I have been a patient of Dr. Monica Sarrat since 2017 and have received excellent care. The office is welcoming with friendly and professional staff. Cindy has been helpful with scheduling and any supplements I need. I highly recommend acupuncture for many symptoms such as hormone balancing and chronic pain.

I saw Dawn and Kim regularly for a couple years. I initially went to them for help with my advanced, severe endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, and PCOS that had me bedridden in unimaginable pain and agony. It takes some time, so give it time. But often, pain relief was achieved very quickly. They were a godsend, and it helped me recover from long covid (I was dying). Dawn is a doctor, by the way. Kim is also amazing.They are so skilled, compassionate, and I miss this place so much.I wish I wasn’t sick a skeptic and scared of needles (I have severe fibromyalgia, and you generally don’t even feel them going in—and they have thinner ones and tack versions). I regret having waited so long to finally try Acupuncture, as a last resort. It should have been my first. If you’re not convinced to try yet, I suggest you read about the healing power of acupuncture from official Chinese medicine sources. Here in the US, we are just about the only country who has lost/had hidden ancient healing practices from ALL OVER THE WORLD. They saved my life. I miss these ladies so much. Everything about Access Acupuncture has been exceptional. Not only have the acupuncture treatments been an absolute miracle in managing my arthritis pain, it is simple a pleasure to go there. Everyone is friendly, compassionate and caring, yet at the same time very professional. The treatment room are cozy and peaceful which seems to aid in the healing process. If you havent tried acupuncture I highly recommend Dr. Dawn. You owe it to yourself to experience the relief that she can provide regardless of your difficulties.

This is my first experience with acupuncture and I couldve picked a better place.☺️ The minute I walk in the door, from the receptionist to the room, I feel such a positive, relaxed atmosphere. I am so happy to become part of their clientele, and have been seeing both of these amazing practitioners for over 10 years. The Access Acupuncture team is just awesome! I was originally hesitant to try acupuncture due to my fear of needles. Well my fear quickly turned to relief. I took my wife here for fertility acupuncture and pain and I was amazed with the cleanliness of the office. The staff was amazing, really good people and the Dr. Was so educated and knowledgeable about my wifes condition I really trust them and when we left, my wife was pain free for the first time in like 4 years! From the moment you enter this office you are warmly greeted by Cassandra, Dawn and or Vanessa. It is very clean and always smells wonderful. The individual rooms and tables are extremely comfortable . Dawn is awesome at what she does... professional and caring and always brings comfort and relief to whichever body part(s) ails me. Dawn is so professional, yet personable, thoughtful and kind. Ive seen a number of acupuncturists and I consider Dawn (and her staff) to be at the top of list of every other acupuncturist Ive ever seen. After months of pain, Dawn found the key to relieving it. She knows what solves problems and is, in my opinion, a genius in the field she has chosen.

I have been treated by Dr Monica Sarrat for many years for Chronic Migraine Headaches and lower back pain and on occasion by Dr AJ Sarrat. They are professional, spend time with you and always made me feel comfortable. I have never felt rushed! Many times they have been more helpful that my medical Dr.! They are very caring Doctors. When I have called they have always gotten back to me within a few hours. They are very punctual with appointments! When I arrive for my appointment, they take me in right away! Monica is absolutely amazing!! After 3 miscarriages, and feeling very discouraged, Monica was recommended to me (almost 4Years ago). I am so grateful she was...she helped me get pregnant, stay pregnant and feel good during it all. Her compassion and knowledge is unlike any doctor that I have experienced. I can not thank Monica enough, because of her I am a mommy of two heathy girls. So appreciative for her in my life.

I am so grateful to Access Acupuncture! I was suffering from a terrible migraine (worst I had in over a decade) and had run out of at-home treatment options. My choice was to go into urgent care and get a shot or to turn to acupuncture. I knew urgent care meant waiting forever under fluorescent lights and then spending days recouping from the pain killers. Luckily Access was able to get me in right away (within 30 minutes!) and provide tremendous relief. They were so thoughtful and even dimmed the lights for me and made sure I was comfortable - way different than the care we get in urgent care! By the end of the session I was no longer nauseous and the pain was significantly reduced. I now on the mend and not heavily drugged. I am so grateful!

I had a 2 level lumbar spinal fusion 15 years ago and while my back is doing well, I did develop other issues such as SI Joint pain/dysfunction , muscular issues etc. I went to physical therapy which has helped and also have been seeing a chiropractor. But I have been in constant pain for 7 years in spite of treatments. I did an intensive Pain Management series at Access Accupuncture, seeing both Doctors and I am amazed and grateful for the difference it has made in my life. My pain level would range from 4-8 most days. I am consistently at a pain level of 1-2 now. I have never taken medication for my chronic pain as I have always tried alternate treatments. I am moving better, able to start slowly working out again, and wow what a mood booster not being in such pain 24/7. Our youngest daughter mentioned to me how much better I’m walking and moving. 7 years of misery basically erased in 6 weeks. If you are having pain issues, please don’t wait another second. My quality of life has changed so much for the better. I will be on maintenance 1x per month and if I do get a flare up will get in as soon as possible to nip it in the bud. I have been seeing Monica for a year now, and I can firmly say Access Acupuncture has been a godsend! Recovering from mold poisoning (and the slew of other ailments it causes) has not been the easiest journey, but Monica comes up with a constant game-plan to reduce symptoms and get to the root cause of healing. My time with Access Acupuncture has been great! I also love their receptionist Cindy, she’s so sweet!

Access Acupuncture has been life changing. I have suffered from migraines a majority of my life and they got worse after a head-on car crash. Treatments have reduced my migraines from 3 per week to around 2 per month. I often go months without having a single migraine with regular acupuncture treatments.The staff are all so friendly, professional, personable and helpful especially when it comes to working with your health insurance.I always recommend anyone in pain to seek treatment at Access Acupuncture. I dont even know where to begin. I am so happy I chose this Access Acupuncture. I developed a migraine headache the day before my appt I tried to cancel the appt and Cindy encouraged me to come and even called 40 minutes prior to see how I was doing. I got dressed went, loved the facility. It is very clean and professional. Dr. Sarrat was so amazing and teased my fears about acupuncture. He addressed the migraine first and explained what he was doing every step of the way. By the end of my visit the migraine was manageable. Im still in shock by how well this worked. Ive been so eager to find a way to avoid medication and I think Ive found it.

I have had the privilege to be introduced to AJ and Monica at Access Acupuncture about 15 years ago when my husband and I were struggling to have children. I have been a patient ever since. I have mainly been under Monica’s care but have seen AJ a handful of times. They are both very educated and knowledgeable in many areas. I decided to try acupuncture when I was in increasing pain more than a year after two separate hip replacement surgeries, despite post-operative physical therapy and the help of an exercise physiologist. X-rays and MRIs showed no problem with the artificial joints. When I went back to physical therapy, it was discovered that my glute muscles were extremely weak due to other muscles having taken over. I was told that weak glutes are like a brick wall without mortar; everything caves in. The cause of the hip and leg pain now made sense, but I was in too much pain to do the needed exercise. I had no high expectations of acupuncture’s effect, but was willing to try anything that might help relieve the pain. I chose Access Acupuncture because I was impressed with their website ‒ the information and the reviews. The day after my first treatment by Dr. Monica Sarrat, I sat without pain for the first time in many, many months! I was stunned. I soon learned that Dr. Monica and Dr. Allan are very familiar with this malady. Through continued treatment, my pain continues to lessen significantly, which enables me to do the exercise needed to rebuild glute strength. Over the course of several years I have been receiving treatments from Dawn for various injuries I have sustained. She has treated tendonitis in my hand, bulging discs in my lower back, as well as general mental wellness--she had even treated my 13 year old daughters neck pain through cupping. Dawn is a caring and attentive medical professional.

I went to see Dr. AJ after a hiking fall which resulted in a wrist fracture and surgery. He not only provided acupuncture treatment which decreased my pain, but also educated me in sleep postures and home exercises which would help to improve my flexibility and range of motion. My pain is minimal now, my strength is returning, and the neuropathy is virtually non-existent. I thought I would never get back to my old active self, but his techniques have helped me to improve dramatically. His willingness to take the time to provide personalized care is so appreciated.

I really get relief from my treatments here. The needles do NOT hurt; you really can hardly feel them. There are also other alternative treatments. Dawn & her staff are just lovely.
