I love Dr Apoian. She’s amazing and most of the reason I go to this facility. However I have never had any trouble getting in for an ultrasound before even when they just had two ultrasound technicians. And I’ve been going here for a little over two years and I’ve had a lot of ultrasounds. But now they have three technicians and one on leave. So still two and I can’t get an appointment. They can’t get a sub in and basically told me that I will have to go somewhere else which will charge me $300-$350. Other than that, I will just have to wait until their technician comes back in September. It’s currently July 10th. I was always told that they would work around schedules and figure stuff out because they know that we’re already going through a lot with trying to conceive, and I’ve always seen that up until now. I was basically told too bad.

Dr Apoian is amazing. She was so affirming & supportive when we had a miscarriage in 2021. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure that we feel heard and affirmed as we navigate our fertility journey & is always available to answer questions we may have. Other staff in the office has always been very kind, and informative when we’ve spoken to them. I definitely recommend this office.

If I could rate this office higher, I would. Dr. Mohammadione is a phenomenal physican! I was nervous leaving my care in new hands, but she was extremely thorough and caring. The whole team is amazing, from the ultrasound technicians to ladies at the front desk, to the the nurses who perform routine non-stress tests!

Actually ZERO stars. Do not recommend. Insensitive af. I had a miscarriage & had to have an ultrasound. The tech said “this is always more fun when there’s actually a baby in there huh?” The doctors push for induced births at 39weeks and won’t listen to you once you go into L&D. Told me both times I wasn’t ready, was sent home and delivered my babies without a doctor present.

Ive never encountered rude staff, nor rude doctors or nurses. No one told me that my weight was the sole reason for any ailment I have had, and everyone there helped me through my pregnancy with great and helpful attitudes. No judgement, only good cheer and genuine interest in mine and babys well-being.

I love my OB Dr. and her staff they are truly so kind and amazing but who ever is sitting in the front desk area I think her name starts with a K should be fired for how she treats patients and talks on the phone . I personally work at a family office right now and I couldn’t believe how every time I have came in she is just unpleasant. For someone who is the face of a practice I would be appalled.

I LOVE Dr. Wards!! Ive had her for years even during 3 pregnancies... When our first baby passed she was very sympathetic and explained everything to us!! She very good at what she does, down to earth... Just plan for the extra wait (she runs over a lot but probably bc she takes her time with everyone so its worth it) My niece sees Dr. Conole (Dr.Wards was booked and not excepting new patients) Dr.Conole very down to earth and explained EVERYTHING to my niece!! ( Her first OBGYN appointment) my niece felt VERY comfortable with her!! All the staff are wonderful... I LOVE Dr. Wards nurse Jo as well awesome people!!

If you’re overweight at all, don’t bother. Your symptoms will be ignored and you’ll be told it’s because you’re fat. I was a healthy BMI the last time I went, and was still told it was weight. Judgmental, lazy, and lacking all respect for people that don’t look the way they think people should.
