Best place I have found for all lab work. My employment requires random testing and I used to go to quest for lab work, but after many negative experiences I found this location thru my insurance. Amazing service. So fast and efficient. Priscilla B. Is always so kind, happy and hard working. A completely different experience from Quest.

My experience was quick and relatively painless, everything from walking-in and registering to getting the blood work done. The one who conducted the blood drawing was named Pricilla and she was able to draw the blood with no issues which I hardly noticed and able to answer any questions I had. Thanks!

Very glad I utilized the testing offered here. I had purchased a batch of test sticks, all of which had tested positive even after nearly three months of abstinence. I went to Any Lab Test and was treated professionally and with courtesy. I had the test done and received my results back in three business days from date of testing. Results came back NEGATIVE! What a relief. Dont trust test kits purchased on the Internet, go to the professionals. 👍

Your McKinney staff is tremendous. So welcoming and took very great care with my son. He is Autistic and this was his first blood draw. Everything was taken care of as soon as we arrived. Very professional, knowledgeable, and above all very empathetic to a young man who was very fearful. I cannot explain how much I appreciate the care and compassion shown to my son. Excellent team at your McKinney location. We will surely be returning to this location for any of our lab needs in the future.

Amazing service! I come here frequently for testing and never have a problem. Everything goes smoothly and is better than expected. I’ve been to several anylabtest now locations across texas and other states- this is by far the best location I’ve been to. Very helpful and even answers my emails about my lab results after hours over a holiday weekend. These people are dedicated to customer service and always there to help. 5 stars for sure!

Transparent & Diligent...Faren and Serena were extremely pleasant and helpful. Website scheduling wasnt functioning so used call center: agent was very thorough calling out payment process. My lab work was outside the normal list so it wasnt in this locations standard menu. The McKinney ladies helped ensure I got what I needed, no extra work on my end. Thank you Faren and Serena!

Excellent customer service. Since you make an appointment you will find easy to set it up, same day service, without all the burden of other labs. The lab technician was always nice and caring. And best of all, she is an expert taking blood samples. No pain, no marks. I was finished in less than 15 minutes from door to door!

I have to give Farron a 6 stars review. We came here to do a bloodwork for my 3 years old. I believe no one wants to see their kids in pain. Farron was nice, confidence, and fast, we all know getting bloodwork for kids are never easy, but Farron let us in and out with in 5 mins. She is amazing, and I want to thank her for everything, coz the longer it take the more pain in my heart.

Really great experience! I went in for a TB test on Tuesday. Just filled out some simple paperwork and got the test done right away -- didnt take long at all. Came back on Thursday to check on the injection spot and get a copy of the results and was in and out in 5 minutes. I recommend anyone who needs a TB test to get it done here! Price is good and people are friendly!

I don’t remember the name of the lady who took my blood. (she’s the lady at the front when you first walk in ) She was the kindest human ever. Really. I was hungry, very hungry (had to fast) and I was nervous bc I have never been there and I don’t particularly care for blood draws. She talked me through everything and just some small talk to keep my mind off the moment. She kept asking if I was ok and let me know she was almost done (I turned my head away). She was caring. I kind of think she thought I might faint lol I didn’t, but either way it was a good experience for me!

I’ve been searching for something to help me with fatigue & gradual weight loss. I stopped in and the front desk staff explained everything to me thoroughly helping me to understand the benefits of the service they offered. When I arrived the next day, the staff was wonderful! They went over material again and provided the absolute BEST customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time. My experience was great! In and out in 15minutes. Farron was awesome. She answered all my questions quickly and efficiently.Also, Cutter in the Plano location was incredible. Called his location before seeing Farron and he too, had all the answers to my questions.Its nice to come across employees who care!

I wanted to perform some testing to ensure the medications I am prescribed were showing up but not causing false positives. Sydney was extremely proficient and walked me through the options both rapid\instant and more extensive which was helpful. Everything was clean and organized and I felt very comfortable discussing my test needs with Sydney. A++. While waiting, they offer a host of other testing as well so Ill give them a consideration. I dont often run into companies where the service is so good that Id post a review, especially under my real name, but this is a company and specifically an employee that is worth seeing and worth retaining as a good employee.

Quick and easy COVID testing. Staff was amazing and very friendly.Walgreens takes 3-5 days to get results but we got a same day appointment and results within 2 hours for a similar price. Definitely worth it if you are traveling out of the country and need a PCR COVID test results

I went in for the Allergy Panel for my two year old. I understand with littles ones it can be more difficult. I asked Farron (the manager) before she started if they used numbing cream and she said no, because it doesn’t work. Afterwards she proceeded to poke my baby 5 different times with no luck, 3 in one arm, 2 the other. We took a 10 minute breather so my baby could calm down which is when I asked for numbing cream again from a different staff member, they gave it to us and we waited about 10-15 minutes. The sweet assistant there was able to draw her blood first try, in and out in 10 minutes! This 3 stars really only go to the sweet ladies that were able to do it, thank you to them, and NOT Farron.

Do not go there for a DOT drug test, My driver went there for a random drug test and they told him it has to be observed drug test and they dont have a male to observe it, I called my 3rd party administrators and they said DOT should not be observed, They called the clinic and called me back saying the driver has to wait if he leaves it will be considered as a refusal and we cant do anything right now. waste of time and money.

This was a great place to test. The nurse came up to great me and assurred me I would be satisfied with the service. The receptionist and helper were a little unresponsive though. They seemed to be preoccupied with the computer screen but she finally took care of me. Overall, I was very satisfied. I would choose ANY TEST NOW again.

Great experience. Easy to schedule an appointment and find the test I needed for grad school. I was a little dehydrated this morning but the tech got all my vials with one stick. Only complaint is no hand hygiene performed prior to donning gloves and doing the venipuncture, luckily I was the first client.

I was extremely happy with everything. I will receive an email with my test results within 24 to 72 hours. I didnt feel a thing which was amazing. I would recommend this to everyone who needs labs at a very good price. I dont have one single complaint!

Friendly staff! February special $79 Annual blood test. My doctor ordered my annual tests, and they suggested I do the lab package which included all the tests the doctor ordered and a thyroid test. Greatly appreciated that they offered the best value option. Walk-In process was quick and easy and no wait time early in the morning. Will update after the entire process is complete, but highly satisfied so far!

I got a b12 shot here! It was affordable, the staff were friendly and informed. It was a nice quick In and out. No worries and the place was clean and everyone was well groomed wearing masks! I will go again!

I had taken a RT PCR test in November for my international travel and I have recommended this place to numerous people. Unfortunately, I have to take back the recommendation as I had one of the most horrible experiences yesterday evening.We wanted to get my daughter tested for COVID-19. When I tried online (around 3:45pm) I found open appointments from 4pm onwards, but the site did not allow us to book an appointment for kids under the age of 12 (my daughter is 11) and wanted us to call their help line, which had a 64 minute hold time. Being only a 10 minute drive away, it made more sense to go and book the appointment at the location itself.On arrival, there were two notes outside the door - scan QR code to book appointment and no walk-in appointments after 4 pm. When we enquired inside on the site limitation, we were informed that the QR code outside can be used to check in, on completion of which, we were asked to wait in the car for someone to call. The tone of the conversations were already abrupt and dismissive.After an hour, I went back in to enquire on the approximate wait times. I was rudely informed to read the board outside where it clearly stated that no walk-ins were allowed after 4 pm and therefore, a test was not possible today. On further questioning on why we were asked to book and wait for an hour, the person, once again, asked me (with even more rudeness, I must add) to READ the board outside.I can understand the stress people work in, and the current situation where the severe demand for testing can overwhelm resources and people. However, that cannot be an excuse for poor service and bad behavior. I sincerely hope this review is noticed and some form of corrective action is taken and people are trained on how to behave and interact under high workloads (if that indeed was the case).Needless to say, this is not going to be a place, god willing, I will ever have to visit again.

The service I received was above outstanding. I come here once a month for a B12 shot. If it wasn’t for the professional nurse I would not continue to buy packages. She is extremely friendly and attentive.

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes to have 3 blood titers and a TB test done. The staff was very friendly. The women who drew my blood made sure I was okay the entire time. If I need testing done again in the future I will definitely be coming back here! Thank you!

Would not recommend this location. They do not answer phones at all. Had to call at least a dozen times to get through. I was told I would be called back and never was. Luckily I got through to the frisco location and Marisa was very helpful and professional. She went out of her way to solve my problem and call me back. I really appreciated her. I was just disappointed that the McKinney location couldn’t bother to pick up the phone.

Paid for a rapid test and never got the results. I sent them an email and the still havent responded. They are more responsive to taking your money than giving you results. Definitely no Texas pride here.

My doctor has me go in every 6 months for drug screening. This can be very time consuming and expensive... I’m so glad I found any lab test now it’s very convenient, inexpensive, and fast! Sharon has been working the one in mckinney for years. She’s knowledgeable,friendly, and follows through with what she says she will do.I hope she sticks around for more years.normally this profession has a high turn over rate. And it’s been so nice going in and seeing the same friendly face every time.

They technician who drew my blood this morning was phenomenal! I didn’t feel ANYTHING! Not even a poke! I was in and out in about 10 minutes. One of the best blood drawing experiences I’ve had!

I have used this lab for years for a variety of services. I have always had a good experience. They are always helpful and go above and beyond for you. It can be difficult sometimes to make sure that results get to your physicians, employers, courts ect, but this lab is so great and whatever I need done is always promptly and thoroughly taken care of. I defiantly recommend them for all of your testing!

Went in for the Rapid Antigen COVID test. Time from check in to leaving was about 20 min. Employees come out to your car to do the test. The employee administering my test was very friendly and warm. Made a stressful and uncomfortable situation bearable. Definitely made the test have as little discomfort as possible. Will forsure come back for any further testing. 11/10.

Friendly, efficient and fast. I like to use Any Lab Test Now because I can do a lot of different tests without wasting time going to the doctor, and the results come directly to me, not to the doctor office. I am from Europe and for me Any Lab test is a good example how all the american health system should be run. I am very frustrated with the standard approach. If they figure out the way to do basic imaging without a visit to the doctor I would be forever grateful.

I always use this place and it is always a good experience. I had to get a lot of tests and shots for nursing school and this place is the place to be. Super nice workers, very clean environment, and quick, efficient service. Results are always prompt. I will definitely be coming back.

My wife went to this location to have a paternity test performed for her child support case, the attorney general’s office gave her a listing of places she could go and this location was on the list. She called before she made the trip from Balch Springs, and the assistant that answered told her she could have this procedure done. Once my wife got there, she was not greeted, and the lady that does the walk-in’s told my wife that she could not have this procedure done because they don’t take court orders as payment. The assistant was extremely rude, did not apologize for giving the wrong info over the phone, and did not help by giving another location. Instead she went on to the customer that she was helping first, instead of being more nice about the situation. This individual in the front does not have ethics, most likely not a nurse, and RUDE. I do not recommend this place at all. I’m Glad wife’s son was not touched by this person.

Took a BLOOD pregnancy test here... came back negative. Went to urgent care for something totally different and turns out after urinating in a cup I am actually pregnant. Wish I could get my money back

Would not recommend if you are looking for a COVID test result for a flight. I’ve tried them twice and both times I’ve missed my flight although I gave it a full 72 hour time frame. Have to pay to get a test elsewhere as well as a new flight, UPDATE: also I was never informed of the $585 guaranteed service until after the second time that the lab failed to get my results in time. It definitely was not “strongly recommended” to me

This location does not offer the 10 panel with alcohol and is way more expensive than other labs.I was contacted by the Manager & one of the employees & all was cleared up. My overall experience changed & I would recommend this location. Thanks for making it right & Farren was awesome help.

Great place to get an emergency COVID19 test! The owner responded almost immediately via messenger when we needed to get a last minute test done. Everywhere else in mckinney is booked out for days, they got us in and out super fast, really friendly and professional. Definitely will recommend to anyone I know who needs to get a covid test done. Just used this lab yesterday to get MMR, Varicella, and Hep B titers as well as a TB skin test. I was in and out in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with this clinic and the fact that any/all questions I had were answered. I felt very comfortable the entire time and left happy!

I need vitamin B12 shots and have been going to the Any Lab Test Now facility in McKinney for almost 2 years. The lab technician, Farron Mock, who is perfectly capable of running the entire lab by herself and usually does, is amazing! Farron is exceptionally friendly, courteous, compassionate, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and quick. On top of that, she gives a painless injection! She reflects very favorably on the company.

Called ahead, and the woman on the phone was very helpful and patient with me, got there, and both the women working there were very helpful with figuring out what I needed done, and very good with taking blood (I usually have problem veins, and it took her one try to get the needle in)

I was able to get right in for a blood typing draw at a cost of 90% less than Quest Labs quoted me.Phlebotomist was skilled and didn’t hurt when sticking.Highly recommend.

The office in McKinney is horrible; do not go there! I went there for a Panorama, genetic screening test, for my babies, through Natera. I brought my own kit. The phlebotomist couldn’t find a vein, and when she finally did, she said she couldn’t get my vein to produce blood. She tried again with no avail. Finally, she used my other arm. I watched her fill two vials. Fast forward a week later when my OBGYN called to tell me that the test results were inconclusive. Natera had only revived one vial of my blood. I was horrified. I immediately called Any Lab Test Now, and I spoke with the phlebotomist that originally took my blood. She lied and said that she sent everything that was in the kit and the company, Natera had called to say they just needed an extra vial to complete the testing. My doctor said this was not true; Natera could not perform the genetic testing because there was not enough blood to be tested since there was only one vial sent. Needles to say, I had to have the test redone at $250 a pop. The monetary factor is one thing, but the emotional stress this has caused is irreprehensible.

Have been here for 15 minutes now. Inside, theres literally no one here. What the heck is going? This place is shameful, wouldnt recommend coming here. Literally find any other place.It has to be a front for something for them to be this unprofessional

I’ve had multiple blood tests over the last few weeks. The staff has been very friendly and I haven’t waiting longer than 5 minutes to be seen. I usually receive my results in less than 24 hours. I can’t recommend this place enough.
