I’ve been here 3 times now food ultrasounds and have loved every experience. I absolutely love their ultrasound tech!! Today we got to hear baby girls heartbeat and see her with 3D/4D ultrasound. AND to top it all off they gave us a stuffy with her heartbeat playing inside! I mean cmon! 🥹I recommend this place for ultrasounds!!

I came in with a bad cold, was seen right away, got a complete work up and my prescriptions were sent directly to my pharmacy. The staff were very friendly and the NP was very knowledgeable. I am very thankful to the NP for taking things a step farther which helped me to discover something else I didn’t even know I had going on!

I’m really thankful that I can go here and get in right away and that the physicians always listen and treat symptoms accordingly. The online booking system is a great tool however, I do not like that it requires ID & insurance card every single time I register, although I’ve been here multiple times. Would be great if this could be updated! Otherwise, I will come here when I’m sick over going to the ER or my own general doctor or my children’s pediatrician.

The entire staff was great. From the moment I walked in, every person that helped me in different ways not only impress me, but put me at ease right away.My biggest Impression, however, was made by Olga.I had some pretty tricky stitches to be removed without going into a lot of detail Ill just say it was kind of a mess.But Olga has such a great talent and eye for what needed to be done. And she did it in a professional, accurate and compassionate way.Was it painful ? Indeed It was, but she helped me through that too with her sensitivity and ability to visualize. It gave me confidence in her, and I know she did it in a way that was least terrible for me.Thank you, Olga. I am so fortunate to have come to that Midwest Express Clinic office.Professor B

I appreciated being able to easily make and set my appointment online, with several time slots to choose from. The registration process was straightforward and quick—I was done within minutes. The appointment itself was pleasant, with friendly staff and a great environment. It was also convenient that they opened early.

I had such a wonderful visit. Everyone was so nice, professional, and responsive to my needs, I would definitely refer this clinic to any of my family or friends.

This was my first visit on 07/16/24. I got the full treatment from front desk staff to the triage they were polite and explained anything I didnt understand or if I had questions. The Dr. Was very understanding of my situation and made me feel the utmost comfort. Also I had blood work done and the technician was very cool and chill I felt comfortable with him having knowledge in his position. I used the restroom there and it was very clean neat and everything at this facility was in great working condition and clean to my standard and I have OCD!

Very clean facility. The receptionist was kind and very helpful. The wait was not long, even though I was a walk-in. The doctor was quick, concise and to the point. I can’t remember her name but she was very pleasant. My prescription was sent right over. I was able to pick it up, another happy customer.

Registered online, arrived at clinic, in room within 10min... Dr was very nice and asked questions. She ordered my meds for pickup within 1hr... Dr notified me she would be there next day in case I needed anything else. Thank you for making me feel better.

I’m from out of state and they took care of me like a normal patient 10/10 recommend it’s very clean and very friendly I got seen super quick as well!! Having to pay out of pocket was a big stress and they helped find solutions around that big stress!! (I had a tooth infection while on a work trip) and it was getting gradually worse thankfully they got me in and took great care of me! if your thinking of going somewhere definitely go here

Everyone greeted m with a smile. Everyone showed they cared about your health to get you right. The Doctor I had was very amazing and helped me with everything I to make sure I get better. I love coming here cause everyone is very respectful.

I went to the Midwest express clinic and everyone there was so awesome. Very helpful and polite and I was taken care care of quickly. I did not have to wait a long time at all. My experience with everyone I came in contact with was one of the best. Would highly recommend Midwest express clinic.

I had one of the greatest experiences in healthcare on today. My wait wasn’t long , but the best and most important part was being cared for by NP Kasey!She was amazing with her bedside manner, so helpful and informative, and just an answered prayer!!!I’m so glad she is able to do what she is gifted for and that’s to serve and care for others!!!*** The MA Amira assisted her and she was amazing too!!!

Awesome attention to my illness - Doc Jena acted immediately in addressing my complaint, I needed it so urgently - no long wait time - friendly staff - I left feeling very satisfied with the policies of this business ! Great job ( was even given a pop cycle while waiting to keep me hydrated 😃) I’ll be back 4 more if I ever need urgent care like this !

Check in was easy and the front desk staff pleasant. The clinic was clean.Nurse Lafonda was friendly and professional and seemed to really enjoy her job. The xray tech( her name escapes me) was very nice. NP Julie was excellent. She was kind and thorough and I felt she cared about me as a person. I’m glad I chose Midwest Express for my care.

Wait time was very minimum. Got in, got seen, and was on my way in less than an hour. And making future/follow-up appointments were made easy by receptionist at the front desk. Also, everyone was friendly and in great spirits. I always feel super comfortable visiting MidWest

This clinic is great. The staff was friendly and the nurse practitioner that’s seen me was so nice and showed empathy and care .. The young lady who took my vitals was wonderful as sick as I felt when I went in just talking to her made me feel a little better. The clinic is clean and I was in and out quickly but I didn’t feel rushed .

Great experience with the front desk, clean, friendly and everyone we interacted with was professional. The wait to see the NP was moderate and she was very pleasant and gave us a great solution and addressed all of our concerns

Ive taken my daughter here a few times over the past year for various childhood illnesses and school related visits (physical, epipen refill) and they always move very quickly (even with a full lobby) and treat myself and my daughter with such kindness. Its a huge relief to be able to go here rather than the ER or booking an appointment with her pediatrician

Great experience! Great staff! I came in yesterday because i took a hard fall and both of my knees were swollen and i was in much pain! From the moment i walked in I was treated with kindness and care. Alexis who took my blood pressure, temperature, etc was so kind and gentle. Physically lifted me when it was hard for me to stand, and just all around genuinely acted like she cared. My physician Charity Renteria was just as kind and as compassionate. They took my xrays and she checked on me regularly while we waited for those results, and she offered me options for pain medication and even went above and beyond by getting a second opinion by another physician about my Xrays just to make sure it wasnt as bad as it was. I left there with 2 knee braces that Alexis gently put on for me. (Took my shoes off, make sure she placed it comfortably but firmly). Pain medication decreased from about a 9 down to about an 4 and i was actually able to get some sleep last night! Overall a great experience, thank you so much for being so kind! I really needed that during a painful moment!

This is my go to place when I’m randomly feeling bad & can’t wait to see my doctor. They always get me in & out. The nurse Christian (who’s a float from Griffith) has treated me both times. She always very pleasant and throughly listens to my concerns.

Nurse practitioner Olga is the greatest. Very kind and knowledgeable. I went to Franciscan twice over a two month period with poor to no favorable results. One visit I was correctly diagnosed and cured in three days.Thank You

Nurse Olga is the best. She was quick and thorough. The front desk also the best. The atmosphere there so peaceful and every so helpful and friendly. I wasnt there all day either. In and out. I highly recommend this office.

They were friendly, fast & efficient! They made my son (a 2y old) feel very comfortable & after his visit he was able to grab some goodies! They were also very clean each room was being sanitized after each patient! Overall I felt very welcomed & cared for as a patient’s mom!

My daughter went there on a Thursday afternoon and they prescribed a medicine for her. The Pharmacy kept telling me that they weren’t receiving it, it took Midwest clinic over 24 hours and 4 phone calls to finally get the prescription over to the pharmacy.The customer service at Midwest clinic has really declined lately.

My experience with my visit, staff and doctor was wonderful. I do feel that it was better because of all the treatments and testing I was able to have and having those results made available during my visit. Tests include X-rays, Covid/flu test, nebulizer machine, preference in administering medicine as a shot versus prescribed medication, etc. very pleased with my service and I will be returning for other medical treatments, sharing with friends and family. I dont go to doctors much but needed to be looked at quickly after an accident - everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I could tell they were busy but they moved like a great team. I was impressed enough to write this

Horrible experience. Didnt do what they said they were going to do like call with x-ray results or send in the prescription. Made several phone calls and nothing was resolves. Had to drive in the next day to get x-ray report. They said script was sent in. Must be the pharmacy or insurance. I stopped at the pharmacy before going to get x-ray report and no script was sent. Staff is blaming Toya who only works at the location part time and she was off when I arrived. Everyone is pointing fingers and no one is taking care of things. When your kids are hurt and u take them to URGENT care that is what u should receive. I will never go to the location that is closest to my house in Hammond.

I walked in about 3 in the afternoon and wait time was not too long. ARNP, Charity was awesome, took the time to listen to my issues and she provided me with medicine that helped me overnight with my pain. I did not want narcotics but pain relief! I am visiting from California and was able to get my needs met which was huge for me. Front fest and Physicians Assistant were friendly and attentive, no unwelcoming attitudes here. I highly recommend this practice and will return if needed.10 Stars if I could!

I brought my daughter in to be seen yesterday since her drs office couldn’t see her until 2 weeks. It was my first time here. It was nice and clean, the staff was very sweet, Dr. Raven was helpful and nice, and The young lady that checked me in/out I believe her name was Sayra, was so sweet. I love it when you have great staff greeting people that come in for help. She gave my daughter glasses, stickers, Lollipops, Bubbles, a tiara, apple juice, and much more! My daughter was so happy! I will come back!

Blessings I had to go to Urgent care. Yesterday my pain was out of this world. The staff was awesome. And the doctor was awesome. She heard my crys and understood my pains. What a great blessings to Be among a great group of ladies that helped me out when I needed them the most.

I had to take my daughter in to get examined for a concussion. Although the wait time in the room was long, we were greeted with a smile and kindness. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and even consulted a colleague to verify. I appreciate people that are willing to seek additional advice! The individuals at the front desk were also kind and welcoming.

Dr. Olga was extremely thorough in assessing my illness. We reviewed all my symptoms, & reviewed the testing results. I was very very pleased at her professional capabilities.

The staff is always nice and receptive. If feel that the diagnosis and treatment is not just because the clinic can make more money but instead specific to my needs.

It first started with registration simple paperwork to fill out once I completed it they called me in the room, shortly after not too long the doctor came in there address my concern with my daughter, and I was on my way home.

My 16 year old daughter had accidentally sprayed an old vinegar-based house cleaner in her L eye and the next day it was burning. So took her to Calumet Avenue Munster Midwest Express Clinic as a walk-in and barely sat down and was called in for exam room. Lady Doctor put numbing eye drop and orange dye to use UV light to further examine the eye for any abrasions. Thank God there were none. Just mostly swelling and irritation, so Doctor prescribed steroid once a day for 3 days and antibiotic eye drops for short while. Daughters eye is already getting better thanks to God for providing professional help at the Clinic. Love going there because they make it easy and quick but remain professional and friendly. Thank God for Midwest Express Clinic on Calumet Ave in Munster. 😃

My experience at Midwest Express Clinic was AMAZING!! The ENTIRE staff was AMAZING and so sweet. I was in and out within 30 minutes. My Dr was incredible and fully cared about my concerns. I 1000$ recommend Midwest.

This clinic and its doctors are fantastic. They take your ailments seriously. Knowing that working class people often do not have PTO, cant take off work, lose pay or risk their job by calling off, they give us the medecinal tools to get the relief we need to get thru our illnesses while continuing to work. Simply put, they care. Thank you!

I had a great experience!Dr. Raven was great and very thorough and nice!She prescribed medicine and now Im feeling better.The medical assistant were great also!and also the girls at front desk were friendly and quick!

I Definitely recommend everyone and anyone looking for a good immediate care doctor to see. The wait time was acceptable, and they got me into xray relatively quick, as well as the results. They sent my scripts immediately and all of the staff were very nice, polite, and caring.

Edit: I never was able to get blood panel results thru the app/qr code, so I went in one day. They printed them for me.Was not too crowded. St Patrick day. Everyone was very helpful and patient. I was able to talk thru options. The QR code for lab results doesn’t work so that will be a bummer if I have to go back for results.

I called to get blood work results. I was on hold for 10 minutes the first time. They asked for an email, and I gave it to them. After an hour, I called back to see if they sent results to the wrong email. They put me on hold for almost 40 minutes and then clicked over and hung up. The front office is unorganized and ignorant. I called back, and Samantha said well I dont know what to tell you.

Midwest clinic in Munster Indiana is great place too go for fast and excellent service. I would highly recommend going for great service.

I have had nothing but good experience here @Midwest Express Clinic. Starting at check in, receptionist are polite and friendly. Nurses are pleasant, nice and friendly. Doctors are polite. Always greet me and my kids. They engage with my kids and want to know from them what are their symptoms. Very friendly and outgoing. The nurse practitioner, Jana, followed up with me the next day via text for any other questions/concerns I had. My medicine was placed with my pharmacy within the hour . I received confirmation of my prescription ready within couple hours. I am pleased that Dr. Olga gave me her phone number to be reached if my son’s condition did not improve. That’s amazing!

I love having this as an option when you can’t get into your regular doctor. The staff is always professional and kind. They see hundreds and hundreds of people and still manage to be patient and understanding with each client that walks in the door. The doctor asked questions and did his best to understand what was going on before jumping to a diagnosis, and presented me with all the avenues we could go as far as treatment goes. Will always go to this location when I’m in need of immediate, non-emergency care.

I’ve never gone to an urgent care before so I searched and decided on Midwest. I am so pleased I did. Completed paperwork online and reserved a spot in line. My wait was minimal (within 15 minutes) and the staff very friendly and efficient!! For as busy as they were I was very impressed!! I would choose Midwest again!! Thank goodness I had that option since the first available with my PCP was 10/30! Not acceptable considering I needed to be seen yesterday!

The young lady working the front registered me and my daughter also administered the shot saturday. She was awesome. Once I arrived I thought my waiting time would be long because of the amount of people in the waiting area. However, I was seen in and out in an hour. All of the staff was very friendly and thorough. I haven’t been to Midwest Express since last year, but the facility was clean. The front desk was friendly and the doctor was very nice and friendly and explained everything which is a win-win for me.

I really like this clinic the nurses were very kind, polite, and helpful. The service was very quick as it states on the building. I love the doctor that serviced me she was understanding, nice and listens very well. She gave me more information than they would in the city. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this location because of the customer service and care that they provide.

Upon entering the clinic l received a warm greeting.Very clean and inviting inthe wai area, also every room I was treated in was very clean also the hallways .The staff was very welcomingand attentive. Very through.

Doctor care was very good and explained everything thoroughly. However I think there should be an After visit summary so patients/parents can have diagnosis and doctors orders listed.

Kasey was very patient and comforting during the entire procedure and gave me the relief I needed

Olga did a great job. I was having respiratory issues she gave me steroids and a z pack and made other great suggestions. This was my second time here in six months. I’m feeling normal again. Will definitely go back but hopefully won’t have to.

The clinic is as the name says. Midwest Express Clinic staff professionally expedited an assessment of my symptoms. I was subsequently treated successfully for one symptom and a prescription was called in to my pharmacy for the minor symptoms I presented. The prescription was ready by the time I arrived at my pharmacy. If you need quick attention, Midwest Express Clinic is the clinic to visit. May I add, every one in the clinic was WONDERFULLY PLEASANT and KIND. They truly care. EG

Coming in the door customer service acknowledged me coming in while taking care of another patient by saying hello one moment.. she was very kind and very helpful with the paper work. I had an appointment to go to the clinic on Sepr 22 at 1020a. The NP C got a pair of unsanitized equipment to remove my sutures.. She did not look at my laceration to see if she should proceed. I do not have any more antibiotics to cover for her mishaps..

Midwest Clinic is the best. Super Nice receptionist and Jen, Medical Assistant so nice. Jana, the NP was stupendous. She knew I was worried with me not feeling good. Took good care of me. She even sent me a message the following day to see how I feel. If I had questions, and said it takes time but Ill be feeling better. Cant ask for better than that.

Had me sitting in the room waiting for an hour. Nobody could come in and say something to let me know what the hold up was. People need to go to work and make money to pay to see you.

On a Saturday morning, my husband and I arrived to the Munster Midwest Express Clinic at about 7:50 a.m. CT and they opened at 8:00 a.m. CT that day. As usual, people were getting out of their car and getting in line prior to their opening. I was a pleasantly surprised when the person working came to open the doors at 7:55 a.m. CT. We were in and out by 8:15 a.m. CT. I was just so grateful because no one loves having to visit urgent care. Their staff made it a painless and pleasant experience. We received very high-quality and efficient care.

Love the new extension to the clinic. I got in for a appointment in about 40 minutes. Everyone was nice and professional. The doctor was great he figured out what was wrong with my back and walked me through the procedure for it. Procedure was about 20 minutes. Only thing not so great is that there is nothing for the pain except a cold spray which I understand.....but ooo that hurt. Figured a little pain now means less in the future. Thanks for helping me out MEC.

These people are excellent at what they do, make you feel very comfortable, and you never have to wait long. Your welfare is very important to them, and they get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Theyre always my first choice if my primary caregiver is unavailable.

She was also very patient and attentive, taking the time to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process.Overall, I would highly recommend Midwest Express Munster Clinic to anyone in need of ultrasound services and especially commend the outstanding service of their ultrasound technician. Her expertise, professionalism, and kindness made the experience positive, and I am grateful for her exceptional care.

I usually visit this center for minor issues and I always receive great service. I recently visited for a follow-up appointment and I informed the young lady triaging me that my pressure may read high because I experience anxiety when visiting the doctor’s office. The young lady goes “well, let’s talk” and took her time to start a genuine conversation to calm me down so she was able to get an accurate read! Best experience I’ve ever had, this center will always be my go-to!

Polite staff. Im not very familiar with visiting doctors, so I felt at ease with how kind and patient the people were.

Our experience at your clinic was expeditious and helpful in getting the care and treatment needed. My daughter was quickly diagnosed and medication prescribed and readily submitted to the pharmacy in order to start her meds same night. I must add also that our experience from beginning to end was pleasant. The front desk staff is very patient even with the overwhelming and overflowing main lobby of waiting patients. We were seen by the nurse practitioner within a very reasonable amount of time and she was thorough and informative. Great job all around Midwest Express!

I have asked numerous times to have my medical records sent to me as I moved out of state and Ive never heard back. I need them for my cardiologist and endocrinologist and bone dr.

It’s a whole vibe in there. They play movies for the kids, shout out El Canto; We don’t talk about Bruno, No, No, No. I got an X-ray, ear flush, and diagnosed in one hour. Dr. Thomas is the man, the green eyed nurse extremely cool and very thorough. I would recommend this place but I want to keep it for myself. No seriously the best.

The service was great at Midwest Express Clinic. We did not have a long wait. All of the staff members were excellent, friendly and professional. X-rays had to be done and we were out in a short time and had a very short week to get a call back with the X-ray results. Would recommend to everyone.

I am very saddened by a few recent experiences I’ve had. I brought my very noticeably sick 5 year old daughter in today, and was told my insurance is “ineligible”. I contacted my insurance and the insurance customer service rep called Midwest Express to confirm that I had coverage and they are an in-network care facility for me. The lady at the front desk refused to look into it further, with no consideration for a sick child. When I looked at the printout she gave me when I got home, (mind you my daughter is sick, so my mind is just on getting her seen as quickly as possible). The document had me listed as using Medicaid insurance. I do not have Medicaid insurance, so could this be an error on your end that resulted in my very sick daughter not being seen? A five year old child denied helped because of an error in your system?

Consistently awesome every single time. The staff if great, you really get individualized attention. All of the folks in the back, from the time you get taken back for vitals to the NPs that are staffed there, are top notch. Lets not forget about the front desk girls! They are so patient and kind. 5 🌟 all around.

I typically LOVE Midwest express, so this one star review isn’t reflective of the entire business but just the purple haired nurse practitioner. I needed a medicine she said she was going to prescribe me one type and I asked her about another type and what were the benefits of taking one over the other. I said okay I would like the other kind, NOT what she said she would prescribe she then made a snide comment about the reason I needed aforementioned medication but said she would prescribe the medication I requested. I let the rude comment go and went about my day that evening I went to pick up my medication and it was NOT the kind I wanted it was the type she originally said. I am very unhappy.

Very friendly. Got me in and out quick. Raven was very sweet and did a excellent jobCalled back to see if I can get some more antibiotics sent to the pharmacy because the infection wasn’t fully gone. And claimed the only way to get more is to come back in.

This was the best experience I can brag about in many years. I made the appointment online to arrive 15 minutes later. I left my home immediately and when I arrived was pleasantly greeted by the reception desk. Since I filled everything out online downloading all necessary items I was able to take a seat and wait. Not only 5 minutes later was called in to a room. Then 5-10 minutes later the doctor arrived. He was so understanding and had such a wonderful bedside manner. I felt so comfortable speaking with him even though we literally just met. I will definitely refer this establishment to anyone that may need a doctor and quick. I will also return if I ever need assistance in the future. 5 stars all day!!!

This was my first time visiting this clinic but it won’t be my last. From my initial contact with the check in receptionist to the nurses assistant, I was treated with excellent customer service. I had so many questions and ALL of them were answered without any hesitation. If you want to be treated like family, I would recommend going to this clinic.

I visited MEC on an early Sunday morning because my PCPs office was closed. Online check-in to save your spot in line was very easy. Front desk staff & technicians were very friendly.After a brief wait time my name was called & I was immediately tested for Covid, flu & strep throat. Jana, the Nurse Practitioner, had all the test results when she came in the exam room. In a very calm voice she asked me how I was feeling & listened to my concerns. She assessed my condition & was very thorough with her diagnosis. When the exam was finished she immediately faxed the necessary prescriptions to my pharmacy.The next day Jana took the time to send me a follow-up text message asking if I had any concerns.I would highly recommend this facility! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They have done more for me in 2 days than my primary physician has done in 18 years very much please with my experience

Staff is always welcoming and quick. I came in for a follow up for my sons finger and Jana, NP was very knowledgeable and kind. Emphasized the importance of seeing a specialist, explained where the fracture was located and answered all questions that I had. Even followed up the next day in case my family and I had any other questions. X-rays are done in house and they see you in a timely manner. Wonderful overall service.

I had an absolutely professional experience from check-in through treatment. The Doctor Sharon and the receptionist Desire were both outstanding. I got in and out in a more then reasonable amount of time. It was nice to finally experience customer service the way it should be.Thanks

They mentioned it was going to be about an hour until a physician sees me I didn’t mind seeing that there were far more kids and ladies sicker than me and they were slammed! Went to my truck to wait and I was noticing they were just keeping the line moving and boom,not even 10 minutes later they called my cell notifying me the physician was ready to see me👍🏼very prompt and professional service here💯

I went in to make sure no bones were broken as a result of a fall. The staff was wonderful - arranged for xrays and the went over the results with me. The nurse practitioner, Jana, was wonderful. She called me while we were on our way home to let me know that the radiologist reviewed the xrays and also went over, in detail, the results.

Very efficient urgent care. My experience was good. Went in with much pain. Dr Olga was fantastic with her care and knowledge. The staff from the fabulous nurse who took me back. Such compassion and care .

I had a great experience at the Midwest Express Clinic. I also appreciated the checkup text that I received to see how I was doing. This is the type of personal service needed to show patients that the physician does care about your well-being and not your medical insurance.

Very experienced and nice nurses and NPs. Especially Jana is very helpful, always follow up with texts and answer questions patiently. Best nurse ever! They can take care of most common illnesses but lack expertise in special areas such as child hernia. But thats understandable sine they are just an urgent care not a hospital.

Was there on 1/15 and wanted to charge my care credit card but was told I needed to use a different form of payment since THEIR system wasn’t working??? Why couldn’t I get billed and put in the care credit information later??? Money spent that I did not have at that time.2/12 and Nicole L said care credit was down and wouldn’t allow me to pay my bill on my care credit app this place is a joke.

Went to this clinic for my kids several times and doctors were nice and professional. However, I received a email from collection about my past bill(copay), and on the bill it still shows my old address(I have changed it 2 years ago and double confirmed with front desk of clinic). Now I have to pay the balance plus collection fee. So disappointed.

I have been here four times in the past three weeks- for myself and my two children. The staff have been friendly and efficient each and every time. I was able to call back and switch a medication from liquid to a pill for my daughter. They sent the script over without any hassle! I truly appreciate the convenience and efficiency you experience when choosing this clinic.

I didnt have to wait a long time to be seen ,the Nurse Practitioner was very patient and listened to my concern about my condition, , and made me feel I was cared about as a patient, something you dont experience these days, especially if you are a senior, like myself. People are so friendly and it never takes all day.⭐⭐Update 3 years later: the wait time began to increase, I never had a problem with billing and their services until later on, after the remodel, originally they accepted my insurance information and then are listed on my insurance registration as covered ,( has to be certain providers) the providers here are nearly all independent. Ive had myself and 2 family members receive outrageous bills from here. 3 different insurance companies, 3 different doctors. Im not sure why the insurance process isnt better explained. But if you have a few hundred dollars to spend on top of your insurance payments definitely come here! The insurance also made it difficult to get prescriptions. If a doctor who was not covered under my insurance wrote the prescription I was not able to pick it up. Its been several times where theyve had a different doctor I did not see but its covered under my insurance write the prescription. I do not understand why that doctor could not have been who I saw in the first place so that I wouldnt end up with a large outstanding bill from this company. If I would have known that I would have received a large Bill such as these I would have never came here. And I unfortunately wont be returning. It was swell while it lasted.

I went in for a cut on my leg and had a very pleasant experience. I had completed the registration online, I sat down for not even 5 minutes in the waiting area and got taken to the back. Shortly after I was seen by the nurse practitioner, I was in and out within 35 minutes. The office is very nice and clean and the staff is great!

My grandson and I had a great experience at the clinic yesterday. Thomas was our doctor and he was awesome. He explained everything to us and talked with us about what would help my grandson. We so appreciated his advice. Such kindness is very welcome!

First time here. Very pleased with professionalism and patient care from front desk to the physician assistant. Everyone was very kind and caring. The clinic was clean. I completed registration online about 6:30 am to reserve, not an appt, but my place in line for 8:05. I was seen by 8:15. Very happy to discover this place. It is very close to home when I was traveling all the to my last primary medical group 30 minutes away. Driving is the last thinks your feel like doing with not well. Before leaving they scheduled me for a followup within a week. Very greatful for this location and highly recommend.

First time going yesterday and I was in a lot of pain and wasn’t sure what was going 0n. Olga was great and sent to the hospital for test a then proceeded to call me on my cell phone while I was at the hospital to see how I was!! My boyfriend was like I’ve never had a doctor do that!! I will definitely be going back when needed! They listened, truly listened to me and were very helpful

I had a very good experience. The online registration system was glitchy but when I got there, I had a brief wait. All staff were pleasant, helpful and put me at ease. Overall, I would recommend coming here for services.

I always have a good experience going to MEC! I get frequent sinus infections and can always get in the same day I make an appointment. No more waiting a week or more. Its the perfect place to go if you need care right away and not serious enough to go to the ER. Keep up the good work!

Had an emergency on Sunday and my son suggested Midwest Express Clinic. My visit was AWESOME. Tiffany, Jennifer, and Jelena made me feel important and cared about. These 3 ladies were absolutely wonderful to me and my son. I live in Chicago but Ill be going back to this clinic. Thank you lovely ladies, I give you 10 stars. Unless you have over an hour to wait-dont even bother. And registering online for a time slot (which gives the assumption that you have an appointment but you dont) is pointless. The one in Schererville is way better.

Arie T. is the ABSOLUTE BEST! My daughter and I both had to get a few tests done and she was so gentle and kind. She made my daughter who was of course nervous, calm and happy. I have Illinois insurance and have been trying to see doctors in Illinois to help me and my children for emergency care needs. This location provides THEE BEST care possible! They do as much as they can and beyond if possible. They provide fast service and are very polite and helpful. All the ladies that work there are amazing! From the front desk to triage to the doctors and nurses in back. Will always recommend this place for emergency care.

This is the third time that I have been to the Midwest Clinic and each time I have found it to be the exact place to go to. The people are both professional and friendly and reassuring. The clinic is very clean and not scary at all.

Highly recommend this dentist office. Literally just left from having the quickest most painless tooth extraction and they made sure that I was comfortable the whole process. The hygienist Ana was super nice and reassuring and the doctor was quick and professional. I will be going to them for future services and suggest you do as well.

I had to bring my grandson in for a really bad cough. The PA was amazing, she was right on it with putting him on a breathing treatment. His lungs 🫁 were restricted. He usually gets frightened with Dr visits but the entire staff made him feel very comfortable. The triage girl to the PA. Thank you 😊

I took my daughter there yesterday and honestly was the best experience ever the doctor was soo amazing, I wasn’t expecting to have such a great doctor! She made this way easier on me! Took my mom here to be tested because she had a 103.1 fever. Nurse practitioner came in said everything was negative and when my mom asked her a question she rudely interrupted her and said hold on I have to do the assessment. Was very rude and unprofessional! Her heart rate was very high and they gave her a breathing treatment knowing albuterol makes your heart rate higher! Will never be back at this location!

My son needed to be seen. We were seen the same day, in a timely manner. Besides for the quick action, we were treated very politely.

Hard time completing the online registration. Kept sending a code, that when I entered it said it was the wrong code or I took to long. I did a walk-in. That was faster and more efficient.

Was taken care of very quickly. Doctor was very thorough and personable and knew exactly what was needed to resolve my problem.

The staff was very friendly, and were able to get my issue resolved, so I didnt need further treatment anywhere else. I really appreciate all they did.

My experience at this location was fantastic I was getting tested for Covid. Process was quick and easy. The staff there were attentive and diligent. Facility was very clean. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

Worst clinic I’ve ever been to the tech was unbelievably unprofessional. Her attitude was horrible. Huffing and puffing while asking me questions regarding my health. Made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her for doing her job. I was already uncomfortable and not wanting to go to the doctor and she made the experience 10 times worst. I didn’t even finish my appointment and left. I will never come back to this unprofessional establishment. If google would allow me to give zero stars I would.

The best help Ive gotten in a urgent situation! Wait time wasnt bad at all had everyone going in and out. The nurses were great! The NP that helped my daughter was amazing, I was heard and helped! Way better then an E.R!

11/18/2022, It is always crowed in the Munster clinic, (they need more seating.) I have to say the staff was very nice and my walk in was fast, I only waited about 15 minutes and that was understandable as how busy they were. Amanda the physician I saw was very nice and she helped me with all my concerns. I will definitely return to see them when I need any medical attention.

Went to Midwest Express Clinic for a checkup. Julie the NP is so nice Great place.

The staff were incredible. I ended up passing out after receiving a steroid shot ( I’m a baby, I know) and they took such great care of me and made me feel much less embarrassed about it lol. Thank you again to all the amazing people who work here!

Scheduled an appointment online & got there at my appointment time & was in and out of there in 20 minutes. The receptionist was courteous. The nurse was knowledgeable & friendly. The Doctor was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back for any medical needs in the future & highly recommend!

Not a good experience this time around. I ask for another dr was refused this option. Medication was not ready at pharmacy I played phone tag with staff on hold for more then ten mins transferred to dr was requesting manager was not given this option or told I was going to be transferred to the dr. Unprofessional and nasty attitude. I came to get treated for an illness not treated with an attitude my strength ain’t in arguing just getting well. Asked for second opinion was refused this right. Feel I was not treated respectfully or professionally. I usually have nice things to rant about this Clinic as most these doctors are so nice and staff but today was not a good day for me. I hope moving forward management is aware of this as well as to rush me out the room and not treat me for all my concerns was not very pleasant.

Every person at Muenster, Indiana was fantastic. I loved that Jana the FNP was very thorough and explained what she thought was happening to me. Calmed my worries and I am feeling better every day. 😀

I appreciate having a Midwest Express close to home as an alternative to the ER--even though I ended up advised to go to ER if my condition changed--which did happen. That was solid advice.My lungs were quite irritated and I had a bad wheeze without otherwise feeling at all like I was ill when I woke up that morning. The rescue inhaler was not working and I am not someone who needs a puff more than once a year or two. I quickly got a breathing treatment and steroid at Midwest Express. I had treatment, hope and a plan--and thats what I had expected.A few hours later the wheeze was back and, as advised went to ER where I was treated with another breathing treatment and a more powerful steroid through an IV, which worked.I was glad I first went to Midwest Express because I really didnt want to go to the ER if I really didnt need to be there on a Saturday night. I got clear instructions on when I did need to go, and felt very well cared for at Midwest Express.

This beat the Hosiptal any time was quick and fast. Even when I make an appointment with my doctor you still have to wait. even though I only went there to take my grandson we waited just 5 minute. And was out the door in 10. You can do that at any hospital.

We checked in online for a school physical. Didn’t even wait 5 minutes before we were called back, the whole process was under 20 minutes if that. We even had to go home to get my daughters glasses for the eye exam and they ushered us right back in. The intaking associate was very nice, and the nurse and dr were also very informative and nice. My daughter was nervous but they made the experience not so scary for her. All in all I highly recommend.

Really nice and great people, they are the coolest clinic I know. The place looks new.
