Quest Diagnostics McLean - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

Not so happy with this place, went three times in a two year time period. All three times they forgot something and the doctors office had to call me and I had to schedule another visit. Mentioning the missing order at the nurse, she did not respond to that. You can be very efficient and the waiting time is not that long, but if you have to come back its not efficient at all.

I thought that this location was well run. I was a walk in and in a hurry and I was pleased that I was seen in less than 10 minutes, Candice was very helpful advising how I order my tests (Order online you save A LOT OF MONEY!)The only reason it is not 5 stars is because the Wi-Fi didnt work in the lobby, it only worked when I was in the lab with Candice.

Not sure what is wrong with this place and if staff is missing but nobody was at the front desk and I waited almost an hour after signing in before I had to leave. Only 2 patients had been helped in that hour and other patients started accumulating so I wonder how long they all had to wait. At least one other patient had to leave after waiting too long.

As my 12 year old almost fainted from having her blood drawn, the nurse was completely disinterested and just continued about her work ignoring my daughter who was turning pale and about to pass out. Luckily another worker came in to assist. Was not impressed at all. Place is dirty with urine cups sitting on the counter in the blood draw room. Was shocked.

Super quick service. Came as a walk-in patient. The two women running the shop today were perfect. Right to business, but also very friendly and approachable. Kicking myself for not recalling both their names. Trinita and...?

After waiting for one (1) week, my doctor has not received the results of the test. At the time of my visit, I was told that the results would be available as early as the next business day. I have just spent over 30 minutes on the phone with their main office; I have received no help from them. I have called the local office and gotten only recorded messages with prompts...no human has answered my calls. I would never use them again.

I had blood taken from here and the results never showed up at my doctors office. Either they never tested my blood or lost/incorrectly input my information. My doctor called several times and tried to find the results using every variation of my name they could think of (thinking maybe they just entered my name incorrectly), but still couldnt find it. Thanks Quest for making me give blood for nothing!

Despite some earlier bad experiences, the last time I went, just recently, they were very polite, friendly and, even though I was late for my appointment to draw blood, the wait was only 5 minutes.

Everything went without a hitch - the facility opened on time, it was well organized and clean, and the staff was calm and professional. What more could you want from a medical lab?

The premesis was clean and the person performing the tests was quite knowledgeable.The front desk personnel were quite clueless and I some trouble getting through.

Always easy to give my paperwork,I dont need an appointment,and they make the work really smart.

This place was great- efficient, fast and was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes for blood draw.

I find the staff competent and efficient -- I have only had good care by this Quest center.

They don’t have a computer system, and no one is responding. I waited 20 min on the locked door before leaving

Far better than the last time I went.
