they have for everyone who walks through their doors. Infertility is hard, everyone’s journeys are different and with every journey there are highs and lows. RAD was right by my side answering ALL of my million questions or concerns I had. They are knowledgeable, prompt, compassionate, caring and family. When I was unsure or scared they would listen and make me feel comfortable and better about the whole situation. When there were happy moments RAD was right beside cheering me on! EVERY staff member I encountered was so sweet and helpful. My husband and I plan on using RAD in the future to help our family continue to grow!

The entire team at RADfertility is absolutely amazing! I was nervous embarking on my IUI journey but everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable. My questions were always answered and I was kept informed every step of the way! We started off not knowing what to expect and ended up with our 1st IUI being a success! I was super skeptical at first being 39 at the time but our miracle baby is now almost 4 months old and I can’t thank RAD enough! I owe everything to the knowledge and care of the entire staff as it’s truly a team effort and every person matters! I’m a BEE-liever for life!

Working with RAD was a very positive experience! We had been to a different fertility clinic and were disappointed with the care received. I had heard a lot of good things about RAD from others on a FB group, specifically Dr. Neithardt (no longer with RAD unfortunately- but the other doctors have been wonderful too). We reached out and had a positive experience from the beginning. The office staff was organized and responsive, as well as friendly and helpful. The nurses and doctors were also very helpful- patient with answering questions and always got back to us quickly. As we went through our journey, there were a few hiccups (specifically with my insurance changing) and everyone at RAD was so helpful in navigating that- including the billing department. RAD made the whole journey easier!My husband and I welcomed a beautiful baby girl this past May and would never have had the opportunity to create our little family without the help of RAD. We are forever grateful to them for all they did to make this happen. After seeing many doctors and dealing with many office staffs and other medical professionals, having a team that supports you as a human being first and foremost is hard to find. RAD always met this bar and went above and beyond. When I became pregnant and graduated from their care, they celebrated with us and added our story to their board. They gave us an adorable gift for the baby. When I shared about her birth, they sent us a sweet handwritten card of congratulations. If you are going through fertility struggles, I strongly recommend consulting with RAD!!

Just when we were about to lose all hope, the team at RAD continued to stay positive for us and 5 years later, we are now pregnant with our baby boy!! Thank you thank you thank you for everything!

I can’t express my love for RAD Fertility! From the moment I had my first appointment with them, I just knew it felt right. I went to another fertility doctor before them and they did not compare to the amount of love, compassion, hope and knowledge that RAD has. Although our journey took a little under two years, we always felt comfortable enough to trust RAD with making our dreams of a family come true. From the receptionist, to the embryologist, to the nurses and the doctors, they were all kind and understanding throughout the entire journey. The worst part about RAD was leaving after our graduation of success. We had to find an obgyn to take their place however we always knew that no one could ever compare. Although we had to leave RAD, they have stayed apart of our journey since then. I keep saying I wish I could have continued my whole pregnancy with RAD. Even if your not sure if your ready to start your journey today, I would save their contact for the future! You won’t be disappointed!

Its hard to find a fertility practice to trust wholeheartedly but RADfertility is a dream come true. To have had the support weve had over the years and the determination from not only the doctors, clinicians, and nurses but each and every employee is something you can only dream of. Were so lucky to be graduating with not only our baby boy but with amazing new friends welcoming us back anytime.

RAD is absolutely wonderful. They are caring and attentive and incredibly supportive. Their staff, nurses and physicians are compassionate and make you feel at ease during times of stress and anxiety. They also have an in office lab to make frequent blood work all the more convenient. I could not say anymore great things about RAD and the staff at RAD! My wife and I went through our fertility/IVF journey with them and they literally became like family to us! I started with Rad in Dec 2020. I went through one cycle of IVF. My Transfer date was July 2021. I gave birth to a healthy, handsome baby boy on April 1, 2022. I had the best experience with Rad. I was a patient of Dr. Mitchell and she was amazing. Even though I had no clue what to expect in the beginning, the team members at Rad made the process really easy and understandable. Everyone was so kind and encouraging. Truthfully, I had separation anxiety when it was time for me to graduate from Rad and start going to my OB/GYN. My son is 7 months now and the team members at Rad still check in on us. They have been a life saver for my husband and I during our fertility journey. I give Rad at 10/10 and I will be going back for future transfers. Thank you Rad for everything.

Every nurse, doctor and staff member I came in contact with during my experience was amazing. Everyone was so supportive during a very hard time. They were always there to answer questions, make me feel seen and heard during my appointments. & most of all gave me my beautiful little girl. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience & I’m so greatful for all of them.

Awful experience, do not trust RAD if you are older or dont have a straightforward infertility issue. I have more trauma from the mishandling of my care after investing &30k+ to try to start a family than I do from the unfortunate outcome. While I can say the staff was nice, it doesnt change the lack of attention. I was offered “discount donor eggs” to try again as an apology which was still $20k+. It’s hard to know so many couple that have been cared for properly and successfully with DIRM since my experience, but that is not who I was referred to and I should have done my homework. The GYN office that suggested RAD said they no longer refer them after the stories they have heard. It’s hard to live every day with the guilt and shame of being misled and trusting a facility only trying to get as many girls in each of their rounds as they can.

We are so grateful to RAD for helping us grow our family and bring us our healthy, happy baby in November 2021. Every staff member Ive interacted with at RAD is compassionate, energetic, and genuinely makes you feel like family. We are so happy we chose RAD and would highly recommend them to anyone with questions or needing help in growing their family.

RAD was very supportive through my infertility/IVF journey, and helped my husband and I extend our family via IVF. I can appreciate how they made the process so easy for us, was always available to answer my questions, and even put up with me sometimes being super impatient with my cycles. I had a timeline and they tried their very best to make sure it was accommodated to the best of their ability and I can appreciate that. After I had my baby, they reached out to check in on me and the baby. The nurses were there for me through the hard parts of this journey, and literally held my hand through it. Dr. McGuirk changed my life after performing my surgery for my endometriosis. I can never thank her enough for giving me my life back, pain free. Dr. Feinberg was very attentive to my needs/concerns with IVF, and truly individualized my care. Dr. Overall I am very happy with the care I received from RAD and will continue to work with them to extend my family again.

The medical team at RAD is one of a kind. Not only did they help us complete our family, but they handled us with complete compassion throughout our fertility journey. They are incredibly competent and up to date on the latest procedures and standards- and although our process may have been slower than friend’s at different clinics, our success rate was higher bc there were no stones left unturned; our pocketbook and emotions were so thankful for that! I cannot thank RAD fertility enough for the amazing care they have provided to myself and my growing family. We struggled with infertility and after Dr McGirks advice and skilled surgical hands we conceived our IVF miracle. A few months after giving birth we were supposed to find out we were pregnant again! RAD truly worked miracles for us and they continue to be an amazing support system for us even after having both babies. The true passion, love, and dedication the whole team shows is nothing short of AMAZING.

RAD was absolutely amazing from start to finish and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for help with family planning. Dr. Neithardt and the team were extremely professional, personable and compassionate. I never felt like just another number throughout the entire process. We experienced excitement from finally getting pregnant, to devastation when we learned there was no longer a heartbeat, then cautious optimism when we became pregnant again and finally relief, gratefulness, and an overflow of joy when we were able to hold our baby boy. Through it all the RAD team made us feel seen and heard and we can’t thank them enough for not one but our now two little blessings.

My experience at RAD was nothing short of amazing! My decision to be a single mom by choice was something I wanted, but was also afraid of. Having had a miscarriage a few years prior, I was uncertain if becoming a mom was possible. Other factors such as my medical history, age, and weight were also concerns I had. However, once I became a patient at RAD, I felt so supported and cared for that my hope quickly began to build. The doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and staff all had two things in common, expertise and a caring heart. Everyone always took the time to answer my questions and reassure my when I had doubts or when I was scared. While it is a beautiful journey, it is not an easy one, and for some it is much harder. However, everyone at RAD has an understanding of that, which is what makes them the best! I am now blessed with two beautiful, twin girls. There is no other fertility practice I would go to.

Great experience from beginning to the end. So personable and treated us as people and not a number. After 7 failed IVF transfers with a different infertility clinic...my best friend offered to be our gestational carrier. We transferred to RAD Fertility. We got pregnant and I am now literally looking at our one month old son sleeping. I could not say enough positive things about our experience with RAD. Thank you!!

For 10 years my husband and I had been trying to start our family. And year after year - cycle after cycle we would get a BFN!!We consulted my OB and after some cycles of clomid and timed intercourse with no luck, he referred us to a reproductive endocrinologist.In 2018, we found that my tubes were blocked and that IVF would be our best option. It was a little daunting - the amount of appointments, the meds, the needles! But, out of that we have 5 embryos!! Unfortunately, we had 3 failed FET cycles. One ended in miscarriage at 9 weeks. We were devastated.We decided to take time off from trying and figured if it wasn’t meant to be - we were ok with that. But I knew deep in my heart - I wanted a family.Fast forward to 2022 - I’d taken care of some health related issues and we decided to try RAD. I felt the doctor was eager to help me achieve my goal and even custom tailored my treatment. Which I felt the other place was too uniform - everyone got the same care. I didn’t have a bad experience- it just didn’t work for me.We were able to freeze 4 embryos and have them genetically tested that all came back normal!!August of 2022 we transferred our first embryo - 2 weeks later RAD confirmed I was pregnant!! I was over the moon and of course very very scared. Every appointment I held my breath until they confirmed a heartbeat - when we got to 9 weeks I braced myself for the same thing that happened the last time. But, they confirmed a heartbeat.Each week up until I graduated the nurses, techs, the front desk ladies all made me feel so welcomed. They were my cheerleaders. It was sad when I had to leave them.April of 2023 we welcomed our baby boy at 7:57am he weighed 7lbs 7oz. He’s the perfect baby and I owe it all to the amazing people at RAD!!Do not hesitate to consult with the amazing doctors at RAD. The Rad family was helpful in my journey to becoming a mother. The nurses were all helpful and caring throughout my 3 ivf cycles and during my miscarriage. The ultrasound specialist were detailed when explaining each session. Although I eventually conceived naturally, I don’t think I would have been successful without having my polyps removed initially in February 2020. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for fertility help.

The RAD team has completely changed my life in so many ways! Dr. McGuirk is a godsend when it comes to endometriosis management, and Rhonda and Ashley K are rockstars! But seriously, every person on staff is super knowledgeable and super kind. I will forever recommend RAD.

First appointment I had with Dr. Mcguirk, I cried HAPPY tears!Someone was FINALLY listening to me regarding my struggle with endometriosis, and actually knew enough about the condition to help.Every staff member I have come in contact with, has been extremely kind, friendly, helpful and compassionate. Which really means a lot when dealing with life-altering symptoms.The RAD patient portals are extremely convenient, as I can message my patient care coordinator (and other available staff) directly. I get return messages in a timely manner, and they are more than willing to answer any questions I have.I was without hope, until I found RAD. No question about it, their incredible treatment of me as a patient AND as a human being saved my life!I have dealt with so much frustration in the past, between other incompetent doctors, and difficulty getting meds approved by my insurance company. The stress of it all was making me feel worse!I am so grateful to have RAD in my corner, they handle everything so well, and will fight so that you get the treatment and care you deserve.

RAD fertility is AMAZING!! From the very beginning we really liked all of the reviews on RAD, and how their website explained so much. After our first appointment, EVERYONE was so nice, the receptionists, the nurses, assistants and doctors so we decided that’s definitely where we wanted to go. Even the lab techs were so nice, I have pretty bad anxiety and they ALWAYS made me feel at ease getting blood drawn so often and talked me through everything. We really couldn’t have done any of this without RAD. There multiple options for fertility specialists near us, we actually live closer to Baltimore but I’m SO glad we chose RAD. I would do it again in a heartbeat, and have already recommended friends! We were blessed to get pregnant on our first IUI! RAD also is not too expensive, most fertility clinics can be pricey and they were very reasonable! I am so thankful for everyone there, for helping me start my beautiful family.

RAD helped me and my husband on our journey to parenthood. We had a diagnosis of “unexplained infertility” and we decided to do IVF to have the best odds of getting pregnant. We were able to get pregnant with the first embryo transfer for both our daughter and son. The staff at RAD is truly amazing and are some of the most respectful, kind-hearted people you will ever meet. I was always seen very quickly, and treated like a person, not “just another patient.” They love getting updates and hearing about your journey and your growing family. They really are a second family to me and I will be forever grateful for everything they have done.

This practice is the epitome of patient centered care delivered with empathy, passion, and clarity. When it was finally time for that first ultrasound after the news of being pregnant, the PA was wonderful and essentially held my hand as it felt like forever before that heartbeat. Each week the team seamlessly provided care in those initial stages. I was both happy and sad to “graduate”, but RAD offered support and kept in touch through my pregnancy and after through the patient portal. I couldn’t recommend them more!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with RAD. We had difficulties conceiving which led us to RAD. We saw Dr. Feinberg who was very warm, caring, and compassionate. Each staff member we dealt with were kind and welcoming. Within a few months at RAD, necessary testing was completed and we conceived our first child who is now born. Thanks to RADs we were able to fulfill our dream of being parents!

I absolutely loved my experience at RAD. The amount of care I received exceeded my expectations. For the first 12 weeks of my pregnancy they monitored the baby via ultrasound and made sure I had the right prenatal vitamins due to first trimester symptoms. They helped me along with reassuring advice and support. To be honest, I wish I could continue to see them through out my pregnancy. I just feel like I got more support from the amazing RAD staff than my regular OB. All in all, I would definitely recommend RAD to anyone having trouble conceiving.

RAD fertility is great. The staff are so polite and compassionate. They make sure you are comfortable and taken well care off. I had a terrible 1st trimester and was there for regular ultrasounds till the 12week of my pregnancy. They were always on top of things and made sure I dont lose the baby. I was sad to graduate from RAD.

My first visit today was awesome the doctor was very concerned about my needs and my cares and they wanted to get straight to the point of helping me to produce a baby in the future looking forward to develop my future baby with them in the future

Amazing experience with RAD! We had two embryo transfers about a year and a half apart and they both worked, we have two beautiful babies! My husband & I are still in the beginning phase of our journey but I just had to come here & leave this for all to see. If you are considering a fertility clinic in the state of Delaware this is the place to be. Since day one all of the office staff has been amazing. Ms. Merkel has been extremely helpful and efficient with the enrollment process and just getting started. Dr. Gingold was extremely thorough during our appointment and also gave me the opportunity to finish all I had to say and never made me feel rushed. The ladies in the lab are super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. The front desk staff is very friendly. Yesterday I went in for a small procedure which turned out to be a lot to handle. Ms. Rhonda White performed this procedure along with Ms. Davis by her side. They explained every step of the way and were very comforting. I’d also really like to shoutout Ms. Anne for coming in and providing amazing bedside manner to both myself and my husband LOL. I don’t have the words really but these women were just all so amazing and I’m so grateful to have had them in that room. This journey is tough & can put a lot on you mentally and physically. I can’t imagine doing any of this with anyone else. Though I’ve highlighted some of the amazing staff I genuinely believe this ENTIRE practice is just a blessing. Infertility and Ivf treatments are terrifying. And feel so unnatural. So far from what is supposed to occur naturally. And if you get to arrive at one of the clinics for treatment, youve probablly already been through hell. whether youve lost multiple pregnancies or have been trying and trying with no success. I found myself at just 27 years old in that very place. Scared out of my mind and looking in all the places for answers. Luckily i was hopeful enough to keep pushing through. And I am so glad i did. Writing this review I lovingly hold my son. Whom, without the help and care of RAD fertility would not have been possible. The nurses, staff, doctors and specialists are so wonderful, compassionate and informative. Infertility is a difficult path to find yourself on but luckily the people at RAD exist to help you along the way.

RAD was so awesome to us through our time with them. We were kind of sad for our graduation day when we hit 12 weeks and didnt get to see them every week. Infertility is tough. You will have you ups and downs. Me and my husband had been trying to over 5 years to have a child of our own. RAD never gave up on us, through our journey. Dont get me wrong i was getting frustrated with all the doctors visits but its the process you have to go through. We went through all the tests and accouple surgeries two rounds of IUI and once my insurance decided to cover IVF in January 2022 we started that process. We were successful and got pregnant April 2022 and had our son January 2023. If it wasnt for RAD i wouldnt have my son! I thank them for that!

Outstanding medical care! I have 3 sweet little girls, all of which are here because of Reproductive Associates. I will forever be grateful for their help in making these babies possible. The organization, attention and compassion that they showed for all three of my fertility experiences was wonderful! Due to the frequency of appointments that IVF requires, I really got to know the wonderful staff. I loved my experience with RAD so much, that after I had moved away, I tried a few other clinics and ended up traveling back to Delaware for my third baby. They even helped make the IVF monitoring from out of town as painless as possible. I would recommend them to anybody.

RAD is such an amazing place! So thankful for the wonderful Dr’s and nurses. Dr. Neithardt and Rhonda were such a blessing. They helped us to start our family and offered so much support during our time at RAD. I can’t recommend this group enough. We were in Military at the time and chose to go to NJ for our next duty station after DE so we could still use the group.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with RAD Fertility. We had been trying for over a year to start a family when we decided to consult a reproductive specialist. It wasn’t the easiest process and definitely stressful at times but all the providers, nurses, phlebotomists, and all the staff in the office were nothing short of warm and welcoming and went out of their way to help reduce our anxiety. While every individual experience is different, I would recommend anyone to them for help in reaching their dreams of starting a family. We cannot say enough positive things about the RAD Fertility family!

While I only had a telehealth consultation with this practice, my one experience was not good. I did not appreciate the assumptions that the doctor I saw made about me based only on my height and weight. Do not assume that I am not active because of those numbers. Do not assume that I am in bad health because of those numbers. Maybe meet me in person and take some other vitals before making those assumptions?

We went to RAD after a chemical pregnancy in 2019. They helped us discuss our options and all of the nurses and doctors we had were super helpful and understanding of all the questions and concerns we had. We went through a couple procedures with them and ended up convincing naturally about 7 months later. Even though we conceived naturally they still saw us every week through the first trimester to make sure everything was being done to make sure our pregnancy was healthy and successful. The only drawback for me was our “patient coordinator” - she was not very responsive and somewhat rude in occasions, but that wouldn’t stop me from going back in the future. All in all they helped us through a very frustrating/concerning time and I’d recommend them to anyone needing some help in their fertility journey.

RAD fertility is a place of miracles! Miracles and a little bit of science (well a lot of science) but is a place that has my heart!The medical staff is not only compassionate and caring, but warm, friendly and also completely professional, respectful and candid as well. I appreciated my time there so much and the bedside manner they provide; while giving you realistic visions and expectations of what’s to come is immeasurable. They helped to guide me through the entire process (even when I wasn’t the most patient and feeling overwhelmed). They possess the amazing ability to be not only medical staff, but also therapist and friend as well, and know the trials and tribulations that can come with the fertility journey. Once you leave their facility it is a bittersweet moment because you have become family; they have helped you create the most beautiful gift and I will always be so grateful and appreciative of the time I spent there.

I feel so lucky to have found RAD. I tried two other clinics before this one and was almost turned off to the whole thing but I expanded my search and found RAD. I drive an hour each way to go to them but I don’t regret a thing. They are so caring and so professional. Every time I message them they respond quickly. They also took the time to really figure out what was wrong. The other clinics threw up their hands, said “I don’t know” and pushed me to try IVF.

The staff at RAD was so excellent. Through all of my tests and procedures and questions... everyone was very patient and helpful. Id recommend this practice in a heartbeat! I ended up getting pregnant naturally and didnt need the treatments, but we had a plan and the doctor (Bachman) was excellent and explained everything so clearly to me. See them if you need fertility help!

RAD was our third fertility specialist group in our infertility journey (after working with my regular OB/GYN in the beginning), and they were far superior to the other groups in every way. From listening fully to my story and concerns, to fully explaining every decision and recommendation, to being considerate of my personal preferences and challenges, to tailoring my entire protocol to my specific situation and goals, they were wonderful to work with. I will need help with any future pregnancies, and look forward to working with them again.

I first saw Dr.Neithardt in 2018. We had to postpone our treatment for a year and when I was ready again it was the 2020 pandemic year. So around that time the appointments were cancelled. When we tried to restart our treatments in 2021, the person we have to deal with to schedule the appointments was super rude and compassion less. Also they kill you with forms before you can see the doctor. Because of these issues I started seeing a reproductive endocrinologist is New York. We now drive close to three hours for doctor visits but filling the forms, communication with the nurse and the front desk is breeze. Really liked Dr.Neithardt. but the rude people I have dealt with for scheduling and their endless paperwork made me not choose RAD.

Dr. Feinberg and the staff at RAD were amazing, kind, helpful, empathetic, supportive, all the most important things one needs while going through this journey. Also… I’m 42 and have my miracle babies (twins). Thank you RAD!

Best blessing in the entire world.The process of undergoing fertility treatments is very scary and confusing, but the staff at RAD was very helpful and reassuring every step of the way. Dr. Neithardt is amazing, she has such a sweet personality and she explains everything to you. Makes you feel very special to her as a patient and that means a lot. As well as all of the other physicians, PA’s, nurses, and phlebotomy staff that got to stick me for my blood all the darn time (lol!!) Every single needle stick was worth it and I’d do it all again x10. Even the front desk staff was awesome. Greeted with a smile every visit.

My husband and I went to RAD for our initial appointment in January, 2018. We were full of questions, concerns and anxiety; the Doctor was compassionate yet factual and took the time to walk us through the process and what we should expect at our advanced reproductive ages. We also met staff who walked us through the costs and what to expect via different options. We went home, did what was recommended and returned in the Spring to start our procedures. While we DID have to make some difficult choices along the way, my husband and I kept our hearts in check and listened carefully to the information provided along the way. We are THRILLED to currently be 18 1/2 weeks pregnant with our son and a due date in Summer, 2019! We cannot thank RAD enough for their professionalism, compassion and never-ending desire to answer every question we asked. THANK YOU!

I have been a RAD patient since 2015! I have had 4 frozen embryos transfer. 3 of these resulted in pre term labor or miscarriages due to my incompetent cervix something I found out after I had after 2 losses and with a vaginal cerclage placed with my third pregnancy it still did not work.I got pregnant spontaneously in 2020 and had an abdominal cerclage placed which resulted in a successful pregnancy and birth of my first living child.In 2022 when I decided to grow my family, I came back to RAD and had another frozen embryo transfer this time with my abdominal cerclage in place I was able to carry to term and had my second baby in January 2023. I am so grateful to RAD and all their medical and non medical staff! I got treated with kindness and the best care. I will always be grateful to you all for helping me add to my family. Who knows I may want to add another in the future. :)

My husband and I struggled to conceive for over a year. We turned to RAD to help our dream of having a child. We found the doctors and staff to be caring, compassionate, and informative. After 6 months of treatments we were able to conceive. We now have a beautiful little girl thanks to the help of RAD.

I wish I could give a positive review, but my experience was not a positive one. I filled out the interest form for an appointment and was called by one of the receptionists. She told me I wouldnt be able to be seen because my BMI is too high. For someone who already can not conceive on their own, and who has had weight problems all their life, this was devastating to say the least. My partner is trans, therefore we cannot conceive a child without the help of a fertility specialist. It saddens me that they make judgments solely based on BMI alone, because I am actually very healthy. All I have ever wanted to be was a mom, and RAD refused to help me achieve that, I am now a patient at DIRM, and have been treated so kindly, and they have not once mentioned anything about BMI. My advice is check out DIRM first, your experience will be so much better.

I wish I could give RADfertility 100 stars! Our journey started with them in 2014 at the recommendation of my OB/GYN when we struggled to get pregnant. After speaking with the doctors and staff, followed by some testing I was given a diagnosis and we started on a plan to conceive. In the fall of 2015, we had our first round of IVF and the following May, we had our healthy baby girl. When my job transferred us to North Carolina in 2018, I was extremely sad to think of giving up the amazing doctors, nurses and staff at RADfertility. We decided to leave our remaining frozen embryos with RADfertility until we figured out where we would be going next. I kept in touch with my IVF coordinator and when I asked for a recommendation for a doctor in NC, she told me that RADfertility worked with out-of-state patients. I was beside myself with glee! They worked with me and our schedule to make it work. I had monitoring done locally and traveled back to DE for my frozen embryo transfer - only our second round of IVF. Thanksgiving Day of 2019, I took a pregnancy test and confirmed what my body already knew: I was pregnant with our second child. (Little did I know Id be pregnant and deliver during a pandemic!) August of 2020 brought us our second healthy baby, a son. RADfertility helped my husband and I complete our dream of having a family. They are second to none when it comes to the care and compassion needed for a fertility journey. We cannot speak highly enough!

We were unable to have a baby after trying for over a year. RAD was able to find the problem and help us move forward. Do not expect to get pregnant overnight (until it actually happens lol), but after 7-8 cycles, we got our little miracle baby! They also follow you through your first trimester to make sure the baby is developing normally, which is a big weight off your shoulders when you were struggling to conceive in the first place. He is almost 1 month old as of this review!

My husband and I were seeking treatment at a fertility clinic in MD for the past several years and had a successful cycle back in 2018. So we didnt think twice when we decided to try again. However, we were unaware of the road that lay ahead with covid. We had 2 cycles both of which that ended in miscarriages in 2020, the first 6 weeks second 12 weeks. I notified them and have never heard back. After dealing with the loss and wanting to try again, we knew that we were NOT going to give any more money or time to the large fertility clinic we used in the past. I searched and found RAD in Oct. 2020, which was the best decision we could have made. We did do one cycle with my own eggs which was unsuccessful, but Dr. Mitchell didnt lose hope for us. She suggested that we may want to consider using donor eggs, and I never knew that was an option, but with our past cycles and the our ages that it may be a great option for us. I never thought my husband would agree as for we were paying for everything out of pocket, bc we didnt have insurance to cover it. After giving him a moment to process what we were told he agreed and we moved forward. Well, we called RAD back and said that we wanted to move forward with donor eggs. Well needless to say it was the best decision we could have made bc in March 2022 we welcomed a baby girl to our family after only 1 cycle. Everyone from start to finish were amazing, and continue to be even after the birth. We cant thank them enough for helping us complete our family! Thank you all so much!

As an LGBT couple Reproductive Associates of Delaware took the best care of both me and my husband while we were in their care. They were gentle and understanding with a staff that goes above and beyond their jobs. The staff all knows you by name and greets you with a smile when you walk in. I cant thank them enough for helping us have the chance of starting our family. 10/10 would recommend to any and all looking for reproductive health care.

Without RAD we wouldn’t have had our daughter. Dr. Bachman and all of the staff took our concerns and questions seriously and always made us feel like we had their undivided attention. They get back to you within minutes by email via the portal. Highly recommend.

I contacted them to schedule a new patient appointment. First the woman who called me to schedule was so distant and lacked compassion. Not the right person to assist with women who are in a vulnerable space. She appeared annoyed and robotic just wanting to get through the call and was likely working from home with loud dog barking in the background. Next, after having to answer a serious of questions which I felt would have been more professional and appropriate if asked during an appointment I was told that I would not be given any test results regarding my fertility without the SMA from my husband. Now I know that I cant be the only woman who has a reluctant partner they need to work up to this. I feel as a woman on a quest for answers to infertility and not to mention health plan benefits that cover testing shouldnt be denied test results due to a hesitant partner. Now I understand making this necessary before exploring treatment options, but to deny the woman test results is a bit much. So if I were single and infertile would I be denied the right to know what was going on with my body? Or if partner never wants to know whats going on with their body should I be denied the opportunity to know whats going on with mine? Needless to say I did not book an appointment. I called another practice and had a completely opposite experience. Just to think I almost allowed just this one phone call to discourage my efforts.

We are really fortunate to have found Reproductive Associates of Delaware. Our doctor, Dr. Adrienne Neithard never gave up on us. She is such a wonderful lady and her smile always gave us the ray of hope we were just looking for. The clinicians team treated me with great care and patience and played a key role in our success. I highly recommend Reproductive Associates to anyone facing challenges to conceive.

Every step of our journey was tailored to us. We were treated so respectfully, every detail was ckearly explained, and we felt so comfortable. Robin Wright was a Godsend and inspiring. I highly recommend this place. I literally cried when my weekly appointments were done and I graduated to a regular OB. Could have been hormones... haha.

Dr. Feinbergs wasnt much to our liking, so we saw Drs. Bachman & Neithardt for our care instead. Both of those ladies took extremely great care of us. The staff was very attentive and were really helpful at walking us through the clinical trial we participated in. We lucked out and got pregnant on the first try! Our baby girl just arrived at the end of January and we are so in love with her. I would recommend any of the physicians other than Dr. Feinberg, but thats just our experience. Others may like his demeanor, we just didnt.
