NextCare Urgent Care Maricopa

They were incredible! Each and every staff members that I came into contact with was so kind and caring. The nurse made me feel better just by her banter and it almost made my pain feel a little less than it actually was. The PA was amazing too! He really listened to my concerns attentively and provided me a solution and made me heel heard. We more ppl like them!

Love the fact that you can register and make appointment from home. Or fill out your paperwork on line in the office, quicker for me. Was quick to get seen and no unnecessary tests ordered. The staff from the receptionist to the doctor are extremely professional and friendly. One of the best urgent care facility that I have been to.

My experience was great! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor I seen was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. When I came into the office I wasn’t feeling well but when I left I felt so much better! Thank you.

Very efficient Urgent Care. They seem to have their act together.The wait time was reasonable, front & back office staff were very nice & helpful. The telehealth PA I spoke with was so nice & knowledgeable.I had to go back today for a recheck. Girls at the front were more concerned with their computer with not much wanting to help with the phone forms. It seemed like a bother to both of them!Otherwise, I would give it a 5 star.

Booked an appointment online and there was a bit of a wait, but that’s okay because I could hear the dr running from room to room helping patients. Vanya and I discussed my symptoms and plan on how to get better. I felt heard and appreciated that I didn’t feel rushed despite how busy they are. Intake nurse was great and so was the front desk crew. Definitely one of my better urgent care experiences.

Saras exceptional skills as a provider left a lasting impression on me. Her ability to make me feel at ease and her genuine care for my well-being were truly remarkable. I found myself wishing that she worked in a professional practice, so that I could have the privilege of having her as my provider. Not only was she highly knowledgeable, but her compassion and empathy were also evident in every interaction.

This facility operates more like a standard business than a place genuinely focused on helping people. It’s clear that money takes priority here. From the moment you walk in, they’re quick to request payment but fail to inform you upfront that they don’t provide essential services like bloodwork, X-rays, or ultrasounds on-site. You only learn this after paying. If you’re seriously ill and might need such services, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. After spending nearly two hours there and discovering they couldn’t assist me, I had to seek care elsewhere. Yet, they still kept my $65. I plan to dispute this charge with my bank and demand a refund.

I checked online and all appointments were already booked but said walk-ins were still an option. I waited less than 30 minutes as a walk-in! The other patients were all wearing masks The Receptionist,, the Physicians Assistant and the Doctor were all very engaged and personable. The doctor prescribed antibiotics for my abscessed tooth and I am feeling better already. Emergency medical care is by nature very stressful and often times painful but the staff at NextCare was exceptional. I would highly recommend but hope you never need their services. Happy Holidays!

This urgent care is a good one. We had an appt at 2pm and were out by 3:20 with paperwork in hand on a day where they were a little busy. The Dr was very informative and helpful as well as nice & all the other staff were very nice aswell. The facility was also very clean.

Wellp, upon arriving: you have to check your own self in. So, like not really sure what the point in paying someone to “man” the front desk is all about. 2 hours & $50 wasted to be told: “your flu & covid test is negative. However, we don’t have anyone here to x-ray your chest & since we’re not staffed with the right/enough people, we can’t help you. You’re gonna have to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM for an x-ray & monitor your low blood pressure. They need to make sure they are able to rule out Tuberculosis & Sepsis.” So, you wasted over 2 hours of my life & took my money after I checked myself in, laid there & listened to all ya’ll chat•chit about this & that only to be told thanks for the copay, go elsewhere. Oscar was pretty cool though, only one who seemed to be somewhat interested in doing his job….

Went in on an emergency visit because I felt very sick. They did three test Covid strep and the flu was told they were all negative. Ask for Z-Pak and cough medicine denied. It told me to go home if I don’t feel good in the week to come back later I find out there are no doctors here. They are all PAs do not waste your time or money in this facility. The PA that took care of me should have never been there on her own . This place is a joke , just there you yes you and take your money Went to my primary doctor he gave me a z pack and cough medicine. I did ask for both from this urgent care, but was denied Do yourself a favor do not go here once again not one doctor in the building

I cannot explain how thankful I was from the start to finish. Walking in I was greeted friendly by the receptionists, checked in efficiently with such kindness. Once my grandson was triaged the provider came in and acted quickly.Unfortunately my grandson was diagnosed positive with the flu A&B. The provider and provider were excellent they were able to medicate my grandson to help me get his 103+ fever down. Prescriptions were faxed to the pharmacy after we left. We picked them up after 20 minutes of waiting, which was amazing efficient time. I was so impressed with this Urgent Care. I will recommend to anyone. I want to thank everyone there that took care of not only my grandson but helped me get through a very rough night sincerely, MARY and Kruz. (Grandson)

It is nice to be able to schedule an appointment online, but dont feel theyre real good at honoring those times. I get that everything is computerized and online these days, but I also know there is still a generation alive that is not computer savvy and when I walked in I hadnt completed my check in documents yet and I wonder if I was my mother with an old flip phone and a disdain for technology how those documents would have been completed because all they wanted to do was send me a link which would not have been possible for her. I also think this year has shown us that companies need to have back up plans in place. While I was there, I was told my wait was going to be extended because their computer system went down. I still do not understand how a computer going down affects the brain of the doctor I was about to see. Im pretty sure everything that doctor did for couldve been done without a computer. My prescription couldve been written on a paper and I couldve brought it to the pharmacy like I did just a few months ago. Any notes could been written and input later. There is no reason for things to come to a stand still because a computer goes down. I am still old enough to remember how computerization has evolved and how we didnt always trust them and how we used to run reports every hour just in case they did go down so we didnt have to stop operations. Seems like those safety nets would still serve a purpose today. A medical facility should be the most prepared to continue running despite any failure in technology, even just an urgent care facility. I was very disappointed and was about to leave and go to the center in town when I was told they were ready to see me. Seriously, we are all going to pay for giving our brains away to computers that can fail at any moment.

Check in and care was simple. Wait time was about 55 minutes. A triage patient arrived and was admitted prior to several people before her. All referrals and paperwork were provided prior to leaving the office. Heather (PAC) was professional & attentive during my visit.

Terrible. Had to wait 3 hours for a non doctor to tell me my leg was fine. Went back to the ER and they instantly admitted me. The spider bite infection requires 2 IV antibiotics and possibly surgery. Then they charged me 50 bucks for the 1 minute visit. Don’t waste your time T this location in Maricopa. Go to the new ER on John Wayne. Way better and more professional

People were nice. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I walked in & the wait was not worth the treatment. I was checked in 11/15/2024 at 12:55pm & I walked out (w/o verbal or paper discharge instructions) at 5:05pm. I finally received the discharge instructions the following day via email at 3:23pm. The discharge instructions had some incorrect information. The administered treatment did not correct my issue which continues today - 11/21/2024. I do not intend to go back. Experience may have been better if I downloaded their app - but I am sick of each different medical office having their own app/website/... that you have to disclose the world to.

I recently visited this Urgent Care for a sliver removal on my finger, which was beginning to get infected. The nurse was quick and effective, and overall, I had a good experience. The only downside was the 20-minute wait past my appointment time without any updates, which would have been appreciated. Otherwise, it was a smooth visit.

Update:Although my first experience here was great this second time around was such a waste of time & Money! Took my son in and the doctor didn’t even get close or do any testing for the reasoning of the issue. Yes obviously I know he had an allergic reaction but to what?? Didnt charge me until after and paid almost $300 for the doctor to come in with gloves on his mask and not do any testing or anything at all… said I could buy Benadryl and would just send in a prescription. The doctor was in for probably a minute.Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Front Office girl was very friendly and helpful. The Dr and assistants were very attentive and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend this Urgent Care. The Dr was very knowledgeable which is great! We usually go out of town but I will continue to go to this location instead. I’m very thankful for all the staff that helped me.

Had an amazing experience at NextCare Urgent care when I took my 5 year old in!! It was our first time there and everyone was so sweet and understanding with my toddler(s)! The nurse was so gentle with my toddler and cheered him on while taking blood pressure, oxygen levels, temperature, and height♥️🥹🥰 he’s on the spectrum so that nurse’s attitude was a huge win for us. And right after the nurse, the doctor was right there with her! She was sweet and listened to everything that I had to say, AND she prescribed something for my little when I’ve taken him to Banner before for the same reason and never got prescribed anything. Staff very helpful. Said sent prescriptions to pharmacy. Did not receive. Drive back here and waited to make sure they were sentMade follow up appointment for 15 Dec. get here and not in system. So now being treated as walk in after I have confirmation. Not happy.

Very impressed with this location, very clean and quick. Also the provider Joe, I dont know his last name but he is awesome! He so nice and professional, you can tell he really cares! Thanks Joe for helping me and also my son feel better.

In on 11-11-24 waited over 2 and half hours to go back into a room then waited again over an hour before the nurse came in!! I could hear her complaining about some one that was working there, and i could hear her talking about how she doesn’t like doing chest x rays!! Very rude when she came in the room! Stating that everything is going around! she didn’t want to hear what I had to say about my symptoms! I told her that I was just in here with my son who had flu A, and that I was having the same symptoms as he had. Only then she was listening to why I had to say!!! Never again will I be back with my family

Best urgent care experience ever. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We had no wait, even with it being a busy Monday morning. The doctor was very thorough!

Even though we were sent to the ER and did not receive treatment here, I would definitely go back. The front desk staff, the nurse and the provider were all exceptional. They were friendly and showed a deep sense of caring. I cannot thank them enough for how they treated us and our baby.

Nice to have this service here in Maricopa. I will say that the waiting room is a mess though. Sick coughing kids were running around with no mask. They need to make sick coughing adults and kids wear a mask. There is no way to get far enough away as all the seats are crammed together. If you are really sick go to the ER because they can’t even administer fluids here or anything. They just send you to the ER so you waste a couple of hours and catch whatever everyone else in there has. The RR has chairs spread out and is super nice and efficient.

They saved my vacation! Id gotten into poison ivy before I came to visit, and was miserable by the time I got here. They got me back to good! Nice staff, and easy to use their facilities. I would definitely recommend! But avoid poison ivy! Lol

The wait was long. Had to wait twice. First called for vitals to be taken, then called to be seen by practitioner. Was told after the long wait that nothing could be done for me there, and was suggested to go emergency hospital. The worker were nice and considerate.

This is the second time we have been to nextcare and nothing but great service. Friendly staff, doctor great, wait is not bad. First time we got to go home and got a text when they were ready for my son so we didnt have to sit there for hours. Definitely recommend them.

Went here for some immediate relief from Restless Leg Syndrome but ended up getting charged $250 to basically be told they cant help me without even listening to my symptoms. I looked it up both before and after the visit and Urgent Cares are absolutely allowed to provide emergency diagnoses for RLS to get people medication to alleviate symptoms while they wait to meet with a PCP (the situation I was in).I dont know if its because they only had a PC and not a full fledged physician on staff at the time (if that was the case, they were not transparent about it) but I ended up waiting there for almost 2 hours to get politely condescended to and doubted. I have a sneaking suspicion that they thought I was a junkie looking for drugs but I was specifically asking for a non-opioid treatment after doing hours of sleepless homework and, again, never even got a chance to list my symptoms before being told that they cant help me.Im not so much upset that they couldnt help me, it might be that they legit could not, but Im upset at the overall dismissiveness of a moderate-to-severe neurological condition that Ive been experiencing for over a month. It felt like going in huge gash needing stitches just to have them charge me and say go home and wash it with soap, youll be fine.Nice look and great first impressions but they charged me for essentially denying service so I will not be going here again.

We had a great experience with the staff and doctor under the circumstances. We highly recommend this Urgent Care to anyone local in Maricopa. They treated us very kind and I felt very taken care of.

I have major anxiety issues when it comes to getting treated at any medical office but the staff here are very kind and attentive with their patients I wouldnt hesitate in coming here again! Theyre awesome!

Apparently I should have read these reviews before going there.Because the same exact thing happened to me( Comparing to the lowest ratings), went in with a rash and joint pain Only to be told to go to the emergency room. They did absolutely nothing for me except bill me. No help whatsoever.Im sure they will be sending me an auto text saying that They are sorry to hear about my experience And they take my feedback seriously..... But the same issues have been going on with several patients who have posted about It so it doesnt seem like they take feedback seriously at all.

Dr Vanya Roberts is so sweet and patience very knowledgeable and a AMAZING DOCTOR her nurse staff and xray person so patient u guys all make a great team thank you for making me feel better

Had to go to the ER after seeing seen @ Next Care said there was nothing they could do for me that I only had a virus.ER said I had Pneumonia-Avoid this place!

Everyone and Everything was great. Only suggestion for improvement is to add window shades in the lobby. The sun was blinding and I can only imagine how hot it is in there during the summer.

The 2 stars are for the very nice dr lady that saw my daughter there, but the 3 blank stars go out to the RUDE lady sitting annoyingly sipping on her coffee and giving me and my kids evil looks! My won has secret autism I kept trying to help him while having my other 2 kids with me and instead of offering him something or sympathizing she kept staring us down. Awful.

The wait was 2 hours but thats expected anywhere these days. 3 shots, test, and prescription out the door under 200$ for a non insured person is a steal. :)

Staff is kind, office was clean, service was great and quick! Check in process was also quite simple. They took care of my little guy with a smashed finger injury!

Everything was great I got in there the doctor knew what she was doing and she knew what I needed to help me and send my prescriptions to Walmart it was that fast and I feel much better I will go back there again 100%

In and out in about an hour. I came as a walk in for persistent knee pain and swelling. Staff was friendly and listened well. Left with a prescription for pain/inflammation, advice and a flier on where to follow up if needed, and where to go for an X-ray (in town) since their tech wasnt working at the time of my visit. Overall, great experience.

My visit was great. Everyone eas pleasant. I was a walk in and my wait wasnt long. I really liked the doctor. She listened and explained everything . I will be using them for emergencies from now on.

$50 co-pay and all the doctor did was walk in the room and say my daughter needed to go to the E.R.!!!! UGHHHHH $50 for vitals YAY!!!!

Had swab for Covid test completed as soon as I sat in room and was advised i will have results in 10 min. I didn’t hear back so I thought it might have been negative so nothing to talk about , however 30-45 min later I’m seen by male who checked if I had an ear infection (I did not) and then said the test result was not in. I wondered why it took so long and then 10-15 min later he comes back and said my test was positive. I mentioned the time between when I was swabbed. And advised it would receive a result and when a result was actually provided because this is honestly the mildest covid round I have ever experienced. Also because I took a Covid test before my visit that was negative. The medical professional seeing me told me that the time did not matter and that the test was accurate but apologized for the 45 wait before being seen by him. I came home and tested again , still negative and since the FDA website says test result may be inaccurate if read before 15 and after 30 min so now I’m questioning my results.So I called the front desk and explained what I read on FDA website and explained my situation and the woman I spoke with was rude. She said what the male that seen me advised me about the test was correct. She said the FDA website is not correct and explained that they have tests that are accurate after 45 min. I then asked for the test name and she placed me on hold and once she reconnected she advised the name was quick vue . I looked up the Quick Vue information and in the product information for that specific brand it matched the FDA website information regarding a false result if read before 15 or after 30 min.I honestly would not have been bothered had the medical professional been honest with addressing the time issue by advising that due to the time between when the swab/test was taken and the time the test result was provided/processed that maybe we should take another for accuracy . But to be prescribed Paxlovin to treat something a test result that may have been inaccurate about due to negligence in time is ridiculous. Also for the woman to have assumed the tests they have can be read past 45 min without truly knowing is misleading and bleeds into the continued distrust in our medical professionals .Until today I have never had issues at this urgent care - however now I question the medical professionals providing care and services.

Got in and was seen at a decent time. Staff was nice. Not much I can complain about.

1st visitWait times are insane. Came because I had too. DR WAS AMAZING. She listened and heard what this issues. Very friendly staff from start to finish, also. It could have been due to the time of the day but they were very efficient in getting us seen, it did not take long at all. By far the best NextCare urgent Care weve been to, in addition to being one of the cleanest as well.

Fever, sore throat, ear pain and just very lethargic. My own family doctor through Banner could not get me in to be seen, so I booked online appointment with NextCare and didn’t have to wait long. I’m glad I went  because I have Covid. The PA on duty was very attentive and helpful with advice.

I was in Maricopa from Michigan and had an irritating cough, this urgent care was highly recommended to me! It was so easy to schedule an appointment and to check in! Staff was so nice and professional! and the physician assistant Sarrah Lester was excellent! I would definitely recommend this provider!

Made an appointment. Got right in. Barely any waiting for NP. Quick diagnosis, prescription and done. Prescription sent right after exam and pharmacy had it ready in 15 minutes!Great service and friendly❤️❤️

Once I walked into the clinic front office was very friendly and professional. They went ahead checked me in right of way, collected my payment upfront, and called me back after 15 minute wait. Which is pretty good for a walk in clinic. I was so pleased with the service I received from urgent care. They went above and beyond to. Anibal the MA who seen me, and did my Drugscreen was very professional, I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service.The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. Didn’t even check my son all the wait to come in so she can send us right out to ER said because they said they had already checked him there first I would need to go back there. Never heard this before!

My great granddaughter took a big bite out of my arm and came in togetit lpoked at everyone there was very kind and Heather is a great Dr. Thank you very much Heather took great care and a ftiendly person

Nurse practitioner that helped me was A+ Amazing. She was very personable, She took time to explain everything and I necer once felt rushed, she was great at making a connection, being relatable, and helping me to ease my fears. Grateful for her as she made my day!

Ive been to the Maricopa and Dobson locations and received excellent and speedy care at both. The providers are exceptional. The facilities and other staff are excellent! This company is my new UC from now on!

I do have a question for the good doctor.Is there any other cough medicine, you could prescribe that would be more effective? .

I recently had an appointment with Snyder NP and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. I came in with an embarrassing problem that I was anxious about discussing, but she immediately put me at ease with her warm demeanor.She listened to my concerns without any judgment and ensured I felt heard and understood. She also got straight to the point with clear, concise instructions.Thank you, for turning a potentially stressful situation into a more positive experience.

Very disappointed, They took my Co-Pay sat for an hour. When the doctor came is she told me for my symptom I had to go else where, do to she was unsure what to do and told me I dont want to be sued. I will never use again nor refer any friends to go there!! Then discussed my possible condition to the general public and other people started chiming in on treatment. I thought there were HIPPA Laws to protect my privacy.Very unprofessional

Talk about the fastest visit ever! The online appt process was simple. I booked early and came in. This place was so very clean and the staff were so nice! Having an appt made a swift in and out visit with no paperwork done on site. We came in at 9:40 am and we were out by 10:20am. I will definitely use this location again.

I was seen very quickly. Christina at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Vanya took time with me and listened to my concerns. She made me feel heard and comfortable. I dont remember the name of the young man that took my vitals but he was also very friendly. The 3 staff that I had interaction with made my visit pleasant. I will definitely make the drive to go to this urgent care in the future.Made the drive to Maricopa for another visit. Another great experience. Front desk was nice. Yolanda was very friendly. Took time to listen and explained everything. If I could give more stars I would.

I been having lower back pain, everyone was a sweet heart!! I recommend this place, Makayla at the front desk hope I’m spelling right she was such sweet heart and understanding,and the guy that took my vitals so kind and helpful! PAC Trujillo! What a waste of time. Read your paperwork before you leave. The NP with the dreadlocks will tell you one thing and deny it when you call back. They are incredibly slow. Go to the other urgent care in maricopa. Save your money and time

I have gone to dignity urgent since we moved out her and I thought I would give NextCare a try, and man I am so happy I did. I scheduled My appointment and did all my paperwork online. I was able to get an appointment next day. Upon arrival we were seen within the 5 minutes we sat down. They checked us in and we were seen by the doctor 2 minutes after getting into our room. I felt like the doctor really listened and wanted to make sure that he did what was best for my child well-being. Rather than pushing a bunch of medications on him we tried other solutions. It was really fast and while I may not have gotten any answers I was very happy about the service that was provided. I will definitely be coming back here.

Woke up thos morning feeling like I was hit by a truck. Scheduled an appt came in and didnt wait to long, I really love Heather she is amazing with her patients and shows compassion. Our family is in here a lot. And the back office staff is also amazing.

Went NextCare Urgent care due to an eye infection. Once I told the staff my symptoms they ran other tests to make sure everything was okay. A lot of these urgent care places dont care. They just want to sugar coat things and send you off. I would highly recommend this location. They actually care

So much quicker making an appt than just walking in and having to wait up to 3 hours! Very friendly staff and PA knowledgeable..

Check-in was smooth and simple. However, there is serious lack of care and professionalism. It’s concerning that the nurse felt uncomfortable to do her job and incompetent. I had to go to the other urgent to get treatment.

First time visiting. I cut my arm and did not feel like dealing with Dignity Urgent Care or driving to Banner in Casa Grande AZ.Treatment was great.

Receptionist was not very welcoming (her trainee was very nice). I brought my baby in with upper respiratory issue, told me we couldnt be seen because I forgot the insurance card. I said the baby has AHCCCS and if she could look it up, she tells me no I would have to pay cash for the visit. I go on to say I know she can and pls do, she does and of course she found the information. And we were able to be seen... just the idea that she wasnt will to look up the information that she knew she could to eliminate the unnecessary stress in an already stressful situation..This review was from a previous (Mar 2024)visit not my.most recent visit (Aug2024)

We where early and still had to wait an hour for them to rush us through. Nurse was rude said I talk too much and they wanted to go home because it was end of the day. 400 dollars to be treated poorly. Never again, scamers.

The physicians assistant on the evening of 3.21.2024 was amazing! Great bedside manner. Wonderful level of care. I went in for something very minor but he didnt make me feel like I was wasting my time. He listened and showed concern.

The medical assistant who brought me back was so kind and patient with my little one when she wasn’t feeling well at all. The nurse practitioner was fast, kind, and great with her as well. Even the girl at the front desk was kind and efficient, even when she was extremely busy with tons of walk ins and phone calls. I’m very impressed.

Excellent from the time we entered the facility greeted by staff with a friendly smile and was treated within a reasonable timeframe. Joe the PA was caring and listened to me. I felt like I was heard and taken care of. Thank you to the staff!!! As a retired nurse I appreciate great staff who care and listen to their patients!!!

This place is very efficient in the diagnosis and prescribing the medication. However when called they had no reservations available but the fit me in. Oscar was fantastic, thank you for being so helpful.

We made an appointment for my four year old, who clearly had conjunctivitis. We were in and out in an hour with an Rx for eye drops. PA Heather was amazing with my daughter and had a delightful bedside manner. The facility was clean, staff was friendly; we’ll go again when necessary.

Took my uncle whos a senior here that had been battling a cough for some time. The staff was awesome. They were very patient with him from the beginning at the front desk through the visit with the practitioner. Hes disabled where he can barely hear and see. No worries they just turned up the volume of the voices to be audible to him. This matters tremendously because it allows him to keep his independence and communicate effectively with those giving his care. And not left on the side while we talk around him. Thank you to the awesome team that provide care that day. Especially Kayla! You rock!

Next Care! Well we’ll start from the fast sign in, with the QR code! I looked that short cut! The employees were very kind, understanding and helpful! I was basically in and out! I will recommend going here for medical services and I will be going back!!!!

Everyone was awesome. I had an appointment and got in with a minimal wait. There was a glitch with the online per-arrival paperwork. It would not proceed past the insurance card portion. The front desk person text me a link when I arrived, and I was able to complete the rest of the paperwork.The nurse and doctor were wonderful and explained everything, answering all of my questions throughly.The only negative is the parking. Not too far, just farther than expected for an urgent care.

Best experience Ive had at an urgent care. Staff was very professional and polite. Triage time was short. Got to see the doctor quickly and she was very nice! Entire staff was so nice. In and out in less than an hour and a half. Thats a win!

Yolanda Smith was the NLP that saw us and she was amazing! It was a rocky start with scheduling online, but her care was well worth the wait. She was warm, she listened, she didn’t rush us, and she’s knowledgeable on top of all that. If we have to come back I’m happy she’s there.

This place is ridiculous. Had an appointment and took about 30 minutes just to get called into the office, and an hour just to get seen by a physician assistant. We ended up needed to get an X-Ray and didnt get results untill about 30 minutes, about half way through the time, she came in and checked up on us and offered snacks. Her care quality was fine, it has just been really slow.Service was awsome, ambience is really good, wait time is ridiculous.

Update as of May 20th 2024Billing incorrectly posted a my payment to the wrong account and as a result I was sent to collections fraudulently. They stated they fixed the issue 2 weeks ago but I kept receiving calls from collections. I spoke to Maria with billing today and requested she call them and let them know my account was 0 and to stop calling. No apologies, she just refused to do so. This was their error and they won’t help fix the issue. Bad customer service.We took our son here who has severe autism. They were very good with him. Pleasant atmosphere.However we have had billing issues. They sent us a bill which I paid as soon as I received the bill. They posted payment to my son’s account instead of mine. When I received a notice of non-payment, I called the number on the invoice and was told that they would fix the error and transfer the payment that was posted to my son’s acct in error. I thought it was taken care of until received an email saying I was in collections.This time I called the actual office and billing said that they don’t recommend using the online payment, that they have had many issues and to call them directly. Odd, I was told my son and I have the same account number and that that’s how they do it. She said this is what they do with family members. I am pretty sure this is the reason for the online system not working adequately. The billing rep at the local office said she fixed issue. Fingers crossed this time it was fixed. I don’t have faith in their billing so I will not go back. I have over 800 credit score and with this being sent to collections without me knowing, I no longer trust this company.It’s not worth the risk.

Just came from here. My daughter and I both do not feel good. Paid $80 In co-pays only to br prescribed over the counter meds that my insurance does not cover. When I called they did not care. Definitely will not be back.

The facility was neat and clean. The receptionist gave an approximate wait time. The medical professional was thorough and caring. She listened to me and made a plan of action that i was comfortable with. Nice facility caring staff. I would recommend.

Only 1 Doctor on a Friday. I had a appointment. there for 2 hours. I would go back.

Went here for body pain. Was seen by a nurse and was told to go to the ER because she didnt know what was wrong. Was later billed almost $350. Thats some terrible healthcare in my opinion. Do not go here unless youre ok with this happening to you.

Wonderful staff and team. The PA was very kind and patient with my son during his visit and explained the process and his treatment plan thoroughly. Would definitely be coming back for myself if needed. The facility is beautiful considering it’s brand new, very clean and looks like the other NextCare locations.

Scheduled an appointment for 2pm, got there at 1:45 to check in. There were a few people in the waiting room but not a lot. There was only one provider on and by the time we were taken to a room, gathered our papers and left it was 4:30pm. Not sure making an appointment helped, it was kind of ridiculous.

Waited a bit even with an appointment however, that seems to be the case these days as the day progresses. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and accommodating.

Waited 2 hours to find out that they didnt have an x-ray tech. A note on the door would have saved a lot. Still waiting 2 days later for the results of my urinalysis. Which Ive already gotten through the lab which says I have a bladder infection but I still dont have anything prescribed to control that or get rid of it. So no, Im not happy with your service

I would not even give 1 star, but that is not a choice. I scheduled an appointment for my granddaughter. Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude, annoyed, and moody. She tried to collect a copay and then said they dont take out of state insurance. I explained that she has been seen many times at a different location. She called another location, put the call on speaker, and had a conversation with someone about all of this. HIPPA violation! We left and went to Dignity Urgent Care, where we were treated with respect and professionalism.

Juan was very professional and helped me with my issue. Unfortunately he couldn’t solve the problem but did provide a referral and medication. The office staff was helpful also.

Thankful that we have a NextCare her in Maricopa. I no longer have to travel out of town for urgent care. I was able to schedule appointment online walk in and be seen within minutes. I was greeted nicely by admissions and listened to by my nurse and P.A. I appreciate all three ladies I felt heard and taken care of. Hoping I dont have to go back anytime soon, but I know I will be taken great care of again!

The doctor didn’t care about the patients. They do nothing for you. They just want to charge you and tell you to be sick for more then 10 days before they will do anything for you besides tell you to take Ibuprofen for your high fever and other symptoms. They are all about the money. Over $200 for nothing!

The PA was very thorough. More thorough than the doctors Ive seen here since I moved here. He brought up concerns that definitely need attention and things that had never been brought up by prior physicians. Until this visit, Ive been told to take Ibprophen for the pain but no one has ever tried to figure out the cause of the pain. So I appreciate that Im finally getting answers regarding my health.

A week ago, I was diagnosed with bronchitis but the meds weren’t working. Decided to get a chest X-ray so I came to NextCare UC here in Maricopa.Check in with the app was a breeze. The examination was very specific focusing on all my symptoms. Took an X-ray and had a respiratory treatment. It went smooth and I felt very comfortable through out the whole experience. When Walmart wouldn’t fill one of my prescriptions, Heather took the time and followed up with Walgrens. Thank you. 5 Star treatment!Thank you all at NextCare UC.Gerri T.

I was extremely happy with the experience at NEXT Care Urgent Care facility that is now open here in Maricopa, AZ. Staff was attentive & assisted us, myself & my husband with all our needs!

2.5 hour walk-in wait on a weekday, just to see a nurse practitioner. There were 3 people total working. Why bother opening an urgent care facility if it can’t be staffed up so people can actually get urgent care? Then they told us we couldn’t leave until the paperwork was completed and printed. We live in the digital age, why do I need to wait for a printer? The paperwork should all be available electronically in the NextCare app! Oh and lastly, I got a shot of Toradol and they missed getting into my muscle. The pain med did absolutely nothing! Very frustrating experience and I will not go back unless they make some changes.

Awful she really wasnt concern about what I was explaining to her she aint check my ear mouth nose nothing I ask her for allergy meds she didnt ask what was symptoms she just told me I can get the meds over the counter I been here before and the other providers was way better I wouldnt want to see her again it was so quick the visit I wasnt happy and she didnt order my allergy meds neither smh.

I waited & paid a $50 co-pay to be turned away & sent to the ER. NOT HAPPY that I had to pay for that visit!!

The PA and the entire staff were so great with customer service and bedside manners. It’s hard to come by these days, and they didn’t treat my experience with “it’s just a virus” when the COVID and strep throat, and actually did a work up to find what actually is going on, and found what the issue was, and gave the treatment necessary.

The best next cere ! I checked in on line 15 min before my appointment. I was seen by the Dr and out the door 20 min. Recommending that you down load the app and do initial paper work. The physician listen to my symptoms and checked . I’m 100% satisfied with the diagnosis. I would recommend to any person needing urgent care.Thanks Next Care . PS counter staff were kind and polite.

I have no issue with the Reception area. The place is clean and pleasent and the environment is nice. I do have an issue with the the service by the PA-C. Sylvia Shafer. I go in to the doctor to get something to feel better. I dont go to have someone say well you have a cold just drink more water and use a humidifier. Also take some extra vitamins. Well duh I could figure out that myself. Why do I need to pay huge fee to go to the doctor for obvious advice. Thanks for the advice I guess. Ill just live with the cough and do obvious things. Guess Ill have no relief tonight. I would recommend if you go here make sure she doesnt treat you.

What a joke! Ive been going to the Casa Grande location for years and they have always charged me accordingly. I went to Maricopa location this time and the girl Michaela T. At the desk told me one price and charged me double and couldnt explain why except thats what we charge. Will be calling billing tomorrow and never going there again!

Went here because I was very sick was having bad chest pain and abdominal pain. The provider by the name of Amanda Goodrich gave me an attitude when I said I need a second opinion. She didnt properly address my chief compliant and failed to do further testing. Such as blood work she told me to go somewhere else. Then as I was walking out she said since I was going to another doctor she cancelled my meds I needed. Then rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Come to find out after research it shows she is a physician assistant not even a doctor... I suggest not coming here.

Beware of their telehealth option. I spent 5 minutes on with their doctor who told me I just needed to go see a primary care doctor (said she couldn’t help me). They billed my insurance over $300 and charged my credit card $150. Most urgent care centers have a cash price of much less than $150, especially if they don’t do anything. This is obviously medical billing schemes at its finest and why we all end up paying so much for health insurance which ends up not even covering our costs. By the way, my insurance co-pay for urgent care is $30 (says so right on my card), so obviously NextCare billed this incorrectly.

The male nurse who attended us was really nice. And as Well as the nurse Pactioner very sweet. My son was sick they attended us quickly.

They only have 1 NP.No doctors. The other staff are MAs. I took my daughter-in-law there yesterday who has been sick for 3 days. When we got there they were having issues with a leaking ceiling from the rain.We waited for 35 minutes before they took her back and said the provider was running late due to traffic on 347. One of the MAs did a Covid and flu test on her.Then 15 minutes later came in to tell us she was in a car accident herself while waiting in traffic and would not be in,. The MAs could not give her the results of her tests, bc they are not RNs. We got a refund for her vo-pay as they informed us they would be closing for the day. What kind of urgent care only has 1 NP and no nurses. Dont think well be back there.

Was very clean. People who worked there very friendly. Did not have to wait. From the time I went in the room it only took 15 min and I was out. Dr was fantastic.

The doctor and MA were really caring and very knowledgeable about my son’s fracture. Honestly I felt like my son got better care here then I myself received in ER and that says a lot.

I was very satisfied with my visit to the NextCare in Maricopa. TBH, was a little irritated as I had called my local NextCare to see if they did x-rays. They do but the tech wasnt in. They directed me to Maricopa as they have x-ray capability. One would think it would have been verified that they could conduct that service. Unfortunately, their x-ray tech was not in either. I was examined and sent across the street to Simon Med for my x-ray. I did not hear from them until the next morning, which, yay me, Im not broken! I was seen in a reasonable time frame and was wrapped up in record time.

My visit at this location was fine, however I was sent to Simon Med for xrays. If I knew they were not able to do the xrays there I would have chosen somewhere else. I waited all day for results. I called the phone number on the discharge paperwork and continually got a beeping sound with a hang up. Ten minutes before closing they called me and my phone saw the number as spam so it went right to vm on my end. Their message said to call back to get the results and she left the same exact number I had tried calling at least a dozen times. Called back immediately and I now get a message that says the party is not available and to leave a message and then the call is abruptly ended. There is literally no way to get in contact with this location without physically going in which is highly frustrating. I also signed up for their app and that information shows my visit today but shows there are no results for xrays under medical records. I would not recommend them if you think you will be getting xrays. Also be prepared to not be able to get in contact with anyone at this location.

My visit today was fantastic in and out in decent time!!! (Unlike sat 12/16 where it took 4 hours to be seen and didn’t run flu) if I was tested prior I would have probably received the med to help shorten the flu 🤒

Very very slow care. Even with the website saying there were zero patients and us seeing zero people in the waiting room we still waited thirty minutes to get seen and waited even longer just to get the prescription paperwork printed before we could leave. Only go here if absolutely needed
