PRISTINE OB-GYN CARE - Magnolia

I have called several times to find out more about the office and services, but I have never been able to speak with someone that I can understand. It appears to be a big corporation and not personal at all!When scheduling an appointment the lady scheduled me for Tuesday, but they appear to only be open on Mondays and Fridays in Magnolia.

Dr O. is AMAZING!!! Friendly, smart, funny and very easy going. My initial meeting with her was 45 minutes. I did not feel rushed and she took time to thoroughly explain some of my medical concerns. I highly recommend her.

Dr. O is excellent! Made me feel very comfortable, heard and at ease. Glad I found my new OBGYN.

Over the course of coming to pristine the last 7yrs, I am amazed at how much Dr.O takes her time, explains everything straight forwards and helps give understanding when needed. I recently had under went a pretty major surgery and as it was I was extremely nervous. After praying prior to surgery I knew that God was guiding her each step of the way. I told Dr.O that great OBGYN are hard to come by and that she is a pretty amazing Dr!

I would like to express my disappointment with the scheduling process at Pristine OBGYN Magnolia. I initially booked an appointment for 3:45 on a Monday, receiving a confirmation call later that day. However, complications arose when the office informed me, via voicemail, that the doctor would not be available at that time. My attempts to contact the office to discuss this change were unsuccessful. Subsequently, I received a text notification rescheduling the appointment for 8:45 am on Monday, without prior consultation. Recognizing that this time wouldnt work for me, I attempted to reach them again but received no response. I eventually resorted to text communication to convey my scheduling constraints.After the scheduling mishap of rescheduling my appointment for 8:45 am on Monday without prior consultation, the office contacted me again, either late that evening or perhaps even on Friday morning, and rescheduled the appointment for the upcoming Friday at 3:45 pm. This change seemed more aligned with my initial booking at 3:45 pm, and I was prepared to accommodate this new time slot.There was further confusion when I received a text message on the Wednesday prior to the appointment, indicating a time change to 3:30 pm. While a 15-minute adjustment seemed manageable, it was inconsistent with my original booking at 3:45 pm. In a final instance of scheduling discrepancy, I received a phone call at 6:52 pm on the evening before the appointment, stating that the appointment was now at 3:15 pm and warning of potential charges for non-attendance. I contested this change, referring to the 3:30 pm time stated in the text message and the initial booking at 3:45 pm. My experience with the constantly shifting appointment times and communication challenges has been frustrating and time-consuming. I believe that a healthcare providers scheduling should be dependable and considerate of patients commitments. Despite the doctors potential qualifications, the inconsistency in appointment scheduling has deterred me from pursuing care at this office. I recommend that prospective patients consider the unpredictability of the scheduling process when deciding whether to engage with Pristine OBGYN Magnolia.

Worst experience we have EVER had. This is baby #4 for us and up until this OBGYN practice we’ve never had a single issue. The Office Manager is dismissive, does NOT hold up her commitments to communicate or call back/update etc. the girls at the front desk sit there and watch Netflix while on the job and don’t actually know what they’re doing other than booking appointments. ZERO EXPERTISE. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. My wife and I had to switch practices at 30 weeks and these guys made it a living nightmare to do so. Good riddance!!

I was so nervous about my appointment but Dr. Ogunlade treated me like we had been friends for years. She is caring and explains everything in detail. Ive already started recommending people to her. Ill never go anywhere else. Trust me when I say you wont regret booking an appointment with her!

The nicest and most knowledgeable doctor I have ever been to. She really cared to get to know my situation to help me as best as she could. She explained everything to me in detail so that I understood. This is the first time I felt like I will actually get the care and help needed in order to hopefully start a family sooner rather than later. I am so glad I have found this doctor!

At 1st when you pull up you think the clinic is a little sketchy because of the location but dont worry it is a nice clean location.Doctor O is a very informative doctor. She listens and tries to help as much as she can.She really does reply to the online messages within hours. Sometimes you dont always the answer that you want but it is her honest opinion to the question.If I come across anymore information I will update this post =)

I have been a patient since 2015. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable! Love Dr. O ! Thank you to all staff and Drs. :)

I’ve been seeing Dr. O ever since I moved to the Houston area in 2013. She’s not only a wonderful doctor but also a great listener, extremely down to earth, and makes you feel very comfortable during the visit. I was absolutely thrilled to find out her new location was located closer to where I live now.

I loce the way they take care of me and my pregnancy. The doctor explain to me everything thats is important for me and my family thank for everything also the front desk lady very kind and profesional and the lad lady she was so nice thanks guys

I went to the magnolia location and the doctor there was amazing! She listened to my concerns and explained everything to me. She also made it feel not so scary and awkward like a normal appointment would be. I have been recommending this place to everyone I know!

Showed up 15 minutes early to my apt, stood outside for 15 minutes and then left. Place was locked up tight, no one showed up, all lights were off. It was a pain to get ahold of someone after trying for two weeks and then this happened. Guess Ill be driving further out for an OB after all.

This obgyn has cancelled 2 appointments I’ve made. The first time because their office was closed and the second time because the doctor wasn’t going to be there. So unprofessional and rude, if you’re not going to be there, don’t schedule clients. I’m going somewhere else now.

Everyone was very pleasant and did not keep me waiting. Dr. O was very thorough during her exam and listened to everything I had to tell her.

I love the privacy of the location and the staff was incredibly nice! I have found my new gyn home!
