Dr. Aimee Tieu has the best bedside manner I’ve ever received- just that alone is enough to be on your way to a smooth, speedy and successful recovery! Everyone on the HealthFirst team for Dr.Tieu was amazing.

Terrible experience.......not what you want when you are having health issues during the time your husband is going through cancer treatment. Waited 6months for appointment, office manager called 2 week prior to cancel my appointment! Now my issues are so much worse and my choices for treatment are less. Sad days in healthcare for sure.I dont care how GOOD you think you are......you are NOT GOD.

My doctor referred me to this doctor, So I kept CALLING AND CALLING AND CALLING to schedule an appointment! Each time I called, NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE!!! So I got tired of calling, and left a message on June 17 2024. Do you know today is July 10 2024, and they are just now getting back to me, and that’s only because I there was miscommunication with my doctor, being that no one ever called me back, I called her and told her to refer me to a different doctor other than Tieu!!!!! And THAT I DID NOT WANT ANY DOCTOR associated with that office, being that I couldn’t get a simple call back!!! So my doctors office called me, and referred me to Dr. Carey Andreoiu so her office literally just called me and stated that she doesn’t specialize in the procedure that I need done and that Dr. Tieu does. I then proceeded to tell her that I told my doctor NOT TO SCHEDULE ME WITH ANY DOCTOR ASSOCIATED WITH THAT OFFICE!!! And how Ive been calling and calling and how I left a message June 17th and no one ever called me back. She then responded, hmm “thats weird” yeah ya think!!! So I told her that was a no go, she then stated she would cancel the referral. So I said thank you, and we hung up. My whole thing about this is, if I can’t get a hold of the office to make a simple appointment and no call back, what makes you think you’re going to operate on me! If you’re looking for an office not to answer the phone(s) then this is the office for you!! And I do believe there is ANOTHER REVIEW STATING THE SAME THING!!!!

Dr. Tieu recently operated on my wife. We are both physicians. She is a superb surgeon, technically skilled but even more, kind and compassionate. She put both myself and my wife at ease prior to surgery. Could not have been in the hands of a better physician.

I’ve been going to Dr Tieu for about 8 years. I’m 77 and I’ve never had a Dr as good as her. She didn’t rush to do surgery, she sent me to PT and it helped for 7 years, now I’m ready to have the surgery in January. She has explained everything to me and what to expect. I trust her more than I can tell you. And her assistant Rosemary is the best. And the front desk is also good. Please know how much I appreciate you Dr Tieu….

As a life long RN in the OR I have definite opinions about surgeons. Dr Tieu and her staff were wonderful. I was very impressed with their efficiency, thoroughness and caring. My surgical outcomes and recovery were more than I had hoped for and I would gladly drive the 2 hours round trip again if I ever require her expertise.

I would like to schedule an appointment with Dr. Tieu to see her for a second visit as my condition is worsening. Dr. Tieu seems like she is quite knowledgeable, caring, and a great doctor overall with her patients.The issue is that the receptionist for Dr. Tieu which books the appointments is quite argumentative, very abrasive, and highly abrupt. I see that this is not the first post regarding the negative experience with Dr. Tieus office staff.I am suffering and need to see Dr. Tieu. If Dr. Tieu could please contact me to schedule an appointment, I would be most appreciative. Thank you for your time.

Cant even get someone on the phone! Every single time I call to speak with someone to make my first appointment I have to leave a message. They do call me back, when they call me back, and I keep missing those calls! So I just keep calling and leaving more messages and trying to be available when they choose to call me back. Absolutely ridiculous.

Doctor Aimee Tieu is phenomenal! Very highly recommended! EVERYTHING in her practice is run like a well-oiled machine. Their operational efficiency is superb! Which makes everything go incredibly smoothly; from the beginning to the end, it could not be better organized and managed. From the scheduling of appointments to my appointments with the nurses and doctor, consultation, pre-op visit, surgery, and post-op. The staff is very sweet, considerate, understanding, well-organized, has fantastic communication and coordination, SUPER friendly, accommodating, and courteous.Plus, Dr. Aimee Tieu herself is next level!!!! I wish every doctor was like her, and every doctors office was run like her practice. She is knowledgeable, passionate, personable, thorough, goes above and beyond, has an excellent performance in surgical operations, is kind, great bedside manner, and is absolutely amazing at what she does! I cannot speak more highly of her, her practice, or her staff. By far, the best experience I have ever had in my life in ALL facets!!!!!!!!!!!!I am so blessed to have found such an outstanding doctor. Every doctors office in Brevard County could truly learn from her and how she runs her office. If there was a way to nominate her as the best doctor and best practice/office staff, I certainly would 10 times over. Everyone here is top-notch. They provided me with all the information and helpful tips and tricks for the best surgery recovery. I did not have to pry or fish for information or details, they were forthcoming and incredibly informative. They were patient and I never felt rushed. 5-stars do not do it justice, she and her office all deserve 10 stars!!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! The best experience & results, ever, by far! You all are a Godsend.

I had a little trouble at first making my appointment with a front office staff member but after speaking with the office manager who was absolutely amazing we got everything worked out. I then had my appointment with Aimee who is so amazing and extremely knowledgeable and I couldn’t be happier! She is very kind and makes sure she spends enough time with you and that you truly understand exactly what is going on. The rest of the office was amazing and I had a great first impression of each person I came in contact with. I would highly recommend Aimee to everyone I know and her wonderful staff!

Perhaps Dr. Tieu is a great doctor, but it appears I will never know, since I am unable to call and speak with anyone to make an appointment. I have called 3 times and missed call-backs, as I (like most people) and often out and about and at a place where I am unable to take a call, check my calendar, and add an appointment to it. Evidently the policy is such that calls are never answered, and one must always leave a message. That would be even more frustrating to a patient with a medical problem.UPDATE: In response to my review Dr. Tieu’s office suggested that I book an appointment online. I am surprised that they are not aware that if one is a new patient or has not been seen in 3 years they MUST CALL for an appointment.

I love this practice. Everyone, including the office staff, is so kind and helpful. Dr. Tieu is so great - she took time with me, answered all my questions and was able to reassure me about the concerns I had. Im super thankful to have her as one of my providers!

What a fabulous doctor, very knowledgeable excellent bedside manner. Very caring and listened to everything I asked. Gave me great advise. Very thorough with testing and was quick to reassure me. I cant say enough about Aimee Tieu. If your looking for a awesome, caring and very knowledgeable urgynecologist look to Aimee Tieu.

I had a lot of apprehension about my diagnosis and treatment but Dr. Tieus staff was very welcoming and reassuring, communication was excellent from the beginning, they told me everything to expect, often without me having to ask. This was all new to me so I appreciated the personal care I was given. I also felt that staff or Dr. Tieu were open to any questions I might have. I dont want to repeat the process, but I feel if Dr. Tieu recommended that, I would do it, pain and all. My sincere thanks to everyone in the office for there upbeat and kind attitude.

Dr. Tied explained herself well enough for me to understand her. Took her time to explain everything that is going on with my problem. She takes time to listen. I will go back to see her again. I recommend her to everyone I know. I give her a five star.

My quality of life has been drastically improved. She uses robotic assisted surgery techniques and everything went very smoothly from the very first office visit with her wonderful NP all the way through recovery and follow up. No complications and I felt great about a week after surgery.

Amazing team! They got me in incredibly fast when they had a canceled appt and I got in earlier than the appt time when I arrived with no wait and Ashley was so nice regarding my issue and options available. What an incredible team in Vierra and you have all my loyalty for urogyno issues in the future!

UPDATE 11/21 - I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HEALTH FIRST UROGYNECOLOGY! They literally saved my life! All the glory for my total healing goes to God, of course, but He used them to get me to where I am today. Interstitial cystitis is a chronic disease with a prognosis of painful bladder flare-ups (think the worst UTI you could ever imagine), & having to adhere to an extremely strict diet forever! Although, I do avoid common foods that will cause flare ups (i.e. acidic food), I havent had any flares since 2019, AND I was diagnosed with one of the worst cases they had ever seen! I attribute this healing 100% to prayer, Gods grace, & the care of Dr. Tieu, Megan, Susan & the staff. God bless the staff of Health First UroGynecology in Viera FL. ❤️Final Note: I do not recommend Dr. Marja Sprock for IC. Cosmetic procedures are her primary areas of practice.On my first visit with Nurse Practitioner, Susan, at Dr. Tieus office, Im afraid I wasnt very fair on the survey that I initially completed. I was frustrated because I had already been suffering with horrible symptoms for almost a year, and after seeing 6 local doctors, that gave up on me and did nothing for me...I ended up going to Mayo Clinic for a diagnosis and help. I was finally diagnosed with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, and was referred to Dr. Tieu. However, even Mayo Clinic missed half of my problem. I have all the symptoms of Interstitial Cystitis, and Susan at Dr. Tieus office is finally setting me on the right path to coping with this. As awful as IC is...Im happy to have an answer so that I can at least take the proper course of action to feel better. Even Mayo Clinic didnt catch this, and they are suppose to be the best in the medical field. Im very pleased with the care Im receiving at Dr. Tieus office, and I feel confident that under their care...I will finally get to a point where I can function. Although it is difficult to get a live person when calling their office, they do return your call in a prompt manner. I highly recommend the staff at Dr. Tieus office.

My gyn Dr Miner tried to get me appointment with this Doctor, and I guess she could not, cause they were very upset? I guess she only see who she wants? What wrong with Doctors today? They have attitude , have no compassion for anyone? I desperately need 3 kinds surgery and my gyn said she did those?since COVID -19 virus all these doctors have turned rotten? Surprised their in business, cause their heartless? But every dog has their day?

Best attention to health, details, surgery, and follow up appointments! Friendly doctor and staff makes you feel comfortable! So much positive I could express! Top notch womens care!

Terrible patient care. Front desk people are rude. I should not be asked about my medical information/history in front of other patients. That is so unprofessional. Please find another healthcare professional.

I saw her nurse practioner Meghan very thorough and gave me lots of information it was a great visit really liked front office very organized

Both times that I have had an appointment with this office, I have waited for an hour to see the nurse practitioner. Although the staff is kind and friendly, the wait time is ridiculously long when you have an appointment. They call 3 or 4 times to confirm appointment, yet do not stay true to the time scheduled. I am giving this office 2 stars because of this major inconvenience.

Dr Tieu and her staff are extraordinary -- very friendly and go beyond to make you feel comfortable in dealing with sensitive Uro-Gyn issues. Top notch.

Dr. Aimee Tieu ( urogynecologist) is a very kind, empathetic, & patient Dr. Before surgery Dr. Aimee (In a non rushed manner explained what my surgery entailed and Dr. Aimee answered any an all questions, making sure I understood the answers to my questions. I had a good knowledge base going into surgery. After Surgery at Viera Hospital I had excellent care. Dr. Aimee checked on me. There aren’t enough stars to to rate Dr. Aimee Tieu. I do want to say Thank you to Dr. Aimee Tieu and Suzanne Schoenrock MSN, APRN. for giving me my life back. My surgery to was successful. I will always be grateful to Dr. Aimee Tieu and I highly recommend her!

She did well on both of my surgeries with her. Her and her staff actually care about you, especially after surgery.
