Finally a Western medicine clinic that embraces a more natural approach! I had my first visit here today and Im happy to give this place 5 stars. Dr. Caldwell is very kind, passionate, and takes her time with you. The staff was equally as great. I look forward to returning and recommending this office to other women.

This clinic is nothing more than a farce meant to prevent individuals from seeking out abortion services. The sole purpose of this place is to manipulate any who go there to not consider all their options during pregnancy. Although they provide basic services the moral sermons given the staff cause more headaches than happiness and you will likely find that any option apart from giving birth be discussed in a tone of moral outcry. I would encourage any person looking for services to instead head next door to the planned parenthood.

After a visit today with my daughter, I experienced a beautiful relationship between a young woman and her doctor! Dr Caldwell is truly focused on the dignity of woman and is attentive to the patients needs not only physical but a whole being form of care. Excellent place to go and such a beautiful building! It felt like the days when doctors took time with their patients instead of rushing off. And Easy off street parking in uptown!

This is a pro-life facility whose primary aim is to convince pregnant patients not to have abortions. To do this, they lie, mislead, and emotionally manipulate the people who come seeking help with their pregnancies. If you want comprehensive physical and mental healthcare during your pregnancy, regardless of whether you plan to have an abortion, you should absolutely go elsewhere (for example, to the Planned Parenthood right next door).

Best visit I have EVER had with a doctor in my life! I have never had nurses and doctors be so focused on helping me- they spent over an hour with me, truly listening to my concerns with my own reproductive health. Love how Dr. Caldwell is helping me figure out the underlying cause of many issues and want to help bring my body to be fully and completely healthy. I would recommend this clinic to any and all women hands down! :)Update: not only did this clinic help me in the diagnosis and treatment of severe hormonal imbalances, Endometriosis, and several other fertility issues, but we are also expecting thanks to Dr. Caldwell’s help and continued care.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I absolutely had to share how amazing this place and their staff is. Very clean, professional, and calming. Everyone is super nice form the moment you walk in. Even before that when you call! They’re such a pleasure. It’s a smooth process and they actually care about YOU. It’s more than just getting a pregnancy test or whatever your reason for going is. They make sure you feel welcome and no one is judging you! I’d recommend them to anyone in the New Orleans area.

Absolutely loved my experience! Dr. Caldwell spent extra time really getting to know me. She asked how my husband and I met, wanted to see wedding pictures, and really just want above and beyond asking about my families medical history and listening to my needs and concerns. Such a joyful and helpful staff!

WNLC offers an immediate feeling of warmth, security, and safety due to not only the caring staff and warm/relaxing environment but also the professional and compassionate counselors...who make you feel truly cared for, not only physically and emotionally, but even financially. Dr. Susan Caldwell, too, is the perfect physician at so many levels, and she also comes board-certified. Shes amazing. I cant imagine any woman not feeling immediate and utter relief upon walking in the door, and sometimes waking in the door is the hardest step, but here you will be so glad you did. Highly recommend. Pro woman, pro health, in mind AND body.

It was a surprised pregnancy and didnt know what to do so I contacted this center. I was afraid at first but When I met Elizabeth, the counselor, she put me at ease and talked to me. I went there twice already and every visit was excellent from counseling to getting an ultrasound. Now I have an obgyne to check on me, thanks to their referral. I am extremely grateful to every staff at Womans new life center.

When I first found out I was pregnant, I was shocked. I had a really hard time accepting it. Going to Hope womens clinic gave me the clarity I needed. They gave me the gift of an Ultrasound and I spoke to a great counselor, free of charge. Their guidance helped me make a life changing decision!

Fantastic option for womens health!! Dr. Caldwell is great and really listens to me and my concerns. I also have appointments with one of the nurses, Melissa, for monitoring my cycles. She is fabulous and the information we gather goes to Dr. Caldwell as well! Definitely a thorough and caring approach to healthcare.

Wonderful, safe place for women to come when they find themselves in crisis. They are always honest and stop to listen to what you have to say. They walk with you in your journey and want the best for the Woman. The Women that work here truly are some of the greatest people Ive ever met.

It is true, this practice does not and will not prescribe contraceptives. Instead Dr. Caldwell and her staff offer women much more. With love and care they offer us the chance to take charge of our reproductive wellness. They offer us the knowledge of what contraceptives ACTUALLY are doing to our bodies which no other practice offers. And because of that I give them 5 stars and a standing ovation. They are taking a stand for us and our health!

So I found out that I was pregnant after 16 years of my first pregnancy. I went in there in shock, confused and a bit scared because I am almost 40. I read all the horror stories about pregnancy after age 35 and how most babies come out with defects. I just wanted answers to calm my nerves. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with so much kindness from all the ladies there. I was put at ease and educated on whatever fears I had. These women are definitely Heaven sent and I appreciate the patience and care they had with me. Simply AMAZING STAFF!!!

Hope Womans Clinic is what I would call truly authentic health care for women. The staff is very welcoming and personal and take time with each patient. They also incorporate the latest scientific breakthroughs in womens health into their practice. Whether you are in need of a primary care physician or gynecologist, I highly recommend then!

Im so happy I found Hope Womens Clinic, I actually feel there is HOPE dealing with getting my health back where it needs to be! Dr.Caldwell has been a huge gift in my health journey. She is caring, intelligent, and able to develop a plan to allow you to thrive as a healthy women. I would highly recommend her and her wonderful staff to anyone and everyone!

I just called to schedule my first appointment here and wanted to share the experience. I am in my 50s and not in the child-bearing years, but refuse to go to a MD who promotes abortion and artificial birth control. So I thought I would try Dr. Caldwell. Thankfully, she provides the full range of womens medical care, even for those of us who are older. So I am scheduled for my annual exam and PAP test and couldnt be happier knowing I dont have to walk into an office that has birth control plastered all over the walls.And by the way, all of those fake reviews that say this place is not a real medical center . . . not sure what genius decided to ask them to write reviews, but an M.D. is a medical doctor. Womans New Life Center has an actual M.D. and nurses on staff. The bogus reviews are obviously an attempt to discredit someone who is pro life.Thank God there are pro life doctors!!!!

Everything at this clinic was great when I first entered! All of the staff members were kind and helpful, as was the nurse that I worked with. That being said, I am very upset with how the doctor handled our encounter. I went to the clinic in need of a new primary care doctor and needed to renew some antidepressant medication. After going over my history and performing a basic physical, the doctor began to rant about sexual activity and depression. Now, I had not brought up my sex life whatsoever, and as I was there for DEPRESSION and not STIs or anything of the like, I found it very inappropriate for this doctor to begin discussing this. She informed me that depression is the most common sti and that I shouldnt go around trying to find companionship in men through sex because thats not how you make friends. She informed me that she has had female clients come in with depression because they were sleeping with men that they didnt have even a friendship with. I dont know what made her think it was important to enforce her sexual opinions on me, since I hadnt brought up ANYTHING about my sexual activity. If she was teaching me about safe sex, etc. I would have not thought this weird and welcomed her professional advice. Instead, this situation, riddled with her opinions, was incredibly inappropriate and uncalled for. Im discouraged that it was brought up out of the blue, and in a professional environment. I will not be returning.

They were wonderful. I had a good experience, got all of the information I needed, as well as refferals for Drs, employment, counseling, WIC and health coverage. They were super friendly. Ariana and Laurie gave me a great experience. I definitely reccomend this place.

According to their website, Dr. Caldwell is not board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Rather she is certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. It appears this is one of numerous crisis pregnancy centers which have opened up around the country, usually next door to Planned Parenthood sites, which are primarily focused on preventing abortion. Please be informed when choosing a healthcare provider. Perhaps a facility with board certified obstetric/gynecology physicians would be a better option in most cases unless you are seeking pediatric or adult general medical care.

There is not enough words to describe how helpful this place is but most of all how incredible Ms. Ariana is. I called needing a bit of help, and lets be honest its embarrassing calling a stranger for help with a newborn you brought you into this world. Not only did Ms. ariana make me feel comfortable and less embarrassed. She was so kind and helpful and very understanding. Instead of feeling bad about myself and the position im in she made me feel like it was totally okay and that I have support. After our phone call I didnt feel like a bad mother or embarrassed anymore. I felt like things get rough but they always get better and if I ever needed something to not worry to call them. I will always have support mentally emotionally and whatever else they can help with. She went above and beyond and im forever grateful for her. Wow. I had the privilege of getting a tour of this amazing facility that offers women in crisis access to stellar healthcare, support before during and after crisis pregnancies, all provided in a beautiful clinic, from a dedicated, nonjudgmental staff. Way to to Womens New Life Center!

I have been volunteering at the Center for 3 1/2 years. All of the staff are polite, kind, and professional. This is truly a warm and homey place. You will be helped to make a good decision for yourself.

WNLC is a beautiful PRO-WOMAN environment that provides free and compassionate care for women in crisis pregnancies, post-birth counseling and assistance, as well as counseling for women who have lost children to miscarriage or stillbirth. Highly recommend their loving and nurturing services.

Dr. Caldwell & her staff have been a lifesaver in my health journey! I highly recommend her & her courteous staff for anyone in need. The care is top notch.

1) did my 1st ultrasound for FREE!2) helped me get FREE health insurance3) Free diapers, maternity clothes and baby clothes til my daughter was about a year old.I think they also offered counseling services, but I don’t think I used it.4) I was not religious & didn’t hide it & they still helped me.

I am 2 weeks late and took at home pregnancy test, they all came out negative. I am NEVER late for my period and it has been 41 days since the first day of my last period. I am having numerous symptoms of pregnancy however including nausea, lower back pain, extreme fatigue, bloating, weight gain, and loss of appetite. I called and asked what I should do and the girl on the phone said let me talk to the nurse and ill call you back. When she called me back she told me to come in and take one of their pregnancy tests and if it still came out negative, they would do an ultra sound. THAT IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED. I came in, took the test, nurse asked me my medical history, asked me 3 times if I was planning on keeping the baby if I am pregnant, looked at the test, (It was negative SHOCKER) and then told me to come back in a few weeks if I still dont have my period. I TOOK OFF OF WORK FOR THIS HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME.

The women here are so lovely and never judgemental. Thats a big deal considering the circumstances in which people come in. They offer what help they can give but then give more advice and references if you need it! Such a safe, welcoming, and loving establishment!

Social worker was helpful and nice. I was waiting for two hours,before they did a pregnancy test on me. Then they proceeded to tell me that they where unable to do a ultrasound, because they had a glitch and overbooked so there was no time.

The care and love that the Womans New Life Center and Hope Womans Clinic have shown my wife is unmatched. There is no other place I would want my wife and daughters to go for their care.

Please do not go here for medical information regarding pregnancy. This is a Crisis Pregnancy Center, which is a type of clinic that takes an explicit anti abortion stance. Crisis Pregnancy Centers such as Womans New Life Center give women medically inaccurate information about birth control and abortion (ie they lie to women), and they use coercive methods to convince women to continue their pregnancy.

Dr. Caldwell provides holistic healthcare and will offer the time each patient deserves. Im so happy to be a patient here!

This should be called a counseling center not a health clinic. There is no doctor on staff and they will not offer you all of your options for care because they are anti-choice.

I wasnt sure what to expect when I walked into the center but was immediately set at ease by the friendly and warm environment. What really impressed me, was the level of professionalism of the entire staff. Thank you!

Not a real medical clinic. all they offer is the same kind of pregnancy test you could get at Walgreens. No prenatal care, no real medical information, not even a real ultrasound. Go to a doctor.

True healthcare for women right here close to home. The care is individualized and the staff is excellent.
