Worse experience of my life. Dr Dicken and her team are the most inconsiderate, unprofessional and just cruel team. She waited the day of saline transfer to call. as I was driving to her location. to say her and the team decided not to continued with the process due to policies. Dr Dicken and her team are a danger to women mental health whom are going through this kind of procedures.

My husband and I cannot be more grateful for everyone at RMA. Infertility is an emotional roller coaster for all couples going through it, and going through IVF can be a difficult process however, Dr Goldsammler and her team have put us as ease with their positivity, kindness, and knowledge. Dr Goldsammler truly cares for her patients and for the work that she does. We are so happy to be working with her and her team. Everyone at RMA has been such a pleasure to work with. Thank you all for all that you do to help families and know that no matter what your role is at RMA, you are all making a difference in the world!

Dr. Zinger is truly one of the best doctors I have ever been under the care of, under any category of treatment. I usually get to see him during the week when I did bloodwork and sonograms pre-retrieval and he did one of my egg retrievals on a weekend, I was so happy. He has the best bedside manners and he truly cares for his patients. Right from the very start we did rigorous fertility and genetic tests to see what issues there were. The nurses (Danielle, Gabrielle), coordinators (Ayelet, Jackie), medical assistants (Nalini), etc are all really wonderful. We usually go to the Lake Success and Melville locations and theyre equally wonderful. Its a shame that only the Melville location is open on the weekends because its quite a way to go if you dont live in Long Island. Dr. Shenykin is a real gem at this location.I think one thing that might bother a lot of people is there is little upfront information about cost, especially if certain services arent covered by insurance. The financial coordinator Lissette is really nice and helpful, though. I would recommend them again and again. They have moved back to their old office on the 2nd floor, room 213, which was recently renovated.

I was so pleased with the care I received from Dr. Zinger and the RMA staff during the IVF process, also including all staff at the Melville location where I got most of my blood work, the egg retrieval, and embryo transfer. They were always on top of prescriptions, quick and efficient during appointments, and I was able to do an entire IVF cycle and only missed two days of work the entire time. They were very professional, kind and informative. I will forever be grateful for this clinic and the care they provided.

1 star bc it wont let me leave 0. Very poor experience at RMA. I had my eggs frozen two years ago and I knew then I didnt like them. I guess I shouldve found it odd that my care team kept quitting. They sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and then I still had to pay for them because I was about to complete the procedure.I continued with Dr. zinger because they have my eggs and even that isnt enough to make me stay at RMA.Dr. Zinger cleared me to begin and IUI cycle, I have my first appointment, then I get a call from the nurse, saying Dr. zinger said the MFM paperwork isnt good enough. Stop it. Dont even bother going here if you are overweight.On top of that, you never see your doctor, you will have some random doctor performing the procedure on you and thats just not what I signed up for.

I was going to leave this group quietly without a negative post despite the HIGHLY unprofessional behavior of the administrative staff!These pieces of work are deliberately NOT submitting my records to my NEW provider group no matter how sensitive of a matter my situation is!I called THIS morning: 23 MAY 2023 spoke with receptionist whom stated that she would fax my records over IMMEDIATELY. Load of garbage.I would not recommend this group to my worse enemy

Dr. Zinger has been simply amazing. I know I could not have had a great experience trying to get pregnant without his intelligence, skills, kindness, positive attitude and super supportive team. Highly recommend RMA Long Island IVF and Dr. Zinger. -Rashida Jackson

Dr Zinger is an amazing and caring Dr. This is my second time going through IVF with him and we had a long consultation he listens and answers all your questions. I highly recommend Dr Zinger and his practice everyone is very nice and friendly.

Best doctor ever. And his office staff as well!! 2 times we came to him to get pregnant. Not only was he superb, but my friend and I both went to him and when our babies were born he personally reached out to us out of the blue to see how we were!!! In a very vulnerable time like it is to get pregnant, he was great!! Very grateful for my experience

Had a consult today with dr. Zinger. Great staff and nursing team. No complaints, explained all the steps and gave us some hope. Will update review once we start treatment.

My experience so far at RMA is good, staff is really friendly and always answering phones on time and help u out, nurses doctor Brenner all are good really like the professional staff and doctor Brenner

Dr is great front desk also nice 👍 but Technician are not polite at all..especially ultrasound and blood 🩸 rude in nature ..disappointing !
