I was super impressed with Dr.Havemann and her staff. I loved the way she treated us and how knowledgeable she was in helping us take all the steps if trying to conceive without jumping into IVF right away ( what we were trying to do.) I love that she types up our Plan while speaking to us and explains the course of plan thoroughly. I loved the staff who are friendly and welcoming. I would still be with her if my insurance would have covered that facility. Definitely would recommend her. My sister-in-law was the one who recommended me because of one of her friends. Im glad she did.

It was a long journey with Dallas IVF but I am so happy we chose them to help us with our fertility journey. Everyone was always kind and helpful, from the front desk to the nursing staff. Especially happy and grateful with all of the work Dr. Havemann put into helping us get our little miracle. Absolutely amazing and kind.

Dallas IVF was super supportive during such a vulnerable time. I had Dr. Havemann, and was nothing but great with explaining exactly whats going on, in a way that you can understand. Nursing staff (bria and rachel)was very patience with all questions/concerns, they greet you by name and with a smile on their face each time. They return calls in a timely manner. I cannot refer Dallas IVF and Dr. Havemann enough. Such a great experience during a difficult time, and thank you for helping my husband and i gain our little miracle.

How do I write a review for a team of people that have completely changed our family’s life for the better? Dr Havemann and her staff have been such a blessing, so it’s hard to express truly how grateful we are for them. From day one we felt so welcomed, especially while starting a process that naturally comes with a lot of uncertainty and anxiety. They helped us understand each and every step of the process. Dr Havemann is so incredibly good at her job, winning various awards that set her apart from any other fertility clinic. She went above and beyond in helping to explain things we didn’t understand. Every single time we entered the building for our appointments her staff smiled and always spoke to us in a kind and respective manner. If you’re considering Dallas IVF as an option, you found your clinic. One of the best decisions we have ever made has been to have them help us grow our family. They have been the biggest blessing and words can’t express how thankful we are for them.

My care at Dallas IVF has been nothing but positive. Even when we went through a miscarriage, everyone was always so empathetic and caring. I felt like a person there not just a patient. Dr. Havemman is a wonderful Dr, full of information, available to answer questions, and obviously caring. I always was aware of everything I needed to know during the process, and they always answer you quickly when you leave a message. Also there is availability for weekend appointments when you dont want to miss a cycle of treatment which was really convenient for us. I highly recommend them for all your fertility needs!

Dallas IVF has been the biggest blessing in my husband and I’s life. We were always met with supportive and kind staff who were with us every step of the way. Dr. Havemann was truly phenomenal. She worked very closely with us to ensure we had the best plan put in place, and always took her time to explain everything. We are so grateful for her.

I have so much to say about Dr. Havemann and her team at Dallas IVF! Starting fertility treatment is so intimidating, and she took the time to walk us through each step and never made us feel dumb for the number of questions we would ask. We asked A LOT. She truly has a way of being prompt and thorough at the same time. While my husband and I felt rushed and ready to just get pregnant, she took the time to flip over every single stone to really figure out what our specific fertility issues were. Fertility treatment can feel like the scariest roller coaster ever, but after each treatment and each consultation.. we only left feeling hopeful and confident with the steps we were being guided to take. I would also like to include that you will spend much of your time with the sonographer, and Toni at Dallas IVF is the best! She is compassionate about what she does. We were usually pretty anxious going into another sonogram, but she helped us to feel comfortable and calm during each visit. I am so happy to say that we are finally pregnant and have graduated from Dallas IVF. With that being said, the team at Dallas IVF has not just passed us off to our OB but has continued to monitor our hormone levels while being the ones to ween me off of the medication we have been on. This leaves us feeling so taken care of from start to finish! I cannot recommend Dr. Havemann enough!!!

The whole time I was at this clinic I had mixed feelings and should have followed my gut. On a positive, the staff was always quick to respond to questions. However, I was given such little information up front, that I constantly had to ask questions I shouldnt have had to ask. I met with Dr. Havemann after 2 IUIs because I was unhappy with the communication and only seeing a doctor/hearing from her on IUI days. In that conversation she was frustrated that I was not happy, and was condescending, stating that she couldnt give 10 plus years of medical knowledge to me in 30 minutes”. In short, I went to 2 consultations at different clinics--and in those 30 minute consultations, I was given all the information and more that I needed to know. I was given hard data, not made-up percentages. I was shown data sources. My experience with Dr. Havemann and the IVF clinic in general was not positive. In both IUIs my donor sperm was low and I questioned it...both times Dr. H and another Dr. who subbed in at Dallas IVF told me the motility numbers were great. The 2 consultations I went to both told me the numbers were too low and I would qualify to get my money back from the donor banks and I did! I have a new doctor and am pregnant. I see my new doctor at Aspire Fertility at each and every visit, he does every scan, sono and procedure and does not leave me asking 10 questions. To the staff reading this, I would love to chat with you about my experience and show you the screenshots of the different percentage chances I was given 3 months apart by Dr. Havemann.

Dr. Havemman was always so patient with us in explaining what is the issue and how can we solve it. She and her team was a great support at each and every step of our journey. Update: The main scheduling personnel called and apologized for the error in the scheduling and rescheduled my apt for the next day. I appreciate when a doctors office cares enough to right a mistake. The doctor I met with was super personable and helped make us feel very confident and comfortable..Tried to get in for an initial consult, via zoom, had to be rescheduled twice and went from month to month. If this is how I’m treated before even becoming a patient I definitely didn’t want to see what it looked like to be a patient. Extremely disappointed as this is our first time looking into fertility clinics.

We really wanted to like Dallas IVF McKinney, however their communication with clients is severely lacking. My OBGYN referred me and my husband to them since we have difficulty conceiving, and the referral they sent to Dallas IVF for us was never responded to. We waited and waited, and then started calling them to try to get in on our own. My husband finally got through to them and went in for a semen analysis, to which we were told results would be back within a couple of days for us. This was important, and a relief, since I had a follow up appointment set for over 2 weeks after my husbands appointment. We called over and over again, and sent emails asking for results so that I did not have a wasted trip to my doctor. A receptionist told my husband finally that results were in, but a doctor needed to look at them. This was still fine, and we had time. He still was never contacted. They had my husband sign over release of records to send results to him as the patient.. We still did not get anything. I went to my OBGYN appointment and asked them to call to which they did, and Dallas IVF McKinney said they would fax them right over. I was at my OBGYN appointment for over 2 hours and they were never received, so this was a waste of an entire appointment. Some time after my appointment, these were finally emailed over to my husband. No doctor ever called to go over what results meant. Thankfully my OBGYN called to discuss with me after her office also received these. After all of this, I still wanted to give Dallas IVF McKinney another shot for my IUI consultation, but yet again, cannot get anyone to return my call or emails requesting an appointment even though it states that it may take 48 hours to hear back. I reached out weeks ago now. We also cannot even set up or use their patient portal on their website as it does not work, which we told them back in January. This all is especially frustrating to me as I work as a medical receptionist for a busy multi-doctor practice, and we never let clients go this long without responding to them.

Dr. Havemann misadvised us completely.She use wrong indicators for abnormal motility and morphology therefore concluding my husband was fine and I was the diagnosed with pain periods when the truth was i dont ovulate each month.We went to Dr. Rodriguez in Frisco after months of me being on letrozole to help with ovulation (the office would not prescribe letrozole, which is free, without ultrasounds and other costly monitoring when a simple blood test from the OBGYN can confirm the dosage is effective) and did a cycle of IUI which involved washing the sperm.The sperm analysis results were similar to the ones provided to Dr. Havemann but Dr. Rodriguez said motility should be above 40 and morphology should be above 4....we were at 28 for motility and 2 for morphology and Dr. Havemann said thats normal there is nothing to be concerned about.Even with IVF, if the shape of the sperm (morphology) is unable to penetrate the egg, you will not have a healthy embryo and you will not have a live birth.Dr. Havemann took to treating the woman with costly, painful treatments/diagnostics and overlooked the real reason for our infertility.

The most wonderful experience ever! The women in the office are so caring, and go above and beyond to answer all of your questions, and make you feel completely comfortable! I would recommend this office to absolutely anyone going through the struggles of infertility! I am now currently 10 weeks pregnant with my miracle baby all thanks to Dr. Dara Havemann and her incredible team! Thank you ladies so much!! I can’t wait to come back in the office and show y’all my little peanut you helped grow! I can’t thank you enough!

Dr. Havemann is the best! She is so personable and really takes her time to make sure you understand everything and feel as comfortable as possible. Also, the staff is wonderful and so friendly!

I just wanted to say Dr. Havemann is AMAZING and I love that she actually cares about her patients. I’ve had the toughest time this past year with my obgyn and sadly didn’t have the greatest experience. We had 2 miscarriages, pcos , and infertility for a year . My regular obgyn told me I needed to lose a 3rd baby before I could have fertility testing and that I just needed to be patient. Something just didn’t feel right and I kept praying about what todo. Long story short I’m so happy I found Dr. Havemann and advocated for my own health. She is the first doctor that has made me feel like I’m actually being heard . I can’t wait to see her again in a couple of weeks and see what her plan of action will be . She is the best!

My experience with Dallas ivf, from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to the doctor, was amazing. I saw Doctor Dara Havemann for unexplained recurrent miscarriage. She was not only incredibly informative & easy to understand, but was also really friendly to both me and my husband. After our online appointment, where she thoroughly went through all the tests I would have done, we had an in-person appointment and she found the reason for my miscarriages after just that one appointment (it was a uterine septum). She performed my surgery, and wonderfully explained all of it at our pre and post operation appointments. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The doctor is not bad, however the communication with the nursing staff was horrible especially when anything went wrong. If I asked for any explanation it was met with a lot of attitude as if I was not entitled to know enough information to make an informed medical decisions.Specifically - I was asked if I wanted to cancel my ivf cycle due to poor response, when I asked what the pros and cons where or why I would cancel or if the outcome in another round would be expected to be better, the nurse who called me did not have answers and was visibly upset, I asked to speak to the doctor before making a decision and was told I’ll let you know if she has time. This is a decision worth thousands of dollars and I’m not entitled to ask simple questions. After that the nurse was extremely stand-offish each time I went to the office.I dreaded going in each time after that because of how I was treated, and I regretted going with the practice because of this, this is such a stressful situation already and having this be how I was treated made it just that much worse. I continued my treatment elsewhere right after my course of treatment was completed here.

Dr Havemann is the BEST! Through all the good and the bad she was with us every step of the way. Our journey was not perfect but Dr Havemann did more test after our first failed transfer to find out I had an obscure disorder. Once found, we added some meds and here we are, 9 weeks pregnant, and graduated from Dallas IVF. Leaving Dr Havemann today was the hardest moment in our journey and weve had some low points. I cant recommend her or her nurses enough. They are all compassionate and caring people who make you feel like a person not a number. My only complaint is having to use another doctor from here! You cant ask for a better doctor or nursing staff! Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Dr. Havemann to anyone struggling with fertility! She is the absolute best!! She is so kind, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Dr. Havemann and the whole team at Dallas IVF were incredible throughout our IVF process. My husband Greg and I started with Dallas IVF in October of 2022. We went through all of our testing with them because I previously tried to get pregnant for a year and a half with no luck while also having period issues. After our testing; we found out my husband had slight issue with his sperm count and shape, so with all that they suggested IUI.Dr. Havemann told us normally IUI doesn’t work the first time, so don’t be discouraged. We officially started the process in June. I was on letrozole, 3 follistim injections and a trigger shot. I had 3 mature follicles and 1 almost there, but not quite. After the 2 week wait.. my husband and I were very surprised to find out our first round WORKED!!! We are now currently 8 weeks pregnant and have “graduated” fertility clinic.I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at McKinney IVF. They were extremely supportive, very detailed and attentive. Everything you’d want in a fertility clinic especially going through something that can be stressful for some couples. 10/10! You won’t regret your decision

Dr. Havemann has been absolutely amazing. We have been through so much with Dallas IVF and can honestly say that she is the reason for our success. Her calming presence has made even the most difficult situations easier. We are so incredibly grateful for Dr. Havemann and all of the staff with Dallas IVF!

My experience with Dr. Havemann was phenomenal. She brings an incredible and personable experience. She is so sensitive to the journey through infertility and shows so much compassion and time in every visit with her. Her nurses and staff are professional and very helpful as well.

Dr. Havemann was absolutely amazing and in another circumstance I would have loved to continue treatment at Dallas IVF. Unfortunately my husband and I felt like we were shuffled around from office to office without any of the staff talking to each other. Scheduling was an absolute nightmare when Frisco office doesnt know what McKinney is doing or how long it will take for one appointment to end. We felt as though the office got too busy and we were just an appointment/ATM and no longer a patient. The information we were given was constantly changing, the rules for giving samples and timelines changes from day to day and that cause more anxiety than was necessary for an already stressful situation. I really wish Dr. Havemann had staff that helped her and the patients as opposed to causing more stress.

There isn’t enough time in the day to post all of the good things about Dallas IVF. Dr. Havemann is the best of the best. So, so very personable, caring, and so very compassionate. God placed us in her care for a reason, we felt so comfortable with her right from the start. The whole entire staff has been nothing but amazing, from the front desk ladies, to the sweet nurses. Just so caring. They made this tiring process so much easier. Thanks to them, we are now a few days over 10 weeks pregnant with our baby boy. Dr. Havemann is great! She has been with me through such a long journey. We have made it to 10 weeks with our miracle boy and hopefully he continues to grow and we will get to meet him in October. Dr. Havemann is truly a caring doctor and person. I went through a loss with her as well and she held my hand while I cried. I highly recommend her to anybody who struggles with, in my opinion, one of the hardest things ever, infertility. I will also say all the doctors at Dallas IVF I have met on this journey have been great. Dr. Ku and Dr. Barnett are fabulous as well. You need to have a doctor you trust in this situation and I am so glad I put my trust in her and could not be happier with the results.

Before coming to see Dr.Havemann I seen a lot of Drs no one would listen to me but she did and cared about me and my family. With help ofDr. Havemenn and her wonderful staff me and my husband we have 2 amazing children. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Havemenn. My is son is now 4 and my daughter is 2.

Confronting infertility is scary, but Dr. Havemann could not have been better about walking us through the steps, helping us come up with a plan, and then being there every step of the way. I had an IVF consult in CA and was told my chances were super slim, so slim that I didnt move forward. With Dr. Havemann, my husband and I were successful on our first try and now expecting our baby girl.

My husband and I have been working with Dr. Dara Havemann and her team with Dallas IVF for the past 3 years. Going through infertility is one of the most challenging things to have to deal with as a couple and we wanted a doctor who was patient, easy to talk to, compassionate, caring, sensitive, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Havemann is one of those doctors. She has been there for us through all the ups and downs with us on this emotional rollercoaster of a journey. She has become like family to us and I’m truly grateful for all she has done for us. It helps that she has been on that journey herself, so she understands what it’s like to be in our shoes, is able to really empathize with her patients, patiently walk them through everything, and remind them not to give up when the going gets tough. We have yet to achieve a successful pregnancy, but I know that with her guidance and support and with our faith in God we will one day achieve it. Her nursing staff is also really great and I have especially enjoyed working with Daya, Kim along with all the front desk staff.

Dr. Havemann…..a literal angel on earth. My husband and I struggled to conceive for about a year before we met Dr. Havemann. It was my biggest fear, finding out that something just wasn’t right my body (my ovaries to be exact), but Dr. Havemann took on the challenge with a smile on her face because she knew she could it, she knew she could get me pregnant. And guess what?! SHE DID! My perfect baby is almost 2.5 years old and he is the absolute light of my life! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Havemann!! She deserves allllll the praise!!

I started my journey at this clinic in October of 2021, fast forward to March of 2022 and I have only spoke to the doctor twice. The staff consistently has scheduled me on days that DR. Haveman had surgery. I have repeatedly told these individuals that I only have off Thursday and Friday mornings. They still schedule me when she is not available and then call last minute to book the appointment three weeks after the fact. $400 later and I have not gotten anywhere. Don’t waste your time.

After being told my whole life that I would have difficulty having children, my doctor referred me to Dallas IVF. My husband and I met with Dr. Jones and we couldnt have felt more comfortable with our decision to see her. We had a whirlwind of a time from procedures to miscarriages, but all of it was worth it when we saw two little heartbeats in our sonogram a couple of weeks ago. Dr. Jones helped up make our dream come true and was honestly so supportive and such a positive light throughout the process. I will definitely miss seeing Dr. Jones on a regular basis, but hope she can change the lives of others in the positive way she was able to change ours.

Dr Havemann is so knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. We have a 4 month old son thanks to her and her amazing staff, both in the office and at Dallas IVF Surgery Center. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking help growing their family.

I write this review as look at our precious little one in my husband’s arms. A sight that a year ago I thought I would never see. Dr. Havemann was truly an amazing doctor. When we went in the first time, she was so clear and proactive about getting us answers quickly! She always used language like “when you get pregnant” not “if”. She was so confident in her rhetoric. This may be missed most but positive language is so important to my husband and I. We are so beyond thrilled to be parents and are so grateful to Dr. Havemann and her team for everything they did for us, I have given her name and Dallas IVF to all my friends who are looking to start a family.

I’m looking at my perfect baby right now and it’s all thanks to Dr Havemann and her incredible staff. I can’t believe this place has a single bad review! Every nurse and staff member here was nothing but nice to me and encouraging to me throughout my entire time going here. Fertility problems are extremely emotional and hard to go through and having such an awesome staff really helped. You guys changed my life and gave me support in some of my most difficult times! The experience we received made us feel the did not have our best interest at heart and made us feel they cared more about running us through the process for money. We often got contradicting information leaving use confused and guessing. I had blood work done for one reason and the test we were told were being done weren’t done . We ended up switching doctors and found Payton had called me abrasive in our medical notes which was pointed out by our new doctor, I felt this was unprofessional.

I have been trying to have a child for 5 years with unexplained infertility and had multiple transfers all resulting in negative pregnancy results. Then decided to switch to Dr. Havemann and I am so glad we did. Our first transfer with her using embryo glue resulted in me being pregnant with our baby girl. The process was smooth and Dr. Havemann was amazing she took the time to explain everything and always answered any questions we might have. We never felt like we were left in the dark during this process! Thank you Dr. Havemann and Dallas IVF for our miracle baby!!!!

Dr. Havemann and the entire staff at Dallas IVF Mckinney are incredible. When you are going through such a delicate process as IVF, you need your team to be informative, kind, patient, and comforting. That is exactly who and what they are. Dr. Havemann was there with us through every single step. Her demeanor and bedside manner are amazing! We have a beautiful 7 month old baby girl thanks to them. I just have to take a moment and thank Dr. Haveman and staff for helping my husband and I getting pregnant. We had been trying to get pregnant for 6 yrs and 3 months and it finally happened. We originally used another fertility center in Frisco TX with a different Dr and the experience we had there was not the best. So after over a yr at that place we decided to take a break. After started fertility back I wanted to start fresh with a new fertility place and different Dr. I am so GLAD we did, not only was the staff amazing (Kat, Kim, and Angela) but Dr. Haveman was so supportive and understanding to our needs and listened to what we wanted. Thanks for sticking in there with us and never giving up. This clinic was the best choice we made and we are so happy we found them, they are like family now. We highly recommend them to anyone. Dont go there, fake charges for procedure that was never done.We visited this facility only once for HSC but then we decided to see another doctor with better insurance coverage. 7 months later we are getting a bill of $1000 for HSC and mock embryo transfer.First of, we paid the copay for HSC that day and never got anything else done; second, if they even did a mock embryo transfer then why was it ever done on our very first appointment?Mock embryo is a procedure that is done after retrieval and only a few days before transfer. They are claiming to have it done on our very first appointment. Clearly they are trying to make money off people who are tensed and have no idea what this thing is.Their staff is very unhelpful too, we try to call them every day so many times but no body answers. They were never able to send me my itemized bill (of the copay for my tax purposes) in months before i gave up and stopped asking.Do yourself a favor, look for another doctor/clinic. I am glad we are using another doctor/IVF clinic and not this one.

Working with Dr. Barnett and Dr. Havemann have been a dream. After several failed IUIs we chose to do IVF. The process was fairly easy and they were very helpful along the way. After doing a frozen transfer with PGT we are now expecting our first Child in about 3 weeks! We couldn’t be happier!!

Dr. Havemann is amazing!!! She made us feel normal and comfortable right from the start! She was right there with us through out entire process, and now we have a 6 month old baby girl! Dr. Havemann is the absolute best!

We are so lucky to live in the DFW area, and have Dallas IVF so close and convenient to us. We went through two rounds of treatment, both very successfully. First round we had our daughter, who is a little more than 2 years old now, and we just had our second round, and again my wife is now pregnant. We are soooo happy and grateful for the help received from Dallas IVF. Doctors and their staff are super friendly, caring and professional. Also the pricing is very reasonable as well. The staff will help contact the insurance to figure out the coverage, and have a very detailed financial go-through with you before the procedures, which I personally found very helpful and informative. The mental and physical stress due to the treatment is already significant, so they really try their very best to help reduce patients stress level, and earn their reputation here.

Dont expect any straight answers about your bill or about how much a simple procedure is going to cost you. I received the final bill 18 months after the procedure. I paid lots of money directly to the office and paid when i arrived at the hospital and I paid more money for said procedure when I went for my follow up appt and then I get a bill out of nowhere a year and a half later for over $300. Then the person I talked to about the bill had no idea what was going on. She kept putting me on hold to ask someone else questions or just to make me wait I was never sure.

Timeline:The day before the transfer there was a meeting between Dara Havemann and Myself. We wanted to express our concern of the chance that the success rate of 70% may drop substantially due to the thawing process. Dara Havemann then stated that that was a worst case scenario and there was only a 2% chance of that happening. The day of the transfer, yes, the girl came in and showed us a picture of the embryo where she pointed with a pen and stated that the expansion was not where it should be. She also stated that the embryo displayed in that photo was not fully thawed and that it may continue to expand. I then started to cry and the girl left the room never to explain anything further. Dara Havemann showed up shortly after that showing a no-worry attitude, nor alerting us of any change in success rates or quality of the embryo after just having a meeting about those EXACT concerns the day before. After moving to the O.R., we were shown an image of the embryo before the transfer. This is where Dara Havemann stated that there had been more expansion. She then turned to Dr. Sadruddin to confirm what she said but Dr. Sadruddin disagreed and stated that there had been absolutely no expansion whatsoever. This disagreement led us to reach out to Dr. Sadruddin the next day to explain the same concerns previously expressed to Dara Havemann mentioned above. While we were only able to reach Sarah Booker at that time, she explained to us for the FIRST time that the embryo was in fact “half dead” and that this quality is rarely used in transfers. I would assume if you were us at this moment you would be highly upset and feel totally misled. The following 10 days I could not even dress myself much less go to work due to the infection from the progesterone shots. We called the emergency line twice with concerns to the pain as well as emails to the office where we were only told to take Tylenol PM along with the few valium we were allowed to have. It wasn’t until we spoke to Dr. Barnett on the emergency line when we finally received serious concern about the pain. He stated that the side effects we were experiencing were not normal and immediately contacted Dara Havemann and directed us to see her asap the next day. This event also displayed evidence of neglect to a patient.All the events started above were not noted in my chart anywhere and were told to us that they didnt happen in an email.Also after I was seen for a clear infection there was no follow up call, appointment nothing! This is the worst practice! See someone else!

Dr.Havemann was beyond informative, educational and made our experience so comfortable and easy. They really walk you through the process while answering all questions that you may have with such expertise but also care. I would highly recommend this office and Dr.Havemann to any and everyone that has the need for even the most basic fertility questions. Couldn’t be happier with them.

Our family doctor referred this establishment to complete a semen analysis for my husband, and we had the worst customer service care ever. The staff seems to be very unhappy to be working here, very rude on the phone for scheduling. They also take very long lunches and leave the office at 4 pm, therefore if you need to make an appointment, be ready to call them many times to get a person on the phone.After the exam was done, they informed the results would be delivered to our doctor in 2 days. Guess what! It has been over 1 week, our doctor doesnt have any results.My husband called the clinic requesting the results, and they informed they were going to send it to the doctor today, but could not tell him over the phone the results.Now we have to wait to see if it will be really sent or not, who knows, maybe another week. They obviously dont care at all about their customers or their concerns.

There are much better infertility options besides this place (and the Frisco location). They do not customize protocols based upon your situation, nor do they change anything with multiple cycles. Their billing office overcharges and doesn’t understand insurance benefits. And even if they are in network with your insurance and you opt to do IVF cycles, they will not go through your insurance for them. They will treat their services as out of network which means you have to pay everything they ask upfront and then submit a claim and try to get some reimbursement from your insurance. It’s pretty shady because all they are trying to do is get more money for their services. They also give you a “discount” if you opt to not to submit a claim to your insurance. I found out after wasting a year here and then going to consult with 3 other infertility doctors, that this is not typical practice and there are other offices where they will actually bill your insurance and accept the insurances allowed amounts for IVF treatments. I would definitely look around for a better physician and office, especially if you have insurance, as this place feeds off their “reputation” as a way to overcharge for people who are in vulnerable positions.

Amazing work and Dr. Havemann was able to grow our family. I would recommend anyone to come here to start their family. We were able to be blessed with twins!!!

The process takes much longer due to lack of availability from the doctor in McKinney. I missed a cycle due to me not being able to see the doctor to get a plan because she was booked. Also, she made me do several tests up front that I do not believe were necessary.

For the past year we have been trying. Going into my consultation i was so emotional. Within 2 weeks dr haveman figured what needed to be done. And she listens to your concerns and assurance that it will work.i couldnt be happier with the path for my family. She cares.

Update: after 6 IUI attempts with my OBGYN and 2 devastating miscarriages, I now have a 9 month old son...I will never be able to thank Dr. H enough for this gift she’s given me.11 weeks pregnant thanks to Dr. Havemann!l

There is a very long back story here, but the short version of it is that Dallas IVF refuses to provide me with a refund in the amount of $3,050, even though I was required by them to complete a disposition contract, terminating any rights under the contract. Essentially, by signing the disposal agreement required by them, they can now benefit financially two times on this one transaction. This seems unethical and inequitable. I sent them a formal letter requesting a refund and Dallas IVF didnt even have the courtesy to provide me with a response. I, therefore, was left with no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB.

Amazing experience, Im so grateful for Dr. Havemann is a wonderful person and professional, explained every steps with details and always with a smile in her face.

The doctors, nurses, and staff have always treated me like family. There’s a sense of warmth when I’ve gone for appointments. I can’t thank Dallas Ivf and their team enough for helping us through dark parts of our lives to the light we have now.

We had a wonderful experience at Mckinney Fertility Center with Dr. Havemann. The staff was so great and we always felt comfortable and at ease when we were there. We definitely recommend going to Dallas IVF.

They are companionate and care about helping you conceive. The doctors will listen and give you a realistic list of options. I recommend anyone needing help conceiving to give them a try.

We are so happy with our experience at Dallas IVF. We started our infertility journey at a different office and we did not get correct answers or treatment. We made the switch to Dallas IVF to see Dr. Havemann and were so blessed to cross paths with her and her team. We had success with IVF and have an amazing 2.5 year old and are currently expecting now. We recently “graduated” from Dallas IVF and it was such a bittersweet day. Dr. Havemann and her team have been such a big part of our lives for so long and we were sad to say goodbye. Everyone treated us so well and we felt loved and cared for. I highly recommend this office and especially Dr. Havemann. Thank you so much Dallas IVF for helping us achieve the family of our dreams when we thought it would never be possible!
