Dr. Sargent was wonderful. This was my first visit to this practice and I will definitely be back. I went in for my annual exam but wanted to discuss some issues Ive had in the past. Dr. Sargent is bound and determined to get to the bottom of what is causing my pain and I tremendously appreciate him for it! Reflections OBGYN staff are all so very kind, helpful, and seem to genuinely care about their patients. Personal interactions with each and every one of them came very easy and naturally - this does not happen at all doctor offices. This was my first visit with Dr. Sargent and I am beyond grateful that I chose him as my specialist care provider. His interpersonal communication skills are impressive! I felt as if I had been a patient of his for years!! He is knowledgeable yet is able to discuss medical care in terms that are understandable to the general layman. He is funny and witty which showed me that while he is my physician, he is also human - I take comfort in that because I do not feel degraded, disregarded or disrespected just because I am “only a patient.” The entire experience was every bit worth it :)

I was referred to Dr. Sargent by a friend after a terrible experience with the health first system during a miscarriage 4 years ago. Dr. Sargent and his entire staff, particularly his nurse Lindsey, have always been nothing short of kind, understanding, patient, and willing to answer and explain any questions or concerns. The entire staff is incredibly efficient and they have great communication internally and with myself as a patient. Dr. Sargent has always listened to any concerns and is always happy to discuss all the different options. I recently had the NovaSure procedure done in office, and both Dr. Sargent and Lindsey did a great job at educating me on what it is, how it works, and what to expect. I couldn’t be happier with them!

I have been going to this practice for over 5 years and everyone is always very kind and helpful. The front desk staff are always very welcoming and nice. I had always seen the nurse practitioner until she left the practice and absolutely loved her. I’ve been seeing Dr. Sargent for the last 8 months or so and have found him to be very patient, good listener and very knowledgeable. He has been very helpful and explains all of my options and eases my concerns.

Dr, Sargent was awesome! Very rarely do i go to a doctor and feel so comfortable. He was funny and welcoming, professional and listened to my concerns. Had me in and out of the office in no time as well, didnt keep me waiting! I left his office sharing with numerous people my experience and would highly recommend!

I had another appointment today and every interaction I have experienced has been great! I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door and received a friendly greeting from the front staff and then being escorted promptly to my room by a friendly assistant. My interaction with Dr Sargent was extremely courteous and professional as well. He is very knowledgeable and answered every concern or question I had. I look forward to returning to their office for future appointments.

I have known Dr Sargent and his professional staff for 15 years. He takes the time that is necessary during office visits and genuinely cares about his patients. You do NOT feel like a number and you are NOT rushed through. The environment is warm as is the gown which is a special treat. 5 stars are well deserved.

Dr. Sargent is a great doctor. He delivered two of my children and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. His staff Maureen, Christian and nurse Lindsey are awesome as well. His office is super clean and they provide the best women’s care in Melbourne. It is a very relaxed welcoming environment and they are very attentive and caring to their patients. They do not deliver babies anymore but I continue to go there for my personal women’s healthcare. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new place to go. So thankful to have been recommended to schedule an appt with Dr. Sargent! The front office staff are wonderful, the office is clean, and the wait times are minimal. Staff here are kind, while maintaining a high level of care and efficiency. Communication is also excellent. Unlike other doctors offices, I never have trouble getting ahold of someone when I need an appointment or have questions. Nurse Lindsey and Dr. Sargent are amazing!

Chris efficiently took care of updating my account and checked me in quickly. Lindsey welcomed me, brought me back to the examination room and gave very clear information and directions for my check up. Dr. Sargent was professional, welcoming, and made sure everything needed was scheduled even though it had been 2 years since my last check up. Examination room was very clean and my gowns were clean and pressed. Reflections Obgyn gave the same highly professional and friendly visit as in the past. Best service from his front desk staff, nurse, and Dr. Sargent.His secretary is always on top of things, right on and very helpful. I had a medical issue which I needed to speak to my OBGYN from my PCP, with in the same day Dr. Sargent office called me and I had an appointment the next day. Upon seeing him and waving my options, he refer me to a hematologist and from there on I started getting treatment to find the problem I was having. Between the doctors and treatments I am much better than ever. Dr, Sargent knew what the problem was and did the procedure that change my life. Thanks to Dr. Sargent and his team of staff.

I answer many questions prior for my visit. non of the questions was read. Not even my age ( menopause time). I suffer from endometriosis for 35 years with terrible intercourse pain. its all on my answer on the chard that was not read. well, the doctor just did not care and he really hurt me during examination. no care of my condition. nothing more to say. very sad. I have not found a decent GYN in this country in my 23 years here.

The doctor replay to all my questions but i felt rushed the whole time. Nurse as well did not make me feel comfortable as you should feel.There was no body in the office after me so I do not understand why this happen.

8 years ago, he practically save my mothers life, she need an emergency surgery after many months with a recurrent uterine infections, w/o explanation, but thanks to him she can recovery and continue with us. He is an angel.
