Planned Parenthood - Napa Health Center

This is the best Planparenthood I’ve been to. The staff is super friendly and very understanding regardless of what you’re going for. Overall my experience was excellent and every single person that works there is very welcoming 10 out of 10 experience!

I had gone through a pretty traumatic experience with my pelvic health and went to planned parenthood as I didn’t have insurance at the time. They kept misdiagnosing me and put me on multiple rounds of antifungals and antibiotics which made my condition worse and once I was so far gone, they claimed they couldn’t help me and began being aggressive with me the very last time I went into the clinic. I was terrified, in a lot of pain and I just needed compassion and support and after they botched my situation, they began being extremely rude and aggressive with me. The very last time I went in to the Napa clinic, the NP I scheduled with refused to see me and sent another nurse to shoo me away; she also tried to schedule for me to get an unnecessary biopsy which I had no reason to get done. Don’t waste your time with this place. Go to an actual doctor if you can. I have since healed myself from their unnecessary treatments (the side effects lasted months) and have been doing great. I will never walk back into this place again.

Such a great experience. No wait time, everyone in the office was so pleasant. Sarah Parrish NP was a fantastic provider, had a smooth IUD exchange. Grateful for Planned Parenthood!

Took my mom for uti symptoms but apparently they dont take walk-ins anymore. next appointment until 2 days later. how is that helpful? I used to donate regularly but Im not sure about that anymore. Every time I recommend someone they cant get appointments same-day like before. Im not sure why theyre still open if theyre going to decline to see people with urgent needs.

Best experience with a doctor I have ever had. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and comforting. PP is the best!

Literally called five minutes after they opened and was on hold for close to thirty minutes!!! You just opened we all know your sitting their watching the phone! Super slow service, appointments take daysss.

They inserted my iud incorrectly and I ended up in the er :(
