PRISTINE OB-GYN CARE - New Caney

Ive been going to pristine for almost a year now and let me just say, everytime I go in Im always welcomed with a warming smile and the staff are so sweet they never fail to make me or my daughter smile. Dr. Mary is my absolute favorite. some days it does take her a little longer to get to you which is no problem at all because I know how busy it can get. Once shes in the room with you its nothing but laughs and complete honesty. I would definitely recommend pristine to anyone who has kids or is expecting. they are 10/10!!! (side note) Ive recommended 3 of my friends to come here and they all love it! they call me after theyre done and tell me how great their experience went!

The nurse practitioner is friendly and respectful, but getting in touch with someone over the phone has been very difficult. Every time I call, I speak to an automated system, and when Im transferred, it always says no one is available. I also find it strange that theres no clear information about which provider is at each location or which doctor/hospital will be handling the delivery. I chose this clinic because its close to my home in New Caney, but now I’m told I have to travel all the way to Memorial Hermann - Cypress to deliver in April, which is too far for me. The Memorial Hermann in Humble is much closer, so I don’t understand why I have to go to Cypress. Im really considering transferring my care somewhere else, maybe in Kingwood or Humble.

Love the staff very sweet, friendly very helpful. Ms. Mary is amazing, has great bedside manner, kind and gentle.Best office I have been to, very clean, organized.

I really enjoyed my first visit here. I was able to schedule my appointment fast and easy through the website. No fighting answering machines here for an appointment, loved that! The clinic was pleasant and and the ladies were very nice! I believe I found my new doctor and spot!

I had my first visit with Dr. Mary and she was absolutely amazing! She is so nice and comfortable to be around. All the staff was great, I got in very quickly and the office is beautiful. Thank you for a great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I had the best experience! My appointment started right on time and got my exam and bloodwork done all within 30 minutes. Definitely recommend the New Caney clinic.

Dr. O is good she is quick and explains things well. When i go do my ultrasound at the New Caney location sadly they can’t print out the pictures so as a first time mom is not ok. It has been 2 appointments and they haven’t fix it, then they don’t upload the pictures on the chart on time it takes weeks or months for them to upload them. I don’t like to complain about stuff but i think that’s what makes my experience not the best. When I call it always sends me to the operator and they can’t seem to help sometimes by booking an appointment or trying to get to the front desk at the location I go to. I have sent messages thru the portal and they don’t answer at all so that’s a stressful because thru call is worse or the same.

If you go here and you’re uncomfortable with something being done expect Ms.Mary to be very pushy and try to force you to do something you don’t want to. She was rude and unprofessional.i will not be going back.
