Dr. Montanarella and her staff are amazing!! I am currently 20 weeks with my third child. Every time I walk into the office I feel comfortable Janelle at the front is so welcoming and kind! I have had to bring my son 3 years old to a few appointments and she included him in things like the doppler ext. She always answer any and all questions and concerns I have without making me feel stupid like other providers I have had. When I call the office they have a fast response time. I wish Dr. Montanarella still did deliveries there is no one I would trust more with my prenatal care! I wish I had found her practice sooner with my other two children.

I’ve been with Dr. M for 15 years. She and her staff show the utmost compassion and respect for their patients. I am always taken care of with a gentle hand and genuine concern for my well being.

Ive been seeing Dr Montanarella for scheduled visits for several years. She and her staff are true professionals and have always treated me with respect and dignity. Dr Montanarella reviews your history and offers advice as needed. She will take time to answer questions and never overlooks or rushes through this process..She always has a female associate with her during the visit and exam. Her approach is holistic which pleases me and makes for excellent medical care rendered.Dr Montanarellas professionalism,knowledge and experience in administering patient care is to be commended and it pleases me to give this review..

Dr Montanarella has helped me so very much I moved up here from Texas Ive been suffering with pelvic muscle issues for about 3 years now and she is the only one that has helped me with this problem if it wasnt for her I would still be suffering. I have been back to her several times since and I tell you what she is my life saver. If I hadnt found her I wouldnt be able to do anything. Every one that works with her is VERY NICE. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. I really dont know what I would have done with out you 😊

I have been going to Dr Montanarella for, I think 14+ years. She is easy to talk to and she actually listens to you versus rushing you through your appointment. I know a few on here have complained about the front staff, but I have always had a positive experience with them. They have been accommodating and caring.

By far, the worst practice I have ever dealt with. I was seen for an IUD placement that I verified prior to the visit would be covered at 100% with the receptionist I booked the appointment with as well as my insurance. The experience itself was experience was awful. At my follow up visit a week after I was told it wasn’t placed properly and had to be removed the same day. I was also given a prescription for emergency contraceptive by the physician I saw at the visit. I was told I could schedule a visit to try again but refused because of how horrible the first attempt was. The office billed out a ton of different line items to my insurance (who reviewed them and even agreed that they weren’t billed correctly) and something that was supposed to be covered at 100% ended up with me being responsible for an over $800 bill when I didn’t even get what I originally went to the office for. I tried to discuss this with them multiple times but the office staff is rude and only care about money. They refuse to work with people although they will claim that’s what they are trying to do. They have incorrectly billed multiple times and then sent me to a collections agency. After all of this I also found out that Dr Montanarella has been involved in with a medical misconduct lawsuit. If I had known any of this I would have never went to this office. Do yourself a favor, stay FAR away from this place.

Dr Montanerella is one of the most gifted physicians that I have ever received care from. She listens and truly examines the patient and comes up with an intelligent, clearly communicated collaborative plan. I feel confident in her diagnostic ability and oh p.s. she is funny and kind !

I will never return to this practice for OBGYN care again. Not only did I find out that there have been legal issues with the practice because they sterilized a young girl with disabilities at her parents request without going through the proper legal channels, which is a huge moral issue that I cant overlook, but I have my own problems with the staff.I have been going to this practice since I turned sixteen years old, about seven years now, and the customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced, probably right up there with cable providers. The people that work in the office area up front do not do their jobs properly and need a serious attitude adjustment and lesson on how to treat customers. I have just received a bill for $50 for missing an appointment when I never even got the reminder call. I had to argue with the woman while she put me on and off of hold for twenty minutes over the issue, which in then end was not resolved and I refuse to pay the fee. She eventually told me that they had called the wrong number to give the reminder, but was still adamant that I needed to pay. Why on earth would I pay $50 when all that happened when I didnt show up was that someone got an extended lunch break and got to bump up the patient list?Additionally, whenever I need to fill a prescription it is an absolute nightmare even though I have had the same prescription for all seven years I have been going there, and have kept them up to date with my insurance information. It takes as much as a physical visit to the practice and generally four to five phone calls of arguing and confusion just to get my prescription filled each time. I leave the most detailed information possible, and they still manage to send it to the wrong place, lose it, or screw it up in some other way every single time. Dont waste your time or risk your health going to this practice!

Dr. Montanarella is the best ob/gyn this side of the Mississippi. One cannot find a Doctor as intelligent, caring, considerate and genuinely interested in what you have to say about YOUR health anywhere in this country. Before I met Dr. Montanarella I hated going to a gynecologist for a check up (as I think most women do), now I actually look forward to it because she just somehow makes it so easy and stress free! And FYI- I have been seeing her for over 20 years now!! If you stress out for the exam or even if you just need a great doctor, do yourself a huge favor and make an appointment to see her! You wont regret it, actually just the opposite...you will thank yourself!~Nancy Pietrzak

I have been seen by these providers for well over 25 years and have followed them wherever they have gone. There are none better! Linda Griffiths and Dr. Montanarella are two of the best in their fields. Not only have I never had a negative experience, I have always felt they go above and beyond. It saddens me to see negative comments as I feel lucky to have found them years ago and would travel miles to stay with them.Karen LePine
