Absolutely LOVE the team at Healthcare Express! They are always so kind and quick! Hannah is an outstanding provider. She really takes the time with her patients and makes sure they are taken care of. I would recommend this clinic to everyone!

As always, the entire staff go beyond any expectations of a medical facility! Always friendly, professional and Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. They do a great job of taking care of my health care needs. I highly recommend. Hannah is the best!

Took my son there for stitches after an accident. They were very attentive and quick to get him taken care of. Almost no wait at all. We always use them.

They deserve -5 stars. Open at 8am don’t open to doors till well after 8, even tho there’s a line down the sidewalk. The waiting area is FILTHY used tissues on the chairs, clumps of dirt and grass all over the floors. Should have been my sign then to leave, but no, my baby is sick so I stand in line for 20 minutes even tho I’m 3rd in line. The person checking in clearly is going as slow as she possible can. I FINALLY get to the front of the line and “we don’t accept that insurance” maybe I could have saved myself and my SICK baby a trip if the webpage was working. Second time I’ve been here and the place is completely filthy and workers clearly hate their job. Do your self a favor and go anywhere but here.

The visit started with the Front desk person being rude and on her personal cell phone. After I filled the forms out online it said you are checked in, however I guess I was supposed to go back to really finish checking in to pay the Co-pay. Mind you she watched us sit in the waiting room. We were the only other ones for 45 minutes. Once we went back the nurses pointed instead of talking and were cold. When my son got a shot she said nothing just stuck him making him jump and laughed. He is 17. We felt very put off. Rudest experience I have ever had there.

Laney was absolutely awesome, super nice and knowledgable! The front desk was very easy to deal with and attentive to all of my questions! Great experience overall!

I had an incredible experience this morning in Marshall, Tx. at the Healthcare Express Urgent Care office and I wanted to share my thoughts on it. I’ve been traveling to their Longview office for many years because of several negative experiences on previous visits in pst years to the Marshall office. I had no time to travel to Longview this morning as per my job and I told my wife I wanted to give Marshall another visit to see if anything had changed. Well, to my delight and time constraint, I had the most impressive visit to a Healthcare Express Urgent Care ever. It started with a pleasant experience at the front check in, another pleasant experience being transferred to my room, and then the PA also was very professional. They all had good attitudes which in today’s world is simply hard to find. I recommend very highly that if you’ve had a negative experience with prior employees like myself or you’re just looking for urgent care, please don’t hesitate to visit this office. I don’t think you will be diappointed! Great job Marshall, Tx. office and again, thanks to your entire Team for making a doctors visit the best and most pleasant it could be!Respectfully,Chris

My experience here was amazing. I am 21 and this was the first time I went to the doctor by myself🫠 I am also terrified of needles and always pass out and I had to get a steroid shot. My doctor and the nurses were so sweet and understanding. They were patient with me and it was a fast process.

These guys and gals are amazing! I can’t say enough good about them! They’ve helped me and my kids numerous times. Always so friendly and extremely caring! Highly recommend!

Katy Randolph is the WORST. (front desk person)refused to see patients at 7, tried everything in her power to turn patients away.told me i wouldn’t get my results back in the same day in attempt to get me to leave. once i said that was fine and went to the back i had the results back in 2 mins. total visit took about 10 mins. she was just being lazy.

HealthCARE Express is always our go to for quick care needs. We love the staff. They are always so friendly and work hard to get us well fast. I’m a high school teacher and the hours are great for our schedule.

Entire process was smooth and professional. Xray, breathing treatment and antibiotic shot finished quickly and easily. The Dr was very knowledgeable with good bedside manner. Thank you!

Horrible. I wont nt go back. Cost me $150 for 30 seconds of the doctors time. He already decided what was wrong before he walked in. Did a 10 sec exam, told me it was drainage and prescribed meds saying id be better by morning. Well,,, then I popped a fever, started landing to breath, and coughing my head off. Three days later... Still feel awful!!!! Total waste of my money, but I guess not my time since I was literally in and out of the building in 5 minutes.

This place is refreshing! I have been there a few times. The ease of booking an, typically same day is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful and the medical care I have received is top notch. I highly recommend.

I wasnt diagnosed properly. They came in on Tuesday morning After coughing continuously for two days. Hacking up crud from my lungs. First diagnosed with a sinus infection. I was given a steroid shot which didnt do any good and antibiotics. My coughing did not stop. I went to my regular physician on Friday morning after 4 days of no sleep due to continue coughing. My physician did a chest! I was diagnosed with walking pneumonia.

Everyone was so helpful. I was so worried because I was going out of town within 2 hours and they got me in quickly. They got my prescription in and I got my medication at the local pharmacy and was on my way.

Hanna saw my daughter today and I felt completely confident in her diagnosis and treatment. You can really tell that Hanna cares about her patients. Thank you!

1.)The provider who saw me did not introduce herself or give me any identifying information. I had to ask who she was. The then stated her name was Hannah and that she was a Nurse Practitioner. 2.) The young lady doing an EKG on me didnt seem too confident in what she was doing or didnt know how to do it. She did a poor job putting the stickers on me. They kept sticking to her. I didnt have confidence she actually got a correct reading. - Not a good experience.

Strained my back, and I have an extensive back surgery history In and out in under 45 mins. Heather was very professional and treated me with respect and provided relief for my injury.

Hanna was so great with my 8 year old daughter. She was nervous, and Hanna made the experience very calming for her. We will definitely go back. Thank you, Hanna!

Was traveling and stopped here. Received the BEST service! Very quick and efficient. Not to mention, the sweetest staff. If only every urgent care was this awesome!

I arrived and the receptionist was pleasant as she checked me in. I had an injury and was called back to an exam room within minutes of my arrival. The doctor explained my injury and ordered an X-ray to be sure there were no broken bones. She gave me an ice pack with instructions of what to do to get back to normal. I was in and headed home in less than an hour.

I went in with a sore throat so bad I had to write a note to the receptionist. She immediately gave me the forms to fill out and processed my admittance. I communicated with the staff with a note pad. It went very smoothly, they wasted no time.

Comfortable waiting area. It would be nice if they added a water dispenser to the waiting area.Friendly and courteous staff. Was seen quickly. I was treated with kindness and respect.

Always choice this facility because of the quick, friendly, accurate medical care I receive. It saves me from making an appointment at the VA. They are able to take care of my nom- primary care needs with no hesitation.

The front desk receptionist is awesome, technology was failing us but she kept a bright smile and remained professional.

I was referred by my MIL as I am visiting from out of state. I really appreciated the option to fill out paperwork as app on my phone. Waited about 15 minutes and was called back. Nurse was very nice. Test was done and doctor came in confirming my self diagnosis. Named a couple of meds for the condition. Told her Id never heard of them but named what had worked in the past. She said fine and shed call it in right away. I would highly recommend this facility 🙂

Thought it was allergies and that a steroid shot and antibiotic pak would be done. Nope. It was Covid. First time having it. Everyone was very nice.

Everyone was very friendly to me. I was in a lot of pain and they were patient with me and kind. Alex was especially kind and knowledgeable about what was going on with my back.

They were very nice and professional. Listened to my problem and we both agreed on my diagnosis. Rooms were clean. Fast response and I was there only about 20 minutes before Dr would see me. PA was very personable and suggested a good therapy forward for my sinus infection. Fast visit when you get back to the Dr’s offices. So I liked that part about my visit.What I didn’t like:Also went in for a broke foot but didn’t have an X-ray tech there to x-ray my foot on a Friday. Really on a Friday? That was an bummer because I have to go back on Monday to get it x-rayed. Had to suffer through the weekend with a broke ankle.

Easy to schedule appointment online and complete forms prior to check in which made check in a breeze. Promptly called back to room and taken care of quickly!

Ive gone here a few times, but my last experience solidified how I feel and I will never be returning, and will actively warn people to stay away. I visited here earlier this year, severely dehydrated, and was refused a fluid iv by the provider. I ended up going to the ER in Longview where I was treated for dehydration, at very high cost to me. Stay away, they are not interested in your healthcare at all.Edit 5-6-24: There’s nothing to discuss. I was refused treatment based on provider’s prejudice. It cost me a lot of money. I would question the medical ethics of a provider who refuses healthcare because he assumes the patient has ulterior motives. Utterly disgraceful behavior.

Have been to this location twice as a walk in. Recieved fast and courteous check in. The nurses and doctors listened to me, understood my concerns and diagnosed appropriately. This will definitely be my go-to for urgent care.

I have been having to stay within a certain network and doctors due to workmen’s comp. The doctor they have been having me see just for a signature basically because I pay my primary doctor from before my work accident retired from my last visit until my recent visit. If the logic isn’t obvious, I wasn’t informed or even contacted for a simple opinion or courtesy. Now I have a year long record and can’t even get a prescription for pain relief even though there have been several referrals for such treatment from multiple doctors in different fields over a span of nearly a year. This affects my day to day life and hinders not only by managing my symptoms for pain during recovery but has damaged my overall happiness, leaning towards depression

I don’t need urgent care often but when I do I LOVE healthcare express Marshall. They are friendly and fast getting you in and Dr.s and Nurses and administrative staff are amazing. I give them 5 stars. Thank you for all you do.

I was misdiagnosed at health care express. I ended up being hospitalized and having surgery 2 days after being misdiagnosed by the doctor there. They were very courteous but not professional as far as giving a thorough check of my situation. This type of behavior is totally unacceptable when it comes to the lives of the people in this Marshall community. You guys have to do better 😡. No one should have to go through what Ive been through these last few days. Just breaks my heart 💔💔

I received a burn on my thigh from cooking. Moisture from the crockpot lid splashed on my leg. I received treatment in late November. I returned this week to be evaluated. I got more silver cream and antibiotics. It is finally looking better and healing is happening.

Always great place to go when we can’t get into our primary doctors office. Hannah is great!!! The whole staff is amazing 🤩.

Was not informed of important test results, resulting in taking the wrong antibiotic for a week, severe pain, and at risk of serious complications. When I finally got to speak to a nurse, I was told I was given excuses and lies. While the service was quick, and the employees were kind, I will not return.

I was seen fairly promptly after arrival and filling out paperwork . Results came quickly and all staff were caring and attentive.

I’ve been here several times and have always had an awesome experience until today. Whoever the doc on duty was today was absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a doctor. I just moved to the area permanently and have an appointment to establish a new PCP, I just got out of the hospital yesterday due to insanely high blood pressure and the hospital did nothing other than keep me for 36 hours and I called HE to give them an idea of the situation and asked if they could help me or if I should go back to the ER because again my BP was through the roof. In the past I’ve dealt with Hannah and she has always been amazing, she’s caring, compassionate, and everything you can ask for and more in a healthcare provider but the guy I dealt with today was the worst. After I told him that I had called prior to coming and told them that I was waiting for my appointment with a new PCM he literally asked me why I even came to their office despite the fact that I had taken my blood pressure several times before going and it was reading between 140/97 and 187/116. If you ever go here make sure Hannah is the provider that day because the guy was so impersonal that he didn’t even tell me his name. This place is fantastic as long as Hannah is there if she’s not there to provide care then do yourself a favor and go to Longview.

My girlfriend’s son had severally hurt his finger. Rushed to quick care and arrived at 7:30 on Wednesday February 7. Facility was closed. No note or sign, zero explanation. Very upsetting for a mother extremely worried about her child.

Everyone is always prompt, courteous, and professional. The doctor takes the time to answer your questions and explain anything you dont understand. Plus, the facility is clean and smells lovely.

I was saying promptly diagnosed and prescribed medication for my situation. It was a very pleasant experience even though I was very sick.

Prescription never got sent to Kroger and never received a call back when asking about it today.

I sign in online for a 3:00 appointment. I checked in using the app when I got there. I was taken right away. Nurses were professional and quick. The doctor came in quickly and was thorough. The cost was reasonable. I will definitely go again! Great place!

My nurse practitioner was very sweet and understanding and didnt question my ability to know if I had a UTI or not. We are out of town and traveling through so it was wonderful to find a place that would attend our needs immediately.

Healthcare Express Urgent Care in Marshall, TX is excellent. All of the healthcare providers are kind, caring, and professional. I have CHF and lung issues, which cause breathing problems, especially during change of seasons. They have kept me out of the hospital several times.

Oh I am so amazed add everything about this place the friendly staff the cleanliness the comfort comfort in the waiting room the clean bathrooms coffee maker the option to fill out any new patient paperwork while you are on your phone sitting in spacious waiting room.The Entire experience from the phone to the front desk receptionist to the nurse they brought us back to our rooms.On top of that aDown to earth doctor with a great bedside manner who is friendly &well spoken and explained everything to me in laymans terms.I , including my household of 4 will absolutely be back. I cannot forget to mention that Amy prescriptions that he had to call in were awaiting us at the pharmacy by the time we left the office and drove to the pharmacy. Wow.

We made an appointment for myself and my husband within 20 minutes of each other. There was a 40 minute delay and that was disappointing, but we were both seen at the same time and got good and efficient attention and treatment.

I visited this center today for a pretty bad wasp sting I received several days ago that had become infected. They were prompt, professional, friendly and very thorough. I was in and out in about 35-40 minutes with proper treatment and a script for an antibiotic. I must say this is a great clinic! The staff was so nice and I highly recommend this business. This place is not a good place to go to if youre looking for urgent care😒. How you give someone 2 shots in the hip and forget to put the bandage on them?! I was in and out less than 20 minutes. Im still not doing well. Ill be going to my primary Dr soon.

This place was great! We were out of town with a youth group. One of our kids hurt their foot. We got there at 8 and were in and out in less than an hour. Did x-rays got a boot and crutches and a disk to take back to our doctor. Very kind doctors and staff.

It was the day after Christmas and Id signed up on the app.for a 2pm visit, so as I pulled up in the parking lot I saw at least 20 cars. I said to myself thats theres no way that I was going tobe able to get in an a timely manner. the app said that I was already checked in but I as stood in a line that had twice the people then cars in the parking lot! I Dare to say that as I was not in a good mood after being sick and all, but all of a sudden I heard my name called ! I was actually the 3rd or 4th person in line as the app says ..so note to self WORK the app.and to the staff. Thank you so much for all that you do. Staff is very Welcoming, when you arrive. I’ve been twice and never waited over 5-7mins when I’ve made appointments online. Going back the staff is amazing and friendly.

Will never go here again since the doctor I was given was very rude and verbally abusive with his comments during my visit. Dr. Bryan or however his name is spelt is a very rude and improfessional man who should not be in the medical field with the way he treats patients. When trying to seek treatment for what I believe to be a UTI he rudely asked me about allowing a blood test to be done to prove he is a medical professional when I simply asked if the water I drank prior to checking in and providing a urine sample could of diluted the urine causing a false negative. He then proceeded to tell me that painful urination is just a common symptom of pregnancy and accused me of just wanting a UTI then asked me How do you suggest I go about giving you one? When I pointed out that painful urination is not a common symptom that I know about and that no other doctors I have seen during any of my pregnancies have pointed out as such he then rudely informed my that It is I must have missed that day in medical school. When I told him he was really rude he gave me some kind of hand gesture while stomping off. I mentioned this to the clerk while checking out and she informed me there was nothing she could do to help me. So I will be filing a complaint against this Dr with the state and I am going to refuse to pay the bill for this service as I am not paying over $100 just to have been verbally abused the entire time just because I had questions and concerns about what I was being told. Especially when he makes a comment that can be taken as slightly sexual in nature seeing as UTI is commonly caused by not emptying the bladder or not peeing after sexual intercourse.

Doctor was super friendly and wonderful but diagnosis was wayyyy off. I ended up having gallstones.

The service was very helpful and good. They were quick and efficient.

Update: I needed a rapid covid test for an upcoming trip out of state and got it done relatively easy here. They were pretty busy but I was in and out and just under an hour so not too much inconvenience.Got seen pretty quick and the service was excellent. The staff all seemed to really care about the patient. I dont remember all their names but I specifically wanted to say thank you to Adriana. I had a clogged ear with impacted wax. No amount of drops or flushing at home was doing the trick. They all cleaned it and took turns trying to open the ear, and made sure they all knew exactly what the problem was.routine things like this are a pain in the neck with your primary physician. long waits for appointments and even then you may have to get a referral to someone else which takes even longer. Im not even in my home area at the moment as Im on vacation. I was in and out in under an hour and the problem is fixed. Cant thank your staff enough!

Let me first say that I am quite skeptical of new medical facilities - too many bad experiences - but I will NOT be adding Healthcare Express to the list of those. We’ve been hesitant to find care here since we moved from DFW three years ago, but I’m so happy I found this place.I walked in at 1:30 pm and there were five people in the waiting room (I won’t lie - I groaned), but I walked out at 2:37. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and, while professional, they were sincere and authentic. The personalities were easy and fun. Tia and Danielle were especially wonderful. I wish I could remember the NP’s name, but she was awesome as well.Highly recommend if you want to be “on the mend” quickly.

The medical staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The facilities were clean and the waiting room was comfortable, with free coffee. I didnt have to wait for more than 10 minutes to be seen for a walk-in. The overall experience for a medical appointment was enjoyable. I would recommend this establishment.

Great experience. Maegan got me and my husband set up with everything we needed. We needed Covid tests (came back negative thank god) and they were very professional. Test came back in 1 day. Can’t thank the nurses and doctors enough.

Due to husband having cancer, the facility accommodated us by coming out to our vehicle and administering the rapid covid-19 test to all 4 of us! Got the results in a timely manner and was given a hard copy to take back to my husband’s oncology.Thank you very much. I recommend your services most highly!

I am a trucker and while I was on the road, I developed a kidney infection. I got to a truck stop and had some time to wait before picking up my next load, so I was able to get a Lyft ride here. Everyone was friendly and smiling and seemed like they actually cared. I ended up needing some IV Antibiotics, but even with that, I was still in and out of there in a timely manner. Make sure to go to the Solv website and make an appointment and fill out the pre-visit information and you shouldnt have much of a wait at all! Great Service and Awesome People!

Hanna Coyle,NP is hands down one of the best in town. She is caring and compassionate and make you feel very comfortable and relaxed while being sick and having to go to the doctor. I went to this location on 2/15/2020. It was not a bad experience, but my account was turned over to a collection agency because I never received a bill! I was made aware of this by my credit card company that monitors my credit rating. The collection agency reported me to the credit bureau without trying to make any contact with me. Based on my conversation with this urgent care location, I believe an error by someone in billing entering a wrong address caused this issue. When I talked with them, they were to send an itemized bill. To date this has not been received even though I have called and emailed. Be very careful if you care, as I do, about your credit rating!!

From check in at front desk, to the lady that roomed me, the Nurse practioner that treated me all the way to check out, everything was fabulous.

Always have a good experience in this office. (Been going there for several years).Everyone knows how hard it is to get in with your primary care physician or childs pediatrician so anytime we are sick we usually go here. Always get in and out in a very timely manner too. Staff is professional.Prices are same as other clinics!! Just make sure theyre in-network with your insurance company!!

I placed 1 star because that was the only way to leave the review. You may or may not care however, you guys loss business this morning. My family came in and the receptionist person who opened up the facility was rude from the time she open the door which was after the 8 a.m. opening time. We were there at 8:01 AM we were at the door she looked at the door but did not speak, smile, nor give a hand gesture, nothing! A little after eight she did open the door but it was as though we were unwelcomed guest! Without a smile, she did not greet us in any way. She must have opened the door to let air out or in because we were standing at the door however, there was no acknowledgement. She walked to her area and had a seat. Upon entering, my husband said good morning and received no response. As we walked in further he repeated it and then she responded what are you here for? He explained that we were bringing our daughter for service. The receptionist then stated very rudely, You need an ID and insurance and fill out these forms, while handing the clipboard to him. Needless to say, the clipboard was handed back to her and our business was taken to a business that knows that good customer service goes a long way and no matter what, it is unacceptable and morally wrong to treat people unkind based on race, color, religion, nationality, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, age, military service, disabilities or just because you woke up on the wrong side of the bed. THE ACTIONS OF ONE EMPLOYEE THAT EXHIBITS THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR IS A REFLECTION ON THE BUSINESS AS A WHOLE. “SOMEONE NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!

Very friendly and quick service

The ONLY reason I am giving them one star is because some of their staff and one PA my daughter has seen have been good to us. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I hate to say that but it’s true. The most awful behavior from the doctor who handled my COVID situation in the scariest time one could be in right now during the pandemic. -5 stars for that ‘doctor’. He had the nerve to hang up on me so I couldn’t ask any more questions. Unbelievable.

The staff were extremely welcoming and kind. The Nurse Practicioner treated me with respect and kindness. I was treated in a timely manner and my treatment was inline with what my PCP would have done. I’d recommend HealthCare Express to anyone in need of medical assistance.

Worst experience EVER with an urgent care facility. We came in at 2:35 and got called back at 3:47. We watched 7 other guests come and go. The ladies at the front gossiped alot about personal stuff and have no customer service skills. This place is such a joke that next time I will be going to shreveport or longview. Also while we were waiting a beetle crawls on my ear.

Came because I was feeling terrible so I decided to get covid tested. The staff was quick friendly and eager to help diagnose me. All the staff was very polite and Tia seemed to go above and beyond. Great job ladies!!!!

They dont want you to pay cash. Now I know why. My deductible has not yet been met and they hit me with a $298 outpatient office visit charge after filing insurance. Total charge was $498. FOR A 15 MIN OFFICE VISIT!!I offered to pay the office visit cash at the time of service but the girl at the desk didnt know what the charge for an office visit was. How convenient.Beware of this company.

I was in town visiting my mother from out of state and I came down with what I can only describe as the worst sore throat of my life, fever, chills. It hurt to eat, drink, and breathe. I really didnt want to go to the ER, I wasnt dying, but the local doctors offices wouldnt see me because I wasnt an established patient, or they wanted to schedule me an appointment for next week and by then Id probably either be recovered or dead, so I went HCE. The lobby was super clean and very nice looking the front desk ladies were very nice and sympathetic. I only had to wait about 45 mins to be seen, which I thought was fantastic compared to the 6 hour wait time I had at the ER when my sons appendix ruptured and he needed emergency surgery. I saw NP Hanna, she took one look at my throat and new it was strep. They swabed my throat I got the results in about 15 mins, positive. I got a shot and two prescriptions. Felt much better the next day. Would gladly use their services again next time Im in town, but I hope I dont have to.

The doctor and receptionist was great. The nurse was horrible. When the nice doc finished my exam advised me he would handle my RX and advised me of a follow up thanked me and walked out. The nurse walked out leaving me in an uncompromising position leaving the work tray with all the instruments and said take my time getting dressed. Here I was wondering how I was going to gracefully going to get off the table. I needed a hand or so. Finallly rolling from side to side getting on my feet and ready to go still no update from the rude certainly untrained nurse I walked out paid my copay and out the door. I will go back if I need care but will advise I don’t want that nurse in my room.

Staff is very friendly. Always get taken care of in a timely manner. The providers are very knowledgeable and make sure I understand everything. I feel like I’m treated like I’m family. Hands down the best urgent care in the area.

I love Health Care Express in Marshall. I have always had excellent care, but especially love when we get to see Hanna. Her brother and my little girl share the same cancer diagnosis so we hit it off quickly and she understood exactly what I was feeling ....They have treated my husband, my two kids, and myself!

I went online made an appointment for 3 pm I showed up at 2:45 checked in went to my truck and waiting . Five minutes later they were ready for me . I walked in and straight to an exam room . No waiting inside the waiting room with other sick people . Was great I was given a flu and Covid test and was on my way 30 minutes later . Great service

I dont do this often. I live in the Austin area and had a small operation on my back that needed to be looked after once a day. I had to be in Marshall the hole week after and I called the Health Care Express to see if they did Post OP care. They said yes they did.From the time I walked in on the first day to the last day I was there, that was all week, I was treated with Kindness, and GREAT care. Thanks to every one at this place for taking GREAT care of me even when I was from out of town!!!!!!!!Joe Slann

Awful experience. The girl at the front desk had a sour attitude and was preoccupied with her McDonalds meal. She didnt have thorough answers to any of our questions, either. We asked how much general charges were and she just shrugged and said she didnt know; this was after she told me my office visit would cost over $150 (w/my insurance) just to SEE the doctor. Anything else she had no idea about typical costs. We were obviously interrupting her precious meal.When you go to a clinic or doctor office, you expect staff to be caring and considerate. That was NOT the case here. She was rude and self-absorbed. We will NOT be going back.

Excellent service. Very helpful and concerned! Had shingles and had a hard time getting something to help with the horrible pain! Finally after almost 7 weeks, I am feeling closer to my normal! Thanks Healthcare Express!

I paid $150 so they could tell me they couldnt help with the pain in my right knee. Plus they claim I owe $80 from 2019 for xray they took of my right knee. That is not true, they have never x-rayed my right knee. I will file a claim against them in small claims cort.

I love coming to this facility , the staff is AWESOME,QUICK AND CARING!! The providers are very knowledgeable and you can trust that you will be well taken care of. In the age of Covid-19 I am Thankful the medical staff because they are on the front lines!! Lets all be Safe!!!

Very polite and professional. The wait was not very long and the nurse practitioner was very courteous and helpful. I was traveling for business and Glad I stopped in rather than waiting until I returned home.

This place was super fast and very professional. Mrs. Rico took my vitals and basic info and her bedside manner was great! Doctor came in and was very efficient. I would definitely recommend this place.

I called around noon and asked what time they closed, they said 4pm on Sunday. I made the 3 hour drive and arrived at 3:08 and it was closed. Being an urgent Care facility, you would think the would take closing early very serious and at least tell people who bother to call that they are closing early that day. It seems like this facility is poorly run and its probably a good thing that I didnt trust them with my medical needs.

I had to have a COVID test for a trip I had planned. They worked with me & did two tests just in case & got me my results so I did not have to retest and quarantine when I landed in Aruba. They were all the sweetest! Thanks so much!
