Staff was excellent! Front staff was extremely pleasant. Pretty quick to get seen. Kristen, the APRN, was awesome. She explained everything, answered all questions, was very pleasant and professional. Lobby and examining room was very clean also. Would most definitely go back, if and when there is a need.

My son needed a physical for school completed quickly. Making an appointment was easy, we were seen within 24 hours. All the staff were extremely nice! From the front desk receptionist, to the nurse and provider. The nurse gabby was very nice, and patient with my son who is on the autism spectrum. The provider was just as nice, and made my son feel very comfortable, I believe his name was Jim or James (from what my son tells me). Thank you guys, keep being awesome!

I did a virtual visit and was having a lot of technical difficulty. They were so very helpful and called multiple times to try to help me connect. Eventually we got it to work and they were absolutely lovely. I will definitely be using their urgent care again if needed.

The doctor was very kind and answered all my questions. Even more so than my primary doctor did. I love the staff here. They take very good care of all patients

I brought my son here who has an extreme case of eczema. He use to see a dermatologist for 3 years to renew his daily medication but they do not accept our new insurance. Without the medication his outbreaks are extreme.. excessive dry irritating painful blistering skin ALL OVER his body that would most times bleed. We called multiple dermatologist in search of a new one and everyone was booking out to October even with explaining the situation. Had no choice but to book and go to urgent care. First time done, quick and easy and provided him with much relief that he was dealing with for a couple months. The outbreak came back as soon as he finished the treatment. Went back a second time because he couldn’t deal with the pain and JESSICA GRANT told him she doesn’t want to see him there again because she saw he was previously there. Thankfully when going back a third time (unknowing Jessica grant said this until today) provider JAMES WHEELER was there. He was very kind, understanding and reassured my son about being able to come back if and when it happens again! Also would like to mention it was a different provider the first time as well no problem with that initial visit because they can all see how bad the eczema he’s presenting with.

Urgent Care team did their job with sensitivity and caring. Walk In was a plus ! Check in was fast and Doctor evaluated and made me feel safe and reassured all is going to be fine with right medication and care! I will not go anywhere else from now on ! Thank you so very much !

I always have a great experience coming here. All staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Always my go-to walk in clinic. Just went in for a two cuts that might need stitches. Luckily only needed glue/strips but the check-in staff, assistant and doctor were so kind and personable. Just what everyone needs when they are sick or injured. Highly recommend!

I dont think anyone wants to need to go to Urgent Care, but this place was fantastic. The staff was friendly the provider that saw me was amazing, it was easy to make a reservation online before I went. The wait time was non-existent. A very well run organization.

Great visit, was unable to see my PCP but was recommended to go to Urgent care. Check in was super easy and very fast. All the staff I saw were very kind courteous and professional. In and out in no time. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Little to no wait time. Physician one in Manchester always takes care of me and my family quickly and efficiently. They are very thorough and carry out all the necessary tests.

There was hardly any wait and the check-in process was quick and simple. All staff were kind, patient, and took the time to listen to my concerns. The doctor answered all of my questions and was very reassuring. I recommend this clinic to anyone in need of urgent care!

I have been going to the Physician One Urgent Care center here in Manchester since I moved here five years ago. I cannot say enough about the excellent care received, the dedication and courtesy of the staff as well the organization and the follow through; truly superior!!! A special shout out to Zoe, Alexandra Sirrine, Keisha and Nicole Who managed my care last week!

I made sure Jim was working the day of my appointment. As usual, he was excellent; a combination of polite and professional. He checked me out, gave me an EKG and determined that I was in trouble. He then threaded the needle by calmly and politely getting his point across regarding the seriousness of the situation but not acting as if the situation could not be resolved. He gave me the appropriate paperwork and told me to go to the nearby emergency room at the hospital, which I did. I was well taken care of there, unfortunately for a few days.Jim was an excellent gatekeeper to the medical system. Without access to him at the clinic, my doctors appointment three months away, the quickest one I could get, may have been too late to save me from serious damage.

Really smooth experience. Same day appointments available, even on weekends. They only charged me the copay for a regular doctors visit instead of the urgent care rate on my insurance card, which was super great. Got called right at my appointment time. Nurse was nice and funny. They did the tests I asked for and they only took less than 20 minutes to run. They gave me a diagnosis and some medicine shortly after that and I was on my way. A very fast and smooth experience, this will definitely be my go-to place for sick visits.

Very thorough, listened to everything I said. They did what they felt was the best for me and my care. Not rushed in and out and it was a great experience.

I live in Danbury but was in Manchester that evening. I searched for the nearest Urgent care and found this. I had sprained or strained my back and lower back muscles and had excruciating pain. The first impression that made me at ease was the sign on the door which read Welcome to Paradise The in take process was smooth and within a few mins, I was taken in. The assistant who helped me with initial diagnosis and who checked the BP, temp was very kind and made me feel comfortable. Soon the Doctor came and comforted me by assuming that I did not break my back..lol..He prescribed some medication and showed/ and gave the stretching exercises.All in all it is a great place. 👍Thanks again ☺️

The Nurse assistant was good, pleasant and did what she was expected to do. The PA was friendly although he heard my reason for coming in, I didnt think he did as a thorough exam as he should have. Although I wasnt is any dire straight, he should examend my ears, looked in my throat and even palpated my neck for any swollen glands. Given my symptoms he did prescribe an Abx, which I was to use if the situation got worse. Maybe I presented looking healthier than expected and he responded accordingly?

The staff were ok. I went there Friday because I had a bad cough ear ache and sore throat. The doctor that seen me told to go and she would call me with my results. She never called me and on top of that I ended going to the emergency room. And I had severe ear infection which the doctor never checked my ears out after stating to her my ear was hurting, Very unprofessional. Will not return again

I should have called 911 for a severe allergic reaction to a hornet sting. Ive been stung by bees so many times didnt think much until I started swelling. They were close and I entered afraid. Couldnt see, hard time breathing. This staff was so concerned for me! They made me feel comfortable with a life threatening allergic reactions. They called 911 for me and gave me a epinephrine shot that I belive seriously saved my life! I will never forget this experience for the rest of my life, thank you!

I would have preferred the previous provider here who understood sinus infections on a deeper level and prescribed an effective product.I didnt appreciate having to litigate my prescription, and Im not confident this RX will be effective at solving my sinus infection.Ive never in my history of sinus infections had one resolve by wishful thinking and OTC sprays, potions, or other medical workarounds.She was perfectly professional if somewhat adversarial.

From the receptionist to the care providers, I was treated with the best of bedside manners. I had a very short wait and was out very quickly. I have no problem giving them 5 stars and two thumbs up!

Amelia was incredibly informative and genuinely kind during my appt. She listened to me, was very thorough and never rushed.Front desk staff was also cheerful and kind. As was the CNA.

Ease of scheduling a quick appointment online. Open 7 days a week which is a plus. Wait was not bad at all. Very clean location on the inside! Dr was awesome! Got us right in sent meds right over and was fantastic with my kiddos. Would highly recommend!

Took my daughter here when she wasnt feeling well because her pedi was full. Great experince for a walk in clinic!! Clean , the ppl working there were genuine and kind - from the front office staff , to the techs, to the Dr. himself. They had coloring for the kids and even gave us sodas and snacks, I was genuinely shocked how well ran it was for an urgi care. The technician even hugged my daughter after giving her the Covid test, seriously sweet people. Might just go there for everything now lol!I only gave them 4/5 instead of 5 because the wait time was somewhat long. But seriously a great office I would recommend to anyone. Also the Dr. offered to write a script for zofran for my daughter which Ive never had a dr do for a stomache but so that was great. Thanks doc!

They were fast and so helpful. The staff was so nice to me and my son. I came back two weeks later for something else. My appt was at 4:30,got here at 4:05. Sat in the waiting for until 5:10. Was brought into a room. Its now 5:40 and Ive still yet to be seen. VERY U PROFESSIONAL

This was my first experience at PhysicianOne Urgent Care. I made an appointment, arrived a few minutes early, and was called in right at the scheduled time of my appointment. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and caring. Communications with PhysicianOne Urgent Care was easy. Enrolling and making my appointment was done without any issues. I highly recommend PhysicianOne Urgent Care for urgent medical needs.

Dr James wheeler is Amazing! He took the time to hear everything i had to say. He is very intelligent, thinks out of the box. He is the best MD ive ever came in contact with in CT. I have have bad experiences with Hartford Hospital and Trinity is the worst. They Never ever got to the root of my problem and neverr care to listen to there patients.. But coming to Physicians One is affilliated with Yale NewHaven and i got the best care today . Dr wheeler really is a woundeful Dr. He is compassionate, and really cares. Id give him a million stars if i could. But this will only let me give him 5 stars. He deserves many more. I love this place.

I was very happy with the care I received. The staff was kind and professional. I really like the set up of the office and exam rooms.I feel like I received better care than at my primary care office.

After waiting an inordinate period of time beyond my appointment, the PA told me that he would prescribe an antibiotic without examining me. While saying that he never uses them himself, he seemed very comfortable making the prescription without taking a culture or conducting any other examination, beyond recording vital signs.

I have never had a bad experience with a nurse or doctor any time I have visited this location. Just a heads up that sometimes there is a bit of difficulty connecting to a particular pharmacy if you need medications after the visit. Have never concluded if it’s the fault of the practice or of the pharmacy so I don’t want to make any harmful assumptions. Just call the number that is available at all hours and they should be able to assist if you find yourself in that situation.

Very short wait time, kind, efficient staff, took care of the problem. Great visit... I mean as great as a visit for terrible poison ivy is going to be.

The care provided by Physician One Urgent Care was excellent. Treatment was given and I was referred to my doctor for follow up care. Pain was relieved and information was clearly provided for immediate care.

I made A Appointment On phone app For 11am Got There At 10:30 Am Waited Till 12:20pm To see Doctor They put me in a room took my urine and vitals and Waited Over A Hour I ask Staff Where was the Doctor I got 3 Different Responses Finally I Came out of room And told staff if anyone of them can read My urine results Because I waited long enough and I needed to go back to work The doctor was seated at the desk and told me give her a minute that she would be in To give me my results I waited another 20 minutes she comes in never closes the door behind her tells me my urine results with open door and staff feet’s away from us and persist to talk to me I politely told her I had to leave she said I can call in medication for you I said ok I walked away they never gave me Discharge papers doctor was very unprofessional and I was very upset. Staff is great but that one doctor was not Professional at all. I Don’t think I will return to this walk in and I don’t recommend it.

Even though I wasn’t feeling well I had the greatest experience at their office. I don’t remember if she’s the physician assistant but Jessica was amazing. She went above and beyond with taking my vitals, asking me questions about my prescriptions and showing concerns with me making sure I take my medication. Very down to earth and at the same time professional. My Physician Amelia was also great, again down to earth but professional. She listened to me describing my concerns and was very attentive. Love that she wasn’t dismissive to what I was saying and gave me different options as to what was going on with me and what to do. Service was timely. I highly recommend this establishment.

Everyone was extremely friendly, caring, understanding, and made us feel as if we were best friends/ family. My daughter felt terrible all day and night before, and no exaggeration- they had her smiling and close to her bouncy personality before we left.My little miss wasnt fond of the popsicle taste, but that was honestly the only thing she wasnt a fan of.5 ☆☆☆☆☆ - From the second we walked through the front door, all the way to when we left and came back for questions, they jumped at the opportunity to answer with smiles on their faces. Went for a piece of glass in my finger. They told me I needed an xray when everyone knows glass doesn’t show up on an xray because they wanted to bill my husky for another procedure.Then to remove it they cut my finger in the wrong area and told me it would work itself out.. when everyone knows glass works itself deeper.Less than useless.

Kristen is so helpful and pleasant. Kyle was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. I didnt catch the nice womans name at the front desk who checked me in but she was very friendly and laughed at my jokes, which is really 90% of it, for me. 🤣🤣🤣

I really like walk ins where you can easily Make an appt, and this location kept to a nice tight schedule. We were seen quickly and the staff was very efficient and pleasant.

I needed a PPD test for an employer. I googled urgent care near me & found Physician One. I was able to schedule an appointment on line for the same day.When I arrived everyone was very polite & professional. I enjoyed listening to the over head music.On my second visit, they weren’t too busy. PA Jim read my arm, he had such a positive, comical personality, I appreciated his sense of humor, I was in & out 🚪All in all I had a great experience, I would return in the future.

My visit was very good Dr Wheeler was nice and treated me with kindness and concern. He told me what was wrong and gave me medication to make me feel better. He joked with me about old TV shows and it made me feel more comfortable to be there. I will definitely recommend urgent care to others.

They’re 2 for 2 for visits for me. Short wait time, typically have appointments available same day, and medical advice I trust. Will be my choice for urgent care for the future.

From the moment I walked in & saw the smiling face of the receptionist (& upbeat music) to the entire medical staff, it was a welcoming environment. I was seen quickly (on-line appointment process easy to navigate). James Wheeler, PA was super-friendly & had sense of humor which is always appreciated. No one wants to visit urgent care, especially week before Thanksgiving, but if I ever need urgent care again during weekend, I wouldn’t hesitate to visit Physician One again.

The staff is very nice. I like going to PysicianOne because I can get in and out quickly. Its easier than trying to see my PCP.

I was happy with my service there, because I had went to the one in Glastonbury a few weeks before all they did was give me prescriptions and sent me on my way. Didn’t even help me until I got real bad and then I had to go to you guys and finally I feel 60% better today just in one day after my breathing treatment. Thank you so much for your help. It was very much appreciated. I will be going to you guys on the next emergency appointment. I need to go to.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. I was hesitant about going to this urgent care based on how it looked on the outside but I was completely wrong. The inside is very nice and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and kind. They actually care and listen to all your concerns and try to find answers to your health issues. The doctor I was seen by was Wheeler and I wish there were more doctors like him , he was awesome. The nurse that took care of me was also a sweetheart. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to family and friends.

Went here for a sinus infection and received wonderful and fast service. I had gone 3 years prior and they still had my insurance on file which made for a quick and effortless check in. Doctors are very knowledgeable and the front desk people are very welcoming and friendly. Ive had many bad experiences with doctors offices and I felt comfortable here. Facility is clean and tidy. I will not consider any other walk in going forward this will be my first choice. Highly reccomend!

Was sent for ultrasound and was told I would receive callback with the results in day or two. Never received a callback after calling the provider who actually did the ultrasound and confirmed that the findings were sent to PhysicianOne.

I was greeted by Anna, who was absolutely amazing. Then Jessica was the nurse who brought me in the room who went over my history and she was very thorough. She was very friendly and kind. Then the doctor I believe her name was Joann made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She was very informative. I will definitely be coming back here. I would recommend this clinic for sure. Thank you again, Anna, Jessica and Joann for making my visit an excellent experience.

It was my first experience going to an urgent care for my son. Ive been lucky for his first 3 years that he doesnt get seriously sick where we couldnt handle it at home. He got Pink eye and I knew he was going to need antibiotic eye drops since it was bacterial. I made an appointment online and came in 10 minutes before. When I got there the receptionist checked me in right away and offered crayons or gold fish snack for my son, I declined as I wanted to wait until and if he got impatient to go in but we didnt wait to long maybe 10-15 minutes before we were called in. The receptionist even ran outside to catch up to a patient that was seen because they forgot their meds. The medical assistant was super nice and friendly and great with him taking his vitals and his medical history. We then waited maybe another 5 minutes before the Dr. Came in and agreed that it was bacterial pink eye and gave us the prescription for the eye drops. When we left they gave us 2 goodie bags for my son. Everyone from start to finish was so nice, friendly and welcoming which put me at ease after my long day at work to then have to go to an urgent care with a sick child. I was dreading it thinking it would be a very long wait or bad experience but I was impressed and happy that I was able to get the care that was needed for my son. This will be my go to place for my son now if I ever need to again. Thank you to the Team!

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Scheduled an appointment here. Arrived and was told there is a 20 minute wait. However the wait time was greater than 1.5 hours, WITH AN APPT. There is a huge difference between a 20 min wait and a 1-2 hour wait. The front desk receptionist should provide better wait time estimates and if the office is running behind, she should provide periodic updates to those waiting, especially when we scheduled appts ahead of time. When I expressed to her that I was disappointed by the misinformation she provided regarding the wait time, she told me the wait times given should be taken with a grain of salt. Are you kidding me?? How ignorant and insensitive. How about just apologize for not knowing how to do your job?! I ended up having to leave and asked them to refund my copay because I was not able to wait an addtl hour or two, to be seen as I had to pick a family member up (and was late doing so because of their wait!) Ive been to other locations and have NEVER had this experience this level of incompetence and lack of empathy.

Everyone from the gentleman who checked me in, to the two nurses who administered my covid test (one was observing) to the Doctor who gave me my results were efficient, friendly and caring. The facility was sparkling clean and comfortable. The gentleman handling the front desk handled an emergency while with ease and efficiency. He was also organized, eager to help and displayed patience and professionalism. I will recommend this Urgent Care Facility without hesitation. Visited on 9/25/23 at 3 pm.

This was my first time using visiting.The office was clean, quiet and I was in and out in record time! I usually have to sit and wait at least 20 minutes at some other doctors offices before Im seen, but this time I was seen very quickly. The front desk staff, nurse and doctor were personable and very professional. Great bedside manner, listened to me, treated me like a person and got me solutions quickly.The scheduling process was super easy and I like that I was able to get paperwork done ahead of time.

Excellent service! From the front desk staff to the triage nurse to Mr Wheeler (hes hilarious by the way😊)! Everyone was amazing and truly focused on patient care, comfortability and overall wellness. I highly recommend the Manchester CT location and will return in the future if I need urgent medical care. Went in for a sore throat, they couldn’t prescribe me antibiotics or anything because they couldn’t “visibly” see my sore throat, basically writing me off. they swabbed me & said they would DEFINETLY call me in 2 days with the results & to ask how I’m doing. I never got a call back at all after the woman assured me I would 100% get a call with results either way & to check up on me. I went to me regular doctor finally & got a prescription to clear it up. This place is useless.

I was in a lot of distress and they recognized that right away. The staff was kind and did what they could to make me comfortable. I have an urgent care center a few minutes from my house but had chosen to go to this location because I knew I needed a chest x-ray. Unfortunately, they werent capable of doing them at the location that day and had to send me to another location. Yes, it was inconvenient but I still had a good experience at both locations. Hopefully I am not in need of services again however my advice would be to call ahead if you suspect you will need an xray to make sure it is available.

Didn’t wait long at all, completed my paperwork online so didn’t have to do when arrived. Quick and right to the point (great for me since I already have anxiety just waiting and wanting to be home when sick). Very nice staff and doctors as well. Only urgent care I’ve liked so far.

James Wheeler helped me very much today and one other time before by giving me the medicine that I needed. He knows that I am dealing with an inexplicable situation and I am always trying to figure out the answer and maybe soon I indeed will be at peace. The stories that I tell him are so incredible that he remembers the ones that I told him four months ago in June of 2023. He remembers every detail. James spends a lot of time with every patient as I noticed in the waiting room. An excellent quality these days. Sometimes one just has to stand up and do the right thing for the patient. This is a wonderful urgent care facility and I would recommend it always.Thank you James for going the extra mile today October 25, 2023. Right now I am all set. Happy and content and laughing and giggling and lost in the movie School of Rock. If you had not helped me I would have been completely miserable tonight. I have been to this location twice now, and each time, from when I first walk in the door to when I leave, I have been treated with the upmost respect and consideration and have received excellent care in the process. On the day of my visit, I was greeted by Chris at the front desk, who kept me apprised of delays (which were minimal). He was kind and professional. The medical assistant, Nicole, was very kind and understanding when I disclosed by dislike of needles, and brought me a cold compress when I needed to lie down. The provider, Kristen, was able to draw blood from my tiny veins, and brought me orange juice after. For someone who is mostly terrified of doctors visits, I felt more at ease here than I have in a long time.Update (10/30/2023):Yet again more excellent care and the utmost understanding. Kayla was so sweet at reception, and Brandi was very professional in helping me get the care I needed. LauraAnne Manta, the PA, was very understanding.Time and time again when I come here, I get the best care. No one makes fun of me, and I feel fully taken care of.

Do not go there, unless you want to sit there for 40 minutes after your appointment time, only to have them say they dont except Care Credit Cards , when you called and asked them if they took Care Credit the day before and you made the appointment after you left work 6 hours early because you had an appointment and you thought they were gonna help you. So I didnt get paid for those 6 hours of work, then went and sat there for nothing, and now Im still in a lot of pain because they didnt take care of me.

I’ve gone here a few times and have been seen by Drs Baginski and Haney. During all of my visits I was impressed with how kind, caring, and thorough the staff were, from front desk to exam room. They take their time to make sure all of your questions get answered. I’ve used the online scheduling and for the most part have been seen quickly, though sometimes they get backed up and wait times go up. Fair trade for being able to get all of your concerns addressed with care.

Omg. This place is the best medical treatment center I have ever been too..... wow.. they took care of my needs pretty quickly. Low waiting time.. awesome stafff.. THE DOCTOR.. was polite,listens to all your needs.. great sense of humor.. plus... VERY VERY HANDSOME.. . if I could kidnap him..... (I would).. ...ITs great to see a medical treatment center/clinic that really listens to you and very caring about your needs... From here on out.. I arrived at the location on time. Unfortunately there’s was an issue with the interior lock. The staff did their best to accommodate scheduled customers. Although the issue was a little uncomfortable for them, I felt comfortable that I would be taking care of. Thank you for allowing me to receive the x-ray. The staff shows a tremendous amount of resilience during this time of pressure. I will definitely use this location in the future.

I was able to receive care within an hour of walking in, without an appointment. Everyone was friendly and even offered me a bottle of water (it was a hot day). The intake process was smooth. Highly recommend for any urgent care needs.

Event went smooth. I was a walk-in and was told that there is a wait, so I was able to make an appointment for the next available time, given a link, and then took care of chores and filled out the new patient form using the provided link. When I arrived back, there was no wait. The doctor and staff were very thorough, helpful, and pleasant. The doctor checked my issue, discussed and provided next steps.

The front desk lady was so sweet and offered me a cold soda while I was waiting a while to be seen.

I went there and had such a good experience. The online registration was easy and I booked an appointment within an hour. When I walked in, the person at the front desk was checking in a customer in had a small child. She was very engaging with her and offered her a small toy, so that was a very friendly first impression. All of the staff I interacted with were professional and helpful. I will definitely go back if the need arises.

Took my mother here because she had an awful nose bleed, tissue after tissue, bleeding into an actual bag, I even had to ask for more tissue and a bag because it was so bad. Both providers I can see through the open door way on their cell phones, not a care in the world. My mom even started bleeding through one eye and still no URGENCY whatsoever. Very disgusting service, so disappointed. I had to rush her to the emergency room. I pray no one that works there ever has to deal with this kind of service when their loved ones are injured or need proper medical attention.

It was easy to set up an appointment same day. I arrived a bit early and check-in was smooth. The nurse and doctor were very friendly and understanding. They listened to my ailments and quickly diagnosed me and prescribed medication and provided necessary documentation for my work.If Im unwell in the future I will definitely come back.

My child is 1 and had high temp for 3 days and was very unlike herself (not eating a bit constipated, lot of boogers) they were able to get her in a timely manner and test her for RSV which she came out positive for. Please be advised sometimes the doctors have a right to refuse a baby as young as 1 because it is not their specialty even if you have an appt you booked online. I totally understand and was happy they were able to diagnose my baby and accepted her appt. Especially since every other place was full due to flu season including CCMC.

I will only go here. The atmosphere is up beat and the staff are great and I love that they get my dark humor. They are caring and listen to what I’m saying. And the doctors are not ruff and care if they hurt you. It’s just the right place to get help.

I was left sitting in the exam room for a hour…. No one came and stuck their head in a door and said we haven’t forgotten about you. We are just very busy! I understand that they are busy and have other things to do. However, it would’ve been nice to know that I had not been forgotten about. Can’t be sure that I’ll visit that office again! However, it may have been the time of day also or the day of the week.

This is the only urgent care I visit now. The staff is friendly and polite. I am usually out in less than an hour. So far my experiences at this facility have been great. I would recommend them.

The staff at this facility, especially Shana, was awesome!! Shana went out of her way to make my Grandsons and my experience the best possible. She was attentive, keeping us posted on the process, and best of all, was so kind and generous with my Grandson. The lovely goodie bag she made for him, while we were waiting, was just amazing and so appreciated! The health care provided was top notch as well. Today I brought my 6 year old to get checked out. The woman Shayna (Nurse assistant I believe checks weight height etc) was absolutely Awesome. She made sure my daughter had an amazing and comfortable experience. My daughter freaks out with nasal swabs but she made it fun and funny and my daughter let her do it no problem. I have frequented Physician One Urgent Care several times and have always received quality care. This visit was different. I waited over an hour to see a doctor. Having been bitten by a dog a week ago, I wanted to make sure the bite was not infected. The doctor finally came in and looked at it from a distance, did not feel it, for about 2 seconds, said it looked fine and sent me on my way- a 5 minute office visit at most. Seemed a bit arrogant. My other visits were the complete opposite with different health care providers.

I have been here a few times. Jessica the Medical assistant helped me today, she was very sweet and helped ease my nerves. The Doctor, who’s name is also Jessica has been incredibly nice the both times i’ve seen her. A little bit slow, but honestly, so is everywhere. If you need help in a pinch, this does well.

Everyone was great. Dr. Explained everything in details that were easy to understand.

Everyone was super nice and friendly. But the wait time was somewhat long even though I had an appointment scheduled I had to wait almost an hour. There are not many seats in the waiting room area and some didn’t look like they were being wiped down/sanitized after people were sitting in them. The nurse and the PA I had were great though and once I was in the room I was out within 20 minutes.

I couldn’t recommend this place more. Everyone is always so kind and caring. I took my son in for reoccurring croup. It’s crazy when a doctor who doesn’t even know my sons history listens, and does more for him in 15 minutes than his own PCP. Instead of gaslighting me like most doctors this gentleman took the time to listen to our concerns, and get my son on the meds he needs. Again I can’t recommend this place enough.

Unfortunately, the service was excellent until it was my turn to get some x-rays. The person in charge of that area took more than an hour to do his job. When my appointment time was due, supposedly there were no people at that time. their agenda. which is why I left the place without any results. They need more coordination with the time of the patients and leave the time idle for when they are at home.

I always thought that when you make an appointment it meant that you arrive on time and within a reasonable amount of time, he will be seen. Especially when information is provided that shows there is nobody waiting ahead of you. It’s very difficult to understand with the information provided in an appointment made why it would take close to two hours to even be seen? There’s no need to make appointments. If it’s going to take that long better yet you can go to the emergency room and probably get quicker service and better service and will hospitality. The individual at this location at the desk yesterday was very rude, and could not be bothered instead was more interested in playing at her phone, then assisting the patient when I had inquired as to what was taking so long as I had to get back to school. I was told well you know there’s other people in front of you, and yet, all the exam room doors were open, so what patients were in front of me? My mother came to the location as she, too was concerned as to What was taking so long. The individual at the desk, still with the phone could not be bothered and told my mother “well you can call your daughter, if she’s here she’ll answer.” Complete, rudeness, and consideration, and no ethics.. I never even received my test results, I have no idea what kind of provider or who would even give this provider a license I’m so skeptical I may even inquire with the state of Connecticut regarding this individuals license. I did receive a phone call from the pharmacy, telling me I had three prescriptions. I didn’t even know what my diagnosis was, or what was even wrong with me to be taking medication that was not even explained to me by this provider. This type of facility really needs to be better regulated by the state. Such a type of practice as this is almost borderline questionable if, in fact, the individuals even have licenses to practice I will surely think twice before ever going to a physician one urgent care.

Best care I’ve gotten in well over a year. Excellent bedside manner from Jessica Grant PA-C, not condescending in the least which seems to be the norm with my primary care practice since they grew huge. I’ll be going here for my unexpected healthcare needs from now on. Thank you for patching me up!

Can’t remember the doctors name but he’s awesome I’ve seen him twice for my kids and he makes going to the walk in actually fun. He has a great personality and he’s just so down to earth . My daughter was so happy even though she’s sick too .

Booking the appointment online was easy. I received a text asking if I was coming to the appointment and upon arrival the receptionist was pleasant, we sat for 2 mins, the med tech was friendly and efficient. The provider was friendly, kind, professional, aware of natural over the counter kids medicine and pharmaceutical medicine. Very friendly with my child. Gave great explanations and recommendation for how to treat her symptoms. The test for COVID, RSV and flu was quick too. We were in and out on a Sunday morning. I will definitely come here in the future and recommend them.

I had an appointment & waited 30 minutes to be seen. The office was short staffed because it was a Saturday I guess. Only one doctor was on duty. Once I got seen it went quickly. It was clean. Everyone wore masks & they practiced social distancing. A person in the waiting room was coughing so the receptionist requested she fill out her paperwork & wait in her car instead of the waiting room. This of course made me feel better. Appointments are given priority so its to your advantage to have one especially on short staffed days like this one!

I’ve been here multiple times and have never had any issues. The PA I had was not helpful and just seemed to try and rush me out the door. He did a test for strep (which really didn’t match any of my symptoms) said it was negative and sent me on my way. So I was left with no answers and still feeling terrible. He just brushed off everything I was telling him.

Loved everything about this urgent care. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. Check in process was very easy. I really enjoyed their services 😀

Quiet literally the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care clinic. The entire staff is just phenomenal, my nurse was the absolute best human being and the doctor was so sweet and kind! No explanations were given, and the people that were called in front of us had been there before us so . . . Dont understand . . .

Dr. James Wheeler is an awesome doctor. He’s actively listens to his patience’s, very thorough and has a very outgoing welcoming personality. He represents what the experience of western medicine should be like. We need more doctors like him.

I was checked in at my appointment time of 9am. All paperwork was complete and I waited about 10 minutes to be brought back into an exam room for my annual physical. All tests and examinations were done in a timely and competent manner by the staff and I was on my way. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will use this office for my future needs.

Had a small accident which required stitches on my chin. They were super accommodating. The front desk staff was great.I arrived and was seen within 20mins. Peter treated me and he too was great to work with, very upfront and to the point . After a few stitches I was on my way.The location was very clean.

I made an appointment and showed up in time. They were really busy but the staff was very happy and professional. The Physician I saw was very knowledgeable and helped resolve the issue.

Went in for chest congestion, ear pressure, sinus congestion and constant cough on a Monday night and was sent to get an x-ray to rule out pneumonia. I was coughing up green phlegm and was told that is not a sign of infection. Went for an x-ray which showed no pneumonia. Their fix for me was to see my doctor. Four days later, when I was able to get into my doctors office, I was treated for an infection. I suffered for 4 additional days, getting no sleep and coughing so much I couldn’t breathe normal because your solution was “see my own doctor”. Most doctors offices send you to a walk in when you are not feeling well because you will be seen quicker, I don’t suggest you go to this walk in.

They are all very friendly and most important, they are very professional.I had 3 stitches done and I couldnt ask for a better outcome.Thank you guys.

Your service was marvelous! I am a teacher and have been dealing with an illness for over 2 weeks. I was not able to make an appointment to see my doctor. He was fully booked for another 2 days. I was impressed by EVERYONES friendliness , patience, and thorough manner.

Went in today for fractured finger. Each and every staff member was warm, welcoming and attentive. I would highly recommend. I was in and out in just about an hour. The two assistants who came to splint my finger were so nice and had the best sense of humor that made me feel so comfortable! Great job!

When my daughter’s pediatrician didn’t have available appointments, I decided to take her here. Quick, easy online scheduling, friendly front desk staff and medical assistant, and the nurse practitioner we saw was knowledgeable and friendly as well. We were seen relatively quickly, and the office was clean. No complaints!

There is only one receptionist in the front, she had to multitask, address the incoming patients and answers the phone. She did very well, but at times the phone would not stop ringing back to back. She was very nice. The doctors were nice and thorough. They even followed up. I love the registration set up. She asked for my number and i completed registration quickly.

Excellent experience there this morning. Warm, engaging, personable nurse and a doctor who really listened and considered the whole of my health condition before making decisions instead of just treating my symptoms. Would recommend!

Well when you read reviews you wonder how true they are..well in this case, they’re very true. This is the urgent care facility to go to when you’re in a pinch. My daughter was sick, really miserable. They have an app to check in so the patient doesnt have to get out of the car until a room is ready for them. (Amazing when you dont feel good because it doesnt matter how nice the office chairs are they just arent enough when youre sick.) They were very thorough and when Covid and the flu came back negative, she wasnt sent away with a viral infection because theyre going around. They went back to the drawing board to figure out what was wrong with her. And because she was dehydrated, they were able to give her an iv to get her levels up.I was out of town and as sick as she was, she felt respected and listened to. (More than we can say for her pediatricians office.) Thank you for not taking the easy way out. For listening to my daughters health history, for asking questions, and for finding a cause for how miserable she feels.

I fell and injured my knee cap. I set up an appointment on a Sunday afternoon, was taken promptly, and had xrays. The doctor and Chris with the xrays were professional and efficient.

Brought my 9 year old daughter as a walk-in tonight for a fractured arm. We were in and out in just over an hour. The facility is very clean. The staff was fabulous. Attentive, caring and knowledgeable. A CD of my daughters xrays were given to me for her follow up with an orthopedic and actual detailed instructions for care of her break were provided. So glad I brought my daughter here instead of going through hell at MMH!

The physician assistant, Mr. Marc Benjamin was the absolute worst. I went in for a possible broken hand and he seems more concerned that I was not wearing a mask (not excusing me not wearing a mask, I was in excruciating pain and a mask was the last thing on my mind). I was waiting in the exam room for at least twenty minutes before being seen. When he finally walked in and I told him what happened to my hand, he stood up and proceeded to squeeze my hand. I screamed out in pain and his response was “well I have to examine your hand”. He spent not even two minutes looking at my hand before he said I had to go somewhere else to get a x-ray because there was no radiologist working. I went and got my hand x-rayed and thankfully there was no broken bones. I have a physically demanding job and I was not able to move my hand. I was then told I had to go back to PA Benjamin to get a note for work. I went back to PA Benjamin and he asked me how long I needed the note for. I had no idea what exactly was wrong with my hand and he did not tell me and I had no idea how long it would take to heal. PA Benjamin was unprofessional, not helpful and one of the worst PA I’ve encountered.

Service was super fast and efficient. I made an appointment the day before for a Wednesday morning and arrived about 10 minutes early for a COVID test and checked in on the Solv app from my car. I walked in and sat down and was seen within 5 minutes. My nurse was so sweet but I didn’t catch her name. She just moved from New York a couple years ago so if that’s you girl I appreciate you! I hope you got that nose ring it would look cute on you! :) everyone was very professional and kind. I would recommend coming here

Been there 4 or 5 times. Took me within 10 minutes of my reservation time except once.The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful to a fault. Clinicians were too. A great place to go if youre ailing. Their neighbor was always an hour and a ½ behind and people up front were rude and dismissive.

Very professional setting. All the staff was very friendly and doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in an out within 30-40 mins, with my prescription immediately sent over to the pharmacy so I would not have to wait long. That was very courteous, since when you are not feeling well, the last thing you wanna do is wait at a pharmacy for an hour. I also found out, that they offer convenient online appointments, I would have loved to have know that ahead of time so you do not even have to go into the office, and can I have your appointment in the comfort of your own home. If you prefer in person visits, you will receive prompt service. I would Definitely recommend this walk-in clinic.

I am writing this review due to the lack of professionalism displayed by your physician assistant, Mr. Marc Benjamin. I hope that someone can get through to such a pompous individual with a huge complex, and remind him that patient care is always first. If he needs a simple reminder as to what that means- please remind him to go above and beyond for his patients, and always remain respectful to other providers in other establishments especially when they have questions about care provided at the time of their visit per the request of the patient (patient rights). Sometimes it is time for a career change, or as above... a simple reminder. Thanks!

Went in for what I thought was just a UTI, received antibiotics, got told I have an STI instead. I explained how that was physically not possible, demanded a retest, and also got spouse tested. We were both on new antibiotics that made us queasy.Guess whose results just came back negative.Facility is clean and quiet, but this urgent care is clearly grossly understaffed--and the judgment my spouse experienced during this episode did not help. Probably wont be coming back.

Very professional. The wait was long as I didnt have an appointment, but they got me in when they could. I was treated professionally and appropriately and would return again (with an appt).

Its was very good, I had to wait 60 mins before I was seen but once they looked at my problem the doctor took care of it and I was on my way. DR was very good at making me feel at ease and fixing the problem

I did a walk-in and I must say the receptionist was amazing. She was informative and extremely helpful from the check-in to the check-out. I didn’t have a appointment but needed to be seen and I was in and out in no time. Would definitely recommend! Scheduled an appointment for my 3 year old because her PCP couldnt see her immediately and every other urgent care opened later in the day. Scheduled the appt early the same morning and when I arrived the wait was no longer than 5 minutes. The place was super clean and friendly and very quick. The doctor couldnt be nicer. Wish I could give more stars. I was extremely worried about my daughter but the doctor made me feel so much better.

This visit was for my special needs adult son. I called ahead about the walk in process, and when I arrived, the receptionist recalled the details of the conversation -- a good start.They were very busy, and the wait was overall pretty long, but much more efficient than an ER.The live wait list view on my phone helped.The Nurse and the PA were very thorough and seemed quite tuned in to his needs and capabilities.

I showed up without an appt as another urgent care wasn’t able to help me. The team got me in within minutes of having my info and was very attentive. They identified quickly what was needed and got me out of there a short time later. Very pleasant experience.

As much as I loved the PA I saw just today, I believe the entire staff is representative of a place. I have bad anxiety so going in was a lot for me already. I have a bad cough and just needed some help but was met with a very dismissive receptionist who didn’t allow me to enter without a physical ID. I was feeling bad enough as it is without her and another medical assistant just being so emotionless to me, it wasn’t until the PA came out and i was able to get a picture of my passport that they let me get seen. Regardless i still needed physical help. I continued and was called in after crying a lot because of how rude the receptionist and the medical assistant were. My mom came in with me and we were seen by the medical assistant who was already being so mean. My mom knew I was not feeling well and working in the hospital herself she politely requested if the MA could be gentle with the swab and she responded so grossly that she’s been doing this for years and that she shouldn’t be telling her how to do her job. I could tell she had an attitude earlier but how unprofessional do you have to be to repeat that over and over again to a concerned parent?! I wanted to speak up more in person but I was crying too much and my chest hurt. She ended up leaving and my mom was talking to me and she opened the door again to look my mom in her face and ask “what was that?” My mom said she was taking to me and she said “oh okay.” I don’t know why she was looking for a fight or to make a patient suffering already feel even worse. She even had an attitude when I had to go back and ask the pharmacy to be changed to some where closer because I really need that medicine and hopefully she changed it I am not sure. If she or the receptionist are reading this shame on you and there was no reason for you to be so inhumane, do better (especially if you have been doing this for years as you claimed MA…)! The site was clean and the front desk was quick. I was seen right away. I had stitches placed. In and out all together was less than 20 minutes. I was thankful they didn’t hand me a clipboard and have me fill out 6 sheets of redundant questions. I will go back for future urgent care needs.

They took great care of me as a first time walk in. My regular physician and urgent care were closed (with no notice or suggestions for care options). PhysicianOne took me right in, got my information, and examined me. Very little wait time. Fast & efficient. Clean & friendly environment.

Very friendly/helpful and prompt.Have taken care of my family and friends just as well.Also so much much better than that horrible excuse for a hospital up the street. I always go here instead.

Unfortunately, I had to come here because I have covid! What I will say....is that all the staff I had dealings with, all were super nice and welcoming!! It was clean at the facility too! Too think...I was about to not go to PhysicianOne Urgent Care, and opt to go to another...but Im soooo glad I did! In the future, if I ever need an Urgent care...OR know anyone who does, best believe without a doubt, Im going to PhysicianOne Urgent Care!!!!!!

Quick, fast and pleasant staff. I’ve used this center many times. Easy to make an apt or walk in. Also, didn’t know they also have X-ray machine on site (but not always a tech).

I went in for a work related drug test the lady at the reception had no clue what a follow up drug test was then they refused to see me for an injury on my leg feed me a story just cause I mentioned I was working, mind you I’m an independent contractor, my own boss I did not speak about worker’s compensation nor anything of that nature! I’m type 2 diabetic all I wanted was for a doctor to see and make sure the cuts were not going to get infected, but they refused to see me and then said there is no male nurse to help me with the drug test and sent me to another office! Worst medical urgent care facility I have ever been to! If I could give negative stars I would.

Everyone from the woman at the front check in to the PA-C was super kind and helpful. Thankfully, even though I had not made an appt there was no wait and I was seen quickly.2nd visit:Through no fault of theirs, the insurance verification was down so the receptionist had to call in to verify my insurance. It was a little annoying because I entered all the information on line when I set up my appointment. Didnt save anytime at all. Other than that it was a decent visit.

The Nurse and Dr were really friendly, quick and efficient. My complaint is more with being asked my phone number and not told I was going to be sent a text with a link to fill out paperwork. The woman at the front desk was not exactly friendly. Also I had an issue with my prescriptions being sent to the wrong pharmacy. I waited over an hr at the wrong place just trying to be patient and not cause a scene. In the end I should have pushed harder. When I called the urgent care, she was less the sympathetic as to their error. I would recommend them based on the majority of my experience, just double check they have sent the prescriptions to the appropriate place and be prepared to fill out paperwork on your phone without being asked.

I was a walk-in on a really busy day. Everyone working there was nice and going as fast as they could while providing the best service they could. All while the entire healthcare field is really understaffed. The doctor was nice and gave me some anti-nausea medicine that was much needed. She was just in and out really quickly, but again, I was a walk-in on a busy day.

I’ll give 4 stars for things the staff was in control of. Clean? Sure. Pleasant staff? Yes. You get there, you wait your turn, and you go in. A simple as that. It’s an urgent care. Now would I recommend going here? No. Let’s just say some of the patient conversation in the waiting area was causing me anxiety. Thank goodness my BP didn’t need to be taken🥴

I needed a covid test to clear me for surgery, so I made an appointment for today at one. I first encounter was with Karen at the front desk who was very nice! I registered online so it was a very fast, pleasant check-in. A couple of minutes later the person who did my test, Her name is Lucy and she was really nice and was very professional, new her job and got my testing done quick!Overall, this was a very positive experience! Office is clean and the social distancing was adhered too!!I will use again!

My experience was a good one. The nurse who waited on me was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasent. Thank you for your services.

Best walk in medical facility I have ever been to. I felt the care there far exceeded what I would have received at any ER or my primary. They went above and beyond to help me get comfortable. I felt they were in complete control and knew how to fix me. Post visit I received calls, 1 a day for 3 days checking on me. No primary or ER would have done that! I highly recommend them!!

It’s comforting to know that when I get injured I know Kristin is there. I trust the staff at Manchester P1 thank you!

Had an appointment at 1:40pm on a Saturday. I aas not seen until 4:00pm after I woke up from falling asleep in the treatment room, opened the door and asked if they forgot about me. I was told no and doctor came in less than 2 mins. later. Dr. said he was the only one seeing patients. He was nice and knowledgeable.Also, made appointment because website said they did x-rays as I believe I had pneumonia but there wasnt an x-ray attendant there on Saturday.Next time I will just go to the ER. Same wait time but necessary medical testing will be available if needed.

Let me just say the time was a bit hectic with Covid concerns increasing!!! But The attention to details and organization the staff has is awesome!! From Yolanda in the morning getting things organized outside and answering questions (super patient with each person).To LaShon calling me to finish our paperwork over the phone and asking detailed questions, therefore getting to the root of our issue. While we were there my three person family was seen and taken care of by this professionally perfect team. Once we were seen even nurse (Caroline I think) was awesome with answering questions and concerns from my kids. She even gave my kids a lollipop 🍭.The young lady at the front desk taking insurance cards and greeting patients as they entered, didn’t make us feel rushed or like we were a number, she made us feel like individuals and treated each of us with care!Thank you 😊Thank you so much to everyone there you all are appreciate for being here for us the public trouble patients!!!!

I have mixed feelings. Getting an appointment is always easy and not usually a long wait and the staff are always so nice. However the last two times I have gone I have always had to go back again and it’s costly and frustrating.I went last fall because I was sick. COVID and strep test were negative so they said just a cold. I continued to be unwell for another full week and went back. They prescribed me antibiotics and within a few days I had an allergic had to go back again to have it looked at until they told me to stop taking it.Went back again this month due to illness. COVID and flu tests were negative so they said probably just another virus. I told her I had a procedure at another doctors office earlier that week and was on antibiotics and also showed her red spots on my hand I was worried about. She said it didn’t appear to be an allergic reaction. I ended up having to go back the same day because the red spots spread to my arms and chest. The doctors said it was likely a reaction but to continue the prescribed antibiotics and see an allergist.By the next morning the rash has spread to my entire body and I again spiked a fever and high heart rate. I ended up having to go to the ER and they prescribed steroids and a topical cream and said it’s definitely the antibiotics and to stop the meds. They seemed surprised that the Icare didn’t acknowledge the initial spots on my hand, and when it worsened that they didn’t tell me to stop the meds or prescribe anything to help especially since I had seen them before regarding a reaction to an antibiotic.If they had noticed those first signs as the start of a reaction and told me to stop the meds I could have maybe avoided a second visit to them AND to the ER.I had to repost this under my married last name because they said the prevous review they did not know who I was - they asked me to email them to discuss further but their email provided blocks messages from emails not in their contacts so I was not able to do so.

The techs and the doctor here are pretty great and personable. I did a walk in because there was no appts online to be made for that day. I only had to wait 30 mins which is pretty good. The only reason for the 4 star is their front staff person is not really nice. She seems like she’s very over worked or just not really in the mood to deal with people. And I’ve seen this every time I’ve used this clinic. I go back because I love the doctors and technicians.

Staff was quite accommodating. PCR test confirmed COVID. Visit was switched to virtual. Provider was professional and wrote scrip for Paxlovid. She was also firm about immediate and restrictive five-day quarantine.

Easy check in; curtious and friendly receptionist; quickly received excellent care for my issue.
