Dallas Premier Primary & Urgent Care-at Mckinney

Not impressed. Very disorganized with scheduling and billing. The mid-level provider misdiagnosed our skin condition that is unfortunately contagious. They left me a voicemail and text message reminding me that my other appointment would be in Mckinney. Drove there first thing in the morning, hungry because I was supposed to get labs done, and the location is closed for renovations. Would have appreciated a heads up! The renovations are a great idea, though. The last time we were there, the roll of paper that goes over the exam tables to keep them clean was on the floor. Also the medical assistant was wearing a crop top. Scrubs are pretty comfy and they have lots of cute styles, so I dont think that was necessary.

I recently visited DPUC and the service was excellent! Facility is very clean and welcoming, the front office staff was very competent and helpful. The doctors at the facility go out of their way to make the patients feel comfortable and the service is exceptional. The doctors answered all are questions and also helped us with additional questions around medication as well as insurance. I would highly recommend this facility for any urgent care or primary care needs.

I highly recommend this place! I came in very sick and they have been taking care of me for the last couple hours. All 3 Drs are GREAT with very nice bedside manner. I’m already feeling better as I’m getting an IV in a comfy recliner! Hallelujah!Had to share because they just opened in August and need more patients. I won’t go anywhere else after this experience.

Had a great experience. Dr Sara was pleasant and knowledgeable and Karen was very nice and made me feel at ease as she was drawing my blood, which was painless. Definitely recommend this urgent care

Clean office ! Front desk you could feel the care in her voice and the overall experience gets even better with This team very professional knowledgeable and efficient from start to finish. This is the Best urgent Care I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Kindness goes a long way this place has the right chemistry for Care and when needed the time is Now. Dr Sara was very good at work and from I have chosen her as my primary doctor.

Went here yesterday after being repeatedly sick the day before and day of. The staff was kind and professional and the clinic is very clean and quiet. If I am ever sick again (hopefully not) I won’t hesitate to go back.I received exceptional care and would recommend this location to anyone needing urgent care.

They say that 50% of doctors graduate in the bottom half of their class. Well, here is where they end up!Two hours I waited. I was the first person in, and none followed. Seriously how can this place operate this way and keep the doors open???Im sure theyll soon succumb to their own self-inflicted wounds...Medical staff on sight refused to practice medicine unless I would submit to absolutely unnecessary tests, that of course they get to bill for. When politely declining, as is the right of the patient by law, I was told that they would then NOT write prescriptions that they previously agreed to.Thats not medicine, thats extortion.Please do yourself a favor... The CVS walk in is a much better, much friendlier, more experienced option.*** Confirmed

Visited the urgent care yesterday. Very caring staff, they listened to my concerns and helped me out. Facility was clean. They even have in house labs and xray so I didnt have to travel anywhere else. Looking forward to getting their IV therapies in the future!
