The staff was friendly and attentive, and took good care of me. The phlebotomist has skilled hands with a gentle touch, which helped since I have a fear of needles. She was amazing! There was a long wait, as expected in urgent care, but the office was clean and it ran like a well-oiled machine.

The staff got my daughter on the schedule with ease. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. They answered all of my insurance questions. The back office staff were incredible. They put my daughter at ease. The provider that seen her was so sweet and kind. She explained to my daughter what was going on and what the treatment was. This clinic is amazing all around. Yes we might of had to wait a little time. But it was less time then going to any emergency room for sure. They are awesome at this clinic so worth the wait. We will return if we ever need urgent care.

Went for a sportsphysical. We made an appointment for 2pm but werent called back until 2:45-2:50. It was so hot in the whole facility. I mentioned it to the nurse and she said it felt fine. People in the waiting room were complaining of the heat as well. The actual appointment was fine. Easy with no issues, cant beat the price. Only $20 for the sports physical. Would probably pick a different facility next time.

Office staff, nurses, doctor was very nice and helpful. Online booking and check in worked very well. I received the care I needed and will use this location again if needed. Only problem was the wait. I had an 8:45 appointment, checked in at 8:22, wasnt seen by the doctor until 10:00. I had a low priority issue and there was 10+ other patients there, so I understand and cant be too upset. I will just have to plan on that kind of wait next time.

Wait time was understandable due to the amount of patients in front of us. I liked that the doctor really listened to my concerns and did the x rays I asked for, rather than just saying to give Tylenol and wait it out, because my toddler ended up having a fractured clavicle. Would definitely recommend to others.

Dr and nurse were very friendly. Took my daughter bc she cut her knee while playing football with her brother and thought it might need a stitch. She was so scared and they reassured her that everything was okay and told her everything they were gonna do before they did it. Great experience.

This was my 3rd visit within the last 3 weeks. Each time I left feeling so much better than when I arrived. Everyone there was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. I thank God they are less than 10 minutes away. Thank you for your services. 🙂

These people and practitioners are amazing! We have been twice for strep not only are they extremely kind and patient with my autistic 11 year old, but I’ve never had to wait longer than about 20 minutes to be seen. Thorough and fast! Happy to have them as part of our care team!!

Ive been in Dallas for 13 years and this has been by far the best service ever. A+ bedside manners, follow-up and detailed evaluation. The Dr and his nurse were amazing!

Made an online appointment for 9:15 am. I waited over an hour and still never got called back. 6 other patients were called back while I was there. This is truly unprofessional and I will never go back to any nextcare facility. If there was half star rating I would even give them that.

First time there and the wait was not long at all. The service was better than in some hospital. Hope not to need them again but if I do will definitely go there again. I had to get stitches and the doctor did a great job.

The doctor couldn’t do anything and simply wrote a note to send us to an emergency room at a big hospital and they had the audacity to charge $227. Do not go to this place, there is no integrity at this clinic. Receptionist have no common sense like if they will profit from scamming patients. Is so easy to ask the right questions when screening the patients, asking upfront, and knowing if their clinic/doctor can do or don’t, but yeah, it’s about collecting money. I should have left and not pay for damn note they provided. Ridiculous

I did not wait a long time. They were very efficient in getting the patients in and out. They even have a app where you can see the progress of the people that are in line and what place you are in line. I like that. The place seemed to be clean and the nurses and Doctors were friendly and knowledgeable.

I walked in without an appointment, and I was seen promptly. The front desk staff and the staff who interviewed me and did vitals, the Xray staff, and the Nurse Practitioner were thorough, polite. and very professional. Every time I ask to see Dr . Famolousi, and she never disappoints. She’s such a caring doctor. She’s always helpful and able to inform me of any important info needed. She’s just awesome and the whole staff has always been loving towards me each visit.

Whenever I have visited in the past, it’s usually unpleasant whether there’s an annoyed receptionist or the nurse practitioner isn’t interested on hearing your concerns.Today was different, I got the most pleasant staff ever. I’m not sure if it’s just new staff or new management, but I was helped in a nice and welcoming manner.Hope they continue to provide this quality service. Had a great visit

The staff was very friendly and professional! The doctor answered all my questions completely. Carlos the tech, was the best! He took his time with my nine yr old. who had to get some blood taken. Overall visit was great👍

The Hispanic females up front are EXTREMELY RUDE if you’re black. First off, the first one had the audacity to be rude about a physical form when I told her one was not provided to us. Then, we’re in the waiting area waiting (mind you, showed up early, had an appointment, and only one person was in the waiting area) and all of a sudden, the other one with the ghetto lashes had the nerve to call my son up to the front and tell him it would be $66! Girl I wish we would! We have NEVER been treated so poorly; and when I told her they acted like they didn’t want to see us to begin with, she didn’t say anything. I also asked her why we were charged prior to receiving his 2 min physical and she said they charge first, which was something that was new to me because the last time, they did not. Y’all have HORRIBLE customer service. I’d rather spend $100 on a physical and be treated MUCH better than spending money to support these ladies with bad attitudes and helping buy caterpillar lashes. Please train your horrendous front desk representatives better. Run far away from this “URGENT” care. Nothing about it was urgent nor were we treated with care.

Was able to schedule a last minute Sunday appt online for less than an hour out. We arrived about 10 min early, but were taken back at our appt time. Interior is a bit dated, but clean; staff was friendly and appointment wasnt rushed. Recommend 👍🏻

The provider that did my daughter and 2 son’s physicals was beyond unprofessional! What type of provider would attempt to check my teenage son’s private area while my teenage daughter was in the same room!!?? She also attempted to diagnose my son with heart issues when he was referring to his diagnosed asthma and got an attitude when I tried to clarify what he meant. Definitely needs more training.

Scheduled a same day appointment online. Arrived, checked in & was seen within 15 mins of check in. Although I had a chest x-ray done, I was still treated/seen quickly & was on my way home with a diagnosis/prescriptions within an hour! The doctor & staff were very professional & courteous! Definitely recommended for quick/fast medical help!

We had an appointment at 8:45 got called in pretty fast. Got vitals checked and sent to s room. It wasnt even full! People were in and out but never us. 10:30 cam around and were still in the room! Was told our name got pushed up in while waiting for results so the doctor never came into the room because basically our name was hidden by other patients. We were in room 2 and the nurse who checked out vital could have said hey theyve been in room two. A crying baby for hours didnt draw their attention constantly checking out the room didnt catch their sttention. When asked how much longer I was told they were waiting on the do tors orders. The doctor hasnt even been to the room!

All of the staff at NextCare were extremely kind and caring. The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were all very efficient. I came away feeling as though they truly cared that I was sick and wanting to help me get better quickly. I would definitely recommend this urgent care facility.

Brought my daughter in back in March because a she was sick. They tested her for the flu and strep nothing else. Results came back negative and they said she has to the flu but it was to early to detect. Fast forward two days laterwe are in the emergency room she had pneumonia!! Now I have a 5000 bill and the doctors all said this was something they could have diagnosed. 😐Would not recommend if they are going to take your money and not actually going to see what is wrong!

The receptionist was great in explaining their discount program for clinic visits. The attending physician was very attentive and didnt rush through the exam.

Made an appointment online and still had to wait 2 hours. Plus once inside the practitioner just checked a couple of things in less then two minutes and said your all done. I spend way too much time waiting for not to be checked properly. Was a waste of time and money.

The staff member that takes your vitals was very rude and unprofessional. I ask him a question and he acted like he didnt hear me until I raised my voice. Then he said he was looking up my question., everyone was very professional.

I had a bad tooth ache which had my whole left side of my face in pain it was late all the dentist offices were closed I goggle urgent care and went and boy they were a blessing and I fell in love with the sweetest Dr who took care of my problem shes amazing and wish I had her for a primary care Dr.

I brought my son in for an ear infection. I was really concerned to jump on treatment right away when I learned of his pain because he has permanently lost hearing in his other ear from a previous infection. We arrived super late in the day, close to closing time. They were able to get him in, and he was given proper treatment. I’m so thankful for your help!

The care was more than satisfactory. My only problem, my prescription for my infection was delayed and i still have not received!!

They were pleasant and went very good they were on time and it didnt take a lot of time and I was out of there and they were very pleasant.

No point of making an appointment. Made one the day prior and when we checked in was told only 1 person before us. Then 5 other people got called prior to us. Was told by the office manager its not an appointment just a place holder. Which if thats the case then why was I not put into the rotation when I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment? Instead they called me after my scheduled appointment so if its not an appointment then why do the people that also scheduled get called before me when we were already there waiting? Was told by front desk they also didnt understand it and didnt have an answer. Seems like something isnt right here. Very frustrating when you have a sick kid waiting to be seen.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was super nice and compassionate. Ana and Angie at the front desk were helpful with all of my questions and didn’t get annoyed. I have been to other urgent cares where the staff is always rude. That doesn’t help when you already don’t feel good. I would recommend this place to everyone. They work fast and efficient too, the wait was not long at all.

I came early in the morning before work right as they opened so it was only a 30 minute wait. Miss Renee (not sure how it’s spelt) who took my blood pressure and drew my blood was awesome! She was very professional and fun and was very quick and efficient.

We were visting from out of town and need medical treatment. Walked, checked in and filled out the required forms. My husband and I were both seen. Chest xray and strep test done. Staff very nice and the doctor Folake Familus was very professional and good. Took the time with each of us. The whole experience was excellent. We were out within an hour and picking up prescription.

Scheduled an appointment for my daughters school physical and I explain what she was coming in for and even asked if they took insurance and they said yes! Even told them what insurance my daughter has. So when I show up she goes is $25 which is okay but I mean would be nice if they would of told me that they don’t take insurance for physicals when I gave all the information over the phone. And she gave me an attitude and just says “ well you dint spoke to me so I dint knew what you were coming in for” but I mean if the same policies applies why would it made a difference if I scheduled the appointment with the other receptionist? I feel all of them should be informed on what insurance they take 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. The provider on the other hand was the best I wish I could say the same about the receptionist

I went on New Years Day when my eye was swollen shut and a scary rash with water blisters on my face. I had made an appointment with my primary care/urgent care Medprem on Beltline but they were closed! Medprem did not adjust its phone, online schedule system or even a sign on the door for New Years!! I was terrified that the painful and scary illness was Shingles but the doctor explained why it couldnt be. Then I got a shot and three prescriptions. I was impressed by the friendly, efficient service. NextCare Urgent Care has its act down.

I went here because they had a good rating. The rooms look old and dirty. They have an an competent healthcare provider. All she could do was prescribe me some cough medicine and I’m not even coughing. Then sent me on my way.They wasted my time and money!!

Would have gotten 5 stars if not for the long wait time in the lobby! Was told I’d be next and sure enough someone else got to go before me!! Paid my copay before everyone else and still got pushed back!! SMH Nurse was great once I got back, Dr was Awesome but again waiting 2hrs to see her made the entire visit 2 stars instead of 5.

Absolutely amazing. I went in, filled paperwork, got to see a doctor quickly. I told the doctor what was wrong and what I needed, she took a look, prescribed the medications and I was good to go! It was so quick and they had appointments in the hour before they close. They close at 5, but I was able to call and get an appointment at 4:15! It was an amazing experience. Quick and easy!

We were there about an hour total, which Definitely is better than most places. Staff were very friendly. When I made the appointment online, I could also do paperwork online instead of having to do it in person. To sign in, was easy just had scan in. For now on we will be going to Next care if my son is sick.

The staff are very nice and they show they do care about patients and their job. They are easy to talk too and very professional. Came out feeling better!

I made an appointment in a Sunday due to cold like symptoms. Overall the initiation with check in, vitals, swabbing and getting a room was quick within 30 minutes for all of that. The doctor came in to see me 10 minutes after that we had a 3 minute conversation regarding my symptoms and when they started, not once did she listen to my lungs the stethoscope was placed only by my heart, we agreed on a treatment plan once we got the results. A couple of minutes after she walked out i received a text thanking me for my visit but i didn’t think anything about it since I figured they are ahead of the game. I then waited 45 minutes for results no one could find my results plus I was no longer in the system. They had already checked me out and forgot about me. Unacceptable, I’m sitting there sick with an aching body and in pain only to be forgotten

My only fuss is the X-ray technician refused to provide me with a lead apron to minimize exposure to radiation. I even asked her for one she said it wasn’t necessary. The doctor was polite and everyone else was as well.

My daughter needed an xray on her left knee & wrist from a sports injury, the staff was quick to check us in & they accept walk-in appointments. We got our results and the clinic has a doctor on staff to interpret the results. We received a knee brace and pain rx. It was over all a great experience for an emergency visit.

I am usually not the type to go to the doctor, but since I had to, Im glad I chose this place. They made me feel at ease and were very professional. I was a walk-in and check-in on the phone made it swifty. I had an issue with my eye and the Dr. let me have the lights off for the majority of the time I was in the room because she knew it made me feel better. And so they made a return patient of me when I need it again.

I made an appointment for 4:00. Got there at 3:50 to check in. Waited until 5:50 before I just cancelled. Terrible service. I’m having serious heart pain and i gotta wait 2 + hours to be seen even after making an appointment. PATHETIC! Sad part is, i kept asking where I was on the list and i got told 4 (then i watched 6 ppl go in front of me). I got back up asked again and got told 2 ppl in front of me (then i watched 4 MORE ppl go in front of me). If heart issues can’t get me seen in 2 hours then idk. Maybe I’m tripping. Outrageous!!

The front staff and nurse practioner were really great, however, the young lady that did the vital signs was snappy with me because I choose not to take off the extra clothing off and not get on the scales.I was not feeling well and had already completed that information on the sign in documentation.She could use more sensitivity training..Overall experience was good.

Had an appointment at 920am didnt see anyone for over an hour and a half past the appointment time is unacceptable. Pointless to make an appointment if they cant get you in within 30 min of that time made. Also I watched staff members doing the home boy hook up letting what looks like friends/family in back door to skip the line of the waiting room. Gave our room to one the staffs friends because my kid had to use the bathroom really quick. Garbage service.

Front desk messed up our sign in knowingly or unknowingly. We had to wait 3 hours with our 3 year old unnecessarily. They took us for vitals and made us wait in the room for provider for 90 minutes without any updates. They saw other 4-5patients who came after us. We asked many times if we can take the baby to the car for food. They were unrealistic with the time.The provider (PA) was unprofessional and unpleasant to us he didnt want to examine or test for flu or strep. I had to request him to check my childs throat.He prescribed a stronger antibiotics so we dont have to come back.. When we asked about it he said, he is the provider and he will prescribe whatever he wants.Very unfortunate to be there and would not recommend to anyone else.

I’m always treated with respect when I come here.. My child treated with compassion by nurses & told to feel better. Doc is always on point with her patient, My child’s medicine is sent to the pharmacy before I even leave.

My first time here last Saturday with my both kids (6 years)(2 years 8 months) they were really sick with fever 🤒 we got here since their pediatrician was closed. lm so happy l find this place everyone was really nice and you can do appointment in the app to be seen same day, it take like an hour the waiting but is the normal time more faster than childrens hospitals the doctor Lakshmi was super nice and she prescribed the right antibiotics she answered all my questions,I recommend this place 💯

Went to have stitches removed & was told I should not have put on antibacterial cream (which was exactly what i was told to use), but have let it dry (soap & water). ??????

The Dr and all the staff are always very friendly. They got us in and out in a timely manner. The best urgent care in the area.

The staff and nurses are always really nice and kind.. my daughter always gets the medical attention she needs. The doctor thats usually there is always nice to us keeping us in the loop of things. I would most definitely recommend this place.

The registration and visit were fast. Staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is that the doctor said she was going to send in an antibiotic but when I called pharmacy she had not. When I called the clinic she had left for the day so I had to wait till the next day to get that corrected.

Only 1 star for Dr. Fitzgerald. His lack of attention to my concerns did not inspire confidence, nor did it ease my worries. He prescribed me a random rash cream without offering to look at the most afflicted areas of my body, after I expressed concern twice. He didn’t even wear gloves while administering a COVID test. I have been here a few times & everyone else has been good— would go back, just wouldn’t want to be seen by this man.

When people are sick the last thing you want to deal with is other people’s attitudes the nurse here that takes vitals was beyond rude and got even more rude when I denied a Covid test she just slammed her pin on her desk like ma’am let me see a doctor first so I can see what she recommended and let me mention my appointment was at 11:45 I didn’t get out of there until 220 and that’s just because I decided to leave I understand that it’s busy due to the weather but you should always honer an appointment time that’s what it’s made for not let the walk in go in and be seen before the ones that actually schedule I never had an issue with this place or the staff but that was the last time I will ever go there so I definitely do not recommend there’s no point in making an appointment.

The staff was amazing usually people in urgent care offices are rude, i was looking for an urgent care for my daughter to be seen, and this place took me in so fast , i felt so comfortable and the wait was minimum, the Doctor was very detailed and made my daughter comfortable, thank you for been open late in the evening.

I like the fact they accept walk ins and they open 7days a week. You can almost see them for anything if unable to go to your pcp. I didnt have to wait long and they accept most health insurance.

From the moment I walked in every person I was in contact with was nice, professional and courteous. The Doctor was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend if you need a doctor in a hurry like I did.

What is the point of an appointment if they take an hour to take you in and then another hour in the back. I made my appointment in advance so that we wouldn’t have to wait long and they still took walk ins first. It’s always this terrible waiting at this place.

This is my second visit . At 1st inquired via phone if I can be seen since I don’t have my health card. With me . the receptionist was accommodatingly verified that my info is in the system . Check in was a breeze. All staff were pleasant, and courteous, especial mention the nurse who took my vitals was conversant n makes you comfortable . All staff did their job well and maintain a friendly atmosphere. . Will continue to seekthe services as needed.

Real good Dr stay on top of there patients needs

Sadly Ive been here on multiple occasions. However every experience has been a great one. The staff is always professional, helpful, and nice. They dont ever seem to be impatient with anyone. Treats everyone with the same respect and care. All the staff seem to genuinely care not just about their job and what they do but for the abundance of different people that come in for there care. I believe you have to have a different level of patience and understanding in the medical field. They have it! I recommend prime Medical Center on Town East to anyone in need of an urgent care where they can feel comfortable and will be genuinely cared for.

Love this place! The front desk staff are always so sweet, as well as the nurses and doctors. I’ve had to come in 3 times in the last year due to my kids pediatrician being unavailable and they have seen me with no problem. They are as quick as they are able to be, if you schedule online you will wait much less time. Both of my last visits I waited, saw the dr, and was out the door within an hour. Great job!

The staff at this location are truly extraordinary. They were so kind and took the time to explain to me the costs I could be expecting. When it was more than I was planning on, they were so patient and gave me advice on how to talk to my employer about covering it, etc. I just felt so welcome and reassured. I wish I knew the names of the two ladies at the front desk and the practitioner! So friendly and kind.

The service was good. You sign in and do paperwork through your phone and then they ask to see your license and fill a form about covid symptoms. Then they take you to a small room for weight and asking about what meds youre taking. Then you go to the exam room and the doctor asks what is wrong and they thoroughly check you out. Everything was very smooth.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My wait was short but there was only 1 person waiting when I got there. The doctor asked questions and ACTUALLY listened to what I had to said. He was gentle on the exam and respectful to my pain. Communication from doctor and staff was impeccable. I will go back if I have a reason in the future.

The front office staff were efficient and showed compassion. The nurse and attending were also efficient and quickly determined my diagnosis.

Todays office visit was great well greeted as I came through the door. Sign in with my phone quick convenient.I was a walk in waited 20 minutes they call my name. The nurses and the doctor was a great team they took very good care of me. I would recommend my friends and family for medical treatment at Primacare Medical Center.

Every person in this facility was A+. Shi and Demetria at the front desk were helpful, kind, and professional. Davina and Shalena, who admitted me to the exam room, were very friendly and really put me at ease. Dr. Silva took a great history and gave me very detailed information as to what was causing my problem. He then explained what medication I was being given and why and also recommended things I could do at home to assist in my recovery. A really great experience.

I am sick used and was charged for your service twice only to be sent to the office where I was basically talked out of paying anything because i asked if any of the cost would be towards my visit since I had to be seen. I had and did agree to have additional charges after speaking with the doctor this morning. The clinic staff told me my payments are not affiliated with their service. So I paid 130$ online to be told I owe another 300$ to be seen today after I was told and scheduled to come in to the clinic for testing only. Now this is the worst miscommunication of services I have ever experienced. Now my appointment is canceled luckily I didnt spend anymore money on this stupid service.

01.03.2023Had to run by for a quick pit stop and was in and out in no time at all. The front desk staff is absolutely the most compassionate and kind.Thanks to the good Dr. Famulisi and the entire staff from triage to exit!-------What a pleasant experience in spite of the wait - [roughly 3 hours] and, that was starting at 10:30 a.m. with 18 people ahead of me and being triaged for vitals at first room then moved into room to be seen.I didnt know about the online app [Solv.] to pre-register and check in online.However, you can walk in and scan code at front desk and download app and sign up for an appointment in about 10 to 15 minutes.Then the wait begins. I encourage people to use the online check in app.Once back, things moved fairly quickly with a wonderful greeting from Dr. Familusi- that was a pleasant surprise. Stressed out and concerned, her smile behind the mask 😷 is evident. She has excellent bedside skills, is rather pleasant and compassionate and assesses the medical need quickly. She makes a plan with you, explains procedures, and off she goes to make good things happen.They move the appointments at a decent rate of speed- probably seeing on average 4-5 patients an hour, pre-scheduled appointments appear to be booked in 20-minute intervals. Thats a long time to see each patient.They also manage to work walk-ins into the schedule in between pre-scheduled appointments.There is an online waitlist and you watch how many people are ahead of you and how many people pre-scheduled and how many walked in.Do yourself a favor and book in advance. If you have insurance, a copy of your card gets preloaded. You upload right from cell phone and voila by the time you arrive back to the appointment and check out it is smooth sailing. 😎Totally recommend as they seem to offer a broad range of services.

All staff were professional, very nice, attentive, and informative. I just moved to Texas and I’m usually uncomfortable when dealing with new people. I felt welcomed and very comfortable here. Also, I didn’t have to wait for long periods between each interaction. Excellent staff 👍🏾👍🏾

I always come here for an unexpected illness and have always had great luck being seen the same day at a reasonable time that works for me. Ive been coming here as well as brought my son in a couple of times. Never been disappointed so far. I would definitely recommend.

Great experience!! I used the online check in, after 2 hours I was called in. My 2 year old had a painful bite on her bottom, so sitting long would have been awful for her. We were only waiting about 10 minites, they were able to get us taken care of in about 30 minutes. She was already feeling much better before we left. I am so grateful for this place! The pain she was having to the happiness and complete change after leaving made me feel so much better. A knowledgeable, cheerful, kind staff deserve my thanks!!! Thanks you!!

I went to the facility yesterday and was completely horrified by the way I was treated. Doing the COVID testing it is supposed to be done in a circular motion in then out. Right nostril has been significantly sore to this Nurse Pract and his abusive ways. My husband goes to this facility but I think nothing of it. Had a great experience here. I was not feeling well and concerned about contracting the virus since I work in a school. Front desk receptionist was very helpful and polite. Nurse and doctor was efficient and professional. No virus, thank God, and got prescription for my ailment. Feeling better already!

Fantastic care and a speedy visit. The nurse Nicole was not only incredibly pleasant, but very comforting. I felt very at ease with the entire process. I unfortunately didnt get the Dr’s name, but she was equally excellent as the nurse. Thank you again for the care!

My second time going in with my toddler and both times have been a smooth ride. Wait time is fair, the checking in online makes it easier and faster. You check in at home and you can wait once you see that there are just a few people ahead of you you can head to the office and wait for your turn. Or they’ll text you to let you know is your turn if you are not in. Friendly staff awesome doctor.

Everyone was so kind and efficient. The young lady at the receptionist desk was especially kind and patient with this old lady. I was in there with my sister and she helped me with all the sign in and filling out paper work. All of that stuff done on the phones is difficult for dinosaurs like me. I highly recommend your clinic.

I came here for an ear infection that I had. I went for my appointment at 2:45 and I checked in at 2:50. They were able to get me until 4:55, which is 2 hours waiting. Pointless to make an appointment, they wont respect your time and turn. The worse part is that at the moment, I dont have insurance, and just for the doctor checking my ear (which took her less than 2 minutes), I was charged $200. I had to pay that amount out of my pocket, plus I thought that was the price with my prescriptions, but no! That was the price for the 5-minute appointment, which already included a discount. I am very disappointed.
