If I could rate lower I would.Reception was apathetic and sloppy. Waited 3 hours to be seen and the entire time was told I was next to be seen… watched 12 people go back before me until I lost my patience and asked for a refund. To avoid giving a refund they brought me back within 10 minutes of my request for refund. NP was classy and polite but doesn’t seem qualified to do her job. I was told my lungs are clear, violent coughing fits, strained voice and abdominal pain from straining to cough. After one negative viral test I was told that I have a virus but again, was given no real confirmation and was told if I wanted testing I needed to go to the ER.Facility was filthy, I’ve seen nicer facilities in developing countries. Whole experience was terrible from start to finish. I would never refer someone to this facility.
I recently got really sick. So sick, I returned to this urgent care 4 times. Each time I was treated with care and compassion. They listened to me and genuinely wanted to help me get better. Their bedside manner is impeccable, their clinic is very clean and orderly and the staff is absolutely kind and professional. I was really scared as I have never been that sick and they eased my fears. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. I cannot say enough good things about them!!! Ive always liked this Urgent Care because they have always seen patients in order of arrival and the doctors have been great in the past. Apparently it isnt the case anymore as far as first in first out. This is my second bad experience. They open at 9am and I arrived fifteen minutes before they opened. I was fifth in line and now its two hours later only to still not bee seen. Several people that arrived after me have been seen. I will not be returning to this Urgent care. There is no more Urgency to see patients.
Amazing staff! every time i come in i’m always treated kindly. they always answer any questions i may have even if it’s silly. definitely recommend get well urgent care 10/10
Worst urgent care Ive been to. They cant do their job correctly. 3 times I have called for either prescription or blood draw paperwork. They say they will fax or send electronically. Never happens. The worst provider Ive been too. Never again.
Clean place just tight parking off of olive. Doctors are nice and try to relax the mood by talking to you. Definitely a good place to go if you need help because they try to get you in the fastest they can!!
I sat here for 2 hours waiting in excruciating pain from a botched root canal. Its Friday and I will be seen Monday to fix my tooth but I went here to ask for pain help and got treated like a drug seeking addict. I will NEVER step foot here again. Not to mention the office is filthy and I overheard them bringing covid patients in with all of us there and having them sit and wait for hours too.
It is a great place to be checked when you can’t schedule an appointment with your primary doctor. But what I seen supper inconvenient is that today Saturday in there working schedule said they close at 7pm I went in to take my 1 year old daughter at 6:24pm and they said they couldn’t see her. They should update their working hours so we don’t drive all the way to their office and not be seen!
I can say this place is horrible how is it called an urgent care but they take forever, recently had an accident with them. Where I had to call the Ambulance for my husband, when I was on the phone one of the nurses said give me your phone not even asking for it and even grabbed it so aggressively. She had told the paramedics and myself that I was doing to much they didn’t have the equipment or even a room to help him, I’d rather do to much then to little overall this place has bad service. DONT GO HERE
Great place, my wait was an hour but I left the premises and they called when I was up next in line. The physicians are always kind and listen. Staff is friendly and always patient and kind. Would highly recommend!
I just left this office. I was seen by a Provider named Renata not sure if that is spelled correctly. This physicians assistant was very rude and condescending. She did no assessment on me but just stood by the door asking me why didn’t I go to my pcp. I am in severe pain from chrohns disease and I asked her to refill a steroid prescription. She asked me if the steroid was a controlled substance!!!! I have never been treated so badly and then when I asked to see a different provider she said well the other provider is going to say the same thing! The next provider that came in was super sweet and looked in the chart at cvs to see that I have been prescribed a steroid in the recent past for a Crohn’s flare. Renata is very unprofessional and confrontational. I will be escalating this to corporate!
Get Well Urgent Care was very prompt in getting me in and assisted me in getting around due to being in a wheel chair. Front office staff, nursing snd physician were kind and caring. I highly recommend. Dmt
I can honestly say my experience here was 1000% better than expected due to terrible experiences at other Urgent Cares in my area. Great interactions with nurses, & an amazing doctor who listened to my issues & acted accordingly to help me get through a crazy work weekend. This is my first time at GETWELL URGENT CARE. The place looks a taddd gimmicky on the outside, but I was surprised on how clean it was in lobby/exam room. We were seen in a reasonable amount of time. Medical assistants and doctor are friendly /extremely patient. I did not feel rushed when voicing my concerns or when my child was nervous to do a swab test. Sooo thankful they suggested the swab test and were able to get it done so he could be properly diagnosed.Side note: my child in the last two weeks has been to 2 other urgent cares and was misdiagnosed. They did not suggest any testing. The other urgent care just wrote it off as virus going around they prescribed allergy medication and ibuprofen. Turns out it was bacterial illness that needed antibiotics. I would highly recommend GETWELL URGENT CARE because they took the time to properly diagnose.
The wait time is a bit long, but that is to be expected. Clean space, staff is nice. NP and Dr are good and polite. Overall a 5 star from me. Thanks for all the help.
I have busy schedule and had to come in on my lunch break. The staff were so helpful and got me in and out the door in no time. I am so grateful, they took care of me!
I called today 05-13-24 at 6:40 to check if my toddler who had something stuck in her eye can be seen by the physician I was refused care the lady who answered the phone was very rude. I have never been to a place that refused a toddler regardless what time is what the facility was still open but was refused care. I asked for the person on the phones name I was told I don’t have to give you my name I asked for the manager or supervisor me name I was also told I don’t have to give you that either. My children and myself have been coming for years but it seems like this place has very rude staff and need to be addressed on how they speak to patients. I would like a call from the manager or email.
Was seen here three different times, always positive attitudes from the staff; very friendly and helpful. They answered any questions I had . The time was definitely helpful being in and out as quickly as possible. Great and caring staff .
I called and told reception I stepped on a nail. They told me to come in waited 3 hours for doctors to tell me they don’t have tetanus shot I have to go elsewhere . The room was not cleaned prior to me coming in the plastic on the bed was completely crumbled up so I know it was used
Ive had nothing but problems trying to get referrals to specialists I need to see a Cardiologist and Pulmonologist the front office has given me the run around stating they had faxed over the referrals when they hadnt I had to personally go to the office to try and get them to fax them they straight lied to my face stating they were faxing it while I was standing there which they did not! As of April I have a new PCP its ironic when I just walked in they treated me better than when I became their patient For them calling themselves medical professionals is a shame to the profession these are peoples lives theyre dealing withAlso the facility needs a good cleaning!
This urgent care was so unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would. They had me come and go a total of 3 times, as if gas isn’t expensive and I want to be driving with pressure in my head? The third time I went in to check if they were ready for me the waiting area was completely empty. The receptionist told me it was still going to be a long wait that I should go home and they would call me when ready (mind you they had already done that to me twice in the same day) she suggested for me to do a virtual visit but because I have an ear infection I wanted the doctor or PA to take a look at it and confirm how severe it was along with the pressure in my head. I declined and said I would like an in person visit so she said that’s fine, they’ll call you when they’re ready for you. I left, AGAIN, and 3 mins away from being home I get a call from a blocked number that ends up being them telling me they’re ready to see me in the back. I was confused because I was just instructed to go home and let them know. The girl stood quiet and just said they’re ready for me if I would still like to be seen. So of course, me being sick I told them yes I’m down the street I’ll go back. So I did. When I was taken to the back I was there for less than 15 minutes! I felt like they just wanted me out. She prescribed antibiotics and when I asked about the pressure in my head she said it was probably just related to my ear Infection. She didn’t ask further questions, I felt as if I was being rushed out of there. She didn’t ask if I had any questions or concerns or if I felt worse to come back or anything. I was so upset I even posted this on my Instagram as you can see. Terrible service. This was my second time here and more than likely my last.
Worst place I took my son on a Saturday because he was running a fever and bad cough. They tested him for covid and strep said they were both negative! Dr said he had a virus. Next day hes feeling worst and I didnt trust what he said about just being a virus. Monday I took him to his primary doctor and was tested again for covid and strep. He DID have strep !!
I have never been to this location before, so I was apprehensive going in. The service was quick and the doctor/nurse provided great communication and care.
My experience at Get Well was really good. They were kind and courteous. My wait time was average. The NPs were knowledgeable and ran the necessary tests to determine what was going on with me and proceeded with the correct COA. I am in much better health thanks to them. They work with everything they have and provide with what they can do. If they do not have the necessary equipment for testing, then they will direct you where you can receive the help. The facility may need some minor attention. However, the facility is just place where they conduct their business and does not determine in any way how they employees operate. Overall, a great place!

Was only mildly ill, but it was persistent. It was 3 weeks out to get appt with my primary doc, so I gave these guys a try. I was a walk-in, only waited 10-15 minutes to be seen. Provider LISTENED to me, examined me, and verified I had what I thought I had and I was treating it correctly, gave me average timeline to wellness and what symptoms would raise the concern level to re-visit or ER. That’s all I really needed to know. Office was clean. Staff were nice. I will definitely use again if I have something that doesn’t need an ER but I don’t want to wait 4-6 weeks to see my primary. Overall, very good experience.
I would give this place a zero if I could. Staff was kind but facility was dirtier than a fast food place, and the Nurse Practitioner was the rudest person I’ve encountered in medicine. NP refused to close the door while still talking to me(even though I asked). She was not willing to answer my questions because she didn’t feel like I should have wasted her time being there. I left the location worse than when I came in and with zero help or an answer to my medical questions. She violated my right to privacy and she was very loud and didn’t honor my request to close the room door. She left me talking(asking the question I was there for). I DON’T recommend coming here at all, wish I hadn’t wasted my time. I will be filling a complaint.

THIS IS AN UPDATE!!!!!!Dr. Singh contacted my son about 3-4 hours after the appointment with Dr. Parker (we were informed of her name). He addressed the issue below with I believe genuine concern and care. My son was able to get a prescription that he needed to begin healing. The very next day, my son was feeling so much better. By friday, quite the turnaround. We are not doctor seeking, Rx seeking people. I greatly appreciate Dr. Singh taking the time to call to get information from my sons viewpoint and listened to him about his chest/illness. I could go on, I wont. Thank you Dr. Singh for reaching out to my son.The young ladies at check-in were very kind. The assistant that took my son and me to the back was very nice. The doctor was not. My son started coughing up DARK mucous today and has been fighting this chest junk for 2 weeks. The doctor, who did not identify herself with a name, MY FAULT FOR NOT ASKING WHEN WE LEFT THE ROOM, would not look at me in the eye. She would not tell us what she was prescribing (Ive never had that happen in my life before). They sent the Rx to CVS. It was mucinex, too, which we told the doctor that he has been taking that for 2 weeks now. I can not explain my level of disappointment and dissatisfaction from a medical office. I have never experienced this, EVER! This would be a flat and out ZERO star review if I could!
They took us on a walk in & treated us like people not just patients..or vagrants. Thanks Urgent care for your professionalism & kindness.
Updated 11/1/2023My experience here after visiting the ER at Mercys was better than expected. Daryl took her time in assessing me and making sure I didnt have any questions. She helped me more than I expected and listened to the issue I was having. The front staff were friendly as well and I didnt have any issues with them. I really appreciate that my visit went smoothly.Update: I just want to thank Daryl once again. Because after being turned away from the ER, Daryl saved my legs. It sounds exaggerated but because of her sending me to get an MRI which the ER refused to give me they were able to see that I had such a huge lumbar herniation that it was pressing right on my nerves which meant I needed urgent surgery.. I am now recovering from my spine surgery that I had at UCSF and the doctors said the same exact thing, I was in luck that I could still even walk because the herniation shouldve never allowed me to. Thank you for all the doctors here that listen and care about their patients.
Frustrating Experience - Results Not ProvidedI recently visited Get Well Urgent Care for a medical issue for my daughter and was left extremely disappointed by the lack of communication regarding her test results. Despite multiple follow-up calls and visits, I have not received any information about her test results, which is both concerning and frustrating.I finally received a call after submitting a formal complaint. Monica called me 10 days post appointment. This call was not to discuss my daughters care, but to defend Get Well Urgent Care and to dismiss my concerns about how the situation was handled.She stated that my daughter was treated during the visit- even though the doctor was unsure and said it could be a possible fracture or contusion, “More than likely a contusion”.She was given a splint and referred for X-rays at El Portal. They fully know the procedure of getting X-rays at El portal.This involves the X-rays being reviewed by the El Portal doctor- and then sent back to the ORDERING PHYSICIAN (being Get Well).They held my daughters results for days claiming they never received them from El Portal- even though El Portal has records indicating they sent them 7/31. Some of my calls were also met with they were waiting for a physician to review and call me with results. (I never received that call .)Effective communication is crucial in a medical setting, and the fact that I am left in the dark about my childs health is unacceptable. I trusted this office to provide me with the necessary information to make informed decisions about her well-being, and their failure to do so has severely eroded that trust.I urge others to consider this lack of transparency and communication when choosing an Urgent Care. Its important to feel heard and valued as a patient, and unfortunately, my experience at this office has been quite the opposite.Update on 08/11 valley children’s hospital did an X-ray and determined her wrist was broken and she needed a cast which they were able to put on right away, was able to get her the proper care almost two weeks later.
Update: its been one month since the owners contacted me by email asking for my email address so someone could contact me and Im still waiting. Make sure that this place calls your insurance company before treatment and before you pay them out of pocket or youll never get a refund.Update: So my review was read by the owners who replied that someone would contact me shortly about the billing,, its been 5 days and no ones contacted me yet..Great service from the staff, nurses and doctor. . Billing is another matter, they advertise that my insurance is accepted but had no idea how to bill mine so I paid out of pocket and was assured that when billing comes in theyd take care of it and would receive a refund. 5 months later, no refund, no return calls. One explanation was that this insurance is a difficult one to bill. So why advertise? Billing will become rude and ignore any messages you leave. Why?Update: 1.5 years later, I was forced to pay because they threatened to report a collections. I paid and am filing a complaint with local, state and federal agencies. Dont allow these issues to happen and get away with it.
My daughter went in sick. She is pregnant. We asked before we brought her there if they could listen for the baby’s heart beat and were told yes. Upon arriving they could no do that. And not only that the only thing they do is test for covid, strep and something else. And they did not even have flu tests. Never going back.
Will not be coming here again. Got to the clinic at 4pm. Was taken back at 5pm. Was out at 6pm. Was tested for RSV, Covid 19 and flu. Had a fever and a bad cough. Everything went well the problems happened after. I was told Id be prescribed a Z pak and some coughing medication. Then the PA or Dr (Wasnt even told) told me I could go. No paperwork or anything (My mistake). I go to the pharmacy and theres nothing sent to them. I call the clinics number and was put on hold for 23 minutes. I hang up, suspecting they forgot about me, call again and get a person right away (lovely they actually forgot about me). I was told there was nothing in my file about a prescription but she would go ask the provider and if she WASNT going to send something she would call me back. As of now 9:13pm CRICKETS. Wow they literally just stole my insurances money, didnt help me and literally left me to go to another dr tomorrow. Thanks GETWELL. More like stay sick. Filed a Grievance with Gov.Update: I called them the next day (1/13/24) at 10am and they claim the provider doesn’t remember saying that. There was two Tracy’s yesterday day (they called the other right before me) and I think she’s confused. Nonetheless they still messed up. It’s important to remember who your patient is and what you tell them. Oh and the call this morning was 40 minutes on hold. Called back after waiting, a right away answer and receptionist was rude saying don’t hang up and call back again our systems our slow. If you would keep me updated that the system wasn’t working that would have been nice then waiting 40 minutes in the void. Ridiculous clinic. They did up sending the medicine but after all this hassle and a day late.DO NOT GO HERE.
I highly recommend Get Well Urgent Care! Patients First Urgent care closed an hour and a half early. Fountain View Urgent Care didnt have a provider to see us. They did give us a list of urgent cares around us, so I tried the nearest one...Get Well Urgent Care. They were AMAZING! The staff was SO sweet. They didnt have a ton of forms to fill out, and we only waited in the waiting room for about 15 minutes. That was only because they had to fill out paperwork for my son and I to both be seen for strep throat. The doctor was fast and thorough and sent our prescriptions out right away. I wont be going to a different urgent care anymore. They have amazing hours and they are even open 7 days a week.
I was ordered a CT scan and noticed that my insurance hasn’t approved anything. I called my insurance and they informed me nothing was sent to them. I called urgent care to inform them and that my insurance requested it be sent to my insurance so they can approve it and the receptionist told me, “You’re not a primary pt here so go see your primary provider if you want the scan.” She could have easily sent over the request to my health insurance. What was the point of my visit to urgent care then. I won’t be returning to this urgent care. Very unprofessional desk staff.
They did an amazing job, went into get my ears flushed. Wait time was no more than 5 minutes, i was seen, helped and out of there in 30 min total. It was quick, they were understanding and answered every question i had, very patient & very nice. Thank you so much!

Had an infection in both ears one time… seeing this new urgent care and going in with a mentality that my insurance was accepted I walked in…. Very clean and new….. my only gripe is when I first walked in and when I handed my insurance card the receptionist….I don’t know if the young lady there doesn’t do her job or mislead me but if your insurance, in my opinion is not accepted ….. they should tell you hey our apologies but It doesn’t seem your insurance is accepted here….. nope…. Told me to sit and doctor saw me and checked me out and then sent my medicine out and on my way….. in a couple of weeks I receive a bill of $640 from my visit…. I also called and was told to call the financial department which weirdly enough have to tell me if my insurance is accepted or not…. How can you accept patients and tell them that sit whether you don’t know if the insurance is accepted or not in the beginning …. After talking to my personal doctor I was recommended fountain view for future emergencies… still gripes that this place just takes you without telling you if you will paying out of pocket or not….. and then sends you a bill without telling you there will be a bill
Personally I like coming to this urgent care rather than the hospital. Every time I come in with my kiddos we always get treated with respect and treated very well. Yes there are times that we have to wait and it seems like its forever but Ill take this wait over the hospital wait. All the nurses and providers do their job very well and try to do the best that they can. Great job Staff in all you guys do and thank you for always treating me and my kiddos well.

My husband just got home from Get Well Urgent Care with my 16 year old son who is very sick. They were there for over 2 hours, waiting in the waiting room for 58 minutes, and then another wait in the patient room for 48 minutes before being seen. My son had a high heart rate, which Im safely guessing is due to the fact they were making him gag with the throat culture they were trying to perform to test for strep throat. This woman, whether shes a nurse or doctor, had the nerve to ask my son if he does meth!!! (due to his high heart rate) Hes 16! Hes not a drug user! Hes a sick kid! How DARE her! I do NOT recommend this place for anyone!

If you have a child that falls under the spectrum DO NOT take them here. The staff and the doctors are the least friendly people I’ve ever seen in the medical field. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Not only did they take forever when I had called and asked beforehand if there was a long wait. The doctor did NOTHING. My daughter might be autistic and won’t always cooperate with strangers but you’re a DOCTOR. There’s a way of approaching someone w ASD. I’m pretty sure my daughter has an ear infection because she’s had a fever, cough and is expressing that her ear hurts. The doctor said to give her Tylenol and try bringing her back later, that’s it. That’s the kind of effort you’ll get at this mediocre urgent care. Why would I bring her back to this dirty old decrepit office just to get charged another $65 copay. Now I have to drive my daughter all the way to Madera where they ACTUALLY know how to handle children just to get prescribed amoxicillin smh.

Come here if you want to experience medical negligence and rude staff.I really wanted to give this place multiple tries before I reviewed- and I did. Specifically because they’re open on Sundays.Today has finally made my choice.1- my first visit was for my son who was 8months at the time. It was for an allergic reaction to peanuts- facial swelling/mouth and everything. It was a very alarming situation. After waiting we were basically just told to follow up with our pediatrician. She said she called in an order for him to help bring the swelling down but never received notification of her doing so.2. Our second visit I fell backwards and hit my head hard- I decided to wait two days to make a visit because I felt like a nuisance making an appt for a fall at 33 years old. I was still experiencing dizziness and headaches all day. She basically shamed me and responded with, “let me guess, you googled and it told you to get checked out?”Well yeah, of course I did! She basically had my vitals checked and told me “if you really think it’s necessary we can get you scanned” ….. way to make me feel great. LolI actually ended up being diagnosed with Persistent postconcussive syndrome- my personal doctor made me feel valid and heard when I expressed my fear of coming forward with my symptoms because of my experience at this urgent care.And today- bringing my twelve year old daughter here because she hurt her arm and this is what we get advertised. Is this a family facility ? If so, my 12 year old daughter doesn’t need to be advertised such things.This can be very damaging for developing girls who are in an ever changing body and society telling them things like they need vaginal rejuvenation.And why is an urgent care offering cosmetic procedures? If the procedures are done here, is that why the wait is so long? 🫠Editing to add (8/3/23) we were referred to get X-rays from El Portal- they told us they send the results to Get Well and they will contact us.It’s now 4 days post X-ray and results being sent to get well- we have not received all of results yet.08/4- notified from imaging that they sent our X-rays over on 7/31. I reached out to them because Getwell kept claiming to not have received her results.GetWell had my daughter’s results for her fractured arm (claiming they didn’t receive them until 8/3). They eventually told us the doctor received and looked over ONE of the results (the one with no damage) and they were waiting on the others- oddly enough the ones that report she has a fracture in her arm/wrist.This is medical negligence and HORRIBLE care from this facility.Also I’ll add don’t reach out to HR because Monica will just rudely defend GW and claim that she was treated.
I was taking my daughter who is 5 years old to be seen. I called the office at 5:23 pm and asked if they were still accepting patients. The office supervisor Ericka stated they were still taking walk-ins. I show up at 5:30 as I do not live far from the location and walk in behind two other patients. Both patients in front of me have been turned away due to insurance and other issues. Mind you they have no HIPAA concerns as Erika the office supervisor is always hostile with the patients loud enough for everyone to hear. I step up next and provide my DL and daughters insurance, and in return, Erika provides me with the new patient paperwork, and when I return with the paperwork she states that the office is at full capacity and no longer taking patients. Mind you they close at 7 and its not even 6 pm and they also had no one else in the waiting room. Ericka then proceed to ask if I would like to schedule an appointment for Monday when its Thursday! I ask if she has anything sooner, and she says they are at full capacity, a walk-in-based urgent care open 7 days a week from 9-7 pm. I take the appointment and walk out, due to also being a previous employer at this urgent care and leaving due to its negligent patient care and the supervisors extremely rude attitude to both employees and patients. This is proof that I made the right decision as she would rather have a 5 year old suffer with a UTI for 3 more days. I would 100% recommend going elsewhere. I am appalled at the quality of care and unprofessionalism I witnessed at this place. I can only hope others take heed of my warning and find a better place. I will be sure to report this to the health department and spread the word to get the message out. I will never be returning to this facility and will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid it. This experience has only further solidified my decision to seek a different medical facility for treatment.
I was charged a copay, despite telling the front desk I had met my Max out of Pocket for the year (not sure why they couldnt check). Receptionist insisted that I still had a copay, and said that my children couldnt be seen if I didnt pay. Fast-forward a few months, sure enough my insurance covered the whole bill with no copay needed and their billing department says I have a credit but need to contact the office so that I can be refunded. The office claims to know nothing about this, and says that I need to speak to the boss who is never in the office or available. I have called several times, left my information, emailed the address given to me, and still nothing. I visited almost 9 months ago. I wish I would have read these reviews before visiting the office, because this ridiculousness seems to be a consistent thing.
Never going back again. Confusion between the doctors. A mess with my and my daughters prescriptions. Played the phone game. Not a good experience. Definitely stressful during a time of not feeling well.

Took my son here for Strep Throat and 30 mins before they were closing the lady in front didnt want us to be seen. I had to make a fuss about it until they just let my son get seen. The doctor that saw my son was lazy enough to never sent his prescription in that at this moment im still trying to get a hold of her to get those prescriptions. She made me drive a whole hour for nothing when i went to the pharmacy to pick those prescription up for my son as they werent even in the system. They are still not there in the system. Never coming here again.
I loved this place at first. However, I have since learned that their billing process is sketchy. Be aware of being overcharged and then when you talk to your insurance and find out Get Well owes you a refund, you will get the runaround and not your money.In December my partner and I had covid. He was charged his $40 co pay plus $25 more for what they said was a deductible, for a phone visit. He should have just been charged his co pay. They owe him $25 and will not give it back to him. He has called their billing department several times, contacted the clinic several times and they both say something different. So this point, its not about the money, its about dishonesty with Get Well Urgent Care. If they cant be honorable with charging you the correct amount and or issuing you a speedy refund when you are due one, I wouldnt trust them with my health.The other experience I had was when my elderly mother fell from a ladder and was seen at this clinic, the doctor sent her home with muscle relaxers. No x-rays were done, nothing. Im not a doctor but when an elderly person falls from a ladder, x-rays should be automatic. A week after being seen here, I insisted my mom go to the ER, it was there where they did x-rays and told her she fractured her back.If you chose to go to Get Well, be your own advocate and be certain that you are paying the correct amount due instead of what they ask for, cause you wont get it back. And also, if you suspect the diagnosis is wrong, go somewhere else for care.I wanted to update my review as it confirms that Get Well Urgent Care should be avoided. My insurance company contacted and investigated my complaint that we were over charged and should not have been. Get Well Urgent Care told our insurance that they had credited the account for the refund and would process it as soon as possible. So we contacted Get Well after hearing back from the insurance and Get Well told us, We are still looking into it on our side. Hmmm... Not what they told the insurance. So I am preparing another complaint so my insurance can deal with them. Please, if youve been overcharged or suspect that you have, contact your insurance company and have them investigate.

I had gone to the ER the day before coming here. The ER did not do anything for me but prescribed a nasal spray! Having a sinus infection, I had a migraine, stuffy nose, constant coughing! The wait was not long as soon as I was in the back I waited no longer than 5 minutes for the provider to come in and listen to me. They prescribed me all of the right medications and I am feeling better the same night as being seen!! I’m so thankful!!🙏🏼
This place has the best staff! Everyone is very sweet. The only reason for less than 5 stars is the wait time. It took what felt like forever with my child coughing so hard
Physician and her assistant were both amazing and beyond patient with my daughter. She had a traumatic experience at her previous doctors office when they did an ear lavage so it was difficult for her to trust this time would be different. By the end of the visit she was no longer scared or in pain sitting on her own letting them do what they needed to do. Thank you both for your kindness and patience it made a world of difference. Great experience!
Do not come to this urgent care as the staff is inexperienced since they are unable to administer a TB test without questioning if it was actually done properly. Also they are unable to read a TB test properly as they need half of their staff to look at a test to determine it was a false positive even though none of the staff was able to determine where the injection site even was without any prompting. If the test was actually positive any staff in the urgent care would be able to tell at first glance. They would not need to use a tape measure to measure where they believed the injection site was. Also, for all this mess it ends up costing around $200 so go to any other urgent care than this one as this one seems to be using its patients as a source of income rather than truly helping the public.Edit: After coming back to get the false positive results printed out they had to again question the integrity of the results and make sure that their own results are actually right which helps prove their own incompetence as an urgent care. Never come to this urgent care all you are going to receive is a waste of time and money and the treatment that you will receive will just be counted as passing their is nothing exceptional about this urgent care except at how incompetent the staff and the medical care is.
Staff are horrible as they lie and tell you a wait time of 2 hours just to call you and tell you a room is ready and we go in and nope, she said someone miscommunicated. Well if you have ever had a toddler, waiting for over 2 hours can be exhausting especially when they dont feel well!!! So now we have to wait an extra unknown amount of time after they called me saying the room was ready to go! Very disappointing!!!!!
I normally don’t leave reviews but I felt compelled to leave one for this office. This place has the shadiest billing practice & most unprofessional finance staff working in the office.They billed “Insurance A” then sent me a bill before I received an EOB, stating that service wasn’t covered. I paid $265 online since bill said DUE at receipt. I received my EOB later stating this office was covered under the plan and patient responsibility was $0Four months after I paid, I get an EOB from “Insurance B” that they received a claim & paid them too. Patient responsibility was only $40I’ve been waiting over a YEAR for a reimbursement. You’ll be given the runaround when you follow up. Their billing company states the office processes refunds. Supervisor Erica says Mona is the only one that can process refunds. Both Erica and Mona do not respond to emails, nor do they return phone calls.I filed a complaint with my insurance companies & Attorney General’s office. Reading the reviews, I’m not the only one getting the runaround. I’d recommend filing a complaint as well.THIS OFFICE NEEDS TO REIMBURSE OVERPAYMENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!UPDATE:I finally got my refund within a week of filing my review and filing an online complaint with Attorney General’s office & Department of Managed Healthcare.
Get Well Urgent Care is very efficient and fast with their care! I have brought multiple family members here for medical needs and every time they solved the issue fast and efficiently. My most recent visit I got staples removed under 30 minutes! Staff is super friendly and professional. Would recommend every time!
Theres over charging for services when they were told they were over charging. They charged my son for services upfront without knowing what he truly owed and stated they could not bill. But they lie considering not only 6 weeks earlier, I was a patient there and they didnt not charge me. I was sent an invoice after insurance paid and was able to pay online. I have been asking for a refund since January. They owe me $100 in refunds and all they do is give you the run around. How hard is it to manage the books and see your account had a refund due. Its simple math. Then to know a patient is complaining over and over after speaking directly to the manager Erica and still being dismissive nearly 6 months later is ridiculious. They disputed my charge back with my bank regarding a duplicate payment then proceeded to call me stating they owe me a refund. when their call was returned they just say they dont issue refunds there and direct me somewhere else, then that place tells me they dont issue refunds the clinic does and to call them back. So what is it? And WHERE IS MY MONEY??
I would leave no stars if I could. This place states they close at 7 pm however, I just tried to do a walk in at 6:11 as I get off work at 5:30 and the assistant tells me they stop taking patients at 5:30 pm because they are Booked place seemed pretty empty to me. This urgent care needs to state that on their page so people dont waste their time.
Took my wife for stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea, so she didn’t want to just walk in and have to wait. That’s why since early morning we made an appointment online to be attended at the closest time available that was12:45. We showed up for the appointment and had to wait almost an hour to be seen. Once inside, the visit was super fast and mediocre. Do you know how frustrating it is for a woman with a masters degree in reproduction, that the doctor does not even try to tell her the name of the medications that he is going to prescribe when she asked?But you know what is the most unbelievable? No more than 15 minutes after we left, my wife received a call asking her to change her review of her experience at the clinic. She literally spent much more time arguing with this person on the phone than the time she spent with the doctor. I wish they would put the same effort they put into convincing us to change our rating, into improving the doctor-patient service. We were offered to have our money back in exchange for deleting our reviews. Which is not going to happen, now we know why this clinic has so many good reviews.Frankly I think this action is extremely unprofessional and vile. Shows that they are more interested in their reputation on social networks than in actually providing a quality service. They do not show a vocation, they are only interested in the money that they can get from the greatest number of potential patients they can “capture” with their reviews.Turlock Urgent Care at Colorado Ave. Turlock, CA. It’s way cheaper and the service is way better. (even when their rating is “lower”).No problems with the front desk.
Unprofessional in every way possible. I gave this place 2 chances and both times they had the same rude/unknowledgeable staff. My husbands eye infection was misdiagnosed AND Im still waiting for the news from labs to see what was wrong with my child; this was 6 month ago. Newsflash-its cancer!! I called them daily for 4 days before entrusting his care to Valley Childrens Hospital instead. I was trying to avoid a hospital visit for only pain. I had to request this urgent care to provide lab orders to check for myalgias and any other abnormalities.Dont trust this place for care. Dont even trust them for a doctors note to excuse you from work or school because they will say they dont know how or forget (based on my experiences)!!! They are completely incompetent and do not thoroughly do their jobs.They also overcharged me for my last visit; insisted my copay is $65, despite the card confirming on it that the copay was $20. I had to go through the dispute process to get a reimbursement. Incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.
TerribleMy husband went in after work at 5 didn’t get seen till 8:30 and they close at 7. Plenty of people came in after to him (as walk ins) and he was still the last one to be seen. Almost 9 and he still hasn’t came out. Honestly better off going to the ER cause ain’t nothing urgent here, ESPECIALLY BEING SEEN
The facility is definitely dated, but it was real clean definitely a plus! Very nice staff and the Doctor that seen my Daughter was very nice and thorough. We had a 4pm appt. and we were seen in about 45 minutes so not to bad of a wait. Thank you for the kind help you offered my Daughter!
They don’t care to provide the services they just want you out the door and be done with. my partner tested positive for covid so he had called (did not go inside the clinic) to let them know and explained the symptoms just for them to give him a cough syrup and tylenol… he was not given the prescribed meds for covid and he barely was able to get an appointment follow up by his PCP and informed him that he should’ve gotten the paxlovid and now he can’t take paxlovid at all because he missed the 5 day window, extending his quarantine another whole week. i’ve been in this clinic myself in times of need and you can just tell that all they care about is getting you in and out. they’ll only listen to your first 2 symptoms and give you whatever until you can see your PCP.. do better.
The nurse staff and provider were very friendly and professional. Thank you for your excellent customer service! Definitely will be returning for future health care needs.

Edit: the weekend supervisor of the urgent care facility called me and apologized. While she at first tried to say it was a miscommunication (I was never asked to leave, merely wait in my car due to the full waiting room area), I was adamant the front desk worker repeatedly called my service dog a pet and said pets were not welcome and to leave. She then admitted the worker was new, and that she would be talked to about the incident and sent for retraining (but, again, she also called and spoke to a supervisor). Either way, I’m happy they apologized and that their workers will get more training on service dogs. I ended up being invited to come back and was brought to a room immediately. I most likely won’t go back there, the hurt of being denied still happened, but I’m glad they at least reached out and I got the care I needed.I made an appointment online and came to this urgent care as soon as they opened.I entered with my task trained service dog, and was told to sit. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes before one of the front desk workers even noticed I had a service dog. Service dogs are specifically task trained to assist with a disability and should be out of the way and unobtrusive.Once noticing I was told “pets were not allowed” and I would need to leave. I informed her he was a very clearly marked service dog and she then called her supervisor. She then relayed to me that the supervisor said it didn’t matter and “all pets” aren’t allowed. Darcy is not a pet. He is medical equipment with thousands of hours training invested into him. Furthermore it is illegal to deny a service dog to urgent care centers. Urgent care centers must accommodate service animals (dogs) pursuant to the ADA.I explained all this to the worker, even stating that my service dog has been with me in hospitals and ER’s to which she responded they are a small establishment and therefore somehow exempt to federal law.Being kicked out this morning was embarrassing beyond belief and I walked out in tears. I don’t have a service dog because it’s fun, I have one because I have a disability that requires it. The front desk worker had zero phone numbers she would provide even after I asked for a supervisors phone number or customer service number.This urgent care discriminates against those with service animals and illegally deny access to those who must use them.
I really like this facility. They are always so nice and listen to what I have to say instead of tuning me out, which is what most medical professionals tend to do. I came in there today after 6:00pm (6:07 to be exact), because I needed a refill on my inhaler, plus I was going to ask if they could get me set up with a nebulizer. They are supposed to stop taking patients at 6:00pm but the receptionist Erica was so sweet, and she let me check in anyway. This is by far the best Urgent Care facility I have ever been to. I’ve been to other ones in the past and I was not impressed with any of them at all. I’ve been going to this Urgent Care on Olive in Merced now for about 2 years and they are my go to when I can’t get in to see my doctor right away. I highly recommend choosing this facility first, before going to any other Urgent Care in or around the Merced area.
The receptionist here is Rude & Disrespectful, ive called over 3 times for her to hang up in my face twice. The Doctors probably don’t make money with her working front desk!! She doesn’t like helping patients and takes her time to do any paperwork you ask of her and has a nasty attitude while doing it. This is literally ridiculous and i am reporting her to corporate she needs to be FIRED! No one going into Urgent Care should receive the nasty attitude she has to offer AT ALL. Only if i knew her name i could let everyone know who to watch out for.
I would give zero stars. Spent over 2 hours waiting just for the doctor to come in for 1 minute, stare at my son and say my son has “allergies” didn’t even take into consideration the symptoms he is having. His symptoms aren’t allergies and to top it off I repeated his symptoms back to him, red eyes with discharge and high fevers and said yeah allergies. Then to top off he got upset when we told him that I gave him ibuprofen. All his primary doctors said it was okay and other previous ER visits they said it was fine as well. So I don’t appreciate that he tried to scold me. Never coming again. It was a waste of 2+ hours just for that. Take your children else where.

I never knew about this medical office before so I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt and welcoming atmosphere. Front and back staff were kind and listened intently to my issues. The doctor I saw was Dr. Singh. Excellent bedside manner!
So Ive left two reviews in the last 1.5 years, one positive and one negative. They deleted the negative one so I deleted the positive one. The management/ billing department is ridiculous. Doctors and front end are wonderful. I cant ever get a response in regards any charges they bill me for. I tried to call to speak to someone on Monday as my voice mails werent being returned. They told me to email. Ive emailed twice, no response. I really do not know what their management is doing. This is ridiculous. Such a shame, bc I truly love the doctors.
Long long wait, foot wasnt wrapped properly and never sent referrals to the 3 places we had to go to after being seen and those 3 places I visited 2 for crutches and 1 xray all three told us foot wasnt properly wrapped to go back and get it rewrapped. Upon returning, we told the lady at the front desk that she never sent referrals, and she lied and told us she did. But we were right their when the lady medical supply store had to call and ask to send over referral because they never received it. Then, when asked for a rewrap, the lady at the front desk told us that it wasnt their problem, that we left their property, and it wasnt their problem. They were not liable. If we wanted to be seen again, it would be as a new patient. No care or professionalism here at all. Save yourself time and headache go else where.
We had to go here as an emergency type situation and the girls who were there tonight were awesome. My daughter was very nervous about having stitches but they were great with her and calming her nerves. Highly recommend.
I chose GetWell Urgent Care mainly from the reviews. My PC had no openings for me to get in to see her and I needed medical care for a sinus infection. I was able to book an appointment online and give some basic information. The location was easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out of there in about an hour. I will definitely come back here if I am not able to get in to see my PC in the future.
Zero stars. Waited three hours to be told the doctor wouldn’t do the procedure even though on The phone the receptionist said they do take out in grown toe nails. Don’t waste your time they don’t even provide a doctor note for work as they should every other urgent I have gone to has when I go in for treatment . Worst place ever not sure how they have four stars
We were attended very quickly . Everyone was very kind and helpful especially the nurse who attended us, Jackie. I am extremely satisfied with the service that Getwell urgent care offered us.
To book an appointment online was easy. They use text messaging instead of answering phone calls which blew my mind but when text urgent care, omg they where on it to answer all my questions before coming into office threw text. On the day of our visit, I called to confirm that they still did physicals. The phone attendant was kind and let me know that 1) they did them and 2) the cost upfront and that it was on walk-in basis. When we arrived, we did the paper work and we were done in about an hour. I would use them again if I need to have a sports physical done before they can be seen at their regular doctor due to the one year mark on insurance.

Decent place when other UC centers are full but the staff at the front desk are very rude. I came in on 2/1/23. The young rude lady even acted surprised when I told her she has given me someone else’s IDs. I understand medical staff are overwhelmed but some professionalism is expected. I don’t ask for free medical care . Doctors are actually good.
Very fast and friendly service.... definitely saved me from going to the ER and having to sit for a VERY long time. Breanna really made my son comfortable and is good at what she do.
If I could I’d give a zero rating. My 3 year old daughter went in because poor baby can’t keep anything down and she’s being dehydrated and I told my parents to please take her since I’m sick to and since this office has never failed us we decided this was the place to take her WRONG! Don’t waste your time my daughter went and they refused to see her because me as her mom had a positive covid yest and hers came back negative. THEY REFUSED TO SEE A SICK BABY BECAUSE OF “ PROTOCOL” which I understand because I myself am in the healthcare field but I wouldn’t send my daughter to expose people she just needs to be seen and now they set up a tele visit for her. And the receptionist had no sympathy said she’d talk to her supervisor but they didn’t do jack about the situation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE THEY DONT CARE !
I love Dr. Singh, so much that I switched him to my PCP. He is patient, takes time to explain and has great bedside manner.Update: While I once loved this place, my experience lately has been awful. I had to call 5 times on 5 different days just to get a prescription refilled. I have also had my doctor not show up to my last two scheduled appointments. Very disappointed as of late.
Dr.Singh Always does a great job. He explains everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly he truly cares about his patients. All of the staff was great they were helpful, best urgent care in the Central Valley !

Took my son to this urgent care. The medical staff was very professional. He was seen at his appointment time. Clinic was clean as well with plenty of waiting room.I would go to this urgent care before Fountain View or the others. Thank you Get Well Urgent care for properly taking care of my son.
I brought my son to this clinic because my friend recommended the appointment option for rapid covid testing. There was an error and an appointment was double booked and I was charged twice. After speaking to a receptionist about the double booking I was told I would receive a refund for the double booked appointment. From January to now I have not received a refund. I have called multiple times and been told the same thing, I would receive a refund. I spoke to Sienna multiple times as well and she told me that she would speak to the supervisor about me refund. She then told me I would receive a call from the supervisor and still nothing. The fact that this clinic is stealing time and money from patients is extremely sad and unprofessional. Another place in Merced that proves how unlikable the city is.
I went to this place because of the great reviews, unfortunately my experience wasnt so great. Staff and nurses are very polite and the check in process is easy. However, I waited 1 hr in the exam room for the doctor to tell me I might have a virus. I was hoping at least to get an ultrasound or be referred to get one. Abdominal and lower back pain is not normal in my book.
With an appointment, I was seen very quickly, the nurses were polite & the doctor took his time to explain the diagnosis & answered all my concerns & questions without making me feel rushed & unimportant. Just a heads up, it takes a few minutes to set an appointment online with this urgent care, and you get to choose your time slot, so I suggest booking one, If you need to walk in, always come exactly at 9am for a speedy visit and less wait time.
Everyone there has made me feel much comfort and has treated me with kindness and made me feel relaxed. Thank you guys sm for your aid, a lot of times I’m scared to go to the doctors but they made me feel at ease
I have gone to Getwell Urgent care a few times and I always see Dr. Gary. I must say he is amazing, I highly recommend meeting with him when going to urgent care. This last time he put stitches on my leg and as always he is very professional, super nice and did a great job putting it back together. The staff are also amazing, very professional and very nice.
Scary place. Dont go here. Just as you enter through an opaque doors, youd see a check in booth that resembles a sleazy roach motel. The manners and behaviors of the woman behind the window (receptionist?) actually reinforce that image. They have only PAs (physician assistants) working here. The entire place is filthy and unsanitary. Yuck! They advertise/list a bunch of doctors who dont actually exist -at least not at this location. They accept very limited insurance plans and their out-of-pocket charges are stiff. The level of competency of medical staff is low here. Be mindful of fake reviews.
Everything went very smooth and the wait was a quick one. My Doctor and assistants were very professional and helpful. Helps to see a good work environment amongst the staff!
I’ve been here since day one, never once have I had such a bad experience until today, the front desk receptionist jasmine was so rude. Dr Singh is amazing, but he has to do something about that unprofessional worker. She has no clue what she’s doing. I paid $195 for me and my two kids as a deductible, I asked for a receipt, she said we don’t have paper to print your receipt, so I asked can she take a picture of my receipt and she said I’m not touching your phone because your sick, but she took my money. The girl was super ghetto with attitude. Dr Singh please do something about that worker, because she’ll bring your business down, your there to help the sick not treat them like dogs.
I was so impressed with Dr Singh and staff that I had to post a review for the first time ever. Please keep in mind, I am the type of person that does not like to see the Dr at all. Due to my medical emergency condition I had to go see a Dr. Dr. Singh and staff made me feel very comfortable and I am very thankful of how quickly they moved on setting up testing needed that same day, especially when it was 5 pm. We returned that same week with questions and he actually took the time to come out and sit with us and talk to us with out an appointment. My sister has worked in the medical field and advised me that most Dr’s will not do that. Because of them (Dr & staff) going above and beyond, he has become my primary Dr. I thank God for putting them in my path.

The very first time I took my daughter here for an ear infection doctors were careless and just rushed my visit! Second time doctor that I saw was amazing, took her time and explained every detail. Short wait time in the lobby. Just felt grateful my daughter was seen with her symptoms.
I live in Fresno. I first met Dr. Singh when I had an unexpected visit to the Mercy Medical Center emergency room. Dr. Singh was the best part of the experience. Very attentive, kind and informative. I made an appointment with Dr. Singh at the Get Well Urgent Care to follow up on some matters that came out of my emergency room stop. Mona is the only staff I have met so far and she to has been kind, efficient and wonderful. Dr. Singh has a great capacity for communication and brings a well informed health perspective to the table. I am actually thinking of commuting to Merced to continue with Dr Singh and Mona. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff are nice and the service is good. I am putting two stars because I was charged extra for an “after hours” fees for showing up on Saturday. When I noted that I was there before5, I was told that they count any visit on Saturday as an after hour visit. This is unheard off and ridiculous for an urgent care facility to do so for EVERY visit on Saturday… it is an urgent care!!! And it is expected to get many people on the weekend!!
So thankful to have found this urgent care facility. The service was superb and above my expectations. Quality urgent care is much needed in our city and I definitely feel the best service and treatment for my situation was received. Dr. Singh and staff were very friendly and caring. This will be my go to in regards to urgent care needs. Thank You.
My daughter was having ear pain for three. On the fourth day I tried to schedule an appointment at her doctors, due to my work schedule I was unable to get an appointment. My mom told me about Get Well Urgent Care and how great they where when my sister got sick. I took my daughter there after I got off work. All the staff was nice and helpful. My daughter was seen in a timely manner and was given medication for an ear infection.
2 stars only because they actually can get appointments quickly... However. Their system when sending out for blood work or ultrasound etc. DOES NOT WORK.ALL 3 times I have anything ordered Quest Diagnostics AND the Imaging Center did NOT receive the orders. The first time I was dumb and went to ER instead and now owe 10x more for freakin blood work.The next time I waited at Quest for like an hour for this place to open, they said they faxed it. Quest never received it still, and luckily the Lady at Quest called and got verbal confirmation by the nurse (because Get Well Urgent Care refused to resend it because they already did)Now I show up at my Ultrasound at 7:45 fasting for 12 hours, and guess what? NO ORDERS. Now I have to have a later appointment with a very minimal breakfast and fast for another 6 hours. And the Receptionist said she will try to get the orders from them.Get well Urgent Care. Your system does not work properly, it does not. I have never had this mess, my wife has had so many tests ordered from her primary doc without fail. And please dont say its the other locations systems because they already known GWUC and GVHC both have issues with sending out orders....
I made an appt for a rapid covid test for 2:30p, I arrived on time, I was told someone would be right out after I paid over the phone. 30-40 minutes passed, I called back no answer the first 3 times, waited 10min, called back the receptionist then told me I was next and someone was already coming out. Well that was a lie, 45 minutes later still no one came out to do the simple rapid test. Called back and finally 10min later someone came out. She said she wasnt aware that I was out here still waiting. Last time I come here, what a waste of money and time! Horrible receptionist, overpriced, and why even make an appointment? Dont make false promises to your patients, be honest with wait times, that is what annoyed me the most!
Long long 3 hour wait.....just in the waiting room... :/They definitely pay for reviews. Ppl standing and laying on the floor due to the wait. You can see an urgent care in Turlock in the same amount of time... or go to the ER.After 4hours we got sent to the ER. They didnt have the diagnostic tools for our situation. They could have informed us before payment and the 4 hour wait and after the initial health questionaire. Seems like we followed three other patients from the clinic to the ER. Exploitation and fraud come in many forms. Shame on the owners.I will be filing a formal complaint. I also noticed HIPPA violations.....

I feel if a clinic is going to give urgent care it should be able to give you an x-ray the same day or otherwise how can it actually determine what you have. I was there on July 12, 2022 due to having pain on my right foot, it had been hurting for several days and I didnt know why, cuz I had not hurt my foot anywhere. So I came to this office and explain to the Doctor that I was in pain and that I had gout before and it thought it may be gout again, (Symptoms of gout include severe pain, redness, and swelling in joints, often the big toe) so he examine my foot and said he didnt think it was gout and just sent me home and prescribed a pain killer and sent me to get an x-ray at El Portal Imaging Center where they told me it would take at least four days to be sent to the Doctor. Can you imagine, its suppose to be urgent care where they should be looking at the x-ray the same day and I should be getting my prescription the same day. I got my prescription for the painkiller two days later. It has now been eight days and I am still in pain and the urgent care has not bother to call me about my x-ray or to see how I am doing. When I was at Kaiser everything got done that same day.
My 6 year old daughter was scared and in so much pain from an accident. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made my daughter and the rest of my kids who were under distress feel safe. 10/10 would visit again
Completely disorganized. Charged us $400 for 2 rapid PCR tests, told us we’d have the results in less than 2 hours. 24 hours later we had to call them multiple times, email, and text them. After speaking to multiple people, we finally got them to email the results, and they managed to spell my name wrong.We’ve needed many rapid PCR tests for travel and have never been through this much trouble with a clinic.
Best service hands down Mireya has great customer service when coming in to the office she will guide you to the right direction when you come in the office and if she can help or the office cant help for any reason she will guide you the best possible direction available.. we need more people like this :) and dr Singh is the best doctor he will do his best possible way to help you out in whatever service you need ...we need more doctors like him and receptionist like Mireya
I received exceptional health care from Dr Gary Singh. I walked into the urgent care that morning, and by the end of the afternoon I had received X ray results back, and had multiple follow up conversations with Dr Singh who was kind enough to call me personally to follow up that same day. Highly recommend this clinic for quick, quality health care.
Showed up for appointment early morning to beat the crowds.Longest wait time ever ! An hour and a half after an appointment TIME. Either completely unorganized,or overwhelmed.Covid test should be separated , with check in, pager system, phone system. Something!There was clearly sick people in waiting room.Just irritating. Along with the wait for an APPOINTMENT.Constant walk ins. I suppose for testing.Nurse was quick and nice.Just not a good experience.
Great job by Doctor Gary and his crew. I drove in late on a Sunday afternoon with a head wound suffered near Yosemite a few hours before. The doctor and his med tech cleaned me up, persuaded me to get the care I needed, including seven sutures. Yesterday, I had these removed by a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon who said the work was excellent! Thank you for seeing me and making me safe after my unexpected mishap.
I recently came down with bronchitis and went in to be seen. I was told I could go home and have a teledoc visit and the doctor prescribed me medicine that worked and had me feeling better within days! My sons became sick a few days later and I called and had another teledoc call for them and they did the same for my sons. I cant begin to tell you how amazing the doctor and staff are and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to be seen quick by a caring doctor and staff!
This urgent care is probably the only urgent care that opens a little later. Very thankful for it! They are very fast and Dr. Singh was great! He helped me with my injury and him and his staff all stayed past 6 to help me out.
Very horrible horrible place to be seen. Currently at a 3 hour wait on Sunday and have been waiting in the “doctors” room going on 45 minutes. For being urgent care, nothings urgent here. Everyone’s a medi-cal patient
Get well urgent care was fantastic! Very fast, compassionate service. The office was super clean and the chairs in the waiting room were spaced out very well for covid. Every staff member was super kind. I would go here again for any and all urgent care needs!
Very happy our visit to Getwell Urgent Care. Wait time was very fast and were seen by Dr within 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend if need to be seen by a Dr to go here.

Advertised as closing at 6 pm . Arrived at 4:40 since my wife was having a really bad headache, but they refused to serve us because they are not getting more patients today. There was no one in the waiting room though. We were told that the doctor will take lunch and is not gonna accept anybody after that.Sorry, but we need doctors in our community to care for patients more than their lunch . Will definitely report this to state agency. Unbelievable. Happened 1/15/22.
I mean wow…I forgot to get a physical form filled out for school, 11AM with a 2PM deadline. Went in as a walk in, in and out in less than an hour, SUPER nice and awesome staff, and super cheap not using insurance. Because of them I was able to turn in my form before the deadline.
I called 8-23-21 and made an appointment for the following day at 9am. When I got here at 9am. They said I wasn’t on the list. Make sure you’re actually put on the list which you can’t see. They’ll make you return later or reschedule.
No X-ray machine on site! They basically charged me and my insurance $250 to tell me I need an X-ray. They did not offer a wheelchair while I was on premises, I had to ask. However, they did want to give (sell) me an ankle brace/boot without telling me how much it would be. I declined, as some years previously I had made the mistake of accepting a wrist brace from an emergency room that I got a bill for months later - for $500! I was able to get an adequate brace at the local pharmacy for under $50.Not recommended!
I usually go to turlock for my health care needs but was unsure if I’d make it in time, I came to get well urgent care in Merced, they said It would be a 10min wait, it was over an hour and a half. I had a lady named “dr.darrell” she was awful, she gave me two shots to numb my toe to clean it and was unable to numb it, she went to clean it and pressure was build up in the syringe, she pushed so hard hurting my toe more and making blood spew everywhere, I ended up on the table cleaning my own toe, she then went to wrap it without applying ointment first to prevent my toe from sticking, it hurt SO bad so I declined her wrapping it any further. The Dr. was suppose to send my antibiotic over to my pharmacy, she forgot to do that, here we are on day two, she hasn’t returned my call from yesterday or today regarding the X-ray results either. The lady at the front desk couldn’t hate her job any more and had me wait while she played on her phone. The place is ran down and dirty. If I needed to say one positive thing it is that the lady who took me to the room was kind. I won’t be back.
It’s okay but they take forever. The staff are nice but honestly and no offense it take forever. We got here at 4 and I’m still waiting and its 5:57 thank though!!!
The staff was very professional and we were there for less than an hour for two kids. Definitely will be coming here when needing a doctors visit.
Not only was the office dirty but the wait was LONG. “Doctor” came in and didn’t even look or examine my daughter. Simply asked a couple questions and based his decision off that. No actual examination at ALL.
First the didn’t want to see me because they said my private insurance said medical in it. I have blue cross thru my husband’s job and never had an issue, so went back to my car to see if my husband had another card and didn’t say medical, we found our old card and they checked and said they would take it because it should it was active and didn’t say medical. They asked me what the problem was and if I had any pain and I said yes and said they will send medication to my pharmacy. Didn’t check me didn’t do blood work or urine and I was also the last one to be seen because of my insurance issue (mind you they didn’t run my insurance the first time just didn’t want to take it because it said medical on it) also my co payment was outrageous! Never had paid more than $45 at any other urgent care with my same insurance thst I’ve had for years .
Fast simple easy. Great with children of all ages!
This is the best urgent care in Merced, CA! They are not only very efficient but also extremely concerned about all their patients care. Every Dr. & nurse I’ve seen there, have all been very friendly & empathetic. I appreciate them & their care.
This past weekend, I had taken my 17 yr old son into see if he had a dislocated shoulder from playing football the night before. From the time I signed in and was called back to a room...it was no more than 20 minutes if that. Once we were in the room, the attending MD had came in almost right away. He examined my son, then conducted an ultrasound on the injured shoulder. Determined that it was a partial dislocation. From the minute the Dr walked in the office to the time he was done, I could not have asked for a better physician to have seen my son. The dr was able to relax my son enough by distracting him with conversation and popped his shoulder back in place. Through the whole experience the office staff and the attending MD, I probably wont go to any other urgent care now.
Update 02/2023: Never got my reimbursement! It has been a shi show sincr the beginning to talk to anyone regarding my reimbursement. The insurance paid out the claim to Get Well but nobody in the office seems to know where my reimbursement went. Never got to talk to anyone passed the front office. BEWARE. You wont get your money back.The billing department and supervisors are of no help. They are not willing to help me with a reimbursement of overpayment. They got paid twice (once by me and other by insurance) and are not willing to return money because our card got closed due to fraud. Noone is willing to help. Avoid yourselves the headache
This urgent care is very professional. The staff are caring and listen to their patients well. The response time for treatment is incredibly fast. I would highly recommend this clinic for Primary and Urgent Care services.
I wish this place would hire competent staff. They should received proper training before getting hire. The front desk women makes a lot of mistakes while taking patients information thus leading to a wrong test. When this happened to me, I contacted them and they never answer the phone nor reply my texts.
My experience was great!! Dr. Singh and Ms. Mona,RN were great! Minimal wait, referred for imaging with STAT request for results. Dr. Singh called me with results after shop hours. Yes, I highly recommend this Urgent Care.
Thus place was good like 5 months back but today was a horrible visit long wait, they didnt bother to send my medicine to the pharmacy call twice and they said they would send it it now almost 6pm and the pharmacy about to close I was discharge at 1230pm, the doctor didnt even bother to send my medication and Im really sick im extremely disappointed and annoyed.
Walked in feeling sick and got sent home. The girl at the front desk said she’d give me a call back that same day because they were “busy”. I never got a call back. I even called them asking for an update and she said they’re still “busy”. It’s been an entire week now. It’s kind of embarrassing how they can’t even get the simplest things done. I wouldn’t recommend going to this urgent care if you’re in need of actual urgent care.Btw I agree with that other review below saying “the front desk lady needs to get fired” lol.
I have used Get Well Urgent Care personally for a Rapid Covid Test and professionally to find an employee who is going to be traveling soon a vaccine. Both times they were professional & caring. Will definitely continue to use them and refer them.
I went in for a last minute womens exam last week. They were able to see me quicky which I appreciated at the time, because I was very anxious and uncomfortable. The woman p.a who helped me was kind and told me to wait a few days for results. I called almost every day and they were never rude or short with me. Thank you ladies. God bless you.

Returning to Merced on a weekend with an leg injury incurred on vacation, I was most pleased to get the services of Getwell urgent care. They quickly brought me see the on-duty Doctor who assessed the injury and provided a course of treatment. This was most appreciated as I had been traveling for several days and unable to see my local Doctor. Thank you Getwell.
The front desk was wonderful and kind. I was able to get assisted right away. The physician who helped me gave great service, he was able to answer my questions and or concerns. I would definitely recommend Get Well Urgent Care.👍

This place is a joke of an urgent care. There is one doctor, the female doctor whos of any help otherwise Ive gotten the male physician twice and have had terrible results. And if theyre not sure whats wrong with you theyll tell you to come back in 3 days which is also a joke.

My husband got a COVID test last December which is covered by Medicare. Today we received a bill for $185.They billed Medicare for a routine office visit. I called Medicare and they said there was no mention of COVID testing on the claim so they denied it. When I talked to billing they refused to resubmit the claim saying it was explained to us we would be billed for an office visit. The day of the COVID test someone called and asked if we had symptoms and then we drove there and waited for a long time in the parking lot until a nurse came and swabbed him, and they billed it as a routine new patient office visit. Believe me we would have not went there if they would have told us we would be billed for an office visit. They were not honest when they said they billed it as a COVID test. Medicare said there was no mention of the test.
Went for a tdap vaccine for my 7th grader paid my co pay waited 35ish minutes to be told they dont have the necessary part of the vaccine and they would send us over to the pharmacy of our choice. So now Ive lost time and money.
Live this place. The ladys that work here are wonderful. Always a service with a smile. Little wait time, treatment excellent. I would recommend them anytime.
My first experience, I had no wait, completed the required forms and was seen for (2) separate issues in the same visit. Followed up the following day by appointment and, again, VERY minimal wait time and the previous days treatment provided me with my first headache free day in (3) months. Dr. Singh listened to my issues and concerns patiently. I will be back.

I never have any issue coming here. The front desk and lady that take v/s are friendly and professional. The medical and nurse team are knowledgeable and professional. They are fast, professional, and adequate.
Took my mother here for a rapid Covid test. The nurse barley inserted the swab, I asked if that would be sufficient enough for reliable results. She assured me and we waited, she got her results back which came back negative for Covid-19. She ended up having severe symptoms and I took her same day to Mercy where she tested POSITIVE (surprise surprise) I called and was given attitude and offered no real help or solution. Waste of money and time. Dont bother going here, Go to GV for a rapid FREE test. Wish we knew that information before hand.
The use of text messaging is a phenomenal idea, its very interactive. First timer an the process from start to finish was no more than a hour. Staff was nice, respectful. Overall experience was amazing

The best professional doctor. He listens to you and take care your health needs really well. Its a new medical clinic in Merced. He is accepting new primary care patients. I liked him so well that now I have him as my primary care doctor.
Clean, social distancing, friendly\ reception. Waited only 15 minutes before seeing Doctor. Ordered X-rays, blood test and prescribed antibiotic. l Will definately use them again
This place is good. Dr.Singh is friendly. I went in with a broken finger and after examination i got the requisite treatment. Theyre professional and courteous. I even got a follow up call the next day. I would definitely recommend this place for urgent care.

Took forever. They charge me even tho I had a referral and made me wait 4 hours for their referral. Because the were a meetingSat a total of 5 hrs. to leave with the same thing I had coming in.
Not a very clean place. They test people for Covid here but non one is sanitizing doors once those maybe positive primera come in with questions. Staff is kind and patient but I’m not sure it’s a clean safe place to come. Took an hour and half just to been seen by a doctor. They don’t check in with you to let you know what’s going on.

Dont waste your time here!Edit: This is a laughable response. You called me back ONCE and didnt leave a voicemail on the 5th day and I hung up on you because I had already gotten a COVID test elsewhere with a hundredth of the hassle . Trying to lie to make yourself look good, despicable. Also, I called your office five different times and two of those times you gave me different prices for the cost of service I would expect. Shady.
