Planned Parenthood - Naples Center

Everyone is so wonderful! I am so thankful for the wonderful female staff. The front desk girls Sarah, Brianna, And Kati are always so sweet, the provider Marison and the nurse Maria are wonderful. They always answer my questions and always provide me with the best service I could ever receive. I know everyone has a different experience but I’m just thankful that my service is always top tier !! Thank you planned parenthood for your hard work!!

GREAT health center! Staff was warm and welcoming. All my questions were answered. Sarah and Diana were super friendly! They both helped me understand my insurance benefits. A BIG THANK YOU to Marison for being understanding and caring about my concerns. Thank you for providing great health care.

Was able to get an appointment the same day. Was in and out in less than an hour and got my results from my testing back in 2 days. Was immediately contacted and medication called in same day. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the staff and care received. They also take my Florida blue HMO insurance which is hard to find.

Marison is one of the most amazing doctors I’ve ever had! From Sarahs wonderful check in to check out I have such a caring experience with the staff everytime. They are so good at what they do and I’m grateful to have such a safe and loving space to get my care. Thanks Planned Parenthood Naples!

Everyone there makes you feel comfortable and is very informative. I was a little emotional with the whole process. My nurse was Alice and she made me feel a lot better with her kindness and sense of humor.

Just had anual check which I hate it with all my heart for how uncomfortable it is. But Jackie (NP) + Alice made this office visit easy and quick and painless. I’m glad I had them today cuz I was expecting the most uncomfortable visit!Thank you Alice + Jackie

The lady at the front desk was RUDE and judgy, they made me pay $150 more than my estimate and DIDNT EVEN COMPLETE THE SERVICE. I came to get birth control removed and they couldn’t remove it, said to schedule another appointment (only on a Friday mind you because the doctor only comes on Fridays) and then told me I must pay an additional $250 to “try again”. Never coming back here, they robbed me

Marison the provider is so beautiful she was wonderful and Kati and Sarah were helpful in the front as well and Maria the nurse in the back was wonderful

I was able to schedule an appointment online Thursday night for Friday morning. The receptionist at the clinic was very helpful and kind. The facility was clean and even had snacks in the waiting room. I felt welcome here.

This location has the best service and Katiana, and the other girls are very good and help you with everything.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at the planned parenthood Naples location. Only chose planned parenthood as I’m new to the area and am not yet established with any OB/GYN’s. I’ve been there 2 times now and gotten the same doctor both times. She’s extremely rude and brushes off my concerns. Both times I went in, I expressed my concerns and was simply waved off. Both of my visits were about 10 minutes each and I left with no more clarity than I had before each visit. It goes without saying that I will never go back. Find a better doctor!!!

Great Rapid Service. Clean facility nice friendly staff. I did my intake was with Brianna she was awesome. The Doctors and nurses were caring , professional and patient with me. I was very thankful for their service and respect. 🙏🏾

I am so thankful for this facility. I don’t know how I would get my much needed medical care without it. Not having insurance put me in a tough situation and women’s health is so important to have access to and know you are taken care of. The nurse and nurse practitioner, Marison Joseph, were fantastic. You can tell they care about providing adequate and affordable service for everyone. Thank you.

Not really for womens health, they dont offer women health test, and a pap is almost $300

I was at this medical center and I have to say I was impressed with the services and bedside manners this staff had. Everyone I came in contact with was nice and caring. Checking in was a breeze even though they were busy I was glad to have waited to receive good care. Thank you Marison, Monica and front staff for helping my visit be a good experience. From now on I will choose planned parenthood for my private services . Thank you for all you do.

Literally sat on hold ON MY LUNCH BREAK for over 30 minutes just to get hung up on out of nowhere without being able to speak to anyone. When I called back and miraculousy someone answered within 2 minutes, they were rude and said Id have to call on a different day to refill medications. Um, what? I will now be out of medication and apparently have to wait over a week to refill and then another at least for it to be mailed. Extremely unprofessional and now my body gets to suffer. Disgusting. Go else where if you are able!

Brianna was amazing and so helpful she squeezed me in when my online appointment did not fully process and she worked hard to get my insurance approved! She was very thoughtful and efficient ! -Cassandra

I made an appointment online and had to drive 2 hours to get there . It said my insurance was accepted and got there and they said sorry we don’t take this insurance. Didn’t give me a call or anything before hand . The front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional .

I was seen at this health center to get an IUD inserted. I was very nervous, but the front and back staff were very comforting. The staff all made me feel more than just a patient. They made me feel important and I truly appreciate that. Thank you for making my visit go so smoothly!!! And I 100% recommend this center to everyone.

This was a great location during the summer time. I was able to get in and out within twenty minutes (walk-in, nobody in the sitting room, total miracle). The front desk was nice and wanted to help me when I had problems with my insurance. They even called me up the days after to make sure that my prescription was alright. No questions asked, but at the same time cared about your wellbeing.

Attentive staff, warm welcome and very friendly. Recommended 100% the manager is amazing and the staff top notch!

Quick service. Front desk was extremely nice and present and helpful. Specially being scared for my visit. Wait time was short. Doctors were great. Went over all my issues and are making a plan and treatment to fix the issues I’m having. Because I have no insurance they mad eit affordable so that I could be treated and get to the point of why I feel the way I feel, I would not be able to afford this without Planned Parent Hood. I highly recommend them. The whole staff front desk, doctors and nurses were all so kind and nice which is what is needed in a time like this.

We had been searching for a clinic in Florida that would help my transgender son with his transitioning and after trying to go through traditional facilities, we found out that PP was able to get him started with HRT without all the hoops that our insurance was making us jump through. His mental and physical health has skyrocketed since seeing the PP provider and we couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a facility to assist with care when other traditional avenues can’t or won’t, please look to Planned Parenthood.

Planned parenthood has always been a safe place willing to help anyone, and everyone who needs it. Very grateful for planned parenthood, and the team who makes it run.

I brought my best friend in for a procedure today and she left there so amazed at how wonderful everyone treated her .She has always had her own private GYN provider but heard wonderful things about this facility. I want to Thank Flo, Isabel, Camilia and everyone else there for being so compassionate! You ladies rock!! Keep up the amazing work you do !!!!

They have online appointment booking which is AMAZING because I didn’t have to call in or be placed on hold to reserve a time for my appointment. I completed my form online, waited about 30 minutes and was in to see the nurse and doctor shortly. Everyone from the front desk lady to the doctor who treated me was outstanding. For women who want the best care when selecting birth control options I couldn’t recommend them more hightly.

The staff at Planned Parenthood is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about their patients. I come here because I have no health insurance and walk in clinics and doctors office visits are unaffordable for me when Im having any female issues. Planned Parenthood provides great care at great prices. I also get my birth control for only $40 a month, when I used to pay $150 minimum at regular pharmacies.

I will never go to planned parenthood ever again. At the time I booked the appointment, I had to give them my health insurance information to get a confirmation-which is fine. I arrived at the clinic a half hour early just so I could fill out paperwork and MAYBE get into my appointment on time for once. I was wrong. 3 people who arrived after me went in before me. Even one who was just a walk in. After waiting 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment I finally went to ask when I was going in because I had to go to work. The front desk ladies said I was next so I sat back down. 2 more people went in before me. My name was finally called 1 hour and 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I went into the back to have my vitals taken but instead they tell me that my insurance will not cover anything because I am a couple days away from the 1 year mark. My options are to pay the full amount or leave.I couldnt have been told this when my insurance was run? I waited nearly 2 hours in a waiting room and was late to work over this. It is the worst run clinic I have ever been in.The women who have done my paps there in the past were always annoyed at my questions. I understand they are busy but Im paying for a service and they are lacking in all areas of customer service from the front desk to the doctors.Like I said in the beginning, I will never go back to this place and I encourage anyone considering it to change their minds. You will just be annoyed and angry by the time you leave.As a second story: They wanted to do a biopsy on my cervix after getting an abnormal pap. I was HOUNDED for months by them. I went to a different doctor for a second opinion and was told I was fine and that everything was normal. The front desk said they probably just wanted me to do the biopsy to run my insurance and that if I hadnt had insurance they probably wouldnt have suggested it.

Awful. They didn’t spend any time with me, rushed me out. Didn’t listen to my concerns, and ONLY suggested birth control for me which had nothing to do with my visit. This was 1.5 years ago, I still have not gotten my test results. Recently, I contacted them 4 times and received different answers on how to obtain my medical records and results. Still nothing!!!!! This is outrageous

The staff at this Planned Parenthood is amazing. They care so much about their patients. Everyone who walks through their door is cared for, respected, and given accurate information about their options. This will always be a location I recommend to my friends and family.

At any given time there is maybe one competent person on staff at the front desk/admin. Im always on hold for around 7-8 minutes at a time to get someone on the phone, Ive never had this with any other Planned Parenthood Ive been to. It is really really difficult to make an appointment and more than once Ive had one cancelled the day of because of a short staff.Who is hiring these front desk people? You suck at your job.

I recommend this facility to everyone. My experience was 100% perfect. I didnt feel uncomfortable. Timing isnt bad at all like other claim in the reviews( probably the protestors who hate Planned pparenthood that linger outside give false reviews). The second i arrived I had PP workers escort me inside and out. Im content with this office and I loved it. Thank you so much for your service ♡

I love the service theyre very nice. I like how convenient it is to make an appointment online. But I wish their phone line would work. When I call to make a pick up for pills no one answers and I dont get call backs after leaving a voicemail. But I can do that online as well so it still works out😊

Every single staff member I interacted with was very friendly! I scheduled online and had no issues during my visit. The wait wasnt longer then any other doctors office.

Dont even bother. If i could leave a 0 here, i would. If you call them you will sit on hold forever and when you do get a representative on the line they are beyond rude. They act as though answering a question is a huge inconvenience to them. If you go in even with an appointment you will sit there way beyond your appointment time and countless people including walk-ins will be seen before you. And i cant stress enough how rude the front desk staff is. Seek help elsewhere if you can because they are clearly not interested.

The staff at PP Naples is incredibly caring and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to ensure that each patient is taken care of and take the time needed to do so in a safe and effective fashion.

I am so impressed with how Planned Parenthood has responded to the COVID challenges. They still see patients in clinic with safety measures but have also instituted an effective telemedicine platform to help patients get information and services.

They force what ever choice they feel is right on you, this place also claims to give out resources to help in your decision making, that’s only true if you choose what they want you to do.Go ahead and erase this one, I’ll continue to post the experience I had. Kathy was incredible she was more educated than any doctor ive seen and actually listened. This place thrives to make you fell comfortable and its affordable.

This health clinic provides real, professional health care to women and men of all ages. They give their patients every possible option to take care of their needs. They are both non-judgemental and caring.

If I could give a negative star, I would. Worst customer service ever seen in my life. Front desk staff has no idea of politeness and time. The nurses are good.

Not sure if new people took over or what but the wait is ridiculous. I made an appointment several weeks in advance.....its at 1:30....here we are 3:45 Im still sitting here waiting.....dont they close at 4? I think they need help. I have never had to wait over 2 hours. They need a visit from corporate to find out the real issue.

Ive always gone to Planned Parenthood for all my womans health needs but this one in particular has such a nice and professional staff and they always make me feel comfortable.

I love being able to come here to pick up my birth control for way less than the pharmacy. The staff here is very helpful every time I come in!
