Mid Nassau OBGYN

When I made an appointment, I was very clear and precise that I wanted to make an appointment with specifically Dr. Mark Neuman and Im a first-timer there.🦋 When I arrived, they said I had an appointment with Megan Reisert instead. I showed clearly how upset I was, and I made that clear to both the doctor and the front desk.🦋This place is 30 minutes & more from me, and I made this appointment because of the high ratings and phenomenal reviews.🦋I was satisfied with my care. All my needs were met regarding my personal visit..The next disappointing thing was that before drawing my labs and sending them, I was again very firm and precise that my insurance is very specific when it came to who did my labs. They assured me that they know my insurance and i shouldnt be worried....Well, I got a bill from the lab, and I was very upset about it. I called them, my insurance, etc. They said just come to the office and theyll take care of it. Today, I took a drive there just to give them the check that they refused because its for the lab and not them.... basically a waste of my time and energy and gas!!!!..What Im strongly dissatisfied with is whoever (a few) in the front desk. The ones who answer the phone calls, appointments, etc. Very disorganized & it just made my experience with this place overall a huge disappointment...Parking on siteneed to go down the stairs to go to the office.

I have been meaning to leave a review for months now! My only regret is that I did not meet Dr. Neuman and his team until my second baby. What a difference between my first pregnancy journey and C-section recovery and my second, with having him as my doctor.He is probably the best doctor I have ever had. I went through three previous doctors and offices, prior to moving over to him and his team. Not only do they not overbook patients (ever!) and make you wait in the waiting room for hours… they really get to know their patients and you don’t feel like you see a different person every time you go, who doesn’t even read your chart prior to meeting with you (which is the worst).I’m actually sad that I won’t be seeing him as often anymore, only at my annual check ups. It was such an easy, stress-free, pregnancy, and delivery with him as my doctor. I ended up having the baby two weeks early and needing a C-section, and everything from beginning to end was so easy. I also had a C-section with my first baby, different doctor, different hospital, and it was an absolute nightmare.Truly, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such an awesome doctor, and having such an awesome staff… It truly makes such a difference. Best doctor, ever!

I have two beautiful sons thanks to the excellent treatment I received from Dr. Neuman and his team! The care I received was always professional, supportive and encouraging. Dr. Neuman provided education and guidance throughout my pregnancies in an easy, light hearted and informative manner. Delivery both times was a success and even in hard moments my family and I felt truly cared for and comfortable putting our trust in him. I would recommend working with Mid Nassau OBGYN to everyone!

Dr. Neuman and his staff are outstanding. This team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at each appointment. Our appointments ran on time and we were always given as much time as we needed to ask questions. Dr. Neuman and his staff were extremely thoughtful about our needs as a family and seemed to truly care. I couldnt recommend this group enough, especially if you have a challenging pregnancy, for not only their medical expertise but the respect they will treat you with along the way.

Dr. Neuman and his office staff are all amazing. You’re always greeted with a smile at every visit. Dr. Neuman delivered my baby and took care of me throughout my pregnancy. He is such a wonderful doctor who listens to your concerns and gives you his advice without being pushy at all. He lets you make your own decisions, but offers his advice and that’s rare to find in a doctor these days. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a wonderful experience with the best medical care.

Dr. Neuman Is by far the best obgyn I have been too. He has always made me feel comfortable and answered any and all concerns and questions. His staff is very friendly and provides great service and support. Do not hesitate to see him you will be so happy you did.

Dr. Neuman and his staff are fantastic! Dr. Neuman delivered both of my children, and has maintained exceptional care through the years. His office is always clean and you are seen soon after arrival for appointments. Highly recommend Dr. Neuman at Mid Nassau!

Dr. Neuman is a fantastic doctor! He is very knowledgeable, he truly cares about his patients, he is very kind, and gives many solutions to my problems. However he never puts pressure on something I wouldn’t want to do. He just recently performed a surgery on me that was very successful and he saved my fertility. He told me it was my decision of course, but highly recommended it be done before the problem became worse. I took his advice and I am so glad that I did! It needed to be done and I feel great now! In addition, I was very nervous about the surgery beforehand because it was my first surgery and he did such a great job at making me feel comfortable! Lastly, his office is very nice. To me, environment is important too. He does a great job at making a comfortable environment for his patients. Not to mention, all of his staff members are terrific! They are very friendly and very helpful! I get a good vibe every time I go there. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor and better office staff! I highly recommend Dr. Neuman to be your OBGYN!

Dr Neuman is an excellent doctor. He is dedicated, thoughtful and provides quality care. Dr. Neuman is always friendly and professional and really does care about his patients. I am grateful and appreciative for such wonderful service.

AMAAAZZINGGGGGG! Dr.Neuman is heaven sent! To the point that when he left his first office (which was closer to my home) I followed him to his new office (which is further away) but when you find a doctor that provides comfort, and trust you keep them! It’s so rare to find a doctor that makes you extremely comfortable! I felt important throughout my whole pregnancy but whats really good is I felt EXTREMELY important and heard during my delivery (and my moms know how important that is when in labor) there’s usually so much going on and many doctors/nurses just like to do whats easiest for them but Dr.Neuman made sure I was comfortable and provided me with a staff that possessed the same qualities. The staff at his office are amazing , full if great energy and also make me feel super comfortable and heard! I feel like I’m related to these people lol! I know some women are weirded off by a male OB but I feel more comfortable with Dr.Neuman than I’ve ever felt with any fenale OB EVER!

Dr. Neuman is the best! He delivered both of my boys and has always provided me with the best care and guidance! The staff is friendly and extremely thorough, and the office is well-maintained. Definitely recommend this practice if you’re looking for exceptional care!

Dr Neuman is hands down the best doctor my wife and I have ever had. Not only has he and his staff been there for us through a tough time, he’s helped us all around. The medical field needs more doctors like this. We appreciate everything he has done for us and we look forward to working with him for years to come. Im so impressed with Dr. Neuman. He is kind, professional, and the most caring doctor I have ever been to. He actually listens to me and came up with a plan to help me. His staff is really lovely as well. I highly highly recommend Dr. Neuman and his staff!

Dr. Neuman is a wonderful doctor. After having an extremely complicated first pregnancy, and receiving clearance to switch from a high risk OB-GYN located in the City to a local doctor in LI midway through my 2nd pregnancy, I was very anxious in making sure I chose the right person. Not only did Dr. Neuman exceed expectations in his competence and knowledge, but he also gave me some of the best emotional support Ive ever received from a doctor. Having tons of worry from my prior pregnancy, Dr. Neuman was reassuring and understanding. He never got frustrated with me and was very comforting when I needed it. In our country, it is very hard to find that kind of care within our healthcare practices, but it is so important for the patient experience. Dr. Neuman did a wonderful job on my c-section and I will choose him again if I ever have another pregnancy.

Dr. Neuman and his staff have been incredible throughout my pregnancy. Whenever I needed documentation or answers to questions they were always there to help. I always feel so welcomed and comfortable going for my visits! Thank you Dr. Neuman!!
