At a recent visit, it appeared that there were no other patients in the facility. Yet, I was surprised by the delay in getting seen.Also, it should be transparent that a patient will NOT be seen by a physician. Notwithstanding, the NP at this visit was very good. By the way, when I first visited over a month ago, I was glad to see how clean this facility was. I hope top cleanliness standards will be sustained.

Quick, clean, friendly, and answered all our questions. Best Urgent Care experience I have ever had— especially recommend for families with kids.

Went for X-rays based on photos of Xray machine online at this location. Paid for a copay and a boot and a referral to Inova orthopedic who can’t see me til tmw. Going to Ortho Virginia on-call clinic instead where they told me this urgent care gave me the wrong boot for my injury and that if I wanted the right ones I’d have to pay out of pocket because insurance only covers one boot. Online pictures are misleading. NO X-RAYS AT THIS LOCATION.

My first experience at Innova Urgent care in McLean was excellent.I was greeted nicely by staff who helped me with the registration. Staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable.Dr. Sarah M Guthrie was so great. She was so professional and helped me a lot.Thank you.

I was disappointed with trying this new urgent care and will not go back. I made an appointment and still waited over 30 minutes for a room. The doctor didn’t see me until after an hour, and didn’t even acknowledge half of my concern in the post visit summary. I went in because I had a 105 fever and I left negative for flu, covid, strep, and mono, but was at my PCP with pneumonia two days later. They did a crappy job.

I made an an advance booking by selecting an available time offered on the web. However, there was still a long wait, 45 minutes past the confirmed time. The medical service was good but the scheduling process needs improvement.

Staff member at front desk was a little rude. Nurse and doctors were lovely. I did however book an appointment for 1645 but was not seen until 1725, I dont see why there is an appointment system if you still have to wait like a walk in

Unless youre dying save your time and wait to see your PCP.I went in on a weekend with a respiratory infection. Tested negative for flu/COVID/strep so was sent home without any meds. Saw my PCP the next day and got prescribed antibiotics and prednisone.

I was taken back promptly at my appointment time by very friendly and professional staff. The PA was very knowledgeable, a good listener and diagnosed my problem quickly. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care.

I had an appointment, they canceled it for a couple of minutes late, I dont park there for an hour and a half trip, the customer service person is rude, and she doesnt even pick up calls, I dont know what I recommend, I thought the appearance of the weensite was real this place is not good

ER is very cold. Have blankets available for patients while they are waiting for care.Long waits for laboratory reportsGenerally friendly, caring staff

I have a terrible cough. The doctor gave me a new medication in pill form that suppresses coughing. It works well! Thanks so much!

Excellent, Informative, Quick care - After trying 3 other urgent cares to find one with x-ray capability on a Monday morning, I ended up here. Greeted easily and only had to provide minimal info before taking a seat. Was seen by John the nurse first who did triage - he was pleasant and efficient. Saw Dr Benjamin Pasicov who was the type of doctor I truly respect and appreciate. He examined, sought insight from me and then patiently, considerately and thoroughly discussed my situation and possibilities (strained / broken finger). John took X-rays and I was seen by the doctor again - all very efficient and professional with excellent “bedside manners” that indicated true care of me as a patient. After diagnosis by the doctor, I was checked out and I paid the bill (they do not accept insurance but you can file claims with yours) within 5 minutes of completing the visit. Excellent, attentive and thorough care with lovely personal attention and kindness.

The staff was absolutely superb and the doctor I saw was exceptional.

I was able to sign in and see a doctor within 15 minutes of arriving.

Went last summer and this summer on Sundays for urgent care (infected abrasions ). Dr. Pasicov was great, made me feel I didnt need to go check later with my own doctor. I am really sorry they close September 6, 2023. Just got a letter.

Most importantly, you are seen by great physicians here. Today I saw Dr. Amer Qazi who was excellent. The person who answered the phone gave me a bit of a run around but I came to the clinic anyway and was able to be seen same day and immediately.

Reserved an appointment but when I arrived the staff ignored me and wouldn’t help me check in. I was the only person in the waiting room and though I asked 3 staff for help it took 25 minutes which leaves me with impression staff just don’t care.

I recently was treated here and couldnt be happier with the service. The staff, from the front desk to nursing staff to the doctor were extremely accomodating and the entire process took less than 30 minutes. The manager was very transparent with the pricing and gave me a wedding present discount when he found out my wedding was the upcoming weekend. It was nice to see a place run with such a focus on customer satisfaction.

This was my second experience and I am still impressed. Kind, attentive and thoughtful staff that explained everything.

Almost no wait. Friendly staff and competent doctor.

A clinic that actually answers their own phone with no wait time! A great place to get Covid tested. Cost today was $270. They don’t take insurance but they give you the paperwork for you to file for yourself. Results in about 25-35 minutes, depending on how busy they are.Appointments are preferred but you can also walk-in. Kudos to them for being open on Thanksgiving Day. That’s commitment and excellent service from their staff.

The BEST urgent care in McLean & or Arlington/Annandale/MD area. The staff, doctors, & nurses are just lovely. They are professional and assist you right away. They don’t take insurance and everything is out of pocket but the prices are reasonable & they do give you a bill to submit to your insurance to get reimbursed. It is worth it as theres rarely ever a wait time & the doctors attend to your needs carefully.

As others have stated, I was charged $273 for a drive-up rapid COVID test because they do not take any insurance (and do not tell patients this when you call to schedule the appointment). I suspect this is simply a means of making more money, as they then do not face a lower price negotiated by insurers. This feels like pandemic profiteering to me.

Doctor Pasicov is absolutely wonderful. He works Mondays and Thursdays. The nurses are all great too. There is almost never a wait, and they are very, very, affordable for an immediate care facility. $98/visit. Insurance is not accepted, and they do not require appointments.

I liked the PA at the McLean office. He was friendly and through.

They are charging over $270 for a routine rapid COVID test. They do not warn you about this ahead of time, so you are stuck paying an outrageous amount for a test that is completely free, or billed directly to insurance, everywhere else. Please go elsewhere! There is a free testing location just up the road at 6858 Old Dominion Drive!

Seems a bit shady...I question the intentions of this place. Went in to do a covid test and they charge you $273 for the test because based on how they itemize it, they include a “urgent care visit” in the charges - an additional $98 charge. We never went in and saw a doctor! We drove up, parked, got tested, and left - that was it. So it seems they are basically indirectly charging extra charges that are unnecessary in order to get more money - note if you’re insured you will likely have to pay a copay for an “urgent care visit.” I’d also like to note one of their nurses(?) (but wasn’t wearing any scrubs or anything to indicate they were a nurse) swabbed me WITHOUT GLOVES. This is a total breach of medical protocol and don’t know how this slipped by.I don’t have good feelings about this place - go elsewhere if you’re looking to get tested even if it means waiting an extra day for an appointment to open up somewhere else.

I have received excellent care from this facility throughout the past 16 years for visits that dont require I see my internal medicine doc or for emergencies. I recently visited for McLean Immediate Care for severe back pain. Dr. Haden took a lot of time and explained what he felt would be the best options until I could see a specialist. He referred me to a PT practice as well. I followed up on his recommendations and am very happy with the results!

I have been going there for the last 15 years. Doctor Pasicov is absolutely my favorite doctor! The staff is attentive and always provide the best care. I recommend them to anyone.
