NextCare Urgent Care Marble Falls

It was Saturday and they were so short staffed we were there 3 hours. HOWEVER the 3 employees that were there were awesome. I wish I could have conveyed more that I understood and they were doing great but I was so sick I really couldnt. They need more than 1 doctor in the back on Saturdays for this area. That is just crazy I felt so bad for them. They better be paying those employees REALLY well for working Saturdays with not enough help overworking those guys who are trying to help so many.

I took my daughter there for a physical. The front clerk Noah is a sweet young man. I would go back just for him and the doctor as well. Dr. Karen is very sweet and is very thorough. I would definitely text them for any one who needs medical assistance or for a student who needs a physical. Thank you Next care for making our visit pleasant!

I was seen on walk in status. Coughing nonstop w/ previous exposure to respiratory infection. I was treated very kindly at front desk by Samantha. There was a lengthy wait (approx 1 hr as they were busy on a Friday afternoon). Lauren was appropriately concerned & made sure I was comfortable after taking my history & showing me to a room. Dr Waters was kind, thorough & acted swiftly to get X-ray & treatment started in the clinic. Medications were sent to my pharmacy & I was able to receive them b4 end of day. I was extremely grateful & pleased with/ the care & will definitely go back should I need immediate health care.

The Dr. on duty today was fabulous. She was gentle but got the job done. She had the heart of a teacher and I believe I will be able to move forward with the care instructions for a full recovery from a nasty mtn bike accident wound. Otherwise all other personnel were friendly and professional. Thank you all!

From the young man who explained that making an appointment was the best use of my time, to the nurse who was pleasant and efficient, continuing to the doctor who was knowledgeable, personable and very helpful and ending with the young lady at the front desk who jumped through hoops to get my insurance through. I great experience overall.

Everyone was welcoming and helpful and kind. But Karen was the best!! She put me at ease right away. She explained what was happening and what the plan was and what to expect. She told me I had a 50% chance of having to come back in and have it lanced. She explained how that would happen , etc. I was hoping she would be there over the eeekend but she assured me the person who would be there would do he same thing she would do and that she is excellent..I think Karen is the Best!! And hope the next Lady is very good too!! I thank all of the staff for all their good work!!Monte Bailey

The front desk person was nice however I cannot rate the provider because you have to have an appointment to see them. What’s the point of being a walk-in urgent care if you have to make an appointment?

I sincerely love this urgent care spot. I don’t like being sick of course but each time I come here I feel genuinely cared for. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all kind and fun. I’m glad to be in good hands. Thank you for making a yucky day easier.

I was out of town and came down with a terrible stomach/vomiting situation. When I arrived the forms and registration was super quick and easy. I had to wait about 10 minutes to be taken back. Right away they noticed how miserable I was and got me some medicine before I got in a room. Dr. Karen was knowledgeable and compassionate. She gave me a shot and called in some medication to help. She was clear in what I needed to watch for and what to do if I got worse. Thankful to have found this urgent care!

Good experience, Ive used Urgent Care a few times this year, all of my visits have been good. They go the whole nine yards to find out whats wrong with you, and to make you feel better. Although I have Covid, they did a good job.

Late in making an appointment for my son’s physical exam for school. They were open on Saturday. This was great since the exam was due Monday morning. Pleasant staff. Easy office to find. In and out in 25 minutes. Easy peasy!

Great inbound experience. Appt set up online and only waited 30 min to see Karen whom was excellent and concerned about my issue and how to best resolve. Felt like I was the only patient she was seeing. Highly recommend.

Everyone from the start of my checking in and going all the way through x-rays, nurse, and physician they were amazing. I truly felt the compassion from everyone. I was in so much pain that day and the level of care I received was above and beyond.

Brought my daughter in for concern of a high fever that devolved today and congestion with some diarrhea that has been going on multiple days. When brought back to our room my wife and I took a rectal thermometer and took my daughter’s temperature. Temperature was 104 degrees and our daughter was lethargic. We administered Tylenol at 7:30AM and the time was now 1:30PM. Our daughter was brought back for triage (which the nurse or tech couldn’t even get the computer to work, either one of them) and a temporal temperature was taken no more than 5-10 minutes after my wife and I took her temperature and it read 99 degrees. My wife expressed that the temporal temperature absolutely could not be correct but another reading was not taken. Once brought back to the room, the nurse practitioner came in and before ever examining or touching our daughter, it was already preconceived notion that she had an “slight” ear infection and upper respiratory infection. She shortly listened to her lungs and checked her ears and immediately began the process of writing up antibiotics. No concern or notice was given to the 104 degree fever our 10 month old had. We left before getting a prescription because this diagnosis was not settling well with either of us and our daughter was getting more lethargic and her fever was not declining. Again, no concern to her declining demeanor. When we left, the NP was more offended than she was concerned for our daughter. We noted that she had a 104 fever and she said “well rectal is always 1 degree higher so” to which my wife and I both replied “okay so? She still has a 103 fever then.” We rushed her to the Dell children’s hospital where they were able to provide amazing care and concern for my daughter. Before we ever got back to a room they gave my daughter medicine to bring down the fever as fast as possible as she was still lethargic and dealing with a 104 degree fever. Before we were discharged her fever was gone and our daughter was back to a normal temperature and a non-lethargic state. Our first ever experience at NextCare has hindered us from trusting the expertise at this establishment. We probably won’t return even if it was just for us. You’re better off driving elsewhere for better care.

After a short wait for my daughter’s ear infection… we were given great treatment from Dr. Hillary. However, the front desk customer service was questionable. The ladies were not very friendly and welcoming. But overall I would come back to visit this place again

I LOVED the dr that I saw. She was incredible and listened to all the concerns we had. The nurses were also very friendly.However I got there promptly at opening and was told we were number 1 on the list. 2 people were seen ahead of us and we waited an hour. I finally complained and got right back. I know people w apts go first but one lady was a walk in 20 minutes after us and she got called back first.

Absolutely love the front office staff! So kind and helpful. The doctor was also very nice and very tentative. Best urgent care center Ive been to.

Getting in to see your normal Primary Care Physician is getting more and more difficult.Nextcare is always there when I need them.You can count on receiving excellent care. The medical team there are professionals. They truly are there to help you. The providers are caring and understanding. Their diagnosis is spot on.

Traveled to Texas for a work conference and got very sick.  I was leary going to a strange place for medical care.  The team here was a true god send.  They were wonderful from start to finish.  I got the best care and they were extremely responsive and reassuring.  Thank goodness for these medical professionals and how they help others in need.  I plan to send them a thank you for helping me through a difficult time.

If you can afford to go somewhere else,you should for your own sake and sanity. Waited 2 and 1/2 hours to see someone that didnt introduce themselves. So, I dont even know if it was a doctor. She spent all of 3 minutes with me. She didnt offer to help or offer to refill Ibuprofin. Just told me I had to see a specialist and handed me a folder. I left in so much pain and now I have to wait to see the specialist while enduring the pain. At night is the worst, I am not sleeping.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and sufficient! The doctor took her time and at the same time we were in and out! My kids felt very comfortable with her!NextCare is lucky to have Hillary at their Marble Falls office and we are too!

The nurse that did the COVID test made my nose bleed. When I told him and asked for something for the bleeding he told me unless it was gushing down it was normal - he may have said coming down -. Ive had COVID test before and there wasnt any bleeding. He asked if I was ok and I said no. He then said ok and closed the door in my face. Not the best service, when I just told him I was not ok.... The doctor and the front desk were great. Specially the front desk.

The staff went over and beyond to make our visit pleasant. Having superior customer service in an industry where people come to you not feeling well is a huge blessing!! Thanks to the staff and doctors!

Karen is the best doc I’ve seen in years!! I wish she could be my primary care doc!! She’s the best and I will only go when she’s on duty. Front desk was kind and helpful.

Was in and out in about 45 minutes. I got there about 15 minutes before my appointment time. I also had to wait 15 minutes to be sure I didnt have any type of reaction to the shot they gave me. Thanks for getting me fixed up quickly while I was out of town on vacation!!

I have nothing but high compliments for the emergency room care that I received it was prompt with very helpful cheerful people and it was a nice experience considering the situation. However, I do not have kudos for your records department I called and told them that I needed a copy for my orthopedic doctor up here it will not see me until he received a copy. I have a disc but he wanted to get something ahead of time. And they never replied. So I am jumping through hoops at home to try and get an appointment with an orthopedist. Otherwise nothing but good things to say.

NextCare was a great find. The clinic is welcoming and efficient, and finally gave me a chance to manage the nasty cold Ive been nursing since the start of vacation. Very pleased with the process and the location and the wonderful staff.

Conveniently located off highway 281 in Marble Falls. The facility is clean and staff are friendly. We were grateful for their service right before a holiday on a late Saturday afternoon Wait times can vary so check their website for current status. Even if you are on your way to the facility, it’s advisable to book an appointment to get your name in the queue. It is also convenient to complete check in paperwork through a reminder text that arrives before your appointment

Had to bring my child in - there was a little wait but the kid area was perfect for coloring and activities! The nurse and doctor were so kind and patient with my little guy. Excellent service everytime!

All the staff I interacted with was friendly and professional. The waiting room and office areas were inviting, comfortable and clean. Front staff person was efficient with time management for appointment, telling me where I was in the cue and stayed in communication with me via text as the appt time neared. The nurse and doctor were also friendly, knowledgable and diagnosed me quickly. Wish they were in El Paso, I would use this office for many medical needs. Great job everyone!

I had an online Telehealth appt with another company who told me they wouldn’t treat and I needed to be seen in person. So I reluctantly decided to go to urgent care. I walked in at 7:08 pm and the lady at the front desk told me that if I stayed there to be seen that I wouldn’t get out in time for a prescription but I could come back in the morning. We went back and forth for a few minutes with her telling me this, discouraging me from staying or that she could send me down to burnet, but that they would just tell me the same thing. So I left. I know I have periorbital cellulitis and I need antibiotics asap before it turns into something more serious.As an RN that has worked in various clinical settings, I am concerned with this dismissal of care.I hope they don’t send people away with more serious concerns.

Great experience, and on a Sunday! Was able to book an appointment on line, and got a courtesy text from the office to confirm my arrival time. The check-in process was very quick, and I got in right away. The PA who saw me (Hillary) was very good at listening to my concerns and provided me with an appropriate treatment plan and scripts. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. I definitely recommend the Marble Falls NextCare facility!

My granddaughter made an appointment, had to wait three hours past appointment time with a throbbing earache and infection. Was seen briefly by dr. Someone finally came in telling her she might as well go so.she could pick up her antibiotic and get one dose in tonight. By then HEB Pharmacy had been closed 30 minutes. Her insurance card states $50 for urgent care, which she has paid each time. Not this time. Lady very rudely charged her $75 despite looking at her card. 3 hr wait. + no antibiotics + $25 overcharge = very bad experience.

Visiting in the area and needed medical advice for a respiratory issue. Fast friendly service. The medical staff was very thorough

The day I visited my local location the experience was better than great 👍 however I have been unable to get my medical records or an after visit summary online or by phone.

What a joke and a fiasco. Went in 1/2 hour early for my scheduled appointment with sinus issues, difficulty breathing and severe chest pain/congestion. Waited 45 minutes in the exam room for a nurse practitioner to tell me with a smirk I wasnt sick enough and they could do nothing. They sure took my/my insurance companys money though. Plan to see a real doctor but will have to wait until tomorrow now.

Everyone at NextCare was great to me the doctor was very helpful the nurses very friendly the reception is very friendly and helpful cant say enough about it been there twice both times exceptional

I walk in with just 1 person in the waiting room told me since I was a walk in I had to wait till 1230. Not a customer friendly business. Will never go back. Horrible customer service

Getting an appointment and getting the paperwork done online was easy which is nice when you are really feeling bad. The staff were very caring and really helpful. Even though the Doctor determined it was a virus, she still prescribed meds to help my symptoms.

10+ stars for the receptionist Samantha, and Dr. Karen!! Samantha was awesome about getting us signed up for the advantage plan, and Dr Karen was awesome. She listened to all our concerns and got us taken care of in a timely manner! Samantha had stickers, toys, and lolipops at the front waiting for the kiddos after their visit! Great experience all the way around!

The PA Hillary that I saw today was very good. She listened to what I had to say. Understood what my concerns were. And resolved my issues for coming in to Next Care. However, the online intake paperwork took some time and effort to do prior to the office visit. When I was talking to the intake nurse Paulette she had to go through all of the questions all over again saying her system Solv didn’t cross over to the system used online! Paulette was not a friendly person and all but chastised me for coming in because their X-ray system was down. I said it would be a good thing to put that on your website so that people don’t waste their time coming in! I was going to walk out because of her attitude of just that “what is it you want to accomplish from us then?” I thought I needed an X-ray but that wasn’t going to happen. She finally got me to a room where I met with PA Hillary. After examination she determined I needed a muscle relaxer for neck and shoulder. She was thorough and very kind. I did mention how it was not the case with the intake nurse Paulette.

NextCare is a great urgent care. They are fast and always very welcoming. The doctors and nurses are sweet and patient with my two year old every time. I have never had a bad experience and will continue using NextCare.

They were not busy so I was in and out quickly. Second time I’ve been in in less than 2 months. Saw the same staff who were again courteous and professional.

The entire visit went by smooth. The front office as always was very kind. The Dr. Was kind with my 15 month old. The office was pretty busy as I was there, but I felt like we were in and out pretty quick. Definitely recommend and will go back.

In years other hospitals never told me that I had have bronchitis instead they had told me I had allergies and yesterday at next care they told me about bronchitis and is working so good (the medicine)

Scheduled an appointment only to arrive and find out there are no physical doctors. Only virtual visits which takes twice as long because they have 3 virtual doctors for all of the NextCare facilities. Waited 20 minutes along with the two people that were ahead of me and then left. Not a facility for the working man who relies on a strict schedule. Maybe advise during the appointment setting that there are no physical doctors.

Staff was friendly and courteous. I would recommend next care. Urgent care to friends and family.

The front desk last was amazing! My kids can’t sit still ever and it was super stressful and she reassured me she had kids and understood ❤️ She was quick and helpful.The lady who took our vitals and tests was very patient considering how my 8 year old was acting! And the Dr listened to me when I expressed my concerns. Very quick and good with my girls. Very much appreciate how everyone was considering I couldn’t get in our primary dr. Thank you all sooo much!

Doctor was wonderful! Care was great.Front desk guy with painted nails, eating, watching TV on his phone and laughing out loud at his show wasnt a great way to be welcomed.

My son is in the high school band, and he is attending band camp at present. He informed me on Wednesday, that he had to have a physical, and it needed to be done by Friday. NextCare was, not only able to accommodate us at the last minute, but they also did so quickly, efficiently, budget friendly, and the best part was how friendly everyone was! From reception and med staff, to provider, the friendliness was abundant. The kind that only comes from people who are happy in their jobs!Stellar.

The wait time was lengthy, but the service was top notch. Seems like the “urgent” should be removed from there naming of the care.

Took my child in as a walk in. The check in was a bit irritating as I was required to answer a lot of repetitive questions online, but everything else was great. We didn’t wait long and both the providers were great. Very sweet to my nervous child and great care.

Everyone was very professional & attentive.I had Covid and I have rheumatoid arthritis so I was a little bit scared. But they made me feel at ease and I got past Covid.❤️🙏🏼So happy there’s still people that care about your medical needs.NP Hillary really listens to her patients.

The nurses were super friendly, the doctor was great. I was able to call in and get in appointment an hour from that, took my kiddo in and was in and out in half an hour.

It was a good experience. My child has autism and they were very kind, professional and sweet with him (he is terrified of doctors).

Been here before and the staff was amazing the last time but this time was horrible tbh, Jennifer was the nurse practitioner/doctor that we were talking to and she was extremely unpleasant and didn’t give us any recommendations at all, said that she can only give us 10 minutes of her time she never sat down to review her labs or anything or talk about her medical history to try to see what was wrong. said that she couldn’t do anything for her, extremely disappointed!!!

I had to go in on New Years which was also a Sunday and everything else was closed. They were busy, but was able to put me on the schedule for a couple hours later. I got there early for my appointment time and they got me in and out fast. Everyone was so incredibly friendly! I saw Hillary who was friendly and extremely pleasant to see! Even not feeling well it was a great visit!

Everything about my visit to Nextcare today was excellent. I especially liked the nurse practitioner Linda Sutherland. She was competent and caring. After a thorough exam she prescribed several things for my condition. I’ll return to Nextcare because they care, have a great facility, and a great staff. And they are close to home!

The NextCare experience was a good one... the staff was very friendly and kidded/joked with me which helped me feel comfortable considering where I was... and, when the time came for examination they were all business and very professional. Great balance of patient care/bedside manner and professionalism. They made an Urgent Care experience as good as it could have been.

It took 1 and a half hours to see a doctor due to the facility being severely short handed. Once we were in a room, the appointment went smoothly. The doctor and staff were very pleasant and took great care of my 7 year old. I do recommend them and ask if you visit to have patience. Their jobs are hard. Thank you Nextcare for getting my son in when his normal doctors office wouldnt even call me back.

We have used urgent care for myself and my children . It is a way better option than the emergency room and when you’re not able to get in with a doctor. The lobby is nice and the staff and doctors are great . I love that I can make an appointment online and do my check in from my phone . Great place

Quick, greeted as soon as we walked in, patient, and extremely kind.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Make an appointment they say! Wait in waiting room almost one hour and in exam room almost a hour and still have not been seen. We are not from here but hope we never have to use this location again. If medical is needed again while visiting will definitely look for somewhere else. Its not like they are full Im a nurse and I know what busy is. I would be curious to actually see how many patients they see a day.

Everyone was super nice, took great care of my brother, and service was quick! Only reason Im leaving 4 stars is because the spiral stairs to get to the front door...they were brutal for me and nothing is wrong with me. I cant imagine how it is for those who arent feeling well!

I took my grown son here while we were on vacation. He was very, very sick, and I have to admit I was a little nervous about him going here, only because it’s such a small town and I’m accustomed to living in the city, and having everything I need and want at my fingertips. We were treated respectfully, and professionally from the start. We also were treated with kindness, and everyone took their time with us. It was so great and a huge relief. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a Dr quickly. I hope we don’t need to return here, but if we do I know we will get the care we need.

I went in for ear pain , I also had stomach pain along with nausea.. I thought I had an ear infection. The doctor came in, she was nice but she spent 2 seconds looking in my ear and said it was infected and sent me on my way. I was shocked with how quickly she was in and out. I took the amoxicillin she prescribed me for a day and a half. I got seen by another doctor because I thought she did my visit too quick. Turns out it’s not an infection , not pink at all.. and the medicine made my stomach pain worse and added more issues for my gut. Very annoyedNow I have to stop an antibiotic which is not good either

Office staff was great. Thank goodness Hillary NP happened to be working today. She saved me from going to a podiatrist to remove a toenail. Thank you ladies!!

Great Customer Service from the front desk,Nurse, to the Doctor! Took care of me in about 20 minutes total. I read other reviews about some wait time, just wanted to say that anywhere you go that treats you like a patient and not a number...there is going to be a wait time!I worked for Physicians for 10 years and I know how a great medical office is run properly...this is definitely a great place to go! I will be returning if the need arises in the future!

My family and I were visiting Texas from Iowa, and our kids had a lingering cold which worsened into an ear infection. I had to find a walk-in clinic quickly. I cannot say enough good things about my experience! From the registration process online to the follow up from the receptionist to the pleasant demeanor of everyone in the office, not to mention an excellent doctor Who listened well, had tons of knowledge knew exactly what to do and was just an awesome human! I didn’t feel nervous at all and my son who gets nervous during doctor appointments had a very great experience. This place was absolutely great!

Went to the Marble Falls location for a pre employment drug screen. Facility is welcoming and staff is friendly. I was seen within minutes upon arrival. (Unheard of at other facilities I’ve been to.) They have a “check in upon arrival” option on their user friendly app or text message system. Highly recommend this facility if you’d like fast and friendly service!

I live in Cypress and have a weekend house in Smithwick. I have gone to this clinic 2 -3 times over the past years and it’s got to be one of the best urgent care clinics in the State of Texas. You always get quick care with great Doctors and staff. I asked for then to move their clinic to Cypress.but some unknown reason they want no part of it ?? Lol Honestly y’all have a great clinic in Marble Falls. Thanks.

We drove up this morning right at 8:00 for an ankle injury. I was seen by 8:30, was x-rayed and given a support boot for the ankle. Staff was very friendly and professional. I was out of there by 9:00. Highly recommend them! Also found out that you can register online and be notified when your appointment is about to start. How awesome is that?!

When you got there, the receptionist greeted my daughter & myself. She was very lovely. They nurse & the doctor whom treated me were so wonderful & professional. Honestly it didnt even seem like I was @ a hospital. I felt like I was around family. The wait time in my car was a bit long every thing else was okay. The front desk gal was very polite and did not get upset about my husbands constantly checking in to see how much longer the wait. Once in the room the nurse practioner took her time with me and offered a good exam.

I attempted to take my sick 5 year old here this morning. I tried to check in online, as prompted by the website, but it was not taking checkins.I called to make sure they were open and was told they are only accepting walk-in’s, no online check ins. “Walk in with your ID and a mask to be seen” is exactly what they said. Online it said zero patients waiting, so we went.We walk in, my daughter crying on the floor, and the women at the front desk says I can make an appointment for 2.5 hrs from now. I explained that website and person on the phone said to just walk in, no appointments. She was very rude and told me I could come back in 3 hours, with an appointment.If that is their policy, it should be clearly stated on the website and shared with the phone reps. Appointment only is a lot different than walk in urgent care.

When you’re sick, there is nothing harder than having to wait for a doctor or a prescription. This service was amazing! Booked in at 9:15 and had my prescription in hand by 10:15! Everyone was incredibly kind and empathetic. There was a lot of people there when I went, so I had to wait. But, I could tell the staff and doctors did their best to keep the wait as short as possible.

I went in for stitches and Jaimie Jones, NP was amazing! She took her time and stitched me up, made me feel very comfortable and confident that she was able to take care of me. The nurse was also, but I am so sorry to not recall her name. They were awesome! I will definitely be back if I ever need an urgent care visit again. You guys rock!

First visit at NextCare was impressive. I was very sick with bronchitis and a throat infection and got there about 7pm. I couldnt breathe, my throat was hurting severely and I was exhausted. There were several people in the waiting room and I was afraid it was going to be a while. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful and I waited a total of 15 minutes. The male nurse that came and got me was very nice also. He was very attentive and patiently listened as I tried to speak/ whisper. After he got the necessary information and vitals, I went into a room and waited, maybe, 7 minutes before the Dr. came in. He was also very friendly, smiling as he came in and very attentive to my illness. He seemed genuinely concerned about my health and helping me get well. After the initial exam, he gave me a breathing treatment, came back and checked on me, two shots, came back and checked on me and sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy I had indicated. For a first visit, especially, it went extraordinarily well and I am most grateful. I would absolutely recommend NextCare to anyone needing primary care. As I left, I got another friendly smile from the front desk and she wished me well. Awesome office!!

The medical staff is exceptional with offering the best care I need in times when my health requires immediate attention. The only thing I find perturbing is the loud country music played in the lobby. It is not suited for patients entering the clinical setting when we are experiencing sicknesses or other conditions and need soothing effects for healing whilst waiting to be be seen by clinicians.

I was very sick and went there to get help. Two nurses came in to the exam room to draw my blood. They had me lay my arm on an exam table to take the blood. The one that had the syringe asked the other nurse where to stick it in my arm. It appears that she had never drawn blood before. That scared me. I felt like I was a guinea pig. The other nurse agreed to draw my blood because I said I didnt want to be her first experience drawing blood. She then tore off the tape and put it on the examination table. I doubt that the table was sterilized since the last patient laid on it. This tape was to hold the cotton ball! I now have zero confidence in this place. Also, I had to wait approximately 3 hours before I saw someone to examine me. She was very nice, but not a doctor. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Had to wait forever due to another patient, but the person I believe her name was chandler was very nice when taking my vitals and giving me my shot during a awkward situation and was very helpful when explaining my prescription

Friendly, efficient. All COVID protocol well posted and followed. Even though 21 folks were before me, I did not have to wait too long before I went back and got an X-ray. Escorted to a room and I waited less than 15 minutes to be seen. The longest part was waiting for the paperwork. I could have left without it, but chose to wait.Great experience. Well informed and well trained professionals...from the front desk forward.

Ive used this facility on several occasions and they have usually been very professional and courteous. But I had to go to see them last night, Tuesday 4/16/2019, and I arrived 5 minutes before their closing time. Another lady walked in right after I reached the check-in window and thats when Samantha (the girl who checks you in) sighed and shook her head and said geez. She was very irritated and not friendly at all. The man who is the nurse then came striding out of the back and locked the doors, about 3 minutes before their advertised closing time of 8pm. And Samantha called out to him Thank You!. When he took me to the back to take my vitals and put me in a room he was less than friendly about it. Letting the door to the room slam behind him as he said the doctor will be with you as soon as he can. So last night was not a pleasant experience. The doctor there is very good and always professional. What I would say to Samantha and the nurse is....if you work for an Urgent Care facility that takes patients in for treatment up 8pm every night it only makes sense that this is going to happen regularly. And if you dont like working late, then you need to find another profession. Dont take it out on the patient.

I don’t normally write reviews but this one’s been sitting badly with me for a while now. I came into this place over the summer and had an awful experience. Samantha at the front desk had recognized me from my place of employment and proceeded to complain to me about one of my employees. Mind you I was terribly sick with tonsillitis. It was extremely unprofessional in my opinion and made me super uncomfortable.

I was experiencing unexpected knee pain after a kayaking day in the lake. I made an online appointment to have my knee checked out. I was treated kindly and with compassion during my visit with Amanda the PA. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I prefer NextCare over a regular family physician. Their office is so streamlined and their billing is clear. I went this morning for something in my eye that resulted in a scratched cornea. They got me fixed up and out quickly. The physician was extremely knowledgeable and handled a painful and anxious process with ease.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the Dr. he was through as well. I was the first person there on a Saturday. I was seen right away. Good place to go when you are from out of state and sick. I would recommend. The receptionist did say they have an on line check in. They take take those patients first. Good to know for the future.

Unsure what the benefit of making a reservation is - made one for 2pm for my wife, it is currently 330 and still sitting a room waiting to be seen. Have checked with the nurses twice, and told twice that we were next up (said the first time she forgot about 2 rooms).Staff seems friendly, will give an updated review once the appointment is done.

I needed a Covid-test as I was travelling out of the USA, because of recent increase in cases it was difficult to get an appointment elsewhere. I walked into the clinic, I was a little stressed as to time line, and the staff were so kind and helpful. I was able to get tested that very morning, and all went well. I would most certainly recommend Next Care Urgent Care.

I have been seeing PA Hailey Wilson for about 3 months now. I hurt my back at work and she has been wonderful. She actually listens to what u have to say and and really does care how her patienys feel. She is very understand and will do what it take to take care of her patients. The rest of the staff is always so friendly and very carino. I normally dont go to the urgent care. But this one i will always come back. They know how to treat Patient. They really love their job. Went in on a Friday morning to avoid a Monday morning rush. The receptionist was very courteous and advised it would be just a few minutes. She wasn’t wrong and I saw Karen who fixed me right up. Really quick, very professional.

**Appointments are NOT prioritized over walk-ins*** I had other options available for urgent care but selected them because they had several appointments available and at an earlier time. I completed ALL paperwork prior to arrival. I was told that they were running behind but it wouldnt be that long. My appointment was at 2:40 today. Its 4:10 and I am still in the lobby. I was told there was 1 person in front of me 3 people ago. I dont understand why you have appointments if they dont mean anything! The app lists appointments and walk-ins so that you know where you are in line. I had no appointments before me listed and 6 walk-ins below. I checked prior to my name being called and the walk-in list had 2 people. Several people who walked in after me where seen prior to me dispite not having an emergent complaint or appointment. YOU ARE SETTING YOUR CLINICAL STAFF UP FOR UPSET PATIENTS! The scheduling issues are not their fault.

I’m in town visiting my folks when my toddler suddenly had trouble going to the restroom, and would scream in pain. They were absolutely wonderful with my child, and were able to quickly diagnose the issue/call in the prescription. The facility was spotless, and the staff efficient and kind.

I made an appointment for 11:30am online.Arrived at 11:00am to check in and fill out paperwork.I was seen shortly after, doctor checked my foot. I took x-rays and a shot for inflammation. Received my crutches and a boot then paperwork. I was out of there by 1:00pm. Very nice staff, friendly and fast!🙏 Thank y’all

Terrible experience with this Urgent Care!! The wait wasnt too bad to start with even though the waiting room was empty. The nurse was very friendly and helpful. The doctor we saw was a joke!! My husband and I both went due to horrible sinus infections. I had dark green and bloody mucus coming up. I also had a very sore swollen throat. The nurse swabbed us for strep because our 3 year old was diagnosed with strep the day before. Test came back negative. So the nurse swabbed us for the flu and said the test would take 15 minutes. 30+ minutes later the doctor came back in. Flu test was negative and said what we had is viral. We asked for a shot to help get over the crud quickly and he refused to give us shots. He did not prescribe any medicine either. I also asked him for a daily allergy prescription due to my mild/sever allergies. He refused to write me a prescription. He told me that if I thought the name brand over the counter allergy medicine was too expensive then I could buy the off brand. Literally a waste of time and money. He listened to our breathing, looked at our throats and ears. That was it. Never checked our sinuses or felt for anything. I will never return to this clinic!!

The people in the Marble Falls, Tx. Clinic are GREAT!.Ive never had to wait long and the receptionist is really helpful (& SO nice!). The nurses have always treated me with respect, listened attentively, made me feel comfortable, and are were very professional. The doctor has been very professional and also has a humorous bedside manner! He has helped me a few times wit medical issues. He has great diagnostic abilities, has been right about treatment and he never talks over my head. If ya gotta go, go there!

My wait was minimal and I got the care I needed in a professional and thorough manner. I began to feel markedly better within hours of their protocol. I would have had to wait an extra day or two if I were to get in with my primary care doctor so I truly appreciated getting a head start with Next Care. I will definitely consider them as a first resort instead of last.

Was visiting Texas and left backpack with meds at security in Colorado Springs. Medications and all. After a total shitshow with FedEx and 3 days of no meds we had to visit the Urgent Care in Marble Falls TX. Friendly staff, excellent service and care. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were coming in from driving over 17 hours. We both got strep throat on the road, but he was a few hours behind me. We stopped in a clinic for me in the morning, but my husband didn’t feel sick until we passed the last clinic that takes our insurance, about five hours before Marble Falls. We called ahead and told them we would be there at 8:02pm, and they close at 8. I explained how long we had been driving and that we had a car full of kids and that my husband had and to work in the morning, but he just needed a strep test and antibiotics. The lady on the phone curtly responded that they close the doors at 8 on the dot, but that she would not lock them before. Now, I understand that they want to go home, but it is only a two minute difference and strep is a pretty easy thing to diagnose. It was also the day before New Year’s Eve, so she could have taken the opportunity to be kind. We drove as fast as we could and got to the clinic seconds before 8pm, but the doors were already locked. The lady in front refused to open the door even though we got there in time. It appalls me when people won’t lend the smallest kindnesses to others or at least be polite. I know people will keep going here because they have to for medical needs and insurance purposes, but I fortunately don’t live in the area and have a doctor and clinics with lovely staffs.

Hope you don’t have to ever call one of their locations. It’s a terrible automated experience. Why can you not directly call the marble falls office to speak with the front desk workers? Arrived early, waited close to an hour to be seen even though the location was not that busy. Got decent service, paid in full and left to get my prescriptions. Few weeks later and I’m being hassled about the bill that I already paid and now have to jump through hoops to get ahold of anyone. Will go elsewhere next time.

On a family trip to this area and had a water incident and in a lot of pain with possibly ruptured ear drums and the lady blatantly stated “we don’t carry narcotics in office, I stated that was fine I don’t want that just check and see if they are ruptured and I know I have water in my ears so possibly a rx for antibiotics for swimmers ear, she said I wouldn’t be able to get my rx until tomorrow and I said that was fine then she finished with it’s a 3 hour wait and I said that was fine, she immediately says they can’t help me and I said ok, she said an er up the road and wished me luck and we left to go to the er which was amazing! I will never recommend this place.

Once I saw the doctor, she was attentive, listened to my symptoms, confirmed previous treatment for the same issue, and prescribed medication that worked quickly to relieve my symptoms. Very satisfied. Unfortunately the system that transmits prescriptions to the pharmacy was down and it took 2 hours to get my meds. An unforseen delay.
