We had nice experience with Amber at the front desk. Amber was very knowledgeable about their services.We are from out of town and we felt very comfortable at this facility.Facility is clean. Looks like they are doing some painting and a little bit of work in the place.But, it didn’t take away from good service. We would definitely use their services again.

This was the first time I had used an Urgent care.I had an employee who tested positive for covid. I was scrambling to find a testing facility for the rest of the office . We were all able to get appointments. Amber was awesome. She got us in and out within minutes. And we received our negative results in 45 minutes or less. The office was back up and running in record time.

I scheduled appointments for my daughter and I the evening before and there were quite a few available times to choose from. It took a total of 3 hours to actually get tested as there was only one employee at the site. The employee was very professional and was working as fast and thoroughly as possible. At one point, there were 16 people in line. I give a low rating for management not staffing appropriately. As for the employee, she was stellar and kept her composure despite patrons with appointments complaining about the wait time.

I only give two stars because when you get the Covid test it is fast and east. Other than this, beware. This clinic allows you to make appointments after hours. Their online appointment directory will allow you to make an appointment anytime from 12:00pm to 1:00pm when they are closed for lunch AND during weekends when they are also closed all day Saturday & Sunday.

The young lady that assisted me today was very professional thank you and kind and empathetic. I came in to get rechecked for my Covid in hopes of being able to go back to work with a negative Covid check. Unfortunately it came back still positive even though I feel perfectly fine. When she saw that I was so distraught and frustrated she was very caring and considerate and very very empathetic. She is a top notch employee or whatever it takes to keep her this will keep me coming to you guys only with employees such as her

After arriving from Georgia I had a difficult time finding an appointment for PCR Covid testing, this place was amazing - they answered my questions, had available appointments, took about 10 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left! My results were available in less than 2 hours. I’m recommending this facility to anyone I know looking for testing. I’m so thankful to them!

Wasn’t feeling well, suspected it was COVID, made a same day appointment and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Got my results in about 30 minutes. Thankfully it was negative. The medical professional who helped me was very friendly and was very gentle with the test.

Dr. Kaur at Instant Urgent Care is awesome. We went to get some advise on my moms health conditions. She listened to all the questions we had and provided us solutions. Shes very knowledgeable and kind. We are very happy that we found her. Highly recommend her!

I was able to book an appointment at the beginning of the same day I needed to get one and they had many time slots. I will say the only downfall is that even though you have an appointment you might still have to wait but it’s probably because people are traveling during the holidays season. I had to wait around an hour. But once I did the test it was over and done with.

Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff.No waiting for my test to be administered. Then a very short time to wait for my results to come back. The nurse who helped us was simply amazing. She was cheerfully attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we got the testing our family needed. She was a true gift in a time of uncertainty for my family.

Made an appointment online for an in-person visit the same afternoon. Then got a phone call re: the appointment telling me I had to have a recent COVID-negative test for an in-person appointment. I stated I had a recent COVID-negative test. I was then told the clinician wasnt in that day and had to reschedule or have a remote, online appointment. I chose remote. The confirmation text for the in-person appointment they ended up canceling was segmented into nine texts, not in order. The text with instructions for the COVID test was segmented into sixteen texts, also not in order. Wasnt the worst experience but definitely some room for improvement.

I had COVID19 test at the Tracy location and when I arrived I waited 1.5hrs to be told the site was now closed. I did my online appointment to tell them what test I needed and all they told me was to wait patently. I had to come back the next day having the same issues. Only 1 person was good enough to help me get seen. Zero stars if possible.

Urgent care is the fastest way to do the test in the same day I make the appointment and in like 30 min I received the results. I do recommend this place. I have been in Fairfield and San Ramon location.

THIS PLACE IS NOT OPEN ANYMORE. wasted my time waiting till 930 for it to open. The front of the place has like 3 different hours for the week. One sign says they open at 8. Another at 9. Online it says 930. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Made a Covid rapid test appointment on my Mobile phone. No issues at all. Easy to navigate. Medical employees were very pleasant and prompt.

I came in to get a Rapid COVID Test for DMC hostipal entry. Luz was very helpful and professional. She made it super quick and easy. It is a 15 min walk from the DMC hospital and I received my results within an hour. I totally recommend this place for easy Rapid Covid tests.

Amazing staff efficient fast and pleasant I appreciate them and all that they do thank you so much. I got a Travel Covid test they delivered quick results and the staff had me in and out hassle free. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

As always, the team here is so helpful in getting the proper information from us. They double checked we wanted the quick PCR test. I brought 4 people for the test and all were first timers. All were impressed.

We had a great experience. The receptionist and assistant were extremely friendly and very professional. I got my results back the same day. I would recommend this urgent care.

Easy scheduling on their website, lots of available appointments slots for Covid-19 testing. Accept most insurances. McKayla at the Modesto location was awesome in helping me set-up an account and getting testing.

The most difficult testing process I’ve ever gone through. The staff are unable to properly send out emails regarding test results and setting up accounts with this group. I’ve called 7 times regarding test results to no answer. I’ve also texted the number they say will get you faster response times to no answer. I have roommates worried about leaving the house as they don’t want to get there loved ones sick. I have work that’s wondering what’s taking so long for me to get my results. Horrible service!

Went in on 12/27 for a cocid test appt. The lady in the front was super nice and let everyone know she was very understaffed and was the only one checking ppl in, sanitizing sections, and doing the testing. She deserves a Fattt Bonusss;). Poor management

Well actually I had a bad experience there yesterday dont get me wrong at first there were only one girl working and had an 11;00 appointment and didnt get out of there until 3:00. Why have appointments when they arent even keeping them. There were no chairs for patients to sit down in. I just went in for a covid-19 test thats all and then4 hours later I was finally done. Ridiculous

Came in for a quick Covid test. Everyone was very nice and professional. My only gripe is when I tried to sign into the portal to get the results. I had set it up the night before and my iPhone saved my password. When I tried to sign in, it said my password was incorrect.

Best service for urgent care if you’re in a time crunch. Got me help and the antibiotics I needed within 10 minutes and got better within 5 days. Highly recommend!

Its my first foray with Urgent Care so bear with me. I needed a zpak badly. Admin advised me the fee would be $99 but I got charged $175 instead. Not sure what happened there? Emily my virtual care provider was great.

RT PCR test. My family had an appointent for first thing in the morning. Luz was great, helpful and had our results to us in less than 2 hours. Only rec would be that they need to automatically include the option to include ID info on reports which is important for intl travel. Luz worked with us to ensure ours were included.

I booked a Telemed appt a bit after 5 pm for 5:40. I had flu symptoms, covid had been ruled out by a rapid test. I wanted a prescription for Tamaflu, urgent because you have to start it within 3ndays,ans the sooner the better. They ended up offering to call me as soon as the doc was available, because they were behind, which was good because I didnt have to wait around.The doc called pretty promptly, was very professional and also pleasant, and called in my prescription. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

Great experience! Appointment was on time, and best of all, when I called back for more information I was immediately connected to a person who helped me right away. That’s rare these days and very much appreciated!

Facility is very nice as well as the employees. No one wants a covid test, given that they are a necessary evil, but should you need one this facility is extremely expeditious with test results. Highly recommended.

It was nice coming to go to this place because I needed a clearance of covid-19 to visit my girlfriend at doctor Medical Center. I think the ladys name was Jasmine not sure, but she was polite and professional and easy to get along with. That was yesterday on September 13th. Give this girl a bonus? She deserves it. If I need another clearance of covid-19 I will surely return to instant Urgent Care. Thank you. Ramon magdalino

I went to the Modesto site, they were so nice and fast! The one who did my test was very gentle. Thanks for helping me and getting my test results to me in a timely manner.

There was only one person working at the time of my visit. She was very good at her job. She got me in and out in less than five minutes. Great job to that Girl.

It’s a “no-sweat” RT PCR swab testing center & the FASTEST! We got ours even before 2 hrs!Plus Liz was so nice accomodating us even before they opened since it was “chilly” outside of the clinic.

Made a appointment for a Rapid Covid test thru their website. No issues.Went to the appointment. No issues whatsoever. Amber was very professional. Highly recommended.

Dont get confused with the initial video call....you will be required to go through that before actually scheduling an in-person visit. The current process is (as of Nov 29, 2021)1. Schedule test online - you will get info about a video link but nothing about in person visit or location info2. Attend the call and person will schedule you for the in person visit

The set up for my appointment was so quick! I was seen right away. The young woman at the front desk was very pleasant and kind.

Always an efficient experience. We use them for all COVID testing for our kids. The nurses are very good with small children who need to take the COVID-19 nasal swab.

I was told I would get my results back in 1-3 hours. I made the account and waited. I got a patient summary that discussed what I talked about to the dr. It DOES NOT TELL ME WHETHER IT IS POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE! I have no idea what to do. I’m no better off now than I was. I have no number to call and the text number I was given no one will respond .

Staff very professional and efficient. COVID test results arrived in about an hour. Only negative was that the instructions about creating an account were not clear.

After me and my family arrived we were greeted by the one receptionist at the desk and after a few questions and information exchanged we were shown to a room for testing, our receptionist was both our intake person and tester she was both funny and took time to make my kids feel comfortable with the process unfortunately I didnt get our helpers name but I would like to say thank you so much for your efficiency

Instructions are thorough and easy to follow. They take care of logistics with billing to your insurance & conducting a drive-thru Rapid Covid Test. People are also friendly!

Ladies were super nice and check-in was fast. They took my insurance and visit was fast. They gave me information that will help me in the future. I WILL be a return client/patient.

I booked a rapid covid test on the website at the palo alto location. As I started driving, I got a text saying it was a video call and after they would send me to a testing location. I pulled over and tried calling to get clarification, and couldnt get through to anyone. I texted and was told that the testing site was also in Palo Alto, so I kept driving. When I got there and did the video screen, they told me to go to a testing site 25 min away in Santa Clara because Palo Alto was closed that day. So I turned around and drove all the way to Santa Clara where I got to sit for over an hour before getting helped. I should have just stayed in bed.

I made an appointment to see a doctor in person. When I got to the office, I was shooed away because I hadn’t been Covid tested in the past 48 hours. No mention of such requirement online. They made me a virtual appointment, but all I got was a PA, not a doctor who said she couldn’t do anything virtually. I won’t use this company again.

Friendly staff that helped me well, but what I miss is the ability to use a non-US phone number to create an account. Without such it is not possible to create an account and actually receive results.

I booked an appointment on Friday May 20 for Saturday morning May 21 at 9 am. The location is not even open and the times are all scrambled, the door says 8am and on another side it says 9:30. Very inconvenient and unprofessional to have patients book appointments and wait, only to find out there not even open.

I was checked in and had my test administered within 10 minutes.Very helpful and efficient service. Would recommend using this facility.

The staff attended to me very quickly, they accepted my insurance so I was able to get tested at no cost, was in and out in 15 minutes.

Long wait due to lack of staff. There were 4 elderly clients who had difficulty waiting in line due to disabilities. No chairs. Staff was great. Bring something to sit on in case there is a long wait.

The system they have here is very efficient. I like the fact that you can drive up and they’ll come to your car and assist you and that they offer rapid testing.
