What a bad service, I had called and they told me that someone it’s about to calling me back. Then never called me back. After that I had call many times and never answered the phone. I came to the offices and after a long waiting they told me that no one it’s available to attend me until the end of the month. 4 weeks. What a joke!Don’t waste your time or energy trying to come here.

CHRIS and TISHA are amazing. Was quick and easy. Really knew what they were doing. Made me feel safe and no judgement. Really great people working here. Really comfortable environment. Great team

The entire staff were extremely kind and helpful! Ana was able to get me a last minute appointment with the doctor which was a relief because I I wanted to be seen the same day !! I highly recommend this clinic not to mention The testing is FREE !! 🙏🏽❤️

I went to the clinic at 5 pm to get my routine tests but as soon as I got in the person was on the phone looked up with the face that He doesn’t want to help me, when i ask for test He just told me oh not My dear not now is almost 5:30 so come back tomorrow. I said that I’m not available to come tomorrow. He said that call corporate and I answered i will do that. I don’t understand why and how a clinic for health services, clinic offering service for LGTB has a rude employees, has employee who discriminates customer because that was my feeling and how come He call me my dear. It’s a shame this clinic has very bad costumer service, discrimination and rude employees. I guess that He didn’t want to be interrupt on His personal call.

Everybody who works here is absolutely amazing!!! Getting tested for anything is stressful. Not to mention when youre petrified of needles and blood. They put me at ease and were the best at not only taking my blood but giving the best possible service and care possible. They feel like more your friends when you come in for an appointment which makes the whole situation less stressful. Cant say it enough, LOVE THEM!

Great clinic with amazing staff who are affirming and knowledgeable of the LGBTQ community.

We had an appointment and waited for 2 months, we received a text to check in online at the address we were hitting to, just to find that the location is closed and we have to travel another 15 miles to South Beach, what an unprofessional handling of business. Thank God I ended up here and switched to another provider. 😡😡😡
