When I stepped into the office, there were several people there and I was greeted by the front desk lady who was very polite. I had to wait about 15 minutes and was called into the back where the nurse was very kind and very easy to ask questions to. When the nurse practitioner came in, I believe her name was Stephanie. She’s very thorough and very kind and helped me through my situation. I would recommend going here if you cannot get to your primary doctor they did a great job. Thanks again guys.

Brought my daughter in today to be seen. She fell at the playground at school and needed to be looked at. Staff and Doctor Rachael was very nice. Rachael didn’t take forever to come to the room we didn’t have to wait a million years to be seen. Rachael seems very sweat and caring. She gave my daughter an ice pack as well she’s doing okay. The nurse gave my daughter a goodie bag as well. Thumbs up to todays staff thank you so much!

I had a head cold with a terrible cough since the New Year and felt that it was time to see a doctor since the over the counter remedies were not working. I scheduled my appointment and completed the questions online, while in the parking lot. I didnt want to be in the waiting area with this cold. I received a text message about 5 minutes before my schedule appointment. I gave my name and paid my copay. My wait time was about 15 - 20 minutes, there was two doctors, but they needed one at another facility. The staff was very pleasant and polite. The doctor listen to me, examining me, explain what was going on and prescribed some medications. I was in and out in about a hour. My medications was also ready in about an hour.I would return for treatment.

Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse, to the nurse practitioner were super nice and thorough. The wait time wasn’t bad at all even though there were lots of people waiting. Best experience that one could have at an urgent care.

Doctor Melinda and the entire staff were exceptionally amazing! From the front desk, checkin and lab personnel I could not have asked for a better visit! They all need to be told this as it is hard to find customer service like this anywhere, especially for a quick office visit! I wish I could select this as my primary care facility! Been here twice, each time the staff was nice the wait times are just long even with an appointment. I was here Dec. 27th had an appointment and there was only one other person there. I literally was in the back in a room for 1 hour before the doc finally came in.l to speak with me Then I still had to wait to have my blood drawn. I was told they would call in a couple of days with my test results. All in all from start to finish I was there a little over 2 hours.Here is my issue. They never did call me back. I took it upon myself to call today (7days later) I was told they would email my results with 10 minutes after getting off the phone with the facility today. They did keep their word this time. I get the results, go over the results and see everything but what I SPECIFICALLY asked to be tested for. To be clear, when making the appointment online I specified what I wanted to be tested for, and when coming in and speaking with both the MA/nurse and the doc what I wanted to be tested for and why. I just called back up here and let them know that the testing I asked for isn’t listed and either I was not tested for it or was left out on the results. It appeared as if they simply tested me for the most common panel vs what I asked for. She stated I would have to come back and redo the blood draws. So let me get this straight, you all messed up and did not do what was asked and I have to pay another copay, take time out of my day, redo the blood draw, and on top of that pay for more testing once a bill is received for the screw up on your facility part. They clearly didn’t listen to me as the patient, nor did they communicate, because they didn’t bother to call or relay results until I reached out. According to the results paperwork they had the results back since Jan. 1st, so for 3 days they were in receipt of the results and never contacted me. They pissed me off. I also work in healthcare. I know how this whole cycle goes and how it’s supposed to be ran and someone dropped the ball. No apologies, no well you won’t be charged a copay. Technically this is not my fault it’s there’s. I’ll have it done elsewhere. At least I know I’ll have done exactly what I ask for.

My time at the clinic was quick and efficient. Unlike my doctors office, I didnt have to wait weeks for an appointment.Everyone was, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and welcoming.As a matter of fact, the nurse practitioner called me after I left the appointment, to express concern and advise me of something noticed on my chart that differed from my presenting illness. Exemplary service received!!

Very warm welcoming professional environment. Mrs. Kimberly (attending nurse), Nurse Practioner, and front desk staff did an outstanding job! Also, I really like how efficient they were regarding short wait times.

I booked online and had no problems at all with the registration process. Staff was friendly and professional. I was seen promptly. The doctor answered all of my questions and gave quality care for a FRACTION of what my out-of-pocket urgent care trip cost me the week before.

This was our first experience here at the Midwest Express in Matteson, and I absolutely loved it! Nice and Clean Clinic, we were in and out in about 20 minutes. The nurses and doctors are so kind. I will definitely return to this location when in need.

First and last time visiting the Matteson location. I reserved and checked in online, seen immediately after paying $50 copay. Tested negative for flu, Covid and strep, advised by doctor no treatment would be given for sore throat, sinus pressure and congestion, advised he would send a Rx for pink eye to my pharmacy. Called several times as no rx was submitted from Midwest Xpress, 4 days later, still no prescription, both eyes are now affected. A total waste of time and money, scheduling an appointment with my regular physician.

They may as well be my primary! I l9ve the staff location professionalism and bedside manners! The lab tech coulda listened and Lil better but I was in Seen diagnosed lab draws and out in less then 40 min!!

Incredible customer service and tender loving care from the receptionist LaFonda to the MA and to Melinda who was professional, thorough and called me back within 15 minutes with my results. I was underwhelmed by the great service and I’m now on the mend, thank you thank you.

They were very professional and polite. It was not a long wait about 15 mins. My doctor was very knowledgeable. She listen to me and addresses all my questions and concerns. I will definitely return if needed in the future.

Extremely disappointed after my visit today. Scheduled an appointment for 11:00 am today, which I understand just helps to hold your place in line. After waiting an hour and seeing walk ins going before us, we ended up leaving. Continuously was told they will be calling us next, which was not true. Kim at front desk was not helpful whatsoever.

The triage nurse was so nice! Actually all the staff was very nice and professional. I was in and out in 25 minutes!

The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. However, it took almost 2 hours for the visit. Numerous people after us came and went before we got called. The doctor didnt even come into the room all the way to diagnosis my child. Nor did she do the typical routine of checking the throat, breathing, etc.

Coming here was absolutely phenomenal. Lets start with your front desk young lady, Rachel!!!You have a absolute GEM 💎 in here. She greeted EVERYONE even while assisting someone. My experience was wonderful. I took my son in to get his sports physical. The receptionist was so pleasant, the medical assistant was very nice and the doctor was amazing. They al were quick, and very knowledgeable of their job.

The wait wasnt long. The staff was nice. The doctor took care of my sister and was very thorough and concerned about her blood pressure and swollen feet. The doctor called an ambulance for my sister so they would see her immediately at the hospital. I really thank them for that.

Everyone was processional and pleasant from the front desk to the PA Ashley. They were attentive and never rushed me. The office was clean and organized. I would recommend this location as well as the Richton Park clinic.

I walked into the clinic and they saw that I was pretty sick they moved me up to the front of the line It was pretty crowded that night! Everyone in there was very nice and very receptive to my problem! They check me out thoroughly and when they were done they sent me out to get some prescriptions I will use them again if I have to!

My 18month Old wasn’t feeling well. Came in and got service in Under 30 mins. Everyone was very helpful from the front desk staff to beyond. Thank You Guys again for taking care of my little princess.

Like many, I started disliking seeking medical attention due to waiting all day, and night to be seen. However, coming here was smooth and quick. First, the young lady at the desk was extremely polite and exceptionally professional , thank you!!! The clinic looked and smelled clean. My wait time was minimal. Finally, the physicians were attentive, as well as, knowledgeably. This Midway Express, will be my go to if the need arises again. Keep up the good work!

Service was prompt and professional very quick. Staff and Dr were very professional tech at desk at richton park office (meghan) phenominal! Cheery and friendly, brightens your day when your sick. I will definitley choose midwest urgent care again in matteson or richton park!!

I love the online checkin, it makes things move quicker, which is a blessing when you dont feel well. The Matteson location has always been my preferred location due to the kindness of all of their staff, from the receptionists to the nurses/medical assistants to the doctors/PAs. Always fast, efficient and great care.

The receptionist, triage nurse, and Dr. Barnes all provided wonderful care. Dr. Barnes actively listened, engaged and explained everything. What a wonderful bedside manner!

I really do love them its like they know some working moms cant necessarily take off so the hours of operation is great! I can schedule an appointment early morning or late in the evening.I have never been waiting more than 10 minutes to be called on and they really show a genuine care and concern for your health needs. My only downside is because I am on the border of Indiana, I cannot go to an Indiana location as they do not take Illinois Medi-caid so I have to go into Matteson which is 24 minutes away. Other than that I trust them and services has always been friendly, helpful, quick and genuine!

I love this facility I like them all but this is my favorite one. Great customer service. Great physicians and they are very good with kids. They get you in and out with proper care very attentive.

I went in while it was wasn’t busy & was seen right away. Service was very professional & polite. The doctor was attentive & precise. Also they accept Medicaid.

This was my first time at this location. From the receptionist to the nurse and Dr. Brenda they all were so friendly, polite, understanding, patient and very knowledgeable. They listened to the concerns that I had and made sure to give me the medication that I needed to heal the medical issue I was having. If you or a family member/friends need to go to an Urgent Care this is the facility to go to. Because Im definitely going to highly recommend my friends and family to this particular location. Thank you to the entire medical team for taking great care of me. I greatly appreciate you all!

I take my daughter to Midwest Express Clinic because she having difficulty breathing and they gave her the right treatment. We was out less then an hour.Compared to the ER that they take hours to see you. I wont hesitant ti come back again.

Went in last Monday with a terrible ear infection. Was quickly taken care of. Given just the right meds. Feeling SO much better. So grateful. Thank you!!

My husband and I had a great experience with nurse practitioner Ashley Henry. She was patient and took the time to really explain a process necessary for his healing.

Service was fast and staff was very welcoming and professional. Direct and to the point without the staff trying to oversell services that are not needed.

Great place great nurses and doctors quick and knowledgeable service this is now the only place i go to for non emergency things dr Melinda is by far my favorite dr there she is really a treasure of midwest clinic she is very welcoming and caring as well as everyone there she takes time give you any information or advice you may need and genuinely cares about who shes seeing i value that to the highest regard because i know she probably sees a lot of people each day you all are rock stars ❤️💯

Walked in with my two children that weren’t feeling well. The staff quel and Kierra were super polite and helpful. The facility was quiet and clean. We got right in and out. Appreciate the services and the staff.

I would definitely recommend! Our nurse practitioner was Caitlin and she did a very amazing job and was kid friendly! Our receptionist was Quel she did a great job helping us very friendly. The wait was not long and the facility was very clean. They were easy on the kids and took there time. I would definitely recommend and will be going there again!!

Recently had my first visit for an ankle injury. The staff members that I interacted with were very kind, attentive, and helpful. Also got me in and out relatively quickly.

Great service. They got me in yesterday and I feel much better today. From the desk to the doctor service was awesome!!!!

Very friendly group. Very professional and efficient. Great with using insurance coverage and taking care of any charges right away. Minimal paperwork. Care was excellent, received a diagnosis and scripts sent directly and instantly to my preferred pharmacy. I would recommend them for issues like flu and such when you cant easily get to your personal doctor.

The service was impeccable the personalities were unresistible and I appreciated the care and love that I was shown is a wonderful place and you have great employees working for you and doctors

I only ever come here for my urgent care needs, especially when my kid gets sick constantly & his primary MD is always so booked. I came in recently for myself & omg I love the staff, they’re all so welcoming & fast acting!

Everyone was so nice and helpful even though we came in as a walk in after 7:30 they still was able to accommodate and see my daughter when we was turned away from another location because it was after 7 o clock. For that I am thankful.

So we came here because it was giving common cold vibes that we were experiencing, my toddler, my infant and I. Turns out it was. I think her last name is cheeks she was nice but the whole reason we went there was to get proper medication for all of us not just two out of three, even the.ln it still wasnt proper medication it was wrong medication once I conducted research into them all. And even after I expressed how important it was and we cant miss something coming up next week at all we have to be at least mostly better if not completely better by then and starting a week out with medication would do the trick as would anywhere else with the proper medication right? She had the audacity to still prescribe me something that was an antihistamine regardless of me expressing how much my supply whats left of it is important to me to keep and not interfere with and everyone and anyone knows that antihistamines do affect your milk supply. I dont even use seasonings with any antihistamines in them because I do my due diligence down to a t like that. The other medication that was prescribed to me Im already experiencing severe side effects that make it very inconvenient all while taking care of a toddler and infant 24/7, which was also expressed as a main concern. She gave a substitute for Zyrtec to my toddler, just ridiculous all that really is is like melatonin to them it doesnt take care of actual causes and symptoms of of COLD, ITS FOR ALLERGIES! Just ridiculous. And had the nerve to tell me she couldnt prescribe to my baby medication because she was too young. Also ridiculous. We have been to DuPage Medical Group before converting to Midwest Express clinic and now I am definitely converting back to DuPage Medical group. My infant had when she was a newborn not even 2 months old a cold and bronchitis with a horrible diaper rash at the same time and was prescribed three different medications to take care of all of them all by mouth. So really they just dont want to do their job is what it seems at Midwest and I am very upset with this experience. The staff besides her were very accommodating and friendly nice, but when it comes down to the prescriber the doctor actually needing to do their job this one has failed us. Go to dupage medical group immediate care instead not here.

Brenda the provider was amazing at the Matteson clinic as was the lady that checked us in and the lady that did her vitals and X-rays. All very kind and efficient. Same when we went for ultrasound at the Tinley park one in Harlem. Highly recommend.

I went here last night and they were super slow and kept repeatedly telling me “5 more minutes” and then would proceed to take 30. they made me pay a co pay for me to just go back in a room for them to tell me they can’t help me and i need to go to the hospital. horrible service

The Secretary as soon as I walked in there was very nice and friendly. Very generous as asked how can she help me. After she set the tone, all the nurses and practitioners were all very polite. I appreciate that type of welcoming.

What a nice place! Very friendly as soon as you walk in. The entire staff gave off great energy and smiles. Very attentive and the wait was short. Its very clean. Has masks in different sizes if needed in help yourself boxes. Very willing to answer any questions and very informative.

My experience at the clinic was great, although it takes a little while to attend to you, the care was good and the treatment they gave me for my symptoms was 10 out of 10, thank you Midway Express

Staff was extremely professional and caring. The wait time wasnt long at all. My only concern is the waiting area seats are extremely nasty and the floor had not been swept or moped.

This was by far the best experience ive had going into an urgent care. Every member of the staff from the front desk to the doctor were friendly, and helpful with every step of getting me taken care of. I was well cared for and was taken care of quickly so I did not have to spend more time than necessary in the clinic. I would highly recomend this clinic specifically this location in Matteson.

I definitely recommend this location. The receptionist was very kind and patient. She greeted us with a smile even as I brought my son in 15 minutes before closing time. Let alone the medical assistant, she was just amazing, so friendly, very courteous and respectful. Needless to say, Dr. Carbajal was very fast, efficient, gentle, and very informative. From the time of our arrivals, everybody was very nice. Very helpful. Made you feel comfortable. We we did not wait but maybe 15 minutes tops until we were called in the back. Doctor Carbajal was the physician. She was the absolute nicest doctor I have ever met in my life. She was very thorough. She was very nice. Bedside manners were amazing. I wish that she could be my son doctor full-time all around. It was a great experience would recommend this place and I will be definitely taking him back if he gets sick hopefully I don’t have to but if I do, he will be going back there, thank you

I was the first patient of the day which gave me an opportunity to conduct a fair assessment on the facility, staff and service. All were exceptional. The only pause was another patient who walked in coughing and saying she ‘thought’ she had Strep and the front desk person not asking her to wear a mask. I don’t want to hold that against the clinic but I wanted to mention it for feedback purposes.

I love Midwest Express in Matteson. Everyone is very professional and you get excellent results.

My son and I saw Dr. Greenfield and she was awesome. She took her time during both her assessment and conversation with us. I left feeling very satisfied and that my son was well taken care of! Highly recommend.

Very patient and kind to me and my children. They catered to the needs of the service requested. Was able to leave with cool stuff for the kids and I’m so glad they were nice to my children. Will return for future care if needed.

I went here 5 minutes early and the girl at the front desk had a horrible attitude. I left and went to another location. When you are in the profession of dealing with the public or people who are sick you shouldn’t have a such a bad attitude. Really bad for business.

My problem was addressed, diagnosed , and treatment ordered in an hours time. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient as well.

I needed a physical for my son to go to camp and booking his appointment here was hassle free. When I tell you that the staff was amazing and the appointment was no longer than 30 minutes in total; game changer. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

The Midwest Express Clinic was a pleasant experience and I will recommend my family and friends to check it out. The staff was friendly, and my wait time was only a few minutes.When my name was called, I was directed to the examination room, where the nurse took my vitals, and then I saw the doctor. She patiently listened to my symptoms, examined me, and gave me her expert diagnosis. She explained my options, the medication I would need. Then she scheduled me a 3-day follow up appointment to check my progress.The doctor was very knowledgeable, patient and gentle. I told my family that the Midwest Express Clinic was a pleasant experience, and I encouraged them to go there too.

My husband and I both were very ill this week with some type of flu. The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. Shoutout to ms. Rachel!!! Absolutely the best. Listens to your concerns, and very empathetic. I never felt rushed or brushed over, and for once I actually felt heard by a doctor. Thank you, Rachel for providing a positive experience. I will definitely return.

I completed the forms online and waited no more than five or six minutes. Everyone was pleasant and I was thrilled with Dr Barnes.

I have taken my daughter here on multiple occasions and each one does not disappoint. We have always been seen promptly and the nurse’s here are very knowledgeable. We are always in and out with no complaints. They even went as far as removing an earring that was almost impossible for me as a parent to remove on my own. I trust this urgent care every time.

Had to come here because my boyfriend received a cut at his side-job that definitely was gonna require stitches. Long story short, we had an amazing experience here with all of the staff. They were all extremelyprofessional, honest, and friendly- made something that could be anxiety-ridden way less stressful! Keizhana O. got him all prepped fast & efficiently while keeping us laughing. She even managed to give him a shot which kudos to you girl cause I never thought I’d see the day it went as smoothly as it did! Then Rachel was extremely receptive of all my boyfriend’s questions and concerns, patched him up quick! (If you see this, it healed perfectly thank you girllll) 10/10 experience for something that isn’t supposed to be pleasant, it sure turned out that way!

The time frame we were there, we did not have a long wait. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The only reason it is not 5 star is because I had to go from one location to another for a X-ray.. Overall good experience at both locations.

My son had an earache while we were visiting family for Thanksgiving. My sister suggested we try Midwest. Please to see they accepted our insurance and we’re out of there in 45 minutes!

I went in here a hour before closing in so much pain the nurse was so nice and the doctor even better I walked out feeling like a new person the doctor was really concerned and helped me I wish she could be my primary doctor I went back the next day to say thank you I let the front desk lady know to tell the doctor

Visiting Midwest Clinic for the first time was a good efficient experience! I was seen by the doctor and out the door in about an hour and 15 minutes. I’ve not had to visit an urgent care in awhile, but when I did the wait time was extremely long. I particularly liked being able to pre register online for the visit. I’m very happy to have Midwest Urgent Clinic in my community!

Went in there yesterday my pain level was so high double ear infection, the staff was so amazing, and the nurse practitioner put me right together. The staff is so amazing.

The staff and the Doc was very Compassionate. And they get u in and out.

I drive to this one over all the other urgent care centers in the area because the stay is VERY FRIENDLY. They treat you like you’re human. I felt like I was home. I told them what was happening and they got right one it. I was in and out within 20 minutes and very satisfied with the care.I can’t remember everyone’s name but it was a very nice female receptionist, a male who triaged me, a female nurse I believe along with Dr Carbajal. Thank you guys

I have gone to this Midwest Express Clinic several times. The staff are friendly and courteous and they listen to you to help diagnose what is really wrong with your body. Even when they appear crowded, they seem to get their patients in and out. They are patient but quick at the same time. I have gone there when sick and for work physicals. Great place to go whenever your regular physician has no appointments available!

I visited Midwest Express clinic. It was great from the reception to the doctor. Everything was done perfectly. My child was not scared at no point of time. Actually she was very happy when we left so they did a great job.

I been coming to this location since they first opened up. On Dec 5,2023 around 8:30am ,I had to take my infant to the urgent care because I suspected she had gotten pink eye from her school. The receptionist was so friendly. I called to ask was infants able to be seen there he told me yes to come in and that they try to get people out within a hour( I knew He was telling the truth because I been there before and it was fast). Once I gotten there in person I filled out her forms and was taken into the back within 10 minutes after seeing 3 other people in front of us who was taken back first(it was literally so fast barely a wait time). My 2nd favorite thing was the nurse who handled my baby. She was so sweet and gentle with her. She swabbed her nose and throat and my baby laughed at her instead of crying which is still shocking to me. I was So pleased with the way she handled her making train noises to distract her while doing her swabs. Thirdly the doctor was so sweet. She was not judgmental she was straight to the point and had us in and out with answers. She took the time to explain what needed to be done and what to expect from test results. I did not feel uncomfortable and didn’t feel like they rushed us at all. I 100% recommend this place to babies, children, and adults. I’m happy that we was only there less than 45 minutes the fastest positive service ever. Thank everyone at Midwest clinic in Matteson we will be back again ♥️

As soon as I walk through the door I was meant by the receptionist she was excellent. She got me in the computer ASAP. I didnt have to wait long to see a doctor the place was extremely clean. The two doctors examined me and was able to diagnose my problem and got me the appropriate medicine that I needed. These three ladies that I saw on Sunday were amazing I will be visiting if I have to in the future as long as they are there I want to thank them for the bottom of my heart and I want you to tell them that I said that. Just perfection!! Was in and out in 45 minutes. This is with people in front of me and an X-Ray. Attentive and knowledgeable staff. They called me back 3 mins after I left with my X-Ray results. Most definitely my go to from now on.

No one likes to be sick but when my own doctor was unavailable I chose here because my daughter went and had a good experience. I was very happy with going here and will definitely go again. Very friendly staff. Tamia was extremely nice and helpful with my questions both on the phone and in person. I saw Dawn and she was very nice and explained what I needed to know. It was not busy so I was in and out.

I took my son due to pink eye on 3/20. Everyone in the office was very friendly and engaging. We were in and out in less than an hour. I would definitely return.

Called to ask if they accepted my baby’s insurance. They did so I went. Number one- the male nurse kept calling my child “They, Them”- SHE IS A GIRL AND WAS CLEARLY STATED TO BE A GIRL. Keep your gender rendering opinions OUT of your job. Second, even though I gave them the insurance card, they didn’t include it when ending her prescriptions. So when I got to the pharmacy, not only had they not filled it but they don’t accept that insurance so I didn’t even GET the meds for my baby. Third, the doctor wasn’t thorough at all. Asking condescending questions and talking AT me, whole experience felt like I was a bother. Will NOT be going here again.

Im in tears right now. Good way, of course!! The customer service was so welcoming!! I have not even stepped foot into the clinic yet. I called and spoke to Ashley (Receptionist), and she placed me on a brief hold. After a few minutes, she came back. I started rambling about my symptoms, and she gave me her undivided attention. She was personalble, patient, positive energy and a great listener. This is the customer service I missed having in my local doctors office. Thank you Ashley, I needed our talk today!

I love this place. Went 3x in 1 week for my two daughters and myself. I made a reservation time online and was in and out in under an hour. One time it was a half hour. That is great! Couldnt get into our regular docs offices for at least a week. We were taken care of professionally. Staff was very nice!! Nothing but positive thoughts coming from this mom! Thank you staff!

Ive visited Midwest Express Clinic twice and each time was a great experience! They were fast and friendly immediately once I walked in the door. The young lady at the front desk recognized that I was feeling horrible and she offered me a Pedialyte pop and I did have a fever so it helped me feel better and it was at that moment, I knew that I would be taken care of. Dont be discouraged if the lobby is crowded, they move quickly! Ill return if the need arises, but I really hope to remain healthy.

Had the worst experience at the Matteson location with a receptionist called Shade. She purposely hung up on me because I had a legitimate reason for the call. She should not be in that role as she has no customer experience. As a parent with a sick child, we are already feeling on easy and to add a person that is disrespectful at the clinic makes the experience worst. I been in the medical field for many years and never treated people like that, especially in times that require some compassion and patience. Thanks to Michael that chose to be an understanding individual, he helped with easing the tension and allowing me to express my concerns.

Staff was genuinely kind, friendly and caring, both the physician and medical assistant took their time, explained everything to us and made my 3 year old son feel so comfortable. I was so impressed I called my sister and told her to bring her son, she too had a lovely experience. Thank you so much for being a light in a world of darkness.

They were fast during the process I asked. question for myself and gotten paperwork done immediately and seen with my son and was out extremely fast, Medications were sent to my preferred pharmacy everything was on point. Welcoming atmosphere! I had a great experience from the moment I walked up to the front desk. The physician was knowledgeable and patient with me. To put the icing on the cake, my walk-in visit was completed in less than an hour!

Phenomenal service! My first time attending was yesterday on 3/2/23 and I wasn’t feeling well at all. Somehow I caught the stomach flu which I later found out during my visit, thats its going around. The service was great from the time I walked in the door, I was acknowledged and greeted with the friendly staff. The exceptional customer service and attentive care continued as I was called to the back. The MA & PA we’re extremely nice and ran test to rule out certain things. The whole time I was thinking “ I finally found a place that makes me comfortable.” I was given several suggestions and options for my care. I was prescribed what I needed and was literally out the door within if not less 30 minutes! Didn’t feel rushed at all but the staff was knowledgeable. I can honestly say I no longer have to travel outside my neighborhood (Matteson) to go elsewhere. As I was leaving I was sent off with well wishes. An acknowledgement of “ I hope you feel better” goes a long way with a patient! In addition, I’m feeling much better as well. Please keep up the good work and I will continue to come & recommend to others.

I lucked up because I was in and out with no wait. All the staff was informative and courteous! I will definitely keep this location in mind if I ever have a non emergency medical issue.

I am thankful and grateful for this clinic. I had a really bad cut on two of my fingers, made the appointment and the doctor was super efficient, professional and provided outstanding care. The receptionist was really empathic and caring, she provided outstanding customer service. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you are self pay, the prices are very affordable.

I have come in to the Midwest Clinic in Matteson multiple times for my B12 Vitamin injection. Every time that I go I get amazing Customer service due to one individual by the name of “Breanna”. Service with a smile would be an understatement for this beautiful spirit. She’s a ray of light! And in my opinion an asset to this company. She’s extremely gentle while giving my injection, so works fast, she seems to be excellent at multi tasking she greets and speaks to every patient. She’s an amazing gift to the center and she needs to recognized for her hard word. I’ve come in many times where it’s packed with patients from front to back she never misses a beat. Her kindness and professionalism is rare.

If I could rate zero stars I definitely would! This was my first time entering this clinic and first impression was awful starting with the young lady at the front desk with purple and black braids…. She is awful! Zero personality, she even asked me if I had been there before and I told her no and at this point I would think she would have been more professional instead of playing on her phone at the desk. I’m not even a person to write reviews however, I just couldn’t let this one go! It’s nice to have a fast pace and professional clinic around! So far the best we’ve been too. Went for my 2 year old and everyone working was so nice to him and made him feel very comfortable. Also very clean! I was also very glad to see they were open on a Sunday!

The wait time was decent, especially since I was able to register ahead online. Everyone was really friendly, from front desk staff to the nurses to the provider who saw me. Walked in for an emergency and received excellent service. Staff was professional and friendly, facility was very clean, and medical care was provided in a respectful and thoughtful way. No rush jobs or quick fixes. The doctor took the time to learn the medical history and consider all things when providing care. Wish I could make this my primary care provider.

I came in for strep throat and saw Dr. Jenkins. I had a wonderful experience with her and the nurse who took my vitals. I was in and out in a timely fashion. Going back for my follow up appointment a week later was a different story. I saw an older male doctor (didn’t catch his name) who put his hand on my upper thigh when checking my throat. It was super uncomfortable and incredibly unnecessary. I’ve had 3 people check my throat in the last week and only one of them felt the need to touch my leg. I hate to take away stars from what was once a 5 star review but I am really put off by this experience.

Always a great experience. All employees are amazing from the front desk to the NPs. Wait times are great considering comparable urgent care visits. I felt comfortable and cared for and cared about. Will be back. My new home for all urgent and non urgent needs.

Me and my family went to Midwest Express for the 1st time. The intake coordinator greeted us with kindness and professionalism. The nurses and doctor were thorough, understanding, easy to talk to and professional. We are very happy to find a place that provides great quality care so close to home. Everyone was kind, polite, and professional. I was seen quickly, examined thoroughly and left to pick up my prescriptions that were ready at my pharmacy.This was a totally different experience than the previous day at another urgent care clinic in Homewood, where I waited 3 1/2 hrs:2 1/2 in the waiting room followed by an hour in the exam room where they took 2 swab cultures. They never came back!When I asked 2 times how much longer they said they had an emergency, they were typing on their computers, one on the phone and said they couldn’t give me my test results. I walked out- never to go back.

First time visiting on 2/28/2023 It was fast! diagnosis was on point medication given sent into pharmacies right away and feeling much better on 3/1/2023 will go back there again Bianca NP very professional, pleasant listen to my concerns about my illiness! Front desk lady was very pleasant and professional! Will be going back in the future! Keep up the good work!

As an area resident, I was hopeful to finally have a decent walk in clinic without driving 15+ minutes to get to it in another town. Unfortunately, I am highly disappointed.First, with the doctor. I brought my young daughter in to be tested for strep throat after she came down with a terrible sore throat and strep was going around. I didnt want to wait around until Monday when our pediatricians office opened. They did test my daughter, and her test was NEGATIVE. However, the physician STILL prescribed antibiotics - a clear example of antibiotic overuse and abuse resulting in unnecessary side effects and contributing to antibiotic resistance. My regular pediatrician is very conscious of this and would have never have prescribed or recommended them unless the strep was actually positive. I did NOT pick up the prescription and my daughter recovered nicely within a few days. I was also disappointed that the physician suggested I feed my daughter junk food while she was sick - except that junk was certainly not going to aid in my daughters recovery, and I didnt need the physician to suggest such right in front of my listening child. Besides all this the physicians tone and manner were just overall belittling and mistrusting of my judgement as a parent.Second, at the time of the visit I was asked to put a credit card on file. I declined since I prefer not to have my card information floating around in the hands of businesses I dont know or necessarily trust, and I dont want to be billed randomly without my permission. Well, I never heard anything after the February visit. Months go by without me receiving any form of a bill for my copay. Finally, last week I receive a notice from a COLLECTION AGENCY regarding my $25 copay. First Id heard of a balance on my account. Quite angry now, I called and asked for a copy of my account statements. Lo and behold, there is a completely different address in ANOTHER STATE on my account. Not even like one number or letter off or something. A completely different address. So, I call the billing department to complain and discern next steps. The lady who answers listens to my story and never once apologies for the mistake or acknowledges that Midwest Express majorly messed up. She just calmly ignores everything and asks if Id like to update my billing address now. I am still shocked at the lack of customer service. I was able to pay my bill and was assured Id avoid the fee assessed by the collection agency. But I am still quite offended that I received a notice from a collection agency at all, and Im still in shock over the egregious lack of customer service. As a side note, I also had to wait on hold 2-3 minutes every time the lady had to enter something in her computer. Perhaps theyre using a a system from 1990. To add to my frustration, the unnecessarily lengthily phone call actually made me late for an appointment for my daughter at our trusted pediatricians office.If there was a way to complain to corporate I would give them an earful, but they conveniently avoid giving out any such contact information. I will in the future always wait to see our regular physician or drive to the Immediate Care in Frankfort, and if you are reading this review I suggest you do the same. Midwest Express has lost my business for good.

This clinic treated me with so much care and dignity. I was far from home and needed an urgent care, they were very transparent and upfront. Did not have to wait long to be seen. I am thankful for the entire staff including front desk.

I just don’t understand how can a patient come in, let the doctor know allergies and what pharmacy to send script to and they still manage to send in a prescription that my husband is allergic to and to the wrong pharmacy. The pharmacy called and asked was he allergic because it was in his profile. I know they are understaffed but it’s no excuse to almost kill someone with the wrong prescription.

If your situation isnt life threatening then Midwest Express Clinic is the best place besides your regular Doctors office or ER. My experience with Midwest has always been a cool experience overall. The staff is very friendly and professional both Matteson and Bourbonnais locations. I go to the Matteson location now since its much closer. They even do xrays on site how cool is that? My advice, avoid the overcrowded drama at the ER and give this place a shot you wont be disappointed. You guys keep up the good work.Thanks,
