Kickbacks is all I have to say Awful all about money and not patient care. They are in network but took blood in office and sent to out of network labs without my knowledge or concern and when I questioned them they said we are contracted with them. This included my genetic testing which my last pregnancy a previous provider sent to lab in network and was covered 100 because of my age but here. They just put me in medical debt without my knowledge or consent resulting in over $15,000 in charges who can afford that, I had great credit before this. Really disgusting doctors especially Paul Hussler who when questioned about forcing unnecessary out of network test, threatens harm to a 37 week high risk disabled pregnant patient … do yourself a favor don’t go ti this office unless you want to be overcharged. A year later I am still dealing with billing issues that any other office would’ve resolved!! This has not only caused a financial hardship but sever emotional distress!!

I am a patient of Dr. Nodelman and needed to be seen urgently so I was scheduled to see Dr. Paul Husserl. Paul was dismissive, disengaging, condescending, and overall a really bad clinician. He did not bother to ask me any questions relating to my concern like scale of pain, frequency of occurrence, or its interference with my daily life. I emphasized to him repeatedly how much pain I am in when my condition flares up to which he responds well thats not that bad. As a man who has not experienced any acute or chronic pain in the reproductive area, his lack of empathy was truly astonishing. I feel bad for his regular patients that they have to deal with such incompetence and lack of empathy. He refused to order lab work, diagnostic imaging, or any further testing at all even when I requested it. A really bad clinician, I would not recommend him.

Love this office! The front desk staff, appointments and billing staff are very helpful and accommodating. I’ve been coming here for several years, and all throughout my pregnancy, and haven’t had an experience where I felt the office staff weren’t helpful or friendly. I also love my doctor, Dr. Nodelman, but would easily see any of the other doctors at this practice (and did throughout my pregnancy). I would highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Sara Valentino first time today for an annual. She is amazing. Very sweet kind caring and very professional. She took her time I didn’t feel rushed answered all my questions and made suggestions to improve my health. I just love her and I plan to be at this facility so as long as she remains there ! Staff is awesome. If you get Tammy, she is the best always helpful in assisting you with questions ! Fiona was great at front desk. I know I’m in the best hands with Dr Valentino! Thank you Dr! You are amazing ! 😺Just to add Dana and Joan are very pleasant ! And also Sue is wonderful and nice / ultrasound tech!Thank you ladies! Not to mention Deanna is amazing she assisted me asap with a procedure I needed to book always took my call and is so kind and courteous ! Thank you also Deanna! 🤭 Denise also was amazing and held my hand comforted me through a procedure which was very intimidating but Denise and Dr Valentino made the process a breeze many thanks!!!!!Sabira is also very kind in billing as well!Nothing but great experience here and never switching offices!!Anita Valdez

I had a good experience with most of the doctors here, with Dr. Husserl being the exception. He openly contradicted one of the other doctors regarding current protocol for inductions (the other doctor was in the right). My final pelvic exam prior to delivery was the worst ever and performed by him. Luckily, at 39 weeks I labored at home with a doula, arrived at the hospital just in time to deliver, and Dr. Ventimiglia was on call the night my son was born, so I never had to see Dr. Husserl again. Five years later and expecting my second, I’m sad to see this Dr is still with this practice but happy I chose a midwifery practice the second time around where bedside manner, professionalism, and compassion are incomparable.

When my insurance changed I searched high and low for drs with good reviews. Upon calling the office to make sure that Dr. Paul Husserl took my insurance I was informed that yes he did and I could see him just a week later. I was overly nervous about my appointment and the nurses made me feel good about my appointment and that I was in good hands. In our conference, Dr. Paul Husserl listened to every concern I had and even made sure to explain everything to me. Messages through the patient portal are answered day of. The parking lot is small, but there is valet parking.

My credit card dispute for their knowingly intentional and illegitimate Co-Pay charge was deemed to be improper on their behalf and my conditional credit is now permanent.It would have been a lot easier if they would have returned my emails and spoken with my like a reputable person and business does.It is unfortunate that they chose to have me go through other avenues and options in order to fight their attempted fraudulent actions.

As a first time mom, they made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions and provided me with the best service from start to finish. I transferred to them late in my pregnancy and naturally I was nervous about switching doctor so far along in my pregnancy, especially after my awful experience with my previous doctor. I immediately felt the difference in their level of customer service, friendliness and care. They also performed my C Section and made me feel comfortable throughout such a scary procedure. Although I had my son, I continue to use this office as my OBGYN. I highly recommend them. All of the doctors were excellent but Dr. Ella and Robinson are hands down my favorites, although Dr. Levine has the best sense of style (his suits are as sharp as they come).

I just love this clinic! All doctors are caring, attentive and supportive. Throughout my pregnancy I felt safe, and during labor I could be myself, move and felt listened to. I am so thankful!

Dr. Ella Uvadyeva is a wonderful doctor. She is pleasant and professional. She takes the time to talk to you and always follows up with you when it comes to test results. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. The office and examining rooms are always kept clean. I highly recommend Dr. Ella Uvadyeva.

Dr. Ella is the best. She is always compassionate and caring. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes. Office is clean and you are in an out. Staff is amazing and always friendly. Great doctors, I have been treated throughout my pregnancy by each of them and I have nothing but great experiences from them.Wonderful team, delivery and treatment all went smoothly.Appointment times on time and in and out service.

This was one of the best Dr. Visit I had in a very long time. She took her time explained everything to you, also you know going to a GYN is not the most comfortable situation. She made you feel so relax that you didnt mind going. The staff is friendly and the office is clean. Wonderful experience.

Dr. Ella Uvadyeva is an amazing physician! She was so kind, comforting and very informative. She thoroughly reviewed all of my outside medical records - not only with me but before even physically meeting me. She really impressed me. She went over so many things in detail pertaining to my pregnancy. I was so nervous having to switch practices at 23 weeks pregnant. She eased all of my fears and truly listened to me, addressing all of my concerns that I had experienced with my prior physician. I am so grateful that she took me on as a new patient transfer.

I have been Dr. Nodelmans patient for over 20 years. I love him as much as any patient could love her doctor! He is kind, attentive, and makes me feel at ease. The assistants are always friendly and professional and the backoffice staff are very efficient.

I have been coming here for 3 years now and very satisfied. I have never before had a medical practice I was happy with before this, as far as availability of appointments, extremely short wait time in the office, and also level of patient care. Highly recommend. I have seen all the doctors in the practice from back when I was pregnant and they intentionally do that, so I dont have any one that I am attached to, all are great.

I have been a patient at LIWHC for 5 or 6 years and have been seen by all of the doctors there. Really have nothing negative to say about anyone. They were extremely supportive while I was trying to get pregnant and through both of my pregnancies. Dr.Husserl performed my 1st (emergency) C section and Dr.Levine my 2nd. They both did a great job and most importantly delivered my babies safely! Dr.Husserl specifically has become almost more of a friend than just a doctor. He’s very easy to talk to and cares for his patients on a personal level. He is the first doctor that I have ever had that I felt like actually knew who I was when I walked in the door. The rest of the office staff are also super friendly and always very accommodating. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

The staff at LIWHCG are friendly and very helpful. I felt welcome as soon as I entered the office. Dr. Robinson was thorough and explained about the practice as well as what she was doing in my routine checkup. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a gynecologist!

Absolutely fantastic staff and doctor! Was taken in for my appointment even earlier than it was scheduled for, the staff at the front desk is very polite. Assistant was just as nice and the doctor is very kind and attentive. All in all a very positive experience!

If I can give Dr.Robinson 10 stars I would ! Literally I would never ever go to another GYN again , she is beyond outstanding ! Comforting , understanding and you can tell she cares for her patients. I was in the waiting room for probably 10 minutes tops until she called me in .

Saw Dr. Jessica Ventimiglia - one of my worst visit thus far. She was in the room for 5 mins maximum and was ready to just run out. She performed a bunch of exams with explaining anything or letting me know what was happening. This is the reason why you wait and make sure to see you’re specific Md because seeing other MDs like Jessica who could care less about you is just unfortunate.

I have been a patient of Dr. Levines for over 15 years. He is a great Dr. Due to scheduling, I made an appointment with Dr. Nodelman. I am very pleased with Dr. Nodelman, I was instantly comfortable with him and he has a very pleasant way about him. The staff was great and the nurse who took care of me was very nice to talk to . All in all, as usual, a great experience with my Dr.s there.

The office is very efficient. Little to no wait.Nurses are very friendly and reassuring.I always see Dr. Nodlleman he is very goodHe is very caring and efficient and very thorough.I recommend the practice to my family and friends.

A few months ago I months ago I relocated from Virginia to NYC. This is the first drs office I visited that was courteous and did not have an excessive wait time. Dr. Ella was gentle professional and the complimentary valet service is a nice touch! They also saw me even though I was running a few mins behind my appt time as a new patient! Try this office out, you wont be disappointed.

I was so bummed when through some missinformation i thought they no longer took my insurance. But they still do, yay I love Dr Ventimiglia she is very easy to talk to and is excellent at any follow through that is needed. Frendily and easy going front desk staff as well.

I have been a regular patient of Dr. Nodelman for many years. He is always kind, gentle and professional. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a Gynecologist on Long Island.

Safe, friendly, overall great office & team. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Completely unprofessional and disgusting office space. Front desk has 0 customer service skills and the billing office is constantly billing incorrectly. I have had to call my insurance twice to rectify situations where I was incorrectly billed. Save your time and find another doctors office that is capable of working efficiently.

Dr.Ella is great! She really cares about her patients and made sure I came in when I forgot to make an appointment. She is very nice and I would recommend seeing her.

Doctor was good and clear with any explanation she gave me. The only reason they didn’t get five stars is due to office being in network but then they use an out of network lab which was not covered by my insurance. If they changed to Quest or something similar that’s in network then it would be a great peace of mind

Dr. Ella is the absolute best ! She always makes me feel very comfortable and is so informative and very intelligent. I highly recommend going to her , my mom and sister go to her as well and love her.

I’ve been with the practice since I’m 18 years old I am 37 now and Dr.Levine and Dr. Nodelman are amazing. Always knowledgeable, concise, and clear. I’m a pretty tough patient being a nurse. They are always professional.

Dr. Husserl is great. He speaks in a professional manner and is easy to talk to. He takes the time to explain issues thoroughly. But the young hispanic looking nurse is a pain. She talks loudly about patients in front of the closed doors on purpose. Whatever insecurities she has, she needs to stop inflicting them on her patients.

Love Love Love Dr. Lieberman! She is AMAZING! Delivered both my children... and a true gem to the practice! Upon recieving excellent service from her and the staff... Now at least 7 of my friends have become patients... Thank you Dr. Lieberman for delivering the best gifts I ever recieved xo

Dr. Robinson always takes the time to listen. She never comes across as dismissive, which I have experienced with other doctors in the past. Very compassionate.

Dr. Ella made me feel so comfortable and was easy to talk to. I was happy that she understood my issue right away and recommended the right treatment for me.

5 stars for Dr. Levine!!!!!!Finally, someone nice and professional! He is really funny too and made me feel comfortable!I went to him by recommendation and there was no place for disappointment at all.

Been going here since 2015. My doctor Dr Levine is usually thorough but can be a difficult to deal with at times even though he means well he still can get under your skin very easily
