Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I saw Natalie and she went above and beyond to help and understand my concerns.

Wonderful office with pleasant and helpful staff. The wait wasn’t too long and the nurse listened to what I had to say and was willing to work with our goals for care. I also love that the pharmacy is attached and easy to get prescriptions in a one stop shop.

Nurse Beth and NP Afron were great. Beth was the best at working with her 11-year-old patient who had an ear infection. Cant say enough about the professionalism, courtesies, and understanding of all at this Express Care site.

Went in with my husband and my niece to get strep tested. When I called they say to come in. When we got there 30 min later they said the NP has reached her limit of patients for the day. Then today I was taking my niece to the walk in and she was rude and when getting my info she said oh you havent been here before so no we dont have any openings then she hung up on me!! Very rude and unprofessional! Do not recommend going here.

I would give this place a 1 star if they didnt find out what was wrong with my thyroid. I will give them a 2 star for this though:Been trying to get them as my primary care since January and they knew this because I would complain about my old doctors office to them. But the main doctor tried to gaslight me and tell me that my leg swelling has gone down. (It hasnt) and she never helped with the pain because its became difficult to walk for me. Then she started suggesting that I find an internal medicine doctors office because they cant figure out what was wrong with me. Which Ive been trying to find but i have very bad anxiety and I have a hard time trusting doctors. Well about 2 weeks ago, I ran out of my thyroid medicine and I really need that medicine to keep me stable and live without feeling sick all the time. I call to ask for a refill and a referral for an MRI on my legs since they were able to get me one for my back. I get told that its too much to handle and that the doctor isnt taking any new patients right now even though Ive been going there since January. I asked for if could I get a refill on my meds at least and they said no. Then they put me down because they already told me to find an internal medicine doctors office. Hung up the phone crying my eyes out because these were the same doctors that told me that they would help me no matter what because they knew how hard it was for me to get a doctor to listen to me. Only to basically make me feel unwelcome anymore. Now I dont even want to find a new doctor because now I feel like Im just an annoyance to Healthcare workers since its too much to handle. So thank you Maynardville Express Care for letting me know that you dont care about your patients or your potential patients. Will never be coming back.

I scheduled my appointment a week from the date that they set so that I could put in a time off request form for work. They scheduled me on memorial day and didnt tell me that they were closed then canceled on me two days before my appointment. I asked if they had any availability for the two days in between the previous appointment and memorial day. They said they couldnt fit me in to do a blood draw. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 10/10 not coming back.

I gave them 5 stars. They are wonderful and worked me in the day I called. The staff and nurse was great. Erica listened and gave me the best treatment for my symptoms.I highly recommend them.This was my second time receiving treatment at the clinic.The pharmacy is fast and great priced.Thank you so very much.Christy and Philip King

OUTSTANDING STAFF, from the moment we walked in we was greeted with a smile ! My daughter was sick and this was our 1st time here and I was very impressed with her visit. The staff treats u with care and compassion, they listen and explain the treatment plan to where my teenage daughter understood it though she had to get shots and bloodwork they treated her as if she was a patient whom they knew for along time and assure her it would be ok. They go above and beyond great patient care. Yes we will use them over and over again !

Not sure why this is called express clinic that take walk-ins. I was the 2nd patient in line at 8am. And walked out at 10:05 am. My head was hurting so bad and they had the music so loud, the assistants where laughing and talking over the music, very unprofessional. The assistant never came back in to check on me, and one of my symptoms were heart racing. Never be vack

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to call and make an appointment to get flu tested, was put on hold forever and finally hung up. They said walk ins allowed however when I did I was told they couldnt see me as they were booked up til tomorrow morning. Told me other walk in clinics 20 miles away. Like i feel like driving that far. Will never use this pharmacy again and do not recommend it.driving that far

Dr. Zellers was excellent in treating and caring my wife and I. She was professional and took time to talk and go over our medications and any concerns we had. Also, our nurse, Trinity, was terrific as well.

Got right in and they were very kind and patient with my kiddo! Will go here from now on! Love that you can get ur medicine at the same place it makes things so much easier and the pharmacy was just as nice and helpful!

I love this Place. Everyone is very friendly and caring unlike most places in the world right now. They always have a great attitude and take the time to explain things to you and most importantly to make sure you get the care you need. They got my bp under control in one visit where another place couldn’t do it in 2 years. Thank you for being Great!!

Went there after I had a ATV accident, was really banged up.The staff at Maynardville Express Care were AMAZING! I told them I didnt have insurance, they were able to help me clearly make choices for my care and I received cost effective treatment. Having a pharmacy attached to the clinic is super convenient, and when I had a reaction to an antibiotic the caring people at the pharmacy were able to communicate with the doctors at the clinic to find an easy way to resolve the reaction. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAYNARDVILLE EXPRESS CARE! :)

Was instantly greeted with a smile and they had me in a room ready for my appointment almost instantly. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that really cared about my health and it seemed like they appreciated my business.

Staff is the best I have ever seen!!! My father has ESRD and we have dealt with a lot of medical providers. The staff really care about their patients. I have the upmost respect and appreciation for them.

They never followed through on numerous tests they were supposed to set up for my husband and me. Also they rescheduled a test at there office and failed to tell me I had to go to there tazewell office. So now if I die from heart failure its on there heads

This place is amazing. They actually care!!!! They do whats needed and dont try and run up your insurance just for the sake of it. Normally go to CVS Minute clinics for colds and stuff but not anymore. This is my go to place from now on.

Love this place and the excellent care Amanda gave my husband. Even the ER dr was impressed with all the bloodwork she thought to do. They actually used her lab work because they couldn’t do as many tests at the hospital!

Absolutely wonderful ladies! I went for my DOT physical and when sick, both appointments everyone was nice, caring and professional!

Awful place. Wont ever go there again. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment with them then when you get there they say we’re busy & you’re not on our schedule. I know I called the right number & made the appointment. They shouldn’t have a clinic if they can’t make & keep appointments right.

Everyone here has been so wonderful. They take the time to make sure youre taken care of and they know the value of good health care.

This place is horrible. The woman who answers the phone is very snide. She told me they didnt have ANY appointments scheduled for today then refused to schedule one for my child after confirming they accepted our insurance. This is the second time they have refused to see my family.

If I could leave negative stars I would...dont waste your time with these amateurs, so extremely frustrating. Cant provide test results, cant answer the phone, and cant leave a message. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Walked in within 45 min from walking in had diagnose and got medicine from the pharmacy was on my way home.

Took great care of my little girl and glad we came and meet everyone they were great. Thank you all
