I’ve seen Dr Southerland and Dr Holley so far and I absolutely am so happy I have a great care team for my first pregnancy. I went through a scare this week and Dr Holley helped me and reassured everything is okay and will be okay! I can’t but thank them enough for being so patient and caring. They have both taken their time to listen to my concerns and I talk a lot to! I have called and messaged this office all week and they have all been so kind to me and to make sure I’m okay and reassured me that my baby is doing good to! I will highly recommend Texas Tech Physicians OBGYN!

First time meeting with Dr. Yandell and his team. I was not sure what to expect but was very relieved to find out he and his team were very knowledgeable and were able to help me with my predicament and gave me hope for a good outcome. I can hardly wait for great results.

Dr. Mark Reedy is a very knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and caring physician. At every appointment I have , with Dr. Reedy, he always explains everything to me, he makes sure that I understand what treatment is needed., and all procedures , if any, that may be necessary. I would definitely recommend Dr. Reedy to anyone I know who is looking for a good Gynecologist; he is the best. I am very blessed to have him as my doctor .

Doctor really showed me he cared about my health and did everything he could for me to get well and make a full recovery. He answered all our questions and stayed in touch after I was discharged from the hospital. So grateful for him and his team.

The friendly professionalism of Dr. Yandell and his associates gave my family the peace of mind that there is a light at the end of the long tunnel that we have been in for 3 years!!!

Excellent experience. Made me feel welcomed, cared for. Answered all my questions. Gave me verbal and showed me pictures of exactly what they were going to do. I felt prepared for surgery and absolutely love the speed and efficiency the day of surgery. Went home with clear discharge instructions and when to follow up. Will definitely refer others. Dr Yindel was humorous and put me at ease. Healing went as planned. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

My surgery was performed after a horrible fall, I had to wear broken sutures from April until December. I couldnt have asked for a more compassionate office and professionalism from doctor Yandel!❤️

Just knowing that TEXAS TECH physicians, give me a lot of understanding and care with the kindness of their face and the smiles that they have and walk me through and give me details on what their procedures are makes everything better knowing that I’m in good hands and feeling that I am secure means a lot and knowing that I can also, give my family that secureness of the state of mind of I’m in good hands. Do NOT USE Texas Tech Physicians OBSTETRICS + GYNECOLOGY! They do not communicate with their patients. They are extremely rude when you call and try to talk to a Receptionist and refused to work around your schedule for your appointments.They also will set up appointments without checking with the patient and expect you to show up when they set it up and tell you that they will just cancel your appointment If you can’t show up when they schedule you for.I went in for my ultrasound today and after my ultrasound appointment was over, they came back with my appointment card telling me my appointment was march 14 at 10:15 without even asking us if that time and date would work for usI tried to call and see if we could reschedule it for when my husband was off and the receptionist told me that they were completely booked the days that my husband was off and refused to reschedule me, instead she told me she would just cancel all of my appointments basically dropping me as a patient so now I have to find a new OB/GYN clinic at 24 weeks pregnant because Texas Tech is disrespectful and rude to their patients! They have done nothing but stressed me out during this pregnancy.It’s extremely disappointing because I chose them since I had Texas Tech physicians in Amarillo when I was pregnant with my son in 2019 I loved Amarillo, Texas Tech physicians and has no issues with them at all!Lubbock, Texas Tech Physicians is completely opposite from Amarillo they are rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful to your needs As an expecting, mom!This is not my first time having issues with them. I’ve been having issues with them since my very first scheduled appointment including Having a rude OB/GYN before they ended up switching my OB/GYN, because of issues I had with the first one not dressing concerns of my pregnancy.

I went in for a tubial consultation and they made me feel so welcomed, explained the procedure to where I would understand. Would recommend if you’re looking for a new OBGYN.

Dr. Yandell was awesome! I really liked that he took the time to answer all my questions.

I CANNOT recommend this clinic less. The care is so impersonal. They have overextended themselves with patients, which makes it difficult to make an appointment as an already established patient. You’re likely to be in a room for almost an hour, and actually see a non-attending (student) physician for 10-15 minutes max once you’re seen. I have to say I’ve felt more like cattle than a person coming to this clinic. I had no issues with the care in my last pregnancy, of course my previous OB is no longer with the clinic, but this has really opened my eyes to the reality and lack of care here. No same day appointments even when you’re toward the end of your pregnancy, which means likely urgent care if something is wrong. You’re not with the same provider during your entire pregnancy. So, you’re playing Russian roulette on who you’ll actually deliver with. Basically, this clinic is the perfect example of why midwifery care is needed, and wanted, by women more and more these days. Do yourself a favor and choose care that’s a bit more personal. This is not it!

Everybody there at Texas Tech Physicians Ogynecologist was nice all the doctors were nice I got answers that me and my husband needed were trying to have the baby and theyre trying to help us make it happen thanks 😊

Been living with what I have for 6 years! They took the time to listen to everything I had to say and are very thorough! Very nice and informative to me as well. Explained what could happen and what might happen depending on my results. Glad I came here! Dr Yandell I think he was very nice!

DONT GO HERE! The front desk, and the nurse was absolutely amazing but the doctor himself was quite rude!!! (Very older gentlemen) Interrupted me multiple times, and indicated that I was a liar, talking about a specific procedure I had done (because he refused to believe what I was saying. I was told what they were supposed to do during my procedure. Also, the fact that I called a few years ago and they confirmed what I had done and was told at the procedure, but when I went today it was nothing that they explain at the time) … come to find out even years ago when they did the procedure on me, they did not explain thoroughly , and end result of that needed with complete damage of my tubes & impossible to repair.The doctor I went to today seem like he could really care less and there was absolutely nothing. I could do rather than just put in a complaint, but those people were no longer there. He also had an issue .. (It seemed) like when I said I didn’t want a male doing my Pap smear… given that I do have a very bad background with men and it was just an uncomfortable situation one of the reasons I chose not to do it so with the low-key attitude I got for declining it said a lot. I felt like there was a lack of sympathy and empathy, and no real care for how I was feeling. This whole experience was horrible . Other than the kind front desk staff and nurse who was absolutely Sweet and caring.

Seeking care from Dr. Reedy was definitely the right choice for me. A doctor is expected to be an expert in his field but not only was he very informative but very caring, taking time to explain everything and show concern for my questions. He was very nice to include my husband in my treatment discussion. I highly recommend him and would see him again if the need arises. I give him 11 out of 10!!!

I just want to give a shout out to Dr. Hunter Gram and nurse Desirae! Every time I come in nurse Desirae has a smile and is very amazing at what she does. And Dr. Hunter Gram is a great listener and did everything she could to help me! Amazing people to have around.

Dr. Yandell and staff are great!! He listens to concerns I have and discusses options with me. Nurses and students working with him have always been so nice and informative.

I was very nervous when I first found out I was pregnant because I had just moved to Lubbock and knew nothing about the hospital systems here. I ended up with Dr. Yeomans and I could not be happier. With this being my first child and me being the planner that I am Dr. Yeomans always makes sure to hear me out and answer all of my questions. He isn’t afraid to have the hard conversations and assure me that things will be ok regardless. He reminds me to take things one step at a time and that this process is full of surprises. He always makes sure to let me know WE will handle things as they come up and that we will get through this.

This is my dr I’m 36 weeks pregnant and have yet to see him once. Every Other person I have seen has been rude, don’t seem to care about what I think is going on or important to me rather than just rush you out the door and on to the next patient. Pregnancy is supposed to be a marvelous joyous experience and I have not felt that through this office with the exception of one doctor. Will def switch to covenant if I have any more kids.

I believe I received thorough, kind, and appropriate care. Dr Yandell and his team were all entirely professional as well as congenial. My problem is complicated and they explored and explained possibly treatments with me. I am completely satisfied with the care I received from Dr Ysndell, Dr Wlazlo, and the other members of the team.

Doctor Quattrochi is AMAZING. I couldn’t ask for a better OBGYN. She listens without judgement, talks with kindness and never makes you feel rushed. I felt so confident going into my delivery knowing she was my doctor. She is truly making a difference in women’s health. ❤️

The staff is great and friendly. I usually get seen promptly but this last time it was a 2 hour appointment which was exhausting and I was not seen on time the communication between the staff was lacking and made me late for my other appointments I hade at 3:00.

Dr. Ogunjimi is an outstanding OB physician!! She was very informative with the procedure I had done from the beginning to the end. She has a very positive personality and did an exceptional job on my procedure!! I would recommend her to any woman looking for a professional OB physician!!

I came here after waiting months for an available appointment in hope to figure out the cause of my irregular cycles. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted from this appointment, and requested blood work to get my hormones checked. They looked at me like they had no clue what I was asking for. The male nurse proceeded to ask me if I knew how birth control worked, and when I asked for clarification, he could not explain it to me correctly. He then told me that he loves pills, and always recommends birth control, which I found extremely unprofessional. Dr. Avery Williams told me that I was fine, and recommended going back on birth control. They did not touch me once at this appointment, nor request any blood work. I went to another OBGYN in my home town, and got blood work immediately. I was then diagnosed with PCOS, which would have been known if the Drs in Lubbock did their job. I knew what I was experiencing wasnt normal, and I was made to feel crazy when asking for the necessary tools to be diagnosed. I will not be returning to this location ever, and I recommend finding somewhere else if youre looking for real help.

My Doctor was awesome!! She did everything to make me comfortable during the most uncomfortable procedure I have ever had. I also dont want to forget the nurses that assisted her, it couldnt of have been a better experience, thank you!

My experience with Texas tech physicians is awesome. They are courteous, well educated people that really know what they are doing. The staff and everyone else are so genuinely wonderful. If u every need a obgyn u should go to this place.

Attentive, answer any questions I had, and put me at ease. When I wasn’t sure about something they never pressured me into anything. Everything is/was on my terms.Only issue… I don’t know who is delivering my baby, I met so many doctors.

Dr. Hosford is kind, and personable. Most of all she is thorough in her examinations and prescriptions. She leaves no stone unturned for the health and wellness of her patients. Dr. Hosford’s staff follow her example in kindness and they are attentive to each person’s concerns. I very much appreciate their tender loving care and pray the Lord Jesus blesses each one. 😊

I always feel like I am a priority here- from the moment I step into the waiting room to the time I step out the door. There is never a long wait time (usually less than 5 minutes). The staff, nurses, Karen, the PA, and Dr. Phillips are friendly, kind, respectful and professional. I’m so glad I found this place!

Dr.Hosford is one of the best doctors I have had. She is very professional and listens to everything I say. She answers all of my questions thoroughly. I believe she cares about all of her patients very much. She is so much more than competent, she is one hundred and fifty percent on top of everything you need, from tests to follow up. Thank you for all you do Dr. Hosford.

Dr. Yandell and his team were very respectful and knowledgeable. Out of every provider I have seen, they were the only ones who figured out what was going on and started the steps to fix it than just send me to another provider

I have ovarian cancer and have been treated for around 4 years at Southwest Cancer Ctr by Dr Hosford. She is an excellent doctor and has been a life savior for me. She always goes above and beyond for me. Her nurse Lori also treats me so much love and respect as Dr Hosford. I would and have recommended Dr Hosford to anyone suffering from cancer

Dr. Ogunjimi was very thorough with my care. She answered all my questions and gave me feedback from another department before I left the clinic. I will recommend her to anyone who is in need of ob/gyn care.

Dr. Reedy and his staff are wonderful people . Always ready to hear your questions and will answer everyone of them . The steps that have lead to surgery were very simple because of them . I would recommend Dr. Reedy .

I have only seen Dr. Reedy once. At that visit he was very kind, considerate,and engaged in my concerns. He took time to listen to me and treated me as an individual. I appreciate his care.

I saw Dr. Campano (I think thats how you spell it) for a tubal consult and she was extremely nice and very thorough as were her nurses and staff and I look forward to going back. I got seen very quickly and she told me everything I needed to know. I have no complaints.

Dr Mark Reedy, at SW Cancer Center, is a wonderful gynecological surgeon who cares about his patients. If it weren’t for Dr Reedy and the post op care and treatments I received, I would not have survived the stage 4 cancer diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr Reedy to be by your side while battling this beast we call cancer.

Quite slow. I got there a few minutes before my appointment. The time came and then nearly 30 minutes went by and no one had called me back yet. People that got there way later than me were being called back. Then there was another 30+ minute wait in the room. I dont remember this clinic being that slow when I was pregnant with my daughter. I also dont like that they dont see regular annual appointments on Fridays. It makes it much harder to schedule appointments.

Zero stars for them if I could. I had taken my daughter here once, because they took her insurance, and the took 3 hours for a normal check up. This was frustrating, but not uncommon in doctor world. I would have given them 3 at the end of that.My insurance recently changed, and I can no longer go to my excellent doctor, so I decided to try Texas Tech on 4th. I made my appointment. Wrote down the date and time. I showed up to my appt, and it turns out they had never saved it in the system, so I had to make a new appointment there. I get a card from the receptionist with my appointment time written on it, and come back a week later. Turns out she wrote down my appointment time wrong, and I was late to my appointment. I showed them my card I received, and they begrudgingly fit me into the schedule. This appointment also took 3 hours. I had gotten there at 3 and left close to 6.The doctor was kind, and a resident. I told him what medicines I needed refilled. He said they would get those filled.I walked out of the office extremely annoyed that this is who insurance took, and planning on getting a new doctor when it came time for my yearly next year.I had extra refills left over from my previous doctor, and wasnt super in need of them yet. So I didnt call the pharmacy to make sure that they were refilled. They werent. So I ran out of my prescription last week on Wednesday. That was my last pill. I called Thursday morning to get them to refill the prescription. They said their computer systems were down and to call back that afternoon. I called back at 2:30. Their computer systems were still down. Called back Friday. Their computer systems were still down. Couldnt call Saturday and Sunday, because they are closed. Called Monday, and got a busy signal. THREE TIMES. Finally I stopped calling them. Called today, and finally got through. I asked if their computer systems were working. They said sort of. I told them what I needed and the transferred me to the nurse. I told her I needed a refill on my medication. She states THEY DONT REFILL THOSE MEDICATIONS! What the actual heck?! THAT I WOULD NEED TO SEE A GENERAL DOCTOR. SO a prescription I have had filled for 9 to 10 years by my gynecology doctors (Ive had 4 or 5 by this point), cannot be filled by Texas Tech AFTER being told by the doctor it could, and now Im having to find another doctor to schedule an appointment with to get the medicine.So in summation, dont go here.Is it my fault I waited till the last dose to call in the prescription? Yes, but theres also a lot of stuff here that would never happen at other doctors Ive been to.It also makes me mad, because this is one of the few places that accepts medicaid when I was looking for places for my daughter. If this is the level of dysfunction that we offer those that need help, then no wonder they arent getting adequate healthcare. I would have given up after the first mistake if it wasnt for my health issues. I am privileged to have health care that I can switch doctors (just not in the Covenant family) , but not everyone has that privilege and its a shame this is the health care they will have to contend with.

Dr. Hosford was a amazing doctor throughout my journey. She is compassionate and caring and I would recommend her for your health journey.

I was thoroughly pleased with my experience with TTP. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they made my pregnancy through delivery a great experience! I would definitely recommend & use them again in the future!

As uncomfortable for my procedures were, Dr Kemi Ogunjimi was utmost professional and kind. She explained everything thing step by step. She was born to be a doctor and has great bedside manner.

Dr. Yeomans is Awesome!- which I already knew from a colleague of mine who told me He saved mine and my Daughters Lives.. as for Me He is Very knowledgeable, really listenes and answers all my questions- I feel We Together Decide what is Best for me and My Pregnancy- for Example I was told to take thyroid medicine by another health provider to which I replied I am not going to do that until I speak with Dr. Yeomans, and after Dr. Yeomans looked at my labs told me that my Thyroid is fine - no medicine needed..and We All know how Important Good Thyroid function is During Pregnancy (for forming All Babys Organs...)-Thyroid underperforming is no good , but overworking is even Worst...Its my First Pregnancy, I feel I am in Great Hands with Dr. Yeomans and that makes All the Difference- like they say in the country I was Born( Bulgaria) : Do Yourself a Fafor: Go to Best Doctor or Lawyer from the Begining, and I travel 100 miles every time to be with Dr. Yeomans, but having worked and seen many Doctors in the Health Industry- IT IS 100% WORTH IT- THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. YEOMANS FOR YOUR GREAT WORK, TALENT, AND ACTUALLY REALLY CARRIEING ABOUT YOUR PATIENTS.
