Absolutely wonderful staff who have made me feel so important! I honestly feel attached to them because of how kind they have always treated me! It’s an all women’s clinic and every single member of the staff are sweet and welcoming. Dr Ulrich and Dr Wells are amazing, honest and truly care about their patients. I love Audubon!

My wife and I appreciate all the staff and their level of care. We have had bad experiences with IUIs at other clinics but Dr. Wells is a pro. Our HSG was so easy, pain free, and quick. Would highly recommend them to anyone going through this journey.

Audubon Fertility has been the best fertility clinic I’ve worked with. My hometown clinic in Lafayette is wonderful, but I chose Audubon for special reasons and it has been a blessing from day one. Audubon’s staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, and responsive. Their communications through the patient portal are extremely quick and informative. Dr. Wells and Dr. Ulrich are outstanding physicians in the field of reproductive medicine. If you don’t believe me, just look up their credentials. They keep appointments on time without making the patient feel rushed, and I feel heard and understood by each of them. They take the time to provide the best possible care to each patient. And their professionalism shows through Audubon’s considerate, educated, and well-trained staff. Through the emotional highs and lows that are inevitable in fertility treatment, Drs. Wells and Ulrich have always treated me with dignity and compassion, while providing research-based options to guide my journey. No question is too small for them. People sometimes complain about pricing but out-of-pocket fertility care is simply expensive. I am so glad to have found Audubon and worked with them these last several months. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

A couple of years ago I got a HSG test done at this place. Back then I really didn’t know any better and didn’t advocate for myself. But Dr. Wells had a resident perform the HSG test on me. The resident said that he couldn’t get the dye in and that the catheter kept popping out. Dr. Wells proceeded to tell me that both of my tubes were blocked and the only option to conceive is through IVF. Well I got a second opinion about 2 weeks ago and both of my tubes are OPEN with no blockage. To be honest I don’t think they were ever blocked. I feel like the resident didn’t know what he was doing and Dr. Wells should have assisted but she didn’t. I left that appt feeling really down and upset because I was told that both of my tubes were blocked. It’s has been years of depression and sadness thinking that I had to get IVF which is very expensive. She didn’t tell me what kind of blockage it was or nothing. All I’m going to say is advocate for yourself and get a second opinion Always.

When calling Audubon Fertility for the first time, the front desk staff were rude and said they were too busy to take my patient information and would call me back, but I never received a call. I called again a few days later, and the front desk staff were again rude and claimed they were too busy. They said they would return my call soon, they only did so after 4-5 hours.I paid a $50 refundable deposit to schedule an appointment but next day decided not to proceed with their services. I called the next day to request my deposit back and was told they would mail a check. After a week, when I had not received the check, I called and was told by the manager that it wasn’t in the accounting system but that she would process it and mail it. Another week passed, and when I called again, I was told the manager was at lunch and would return my call, but I never received a call back.

Dr. Wells and her team are the best out there!!! After switching to Audubon Fertility from another clinic, we knew as soon as we walked in it was going to be completely different. Dr. Wells did such an amazing job listening and making us feel at ease with every decision. We will forever be grateful for this place and our sweet miracle baby!

Everything about this office is a blessing. I wanted a baby boy for 11 years. After my husband and I selected this office we were blessed with our baby boy. He is extremely smart. We have videos of him saying our name at 2 months. Saying I love you and giving hand shakes and daps. So fun, we also have videos of this wild exciting moment. He is spoiled and adored by us all. Dr. Wells and staff are an incredible team! Sensitive to our needs, honest about the direction we should take (which was hard to digest, at first). Almost 2 years after walking into Audubon Fertility I gave birth to our twins. They really are miracle makers. Infertility is a tough journey. This is the perfect group to travel that path with you.

I am extremely grateful for Dr. Wells and her entire staff. They helped to make my IVF journey a positive, easy and comfortable experience. Audubon was the second clinic we visited and I wish we would have gone there first. Everyone on staff, from the doctors to the nurses to the front desk, was so kind and patient. The two main things that stood out to me in comparison with the first clinic we tried were the prompt response time and the face-to-face time with the doctors. If I had any questions, I could message them on the portal and theyd respond within the day. At each monitoring appointment, I met with Dr. Ulrich or Dr. Wells personally and they explained the next steps to me and answered any questions I had. At our previous clinic, we only saw the doctor at our initial consult and all other contact was with the nurses.We chose to do IVF and we were successful on our first transfer. We will be welcoming a baby boy in just a couple months and it would not have been possible without the incredible care we received at Audubon Fertility.

Great service and very nice people. Nurses and doctors are very knowledgeable. My appointment was in the morning but due to busy schedule and I dont wanna drive around New Orleans so I decided to just let my husband drive and drop me off for my IUI treatment. The front desk girl was so nice she let me stay for couple hours until my husband arrive. Its not just doing the treatment that is giving me anxiety they make there patients feel at home and comfortable. 10 out of 10 if you are looking for a fertility doctors I recommend you to see audubon fertility clinic they are5 star on services. Our adventure has started late 2021 when we decided to consult with Dr. Ulrich. After 2 eggs retrievals and 2 embryo transfers, we got pregnant. Today, we are the lucky parents of a beautiful little girl born on July 2023. We want to deeply thank everyone at Audubon fertility; from the office of associates, to the all the nurses and both our Doctors. The full team was awesome with us and we are so thankful for the key part they plaid in our journey.

Dr. Wells and her team were, and still are, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and fully invested in our care and having a positive outcome. They made sure we always knew and understood every step and procedure and were empathetic to our situation. They treated us like family and we felt so comfortable being there. The environment and offices are calming and very clean. I have actually already recommended Dr. Wells to a friend, and she loves Dr. Wells as well!

Dr. Wells and nurse Debbie were absolutely amazing. We never felt like a number at Audubon Fertility. They were always compassionate. The care was outstanding and successful. And our questions were always answered promptly and thoroughly. If I had a question, I knew who to reach out to and that I would get an answer fast. Audubon Fertility has been an answered prayer for our family. At arguably the most emotionally difficult time in our lives, we felt supported and cared for by the entire staff. The nursing team are the best group of ladies; always acting as a shoulder to cry on, answering my numerous questions and celebrating good news with us. Both Dr Wells and Dr Ulrich were patient and kind and mapped out a care plan based on my individual needs. Even lab draws were were a breeze with the amazing lab techs and their great conversation! We now have a precious baby girl and are eternally grateful to the entire Audubon Fertility team.

Dr. Wells and her staff (especially Debbie) were great. Our process was smooth and efficient. Dr. Wells recommended a fertility plan that she believed would give us the highest success rate and it did!! Now we have a beautiful baby boy (and 3 frozen siblings). We did have a few issues with being billed for something already paid for in our package, but they were fast to help resolve the issues. I could not recommend Audubon Fertility enough. They were wonderful.

My experience with Audubon Fertility has been amazing. Dealing with the concerns of infertility is not easy, but Dr. Ulrich and all the ladies who work here have always been so welcoming and comforting. Audubon fertility has been great to us. Infertility is one of the hardest things to go through. Ive always felt so comfortable there and truly felt like they cared about my journey just as much as me and that makes this process so much easier. I can’t recommend a better place. From the moment we walked in the door everyone was so kind. And I do mean everyone! From the front desk, nurses, doctors to the finances everyone made me feel welcomed and wanted. I wasted 5 years at a different fertility clinic where the staff was rude, messed up the plan and treated me like a number. This wasn’t the case with Audubon. Even if Audubon wasn’t successful with my treatment, I would still recommend them! I did two rounds of IUI with them and then switched to IVF. I never felt pressured and was supported with all of my decisions. I had many questions and the staff was always patient and understanding. They also always worked with my busy schedule to fit me in. Thank you Audubon for being different!

Just before transitioning to Audubon Fertility from my first OB, I had a series of unfortunate luck. I had lost all confidence in myself and was utterly lost. Unfortunately, while in the care of my first OB, I was often told “it’s very common” and scooted out of the door. As an early childhood educator, I’ve spent the last ten years of my life studying the impact empathy and validation/support can provide to children during times of crisis. As an adult, the same is true. My very first visit with Dr. Ulrich was a sit down discussion regarding my history and simply put, how I was doing at that time. I was in utter shock as I had never spoken with a physician this way. I’m a realist. I understand Dr. Ulrich has many other patients, from all walks of life. With that said, Dr. Ulrich made an effort each visit to create a personal connection with both myself and my husband. Dr. Ulrich, as well as all Audubon staff members, were positive throughout our experience but never gave false hope. The fact is…infertility is crushing and painful on all levels. It’s expensive with no guarantee. BUT! If you’re going to go down a pathway to better your chances of starting/expanding a family, Audubon is the best. From the staff at the front desk to Alexa to Morgan to Mandy to Taylor to the amazing phlebotomist, it’s the best care I’ve ever received. It was worth it all and some.

Dr. Wells and her team are amazing! The fertility journey can be trying at times and Dr Wells entire team, from the receptionists to the doctors, are willing to help in any way the can and encourage you along the way.Dr. Wells will work as best she can to get you results. Thank you Audubon!Spoiler alert: We have two beautiful boys, all thanks to Audubon Fertility.After about 15 months of struggling with fertility, including several failed Clomid treatments with my OB/gyn, my husband and I were told we needed to seek treatment at a fertility clinic if we wanted a family. It felt like such defeat — I had failed as a woman. Nonetheless, we made the call to Audubon, and we’ve never made a better decision. It still wasn’t easy. But Dr. Wells and her team wouldn’t give up (even when I was ready to do so) until they figured out a way to get us pregnant. Now we have two beautiful and amazing boys. We cannot imagine our lives without them. If you’re at all considering fertility treatment, pick up the phone now and give Audubon Fertility a call.

I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Wells and my experience at Audubon Fertility. They gave me the gift of my beautiful, perfect little boy from our very first embryo transfer. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.UPDATE: 2 for 2! I now have TWO incredible children--from only two embryo transfers--all thanks to Dr. Wells and her team. Throughout the entire IVF process, Dr. Wells was cautious when she needed to be but also aggressive when she needed to be. Her instincts were consistently spot on. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr.Wells and her team at Audubon. I went to Audubon after an unpleasant experience at another fertility practice. The team at Audubon were so supportive and warm throughout my fertility journey. I never had to wait long for appointments and I always felt encouraged by the doctors and nurses. My husband and I had the most amazing experience at Audubon Fertility. Dr. Wells was present for every one of our appointments and the staff was available through the app to answer questions in between appointments. The app was so helpful in keep everything organized from test results to medication plans. Our IVF Coordinator, Debbie, was super encouraging and answered our 10 million questions! (Thank you Debbie!!) We highly recommend this clinic for your fertility journey. They are personable, empathetic, and of course highly knowledgeable and experienced in the clinical side of fertility. We had such a positive experience from day one.

Audubon Fertility provided us with a wonderful experience through our IVF journey. The nurses made every visit very comfortable. The doctors take their time to answer any and all questions and talk through all possible options with various treatments and procedures. I believe our care team was truly the reason we were successful in our second try and will be welcoming a baby girl in May!

No one wants to be told that they have fertility issues. However, Im grateful to have been able to be seen by Dr. Wells, Dr Urlich and their staff team. They are ALL so sweet and never once made me feel unwelcome or inadequate. They explained things in detail and always made sure my husband and I were comfortable. I don’t even know where to start… Audubon & the staff there have been beyond amazing to us. If it weren’t for them, we wouldn’t have our amazing children.We are from Baton Rouge & we started our infertility journey with Audubon back in 2018. We were referred by my OB after having a horrible experience with our local Baton Rouge fertility clinic (in short, the dr there called me a needle phobe & just wanted to cut to “deal with” my blocked tubes by removing them). We scheduled a new patient meeting with Dr. Wells & the clinic worked with us to set up the meeting as a virtual visit so that we didn’t have to drive an hour an a half (one way) to the clinic. We were so thankful for this service.After the new patient visit, it was determined that we needed additional testing to get ready for IVF. That included bloodwork & a repeat HSG. I previously had an HSG at the Baton Rouge clinic & it showed that my tubes were blocked. The repeat HSG showed the same and Dr. Wells recommended surgery before continuing with IVF, BUT the goal for her was that it would be an exploratory surgery to visually check my tubes and only take them out if they truly were blocked since it’s possible for HSG tests to be wrong.During the surgery my tubes were found to be just fine & Dr. Wells didn’t just deliver that news to us, but she celebrated with us & was truly happy for us. I also want to note that because I’m not good with needles I requested that the blood that they needed for my labs be drawn during my surgery so that I didn’t have to stress about that too and they were happy to accommodate my request.We proceeded with getting ready for the egg retrieval and all the drugs/injections involved with that. The staff was amazing at teaching us how to do the injections and calmed my fears. They were caring and took time to listen when I had concerns & they didn’t make light of my fears, which was a big deal for me.After the retrieval, the staff was with us every step of the way through the terrifying 5 day wait to see how many viable embryos we would have. They made sure we knew what to expect and they updated us DAILY on the progress of our embryos. They were good at answering questions about the embryo grading and making sure we understood what it all meant.In 2019 we had our FIRST embryo transfer (our son),In 2021 we had our SECOND embryo transfer (our daughter),And just recently in December (2022) we had our THIRD embryo transfer (baby to be…).After each embryo transfer the clinic has wanted 2 blood tests to confirm pregnancy & each time they accommodated us being so far from the clinic. They sent us lab orders so we could have the testing done at our local labcorp instead of having to make the long drive to the clinic. We’ve appreciated this service so much.Our insurance doesn’t cover anything Fertility related. We knew that before we got started and Audubon was very clear with what their costs & fees were before we got started. Whenever they could, like after the HSG & my surgery, they submitted claims to our insurance to help us save money since they could use non-fertility related codes on those services to get the insurance to cover the cost. They also helped us find savings with our progesterone & estrogen, which were partially covered under our insurance if we got them through a pharmacy. They also wrote a special prescription for me to get smaller needles so that my injections weren’t as painful.Each time we have used Audubon over the years, the staff has been so good to us. They listen, they’ve made special accommodations, they’ve celebrated with us, they truly care and they love what they do. They are extremely knowledgeable and they stay up to date on training and research, which we’ve noticed over our years using their facility.We can’t thank them enough for helping us to build the family that we’ve longed for. Special thanks to Dr. Wells, Dr. Ulrich, Tori, Jamie (from 2019) & staff.

Staff is great and they all go above & beyond to make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Had a great experience with my IVF cycle & Dr Wells. 10/10 recommend to all of our friends & family seeking fertility treatment.

Dr. Wells, Dr. Ulrich, NP Morgan, and the staff that supports them are all absolutely wonderful. We owe this clinic everything, as they have blessed up with one beautiful child and another on the way. We have had zero miscarriages with them, zero chemical pregnancies, and zero failed cycles. We had ONE IVF cycle that resulted in a live birth and now ONE IUI cycle that has resulted in an extremely healthy pregnancy with just 10 short days to go until we have another live birth. I have heard several horror stories of other clinics and the challenges others have faced, and we never experienced any of that with this team. It also should be noted that we are an LGBTQ+ family, and have felt very comfortable, heard, and understood throughout our entire treatment there. They have always treated us like family. They know my son by name and love when we bring him with us to appointments/to visit. I could not recommend this team or this clinic enough.

Infertility is such a delicate matter filled with frustration and high emotions. Dr Wells and her staff truly understand that this goes far beyond science and medicine. It is about creating/growing a family. We are eternally grateful to Audubon and cant recommend them enough!

I cant say enough wonderful things about the staff and facility at Audubon Fertility. I was lucky enough to have 2 babies via IVF and while the process can be overwhelming I always felt so comfortable and the staff always greeted me by name and I felt they genuinely cared about my husband and Is journey. Highly recommend!

They cant figure out how to bill insurance or Kindbody benefits so they send out outrageous high bills so not worth going to. They also send bills for medicines that were never purchased.Also they cant figure out how to get an answer on if a PGT genetic screen can be done on certain gene mutations after months of waiting.

This is an excellent clinic. I’m a former patient of Dr Wells, and I came to her after a poor experience with another clinic who struggled with communication and organization. The IVF process is stressful, time sensitive, and detailed. The team at Audubon did an excellent job of walking my husband and I through the process to make it as painless as possible. Everyone on staff was kind and attentive. I don’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone in Nola seeking fertility treatment.

We did treatments for two embyro transfers. Dr. Wells made sure we understood the procedures and likely hood of success. The clinic was great about discussing all treatment options with us once we were diagnosed with cause of infertility. Clinic staff always returned calls, and were helpful making sure that everything was in line to get medications/procedures covered

We absolutely loved our experience at Audobon Fertility! Everyone is so welcoming and caring. They work together to make sure communication between patient and doctor is so easy. Dr. Ulrich and Nurse Practitioner Morgan were so invested in helping us through the process. Everything is so conveniently located next door to the clinic (A surgery center & a lab for bloodwork) We were always quickly and on time. They answered all the questions and concerns. My wife and I are super happy we chose Audobon and I was lucky enough to get pregnant on the first try.

I went to Audubon after a friend suggested them over the clinic in our hometown. I was impressed with them from the minute we walked in the door. There was virtually no wait, Dr. Wells reviewed my prior history and procedures and suggested that we start with IVF. I had already had unsuccessful IUIs and I am older(fertility speaking). I always felt like every staff member treated us with respect and encouraged us the entire way. They were honest about outcomes and pricing and we had a very realistic idea of what the entire process was going to cost us. I got pregnant after my first round of IVF and gave birth to the greatest blessing of my life. We were so pleased with the clinic, nurses and doctors at Audubon that we went back for our second and are currently expecting No. 2! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wells, Jamie, Toni, really all of the staff from the girls at the front desk to the lab, everyone is incredibly kind and really helped keep us optimistic. You can tell that they really care about what they do and want the best outcome for their patients. These ladies are miracle workers. You will not regret the decision to go to Audubon Fertility.

We would be lying if we said we loved the clinic (who loves infertility right?!?) but we do love the staff and the care we received from the clinic. We felt well cared for. We did treatments that included medications, injections, and IUIs to list a few. We had some losses, but are forever grateful for our baby girl. Every day we watch her grow… I’m so thankful for the life of motherhood the clinic helped achieve. They don’t forget about you when you graduate either. We had a natural pregnancy occur years later. I was scared because my regular OB couldn’t see me for a few weeks. I called the clinic and they had appointments for the same day. They truly care for you and your baby’s wellbeing physically and mentally.

Audubon Fertility is centrally located and offers advanced fertility care. Other fertility centers that may have well known names, will not offer the same personalized approach that you would find with Dr. Wells and her staff.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. Dr. Wells and the staff walk you through all of the steps with compassion and love. Infertility and loss is hard. With three miscarriages and a diagnosis of PCOS, I came to this clinic with hope and now I am the mother of boy/girl twins because of this place! The staff here are like family. They were just as excited as I was to hear those two beautiful words “YOURE PREGANT”!

Even through the roughest parts of our journey, the staff here has been amazing. Dr. Wells and Jamie have been supportive and optimistic about all of our treatments and were honest and clear about the obstacles we encountered. It took three years of hard work, but it paid off and we are greatly appreciative of the staff at Audubon.

Dr Wells and the staff at Audubon are wonderful! Shes a young, smart, thorough Dr and has a very caring demeanor. Ive been able to email and call her directly throughout this process. The nurses are some of the nicest people Ive ever met; Debbie graciously responds to my inane emails promptly and even on the weekends! Jamie and everyone Ive encountered address me by name and make me feel completely comfortable.The office is lovely; the waiting area is decorated beautifully, there is a coffee/herbal tea/water station and current magazines (New Yorker, Glamour, etc) which helps this place not feel like a medical facility when you first walk in.The finance manager was also very nice. We paid for our IVF and PGS out-of-pocket, but there are TONS of financing options for the procedures and the medications, and even savings opportunities for cash-paying customers. (We got some pretty significant discounts on our medications, which was great.)For IVF, my procedures were right next door at Vivere Surgery Center. SUPER convenient and, again, the nurses and anesthesiologist there are incredibly nice and professional. You can really tell these folks love what they do. Even my husband (whos a total guy) feels completely at ease there and actually enjoys visiting with Dr Wells.Lastly, and most importantly, Dr Wells knows what shes doing. The medication protocol she prescribed resulted in 20+ eggs being retrieved and fertilized. And because they offer PGS testing (not all clinics do) we know exactly which embryos are healthy and viable and even know the genders! We had our first frozen embryo transferred recently and we couldnt be happier.Sorry for the long review but a place this important deserves more than just a star rating. Best of luck to you!

I would say, like in any private healthcare facility, remember to advocate for yourself. I tend to faint while giving blood which I of course did during my initial labs. I started to feel ill and asked for a trash can. The woman said she couldn’t let me use the small trashcan in the room and needed to find something appropriate for me. By the time she found a vessel good enough for my vomit, I threw up all over myself in my mask. I was supposed to have my financial consult that day which I would’ve been absolutely fine and happy to do after cleaning myself up a bit. They told me in a strange white woman infantilizing way that I should go home and rest so I never ended up getting my financial consult. Do not skip the consult! It’s during this they will explain to you what appointments are part of your fertility package and what are “extra.” I don’t understand why anything would be separate since I definitely would’ve never called a fertility clinic if it wasn’t for… fertility services. The doctor I met with that day also asked me in the middle of the nurse’s station if I was “really up for the process” since I fainted. I do understand that was coming from a place of concern but it felt a bit insulting considering the stakes of fertility treatment. She had an overall strange bedside manner throughout. Let me know that I would be tested for HIV but that, “Don’t worry, we do it for everyone.” I’d go ahead and suggest to never tell a patient anything that insinuates they’re not just being tested because they seem like they’d be HIV+ but that’s just me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯My partner who is a physician had to repeatedly tell me throughout the process that they are simply providing a service. They have the burgers, we do not. That said, Dr. Wells is great. Also shout out to Nurse G who is the world’s best phlebotomist! Never fainted with her once!

Dr Wells and her staff are the absolute best. They are there for you through thick and thin. They celebrate with you during victories and are a shoulder to cry on when needed. They really care.

Maybe its wrong to give them 1 star, but they have taken THOUSANDS of dollars from one of my best friends and now my sister and yet I have seen ZERO results, and 100% heartache. I have heard HORROR stories about Dr. ( *rhymes with yells) . My best friend is not brave enough to write this, but I will. She cashed her 401k to spend here to get pregnant and has NOTHING to show for it. Nothing!All of their ex clients went to ther fertility institute and had great success. No, I dont work for the fertility institute, I am out on every playground in Metaire with my son and ALL of the moms talk about the fertility institute and their initial horror experience with Dr. Yells. This is 100% first hand feedback.

I called as a new patient trying to make an appt I’m self pay and was willing to pay whatever I needed to pay out of pocket since me and my fiancé been trying to conceive for more than a year now. The earliest appt was for August and they required a 50$ deposit when I asked if that date wouldn’t of workout and I had to cancel or reschedule they said it’s not refundable so I said I would of have to wait to schedule because from now to August I wasn’t sure if my school schedule would work, the person who was scheduling me just went on and hanged up without even saying anything else just super rude ! My fiancé is a physician and also thought that she was extremely rude, we won’t be trying to come here and I’m glad I didn’t pay no 200$ consult. Infertility is already extremely stressful to be stressing with people at a clinic who can’t have no compassion and are extremely rude it make people already uncomfortable to even want to come back !!! I will not schedule here again !!

So, Ive called the office and spoke to the office manager, Ive also emailed Dr Wells to no avail. The office manager pretty much gaslighted me by stating what Dr Juneau MEANT to say although this office manager was not in our fertility meeting. We were told my blood work was covered after I told them my insurance did not cover fertility or my husband and the Dr INSISTED IT DID, also the office manager had the nerve to tell me how corporate insurances does cover fertility. I am an independent contractor paying for insurance out of pocket, so thanks that is NOT what we are talking about. Also, nothing was ever done about our tactless meeting with Dr Juneau who really just made me feel completely old and hopeless. I have been disputing a surprising $3000 in blood work for my husband it was for 6 tests. I was told that it would be covered and if not, only a few hundred dollars The fact that NO ONE has even tried to clear this up proves its a scam and or they really dont care. The generic statement by the office manager in regards to this issue, is a cop out. Its for your eyes to read so they look like they care. STAY FAR AWAY! I sincerely regret going there... Read my past statements for more details... We were told something WAY different. We could have had an IUI at the cost of this blood work and consult (BTW, they never reported to my insurance that they received $200. from me for a consult AND the billed my insurance! My insurance company told me they knew because they called them that day, yet the Dr told us to begin that day.BEWARE!!!!!!! There are other places to seek help. I am again confident in my fertility but NOT because of these hustlers! I am NOT letting this go because WE WERE LIED TO and ROBBED.

This was my beacon of hope. I don’t need to go into detail about how difficult infertility is. We arrived and paid $157. for a 45min consultation and let me tell you, I left crying in the car for hours and felt completely old and discouraged! I am 38 and I know there is still hope but NOT with these hustlers!We met with Dr Juneau who is adorably pregnant and in her 20’s and that’s all fine and everything but all she did was draw us upside pictures of our chances of becoming pregnant. Emphasizing that if I were 28 it’d be the best time and literally went on for 15 min about how great it is to be pregnant at 28, let’s talk about the present time where I am 10 years older...She asked if we want to begin by doing bloodwork, she made it very clear that my private health insurance covers bloodwork, she said my husband also needs bloodwork and I explained that he is not on my plan yet (his green card was in the mail) she 100% insisted that he was covered because we are married. She said, “even if he’s not covered, it’s only a few hundred in tests.” My insurance did not cover it and we have been billed in total nearly $3,000. for MINE and my husband’s bloodwork. Now I have to dispute with insurance companies and these crooks etc.Go to another country and get IVF. It’s much cheaper. You can have a month vacation and IVF in luxury for what they want to charge. It’s really sick how people play on such emotions that infertility can bring. I really dislike these salesmen doctors.

Could not be more grateful for Audubon fertility

Lack of clear communication through and through, do not waste your time with this facility as they will say one thing and ask for another. They also advertise themselves as LGBTQ+ friendly and that seems a dubious claim at best, almost everyone I spoke to seemed flabbergasted by having to deal with a trans person. Train your staff when you implement a “LGBTQ friendly” service to make more money and do better so you don’t cause undue distress to future clients out of ignorance and greed.

Everyone here is so nice. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Would recommend any one seeking fertility assistance to contact this group.

We had a wonderful experience at Audubon Fertility. It was literally a life changing experience that well be forever grateful for.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My daughter has had the worst experience ever with them and she tried to leave her own review here but it keeps getting filtering it out! I wonder why??? Please do NOT use this clinic!

Clean, beautiful, welcoming, friendly, warm, and kind space and staff. Very short wait to be seen, and all staff were extremely courteous. Highly recommend :)

All of the ladies who work here are amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Wells - she is great and very personable and straight forward.
