Healthcare Express

After visiting the practice I totally understand how they have so many five star reviews. I walked in, filled out the paperwork online (which was really cool!), paid my copay and got back into a room quickly. From the front office, the person who took my vitals to the doctor it was a fantastic experience. Every encounter I had was met with a smiling face and a feeling that they truly enjoyed their job. Thank you for taking care of me while I was sick and getting antibiotics called. I’m finally feeling better!

I went in on a Wednesday morning around 9:30. Everyone was cordial and I was seen pretty quickly. I was assured that my prescription would be called in. As of 2:30 that same day I didn’t have my medicine. They finally called it in at 2:51. I was very sick and needed antibiotics really bad.

I made an appointment and was met at the reception desk by a woman who said my insurance wasn’t active. I showed her from the website that it was and she said she checked it 3 times already and it was inactive so I would have to pay cash. I told her to forget it because I know my insurance is active and that’s how I found they were on my plan.I then went to a Baptist Urgent care in Little Rock who took my insurance and said everything was fine, accepted my copay and even knew what it should be. They had me in and out in no time. I will NEVER use Healthcare Express again due to this encounter with someone who thought she knew what she didn’t and was unwilling to check again as she had probably typed the numbers in incorrectly.

We have consistently had a wonderful experience. Its clean, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for providing a great service and helping our family to get well.

Employer set up pre-employment testing at this facility. Showed up and was told no staff available to perform it and was sent to another location 30 min away. Performed testing there and was called 5 hours later by the Maumelle location to let me know they’ve received the packet from my employer via ups and I’d have to get the testing redone when Saturday was my only available day to have this performed. Unacceptable, unprofessional, rude and a waste of my time. Will not be using this service again. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Waited for over a hour with my son who was having an allergic reaction to a medication.. when we were seen the doctor rushed through the appointment.. she didn’t even spend 5 mins with him… did not ask if I had any questions , she rushed off and I had to ask the lady at the front desk to ask the doctor the question I had. The lady at the front desk was amazing.

I was seen after a reasonable amount of time and Dr Sam listened to my issue and provided the treatment I needed so that I was better that evening, and much better the next day. It was a very positive experience.

Short wait time, excellent service. Nurse is hands down the best at painless shots. Professional and courteous MD as well.

The individual who provided services was wonderful. She was so positive and competent at many different roles in her position. It made my day. It was the location in maumelle / North Little Rock Arkansas.

My family and I continue to receive excellent care at this facility. We find them to be knowledgeable, responsive and prompt .

I was seen quickly. The staff (nurse, doctor, lady at the front desk) was super nice!The nurse and Dr. Waheed took time to talk to me and really listen when I explained my issue. I felt like they cared. I have been to this clinic before and although I saw different staff they were also kind and caring. I will definitely be back when necessary. 😊

My daughter was seen for a rash and was told by the APRN that she didnt know what it was. Ok, fair but then lets think about it for a second and maybe use some resources. Sent home with meds for itching and antibiotic even though no sign of infection? Aprn told my daughter to go to ER or to be seen again if not better. This is an uninsured 23 yo, that works at a place with no healthcare offerings and who couldnt afford insurance. Go to the ER for a rash? That visit would cost way more and what would be purpose? Arent ERs for emergencies, why would you recommend that?? The rash looks a lot like atypical shingles but when tried to discuss with provider was cut off and told that she saw nothing upon her exam to suggest shingles and that she should be seen again, another $150. Well there are raised red rashes along the dermatome of her left side... A lot of providers dont look at all variables of the patient and this one certainly did not look at anything but a textbook definition of shingles. We will go see another provider tomorrow and I am betting on a dx of shingles, it is unfortunate that this will end up costing twice what it should have and 2 visits to a dr. I think it is time providers are held responsible not only for diagnosing but also being financially responsible if misdiagnose or like in this case just didnt care.

They did a very good job. Only problem was it takes to long to complete paperwork. Should be a shorter process. Other than that I was pleased with them.

This place is the absolute worst. Why on earth is a new patient visit $300+ dollars. A SCAM. I will never go back. They were my second option as Children’s was booked.

I was seen in a timely manner. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Overall a good experience!

They got me in quickly, were nice and professional and got me taken care of and out in under 45 minutes.

Nurse was nice but PA very dismissive. Felt like she wasn’t really trying to find a cure spent $150 to be told she didn’t know

Had a very nice experience. Took care of a serious cut. Then took the stitches out later.

I made an appointment on line and then there were 2 patients to be seen before me. The office was a bit short-staffed but I had less than hour wait in the front. Then there was more waiting time before seeing the PA and after seeing her. The blood draw was gentle. The prescriptions were sent over to a nearby pharmacy and we had to wait another hour for them, but I did get the pain relief I needed. The office was very clean. It got more crowded as the day went on.

The front office and nurse I saw were very friendly and great. The PA not so much. Friendly yes but didn’t listen to my concerns. She kept telling me she “thought “ I had shingles because of a “rash” I had on the bottom of my nose. I told her numerous times I get that all the time because of my allergies. I was more concerned with my ear and what appeared to be Bells Palsy. I wanted her to treat me for that NOT shingles. I get to the pharmacy and the medicine I had waiting was for shingles! 🤬

Care was good, wait was terrible. Arrived at 8 am per appointment time. I sat in waiting room until 9, then in exam room for another hour ( nurse took vitals right away and there was a wait for swab results which I completely understand). I feel that an hour wait and another 30 minutes between vitals/ history and seeing practitioner is to long.The male nurse was amazing and the apn very nice.

I went with a UTI and was taken right in and was out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend them.

From the location being right around the corner from my house to walking in and the facility being so home (cabin) like I enjoyed the entire experience. The young woman at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. I like how she checked my insurance and informed me that if she does charge my copay if my insurance finalizes what it is and if I overpaid I will be reimbursed on this matter. The nurse that seen me was very helpful. And the other assistant nurse listenes to why I was there and what I needed. I will definitely continue to use this facility as my Express UC area.

I specifically asked for my prescription to be sent to a locally owned pharmacy that delivers. I left the clinic at 9:00 am. My prescription was sent to Walmart. The prescription was not filled until 4:00 pm. I spent the day throwing up and unable to take any other medication due to the fact I could not get the meds I needed. Very frustrating. They specifically asked me where I wanted my prescription sent and disregarded my request. Why did you ask if you were not going to honor my request?

Horrible. Made an appointment for 11. Got there 15 minutes early. Sat for about 45 minutes and asked if they needed anything. The front desk person said they didn’t have my paperwork yet so they couldn’t admit me. I told them I’ve been here for 45 minutes, shouldn’t they have had me fill it out then. Mind you, I have been to this location 3 times before, and this year. She realized after the fact that they already had my paperwork. Waited an hour and 45 minutes to be seen.

TOO MUCH Paperwork for a returning customer. Was there an hour and no one was in front of me in line. Simple ear infection needing someone to look at it.

Love our HCE! Providers listen to you and provide excellent care.

I have asthma and sometimes, usually, my regular PCP cannot see me for 3 weeks. With asthma, you can’t just wait 3 weeks. Healthcare Express always works me in and they are so professional and kind. Yes, my copay is more because of my insurance, but I will never hesitate to call on them. I’m so glad they are here in our area.My teen daughter cut her hand at work and they quickly worked her in and gave her 4 stitches. She was so scared, but they were very good with her.I think my whole family has been seen by them, for various reasons, and we are always treated with compassion and empathy. Thank you for all that you guys do.

The front desk staff and triage nurses were very nice and they took time to explain every detail with me. They answered all of my questions. However the provider asked me to undress in front of her. That was awkward and very inappropriate.

Great staff. Every time I have come in they are courteous and prompt. Never have to wait more than a fee mi uses to he seen.

I have been here 3 times and usually have no issues but the receptionist today is very rude and unprofessional. I booked my appointment for 10am today and arrived about 30 min early. She did not confirm my appointment when i checked in. I waited about 45 min and asked when i was going to see the dr as my appointment was supposed to be at 10am. She then told me she did not have me in the system at all. I tried to tell her i had a conformation text and she interupted me and stated that this did not matter. She told me i needed to do new paitent paperwork. I did that and waited another 30 min and asked again when i would get to be seen. She said her computer was running slow and she was waiting on my insurance. I do not have insurance. She flat out told me i was wasting her time by arguring with her. I do not feel i was arguing her only asking the questions she failed to ask me. And i feel that i have every right to be upset after waiting over an hour and a half. I wasnt called baack until 1110. This is the worst experiance i have had here. And i dont think i will ever come back.

The only complaint I have is the “doctor” spent all of 45 seconds in the room, if even that long. For this reason alone, I will not be back.

Wonderful place to come they get you in and out fast and they have very good prices for those of us with no insurance!! The staff is amazing!! And they are all very professional!! We love this Urgent Care!!

I went in because I had a bad cold and needed some decent cough syrup.I had been coughing for two nights and hadn’t slept much. I also had a headache. They said my blood pressure was high and because I had a headache, I could be having a brain bleed. They wanted to call an ambulance and put me in the E. R.I said no thanks. I went and got some Formula 44 and went home and took about an hour’s nap. Woke up, no headache and my BP was close to normal.So, they charged me a copay and then didn’t treat me. Thank goodness there are a couple of other places just like them in Maumelle.

I got there at a low volume time. Service was quick, relaxed, and friendly. They took care of me very well. I do recommend them.

Went in Thursday 1/18/24 with breathing problems and an elevated heart rate sent me home with antibiotics and an inhaler. Got rush to the emergency room 2 days later with an heart rate of 156 and pneumonia. If proper protocol was takenI think everything would have been caught that day for sure.

The NLR location was full but the receptionist so kindly booked me an appointment for the Maumelle location. The Maumelle location was so helpful with my child who was puking and feeling really miserable. Both offices were very professional and kind! We will definitely be going back next time we are sick. It was a fast and easy visit.

I was seen right away and fixed up in no time. Staff was friendly and caring.

Omg!! This clinic is the best!! I decided to check out my sore throat and a few other issues. I was in and out in maybe 30 minutes. They were super thorough, kind and professional. So easy!! I’m truly grateful!!

Great service really took care of the patient

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. The people that have been at the front desk have always been a delight. Today, a young lady who worked the front desk (dark complexion, wore glasses unsure of her name Ryan I believe) appeared to not enjoy being at the front desk or at least “pretend”. She was on her phone when I came in, earbuds in so she didn’t hear nor see me when I came in. I had to tap on the glass to get her attention. Moments later she asked for my card information which I gave, after taking the payment off my card she mentioned it was kicking her out of whatever system she was using. I respectfully told her I turned my card off after the payment was made, that there’s no need for anything to be charged. She immediately became detached as if she was fed up, took the paper away from me that I obviously needed to fill out; her response was “I’m not about to argue with you, they can help you fill it out” I really didn’t understand her position as far as not knowing how to communicate when an issue arises instead of deeming it an argument. Instead of her explaining to me what the issue is, she dismissed me and closed the window.I’ve never had these kinds of issues with the people here. Everyone has always been assuring and very helpful; I’m not sure if she’s just having a bad day or she doesn’t want to be here but the attitude and tone is unnecessary.

It was easy to get an appointment and I was seen right away. All of the tests I needed were done and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy afterwards. I was able to download an app to receive my tests results before I left the clinic.

Took me back after a few short minutes of my appointment time and took care of me in a timely manner. Nicole the lady that takes your vitals and ask questions about the reason for your visit was so nice and friendly. She is a great asset to the clinic.

Excellent care…A convenient alternative when one is unable to obtain an appointment with his PCP for an acute illness. This was my second occasion to seek care at this location in Maumelle. I would highly recommend Healthcare Express to anyone with an acute illness needing immediate care. Very satisfied.

Had a 2 hour wait but after that got seen and was in and out. staff was very friendly and apologized for the long wait. Overall great experience, will be my go to in time of need again.

Staff was very polite and helpful. They knew I was in between insurance providers and didnt push for unnecessary labs/treatments/etc., but still got me the help I needed.

Everyone was kind, efficient and fast! I was in and out within an hour total!

Emily was very impersonal. I asked for my son to be given IV fluids due to severe dehydration and flu diagnosis I was completely dismissed. We were told to treat over-the-counter with Tylenol and Motrin and I had to ask for a prescription.

Called with an emergency 45 minutes before closing time. They were able to see me, perform the X-rays and send me on my way with a boot. Excellent staff.

It was great. I love Dr. Golden. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I have seen her 2 times. I would recommend going there if you need a doctor in a timely manner.

They got my son and me in and X-rayed very fast. Emily was so nice! I’m sure I’ll be using them again.

Very concerned with my oxygen saturation being low; ordered an Albuterol updraft; Saturations were up and she gave me a rescue inhaler and some cough medicine. Appreciated how fast they were. I was out in one hour,;the updraft was the reason. It gave me peace of mind knowing I didn’t have RSV, Covid or the flu. Penny was great as well as their staff.

We checked in online at 10:30. We had a little bit of a wait. There were 3 people ahead of us. The waiting area is nice and so is the staff. It’s good to have a local urgent care when the kids doctor is out of town.

This is the only urgent care we will use. They are always nice and take the time to check everything out. Quick and accurate treatments when other urgent cares have misdiagnosed me and my daughter.

Normally my experience is good. I always chose this particular urgent care due to cleanliness and swiftness.However, this time bc the NP asked me if I wanted her to run some outrageous test and to me it was bc she was being sarcastic and contrary.Needless to say it made me raise a brow, and reconsider if Healthcare Express would continue to be my go to place for services.I was quite disappointed and thrown back by her response.

Reasonable wait to be called back. They were quick to take all vitals and get to the root of my problem. Was given a test, got the results quickly. The dr was friendly and informative. Not my first time at this HCE clinic, and won’t be my last.

Absolutely recommend! We got in quickly and saw a nurse, PA, and the doctor all within about 20 minutes. We had to take in my 2 year old and they had a pediatric room and were very child-friendly. They were all very nice, answered all of our questions, and sent us some reading information on my childs diagnosis. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I visited Healthcare Express-Maumelle yesterday and had a really good experience. The facility was nice and both the waiting area and exam room were clean and up to date. The check in process was top-notch. The Receptionist was kind and friendly and the check in process was fast. After completing my paperwork, I was called back to see the nurse and nurse practitioner within less than 5 minutes. They both were extremely nice and helpful. Id definitely recommend them to anyone.

Always seen in a timely manner. Staff is courteous and listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. Test results in less than an hour.

All of the Health care providers and staff here are wonderful ! They always complete a proper diagnosis of my problems and provide a plan of treatment that helps me get better. Thanks and God bless!

The nurse, X-ray tech, and nurse practitioner were so nice and helpful. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Everything was quick, took about 45 minutes from the time I got there and left and I had X-rays and everything.

Unfortunately, I had to go to HealthCare Express due to being attacked by two unleashed dogs in MVE. I was in a lot of pain and my bruises everywhere. However, my visit at HCE and interactions with the receptionist Tyeashia, Nurse Nicole, PA Claire, and the X-ray technician (didn’t get his name) were phenomenal, professional, and compassionately great healers. Love this place.. I come to this location every time my son or I need a quick eval/diagnosis. There are several urgent cares by me, near JFK, but I prefer making a bit of a trip instead because I know what to expect.The clinic is clean and well maintained.The admin and doctors are friendly, and I always get right in and out, never spending more than an hour. Great spot!

They are amazing here! Very friendly and very knowledgeable as well. If I cannot get into my primary care physician, I will always choose them first for my medical needs!

Saved me a trip to the VA for a basic medical issue.

The facility was nice, the staff was nice I put that I had a headache when I made the appointment I would have liked to not have to pay 60.00 to see the Dr. for him to tell me he could not help me that he did not have the machines needed. I understand that but why not say that before you take my money. 60 dollars could fill up my tank.

Showed up a little for my appointment, Check-in process was super easy and efficient. Was seen by super friendly/communicative staff members. Hopefully won’t have to come back bc I don’t like being sick but if I do find myself under the weather, this is definitely my first choice.

I am truly impressed with this place! Was having chest pain and shortness of breath. They got me right in and were able to do all necessary tests, to make sure I was not having a heart attack, found out I had pneumonia. The physicians assistant who took care of me was professional, very kind and explained everything to me. I would not hesitate to recommend this medical facility.

The worst experience ever! It’s sick people in there and the nurses and staff was walking around laughing and eating pop tarts so I left and went to another Urgent Care. Ridiculous customer service.

Super fast, great care and definitely recommend! Made a covid rapid test appointment, got in and out. No one was in the waiting room which was surprising but thankful to not see a crowd! Always have a great experience going here!

Everything always goes well. Nurses and doctors are super nice and friendlyOnly problem I have is that no matter what you come in for the minimum charge that has to be paid up front is 150.00. If anything else is done like X-rays etc it is in addition to that. I think there needs to be different charges for different illnesses Coming in just to get an rx for an antibiotic and having to pay 150.00 Is ludicrous.Other than that, it’s a great clean quick to see you place to go. Most places always have a long wait. I always go right in and see a doc within five minutes. Overall, great. Just not a place to go if changing insurance and have none at time of illness.

Nurse Jessica might be the best nurse I’ve ever had in all of my 30 years of going to doctors. I went in with some neck pain that had me feeling super anxious, and her kind, calm demeanor (and quick wit) were so soothing. It felt like getting cared for by your favorite aunt. She was hilarious and attentive and she and the physician, Claire, quickly and efficiently handled my problem and got me back on my feet quickly. There was virtually no wait with the online system. Everyone here was so kind and made this experience 100% better than anticipated.

Can never get a hold of them because no one answers the phone. Tried calling them to ask if the had a certain service never got anyone for over 3hrs. Eventually had to call an ambulance because the issue got so bad! Will never consider them again!!!

HealthCare Express Maumelle is simply what you want from a medical facility. The doctors, nurses and the reception are warm and inviting. Honestly feel concern about my overall health with no judgment or shame whatsoever. I left confident all my questions were answered and my whole health needs were their priority. I have a regular doctor. But when I need to get in fast there’s no where I’d rather go. To top it off we can now make an appointment and head up there when needed. How cool is that? Enjoy!

Needed to do a telehealth call and the process was quick and easy with great customer service. Would recommend.

We were traveling through in a road trip and my daughter complained about an ear ache. I was able to get her in right away to be seen. The staff was very nice and helpful with locating a pharmacy. We were very impressed.

Great service. One hour in and out.

If I could leave a negative 5 I would. I get we all need paid. However when I bring my I’ll child in assuming she would be seen since we had no one else in the place. We wait over a hour for them to file my insurance then to call me over and discuss cost. Not once did they ask what was wrong how she was or anything. I’d pay whatever to make her feel better since her doc is out for the week and it’s not emergent to go to hospital. But come on! I will never go back. Ever!!

Great place, very quick service and friendly staff. I’ve never had a long wait here, and the medical team is very caring and thorough. I hate when clinics seem to rush through your appointments, but I’ve never had that happen here. Definitely recommended.

Not a good experience. Waited a several hours for them to tell me I may have a respiratory infection but, the couldn’t do anything for me.

My PC office was closed this week, avoiding an ER visit, I went to Healthcare Express on Country Club after waking up with a badly swollen side of my face and nose. Luckily after being informed to fill out info online, I didnt have a long wait or mass amount of paperwork to fill out. I was taken such good care of and didnt feel like an assembly line patient. The entire staff was amazing! I will choose to go there when necessary and able over an ER any day! Thank you to everyone who helped me with s dumb venomous spider bite. Amazing care providers!

I was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. The nurse and doctor were attentive and quickly were able to diagnose and send me on my way with medications called in. For an Easter weekend emergency visit, I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Experience was excellant. Everything was timely and I didnt have to wait. Staff was very friendly.

Employees at desk very rude! I was extremely ill and having trouble breathing, my dad drove me because I wasn’t able to drive myself. I carried $50 cash to cover my $25 copay. When I tried checking in I was told I would have to pay my balance of $48.23 first. I questioned what I had a balance for because I was there 3 weeks ago and had not received a bill or anything. Well, my insurance paid on that visit 3 days ago and they hadn’t sent a bill. The girl printed a bill off. I questioned,so I can’t be seen until I pay this amount I haven’t received a bill for plus my copay for today. She very rudely said, here’s you bill you’ve seen it now and yes you have to pay that plus today’s FULL visit first. Really??!?We left! My dad had money and could have paid for what I didn’t have but you aren’t getting my money or business when you are so rude to me! She acted like I owed a lot of money and don’t pay my bills. Neither was the case. On my way to Sherwood Urgent Care (totally different experience, super nice and I will be going there from now on) I called the Home office in Texarkana, TX and was told they should have seen me and they haven’t even billed me that yet. So stay clear of this place!!!

Omg!!! I’ve been to all these places here in Little Rock and hands down this is the best of the best. The waiting room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and definitely needs a raise! The doctors were very knowledgeable in everything that I needed and listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. I never do these kind of posts but had to make an exception on this visit.

Very nice clinic, with a great atmosphere. Nothing like a typical doctors office or clinic. The wait time was really short, and the staff was very nice.I tell people all the time, that if youre sick and dont have an entire week to get an appointment with your doctor, and then 2-3 hours to go sit in your doctors waiting room, then Healthcare Express is the place to go. I am a fan !!

This wasn’t my first time at HCE, but it’s finally my first review. The staff is always kind and listens to what’s going on. They get straight to the problem and solve it(or get you in the right direction). I will always utilize them when I have an immediate need.

Overall I’m always treated well at this location. The practitioner just seemed rushed or very short with me. Almost to the point of cutting me off. they were busy. I get it just a little disappointing.

Quick, efficient. Made my appointment online, although I thought it was with a different provider, so went to the wrong place first, got right in. Was there to be tested for Covid. They did a comprehensive test for flu and Covid. Tests came back negative. I was really sick so they kept searching for the problem. Did a blood draw and urinalysis. They came back normal, except slightly elevated liver enzyme’s, which was not causing my illness. Then went through my meds. Decided here may be the problem. It was. Very thorough, professional. Tests came back in minutes instead of hours or days. All in all a good experience.

Overall great experience. Efficient service. Friendly staff. Emily was very helpful. I even had a few issues with my prescription at Walmart pharmacy and she called them and worked it out right away. Very pleased with my visit here.

The PA was awesome….actually did an examination and prescribed needed medications. My only complaint was that, upon arrival, I was told that it was standard to swab for flu and strep before the exam. I already told them I had no fever or sore throat or headache so it was highly unlikely to be either of those. It’s just a money maker I’m sure. I just said I’d wait for a diagnosis before paying for tests. Otherwise, excellent care here!

I made an appointment and they got me in right away. The Dr was extremely helpful & actually cared about getting me back to 100%. Will come here from now on. I’ve been to many urgent cares and this is the best experience I’ve ever had.

Went in for a pre-employment screening and they were very quick to get me in and out. Very welcoming staff and a clean, well kept environment.

Went here for a covid test after I was exposed by a roommate and Emily was the absolute sweetest and most inclusive!They asked my pronouns which I always appreciate, and she was even able to calm my ridiculous medical anxiety.The covid test was administered quickly and professionally and was much less uncomfortable or painful than my last test at a different location.I absolutely recommend this location, 100%!

I went in after 6:00 pm at another urgent care clinic and they would not do a rapid COVID test that evening. I found the healthcare express online and called ahead. They would do the test that evening before 8:00 pm and let me know if further testing was required.The staff was friendly and accommodating for my needs. I was able to give a good report to my family and work immediately.

Very courteous and professional staff! Clean facility. The providers are very knowledgeable and treatment has been great. They are open from 8:00am-8:00pm which is very convienent. Ive been here multiple times and I would recommend this Urgent care to all my family and friends!

This is what an urgent care should be- quick, friendly, and intelligent staff. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the X-ray tech to the doctor was super friendly and accommodating. Waaaaay better than Sherwood Urgent Care joke...

I went in for a Covid test and was not billed for the visit. My went in in for a Covid test and was billed $200. Their excuse is that my test was positive and hers was negative. Apparently, when the doctor came back to tell her it was negative and check on her, she should have refused the service.

I don;t necessarily know if the service itself is bad, but if you ever go here, let your insurance pay them first and have them send you a bill for what you owe them, because we went there in February, paid the full bill, then our insurance paid them as well, so they owed us what we paid out of pocket. First of all they didnt let us know that we had a credit on our account, they wont let you know unless you ask for it. Their story is that they just keep it as a credit for the next time you come in. Then when I asked for a refund check in May it takes forever to actually get that check, its July now and I still dont have it!

I recently visited HealthCare Express at the new location in Maumelle Arkansas. I was a little nervous going to a new place because I have had the same doctor for the past several years but I recently moved to Maumelle and had no reference to a doctor. I found HealthCare Express online and gave it a shot. I made my zip pass appointment on my phone at 2 am because of an ear ache. I arrived 15 minutes early. The place was beautiful inside and it didnt have that hospital or doctors office feel. The place had nice comfy chairs and couches and even had fresh cookies and nice televisions. I didnt get to enjoy it long enough because I was in the doctors office within 10 minutes after paper work. The staff was excellent and the doctor was very nice. Shook my hand and introduced himself like a professional. I will be going back to HealthCare Express and have already recommended it to multiple people and will continue to brag about my experience!! (Also I spent more time at the pharmacy than I did in the doctors office.)

I went there because I was worried that I had COVID 19. They refused to test me and billed me almost $400.00 and didn’t even try to bill my insurance. After I received the bill I called to talk to them about it and the guy who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me. I tried to call back 3 times and he refused to answer. Finally I called from another phone to which he answered on the 2nd ring. I told him that he was rude and that I’d be calling the office manager to which he responded with another session of hanging up on me..... Needless to say, I will not be returning to this clinic. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Really ridiculous service. Not only do they NOT answer the phones but will hang them up without answering as well. Additionally, who’s brilliant idea was it to discontinue virtual visits?! I mean honestly, how smart is that?!

I called ahead and got an appointment for two hours later. I got there on time for my appointment, checked in using the QR code on the door and stayed in my car and waited. After an hour of waiting in my car, I called to see what the hold up was. Front desk got my name and said she would check me in. WHAT??? I gave them 15 more minutes of my time and drove off. When I got home 30 min later, they called and said they had a room ready. I politely told her that I left and the reason leaving and mentioned why have online checkin when it’s useless. She apologized. We will ever use HealthCare Plus in Maumelle again.

Location is convenient as I live in maumelle.They accept my insurance and my copayments are low. My only issue is the male doctor or physician they use. He’s always impatient and rude. I did t catch his name but it’s the same guy each time I’ve visited. Today was the same and will be my final time visiting.

Absolutely WORST clinic EVER! I had to call them not just once, but THREE times after going in for a very severe skin rash to get them to call my prescription in to the pharmacy. Worst service ever and I WILL NOT be back there!

Dont really do anything anymore. Every issue is referred to the ER, or they recommend a specialist. Used to not be this way, was my go to for my family when the Dr. Was handling the visits.

Completing everything online and checking in from my car made everything fast and easy. The staff was excellent. They asked questions and asked me if i had any.

Very friendly got us in quickly and took great care of me. Will be happy to use again and recommend.
