Everytime I come here I feel safe and supported. Great if youre trans and have had awful doctor experiences. Also, they have fun condoms!

The front desk receptionist, a Registered Nurse, and Nurse Practitioner were all the nicest people. NP Betty had such an incredible demeanor. She made uncomfortable topics as easy as talking about the weather.

Horrible experience. Dont go here if you need help. I went to my appointment to pass by a room full of staff visiting and chatting. After my appointment my results came back a week later than promised- and trying to talk to anyone is impossible. I have spent over 4 hours on hold trying to reach someone on multiple calls. Its hard to understand a room full of staff doing nothing with communication that is so poor.It is now a week past my appointment and I have yet to connect with anyone with any actual solution- in major discomfort/pain. What do their patients do here that need assistance?

I’m an uninsured college student. I called here in an effort to get birth control and pay for it out of pocket. Not only did I secure an appointment for the same day, but they gave me resources to apply for assistance so that my entire visit was FREE and care there would be FREE for the next 12 months. ALSO I was able to receive a full STI screening and multiple doses of emergency contraceptive for no cost to me!! PLEASE support your local PPH!!!!!My provider and nurse were also very great! My provider listened to me and helped me make the best decision for me. I will only be recovering reproductive healthcare from PPH from now on.

Very helpful and provide services to women (as well as some for men) without judgement. They have a sliding scale for payments based on income, so visits are usually very affordable, and may even be free. Abortions are not done at this clinic. Planned Parenthood is very misunderstood, and I cannot speak highly enough of their services.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. The staff are all kind and caring. Honestly, it’s the best healthcare I’ve ever received. If you are looking for a judgement free place with genuine staff and great service, head on over to Planned Parenthood in Moorhead!

I was called and told that my pills were ready to be picked up so I showed up at 4:45 PM, 15 minutes before closing time and the doors were closed. I knocked and looked inside but no one was in the lobby where I normally saw someone at the desk. I called the main number which routed me to the Minneapolis location and told them that the doors at this location were closed yet the hours posted on the door said they werent closing until 5PM. They told me theyd call the location I was at to see what was happening. Minutes later a woman came to the door, opened the door a crack, stuck her head out and said, if we dont have what you need were not giving you anything. I said I got a call that my pills were ready to be picked up. She opened the door and walked away. After showing her my ID I overheard a different woman in the office say, I have reservations for dinner tonight, and I will not be late! Moments later the woman who let me in said, Just to let you know, we close at 5. I responded, -but its not 5 yet. She said, Well...we need to close early to clean up. Every job Ive ever had, the hours posted on the door are when the business is open for customers.

So my nexplanon (however you spell it) has been hurting. Like where the birth control is placed has a sharp needle pain. I go there to talk to them about it and they didnt care. They just gave me the birth control pill to balance out my hormones. That was it. They didnt ask about the pain in my arm when I told them about it, they didnt ask me if I wanted to take it out, nothing. So I think the serves there sucks. Everyones nice but they wanna rush people in an out of there without actually dealing with their problems.

Made an appointment and went there to find out that they closed. I don’t see why they let me make an appointment if they were closed. Then to say well I can’t do anything for you because we’re booked the rest of the week, you’d think they’d accommodate considering THEY messed up.

Terrible experience , their lacking in communication, and their workers are less then knowledgeable. Theyll NEVER return your call, and if you have the time to sit on hold for hours the time just increases. Very unprofessional, go see someone who actually cares about your health!

I love the staff who works here and I love this organization because its the only place I can schedule an appointment to get in the very next day.

Went here for a yearly STI test. Nice staff, quick service, good price.

Everyone was very kind and helpful to me.
