Dr. Nichols, Olayne, Evelyn, and the whole team at IVFMD provided such a great experience for me and my husband in a very difficult time. Infertility is a tough road, and they provided compassion and support throughout our whole journey. Dr. Nichols was always very thorough in her explanations of diagnostics and next steps, and remained optimistic through our whole journey. Throughout the process, I felt confident in next steps. She and her team were so personable and spent a good amount of time with us at every appointment- we never felt rushed or overlooked.Working with her and her team gave us hope that our dream could actually be a reality, AND I am 37 weeks pregnant with our little dream baby girl!It was also such a huge help to have the portal. I was able to message the care team whenever I had a question, and they were always quick to respond. It also provided a clear list of medications that was easy to follow during the IVF process. Early on in my pregnancy, I had some bleeding on a weekend/evening which freaked me out, but I called the on-call nurse and messaged my care team and heard back within an hour on next steps. They were so kind and patient with me and provided such peach of mind. We highly recommend Dr. Nichols and the whole IVFMD Viera team!

Dr. Nichols and every member of the IVFMD staff in Viera have been excellent so far in my fertility journey. They are kind and compassionate. They strive to help their patients understand what exactly is happening with their bodies in a way non-clinical people can understand. I look forward to continuing my journey with this amazing team.

From the very first consultation to finally graduating to my OB, Dr. Nichols was always focused on doing what was right for me and reaching the goal of getting and staying pregnant. She explained everything that was going on, and answered any questions that we had, making us feel comfortable the whole time. When things didn’t go as planned, she made sure to find out why and figure out a better way forward instead of doing the same thing over again and expecting different results. I always felt like she really cared and had my best interest in mind. There’s no one else I would trust for my fertility journey! Dr. Nichols was fantastic! She was personable and comforting as well as incredibly knowledgeable to the point where the way she led me through our conversation answered all of my questions without me even having to ask them. The office staff was also wonderful- knowledgeable and welcoming.

We’ve always dreamed of having a family. Unfortunately, that dream proved harder than we thought. Dr. Nichols and IVFMD have made our dream a reality. At IVFMD, you are not just treated like a patient or a number on a page, you are treated like a family member or friend who is in need of help. Over our journey together, they went above and beyond providing us with care and on numerous occasions went outside the scope of what they were ‘required’ to do (non-standard appointments, help with medications, off hour communication, etc). Having fertility issues is the hardest thing we ever experienced and it’s hard to put into words what Dr. Nichols has given us. We will be eternally grateful for this gift that we can can never repay. If you’re looking for an IVF solution, look no further. You can’t go wrong!

Dr. Jennifer Nichols, Olayne and the Viera IVFMD team are beyond outstanding. They have become family to my husband, son and myself throughout the time we have gotten to spend with them. Dr. Nichols is caring, passionate, dedicated and skilled in infertility treatment and care. While our journey will continue with the team for subsequent children, I rest easy knowing I am in the BEST hands. We’re still early in the process but Dr Nichols has been fantastic and thorough. Will update as things go along but so far I’d recommend IVFMD Viera to anyone struggling with infertility.

Olayne and staff at IVFMD helped us conceive our first child in 2022. We wouldn’t have the family we’ve built today without their help. They were extremely supportive throughout the entire process and professional.

I appreciate Dr Nichols, Olyane APRN and their medical assistants for helping us with our IVF journey. I live in Orlando, and they did our screening ultrasounds and post IVF ultrasounds to monitor our little one so we didn’t have to drive out to Jupiter. That allowed me to still work. I’m happy to say I’m 15 weeks with our second baby. Even though Dr McCarthy was our main doctor, Dr Nichols was very kind and treated us as her patients as well with all the post transfer ultrasounds.

Everything about my experience at IVFMD was phenomenal. The staff members are all so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nichols was very knowledgeable, welcoming, extremely easy to talk to! You truly feel like you are their #1 priority. I feel so lucky to have been referred to Dr. Nichols and her team!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about IVFMD Viera. We had tried with another fertility clinic in the area last year and we were very disappointed so I was hesitant to try again. But wow, Dr. Nichols and all the amazing staff (Evelyn, Yusi, Olayne just to name a few) at IVFMD really turned things around. They are all incredibly caring, comprehensive, honest, and empathetic health care professionals.We had a long two year journey with two early pregnancy losses in the past. The first month at the clinic was lab work, ultrasounds, procedures, and a minor surgery. Then the next month, IVFMD helped us get pregnant on our first medicated cycle with IUI and we have since graduated from the clinic. Amazing!! Would recommend them to anyone on their trying to conceive journey. Dr. Nichols is truly an amazing doctor.

Dr Jennifer Nichols and her team at IVFmd in Viera, FL are part of our family. We have been trying to get pregnant for five years and tried IUI and IVF. IVFmd was our second place because our previous place was not working for us. From the moment I met Dr Nichols and her team they were nothing but supportive, compassionate, and caring. I cannot say enough great things. Because of them we are finally pregnant and it could have never happened without them. If you want to start a family IVFmd in Viera must be your first call. You will not be disappointed!

Very friendly staff, nothing negative to say about them. The only negative thing I will say is that they’re not plus size friendly their policy that is you have to be under 40 BMI before they will even help you.

She is absolutely amazing. I was going through another fertility specialist and she did more and helped me understand more in my first visit then the last 6 months with my other. Totally recommend!

I am very happy with the treatment of all the staff at Viera. Although the Drs are only on Fridays, the staff who work in this clinic are very friendly, they are always looking out for you, how you feel, you feel like family. You should know that the major procedures are in Jupiter (very close to Viera) but it is worth it, since with planning and keeping all this in mind when you begin your process, you can perfectly complete it successfully until you achieve your dream of being a Mom/Dad. They always speak clearly to you from the beginning, I am very happy BECAUSE I AM ALREADY pregnant thanks to the clinic, Dr Mc Carty, the embryologist Francis, Olayne who is a super nurse, Yusi, the super friendly front desk staff Evelin and Christy.Thank you Ivfmd for fulfilling my dream ♥️ blessings and success to all those who want to achieve it!!!
