I highly recommend this clinic! I had a blood test today with Paulo, and he was wonderful. It was very quick; I’ve always been afraid, but having him do it was great!He was very kind and attentive, and it didn’t hurt at all. He answered all my questions and was very efficient. Im very happy with everything! 😊

Do not bother with this location or honestly Wellnessmart in general. I had an appointment at the Mountain View location. I was 5 minutes early but the location was closed. I called the corporate office and after 20 minutes of them trying to call the nurse they said the office will remain closed for the day, not because of emergency but the nurse had approval to leave early. I can’t believe how mismanaged this place is. The nurse was still in the office while I was there waiting outside for 20 minutes but was too much of a coward to answer the door and explain the situation. I had to get a babysitter to come to this appointment and the office doesn’t even care to apologize. NEVER come here.

Had a great experience with this clinic! I was able to schedule an appointment same day and when I arrived Paulo took outstanding care of me, not only did he get me in and out quickly with what I needed, he recommended some fun things to do because I’m new to the city! Overall I had an incredible experience!

They were wonderful!!! Easy to make an appointment. Saw me right away. No waiting when I got there. Very pleasant and professional. Definitely would recommend and use again.🌻

I used WellnessMart, MD for Live Scan Fingerprinting. I booked my appointment online and did not have to wait once I arrived. Ayanna was helpful and courteous,h getting my prints entered into the system in 5 minutes. The cost was also below what other business were charging. It was only $30.

Very pleasant vaccination and titer test experience. The staff is professional to answer any questions I have, efficient to perform their job quickly. The lab result was sent quickly. Email reply is very fast.P.S. Although they welcome walk-ins, it is recommended to schedule an appointment first. Since the office is small, it may take you some time to wait (outside, in the COVID-19 period) if there is another visitor already inside.

Waited for more than an hour for a physical ans was asked to come back the next day because they ran out of time and they were going to close! And I had an appointment just to be clear. They are very slow. Went back the next day with an appointment again and took me 2 hours and a half for them to do my physical. I had been there in the past and was in and out fast, dont know what happened to their quick service.

I needed an immigration medical and chose to come here. As other people have said, the place doesnt look the best - but the people are professional and very helpful. The results came back quickly and everything was sorted out efficiently. The opening hours are very friendly too - on Presidents Day weekend they were open Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I was charged $269 for my medical. I dont know how that compares to other places.

They lied us about the timeline, first said whole process will take 1.5 weeks and then it took almost a month.They also very unprofessional, we had an appointment at 9 am on 7/31 but when we got here they dont have our docs and saying that we dont have an appoibtment.Also get ready that your immigration exam time is shared with like 8 other people which is dangerous during covid19

I arrived at this location at 4:40pm, they are open till 5 and the place was locked up. When I called they said the last appt was at 4:15pm. I told them the website said they do walk-in which she confirmed. So why close early? Belmont is closed all week and closest they recommend is Campbell. Other customers arrived hoping for service. Just poor. Why be in business when you’re unreliable. It’s as if you don’t care about serving customers…

I went there for blood draw, my worst experience entire life. The nurse tried both my arms in order to get sample, hand keep shaking and needle slipped out. The spots are red for a week. Will never go again.

I came here for an immigration physical. The place doesnt look like a medical facility, but the service was good and efficient. The test results also came back quickly. Having to sign an arbitration agreement beforehand was a bit off-putting, but everything turned out fine.

Do not use this provider! I had to have my blood drawn 3 times on 3 separate visits just for that purpose, because the nurse couldn’t do it without adding bubbles to the sample and tainting it in the process. If you’re doing the USCIS medical exam, this provider even though on the approved list, will get rejected by USCIS because the physical exam with the doctor is done over a video call and not in person.

Quick and easy for immigration physical; I managed to go in the day after I called to make an appointment, no waits both times (initial appointment, and to go back and collect paperwork).

Had an appointment on Saturday morning. Door was closed. Waited for 45 minutes. No one showed up. No emergency phone, no one to complain to. I wish I could give negative stars. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Amazing staff. She was super responsive. Had a Employer drug test here. Would recommend for quick and effective test. Would prefer this over LAB CORP
