If you are a mother in crisis please do not allow these people to talk to you. They are in the business of manipulating women into selling their babies. I believed they cared for me and my daughter and truly wanted what’s best for her, but they did not. They wanted the check my child could afford them. They are incredibly unethical and unprofessional. Carrie encouraged me to speak to her as if she was a close friend, and used the information to manipulate me. I was told that I was “basically a surrogate”. When the time came to sign the papers at the hospital I was visibly distraught and wavering on my decision and Carrie pushed me through before I could even think. She told me point blank that we needed to “wrap this up” quickly because she had places to be and the witness had things to do. The papers were snatched from my hands as I was still trying to dot the I’s and cross the T’s in my name. If they had done the proper thing and given me even a moment to breathe before signing then my daughter would be with me now. They do not care about you. They do not care about your baby. They don’t care about hopeful adoptive parents. This is a business and birth mothers are the cattle. I was told by Carrie that I should stop taking the life saving medications I had to start taking after placing my daughter. I was snapped at multiple times by her when I expressed my grief and regret over my decision. I was not fully informed. Information was hidden or misrepresented. I was told not to do my own research and not to interact with other birth moms. Please, if you are a perspective adoptive parent, do not work with these people. There are reputable agencies out there, this is not one of them. Notice that almost all of the good reviews are from adoptive parents. Birth mothers are being chewed up and spit out by this company. Do not become part of the horrors these people subject mothers to.

Florida Adoption Center was great to work with. We had a stork drop baby so life got hectic all at once. Carrie was there to help us through all of it and make sure we were taken care of. She also made sure the birth mother and our daughter were taken care of and received the best care imaginable. After a failed adoption with another agency and seeing the way they treated us after our child passed before birth, Carrie and her team were a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend them. They are honest, transparent, caring and really just amazing people!

We are in the process of our second adoption with FAC. Both adoptions have been straightforward and my husband and I are always informed of next steps. Carrie has a personality that makes you feel instantly comfortable, as if youve known her for years. Shes honest and a good person. I know shes changing everyones lives for the better that she works with. She did ours. Tiffany is very personable and attentive to our continuous questions/check ins.Ill use this agency from here forward and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an agency when building their family. Carrie and Tiffany are angels.

We learned about Florida Adoption Center LLC through our consultant as my wife and I were dedicated to working with an agency that provides holistic care to the expecting mother and child. Both Carrie and Tiffany surround the birth family of our child, as well as us, with intentionality, care, advocacy, and support. For example, when our child was released from the NICU on a Sunday afternoon, Carrie came to the hospital (on her day off) to assist in signing paperwork to release our baby into our care. Moreover, as we drove to Florida from another state, were able to use the Florida Adoption Center location to meet with our childs birth family twice - they provided a comfortable meeting space, snacks, drinks, and took photos. We are so grateful for this agency and the work that they do. Thank you.

Carrie and Tiffany were amazing to work with. They took time to answer all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. They made the entire process simple and easy. We were able to focus on our baby and not stress about all the paperwork. We would strongly recommend them.

Tiffany was wonderful to work with at the Florida Adoption Center. She responded in a timely fashion anytime I reached out and answered questions when needed.I signed up with three agencies, hoping to decrease my wait to be matched with an expectant mother. During that time, Florida Adoption Center presented me with no potential case files to consider.

We adopted with so much confidence in Florida Adoption Center! They supported our birth mother with care and respect and maintained a professional yet personal relationship with us as adoptive parents. They assisted us in navigating the complex and intimidating process of adoption and made sure we understood all the ins and outs of it. When the time came to meet our sweet baby, FAC was there for our birth mother, sent us all the photos of the moments were were not there for and made everyone at ease. The balance of professionalism and a personal relationship is a a fine line but with FAC we felt heard, understood, respected and supported. We appreciated the level of care and support that they provided our birth mother also. Her care was timely, our updates with her were personal and allowed us to get to know her better. She had nothing but good things to say! Their information they provided us was VERY thorough and updates always given quickly and professionally. They were clearly and honestly invested in our birth mother and making sure she was confident in her decisions and care. The care of her and our unborn baby was their number one priority. They made the adoption process smooth for us!

This place is not professional. They dont care about you and wont tell u anything of importance. they will by pass the legal information that u need to know just so they can adopt your baby and make money off of it. Make sure u really want to adopt cuz once u sign them papers they will tell u their nothing they can do when it is they just dont want to lose any money over it.

The agency provides tender love and care to birth moms and adoptive parents with every kind of resource and support needed.
